Hello and welcome to the blog the Philippines, the USofA, China, and again Ukraine...it is not my place to tell Ukrainians what is happening in their country, but to the handful of people who are regular blog availees, may you and your country-folk resolve quickly and painlessly this terrible situation where it appears that yet again global superpowers want to use someone elses country as the chess set for their posturing and power plays.

Apologies for somehow managing to miss a day then 2 posts today but there are several pressing issues to address plus the SAPol Raid final post thingy...(final? I doubt it-Ed)...it is a slightly different ballpark to Ukraine to be sure, but the future of the South East of South Australia lies apart from the state because we sure as shreck have no future if we remain a part of it...(a horrendous political reality poetically presented-Ed)...ta...it is not alarmist to merely see the reality unravelling in front of you...

There is the commonality that our relative parts of the planet are currently under seige from foreign interests and under attack from our own government, but Ukraine's is a physical military presence, here in SE SA we residents are an unfortunate inconvenience for the entirely corrupted Adelaidecentric state government and business interests foreign and/or local who see the profit to be made in the SE but not the people who are affected...450kms from Adelaide, who gives a fat dead rat's festered clacker? sure as hell ain't Adelaide...

Feedback: I received an email to let me know that someone tried to reference my blog on an ABC Interweb Online Forum Chat thingy, but that my blog was "blocked"...and the ABCs alleged political experts Matthew Abraham and David Bevan are apparently not interested in the fact that I had my home raided re legislation that no-one knows how to define and that I probably cannot/should not name, probably... 

(You know, I thought you were a paranoid idiot, but it really is about you, isn't it-Ed)...absolutely, it's what guilty cowards and corrupt politicians do...can't possibly address the realities of what I'm saying, can't possibly accept responsibility for their own corrupt actions, must find a scapegoat, he's big and ugly, he'll do...it's a big part of why I do the blog...please see post re Pariahtisation, shooting the messenger, etc...

If I am the problem then here I am, if I am the problem then I'll be damned, if I am the problem then that'd be great, but problems I have but the problem I ain't...(bloody hippy poem boy-Ed)...thankyou...

What saddens me is that for all the stoicism and alleged sense of community, etc, nobody in the SE seems to give a damn beyond the occasional polite protest...nobodies going to step out outta' line, get outta' step...and polite protests get you nowhere when you're dealing with corrupt liars who just don't give a damn about you and your community...not my opinion, just look at the reality of what Labor/Rory McEwen did with the Forestry Sale in completely ignoring the huge public protests and gross multiple socio/fiscal failings and doing it anyway...

I'd love to see a full list of the various shadowy companies involved in the 'consortium' of companies who, along with Plantation 141, were sold our $1billion plus Forestry Estate for only $680million approx...and I remind readers that the Glencoe Nursery was thrown into the deal for $2 right at the end of the process, indicating that 141 Plantations has no interest in re-planting and re-growing...it's 100% Cut and Run with the valuable Forestry commodity that it took South Australians roughly 100 years to establish but was sold in 5 minutes by the rancidly corrupt Labor Goverment.

Said it before, say it again, Labor is not a political party, it is a Criminal Organisation stealing SAs assets
for themselves and their mates, eg, the Forestry Sale...lies, deceits, manipulation...and all spent on an Election whim (the Adelaide Oval) plucked out of thin air only weeks before the March 2010 State Election...then the Wind Turbine corruption, then the Mt Barker corruption, now the Gilman Land Sale corruption...(and all the while the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up corruption-Ed)...indeed, it goes with much saying...

The Labor Party is not a political movement, it is a Criminal Organisation fleecing the state via a corrupt Electoral system in an entirely corrupt state with a clear goal of self-advancement and promoting institutionalised paedophilia...at any cost...citizens be shrecked, I'm a Labor politician, indeed a South Australian politician, and therefore by definition much more important than you...bloody peasant...

And it sickens me to see the Judas Goat of South East Forestry, NF McDonnell and Sons Timber Mill, trotted out yet again in The Border Watch as a beacon of success and what great work the Labor state government has done...(yeah, well if I had been part of the completely farcical Forestry Roundtable...to Camelot, Sir Spicious Laborfundin...and then received super-special extended log supply contracts far exceeding any other mill, and then received $millions in taxpayers money from said Labor stooges, then I'd be doing alright too I'm sure-Ed)...

And how many bloody Forestry Ministers have we had (3? 4?) since the Labor government quite illegally avoided Foreign Ownership legislation by referring to the Sale of the South East Forestry Estate as a 110+ year "lease" in flogging off the entire state's financial security for only $660m, less than 2/3 of what it's worth just on the page...and that doesn't include any calculation re the annual gross profit of $110 approx that Forestry SA used to pay many services...(particularly fire protection/prevention-Ed)...I'll get to that...pay wages, etc, with and still generate a net profit of approx $40m per annum for SA.

What has really provoked this post today is the announcement by this weeks Labor Forestry Minister Leon Bignell that 60 jobs are to go from Forestry SA, predominantly from the South East, some in the Lofty Ranges...only 18 months after the SEFE Sale and despite repeated promises from Labor that no jobs would be lost and Forestry SA was safe, etc, now we have these 60 "Voluntary Redundancies"...(what the shreck is a 'voluntary redundancy'?-Ed)...that's telling you you're sacked by offering you the choice to choose...

(But if you're going to get sacked anyway, how is that a 'choice'?-Ed)...exactly...(wahhh?-Ed)...this is the crass politico-redefining of the reality with self-serving weasel words...you're going to get sacked, but we're going to label it your choice by calling it a Voluntary Redundancy...not our fault, your choice...(ok, I get that...that's all that bullshit with Bignell bleating about how Labor hasn't broken any promises, told any lies, because these aren't 'job losses', these are 'VR'-Ed)...exactly...and straight away it's open threats to force the issue...(threats now you say-Ed)...indeed...(do tell-Ed)...I will...(well do-Ed)...I'm trying...(try harder-Ed)...look you...

Threats via the 'You'll get clubbed with the stick if you don't take the pissing carrot and bloody like it bloody peasant' strategy...(ah, the ol' YGCWTSIYDTTPCABLIBP, clever-Ed)...um, yes...offer 'VR' with the proviso that if you don't accept by July 1st I think it is (?-end/start of the Financial year) the offer halves, along with the entitlements of everyone else stuck in what is clearly a dying organisation...so by the time the Forestry SA 5 year deal to manage the SEFE for 141 Plantations expires, there'll be no Forestry SA left to Tender, at best only a minuscule FSA that simply won't have the capacity to Tender...(it's a bloody outrage-Ed)...

But they're not making anyone take a package, this is all voluntary remember, so workers have to apply and may well get rejected, but I imagine there'll be a polite scramble to get the 'double pay-out' for the pre-July deal...(charming...so chances are they'll reject those with the largest entitlements to minimise pay-outs, and then give them half what they've earned when Forestry SA finally carcs it-Ed)...yeah probably...

I fully concur with new Liberal Member for Mt Gambier Troy Bell that Leon Bignell's VR language is just manipulating the reality, but disagree emphatically that Labor is to be in anyway congratulated for this supposed positive in offering the VR now instead of waiting until after July, when Labor's own legislation will carve into those workers entitlements...this early call is purely about trying to hide this massive broken promise about "no job losses" behind the traitorous, corrupt defection of Martin Hamilton-Smith, then presented as a choice not a threat, all prettied up with supposed extra cash that is actually just what those workers are entitled to...

Wake Up South East: these clowns don't give a damn about you, you are what is in the way...forget what I think and have a cold, hard look at it for yourselves...Succession from South Australia is irretrievably the only solution in a context where we as people are irrelevant and inconvenient in our own state...let Adelaide pay for Adelaide and we'll keep our Timber and our Agriculture and our Dairy and our Seafood and all go to our hospital closely linked with Portland and Warnnambool, etc, etc...and we'll keep our irreplaceable Aquifer that is worth immeasurably more than any amount of shreckin' Frackin'...I know, I've been through it all before...

Secede To Succeed...you know it makes no sense in a state where we are all equal, but all things being equal, that's not the state where we are...we don't need to be part of Victoria, we don't need a point on the flag, we can't afford to be part of South Australia, we cannot afford to not be not part of South Australia...

Some Old Documents

Hello Spain, the Faroe Islands, Taiwan, and France and welcome to the blog and I'm having a sort of day off by just posting these old documents, but even then they are directly relevant to what happened here at my home 3 weeks ago today, namely the Politest SAPol Raid In History...

I reckon I've used the Paul Holloway/Rory McEwen letter in a previous post but it's a direct example of what Anti-Corruption and the DPP won't look at but they'll come after me...and the DPP one I just re-discovered in some other paperwork...it relates to the carpark chat (several years later) between a parent and DPP Steven Pallaris where the DPP acknowledged that even if you discounted the sexual connotations, the physical contacts visited on 7 year old children by their teacher Glyn Dorling in 2002 were at least "assault".  

Furthermore, here is a direct quote from an email sent to me on October 1st 2013 by then Member for Mt Gambier Don Pegler that refers to the specific legislation that apparently demands I have my home raided and my laptop "seized", legislation that no-one seems to know anything about, and that I apparently can't identify, probably, yet...(it just doesn't get any more ridiculous than that-Ed)...indeed, I'm sure it can...
      "I have been in discussions with the Attorney General,Offic of Public Integrity, and ******,
       ...it appears that Section **** of the act is ambiguous and quite wordy and not clear enough..."

This shows that all involved were aware of the gross vagaries of the legislation 6 months before SAPol marched into my home with repeated statements that I should "expect to be charged" relative to it accompanied by statements that they don't really know what's happening...

These letters clearly show that Comm Ted Mullighan, (deceased), then Labor Premier Mike Rann, Labor Minister Paul Holloway, local lawyer Bill DeGaris, then Member for Mt Gambier Rory McEwen, the SAPol Anti-Corruption Branch, the Sexual Crime Investigation Branch, etc, are all fully aware of the reality of the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up...aware and complicit.

