South Australia - The Officially Corrupt State

Hello Belarus, Aotearoa (New Zealand), Colombia, and Switzerland and welcome to the blog...in some recent posts I may have briefly expressed some mild concerns about the functioning of South Australia's version of the Independent Commission Against Corruption...(briefly mentioned mild concerns? bocconcini! (sweet baby cheeses), you've mercilessly flailed ICAC as a corrupt construct acting with committed intent to hide the institutionalised corruption in SA-Ed)...ok well yes I did say that didn't I, but don't be confused by the "mere fact of words"...(nice, a super-slippery segue straight into SA MLC Bernard Finnigan's Child Pornography Magical Disappearing Trial Tour, and his lawyer's defense argument that the Magistrate shouldn't be influenced by Bernie's search-terms, web-sites visited, etc, don't be confused by "the mere fact of words", classic...and what's happened to 'is trial anyway?-Ed)...

Damned if I know Ed, it's now nearly 6 weeks since the Judge/Magistrate retired to consider the testimony of the single SAPol (police) witness, and I've heard nought, seen noughter, and done an Interweb search thingy and the latest story I found was still from April 20th 2015, itself saying that the whole shebang was running longer than expected...(it's gone "longer than expected"?...this Bernie clown has had 30 hearings over the 4 years since he was arrested at his home and taken into custody under the blaze of media camera lights in April 2011-Ed)...well, good point well made Ed, following the initial genuine arrest, every effort has been made by all involved to fudge this along and avoid the clear reality that the then (April 2011) Labor government's Acting Police Minister Bernard Finnigan, our local rep in the Upper House, was busted by SAPol for nearly 2 dozen Child Pornography charges...

And a hilarious ABC interview this week with Chief Justice Chris Caracas who just happened to be in Mt Gambier for the 150th of the Old Court House celebrations on the very day that the highly publicised ICAC case just happened to be in the new Court House across Bay Rd...(did Chris sit-in on that ICAC case, 'cos I did hear him say that he was gunna' do some cases whilst here-Ed)...dunno...but in that interview Chris was bangin'-on about how the Courts are too slow and overloaded, underfunded, etc, etc, and no-one mentioned Bernie's Adjournment Bonanza...     


Rippin' The Rug From Under Justice:...does the openly acknowledged semi-hallucinatory and instantly disorientating carpet pattern as currently being removed from Mt Gambier CourtHouse (Interweb it people, I can't do everything) does the acknowledged psychological effects of the carpet throw very long very trippy shadows over every case ever held there since it was laid...(how so?-Ed)...well, if perps, stooges, larrikins and miscreants have been temporarily un-hinged by the wacky threads, how is any plea/evidence/whatevs to be considered sound, 'cos every mofo trippin' dude...(mmm, yes, that's a sound legal argument/defense  right there, "every mofo trippin' dude", pity you won't be able to use it now-Ed)...anyhoos, speakin' of rippin' the rug out from under things...  

Any veneer of propriety and appropriate conduct in South Australia has been completely erased by the openly corrupt Jay Weatherill Labor government...it is now just open slather corruption, open season on state assets and resources as the Weatherill government sells-off our state to it's mates...(or just gives it away like what Ray-Jay's just gone and done with the absolutely primo Festival Plaza land-Ed)...and it's a wall of criminally Fascist legislation, a terrifyingly powerful Star Chamber-like joke of an Independent Commission Against Corruption, extraordinary and Fascist SAPol (police) powers to go anywhere, grab whatevs, grab whoevs, no reason needed, etc, etc, etc...(yay-Ed)... 

And in every context, in every application these massively Fascist powers are used by the State against the Citizenry to protect the rank corruption of the Labor government and the reality of what South Australia truly is, a state run by paedophiles for paedophiles, and a state that suffers the wholesale corruption that can flourish behind this...want to see stampeding bi-partisan support for an issue in SA parliament?...(well I'd suggest ya' just show the Liberal Party that their vote/the Committee/the Inquiry/whatevs, that what they're doing will expose their own Party's extensive history of pro-paedophile corruption, and watch them stampede to agree with Labor-Ed)...bi-partisan pro-paedophile corruption...South Australia, this is your Parliament... 

Landing A Stab In The Park:...and having just given a huge chunka' the Festival Centre site to a private company...(and $120million cash, just for good measure-Ed)...indeed, $squillions of taxpayers dollars and a swathe of prime land that's technically in the Adelaide Parklands area that surrounds the city, well now State Labor have also given themselves power to carve-up these supposedly 'iconic' Adelaide Parklands for unrestricted development...and please don't tell me about Independent Planning Authorities, etc, etc, I'm sorry but I just don't believe that 'genuinely Independent' is an animal that exists in SA, nor that there is any genuine attempt to stifle the wholesale corruption at the head of government in SA...closer to home...

Robe Marinara Dramarama- A Recipe From Cooked Books:..I'm sure it's just my scythingly cynical nature, for me an unnatural state riven irretrievably into moi by years of dealing with the rank, institutionalised corruption of local, state, and federal government bodies and authorities, people like the South Australian Parliament, SAPol (police), Mt Gambier City Council, etc, etc..(yeah, yeah, "covered this in previous posts", etc, etc, blah. blah, what's ya' point?-Ed)...but this recent announcement by Robe Council that everything's just fine with the $1million shenanigans re the Robe Marina has not improved my disposition one jot...(well I for one am thrilled that the Council has got 'an Auditor' in to sort it all out, because it was looking like some dodgy little scrote/s had tried to rip-off Robe's Ratepayers to the tune of $1m, which isn't a great look let's face it, but if "the Auditor" says it's all okeydokes, well then that's just fine-Ed)...just fine...

According to Robe Mayor Peter Risely, everything's fine, just fine, just really, really fine, and "the Auditor" (whom I didn't hear actually named, may have missed it) has confirmed that the monies ain't missin' and it's all just fine and it's all still there in the books/accounts/whatevs, etc, etc...(sorry, I wasn't able to take notes, so not keen to quote, but you get the gist)...but what really steamed me up was the ABC Local Radio interview with Pete...

Unfortunately, this was exactly the sort of 'Vested Interests/Dorothy Dixer' interview I've come to expect from the ABC, interviews where it sounds exactly like the questioner is just lobbing-up pre-scripted questions as provided to give the interviewee a well sign-posted guided tour through the truth and out the other side, entirely unscathed by accountability...(and chuck in a nice bitta' denigrating the person raising the concerns just to smooth the whole thing over and make the problem and them go away-Ed)...ah yes, classic ABC...close out the interview with a question about the cost, which sets up Pete beautifully to whinge about the time wasted by staffers investigating shizzle and the expense to Ratepayers of an Auditor and all this apparently unnecessary investigation...

(But I'm confused, if everything's just fine and the loan/monies/whatevs is all just settin' right there where it should be, why 1) was there a complaint/question in the first instance, sparking question 2) why did Council need an Auditor and great swathes of staffers time to sort it out? it shoulda' just been as simple as 'there it is, sorted', how much could that cost?-Ed)...absolutely Ed, all great questions...

Penola, You Are Fracked: I can only apologise to those involved in opposing this Fracking lunacy that is already happening either side of Penola, apologise for 1) my venting about being re-buffed and rejected when I tried to get involved...I know people involved who have been perfectly welcoming and even supportive of my efforts re this 'ere blog, etc, but the fact remains that when I went to the top a' the tree, I was ever-so politely told to sod off and ever-so politely hung-up on...and sorry 2) that you're going to get Fracked to within an inch of ya' lives, and there's barely a single genuine voice of opposition in South Australian parliament and you ain't gotta' snowball's chance in heck of stopping it...

Look for our wholly corrupt pro-paedophile Premier Jay Weatherill to return from this wholly corrupt Trade Mission junket bollocks to China, and duly announce what wonderful work he's/they've done in signing-off on a Chinese owned Fracking Gas extraction operation encircling Penola to power a Chinese owned Pulp mill right next to Penola...(sucking the living guts outta' the South East Aquifer and chewing-up every Blue Gum within sight?-Ed)...absolutely...remember availees, that some 5 years ago the wholly corrupt Rann/Weatherill Labor gave 'Major Project' status to their approvals for that Pulp Mill, and only recently renewed those approvals...it's all just settin' there waitin' to happen...

I have previously expressed my absolute non-confidence and non-trust of all politicians involved in this Fracking issue...(except for Troy Bell of course-Ed)...shut-up you...and everything about what's happening at the moment screams Fracking...this latest Parliamentary Inquiry is as rabidly bent as everything else that oozes outta' North Tce...(yay-Ed)...

When Half Empty Ain't Half Full:...when it's a Water Catchment providing potable/drinkable water and therefore the last '20%' or so will be unusable mudwater...(I still think that Adelaide will want that water, dare I say it 'our water' for themselves as this latest drought is unavoidably acknowledged as impending misery for Adelaide, a city who's local reservoirs are very depleted, who's Meningie Lakes catchment/entitlement in New South Wales is already half empty, and who's $2billion+ DeSalination Plant doesn't actually work and has been officially permanently 'moth-balled' without ever being used-Ed)...indeed, but whilst Adelaide's avarice and selfishness will see our Aquifer drained down their drains if they feel like it, Labor have just spent a fortune buying-up water licences/allowances from Victoria...I was just listening the other day to a Victorian Federal politician cuttin' crook about Jay Baby slippin' across the border to buy Vic's water out from under them...

(So we've spent $2b plus change on an unusable De-Sal Plant, and then have spent $squillions more buying water from across the border, water that potentially doesn't actually exist given the official forecasts re the El Nino event that will bring drier/warmer conditions to Southern Oz, which is what where we is-Ed)...indeed Ed, Labor's long-term plan for Water Security in SA is to pray for perpetual massive and multiple flooding events across catchments in other states and try to buy what of that we can...(clever...and have we already done the joke-bit about how Adelaide, by relying on water pumped from a heavily polluted Murray River, how therefore Adelaide drinks the Eastern states sewerage, have we done that joke?-Ed)...can't remember...it's not a particularly funny joke either...

