Piper Alderman Lawyers Accept Money from Lutherans to Protect A Paedophile - Revised Post.

The original post 01 April 2013 titled PALAMTPAP (minus 'the Lutherans') has been removed but I don't know when or why because I have received no notification, at all, from anybody.

The site ChillingEffect has no information other than a complaint was lodged by Piper Alderman Lawyers, and they have still not processed the two Posts of March 25 and 26 2013 about Bill DeGaris and the SERDE Building Sale to him. The revised and re-posted posts re these two issues are still on the blog.

I have reviewed the draft of that post 01/04/13 and it is entirely factually correct. I note the letter from Piper Alderman Lawyers that I posted that same afternoon under PALAMTPAP II: Neville Rides Again remains on the blog.

The correct title for the original (now removed) post would be PALAM from Lutherans and the Independent Schools Board TPAP. Please find attached a copy of the letter 11 April 2007 that I typed into the removed post, and the previous letter 30 November 2006 that I also referred to.

These are genuine documents that prove the exact actual factualness (yes, that's a word...now) of the removed post. In the letter 11/04/2007 Piper Alderman appear to be representing St Martins School, the Lutheran Church, the Independent Schools Board, and Principal John Alexander and his superiors Barry Kahl and Adrienne Jericho.

If Piper Alderman wish to engage in the Cover-up of the abuse of children at St Martins Lutheran School and perpetuate the lies and criminality of their clients, eg, the lies the ISB told re 'no responsibility, no involvement',  then they need to harden the shrek up when somebody holds them to account for that behaviour.

When Piper Alderman Lawyers choose to engage by attacking a deeply traumatised parent with empty threats, bullying, lies, and clearly in-appropriate demands for money, then they need to get f(whoa...I think we'll just end that one right there-Ed)

Whatevs...the undeniable fact is that I wrote official letters of complaint to these people/organisations and they responded with threats and intimidation from lawyers; they all ran to hide behind their lawyers...or should I say lawyer...Neville John's signature is on each letter.

I have re-included the full letter from 01/04/13 as part of the full picture. Here it is...you decide whether or not what I say is true and how you would feel if this was the response you received.