Democracy Is Dead In South Australia

Hello and welcome to the blog USofA, Germany, Angola, and Ukraine...and less than 24hrs after Martin Hamilton-Smith's extraordinary betrayal of his electorate and his party and all South Australians, I think that MLC John Darley got it right with his observation that if he'd (MHS) had done this whilst still in the army, 'he would have been shot for desertion'...(who'd a thunk it? the Army comes up with an appropriate sanction-Ed)...indeed...

I was going to insert here a post-script apology for the very angry tone of this post and the melodramatic title, etc, but I do not apologise for being deeply concerned for the welfare of my community and the terrible implications for Regional SA of the ongoing political shenanigans in Adelaide...the only plan Labor has for the future of SA is mining and in the South East that means Fracking...Fracking and bloody Wind Turbines, and if they think they can get away with it, both...

Don't think for a moment that someone hasn't still got their eye on the Allendale Wind Turbine project...just waiting for whatever Statute/time limitation/whatevs to expire/be changed/whatevs such that the rancid dodginess of the original Acciona/Grant District Council/Mike Rann project can all be neatly excised/denied/whatevs and an allegedly new project slammed onto that site unopposed...(and unopposed because that right has been removed by legislation-Ed)...exactly...

And there's going to be several thousand Shale Gas Fracking wells littered across the South East using vast quantities of groundwater for the actual Fracking that itself becomes a massive pollution problem in it's own right, as part of a broad and imminent contamination threat to the rest of the Aquifer...(yay-Ed)... 

And if it wasn't for the fact that these our illustrious leaders and their pro-paedophile corruption continues the fine SA political tradition of using children for sexual gratification and protecting those that also do, if it wasn't for the fact that it's the vulnerable and voiceless that will suffer, right about now I'd be more than happy to say that you South Australia deserve this, you've earned it, and you can shreckin' have it, wash my hands of the whole thing...

But now's the time for cowards and crooks like Martin Hamilton-Smith and Jay Weatherill to be wholly opposed for their bastardisation of the Democratic processes...and as for the bloody Liberal Party, you are an incompetent, corrupt irrelevance and you should all bloody resign...you do deserve everything you get for having treacherous scumbags like this in your ranks because it suits your purpose...suits right up until your own corrupt members ditch you for a better offer...Democracy is dead, Pro-paedophile Corruption reigns supreme... 

And as a constantly self-reminding pacifist, whilst I agree with the sentiment of Mr Darley's observation I don't actually condone shooting anyone, I'd prefer a public 'stocking' in the town square of his electorate where he could be appropriately pelted with pongy produce before being quietly escorted to the political obscurity he deserves...where he belongs...

I have genuinely tried to keep in the game with the media coverage of Mr Hamilton-Smith's base traitorship and bare-faced lies and rank self-service, but he makes me sick to my stomach and I just had to stop watching...the bare-faced justification for this act of gross selfishness stand him next to that career paedophile protector Premier Jay Weatherill, and there you have a definitive study in the vile corruption that runs South Australia...Democracy my hairy, fat arse...

(An Independent Liberal? what the shreck is that? not in the Labor Party but in the Cabinet but not in the Caucus? a Conservative Liberal voice in the Labor government?...what a load of crap...he's done this for himself and may he be hounded in the street for it...prick-Ed)...

And he's doing an exact 'Geoff Brock' in listing off all the disasters that have hammered the state under 12 years of Labor, eg, the Olympic Dam expansion declaration followed closely by it's retraction, the collapse of the auto industry, massive taxes for business, etc, as being why he's joined these paedophile-controlled, paedophile-protecting scumbags in the Labor Party, a party clearly not run by the Premier and Left Factionista Jay Weatherill but by the Right Faction under Don Farrell...the recent Upper House Labor corruption re appointment of the new President Russell Wortley clearly proves this...

Get Stuffed Martin Hamilton-Smith: you sad, corrupt, selfish bastard...and your sickening hypocrisy after blatant deceit...MHS has tried to justify his betrayal by stating that voters are sick of constant bickering between Parties, etc...(bollocks! 2 days ago he was caning Labor for pretty much anything, and he has himself been the single greatest disruptor within the Liberal Party with his constant sniping at fellow Liberals and selfish crippling Leadership challenges-Ed)...well quite...

(He single-handedly destroyed the Liberals March 2006 state election campaign by running a leadership challenge just 3 months out-Ed)...indeed...ya' know, one could mount a very strong argument for the theory that he has long been a Labor agent operating within the Liberals ranks to create as much internal chaos and disunity as possible...(and with resounding success indeed-Ed)...

Senior SA Liberal Mitch Willians has expressed "jubilation" at the betrayal, saying that some promote and some have not helped and that MHS is one of those, eg, 3 months from 2006 election he challenged Rob Kerin and they lost the election...(told ya'-Ed)...and 12 months later challenged again...that he was undermining the Liberals for personal benefit...'at least we won't have to put up with him'...(but if he was such an ass, why give him pre-selection in a safe seat?-Ed)...indeed...

Mr Williams continued 'now we know where he sits, his focus is on him, he was incompetent and a poor leader'...and on the subject of Geoff Brock, are those promises under threat? 'absolutely, not worth more the paper they're written on'...and there in lies the real concern...whatever was promised is now all but nought and worse, it's open season on regional SA...

And Federally the Liberal Party is syphoning money off the Child Abuse Royal Commission to the tune of $4million, and then reclaiming another $2.7m not yet spent for witnesses expenses...and this money is going instead to the Insulation Batts Scheme Inquiry...more on this tomorrow...

Not coming to Mt Gambier, haven't heard anything from them in 18 months, they continue to deliberately choose ancient and/or resolved cases but refuse to come here and look at the definitive Child Abuse Cover-up and deliberate institutionalised failures that leave parents and children involved still fighting against the Labor government, the Liberal alleged Opposition, the police (SAPol), alleged Child Protection Authorities, the Teachers Registration Board, etc, etc, etc, 12 years after the event...

And Tatiara Mayor and South East Local Government Assoc President Richard Vickery is back in the news facing charges for Illegal Land-Clearing, land that is now allegedly irretrievably damaged...(is this more ILC charges or the same from earlier last year?-Ed)...not sure, continuing I think, but this follows on from his 2011(?) conviction for Mistreating Livestock or neglecting sheep or something...

(How is it that he can continue to function as an elected official with a conviction?-Ed)...don't know, I think his lawyer argued against a conviction because it would compromise his clients work...more importantly, why would people keep voting for him?...(do they though? do they vote for him? I have absolutely no faith what-so-ever in the veracity of South Australian election processes...the whole thing's a corrupt joke...that's South Australia-Ed)...indeed...

Sorry, but it's been a long day and again it's late, and I've pretty much had a gutful of South Australia and particularly it's politicians for today...

Council Meeting 20th May 2014 And More Frackin' Lies

Hello Romania, Ukraine, India, and Aotearoa (New Zealand) and welcome to the blog...and apologies for false advertising but I'm going to finish off the Council meeting stuff today and then the SAPol Raid stuff tomorrow...(lord knows that ain't goin' nowhere fast-Ed)...indeed...I've had multiple advisings about that and am none the wiser...(I understand that when it comes to this no-one does, understand that is-Ed)... 

As covered in recent posts, Mayor Steve Perryman only had to excuse himself twice on 'Conflict of Interest' issues at the latest Mt Gambier City Council meeting, Tuesday 20th May 2014...first during Council's passing a Motion to call for a minimum 2 year moratorium on Fracking for Coal Shale Gas, because he had a commercial agreement with mining company Beach Energy, currently drilling at Penola...and then with Green Triangle Electronics re their work for Council.

And it comes as no surprise to hear Jason Kuchel CEO of the SA Chamber of Mines and Energy marching blinkeredly through yet another Dorothy Dixer interview on ABC Radio last week, repeatedly contradicting himself whilst furiously and spuriously completely dismissing concerns about the multiple faults and failings and potential dangers re Fracking by Beach Energy at Penola...(yeah, you're bound to trip up when holding forth from a position of subjective self-interest that doesn't allow the facts to interfere-Ed)...indeed...

In the same breath he states that Penola Fracking is perfectly safe because we've been doing Fracking safely in the Cooper Basin for decades, but that aquifer contamination is a none-issue because the Penola project is completely different to other projects...(sorry? we've been doing exactly this for yonks so it's perfectly safe only this one is completely different to all the others?-Ed)...that's what he said...(but if it's completely different at Penola from the Cooper Basin, then how does what happens in the CB prove anything about Penola?-Ed)...exactly.

But then he really went to town with outrageous comments about the supposedly completely harmless chemicals used as being just average household chemicals you might find under your kitchen sink at home, or in nail polish, etc...(deadset? I'll have to invite him around for the inaugural filming of my exciting new reality series, BastardChef, where we get these sorts of clowns in and make them eat their words-Ed)...oh sounds delightful...(oh it is-Ed)...     

(I'll just whip up a couple of his favourite dishes liberally laced with these entirely harmless common kitchen sink chemicals he's also so fond of...you know, perhaps a nice Nail Polish Sorbet, some Antiseptic Antipasto, and of course my famous Bleach Chicken, it's the whitest white meat...and a selection of fine South East wines, perhaps a nice Methane Merlot or Cadmium Chardonnay-Ed)...why not both?...(why not indeed, both it is-Ed).

And speak of the devil, just reporting now, Beach Energy has exclusive rights...(200,000 exclusive rights-Ed)...indeed, by paying Geodynamics $200,000 to look at building a (1 megawatt? sorry) Geothermal energy unit to power Beach's gas projects in the Cooper Basin...(so they're going to use geothermal to power gas production, the majority of which is destined for distant shores?-Ed)...exactly...(why not just use geothermal to create our own power?-Ed)...exactly...  

