More PM Morrison Deceits And Deception, and More AFP and PMO Corrupt Collusion

Howdy dear availees...another day, another debilitating diatribe of deceits and distractions and diversions and out right collusive corruption from the Prime Minister Scott 'Scummo' Morrison, his Chief of Staff Phil Gaetjens and multiple Liberal/National Party politicians, along with the Australian Federal Police Commissioner Reece Kershaw, and the New South Wales Police Commissioner Mick Fuller...in a previous post (22nd March 2021) I covered the directly contradictory evidence given by Kershaw and Gaetjens in Senate Estimates...Gaetjens revealed that he had stopped his 'internal investigation' about who knew what and when, etc, relative to the Rape* of Ms Brittany Higgins in Parliament House in March 2019, Gaetjens allegedly stopped that inquiry on 9th March 2021, and told Scummo that day...Scummo went on to lie about that in Parliament, repeatedly, failing to disclose this 'suspension of inquiry', and then further lie about that lying...Gaetjens claimed he'd stopped due to advice from Kershaw about not potentially compromising the AFP investigation...literally at the same time, but in a different Estimates hearing/room, Kershaw categorically denied that he had given that advice...and that's where we got to...

Later that afternoon Kershaw produced this statement (below), completely reversing his original testimony...he has clearly chosen or more likely been instructed to toe the party line and support what Gaetjens and Scummo wanted him to say...this is just another example in a litany of basely corrupt, complicit, and subservient actions of an AFP that operates as a bullying, openly Fascist arm of the LNP government...and now, as so obviously and carefully scripted, LNP Members have been furiously scuttling to hide behind the pseudo-justification that 'the AFP Comm told us not to, we're just following that advice'...Defense Minister Marise Payne did it in Estimates yesterday when asked about the sacking of the staffer who Raped* Ms Higgins, supposedly for a "security breach"...as aired on the ABC's Four Corners program, the security officer directly involved on that night of the Rape*, has stated that they followed procedures exactly, and therefore there was no such "security breach"...so when Payne tried to refuse answering questions about that 'sacking', citing the supposed AFP 'advice', she was quite rightly shredded by Labor's Penny Wong who pointed out that the LNP had already said the 'sacking' was about a "security breach" and nothing to do with an 'alleged Assault'...the exchange went unresolved, Payne repeatedly hiding behind that fake 'advice'...***

Australian Federal Police Commissioner Reece Kershaw has made the following statement.

“I have examined Mr Gaetjens’ opening statement of evidence to Senate Estimates.

I confirm I informed Mr Gaetjens on 9 March it was strongly advisable to hold off finalising the records of interviews with staff until the AFP could clarify whether the criminal investigation into Ms Higgins’ sexual assault allegations may traverse any issues covered by the administrative process he was undertaking.

I support his decision to put on hold the process of finalising his inquiry. At this time, I support him not making any further comments on the process or content of his inquiry to avoid any risk of prejudicing the outcome of the criminal investigation.

When the AFP has clarity about whether there is no intersection between Mr Gaetjens’ administrative inquiry and the criminal investigation I will contact Mr Gaetjens so he can move to completion of his inquiry.”

***This morning on ABC News Radio Scummo was directly asked whether or not he had asked his staff about them 'back-grounding' against Ms Brittany Higgins (and her family), and Scummo waffled-on ludicrously, very specifically avoiding answering the question by stating that no-one in the gallery (press gallery) had asked his Chief of Staff (Gaetjens), etc, as covered in this article (below) that also reports how Ms Higgins has responded to that fakely disingenuous claim...and in my humble opinion, Ms Higgins is a dead-set legend...***  

Brittany Higgins lodges complaint with PM over alleged negative backgrounding by his office

Brittany Higgins has made a formal complaint to Scott Morrison’s chief of staff, asking him to investigate whether anyone in the prime minister’s office backgrounded against her loved ones.

Higgins wrote to John Kunkel after the prime minister suggested on Thursday that nobody from the parliamentary press gallery had raised the accusations with his chief of staff.

Morrison has been asked more than a dozen times in the parliament whether he has investigated allegations his staff tried to privately undermine Higgins or her loved ones.

He was asked again during a radio interview on Thursday whether he could say categorically that his office had not engaged in such behaviour.

“Nothing has been raised with my office from anyone in the gallery making any of those accusations or any discomfort about anything that my office has done,” he told the ABC.

“People make allegations all the time second, third-hand. But there’s no one who has raised that with my chief of staff out of the gallery, no.”

Shortly after his comments, Higgins lodged a formal complaint.

“In the days following my interview with The Project regarding my experience in Parliament House, I was made aware by numerous journalists about the backgrounding that was happening to my partner,” she wrote to Kunkel.