(Before we go, I'm opening a franchise of these Hooters-style restaurant things, only for women customers with guys as the decorative service staff, and themed on this 'ere blog-Ed)...this sounds like a very staged set-up desperately skirting around the Dead Joke Zone on it's way to being one of those dodgy comedy show sketches like Amy Schumer did...(nah nah, this is fair dinkum-Ed)...ok, well how's about 'Man-Candy' for a name then?...(ta' but got that sorted, we're goin' with 'Naccas' as in 'knackers'-Ed)...nice, 'knackers' of course being slang for 'bollocks', a theme often visited on this 'ere blog...(exactly-Ed)...

Still, setting up a new franchise can't be cheap...(sure, but we've been very fortunate there in that we're just taking over the old McDonalds sites as they shut down-Ed)...yeah, I heard about that, something about 'failing to remain current' with it's menus/customers/whatevs, leading to the very unusual occurrence of several closures...still, re-furbishing and that will also cost heaps...(well again, we're just recycling the old McDonalds stuff...for example, we're just turning the Golden Arches upside down to create giant Golden Scrotums-Ed)...nice, 'come to Naccas, look for us under the Golden Scrotum'...sounds like a real winner to me...(yeah, but I'm sure we'll still have our detractors-Ed)...probably, there's always some clown who has a ball bagging things...

Who Ordered The Large Angry Hippy?

**pre-emptive apologies for what rapidly deteriorates into another angry diatribe, but it's been a shocker of a week, cheers**

Hello Romania, Malta, Belarus, and United Arab Emirates, and welcome to the blog...this week has been one long 'paedophile story' throughout the media, and there's a coupla' very angry posts hangin' in the wings, so, today, compared to most other posts I've churned out, I'm going for a relatively random niceness post about positive aspirations, blah, blah, blah...but even then, by definition, trotting out a post of positive ideas for Mt Gambier merely produces a long list of lost opportunities and Council corruption and failures...(here we go-Ed)...I know, I know, but what else can I say, what other reality is there?...(yeah yeah, I know, get on with it then-Ed)...on with the getting...

But First:...I am aware that some kids (now young adults) who were subjected to abuses by teacher Glyn Dorling at St Martins Lutheran School, some of those people may well read this 'ere blog...we are all aware of the horror stories pouring quite deliberately out of the Royal Commission re the systemic rape of children by the Catholic Church...we all are similarly aware of the life-long effects on abuse victims, lives of drug-abuse, broken relationships, chronic Mental Health problems...(for some reason that all sounds very familiar-Ed)...and the horrendous rates of suicide, etc, etc...whatevs this 'ere blog means to individual availees, mine is but one voice in a maelstrom of sadness and corruption...

When I put myself through this 15+ hours a day, day in day out, I do it for several personal reasons (previous posts), but I'm also trying/hoping to get across to these young adults (if they read the blog) that;

1) you are not the problem here, this was done to you and the only person responsible is every adult involved...(from their own parents right through to teacher Glyn Dorling and St Martins Principal John Alexander, and onto every corrupt, weak adult who's helped the Lutherans cover it up-Ed)...indeed, we as adults are responsible for letting this happen, and we as adults are responsible for covering it all up...(well, trying to cover it up...I mean, community-wide discourse about the ongoing Cover-up 13 years after the event, that's not how a State-sanctioned Cover-up of Child Abuse by the Lutheran Church should go-Ed)...no, people are meant to succumb to the relentless corruption of their state's Premier, their SAPol (police), their local Members, their Council, etc, et al, and break under the deliberate trauma heaped on them by a system that is so wholly pro-paedophile corrupt, so that those paedophiles can get back to molesting and abusing our children without interruption...that's how it's meant to go...  

Anyhoos, re the young adults, 2) in amongst all these deliberate faults and failings and refusals and openly pro-paedophile corruption, etc, there are some people, some adults who did/do give a damn about you and other kids and have all but destroyed their own lives trying to make it a reality that the paedophiles have had their day running this state, as they clearly do now...so, I'm trying, I've got my hand up, who else in this community has the common human decency to step-up and say 'this St Martins Cover-up stuff is just wrong, and it must be righted'?...anyone?...

And before I can even get to the Council stuff, career stooge Stan Thompson is bailing from the ABC at the end of July 2015, so's we can all look forward to 2 months of vacuous bleating about what an inspirational institution Stan is and what great work he's done for Mt Gambier and how much we'll miss him and other relentless sanctimonious eulogisationings , blah, blah, blah...Stan Thompson is a key co-conspirator in the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up and has been instrumental in the ABC screwing us parents over time and again...

I have no idea who this clown was when he joined the ABC, or what he was doin' before the St Martins Cover-up kicked-off, but in my reality, Stan long ago realised that his bread was buttered on the paedophile side of the fence in this sad, sick, corrupt state, and that's exactly the side where he has chosen to dwell...(and hasn't he done nicely for himself along the way-Ed)...indeed...for several years he played us deeply traumatised parents like cheap violins, with his fake sincerity, his faux sympathies, and when it didn't suit him anymore, he just turned his back on us and our children and our suffering and corruption of the Lutherans, SAPol (police), the state Labor government, etc, etc, et al, and meandered-off for some easily-earned professional pocket-lining... 

I personally provided Stan a swathe of highly sensitive personal documents by way of proving my/our statements about the abuses at St Martins and how authorities had grossly failed at every level, etc, and he's apparently lost those...(probably gave them straight to his mate and co-conspirator Rory McEwen-Ed)...wouldn't surprise me in the least...Stanley also met several of the families who had the courage and love for their children to fight against a wholly corrupt pro-paedophile Labor government and State Parliament, corrupt SAPol, corrupt and/or incompetent Public Officers, corrupt City Council, etc...no-one knows more about the St Martins Cover-up than Our Man Stan, and he is explicitly complicit in the cover-up of the abuse of dozens of children...

Completely apart from his collusional corruption re St Martins, Stan has routinely betrayed and sold-out his community with a cacophony of sycophantic 'Dorothy Dixer' interviews about critical local issues, particularly with state Labor politicians...(yeah, but he's hardly Bobby Crusoe in that boat is 'e, South-East ABC is a wall of vacuous and corrupt automatons who do exactly what they're told...there's barely an original thought bubble between them...and think I'm being harsh on the poor ol' ABC and some of it's lesser employees?-Ed)...well, now that you mention it, I reckon you're being a tad harsh, yeah, surely they're not all corrupt and idiots and/or corrupt idiots...(of course, not all of them, just the vast majority, and when you get to the pointy end, the management, they openly officially dumped the St Martins issue back in 2007, even as early as 2006-Ed)...fair enough...

And I can't even get into the first paragraph about Council stuff before the whole thing spirals away into that litany of Council faults, failings, and costly corrupt collusionings, because that's the legacy this wholly corrupt Council has built for itself and Mt Gambier...anyhoos, with as minimal accusationing as possible, here's some positive ideas that'll never happen because 1) due to the corruption of it's constituent members, Council has already fiscally fisted Mt Gambier right-up side the head...("somebody say opella"...it's a song lyric...don't worry about it-Ed)...I won't...and 2) if it's me proffering a reasonable idea, even a great idea, it's likely to get scant if any attention and certainly no traction with a vindictive, bullying, arrogant, corrupt, selfish Council...

**and that's as far as I got with that Council stuff before careening off into other stuff...sorry**

Joe Hockey can go take a running jump at himself and take the insanity that is the Federal Liberal Party with him...(what a prick-Ed)...my thoughts exactly Ed...first, they slander parents for 'double-dipping' on Parental Payments, quite deliberately using language like 'rort' and/or 'fraud' to directly infer criminality without making specific and unprovable statements, only to have their own Ministers 'fess-up to doing what isn't actually a crime anyway...(deadset?-Ed)...yep, and now Smokin' Joe's been re-outed for using/rorting his Parliamentary Accommodation Allowance (whatevs it's called) to rent a house in Canberra...(nuthin' wrong with that-Ed)...a house owned by his wife...(oh-Ed)...yes, exactly, oh...(so he's married to a millionaire, actually renting his/her own house, with Taxpayer's money?-Ed)...yeah, Joe's a 'lifter' alright, lifting Taxpayers money straight into his own pocket...(whatta' guy-Ed)...indeed, an inspiration to us all...

This self-satisfied sack of hypocrisy is part of a government that's whole functioning is about generating community division and excusing their own inability to govern for/like actual human beings by constantly attacking and denigrating those powerless to strike back...enter the latest 'crackdown' on people supposedly rorting Unemployment Benefits or Disability Support Pension or whatevs...(and this from the rancid Right-Wing liar that is Tony Abbott-Ed)...yep, him and his insane li'l band of shiny-headed White-men...liars and crooks...

Glibsloganfest:...coupla' weeks back and I tried to watch that Glibsloganfest otherwise known as Q&A (ABC TV)...(ah come on, they do have some good stuff, sometimes-Ed)...whatevs, but I went to watch it and 3 seconds in, up comes that slimy, corrupt piece of Liberal work Arthur Sinodinos, and I just changed channels, simply can't stomach him as being a personified presentation of the rank corruption of our political classes...(wasn't he busted for setting-up an attempted but failed fraud that would have netted him personally $20million?-Ed)...yep, and for being Treasurer of one group that donated to a Liberal Party body that he was Chairperson of (or vice versa, whatevs) but then claimed to be completely unawares of both ends of these dodgy donations/payments/whatevs...