So Nyrstar Yet So Farcical: as the latest bastardisation of the alleged Democracy that we suffer through in South Australia unravels in State Parliament...following the high farce of yet another massively biased and corrupted SA state election and the extraordinary conduct of the resultant fall-out, today we lurched to a disastrous new low...(and thank goodness I say, as former state Liberal leader Martin Hamilton-Smith has finally put paid to that collective delusion that there's anything other than One Party operating in South Australian politics-Ed)...

Mr Hamilton-Smith has jumped out of the Liberal Cabinet room yesterday, and straight onto the Labor Front Bench today...(but how?...how can he run as an endorsed Liberal candidate in a blue-ribbon Liberal seat, be elected to Parliament by a Liberal voting bloc, and then leave the party 2 months after the election, not least of all to betray his own Party and electorate by directly crossing the floor?...surely there must be a by-election?-Ed)...well you'd think so wouldn't you, but that's not likely...

This follows the extraordinary electorate betrayals of Rory McEwen and Karlene Maywald back at the 2002 election, but dwarfs them both with it's sheer selfishness and self-ambition and critical implications for the state...(and given the damage those 2 clowns did to the state by giving Labor control, that's a big call-Ed)...what a prick...(I concur, what a prick-Ed)...and to then try and say he's doing us all a favour with his betrayal and greed, laughable if it wasn't such a disgrace...

And just listening to that dribbling Labor apologist alleged Professor Clem MacIntyre saying that this isn't a massive compromise on Democracy because individuals are elected as individuals...(bollocks...a drover's dog could have won that safe seat with Liberal endorsement-Ed)...fair enough...indeed Clem reckons that this is Democracy working as it has "originally evolved" and is the true nature of the representative system with a casual reference to those who might feel that they didn't vote Hamilton-Smith, they voted Liberal...and that he can be judged at the next election...(in over 3 and 3/4 years-Ed)... 

It has been widely reported that the Weatherill Labor government has approached several senior Liberals since the March 15th 2014 election to try and sure up there numbers, but with a broader view to dumping Member for Frome Geoff Brock and all the associated alleged promises, for example, say, a $190million assurance of insurance that would entice Nyrstar to re-invest in their Pt Pirie Smelter facility, and other support-associated Regional funding promises...(so you reckon this could be the death-knell for the Pt Pirie Smelter expansion?-Ed)...hope not...

This is also a massive Green Light for Fracking at Penola...it's on like Donkey Kong people...if you think that anyone capable of this sort of greed and selfishness isn't going to mindlessly embrace everything he's just signed onto with supporting Labor, then there's more than one mindless person in this sentence...Labor want Fracking, MHS supports Labor, end of story...

And just watchng him now "I'm not Labor, I'm an Independent Liberal",...'since I've now heard the Liberal's statements, there are serious problems in the Liberals'...(not now that the biggest problem has left...prick-Ed)...what a self-absorbed arsehole...(geez, I thought you were bad-Ed)...I am, but that's not the point...he's been a disaster for the Liberals for years, now he's a disaster for all South Australia...

Mt Gambier Council Meeting May 20th 2014 - Part II

Hello Brazil, France, United Kingdom, and of course right 'ere in Straya, particularly Sow Straya, and welcome to the blog...and please excuse this bitsy, jinking post but it's already late and I've been running on the far side of not great again for a few days, before swinging back I'm sure to the elation of vindication...but that's tomorrow's post, so therefore I digress...

Going Off: in Federal parliament when Senator Bill Heffernan pulled out a length of metal pipe as a demonstration of the failings with the Parliament building security system...(security? is he concerned that militant plumbers might try to mount a poohy coup? is someone flogging the copper piping?-Ed)...no, no he was imitating a pipe bomb...(I don't think it's appropriate to bring his marijuana pipe bong into Parliament-Ed)...not bong you idiot, bomb, a pipe bomb...(I reckon that's probably frowned on as well-Ed)...anyway...

It was in some Committee or other...(Senate Estimates-Ed)...ta, that he produced the faux banger (with the knowledge of the Chair) and childhood stories of blowing stumps out of the ground, and more modern tales of security failure re people smuggling bomb bits into Parliament House under the current 'partial screening' system where politicians and staffers are not screened...and he had a fair point in saying that even trusted people like pre-checked senior staffers, etc, were open to coercion, blackmail, etc, and should be checked.

It is apparently an issue of cash or rather a lack of...the budget for the running of the infrastructure and staffing, etc, that is the meat and potatoes of Parliament House, the cogs and wheels, the...(ok, ok, move on-Ed)...well that budget apparently doesn't stretch to scanning all people entering the House...for all I know this is just a stunt to get more money allocated to Parliamentary Maintenance or some shizzle...(not with you-Ed)...it's an old trick...

Cry poor, and here's the drastic proof courtesy of Buffalo Bill, and that justifies more money for da' House the which really just means mahogany and walnut hand-towel warmers in the Members Day Spa, truffles with every course, and a four person humidor for Smokin' Joe Hockey's office...(geez you're a rotten cynic-Ed)...actually I'm quite good at it...

Usually at Mt Gambier City Council meetings there's more than enough room to swing a dead and/or live cat...(Schrodinger's?-Ed)...no thanks, I'm trying to give it up...normally the Public Gallery is full of empty seats, so I was partially surprised to see nearly a dozen people present when I graced the Chamber with the flabbiness of my presence...(all fries please for his Lardship-Ed)...partially surprised because I knew there was a statement due from Council re a Fracking Moratorium so there were likely to be a few bloody hippys there...(a few bloody more-Ed)...

When Councillor Merv White stood to speak to the business of the Operational Services Committee, he wanted to put through in one vote all 12 items, ranging from the Fracking issue, through Solar Panels for the Library...(shouldn't they have done that when they built the damn thing?-Ed)...don't get me started...too late they should have bloody done that when they built the Library, not that they needed to build a new library, but that's another another story...(anyhoos, all 12 items 'en bloc'-Ed)...

However, Mayor Steve Perryman pulled 'Swervin' Merv up re Item 8, itself an Item of 4 parts, being 1) the Solar system, 2) Salvage Yard Expressions of Interest, 3) Environmental Sustainability Program report, and then 4) Unconventional Gas Mining...Mayor Perryman stated that Item 8 would need to be addressed separately because that included the Fracking issue and he had a 'Conflict of Interest'...(oh boy, here we go-Ed)...you betcha...but first...

The Skies The Limit, Not: anyone can go on the Interweb and look up Council's Agendas, Minutes, etc, but just 'cos it's hilarious, here is OSC Item 8 part 1, Mount Gambier Library Solar System; dot point 2 - ''Council proceed to release to open tender for a lease to own solar system for the Mount Gambier Library, and following the tender process a further report is to be presented to Council."

Forget fake lakes and dodgy re-zonings, Council wants to own it's own little corner of the Universe, it's own Solar System...(ahhh I get it-Ed)...when I first saw that I thought they were going to get a ceiling mural/mobile thingy or Solar System projector or whatevs as an educational aid for the Library...anyhoos, where was I?...ah yes, Mayor Perryman's latest 'Conflict of Interest'...  

When Item 8 rolled around and duly Part 4, Mayor Perryman excused himself because 'he is the owner of a business that has a commercial agreement with Beach Energy'...(hang on, Beach Energy are the company drilling for Fracking right now at Penola-Ed)...yep...(and what did the anti-frackers in the gallery think of that?-Ed)...ooo yeah, there were some mumblins' and some grumblins' alright, and I reckon that's why it got a mention in The Border Watch article re Council's call for a 2+ year Fracking Moratorium...(sorry?-Ed)...

Well, a couple of people have said they think that this particular COI, the latest of many of Stevos', has been reported where previously others have not, because of this 'ere blog and me constant ridin's of the Council on such matters...plausible, but I think it far more likely that the many witnesses to this COI pretty much demanded a public acknowledgement...(fair enough-Ed)... 

So many COIs, so little time...Mayor Perryman also had a COI with Green Triangle Electronics who are contracting to Council for Tech support and hardware supply, etc...no foul as far as I'm concerned as far as GTE are concerned...and like I say, just another in a long list of Mayor Perryuman's COIs...(only 2 COIs for the evening? that is a slow night for our illustrious leader-Ed)...it's just ridiculous...
   
Absolutely Better Than Nothing: is what just happened (earlier-1830hrs approx) on the Channel 9 (WIN Network) state news service when they cut to "Win News Local", with stories about the Bliss 'n Eso concert, Mt Gambier police find some hydroponic marijuana plants in a room (12?), an Indecent Assault on Boandik Tce, the Penola Coonawarra festival, a story about the dish-lickers (greyhounds), and some local footy, and the weather...all apparently presented by The Border Watch.

It only lasted maybe 90 seconds...(I think maybe TBW has bought an ad space between Channel 9 News stories-Ed)...possibly...and it's a very poor replacement for the dedicated Mt Gambier News Service of only a few years ago or even the MG/Riverland mixed service that was axed early last year 2013...but sweet baby cheeses it's better than nothing...

Crunch Time - Penola Rd Style

Howdy y'all and welcome China, Romania, France and the USofA...welcome to the blog...this short Sunday post is a slightly self-indulgent and fairly parochial localised effort...and tomorrow a continuation of the series of posts re the SAPol Anti-Corruption Branch 'raid' of my home on Thursday 8th May 2014...(and their initial brief visit the day before about 1430hrs-Ed)...quite...

Crunchy Penola Suite: yesterday 'round about noon I just happened to be walking El Poocho 30m from the Penola Rd/Wireless Rd intersection when I aurally witnessed a nasty accident...(aurally witnessed?-Ed)...had my back to the corner so heard but did not see 'screeeeech Crunch!'...and turned to see a Ford/Holden sedan pulling slowly away and drive up onto the footpath by the deli, and a smaller sedan sitting in the middle of the intersection with it's side stove in...

The young woman had turned right from Wireless Rd East, headed North, but apparently didn't see the oncoming larger silver/grey car going South, and the bigger sedan t-boned her right in the driver's door...

I told someone to call an ambulance and was the first person to get to the car on the footpath where they signalled that they were ok so I went out to the middle of the road...the passenger indicted that the driver was badly shaken but not specifically hurt...a bloke drove across from Wireless Rd East and cleverly placed his 4WD ute thingy to block traffic headed into town, and I directed traffic coming up the slope out of town to move to the inside lane.

An ambulance was there in minutes...(we were only 1km from the Mt Gambier hospital but that is still pretty good...they even beat the tow-truck, and that's something-Ed)...indeed...and eventually a police car, the State Emergency Service Rescue truck thingy, and 2 Metropolitan Fire Service trucks...sounds like overkill when all 4 people involved walked away from the accident after brief ambulance attention and chatting to the police, but this is procedure...and fair enough...

With 4 potential victims and 2 separate vehicles possibly on fire, it was an appropriate response and a mark of the society I want to live in...people acting instinctively and collectively to help others until the well-trained, well-equipped Rescue Services are able to attend ASAP...it was a minor miracle that the whole thing wasn't a whole lot worse...

And the socio-political failures that effectively guaranteed this accident and/or others like it, are very well documented...the intersection is a State government responsibility that allegedly doesn't meet the requisite traffic flow to justify lights or the far more sensible a bloody round-about...and what does the Labor state government spend $100,000s on instead? bike lanes, shreckin' bike lanes...

For the same cost as the ludicrous 200m of bike lanes recently installed along Penola Rd...(with associated re-guttering, re-bitumenising, night-time work penalty rates, etc-Ed)...exactly...for all that pointless bullshit and stuffin' about to put hugely problematic and barely used bike lanes in completely the wrong place, that time, effort, and expense could have produced a much needed round-about at an intersection that remains fatality free purely by luck...

More On This Later: Whilst any traffic management initiative and/or infrastructure is only as good as the morons using it...(present company excepted of course-Ed)...but of course...a round-about works perfectly well just up the road at the Penola Rd/Jubilee Hwy intersection so why not at Wireless Rd?...and it's more than just a good idea ignored, it's indicative of a disconnect between the morons making the decisions and the morons who then have to organise their lives around said original moronicisms...(that's a lot of moronicising-Ed)...yes, it's an exciting new weight loss initiative, Moronercise...

What Mt Gambier needs is a round-about at Penola Rd/Wireless Rd not stupid bike lanes and that was made perfectly clear to the government...it has been made perfectly clear for years nay decades that something must be done with that intersection...but what Mt Gambier clearly needs and clearly wants, is absolutely irrelevant

You know I do wonder sometimes if these people don't have a bad week then get pissed on a Friday arvo and sit around thinking of ways to bitch-slap Mt Gambier....ahhhahhah I know, lesh put bike lanesh on the bishiest bit but ignore the deadly problem jush up the road, ahahahhhahhhaaa...(you make a persuasive argument sir-Ed)...yesh, yesh I do...

In closing I'd just like to cover the Mt Gambier City Council's massive whinge about lack of consultation from the state government re the Penola Rd bike lanes that was immediately followed by Council doing exactly the same to local business owners and residents...(it really is quite unbelievable-Ed)...yeah, and now they're trying to pump it up as an Election issue heading into the November 2014 Local Government elections...(you know, they must think people are really, really stupid to come up with such a transparently vacuous confected conflict and try and make it fly-Ed)...

Council is absolutely desperate that people don't look a little more closely at some of the outrageous Budget justifications they came up with in 2013/14 and the gross mismanagement that represents, and the extraordinarily cavalier decisions they continue to make, casually throwing millions of rate-payers money about...better come up with a visible, daily distraction that they can refer to rather than address real issues...(it's Dodgy Politics 101-Ed)...indeed...

More City Council Shenanigans

Hello Ukraine, Poland, Spain and Canada and welcome to a short weekend post...and whilst the 'view statistics' page are obviously skewed by the missing and/or short posts this month...(and vary widely from day to day anyway-Ed)...indeed, as some check daily, some every few days, and I assume some new availees join the party...(and apparently accessing the title page doesn't register as a view-Ed)...really? fascinating...anyways, it appears numbers are again slightly up...       

Feedback: thank you for the support albeit bloggily anonymous...(whaaa?-Ed)...from off-blog...there's been no 'Comments' from anyone, eg, my pal 'Dick Stretcher', on the blog itself...but off-blog, off-blog its a tale of absolute bewilderment bordering on outrage...it appears that The Mount Gambier Independent has hit a rich vein of rabid rate-payers fully fit to burst about the extraordinary conduct of Council re planning decisions and related expenditure...and not so happy either about a certain issue re this blog, an issue of suppression and censorship mired in Fascism...

Apparently people are just starting to realise exactly how many 'Conflicts of Interest' Councillors have, particularly Mayor Steve Perryman, and how this compromises Planning and other issues around Mt Gambier...and how decisions are not made for the benefit of the greater populace, but for Councillors, their families, and mates, including various vested interests, not least of all for the specific benefit of the upper-middle classes...and I'm not just being a Leninist ball-kicker, for example, how much financial support for the Riddoch Gallery and not one cent for public transport? 

Apparently people are just getting a little fed up with City Council's rank corruption of appropriate processes, definable acts of gross nepotism, the unrelenting conduct of Insider Trading, voting each other the Sports model Council car at at extra $10,000, etc, etc...try coming to Council meetings and having to sit through it all time and again without being allowed to say a word... 

In my humble opinion, Council has just handed the main Rail Lands contractor Gambier Earth Movers an entirely unnecessary $2m approx 'sweetener' contract for needlessly moving dirt around in circles and stupidly, needlessly moving rail tracks ratepayers will now have to pay to replace...(what really blows my mind is that Council openly acknowledged, albeit I reckon dishonestly, that they don't know whether ratepayers will be liable for replacement, but went ahead and ripped them out anyway-Ed)...

What do you mean 'sweetener contract'?...(well GEM missed out on the Old Hospital Demolition contract that went to McMahons, and there were some very serious 'issues' re the awarding of that contract, 'issues' that might/should be very 'inconvenient' for Council, and that it was therefore expedient to find another equally large contract to keep GEM sweet-Ed)...or they could all just be mates who organised a $2m contract for each other, nothing would surprise me anymore when it comes to Mt Gambier City Council...(true-Ed)...

I think that some of the Decontamination work was necessary...(what?!!!-Ed)...in the context that even otherwise irrelevant minor contamination cannot just be built on, it has to be removed...in that context some moving may have been needed...(fair enough-Ed)...but that's not Council's official story is it? Council's official story is the November 2011 $10m Parklands Concept Plan and that required zero reclamation...

And what do you mean 'albeit dishonestly'?...(well, amongst their many quite deceitful excuses for doing nothing with the Rail Lands for 8 years, was the repeatedly re-cycled 'Deed problems' and issues of allege liability for replacing anything removed-Ed)...ah of course...when it suited Council because they didn't want to act, alleged issues with the Deed were enough to stop any action, but when Council decides it's time to get the site ready for massive Retail Expansion of the Lakes Plaza and doubles it's Borrowing Capacity to pursue that Agenda, then the exact issue is irrelevant...

(Yeah, but it's worse than that...Council hasn't just ignored their own excuse, the Deed, they've repeated the claim but then ploughed ahead anyway...'we don't know if this is going to drop Mt Gambier rate-payers right in it' has become 'we don't know nor do we care if we will drop Mt Gambier rate-payers right in it'-Ed)...and those tracks were moved solely to make room for the Rail Lands Retail Agenda (Expansion of the Lakes Plaza)...(exactly-Ed)...

I know that I bang on about the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up and the Rail Lands Retail Agenda and the Wind Turbine Fascism and the extraordinary Nepotism and Other Malfeasance of the Main Corner Project and if I was allowed to discuss it the thing about that authority that sometime in the next 2 years I might be charged with posting about but couldn't possibly discuss because that might also be against the ludicrous legislation that nobody seems to be able to explain to me...(shreckin' hilarious-Ed)...easy for you to say, it ain't all happenin' to you...

Yes I do bang on about these things, but they are having a devastating effect on my community, and particularly with the St Martins Cover-up stuff, on the broader state...and the Rail Lands Retail Agenda has completely contaminated Planning Decisions with placement of the Library, Main Corner and the Bus Shelter all part of keeping the Rail Lands clear...

Now Council is at it again with $30,000 to keep the Skatepark off the Rail Lands...(and I was past there recently and sods of turf were being rolled out across the Bay Rd end of the Rail Lands-Ed)...sods of turf? how much is that going to bloody cost?...(heaps I'm sure...and the whole site is flat as a tack, no landscaping, not nothing-Ed)...well most carparks are flat, and that's exactly what that area is earmarked for, carparking.

Passing A Motion: has allowed Wattle Range Council to install a new $10million (approx) piped sewerage system at Beachport, providing immediate environmental benefits and development opportunities according to Mayor Peter Gandolfi...it took over 2 years and is 6 months behind schedule, but at least it's there now.

This new system replaces what I assume were Septic Tanks and a very limited sewerage set-up, but I'm sorry I don't know the new means of disposal, but again I'll assume that there is some sort of treatment...(yeah, there are some 'treatment lagoons' but I don't know where they are-Ed)...thanks...and I have no problem linking the extensive delays that plagued this project, with the construction of the fake lake on the Rail Lands...(sorry, you've lost me-Ed)...

Well, one of the problems at Beachport has been the underground infrastructure already present making it difficult for contractors, and that is something Mt Gambier City Council is trying to avoid with their fake lake...(still not with you-Ed)...well Council is still rabidly pursuing the Rail lands Retail Agenda as identified on this here blog...(yeah, yeah I get that-Ed)...and that will mean a massive Retail Expansion across the Rail Lands 

(Ah, ah, I get it...if Council wants to construct a large building with associated large roof area, the catchment, they need to provide a workable engineering option for disposing of that stormwater...and given Mt Gambier's already struggling stormwater infrastructure that would mean extensive, expensive capital works at the Developers and/or Council's cost, but a large drainage pond right there would be perfect-Ed)...yes, we went through this the other day, I wish you'd pay attention...