I'll 'Ave Arfa':...(sorry, so we're meant to believe that the Federal Liberal Assistant Treasurer at the time, Arfa', was involved at senior management level in 2 organisations handing cash to each other, yet was completely oblivious to these transactions?-Ed)...that's the story...(and what about the attempted $20m fraud? what's happened with that?-Ed)...nuthin', he's back skulking around Parliament House and bobbing-up in interviews with that sick, smug smirk on it's face...(whatta' scumbag-Ed)...

And yet more bollocks from City Council with yet another Charter or Agenda or Initiative, whatevs, with 11 key priorities about Health...(apparently Council has a Health Officer, Kate Fyfe (?spelling) who's been on the ABC this morning spruiking the benefits of the Rail Lands as a safe environment where children can go and play...play right next to the DeathPit of Stupidity, aka, the effectively unfenced 6 foot deep drainage pond drowning hazard right there, right next to the park bit?-Ed)...I don't even want to think about what can go wrong there, there are no jokes to be made about the Council lunacy and corruption represented by this nearly $700,000 drowning hazard and how it relates to the Rail Lands Retail Agenda...

(Why are there so many bureaucrats on Mt Gambier City Council?...there seems to be a raft of superfluous positions already, particularly where Council is engaging in issues that simply aren't their business in the first place-Ed)...indeed Ed, it's the same model of Career Empire that politicians use to control Adelaide...(how so?-Ed)...well, there are 100,000 Public Servants for Adelaide, that's one PS for every 16 people, and a bunch of Commissioners for this, that and the other, and buildings in Adelaide full of pointless Public Employees furiously emailing each other...(so?-Ed)...so the bigger the bureaucracy the more important the boss of that is and the more they get paid and they need a raft of highly paid advisors and media managers, etc, etc...

There's roughly 50 people working just for Premier Jay Weatherill, furiously running around in little circles making sure all the paedophile corruption stays buried, etc, so there in itself is a mini-Empire of highly paid possibilities that every soulless incompetent can aspire to latch onto...(didn't Labor pull nearly 50 full-time PS positions from Mt Gambier back about 5 years ago as part of that whole 'Shared Services' bollocks?-Ed)...indeed they did Ed, citing 'cost efficiencies' and 'budget restraints' and a bunch of other crap...and not just ripped 50 full-time jobs away from locals, but also 50 wages out of a small community where that several $millions will no longer circulate through local businesses, etc...(thank gourdness Adelaide's alright though-Ed)...indeed Ed, indeed...

SA ICAC: Putting The Rankine Rank Corruption

Hey ho here we go and whatta' ya' know...all things being randomly unequal, I'd like to open as I sometimes do with a quick acknowledgement of the life of extraordinary experience, luxury and relative security I have been born to as a White man in a stolen land...(well said sir-Ed)...

Beyond that, I can only apologise in advance for the rage evident in the next few posts because I cannot and will not apologise for being enraged...(the news?-Ed)...yes, it's the news, the bloody news...and it slews relentlessly from the Daniel Morcombe murder and/or recent Appeal by the man convicted for Daniel's abduction and murder, then it's nearly 10 minutes about the Child Abuse Royal Commission and the institutionalised abuse of children in Catholic homes and orphanages, then news of potentially 1500+ people involved in child abuse in England, probably/possibly linked to the Jimmy Saville child abuse case, etc...and then it's the current South Australian case of a Childcare worker with Families SA, allegedly the organiser of an 'international Child Pornography ring'...

Yesterday the news was again awash with the gross abuses committed by the paedophile institution known as the Catholic Church, and today's The Advertiser is chockers with this Families SA case and more about the Chloe Valentine Royal Commission and the RC yet to come...and also in The Advertiser today, a wholly hypocritical bleat about 'protecting children' and 'what a monster the Families SA worker is,' etc...and in my reality it's just another screeching hypocrisy relative to The Advertiser's complicit compliance and deceitful distortion of the truths re the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up...(ah yes, of course, The good ol' Advertiser, that in January 2005 printed an article on behalf of the Lutherans completely denying and hosing-down the St Martins case, and whom then, despite many weeks of polite persistence and negotiationing by parents, flatly refused to print anything further, ie, the truth-Ed)...indeed, good ol' The Advertiser...

Whilst in the middle of my Chemo/Radiotherapy shizzle for Lymphoma (2004/05) I and other parents liaised constantly with The sheckin' Advertiser, including me going into their Adelaide office, where I was 'spoken to' by their junior Editor/staffer, Sam Weir...Mr Weir showed me the very common indeed non-courtesy of making me sit in the foyer and spread my many documents on chairs and the floor...(sure as heck wasn't going to allow you into the building proper-Ed)...indeed...and despite me proving irrefutably that they'd printed multiple falsehoods and clearly had run only one side of the argument/issue, etc, The Advertiser flatly refused to print anything further, not even a watered-down 'Right of Reply' from us parents, not even something to say 'sure, that's what the Lutherans say, but we disagree', not even an acknowledgement that we parents had contacted them (TA) and had challenged the article...

(Knowingly printing multiple pro-paedophile lies and mis-truths on behalf of the Lutherans and Labor government, and flatly refusing to rectify those mistakes or even offer a balanced response from parents, who the shreck do they think they are, The Border Watch?-Ed)...indeed...and I don't want to hear any bollocks about how TBW gave us parents 'Right of Reply' or tried to do what they could, etc, because 1) when we parents managed to get Mr Peter Lewis to name St Martins and "text-book grooming paedophile" (FCPU) teacher Glyn Dorling (Parliament sitting in Mt Gambier May 2005), good ol' TBW kicked-off on us parents with a front page slandering by the rancidly corrupt former Member for Mt Gambier, Rory McEwen...and 2) I/we have had to go cap-in-hand to TBW time-and-again asking them to address their own conduct/mistakes and deal with the realities...and on many occasions TBW has flat-out refused...as have the ABC...

I've covered this in many previous posts, including earlier this year, and it's now 10 years since we parents managed to achieve that extraordinary public declaration by Peter Lewis, only to be so corruptly betrayed by TBW and Rory McEwen...(but remember mate, you're the only real problem here-Ed)...apparently so...apparently the person who talks about the rank pro-paedophile corruption of the Advertiser, TBW and Rory McEwen and Steve Perryman and Jay Weatherill, et al, that person is the problem...(so, the problem isn't the problem, talking about the problem is the problem?-Ed)...in Mt Gambier and South Australia, yeah, can't tell ya' about elsewhere exactly although it does appear that way, but definitely here, yeah, the problem being discussed is considered the only problem...

And an Über-segue straight into the heart of the alleged 'investigation' of Labor Minister Jennifer Rankine by our version of ICAC (Independent Commission Against Corruption) and the ludicrous cover-up by the ICAC of what has clearly happened, and all as reported on Channel 7's Today Tonight last week...apologies but I'll have to give that story a full post because it's so long, gourd knows when though, so please try the TT Adelaide website re this story, it's not up yet but hopefully soon, might be available on I-view, etc...here's clear proof of what our ICAC was created to do, pick-off mid-level public servants and the like, thus supposedly justifying it's existence and proving it's worth, and all the while burying the real corruption in SA...(you mean the Labor Party?-Ed)...I mean both of them, Liberal, Labor, the whole damn lot of them...

They all know...I challenge any South Australian politician to come onto this 'ere blog and deny knowledge of the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up...I know y'all are reading this 'ere blog or are at the very least monitoring it so's to be aware of it's contents, etc, eg, the Education Dept pulling-down the Gary Costello post...(you mean the post where you clearly, irrefutably identified Gary Costello as a complicit enabler who, as Principal of Mt Gambier High in 2008, failed to do even basic Mandatory Notification re multiple student statements re the St Martins Cover-up, and the Ed Dept had the post pulled-down with statements about what a great case he/they had for sueing you for defamation, etc, that post?-ED)...spot on Ed, deny knowledge re St Martins and the abuse and vilification of parents...(the Pariahtisation?-Ed)...indeed, the Pariahtisation of parents...the moment Glyn Dorling was publicly exposed (June 2002) as a "text-book grooming paedophile" it was I and other parents who were immediately subjected to a very organised campaign to 1) protect the paedophile teacher, and 2) attack us...

And whilst we're mentioning Rory McEwen and his little mate Steve Perryman, anyone stupid enough to get involved with Rory and Stevo's self-declared 'Tourism Taskforce' or whatever they're calling it, deserves to be betrayed and ripped-off as they most surely will be...(that's being a tad harsh isn't it?-Ed)...bollocks, Rory and Steve are absolutely complicit in the St Martins Cover-up and have routinely rorted the public purse and/or betrayed their communities...and it's so easily proven that I can say it with 100 % confidence that none of these clowns will challenge me for saying it...(ya' know, I find it quite hilarious that these people like Steve and Rory keep-on taking runs at you behind ya' back-Ed)...when it's not on the front page of TBW...(well ok, not then then, but otherwise, it's peeps like these what is constantly having a go at/about you and/or about what you say and/or what you are, etc, but never ever to ya' face, and constantly threaten and harass you, etc, but then keep running into a wall of their own corruption-Ed)...empty threats of defamation anyone? I've plenty to spare...   

And Francis Sullivan of the Truth Justice Reconciliation whatevs, that dude really, really, really creeps me out...a professional media-liar spewing-out the extraordinary denials and fathomless falsitudes of an institution clearly organised around the mass rape of children and protecting itself from the repercussions of this agenda...(how on gourd's green Earth are the shreckin' Child Raping freak-show that's the Catholic Church, how the shreck is the Catholic Church allowed to run it's own investigations of itself?-Ed)...indeed Ed, it's a clear indicator that nobody has any intention of shutting-down these paedophiles and rapists...it's all about power and control of, and access to, vulnerable people, preferably children...

Hello Hong Kong, Ukraine, South Africa, and Belarus, and welcome to the blog...just a quick self-justification/reminder that I'm just a person, one person, there's no actual 'Ed' or 'Inner Bastard', etc...(piss off-IB)...fair enough...and as one person I miss stuff even when sitting there, eg, in a Council meeting 'cos I'm trying to take legible notes, track who's voting for whatevs, etc...and there's probably heaps that I miss 'cos I don't understand the 'insider language' and/or technical details, etc...and so somehow I missed/forgot/whatevs Council's new $25,000 website and badging, etc...(didn't miss much-Ed)...well indeed... 

Checked out the new video by Grinding My TwitFace on the InterwebTube, and it runs maybe 90 seconds of random photos that mostly only locals would have any idea about...(what's with the dude sittin' there in an empty room fondling a guitar?-Ed)...well I recognise that as the inside of the Old Town Hall, so's I'm guessing it's something to do with the Jazz Academy thingy...(yeah, but who the heck is going to know that?-Ed)...yeah, the rather unsettling soundtrack lacks an audio guide as to what you're actually looking at...(why wouldn't you spruik 'world class cave-diving of all grades' rather than just have a photo?-Ed)...indeed Ed, this is one of those situations where you definitely need a frame of a few solid words to allow the picture to paint the rest...

I really hope that it's just that I don't get this video and new logo 'art-wise'...(dude, the logo looks like a pile of grubby hippy-plectrums dropped on a table...bring back the old one or better still don't change it...change for the sake of it is just stupid, and this all looks pretty stupid-Ed)..indeed, but regardless, there's been no Public Consultation what-so-ever and a relative pittance spent on what is meant to be our brand to promote us to the world and I live here and I don't see it, I just don't get it...but I digress...

I'm not getting paid for doing this 'ere blog, nor does it get done because I choose to...(well not 'choose' in the usual sense-Ed)...indeed, 'choose' as in 'I choose to do this rather than have it do me, again'...(you referring to your massive Lymphoma tumour you survived back in 2004/05, a tumour largely resultant of swallowing the anger and frustration and guilt of failure, etc, etc, related to the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up?-Ed)...that's 2 yes's...my statements about working full-time on this 'ere blog as part of usuaging the guilt I feel about being on the Disability Support Pension and living in Public Housing and the failure to resolve the St Martins Cover-up, etc, are all about me, but me doing what I need to do because I feel it must be done....the fact that this blog exists at all is proof enough it needs to be done...that I can write the things I do, that these issues even exist, that proves this blog needs to be done...and that is why it gets done...

OMG: doesn't former Mayor, current Councillor Steve Perryman just love the sound of his own voice, he just can't shut-up...(indeed, what an egomanic little rodent he is...and I notice the little shreck won't even make eye contact with you settin' there in the public gallery, the gutless prick-Ed)...Ed, Ed, such vitriole, such venom, one might be forgiven for thinking that Stevo mate...(maaate-Ed)...was a corruptly complicit co-conspirator in the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up, and that therefore you hate him for the corrupt little pro-paedophile scumbag politician that he is...(and I ain't askin' no-one's approval/forgiveness/whatevs, not nuthin', when it comes to hatin' on that little shreck of a man-Ed)...a personal opinion needs no further justification than fact...

And last meeting he presented a series of his own personal Amendments to a raft of issues that had been decided in Committee in the previous month's meetings...(so they have their Committee meetings, reach resolutions, vote on Motions, etc, and then Stevo mate-Ed)...maaate...(Stevo just trots out his own version at the Full Meeting as suits him?-Ed)...in a nutshell Ed, in an insanely self-involved nutshell...

Not A Word Of A Lie: that I can be a bit like an old steam engine when I find myself stuck in the public gallery of yet another Mt Gambier City Council meeting, witnessing the swathe of egomanic corruption that defines any Council soiree and yet unable to speak because that would be 'unacceptable' and I could be slung-out, for good...(not giving the bastards the satisfaction?-Ed)...oh ai...and I'm settin' back there huffin' and puffin' and lettin' off pressure, hissin' steam from random vents, etc, and so's it was I found myself sitting back to stretch and putting my hands on my head, exhaling exasperatedly at Stevo's shenanigans, and just lookin' at him across the room...and he wouldn't look at me...and I had no idea, but then yesterday during a radio thing about 'body language' it was stated that 'hands on head, leaning back' is an act of superiority and dominance bordering on open contempt...(ahaha, classic-Ed)... 

Absolutely nothing has changed on Mt Gambier City Council from the previous Council (2010-14) to the present, and the entire Council should be sacked/removed/banished from the Realm/whatevs, because the corrupt vested Interests that put Stevo there in the first place clearly still have their little monkey-boy running the show...(indeed, Stevo mate is Chimp to Rory McEwen's Grinder...dance monkey-boy, dance-Ed)...geez Ed, remind me to never get on the wrong side of you dude...(dead set and damn straight, you ain't gotta' monopoly on the angry chair dude-Ed)...and fair enough too...

Forget triumphal or mocking or gloating or whatevs, I've copped a wall of abuse for over a decade from these dickheads on City Council and in Mt Gambier Police Station and the Lutherans, etc, etc, etc, so if I want to laugh out loud at the extraordinary display of discomfort witnessed in 'stutter stutter the gentleman behind' then I damn well will...more than one of these clowns has tried to laugh in my face about a few things, pick fights with me in public meetings, threaten and abuse me at meetings, etc, etc, and every single time I've pantsed them in spectacular fashion...and I'm so all up Council's business, all up in the Mayor's grill and shizzle, that he couldn't even bring himself to say my name...ha...

Apparently Prince Harry reckons that everyone should have to do National (military) Service and that would sort them all out and everything will be just super...apparently Harry reckons that being in the military has turned his life around, stating, 'I don't know where I'd be if it wasn't for National Service'...(well, still third in line for the throne of England I'd think-Ed)...well exactly, but I'm not sure he is in line, I think that's Chuck and his actual son Billy, to be followed by Billy's boy, what's-'is-name...(whatevs-Ed)...and I think it's important that all our youth understand that if they work hard, study diligently, and be good citizens, they still can't be born into the inherited massive privilege of our boy Bluey...('Bluey'?-Ed)...it's an Aussie nickname for a Ginger, 'Bluey'...(well obviously-Ed)...

I'm thrilled to see that 'middle Australia' is so impressed with the Abbott/Liberal government's latest Budget, so impressed in fact that a whole 0.5% have turned/returned/whatevs to the Dark Side, meaning a full 1% increase in the Libs 2-party preferred vote...(a whole percentile? heady numbers indeed-Ed)...absolutely, it is the Power Of One Percent...(so, Smokin' Joe Hockey and his ranks of Right-Wing idealogues have realised that they're headed for electoral Arma-shreckin'-geddon off the back of their 2014/15 Budget of Class Bastardry, so they suddenly wrench on the handbrake, spin the wheel, and now we're still goin' over the Budget Disaster Cliff, only now we're travelling backwards..oooo, it's just like having a real Fiscal Policy isn't it?-Ed)...no, it's exactly like a pack of soulless nutters have been spooked into behaving almost like actual human beings because they're terrified of losing an upcoming election...(you always have to ruin my fun, don't you?-Ed)... 

The whole Glenburnie Racecourse 'revamp leading to constant flooding' issue was explained to me recently, and it struck me the direct comparisons that could be made with the Mt Gambier City Council's appalling handling of the Rail Lands Re-development leading to extensive flooding problems there...(yeah, I see what ya' mean, they both appear to be massive and entirely unnecessary earthworks pouring money into a Councillor's family's and/or mates' business, and the result is disastrous-Ed)...and can I just say how pathetic that some people continue to attack the jockeys as being responsible for the cancellation...(how's about you suck it up, fix the bloody track and make it a safe workplace for those you send out there for your entertainment and profit? how's about some of that instead of blaming the jockeys?-Ed)...quite...

AusCann Can't: apparently sell/supply to Aussie patients/hospitals/whatevs, the tonna' Chronic their gunna' export from Norfolk Island to Canadia (yes, that's how it's spelled,'Canadia') by the middle of 2016, expanding to 10 tons/year asap...this Aussie export success story is licensed in Australia to grow in Australia but cannot sell/supply in Oz...(omg, how hard does it have to be?...get it done because it damn well works, sweet baby cheeses!-Ed)...indeed, I agree Ed, I genuinely believe that we should give Chemo patients an 'herbal' Oatmeal/Carob cookie or three and a big cuppa' warm sweet milky tea and watch them giggle their way through if not completely avoid the nausea and appetite loss, etc, on the fast-track to improved health...Medicinal Marijuana - do it just because it works...(This is opinion, not specific medical advice)

In fact, the facts stand any scrutiny, there should be regulated industrial cropping of Hemp (which is un-smokeable) in Australia because it has multiple uses from cloth to rope, etc, and uses far less water in production, pesticide, herbicides, fertilisers, etc, than crops like the voracious Cotton...Hemp Seed and/or Oil is widely used as a food/additive and even potentially high-grade lubricants...and of course there's the Medical applications both realised and anecdotal, eg, the massive immediate benefits for some epilepsy sufferers...let's move beyond the ignorance and bigotry and utilise this valuable herb for the many positives it offers...
  
Wide World Of White Man's Sport:...whole matches from the Indigenous Women's Rugby Tournament (sorry, don't know title?)...say What The Football?...(must be one of those 'other' channels, you know, one of those 'multicultural' ones-Ed)...indeed Ed, politely but pointedly put...can you imagine seeing these matches on 'mainstream' media where female sportsters are often very second-class citizens as witnessed with coverage like that in The Advertiser (Adelaide's daily paper) where women's sport rarely features...(unless they're in volleyball bikinis-Ed)...does that woman have cellulite?...(I think you'd better very quickly identify that last comment as being scythingly cynical of the issues of relentless body-image barraging that women are subjected to, not least of all by 'women's magazines'-Ed)...ta', you've done it for me...