And the humble Septic Tank is also the derivation of the famous but somewhat derogatory Aussie slang term for Americans (USofA), the term 'Seppos'...when many USofA troops were on Aussie shores during World War II, there was a good deal of animosity between Allies/allies, not least of all around the issue of sheilas...(more slang, sheilas are women-Ed)...and so the existing Yanks, from the Yankee of the American Civil War, became 'Septic Tanks', which then became 'Seppos'.

500th Post - Yay

Hello y'all in the USofA, Aotearoa (New Zealand), Sweden, and Indonesia and welcome to the blog...and a sense that the dingy dinghy that is this blog has righted itself somewhat even if both oars aren't quite yet back in the water...(were they ever?-Ed)...fair enough...and apologies that today's post is a bit of an indulgent whinge about stuff with very few and inevtably lame attempts at humour...and 500 is a fairly arbitrary number given various 'no post today' posts, the halfish posts in the last couple of weeks, etc...

I do still feel deeply traumatised about the raid 2 weeks ago that made me feel like a stranger in my own home, but I've made a point of spending a couple of beautiful days in the garden trying to retrieve it's overgrown wonderfulness...it is not uncommon for people to feel violated and invaded in these sort of situations, eg, after a burglary, but in my specific case it's effects are compounded by the fact that the implications and inferences are that it will happen again some time soon...(or later-Ed)...well indeed...

But because I haven't even been charged with anything, and lord knows ('cos I sure don't) but apparently I "probably shouldn't" (SAPol-8th May 2014) blog about what it is I'm not even charged with, up to and including mentioning the actual legislation because that would tend to identify the 'authority' involved...sorry, I've lost my place...(probably can't talk about the charges you're apparently going to face-Ed)...yeah, yeah, I've no idea what's going on and the best advice I've had is "probably don't mention it"...farcical...

Just Offensive: and somewhat disturbing is our Prime Minister Tony Abbott's apparently infinite capacity for lying...sure, I don't like him, but that is irrelevant given that my opinion doesn't influence his intensely deceitful conduct...lie after lie, moralless redefining of cuts and new taxes as 'heavy lifting', job losses are 'liberation', if you cop it due to his class-structure Budget, then you're not even a person, you're an inconvenient fence that Tony 'Fire-Trucked' Abbott has to mow down to get to the Budget Crisis fire he has created ...(ffwhat an arsehole-Ed)...quite...

'Not gonna' touch pensions, no new taxes, trust us the 'mature government with adults in charge'...on and on and on...lie after lie, deceit upon deception, crass wordsmithery attempting to deny and redefine realities, usually written for him by someone else...I have genuine concerns that his vanity and arrogance is a confected mask for a deep seated insanity mired in religious sycophancy and moral deficit if not absolute absence...

But of all his lies and hypocrisies, yesterday's little effort re politicians keeping their families out of politics was a new low from someone who is either insane, high or suffering the 'Manopause' and associated forgetfulness...(not that there's anything wrong with any of that-Ed)...well sure, but yesterday Tony outright stated that it is his personal code that he never involves his family in his politics, never has...(so who were those cute young women he kept pushing out in front all through the 2013 Federal election campaign?...Liberal groupies? Amazonia Security Services? Escorts perhaps?-Ed)...

Now steady on Ed, you're being very irresponsible, Escorts indeed, you know that they were Tony's daughters...(can't be, Tony says politics sans family has always been his highest priority...and he wouldn't lie-Ed)...straight in bed, couldn't lie straight in bed...(so that was his good lady wife and daughters that he constantly pushed into the spotlight to try and suggest that he has 'respect for women'?...ooo, look I respect women, I married one and fathered 3 more, tell me I don't respect women will you-Ed)...um, yep...(so his statement yesterday to the absolute opposite extreme is a crass lie-Ed)...from a crass liar.

And don't get me started about the relentlessly condescending language of prize tools like Liberal Education Minister Christopher 'Tidy Gentleman's Perm' Pyne.."now that adults are in charge", "when Labor want to have a mature debate"...on and on talking down at everybody who disagrees or questions because the rightful rulers, the Liberal Party, won't sanction they idea that they are not completely infallible, and let's face it, just better than you and I...(I Peasantus-Ed)...  

And the gutless pricks won't even face a handful of grubby students protesting...last night Christopher Pyne snuck in the back door at an event to avoid protesters...and just watching some charming footage of a young woman protester standing there when a cop steps out of their line and violently shoves her to the ground, narrowly missing a stone pillar...charming...turning out the cops to assault protesters you don't have the balls to face yourself...pathetic, piss-weak, and reeking of Totalitarianism and outright Fascism...

And I'm only human...(just-Ed)...so when I see these legally sanctioned Fascist thugs assaulting people like that, it stirs in me a burning desire to show up to one of these demos and start throwing my not inconsiderable weight about...let's see how the hard man who shoved that young woman violently to the ground, let's see how he fares mano et mano...gutless prick...

The news is full of horror stories about one-punch assaults where people hit their heads and die, and here's some gutless Fascist bully-boy going within a hair's-breadth of doing exactly that to a young woman for the heinous crime of effectively just standing there...(gutless bloody prick-Ed)...I said that already...(it bears repeating-Ed)...fair enough...gutless prick...  

You'll excuse me for being a tad sensitive on the issue of government using the Police to attack protesters or any other kind of dissenter, given the SAPol raid of my home and seizure of my laptop and all the associated harassment, intimidation, etc, that comes from having the representatives of a legally sanctioned criminal organisation like SAPol force their way into your home and steal your stuff...the polite behaviour of the 2 detectives aside, it is/was an act of retribution and a direct threat to further harass me.

Hopefully you've had an opportunity to avail yourselves of the Mt Gambier City Council Minutes for Tuesday night 20th May 2014, particularly Motions Without Notice item 3 right near the end, and the article on page 6 of The Australian 22nd May 2014...following and/or pending further legal advice...(and/or?-Ed)...had some advice, will be getting more...(fair enough-Ed)...I'm still no closer to understanding if I can even talk about what it is I'm allegedly expecting to be charged with and can only allude/direct to these specific articles/items.

I re-iterate: that SAPol Anti-Corruption detectives came to my home on Wednesday 7th May and then returned to execute a Search Warrant on Thursday 8th May 2014, when they also siezed my laptop (and password) as evidence...I was repeatedly told that they were gathering evidence with a view that I should "expect to be charged" re this blog and my comments re a particular 'authority'...and 5 days later Attorney General John Rau and the relevant Commissioner were on the ABC Radio stating that they were going to change that exact legislation because it was a bit strict...  

And not just legislation in the same ballpark, not even in the same grandstand, not even the same row, it's 'excuse me ma'am but you're in my seat'...and earlier this week John Rau was on again as part of a debate about changing Whistleblower legislation because it doesn't protect said Blowers properly and perhaps we should pay them, etc...(what a joke...did he sound like a bunny in the headlights the way he did last Tuesday 13th re the legislation stuff?-Ed)...no. not this time...

OMG: Just saw on TV News the Aussie Women's Football (Soccer) team defeat Korea (South Korea presumably-Ed)...not sure...but there was a penalty awarded to a Korean striker who took 2 steps past an Oz defender and then threw herself to the ground 2 feet outside the penalty area...and was duly awarded a penalty...(I thought you had to be fouled inside the box for a penalty?-Ed)...exactly...I thought the Korean was about to get booked for diving as occasionally happens, but no...

Also yet another attack reported in Nigeria as bombings, kidnappings, and other Sectarian fueled violence threaten to completely de-stabilise the country as each attack undermines the authority of the government, who are apparently powerless to stop them...the world community has been prevaricating profusely about the kidnapping a month ago of approx 300 young women from a school, yet nothing much seems to happen...I'd have thought that purely on a 'resource security' level Nigeria was of a high priority.  

I note that Mayor Steve and his wife Jamie Perryman now apparently host the Cancer Council's main Morning Tea fundraiser at their accommodation establishment...just sayin'...

And in closing, Uber Premier Shakin' Jay Weatherill has put his little foot down and is refusing to attend the Parliamentary Inquiry (Upper House) into why he went against the relevant department's specific advice, and then did no Tender Process at all, when selling $400million of prime land at Gillman (just outside Adelaide) for only $100m...and where's the shreckin' Inquiry into the rank corruption and gross malfeasance of the Forestry Sale Process?...and where's the Parliamentary outrage about the Fascism of the Wind Turbine legislation?...do me a favour...

Hello Bulgaria, Malaysia, Lithuania, and Canada and welcome to the blog...and just to break up the SAPol 'Raid' thingy, the latest installment of the maladministration, malfeasance, and general shenanigans that is the conduct of a Mt Gambier Council meeting...if you haven't already read previous posts re other meetings and the extraordinary corruption of appropriate processes and litany of Councillors 'Conflict Of Interests', nepotism, etc, that are the hallmark of any City Council meeting, please do...

Feedback: in so much as someone quite recently started reading the blog and asked me who the Editor was...(nahhh, recognition at last...in accepting this award I'd just like to congratulate all those who have had an opportunity to work with me and-Ed)...slow down champ, there's no award, just some praise in that the person genuinely believed that you, Ed, are a separate person...I had to explain it twice but we got there and had a good laugh about it...they said it was "very clever"...

As I explained to them, Ed, despite his various protestations to the contrary, is purely a linguistic device utilised to engage readers in a conversation rather than assault them with a relentless diatribe...there is no actual Ed...nor is there a Giant Talking Squirrel...(but there's clearly an Inner Bastard-Ed)...well, indeed...(yeah, you can see it leaking out round the edges-Ed)...alright, thankyou...(there's a puddle of pure Bastard right there-Ed)...ok, thankyou, moving on... 

Whale Oil Beef Fire-Trucked: Prime Minister Tony Abbott has dismissed his lies about 'no new taxes' etc, and the suffering of those low to middle income earners, disabled, ill, elderly, etc, whom his Budget cuts deliberately target, with the delightful analogy of a fire truck justifiably plowing through fences to get to the fire...the 'fire' being the alleged 'Budget Crisis', and we all bein' the shreckin' fence...it's alright for him the fireman driving his fire-truck Budget to be running us fences down to get where he wants to go, to the fire he lit...