This rugby was obviously on SBS4 NITV (Special Broadcasting Service, Channel 4 - National Indigenous TV)...(hooray for SBS, 1 through 4-Ed)...indeed, yay, but I think ABC won't be showing the Women's Football League (Soccer) anymore either...elsewhere on telly, I had to turn the sound down on reportage of the latest lies from Catholic lounge lizard George Pell...(ooo, he's nearly as creepy as SA Liberal's leader Steven Marshall or Labor's Michael Atkinson-Ed)...nearly...got nuthin' 'postable' to say about any of that today, nuthin' that wouldn't likely get me hauled-off and locked-up...(you are one large angry hippy aren't you?-Ed)...cheers, one does what one can...and one's done for today...

Our ICAC: Where Corruption Goes To Thrive

Howdy y'all and welcome to the blog for yet another round of baffling bollocks that one could not create even if one were so predisposed...of all the issues I've covered on this 'ere blog, a regular topic has been the farcical yet simultaneously terrifyingly powerful nature of South Australia's version of an Independent Commission Against Corruption, and how our ICAC has been established by the Weatherill/Labor government with complicit Liberal support, to 1) hide high-level corruption, and thus 2) protect the corrupt...(and why not start at the top?-Ed)...well indeed, yes, when one is covering-up institutionalised pro-paedophile corruption in South Australia, one starts with the Premier, then runs through all Ministers, Department heads, Backbenchers, then the pathetic Liberal Opposition, onto SAPol (police) hierarchy, etc, etc...

(And actually we don't really need the ICAC to cover-up the paedophile corruption that defines South Australian politics, because we have SAPol and an entirely corrupt State Parliament doing all that already-Ed)...true, good point...(and when, for example, the evidence trail in a Child Rape Cover-up really hit the fan and sprayed all over Premier Jay Weatherill's desk, The J-Man just instigated yet another corrupt Royal Commission to cover that up-Ed)...you are of course referring to the absolutely farcical DeBelle Inquiry...(yes, the Royal Commission put in place by Jay to cover-up Jay's involvement in the cover-up of the rape of an 8 year old in a school-Ed)...and a very successful RC in that context 'cos Comm DeBelle followed the paper-trail right into Jay's computer, right there on Jay's desk, and then shazzam! made it all just disappear...(that's just wizard...good ol' SA-Ed)...

And of course there's the perpetual pro-paedophile attitudes and resultant corruption of SA Parliament, the most obvious example I can think of being the 2008-2011 SARC Inquiry no.52 (into the Teachers Registration Board), an Inquiry that we parents 1) forced from a reluctant Parliament, and then 2) provided extensive submissions and reams of documentation, and even 3) attended at their hearings in Adelaide to give personal testimony...(as did one of the very courageous children-Ed)...indeed, even one of the kids gave evidence to this pack of scumbags whom call themselves 'Honourable'...(pathetic isn't it-Ed)...and then the SARC produced Report no.52, a deliberately error-riddled piece of dross that exonerates all involved...

And the Bernard Finnigan Child Pornography Trial continues to remain 'disappeared' off the radar, over 5 weeks after the single judge retired to consider the evidence of the single SAPol (police) witness, re the 2 remaining charges...whilst the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up is clearly indicative of how paedophiles and pro-paedophile ideals control South Australia's Parliament, Police, Judiciary, Public Service, etc, it could be argued that it has occurred largely behind the scenes and therefore the public are largely unawares, but the Finnigan stuff has been front and centre over and over, 30 hearings over a 4 year period and then just disappears, then another hearing, disappears again, etc...this is the SA Courts for you...  
Then last evening on Channel 7's Today Tonight program they ran a long article about the Authority that's supposedly gunna' sort out all this corruption, our ICAC and ICAC Commissioner Bruce Lander, including interviews with senior New South Wales legal figures involved with NSW ICAC, etc, who described our ICAC as 'the opposite' to theirs, and a "toothless tiger"...this program ran for over 10 minutes about the ICAC's alleged investigation of Labor Minister Jennifer Rankine and her 'dealings' in creating a high-paying position for her mate, including running 'round the planet in Business Class, etc, etc...(let me guess, everything's fine, everyone's exonerated, and everything's suppressed-Ed)...if we were playing darts you scored 180 (3 triple 20s)...all fine, all exonerated, all suppressed... 

Because all the Race Course stuff below has pushed this ICAC story down the line a bit, I'm gunna' flail this li'l bunny a whole bunch more tomorrow...but for now, this...

Where's The Fire?: because SA Labor/Minister Tony Piccolo has suddenly dumped their/his Emergency Services Merger Plan bollocks like it was a fistful of very hot potato's...(what? this nonsense about a new ES Overlord/Commissioner controlling all services, etc, nonsense that they've been shoving down the collective throats of the 3 groups involved (Metropolitan Fire Service, the Country Fire Service, and the State Emergency Service) for at least 6 months, you mean that 'plan'?-Ed)...that's the one...and I don't believe for a moment that it's a case of Labor listening to the wall of opposition from the Services and general public, other than they know that they're staring down the barrel at a massive and humiliating failure to again ram things down our throats...and Labor swore blue in the face that we/they were past the 'Declare and Defend' governing that has defined their now 13 year term in office...

OMG: it's a new logo for Mt Gambier and a revamped website and this is going to rocket us into the global consciousness apparently, all for $25,000...can't believe I'm complaining about Council not spending enough on something, but consider the lunacy of $500,000 for lights around the Blue Lake, nearly $700,000 for the ludicrous Volcano movie, etc, etc, and only $25k for 'global branding'...(and the design is really not good, not good at all-Ed)...whatevs...furthermore, it's likely less than Mayor Andrew Lee and CEO Mark McShane will spend on their little sojourn to China this week..(yay-Ed)...and we're off to the races...   

Very Poor Form: indeed from the Mt Gambier Racing Club re the debacle that has become the Glenburnie Racecourse and the Mt G GeeGees, leading to yet another race meeting being cancelled there...I wasn't going to touch this really because I recognise that this cancellation is a terrible outcome for Mt Gambier in general, and whilst the geegees don't rock my world, all things geegee are very important to many people...however, on Friday May 15th 2015 the very important Mt Gambier Gold Cup (along with 4 other races) was scrapped for safety reasons re the very poor condition of the track, and the condition of the track is 100% the responsibility of the Race Club...and yet, the dialogue coming from the Race Club is that it was the jockey's fault...(omg, you are shreckin' kiddin' me?-Ed))...wish I was...

Attacking The Little Man: or woman who is a jockey because they were the ones whom expressed concerns for their own and their mounts safety on the 'slippery' track...(the selfish bastards, fancy having very real concerns for your own safety in what is clearly already a very dangerous workplace, and the associated safety of the horse you're riding, and for generally not wanting to get trampled to death for the sake of a pointless horse race...selfish bastards-Ed)...and better still...(somehow I knew it would be-Ed)...according to the bleating comin' outta the Race Club, it's not just 'the jockey's fault', but these 'jockeys' were all from Adelaide...(oh, well, why didn't you say?...'Adelaide jockeys', them damn outta-towners tellin' us our business-Ed)...well indeed...

And a beautiful albeit fleeting segue into a personal observation about the ongoing attempts to denigrate and demonise me, abuse and criticism that includes great swathes of 'he's not even from here, who the hell does he think he is comin' here and tellin' us what to do?'...(seriously?-Ed)...yes, this is what I hear here and there time and again, it's been mentioned to me several times...(but surely you spend the vast majority of your time tellin' Council et al what not to do?...'hey, stop being so corrupt', and, 'oi, don't rort the Ratepayers monies'...ya' know, all that sortta' stuff-Ed)...you make your point well Ed...

(A question...you state that this is "...yet another race meeting being cancelled there...", but I've heard repeated statements that this is the first time the Gold Cup has been called-off-Ed)...very clever wording isn't it, almost like the Race Club was/is carefully trying to avoid the unpleasant reality that yes, this is the first Gold Cup cancelled because of the track condition, but it's not the first races/meeting to be cancelled/scrapped/moved because of the track, and only 3 (4?) years back a whole meeting was moved to Keith (210kms from Mt Gambier) and then cancelled anyway because a storm system stopped the steward's plane leaving Adelaide...no Stewards, no races...(ouch-Ed)...

The facts are that there has been almost no rain across Spring/Summer, rolling into a dry Autumn with barely average rainfalls, and yet the Mt Gambier Racecourse can't even handle that, can't handle average rainfall spread over weeks...this has repeatedly led to races/meetings being cancelled/scrapped and/or moved, and in that recent case, moved only then to be cancelled anyway...and the Race Club is saying 'that's just fine' and 'it's the jockey's fault', etc...disgraceful...it's Mt Gambier and it rains, hopefully a lot, and therefore this will happen again...(well I think the Race Club should shreckin' well suck-it-up and stop blaming others for what is clearly problems with the track, and therefore the responsibility of the Race Club-Ed)...damn straight...(and very damp turns apparently, that's the problem-Ed)...clever...fix the bloody track before Mt Gambier loses that carnival as well...

Think I'm over-reacting talking about losing the Carnival altogether because the track isn't basically safe and/or reliable?...I ain't the only one talking about it...why would trainers/owners/caterers/whatevs go to all the trouble and expense of gettin' involved when there's a distinct possibility that it ain't gunna' happen and they'll all do their dough?...and does anyone here remember the International Tennis Tournament that Mt Gambier lost (to Pt Pirie?) only a coupla' years back because our incompetent Council couldn't even maintain the courts to a safe standard?...anyone?...and then Mayor Steve Perryman went into the local media sayin', 'no probs, it's no biggie, didn't make us much money, whatevs', etc, etc...(well I for one remember that appalling 'give-a-stuff' attitude/interview...at the very least, that tournament was International Advertising for Mt Gambier that you just can't buy, and now it's gone, never to return...idiots-Ed)...