And reducing people to inanimate objects to reduce their human value...where have we heard that before?...(well it's a cornerstone of discrimination and violence and it's worst incarnation a combination of both, genocide-Ed)...well that's the extreme, but yes certainly discrimination...(but it does open up a whole series of hilarious social observations on the theme of being 'Fire-Trucked by Tony Abbott'-Ed)...how so?...

(Orrr maybe t-shirts with 'I Was Fire-Trucked By Tony Abbott's Budget', or 'Ï Take Offense To Being A Fence To Be Fire-Trucked With'...witty responses to inquiries re how the Budget affects you, eg, "I'm completely fire-trucked mate, don't know how we'll cope"...you know , that sort of thing-Ed)...sure...and a whole bunch of stuff about 'fencing' an election stolen with lies, etc, it's all good stuff...and the mini-title refers to the ancient yet hilarious kids joke where you ask 4 questions that solicit the answers Whale, Oil, Beef, and Hooked, and then get the jokee to say it with an Irish accent.

Just Now On ABC Radio News: reportage this morning of various issues from the Council meeting 20th May 2014 including that prize Nepotist Councillor Des Mutton banging on about potential problems with installing even more bike lanes (voted through 6/3 apparently) and that the process has been 'rushed' and without enough public consultation...(and also on the front page of today's The Border Watch).

(Ahhhhhh, public bloody consultation...Council's Great White Whale...Council is apparently obsessed with it but nobody else has ever seen it-Ed)...nice...and if it does show it's bloated albino bonce above the waves, all involved get duly slaughtered...(except the cabin boy, I think...does anyone survive in Moby Dick?-Ed)...the whale?...dunno, sorry...(and what the heck is a 'Nepotist'?-Ed)...one whom engages in Nepotism...(fair enough-Ed)... 

Council also has signed a 2 year deal @ $15,000 a year...(with follow up 2x1 year renewal options-Ed)...indeed, to renew their lease from Bedford Industries for the site where the Dimjalla Skate Park is located...and this is up from the current approx $7,000...why not spend $30,000 constructing a super dooper skate park on the Rail Lands right near Bay Rd just around the corner from the Mt Gambier Police Station?...it's the perfect spot...central, secure, sensible, providing what the City needs with the City's money...there or around by the pool...(which should be covered already but isn't-Ed)...indeed...

And by almost divine coincidence is the Vox Pop section of TBW today asking the question, do you think a skate park on the Rail Lands is a good idea?...all 3 yes's...call me a cynic, but what I have witnessed of the Rail Lands Retail Agenda and the deceits and manipulations that Council have repeatedly engaged in in pursuing that Agenda, leads me to believe that this 2+1+1 decision is about avoiding any such structure on the Rail Lands other than the massive Retail Expansion of the Lakes (Centro) Plaza which is still clearly planned.

I re-iterate, that ridiculous $650,000+ fake lake is a drainage/run-off pond for the huge roof space of said Retail Expansion...run-off that the Mt Gambier drainage system couldn't accommodate, requiring expensive and expansive pipe laying, etc...remember the downpour a couple of years back where the Cave Gardens filled up to within feet of the lower lookout?...and still no word about renovating that prime RLRA inconvenience, the Old Rail Station. 

It was mentioned though, Council's award received for the Bio-Mass Furnace at the Aquatic Centre which I find mildly hilarious given the pool has been closed for over a month and will be for another 5-6...and another $7,000 for the 100 Mile Classic for full sponsorship after their main sponsor pulled out...but still no action on displaying the Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander Flags in the Chamber, that just got pushed quietly through without any debate despite Council stating there would be an 'unveiling ceremony' in May 2014.

For balance, I have spoken to someone who really supports the $450,000 of shreckin' solar lights around the Blue Lake...I think these lights are a frivolous extravagance that Mt Gambier cannot afford, particularly in the current fiscal climate and there are other things desperately needed in Mt Gambier, eg, proper public transport and related shelters, etc.

Apparently house sales in Mt Gambier have doubled and median prices increased at approx twice metro area rates, but there was no discussion as to whom was buying these properties...again my cynicism steers me toward looking at this as at best 'talking up the market' to boost confidence and therefore sales, etc...I have seen a few places 'sold' around town but still many for sale...

Limestone Coast Protection alliance Anne Daw was also on radio congratulating City Council who on Tuesday night voted to support a minimum 2 year moratorium on Fracking (by writing to the Weatherill Labor government?)...and indeed credit where credit's due...whilst Mt Gambier is the third South East Council to officially call for such a moratorium, following Robe and Wattle Range, better late than never...

Council has also called for the South East Local Government Assoc (SELGA) to get amongst it and either support and/or do their own statement, liaise, etc...there were nearly a dozen people present for this issue, including former ABC announcer Alan Richardson, and they politely applauded the parade of Councillors who rose to speak on the issue...I don't give a damn about the grating grandstanding because the issue, opposing Fracking, is far too important.

(So you're saying Mt Gambier City Council has done something correctly-Ed)...yeah...(has done something good?-Ed)...sure...(Council has acted appropriately and without ulterior motive for the genuine betterment of the community?-Ed)...more or less...(does it hurt?-Ed)...not really, the issue is far too important...(wow, I never thought I'd see you praise Council, and with such apparent calm-Ed)...naaa, whatevs...

I was very concerned though...(doh here we go-Ed)...settle, concerned that yet again there were issues addressed in the meeting, that were not on the Agenda on Council's website prior, and added as 'Motions Without Notice'...(fair enough-Ed)...3 items this time, and this has happened before with the Old Hospital Demolition Tender vote and other issues...please Google search 'Mt Gambier City Council's Minutes' for their May meeting, scroll through to near the end, and read Motions Without Notice - item 3 ...I strongly urge nay politely insist that availees avail themselves of this item 3...

Sorry For The Secret Squirrel Bullshit: but once you've availed yourself of said Minutes you'll understand why it is that I possibly cannot talk about it other than to refer to it...pending further legal advice...and then you can explain it to me 'cos I got no idea...similarly you should possibly check out page 6 of today's The Australian (22nd May 2014) and a very interesting article by Political Reporter Sarah Martin...a very, very interesting article that I'm not sure I can even discuss pending further legal advice, etc, etc...

(What a load of bollocks-Ed)...oh absolutely, I can only ask that people look at Council's own Minutes re Item 3 and try to get hold of page 6 of The Australian...like I say, just by talking about these items I may be in breach of legislation that both these 'items' discuss...ludicrous...I guarantee that it will be worth the effort and when and if I can post this stuff directly, I will...(be done-Ed)...deadset.

CWYWF Part III - Wish I Was The Problem

Hello Venezuela, Spain, United Kingdom, and the good ol' United States of America, and welcome to the blog and today's Part III of the SAPol 'raid' of my home...(and apologies for not posting this yesterday but got home late from Council's meeting and no Interweb again)...and again this morning took 1/2 hr to even get a connection and it keeps dropping out...could mean 2 posts today again...sorry...but moving on...

Some Other Stuff:...for example, I note that the Child Abuse Cover-up case in West Australia that the Royal Commission is reviewing has ended up on the front page of the Perth papers...not that their (RCs) investigation of the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up ever will...they (RC) aren't even coming to Mt Gambier or looking at the St Martins case, a text-book study in Institutional failure that careens into the area of outright official cover-up.

And ultimately that's what the Commission is about...pour horrendous story after horrendous story into the media about already resolved cases, eg, the YMCA worker who has already been gaoled, or the WA teacher, again already gaoled, or cases from 40-50 years ago, but don't engage with a current, unresolved case that is unresolved because of definable official incompetence, indolence, and outright corruption...it gives everyone a sense that something is being done...

And the similarities between St Martins and the WA case are chilling...a private primary school teacher who chose 'favourites' who were then abused...clear grooming behaviours...multiple complaints (often by other teachers) across 6-7 years...those and parent complaints ignored and those 'complainers' vilified and ostracised by the school/community (Pariahtisation)...the school never spoke to the kids or reported to police but warned the teacher that he was about to be charged which compromised the investigation...the only difference is that this guy was tried...(twice-Ed)...indeed, on Appeal, and convicted twice and is in gaol...

Sorry, 2 differences...whilst the school involved...(that can't be identified for 'legal reasons'-Ed)...was clearly covering-up the teacher's behaviours, when this did go to authorities the teacher was charged, tried, and convicted...with St Martins the authorities like SAPol are intimately involved in the cover-up...why isn't the Royal Commission coming to Mt Gambier to look at an equally current case that has the exact same elements, but with the massive extra issue of institutionalised official failure?

St Martins is the standard, the definitive, the undeniable...this is what South Australia is...where successive state Labor Premiers Mike Rann and Jay Weatherill act to deliberately Cover-up the abuse of a class of 7 year olds whilst there Liberal counterparts Rob Kerin et al profess outrage but by their behaviours openly support this action...where the Lutherans move teachers like Glyn Dorling from school to school to protect and hide them...where alleged Child Protection authorities run scared from the job they are supposed to be doing...(or worse, actively participate in the cover-up-Ed)...well indeed.

And if you live here and allow this then you are complicit...not open to discussion...if you are Mt Gambier Mayor and 2010 state election Liberal candidate Steve Perryman...if you are City Councillor and 2014 Labor candidate Jim Maher or 2010 Labor candidate Viv Maher...if you are Liberal 2006 candidate, now Wattle Range Mayor Peter Gandolfi...if you are the former Members for Mt Gambier Rory McEwen or Don Pegler...and so on and on and on...all complicit...you all know about St Martins and you are all complicit.

The only differential perhaps is the level of complicitness...not everyone is complicit to the degree of, for example, Rory McEwen who repeatedly, publicly attacked us parents...some have just see looked away because they are weak...others have looked away with a view to profitting elsewhere...