Possibly Apologising: because I thought that I saw it reported that that prime piece of corrupt, betraying scummery known as Martin Hamilton-Smith (elected Liberal, skulked across to Labor, betrayer, scumbag, etc, etc) was scooting off to China with all the other dodgy public officials we're paying to junket-on-over there, but today I read that he's off to Europe at our expense, apparently to tour submarine facilities re the Adelaide Submarine Corp...(well I for one think it's wonderful that Mighty Marty Moose is profitting so substantially from his corruption and betrayal, because he's clearly worked very hard on making sure he does alright, albeit at the expense of everyone else in the state...I'd hate to think that such a rancid turncoat wouldn't profit from their greed and corruption-Ed)...indeed, why aspire to a career in SA politics if you can't personally profit from your own corruption?...

From The Sublime To The Pleadin' Ridiculous

Hello Japan, Russia, Aotearoa (New Zealand) and Germany and welcome to the blog...and I'm gunna' kick-off with a quick dot-pointing of the Court stuff re the alleged 'charges' that I'm facing...again, due to the random, haphazard, and entirely undefined nature of the legislation that is being wielded against me, I've chosen to follow my lawyer's request to err well on the side of caution...I also appreciate the position they are in, trying to define and apply a swathe of ludicrously vague yet sweeping legislation, and that me chirping away about these issues on this 'ere blog may serve to further complicate matters...again, in this context, I choose to follow that specific advice/request to rein things in a bit...

And a quick shout-out to those wondering about other topics I've covered in previous posts...I remain absolutely opposed to the lunacy of Fracking, anywhere, but in the South East with our massive Aquifer at risk, it's just moronic bastardry...I tried over a year ago to engage with Anti-Frackers from Penola, and was told ever-so politely to sod-off, they've got it covered...Wind Turbines remain an unreliable almost farcical novelty that are an economic millstone around our collective necks, and the legislation in South Australia denying Citizens any Rights of Appeal at any level, that is unadulterated Fascism...whatevs the issue, the State using legislation to deny Citizens access to the Courts, is Fascism...

I remind availees that in June 2012 I (like several others) drove to Portland (in my case via the Turbines at the nearby Bridgewater Bay, a round trip of over 250kms, mostly in the dark) to attend that particular Wind Turbine meeting, and stood up and gave an impassioned speech from the floor about our charming legislation, named it as Fascism, received a rousing round of applause fa' me troubles guvna', and then Pacific Hydro's rep on the night, Lane Crockett, said openly that he agreed that the 2011 Development Plan Amendment legislation in SA was/is 'unfair on non-host residents', etc, and all of this was reported very positively in the Portland Observer the next day, front page, especially my rant and Mr Crockett's acknowledgement...please see my early posts on the Wind Turbine issue...

There are also the issues of critical mass in that 1) these issues and many others already have many people involved, so I have tended to try and address the horrendously inappropriate issues that have slammed into my lap over recent years...(you mean like the rank, institutionalised, pro-paedophile corruption evident in the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up, or the rank Nepotism, Insider Trading, and gross corruption of appropriate process witnessed in the perpetual shenanigans of Mt Gambier City Council?-Ed)...yeah, just like that...things that others aren't doing anything about...beyond that I ask that ma' peeps bear with me through what is now very much about 'Blogging' full-stop...

2) As others have put to me and as is my personal belief, my Court case has reached a 'critical mass', in that it is now no longer solely about me, this is now about the State's ability to control 'Blogging', and in that context, the ability to stop 'Blogging' altogether...it has been said to me that, 1) yes, whilst this is clearly about just 'getting me' regardless, 2) given the 'test-case' or 'precedent' nature of the case combined with 3) the subject of the issue, 'Blogging', that 4) this Court case has moved well beyond 'me' to a point where it is now about stopping 'Blogging' in South Australia, and that therefore 5) I have a responsibility to all 'Bloggers'/Citizens/whatevs to not root this-up and hand the State exactly what it wants, a way to stop 'Blogging'...and in that context I can only ask that availees bear with me 'cos there's a shreck-load of stuff goin' on here that I simply cannot discuss at the moment...
 
I'll just also note the randomly haphazard and unprofessional manner in which my case has been handled thus far, grossly inappropriate conduct magnified exponentially by the seriousness and precedent nature of the issue, and the massive and extraordinary, almost total powers indicated of the Authority (that I'm not at liberty to identify 'cos that itself 'might be' a breach of this Authority's legislation)...(where wow meets strewth-Ed)...that despite the freakishly frightening power that this Authority already wields and as shall only be further massively increased if the charges against me are proven, the prosecution of the case against me has been all over the shop, thrown out of the Mall, and is currently out in the carpark kicking a buses hubcap for looking at it the wrong way...(you're saying that it's somewhat unhinged and incoherent-Ed)...somewhat... 

(Could we just go back a fraction?-Ed)...sure, what's buggin' ya' matey?...(well, when you said "...rein things in a bit"?...you mean like in the last post where you referred to "...a phalanx of corrupt public officials...", and then caned the local media for their corruption, etc, etc...you mean rein it in a bit like that?-Ed)...yeah, exactly like that...and in that context, again, I have sought specific advice as to what I can and/or can't post, and have been directed that talking about things that happen in public spaces, eg, the open Court, eg, things like the SAPol officer handing my lawyer a large roll of documents as we're sitting down in the Court for the latest hearing, that's cool...(and I'd assume that addressing the repeated multiple and in many cases deliberate distortions/deletions/deceits in The Border Watch as they try to grind their axe by slamming it repeatedly into a slab of angry granite named Nick, all a' that's in play, yeah?-Ed)...absolutely...indeed, it would be remiss of me to not correct the record on behalf of TBW...

I repeat, that I have still not received any specific and/or written direction from the Court, SAPol (police), or even my lawyer as to what I can and can't say here on the blog and/or elsewhere...(but this whole farce is about what you can and can't say, particularly on your blog-Ed)...yep...(so surely proper direction on that issue is critical-Ed)...well absolutely, which is why I believe that it's a deliberate failure in the context that the State of South Australia and it's various Agencies/Authorities/whatevs are clearly just out to get me regardless and at any cost...(and having failed to do that thus far, even with all of this 'charges' lunacy and extensive investigation, etc, they're just gunna' leave ya' hangin' out there in the hope that you shreck-up in the interim so that they can then go ya' for that instead?-Ed)...are you sure that's not my hymn book you're singin' from?...

If I may use the 'bunny' metaphor yet again, only this time about meself, where I'm the bunny and I'm settin' right in the middle of a dirty great autobahn/freeway thingy, and there's a wall of semi-trailers slewing and swerving and sliding and turning and twisting and all the whilst barrelling toward me, and the single-best strategy for my own survival would appear to be to stand perfectly still, stand my ground, and what shall be shall be...but even then that bunny ain't cowering frozen in fear, it's standing there with a furry digit extended...(ooo, angry bunny-Ed)...a bit, yeah, for sure, but an angry bunny hopping to improve things...get it? 'hopping to improve things'? yeah?...(strewth, moving on please-Ed)...fair enough...

Because of the rambling pre-ambling of previous paragraphs. I'll get the Court hearing stuff started and just run into the next post, etc...gettin' it done as best I can...so...
1)  We (me an' me legal eagle) walk in to the Courtroom and sit down and immediately across comes the SAPol prosecutor/officer and hands my lawyer a thick roll of documents...this was apparently at least part of the 'Discovery of Documents', etc, as ordered by the Court at the last hearing (April 14th 2015)...(hang on-Ed)...slow down, way ahead of you buddy, yes, Discovery was ordered by the Court in April but then only done by SAPol in the Court as the session started last Tuesday 12th May 2015, and yes, why was this Discovery only done minutes before the hearing started?...

(I'd go further and say/ask, 'how can the hearing even begin before you've been supplied all of this documentation and had a chance to avail ya'self of a lawyer's advice, etc?...it's just nonsense...it's almost like that was a performance for public/media consumption to make it look like they're goin' through all the right procedures, etc, ie, 'here, check us out handing over this huge wad of documents that show how hard we've been working and what a massive case we have against him', etc, etc, you know the sort of thing?-Ed)...I do Ed, and I agree up to a point on all the points you've raised, but I believe there's more to it than that...

(More?...if I may?-Ed)...please...(on May 7th/8th 2014 2 SAPol Anti-Corruption detectives from Adelaide came to your home, then the next day came back and very politely raided you, seizing your laptop and repeatedly stating "expect to be charged", then you didn't hear squat from SAPol until reading about your own hearing in The Border Watch the day after it happened (February 2015)-Ed)...all true, yes, but what's your point?...(and then SAPol didn't even Summons you to that first hearing, and now, 4 hearings in, they're still handing over files/statements/whatevs re their alleged case...it's farcical-Ed)...again, we agree, but your point is?...(well, in open Court, in front of the TBW and ABC reporters present, SAPol have been seen to be still handing over documents that you should have had 6 months ago, etc, so if you haven't even seen those documents/statements/allegations, how can you plead 'Not Guilty'? how can you plead to anything if you're yet to see the full case/allegations/whatevs?-Ed)...

Excellent question Ed, and a point I raised effervescently with my lawyer when advised that I needed to plead something at this May 12th 2015 hearing...indeed, I initially refused to plead, due to the Discovery failures by SAPol...but, strictly following my lawyers advise, I entered a plea, and my default choice of plea was obviously 'Not Guilty', albeit equally obviously a plea entered not knowing exactly what it was/is that I was/am pleading to having not done...(I got one of those headaches comin' on again-Ed)...no-one would blame you mate, it's in equal measure mind-boggling and mind-numbing...more tomorrow...

Apologies, I Was Wrong, It Is About Me

Hello Ukraine, the USofA, Romania, and the UK and welcome y'all to this 'ere blog...in many recent posts I've tried to define the fine line between posting stuff about me and me posting about stuff, and repeatedly run into the conclusion that in many places that line simply doesn't exist anymore if it ever did, in others it is so smudged and smeared that it's near impossible to say where it really lies, where it starts, where it finishes, and elsewhere it has been erased, eg, by the corrupted reporting about me in the local media...(I'm not seeing a lot of line left-Ed)...nah, there's a bit just here, look...(umm, sorry, that's not your line, that's where I drew a line in the sand earlier-Ed)...ah well, I'll come and stand here then, with you, next to this line in the sand...

*and my computer just suddenly decided to 're-boot' itself dumping the last 2 hours work, again...(that's happening a lot lately...almost like someone's on here deliberately deleting/dumping stuff-Ed)...almost...and bingo, right on cue, as I try to manually save, yet another "network error" notice bobs-up telling me that 'another computer with the same IP address is currently on this network'...*  (twice today now)

**I also wish to identify that this post is presented heavily censored as I defer to my legal advice (that the whole situation is so confusing, the Act is so poorly defined, etc) that it is prudent to err on the side of extreme caution...I choose to follow that advice not least of all because I know that all involved are just hangin' to slam me with a Contempt of Court charge or another bizarrely nonsensical breach of the bizarrely nonsensical Act, or just whatevs...

I also note that, despite the whole case being about 'talking about stuff ya' not allowed to', I have received no specific directions from SAPol (police) or the Courts about what I can and can't say...(that's because they just want to leave it wide open in the hope that you stray into some area they can try to get you for-Ed)...that'd be my reading of the situation Ed...anyhoos, the very limited stuff I have posted today re my Court case is with the specific directions/advice/approval of my lawyer, and thusly I'm sticking strictly to the matters as played-out in open Court, and even then deliberately avoiding some stuff...

And some vague apology for no post yesterday but I couldn't be bothered, and I'm revelling in the rare air of not being bothered about that not being bothered...given all that's happened lately, the bizarre happenings of this week have lifted me to a point where I genuinely feel that I've actually achieved something with this 'ere blog, and that's a hugely cathartic and releasing realisation...(and when you say 'bizarre...this week' you are of course referring to your latest Court appearance re these 'charges' of talking about stuff-Ed)...indeed I am Ed, my latest hearing on Tuesday May 12th 2015...if you think this shizzle's been bizarre thus far, what's happened this week makes Bizarre the last station on the outer trunk line, where you put on ya' best hiking boots before trekking-off into the undefined wilderness beyond...(I may be gone for quite some time-Ed)...indeed...

And I'd just like to point out that I cannot even identify the Act under which I'm being 'charged', because that would then identify the Authority involved and it's involvement and that is apparently a breach of the Act...(so you can't identify the Authority or the Act that authorises that Authority to act, because identifying that the Authority enacted to action that Act has actually acted, and/or identifying the Act itself, both and/or either identifies that the Authority has acted to do what it's supposed to do, and that's a breach of the Act?-Ed)...even after the Authority has supposedly acted to do what it's authorised to do and completely exonerated everybody involved of absolutely everything, including things they haven't even been accused of...(my head hurts-Ed)...well take a coupla' Panadol or somethin' and harden the shreck-up 'cos we're just kickin' off buddy...

How is it that I can be facing 'charges' for just talking about this stuff yet The Border Watch newspaper can report that I am in Court, "...on a charge relating to the publication of information about a person subject to a complaint.", which identifies the legislation therefore the Authority therefore that the Authority has acted therefore TBW has breached the Act by reporting it...(omg-Ed)...and how can the case be heard in open Court in front of a room full of random strangers...(yeah, fair enough, but you'd need to have a fairly specific understanding/knowledge of the Act to make the connection clearly described by TBW-Ed)...indeed, but on Tuesday 12th May 2015, for whatever reason, the Magistrate read out in full the first of the 20 'charges' (22?-still not sure) that I'm allegedly facing, a 'charge' which includes the full title of the Act which itself includes the full name of the Authority and verbatim wording of the identified section that I've allegedly breached...


(Hang on...in open Court, in front of a dozen+ randoms and various lawyers, with reporters from TBW and the ABC settin' right there, the Magistrate read out in full one of the 'charges' that in it's wording identifies the Act and the Authority and identifies and quotes verbatim the actual wording of the actual section of the Act?-Ed)...yep...(in open Court?-Ed)...yep...(and yet, you whom what is facing them 'charges', you've been advised that you probably shouldn't/cannot/whatevs even identify those charges because that may be a breach of that Act?-Ed)...yep...(I can see how you might start to feel that it's a little bit about you-Ed)...yep...('yep'?...is that all you've got to say for yourself not so young man?-Ed)...nope...           

After nearly 13 years of fighting a pitched battle with the State of South Australia where-in the State has repeatedly acted to protect the paedophile teacher involved, now I am the subject/victim of an action prosecuted by the State...(I'm sure you'll get just the same justice as any other guilty person would-Ed)...oh and again with the hilarity...in other news...

OMG: Delegates to China...what the shreck?...and there's my new bestie, Labor's Minister for Being A Rancid Betraying Scumbag, Martin Hamilton-Smith...(ahh, Mighty Marty Moose, the man who makes miscreants look good-Ed)...good ol' Marty's all aboard this Taxpayer/Ratepayer funded junket with cries of  'there's a hope for jobs, particularly in the regions and we need those jobs'...(so we're sending a phalanx of deeply corrupt, selfish public officials who domestically behave with absolute and callous disregard for the communities they're supposed to represent, we're paying to send these crooks and clowns to have yet more secret meetings in another country that just happens to also be a dictatorial One-Party system riddled with corruption?-Ed)...yep...(well how could that possibly go wrong?-Ed)...well they could organise a whole bunch of stuff that's personally profitable but devastating for 'their' communities, decisions promoted by personal inducements and/or incentives...

It is simply ludicrous to believe that these 'public officials' who behave so corruptly and selfishly whilst functioning right here in their own Council Chambers, Parliament, etc, right here in the heart of their own communities, who treat their own communities with such bare-faced contempt...(who rabidly attack anyone who speaks out with genuine intent, eg, the way they attacked and denigrated that young mum who asked for drainage ponds to be made a little less 'drowny'-Ed)...exactly, Ed, a perfect local example...a concerned young woman who was viciously attacked by City Council, in the good 'ol TBW (reckon it was front page, not sure) for expressing very real, very genuine concerns about these seasonal drowning hazards as constructed in Residential areas by Council...the same Council that then skulked-off behind the scenes and quietly re-engineered those exact ponds...(and never apologised to the woman-Ed)...apologise? Ed, come on, look at who we're talking about...a pack of self-infatuated middle-aged white men...(you'd know-Ed)...who are wholly committed to their own wonderfulness and why that makes it ok for them to be corrupt and rip-off Ratepayers/taxpayers/whatevs...

Cowards, crooks, thieves, liars, arrogant incompetents, and all rolled-up in a big ball of pro-paedophile corruption...and yes I can say that, all of that and then some because I've lived that rank corruption, the corruption of almost every public/elected official I've ever met and/or dealt with at a senior level...every CEO, every Mayor, every Minister, every Member, successive Premiers, and quite literally every single one, corrupt...and the scattered few whom get caught-up in that corruption but are not responsible know full well that I speak not of them and hence both our consciences be clear...(t'is only the guilty whom feel the chill breeze of their own conduct blown down their neck by a very large very angry very hippy-Ed)... wow Ed, great metaphor...

Mt Gambier City Council, you are my rock, my foundation, the guiding light on the hill that leads me to being a better man...(by turning your back and walking away from it-Ed)...nice...these stout yeoman whom lie to/steal from/laugh at their community as though it were their right...it is fundamentally moronic to think that these crooks will suddenly have some sort of Epiphany of Conscience and suddenly reverse their Standard Operational Mode, 'Corrupt', and go into this situation, into any situation, genuinely looking to achieve what's best for us...their decisions, as always, will benefit them, and with a scant disregard for their communities...

I offer as my example for today as it is everyday, Council's litany of deceits repeatedly flung in Ratepayers faces re the Rail Lands Retail Agenda...a rolling scroll writ with a litany of lie upon lie, running over and over, for a decade...and they are still at it with this ludicrous new Committee and plans to do Public Consultation, etc, re 1) what to do with the Old Station, and 2) what to actually do with the entire site...(wow-Ed)...and I'll do Councillor Greco no favours at all by cutting him out from the herd as being someone genuine who's been pushed out in front of a Committee that en masse has absolutely no intention of doing anything with the Old Station...(well other than bulldozing it to make way for the massive Retail extension of the Lakes Plaza as planned by Council, as encapsulated by the RLRA, the RLRA as proven beyond debate right here on this 'ere blog-Ed)...indeed...

The Columns Of Pillory - TMGI 2.0

Hello Singapore, China, Macau, and Greece and welcome to the blog as I try to get back onto a nearly post-a-day routine, roughly say, 5 posts a week, as being sortta' like a proper job...and of course I continue to try to be as accurate as possible, and if I do say so myself, a bit humourous where possible...just like to praise myself-up a bit for some of the recent posts that I've previously bad-mouthed 'cos I re-read a couple and they're not that bad after all...(I like the NSW Health spokes-Rastafarian bit re the man charged with dealing Marijuana, who's defense was that he was selling to hospitals/Chemo patients, etc...I like it for being amusing yet respectful of those getting treatment in a context where you're directing attention to the very clearly defined and broad-based acknowledgement and application of Medicinal Marijuana...because it works-Ed)...right on man...