A state where the police are key players in the Cover-up of the gross, systemic, daily, emotional, psychological and physical abuses of a class of 7 year old children, and then attack parents and blame us for their deliberate, pro-paedophile failures...and with all that's gone on, it's a parent who gets their home raided and their computer seized purely for speaking out about the corruption that has rooted South Australia...(fiscally and literally-Ed)...quite...and stuffed Mt Gambier as well...but I digress...

Thursday 8th May 2014: and I believe that we were up to the bit where my support person arrived (now approx 0945hrs) and joined me and the 2 detectives on my front lawn...whilst waiting, I asked to see the Search Warrant (twice) and the female detective produced a half A4 size folded up piece of paper from her pocket that had Search Warrant on the top and then said (and I paraphrase) 'the officer has, on reasonable suspicion, the right to enter, search, seize, etc, wherevs, whenevs, whatevs as they see fit'...it was open ended from January-June 2014 and did not have my name, address, what they wanted to seize, etc...wherevs, whenevs, whatevs...welcome to democracy SA style..

I twice asked for a copy of the very suspect looking alleged Warrant and she refused...I asked a third time for a copy with 'this is a copy' written across it, but again she refused...I asked why I couldn't have a copy and there was no response...at that point my 'witness' rocked up and a discussion ensued as to what was happening and why, and there were various references to issues from across the blog...I asked repeatedly why they had to search my home and seize my laptop.

The detectives insisted that they had 'tried to do you(sic) a favour' and if I had co-operated and agreed to be interviewed at MGPS they wouldn't have had to do the search/seizure...(that sounds wrong...they stated that they were here to gather evidence that you've transgressed certain unmentionable legislation, yeah?-Ed)...yeah...(and if you'd agreed to be interviewed they would have questioned you about the alleged offense?-Ed)...yeah, I suppose...(and if you acknowledged fault that would justify doing that raid/seizure for said evidence-Ed)...possibly...(and if you stopped answering they would have done it anyway, yeah?-Ed)...yeah...

(And the third option is of course what actually happened, you decline to answer as per specific legal advice, and get your home very politely raided...any which way they were coming to your home to do this-Ed)...but as she said at MGPS after reading my letter, etc, was that they could have 'raided' me the day before if they felt like it...(could have done what they did anyway?-Ed)...well, yes, but...(no buts, whatever you did the raid was going to happen-Ed)...fair enough

I re-iterate: SAPol knew it was my blog...(well you do put your name on it every time-Ed)...they knew where to find me...and at the Mount Gambier Police Station the female detective pointed to a section of legislation and said "you've done this"...and stated that they were here to gather evidence on behalf of the Director Public Prosecutions (and Crown Solicitors Office?) with a view to me "being charged"...but back to my front lawn...

At this point it got a bit willing and the female detective stated 'open the door ' 3 times quickly and I said "it's open"...we all went inside...I have paperwork carefully moved from a spread across the lounge room floor to several relatively neat piles on the kitchen table...the detectives just looked at it...they did a quick circuit of the house 'to make sure there was nobody else here' in the other rooms...we then all stood in the kitchen whilst I went through several piles of documents, etc, and managed to find a couple of letters re the particular institution that I'm not sure I can mention.

They photographed these 2 letters and handed them back...and when asked I handed over my laptop...and my password...(why? what did you give them your password for?-Ed)...well because she asked and said that it doesn't really matter anyway because "they can just hack it" (by which she meant SAPol Electronic Branch)...and that was pretty much about it...no yelling of breaking or flinging of things onto the floor, etc.    

I'll finish here as the Interweb just dropped out again and the last bit of the raid thingy will make up a post itself, so possibly later today (I've lost track a bit, sorry), but definitely by,

And a hilarious blast from dumped Left faction Labor Legislative Council (Upper House) President John Gazzola at his Right faction replacement that vain, incompetent, slug Russell Wortley...Johnno reckons Russ is "a parasite"...(is a slug a parasite though?-Ed)...no, but who cares...this clear indication of Labor's vicious internal politicing didn't get overheard at a private function or some such, it happened in Parliament as part of Johnboys official speech...at once hilarious and deeply concerning.

And the Liberal opposition are going to put a Motion to the Upper House to establish a Children's Commissioner and Labor respond that they promised to do this at the March 2014 state election...(what? the same SA Labor and Liberal that are both intimately mired in the St Martins Child Abuse Cover-up)-Ed)...yeah, that's them...

And that gutless Tony Abbott has bailed on a meeting with students at Deakin University because he might get jostled by students angry about his Liberal governments moves to force up course costs and Student Debt repayments, etc...pathetic...

CWYWF Part II - The Politest Raid In History

Howdy y'all and welcome to the blog China, Brazil, Germany, and the Netherlands...and sorry, somehow, after missing 2 days, I managed to do 2 posts yesterday May 18th...not sure how...anyhoos, the Universe waits for no man...(or woman-Ed)...stop that right now, but thanks for reminding me that I got a famous Monty Python quote quite wrong in a post just pre-raid...I wrote "wattled by a cwoud of woudy webels" when it should of course be "by a wabble of woudy webels".

To me it is indicative of my flagging fervour to do further posts that I would get 'rabble' wrong and replace it with 'crowd', and can only say that I was much more attentive with actual factual matters...and I continue to be hamstrung in discussing the specifics of that police 'raid' which has lifted the veil for me on just how poorly I've been travelling just recently...true, the politest raid in SAPol history has knocked me through a hoop and I'm just doing tumble-rolls until the momentum gives up, but the massive vindication of these events is undeniable.

But First: just a short aside as is my want...to remind myself of just how good I done got it existing at just above the poverty line in Australia, but with a qualifier that there are things like having a car with insurance, RAA cover, etc, that I have purely through the generosity of family in 'lending' me money for these otherwise unaffordable things...and it is a luxury to be able to hop in your little car, drive 850kms+ round trip, have the $60-$70 petrol, come home to a hot shower and a fridge full of food, watch telly, lay down on my Queen size bed on freshly laundered sheets, etc, etc...

And strictly on the Disability Support Pension I wouldn't be running a car, nor would I have the cash to replace the TV as I just did recently...I just wanna' chuck this out there as an example of someone who has been relatively lucky on the Social Security System...(particularly with public housing with Housing Trust-Ed)...absolutely...how lucky I've been, and lucky (eventually) with the support I received with free treatment for my Lymphoma Cancer, etc

But it's still a long way down from where I am to where people are trying to exist on NewStart Allowance or Youth Allowance, etc...and in contrast it's much further up from where I am to the 'minimum wage' ...and these are the people that Prime Minister Tony Abbott is having a go at, him and Smokin' Joe Hockey and all their brassy mates mouthing off about others living on credit and making sacrifices...and that most offensively Nationalistic bullshit about ''A Call To Arms"...atrocious...but I digress...    

Thursday 9th May 2014: when we last left our hero he had entered the Temple of Gloom (Mt Gambier Police Station) at 0900hrs on this fateful day...(so they were open then?-Ed)...yes, little suspecting that events would unfold as they did...(what? no mention of the faithful companion? typical-Ed)...alright, alright...when we left our heroes they were at MGPS...better?...(much, thanks-Ed)...

I left the dog and my laptop and paperwork, etc, home because I thought that I was going to be arrested when I provided my letter and declined to be questioned...my legal advice of the previous afternoon agreed that it sounded like I was 'the suspect' in/for whatever alleged trespass and that this arrest was possible...so I figured a day getting charged and processed and home in time for dinner...(tally bally ho-Ed)...

When the female detective read the letter that I still can't get my printer to scan, she said that they were going to exercise a Search Warrant for my home...when I asked what happens if I'm not there she said that they had the authority "to kick your front door down"...then it was explained to me what the issue was as best they could, with stuff about how they couldn't tell me until I'd declined to be interviewed...

I explained exactly what I thought of the fact that SAPol had chosen to ignore all of the things on the blog and come after me...and the galling contradiction between SAPol's multiple refusals to get Search Warrants or record anything or interview "text-book grooming paedophile" teacher Glyn Dorling or search his house, seize his computer, etc, and rocking up on my doorstep camera and Warrant in hand...   

They asked if we could go to a 'more private than the front counter' room...this room was the same one I have sat in several times before, eg, to be supposedly interviewed re St Martins, and on occasions when I've done statements about a child-bashing neighbour, etc...there was no phone in this room so when I requested to call the Community Legal people for some advice, the 2 detectives hunted around for one but then we used the female officers mobile on speaker phone...

I won't say anything about that discussion so as not to compromise my legal advice as it is...suffice to say that there was a lot of confusion as to exactly what was going on because neither the detectives nor the lawyer had seen this legislation before and/or been involved in a related case...the female detective brought up a page of (Insert here - your choice of name of unmentionable state authority) legislation on their computer and said "you've done this"...(guilty until proven also a complete bastard-Ed)...charming...

I then spoke briefly to the lawyer off-speaker, hung-up, and followed that advice to not answer any questions until I knew what it was exactly I'd done and had some proper legal advice...at that point the female detective declared that they were also going to seize my laptop when doing their Search Warrant stuff...

She specifically stated to me that they were here to gather "evidence" to provide to the Dept of Public Prosecutions with a view to me being charged, but that they were having problems knowing exactly what to do because I was the first person in the state to have this legislation enacted against them and that it was 'very vague and broad'...(and given that the legislation is SA specific, that would make you the first person in Australia-Ed)...I guess so...anyway, it wasn't quite an apology about the situation but certainly a clear admission...

As per the previous day, I repeatedly asked if any of this was being recorded and the female detective said "no"...the male was scribbling down occasional notes but that was all...they printed off the 1 page of legislation that I had apparently transgressed and gave it to me, but no clear written direction as to what exactly I'd done to be a 'transgressor'...

The detectives were happy for me to drive in my car back home and follow me in their car, but I had to wait for them to get out of the carpark before I could get out so they wound up in front of me...I stopped briefly at the Legal Service but they couldn't provide a support person and so I called someone to meet me at home, and fortunately they could...this would prove critical...