I liked the piece we did with 'The Punchline' and the whole 'Extra-Genitational Support/Joe Hockey Strap/Warren Truss stuff', and added to that, the stuff about seeing 'The Punchline' appear a mile off on 'One Mile Ridge Rd', etc...a whole series of terrible puns and a lovely day-trip around the Dead Joke Zone...(yep, great stuff-Ed)...and thanks for the feedback, apparently some appreciated the pieces about Joe Hockey and the 'keep on going Joe' bit and smokin' Joe's Liberal colleague Tony Pasin saying, 'I get up early and I steal...'...also, again, someone complimented me/commented on the carefully crafted word-carnage I unleashed in a few short sentences back in August 2013 re my response to 'Comments' left on the blog at that time...(oh, you mean when that gutless prick was comin' onto the blog anonymously as 'Dick Stretcher' and leavin' really vile, bigotted, abusive and clearly defamatory comments about all and sundry, basically slandering and abusing you and anyone who knew you and/or lived near you?-Ed)...yeah, that's the one...and my fictional paragraphs about knowing who DS was/is, and the very level threat conjured from thin air, "who's in the shadows now, dickhead?"...(classic-Ed)...

And that's why it's a shortish post, because I'd like to ask that availees go to 'Comments' and read/re-read through that stuff as being yet another example of 1) the sort of bigotry and discrimination I've put-up with ever since I moved to Mt Gambier, and 2) how I'm the one acting with relative appropriateness and respect and honesty and accuracy and the common decency and conviction of my beliefs that I put my name to everything I do...am I Nick Fletcher? damn straight I am...anyhoos, please read those 'Comments' and call it this weeks homework...cheers... 

I thought that a 'Meme' (cutesy photo with hilarious title/slogan/comment) was a one of those 'double-selfies' photo thingies...(whaaa?-Ed)...you know, where people take photos of themselves taking photos of themselves, a 'me me'...(nah, I get it, a 'me me', everyone look at me, but I guess that's what a selfie is basically-Ed)...exactly, 'what's wrong with this photo? I'm not in it'...and I suppose that means that a 'selfie-stick' is not what you beat a 'selfier' with as they mill moronically about snapping pouty pics of themselves...(yeah, sorry, it's a small hand-held extendable pole with a cradle thingy that holds a phone/camera on the other end, used for panoramic shots, groups, etc-Ed)...you just don't want me to have any fun at all, do you?...(nuthin' to do with me mate, just the way it is-Ed)...fair enough, moving on...

And the Bernard Finnigan trial continues to, well, continue...(say what the? didn't the Magistrate retire 3 weeks ago to consider his verdict re the evidence of the only witness, a SAPol (police) 'electronics expert' ?-Ed)...well, if you call sittin' and watchin' Child Porn for 3 weeks 'retiring', then yes I guess that's what's still happening...well over a month after the alleged trial began the entire case has just disappeared off the media cycle...to recount, Mt Gambier based Bernie was the Labor Acting Police Minister in April 2011 when SAPol (police) officers/detectives raided his Adelaide home and arrested him for 2 dozen charges re Child Pornography, and 4 years and 30 hearings/adjournments later, after multiple changes to the charges, in different Courts before multiple Magistrates, he's finally faced only 2 charges in a closed Court before a single Magistrate with one witness and it's all suppressed...(wow-Ed)...  

And reviewing some of the news stories and did another Interweb search about this wholly corrupt pro-paedophile pantomime of a trial, and there's still nothing past April 19th 2015, but I did run into a TV news story that I hadn't seen before, and it explained why the single Magistrate hearing the case ordered suppression of the website names/addresses that Bernie has been specifically charged with accessing...(dare I ask?-Ed)...because 'at least one of them would direct/allow others to immediately access Child Pornography'...(wow...because if people type-in that address/term/whatevs, it immediately takes them to Child Porn...isn't that what he's charged with?-Ed)...yep, and his defense has been that the 'terms' aren't specifically indicative of trying to access Child Porn..(the same 'search terms' that the Court has suppressed as leading directly to Child Porn?-Ed)...yep...    

Beyond Bernie: the Labor Party is a corrupt pro-paedophile organisation, a criminal organisation wholly involved in the criminality and corruption that defines this sad sick state of paedophiles...(orrr come on, that's a bit rough...I know, I'll fix it, let's have a festival-Ed)...sure, why not, and how's about a bloody market maybe...(are you referring to Mt Gambier City Council's ludicrous bleating about their one plan for the Rail Lands in the centre of town? another bloody market?-Ed)...spot on Ed, but more on that later...(no wait, I've got it, what's better than a market or a festival?-Ed)...dunno...(a Festival of Markets-Ed)...omg, that's genius, but can we come back to it laters?...(sure-Ed)...

And of course our charming pro-paedophile Premier Jay Weatherill back-slid his way into town to appear at the Generations in Jazz and sleaze his way through yet another insanely insincere speech, this time about 'our' event and 'our' Jazz course, etc...(is that the Jazz Academy stuff where locals were secretly suddenly shoved outta' our own Town Hall to accommodate what has allegedly been planned for years?-Ed)...yep, that's the one...(and where Jay Weatherill promised $750,000 as start-up money, and then Minister Geoff Brock promised "another $500,000 from RDA" (Regional Development Australia) and then only allegedly $500k was coughed-up-Ed)...unless of course it was handed over but no-one's talking about it, for some reason...anyhoos...

No bias or discrimination is particularly helpful or constructive, but I'm so sick of this neo-Liberal bleedin' heart, self-involved bleating from the Federal Labor Party about non-straight people and their rights and their discrimination and marriage equality and their whatevs...whatevs!...you're shreckin' grown-ups and if you really want to, you can find legal avenues to effectively go around the law...(in my head, I'm always yellin' what about the kids?'who's actually protecting kids?, etc-Ed)...yeah, I know it's a bit harsh, but I'm a bit like that myself...and as for the ludicrous comments from Labor's Tanya Plibersek, well...(ludicrous?-Ed)...well quite...she stated that Labor was no longer going to allow it's Members a 'conscience vote' re gay marriage laws/rights/whatevs, that they must vote for it, because apparently, according to Ms P, gay marriage inequality is like Rascism, Sexism, and a coupla' other 'isms'...(whatta' load of crap, how is this even remotely similar to Rascism?-Ed)...I know, I know...

(And what about that scummy little rat SA Labor MP Ian Hunter who dodged off overseas to marry his boyfriend because it's not legal in SA?-Ed)...yes, great point Ed, or should I say points...1) there's no 'gay equality' in the supposedly enlightened SA, where Labor have been in power since 2002, and 2) their own Minister has knowingly, willingly engaged in circumventing the law he is part of creating and/or responsible for...and 3) comparing 'gay marriage equality' to Rascism and Sexism is just ludicrous...tell an Aboriginal man to dodge-off overseas to escape Rascism, tell a woman to go overseas to avoid Sexism, tell an Aboriginal woman to dodge-off overseas to escape both...

I've said it before, I don't hate Ian for being gay, I hate him for being a corrupt pro-paedophile scumbag who was a sitting member of the parliamentary SARC Inquiry/Report no.52 that officially acted to officially bury the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up...I gave my evidence/testimony with that buttoned down shreck-pig sittin' right there, and then he and the other corrupt clowns that are South Australian parliament conspired to produce a Report that is deliberately erroneous and protects and covers-up the pro-paedophile corruption clearly evident with the St Martins case...(whatta' disgrace-Ed)...

More Or Less Mental As: as the new 6 bed designated Mental Health Unit at Mt Gambier Hospital is now allegedly due to open in late June rather than the April just gone...(but wasn't Country Health SA on the ABC only a few months back stating that everything was go go baby and staff were all lined-up, etc, etc, and now it's what, late June?-Ed)...yep, apparently CH SA is just so concerned that Mt Gambier gets 'the most appropriate staff, the right people because of the pressure', etc, that they haven't actually recruited anyone specifically...well except for a psychiatrist who's signed-up for a whole 3 months...    

And then this morning, another atrocious ABC 'Dorothy Dixer' interview with the CH SA representative that strolled around the realities/problems of recruiting any personnel and failed to hold her to account for the appalling state of services across the board, but particularly with Mental Health Services and this alleged unit...she kept referring to 'an integrated system with Whyalla and Berri'...only last week the ABC ran concurrent pathetic 'don't worry, be happy' interviews about Drug/Alcohol Services and Mental Health services, and the upshot was that these were effectively phone services with very occasional and spasmodic contacts...the whole tone of these interviews was about how things are great because there are these services available, but there was nothing about full-time services, emergency treatment, eg, an 'Ice-psychosis' episode, the new unit, etc...and then this morning, this nonsense about staffing...

I have long maintained that the ABC Local Radio is absolutely critical because of Mt Gambier's isolation and irrelevance to Adelaide, etc, but it's this sort of deliberate deceit and manipulation of the realities that make the ABC more the problem than they are the solution...local senior ABC staff clearly are far more committed to their personal advancement than their alleged and oft spoken-of affection for their communities...if they genuinely care so much, why be so complicit in the community-destroying corruption that they know is happening?...(well that's a rhetorical question, surely? you just answered that, these people are loyal to themselves and each other and their precious little ABC empire and then us plebs are exactly that to them...and is there anything more sickening than their affected, confected fascination and concerns for their community?-Ed)...indeed, sincerity faked to perfection in a moderate hotbed of corruption...(nice-Ed)...

And just in the news this evening, a 56 year old Victorian-based senior public officer has been charged by our version of ICAC, the Independent Commission Against Corruption, for 'mis-use of public office' in the 12 months up to January last year, and will appear in Mt Gambier Magistrates Court in a fortnight...(can't wait to see what this bollocks is about-Ed)...or where it goes...looks to me like an ICAC desperately trying to justify itself in a context where it has no integrity and no credibility...