Just as I got home and met the detectives on my front lawn, a 4WD paddy wagon went past the end of the street and I asked if it was one of theirs as back-up, but they denied it...(more likely MGPS officers wanting to know what Anti-Corruption were doing interviewing Nick Fletcher-Ed)...a distinct possibility I agree, but it's ultimately irrelevant...

We 3 waited on the lawn for my support person/witness to arrive and they did shortly there-after...this person doesn't read the blog but has endured enough of my whinging to be able to talk with some authority about what I and other parents have been deliberately put through by the Lutherans, the actions of SAPol, etc, re St Martins and some of my personal Mental Health issues, etc...and talk they did...(hilarious-Ed)...and this will become Part III,

PS: Kicked off my day with a little ABC Radio reportage of the Child Abuse Royal Commission re a Perth (WA) private school and a teacher who had abused primary school kids across 6-10 years up to the mid 2000s despite multiple complaints, etc...and one teacher claiming that she was ostracised for reporting his behaviours, etc...carbon copy of the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up just not on the same official scale of failure/refusal to act...

Careful What You Wish For

Howdy and welcome to the still restructuring blog as I try to right this dingy dinghy with one hand and furiously bail with the other...getting there...apologies if I'm a bit repetitive for a few posts too...and please further indulge me a couple of posts just dot-pointing the visits to my domicile by SAPol's Anti-Corruption Branch on Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th May 2014.

But First: on my travels halfway across Victoria and back Wednesday I found myself constantly creeping up to 110kms/hr where Victoria's limit is only 100...it is an old trap when going from a state where it is 110 and an old habit to do that speed...we then had fruit on board coming back into South Australia which is a strict no-no due to Fruit Fly restrictions that disallow bringing fresh fruit into SA even if you bought it here, travelled all day and are effectively bringing it back...so we hit upon a brilliant plan, and ate the evidence....

In posts immediately prior to these visits I have been increasingly 'taunty' and whilst I was broadly aware of it, it is a genuine example of what I said yesterday, that I was on the verge of dropping the whole blog...and part of it is that I am confident that none of those I've repeatedly challenged can afford for my various 'allegations' to be aired in an appropriate forum like a Court.

Outside of that I had half expected to be 'raided' and arrested for having something on my laptop and/or in my home, eg, child porn or bomb making stuff or meth recipes...(or death threats to MP Geoff Brock-Ed)...good one...some such shizzle that gets me arrested...however, one's half-expecting does not 1/10th prepare one for having SAPol rock into one's crib and pilfer one's crappy ol' laptop.

If you haven't had the good fortune to read my various previous posts about the conduct of the South Australian Police Force, particularly with their conduct re the St Martins Cover-up Issue, please do so before proceeding so as to have an understanding as to just why I might be very, very concerned to have SAPol officers in my home...regardless of how polite they are...

Five minutes after returning home approx 1430hrs ACST there was a knock on the door and I answered to find a young woman standing there and a man to her right half obscured by the corner of the doorway...she asked if I was Nick Fletcher and introduced herself as Detective ***** of SAPol Anti-Corruption Branch.

She asked if they could come inside and interview me on camera and the male detective showed me a camera resting behind his clipboard..I asked what it was about but the female detective stated that they couldn't say specifically unless it was on camera...a brief exchange ensued and it was established that it was something to do with the blog and something I'd posted about an authority I'm not sure I can mention...(ludicrous-Ed)...I know, I know.

Then I asked if I was under arrest and she replied no, so I unlocked the flyscreen door and went out to speak to them just on the front step...we went back and forward about how they couldn't tell me specifically what it was I had supposedly done until they were officially recording it...this went for several minutes but ultimately nowhere so I declined to be interviewed here and said can we do it at the Mt Gambier Police Station.

The two detectives were fine with that and I can't remember if I asked or they suggested but it was agreed to 0900hrs the next morning at MGPS...I stated that I didn't have a lawyer and asked if I needed one and the male detective stated that I should 'probably ring around for some advice' but it wasn't stated that I needed a lawyer...and after a total of maybe 10 minutes they went to their car and left...that was it...(that's not a raid...where's the furniture over-turning and the sweeping of documents onto the floor, etc, etc?...where's the agro?-Ed)...slow down, they came back the next day...

Anyhoos, after they left I called the local Community Legal Service who obviously had trouble advising me because I couldn't tell them what it was I had allegedly done because I didn't know...another conversation going round in circles, but it was agreed that I appeared to be 'a suspect' in/for whatever it was...it was further agreed that I attend MGPS with a letter requesting information that I could take to a lawyer for proper advice...

At this point I'd just like to point out that the detectives knew it was my blog...(because you put your name on every post-Ed)...indeed, and that's why I do it...and where to find me...

I drafted the letter attached below and attended the MGPS at 0900hrs as agreed...the female detective read the letter at the front counter and immediately stated that they were going to come to my house and execute a Search Warrant...and that's where I'll leave this post and do the actual raid stuff,

I'm Back To Affront Apparently

Hello USofA, United Kingdom, Aotearoa (New Zealand), and Sweden, and yáll else...it continues to amaze me that with everything that's happening there, a handful of people in Ukraine apparently follow the blog daily...cheers and best wishes...and welcome back to the re-established blog on a re-programmed second-hand hard-drive utilising my old keyboard and monitor...(yay, enforced re-cycling-Ed)...indeed...

But First: something about an election some place called India...550million voters @ 66% turn-out of the eligible electorate, and a new party swept to power...Mr Modi and his BJP have ousted the incumbent Congress Party...but back to more important issues...me... 

I can only apologise for the truncated 'bitsy' posts this past week as I dictated down the phone to a very helpful third party...cheers...and a letter to that person explaining why there'll be no cheque also isn't in the mail...and further apologies for no post Friday but my un-computernessness brought me a cropper and I had to have someone show me how to set it up properly and then yesterday (Saturday) I did half this post then spent all of a beautiful day in the garden, had dinner, and promptly fell asleep on the couch...(old man-Ed)...well quite... 

I readily admit to being deeply traumatised by the events of Wednesday/Thursday last week with SAPol 'raiding' my home and seizing my laptop, and I'm struggling a bit to get back up again...(but you have-Ed)...indeed, sort of...and it is an ongoing process as I continue to tri-pendulum through the tri-polar cycle from trauma and distress, through rage, frustration and retribution, on into elation and vindication, and then back again...(whilst sleeping 12-16 hours/day-Ed)...indeed, but it's different to the 'crash and crash' burn-out exhaustion stuff I've talked about.

It's partly depressive behaviour, but it's also hugely needed and very cathartic...it's proper sleep...I haven't slept so well for a decade...and I did lose 6 kilos but a Subway and pizza depressive diet binge has recovered half of that mass...(and it's not really a binge when you're just managing a major stress/depression episode courtesy of SAPol and the clowns who sent them-Ed)...well basic maintenance like eating, washing, etc, are good things to focus on in dealing with/working through/riding out a depressive episode...both as necessity, eg, one's health, and as distraction, eg, rather than being mired in the problem. 

And I re-iterate that I'm not sure if I can even mention 1) the 'Independent Authority' who's related legislation I have apparently transgressed, or 2) that specific legislation because that would immediately identify that 'Authority'...suffice to say that on Thursday I was twice told I should "expect to be charged" specific to 'Super Secret Subsection Eleventy Seven' , and then 5 days later Attorney General John Rau is on the ABC flusteredly explaining that he/they are going to change that exact legislation.    

And given the cataclysmic events that have so fundamentally re-defined the paradigm and the context of this here blog, it is perfectly appropriate to review that what it is that 'as brought us 'ere today...the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up. 

Mucho Ironocisms: in that just before I was 'raided' by SAPol I had been on the verge of dropping the blog full-stop because it was drastically affecting my health and I didn't feel there was really much point...for example, I've clearly established that the Lutheran Church, the Rann/Weatherill Labor state government, SAPol, SA's alleged Child Protection Authorities, the Teachers Registration Board, the Crown Solicitor, the Dept of Public Prosecutions, the fundamentally irrelevant Liberal Party, etc, etc, etc, are all complicit in the Cover-up of the abuse of a class of 7-year-old children at St Martins Lutheran School, Mt Gambier.

If you are new to the blog please review the previous posts about the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up and gain a thorough understanding of just how corrupt our alleged 'Authorities' are in South Australia, where the police et al protect a paedophile teacher and attack the parents of the abused children...(yeah, it doesn't sound great when you put it like that-Ed)...

I have clearly established the reality of the abuses committed against our children by teacher Glyn Dorling in 2002 at St Martins Lutheran School, and the actions of the Lutherans and their lawyers, SAPol, the TRB, the DPP, the CSO, Labor, Liberal, etc, etc, in denying the abuses, refusing to investigate, and attacking us parents...I have proven this beyond a shadow of a doubt doubt and yet what has happened? Everybody knows but who has done anything about it?

Former Member for Mt Gambier Rory McEwen knows and has been a key player in the St Martins Cover-up...as is current Mt Gambier Mayor Steve Perryman, Wattle Range Mayor Peter Gandolfi, our last Member Don Pegler, etc, etc, etc...and I'd be more than happy to address my outrageous claims of these fine upstanding citizens apparently 'pro-paedophile' behaviours in Court with their lawyers...but that's never going to happen.

There's no way on god's green Earth that these clowns are going to risk the official public exposure of their corruption in a public Court hearing...and hence the SAPol 'raid'...obviously I don't know exactly why, but I feel that this whole exercise was a massive slap down from state authorities, eg, the Weatherill Labor, SAPol, etc...it was a clear demonstration that SAPol can walk into my home whenever they want, do whatever they want, and take whatever they want of my shizzle, and there's nothing I can do about it...welcome to Democracy SA style...

It is an act of attempted intimidation and crass harassment deliberately designed to bully, threaten, and  traumatise me in my own home and the real issue remains as always the St Martins Cover-up.....but I digress...to get this up today I'll stop here and return later today which on the blog (it clocks over at 0930hrs ACST) is,