“To my knowledge, this was being done by staff within the prime minister’s media team.

“I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt. It is entirely plausible the prime minister did not know that this was happening, however the more relevant point is that it did occur.”

Higgins also requested to provide evidence to department secretary Phil Gaetjens, who is running an inquiry into which of the prime minister’s staff knew of her rape allegations before they were made public.

The investigation has been put on hold while police investigate the rape allegations.

“It is my express desire to present my evidence to Mr Gaetjens at the appropriate time once the review recommences,” Higgins wrote.

The furore engulfing the government was sparked by Higgins coming forward alleging she was raped by a colleague in 2019.

There have since been rape accusations levelled at Attorney-General Christian Porter - who has strenuously denied them - and revelations of a toxic workplace culture inside Parliament House.

Morrison has not made direct contact with Higgins since she went public, nor offered her job back.

The prime minister is also digging in behind Liberal senator Eric Abetz, who is accused of making vulgar comments about Higgins that amounted to victim-blaming.

Tasmanian Premier Peter Gutwein has written to the prime minister asking him to consider the allegations and take any action he deems appropriate.

But Morrison said his letter added nothing to what had already been said.

“Senator Abetz has absolutely denied this completely,” he said.

“(The premier) has just raised the matter but he has no additional information and he doesn’t corroborate or confirm any of these things.”

Women across Australia continue to raise reports of inappropriate behaviour with links to politics.

Parliaments in NSW, Queensland, Tasmania and Canberra have each been told of allegations of rape, groping, harassment and slut shaming.

Meanwhile, NSW Nationals MP Michael Johnsen has been accused of raping a sex worker in the Blue Mountains.

He has taken leave from state parliament and promised to co-operate with police.

“I am confident any investigation will conclude that I am an innocent party,” Johnsen said.

***...so there you have it...asked about whether he's spoken to his staff, he waffles on about 'no questions from the gallery', meaning the press gallery, and pitifully, the ABC's Sabra Lane just lets him get away with it...and it's so simple to do, 'that wasn't the question, have you spoken to your staff? and, you've been repeatedly asked in Parliament, what about that?'...then Scummo goes on to show how much he's 'listening to women' by calling Ms Sue Hickey a liar, and because another man doesn't confirm it for him, it remains in his eyes a lie...and he takes the bigotted dinosaur Eric Abetz at his word, but Sue Hickey is by definition a liar...sound familiar? it's exactly what Scummo said about Rapist* Christian Porter...despite claiming that neither of them had read the related dossier/documents, Scummo claims that he'd spoken to Porter about the allegations that supposedly neither of them knew, and that Porter vehemently denied the allegations that he didn't know about, and Porter was therefore "innocent" of the thing he didn't do that he didn't know what it was...you literally could not make this stuff up...it's as corrupt as it is farcical... 

And Scummo's at it again right now in Parliament, lying through his teeth, he apparently has no idea about the latest accusations/revelations that Parliamentarians and/or staffers were using sex workers in Parliament, especially in the 'Meditation Room' area, and various other assorted 'sexual improprieties'...and it's a proven lie because Scummo directly pilloried former Labor Senator Sam Dastyari when he raised that exact issue 2 years ago...but now Scummo has no idea...he's apparently got no idea what is going on around him, and on multiple critical issues...what about the "security breach" implications of politicians entertaining male sex workers in Parliament House? but Scummo's apparently got no idea...he is a pathological liar, bordering on a psychopath...his unhinged statement and thinly veiled threat about 'protestors are fortunate because in other countries they'd be met with bullets', are a deeply disturbing insight into the mind of a borderline violent despot...and that is no exageration, that is not hyperbole...who in their right mind, and particularly in reference to a march protesting about violence and injustice against women, etc, who even thinks in that space, let alone verbalises it, let alone says it boastfully and proudly, let alone whilst standing at the dispatch box, as the PM, and having flatly refused to just step out the door and address the march, etc, etc, etc, who as PM stands in Parliament and says that out loud?... 

*Raped/Rape?Rapist*...I no longer use the 'alleged' quantifier because I believe that both of those Rapes did occur, and I believe that because 1) I believe Ms Higgins and Ms Thornton, and 2) that belief is confirmed by the grossly complicit and deceitful and duplicitous conduct of Scott Morrison and Christian Porter and Linda Reynolds and Phil Gaetjens and Michaelia Cash et al...their relentless lies and self-concerned focus illustrate that the Rapes did occur, that they do know, that they've always known, and that they are far more interested in protecting their own self-interests than the trauma they've created and/or protected...

And More Attacks On Ms Katharine Thornton's Lawyer and Women In General

 Howdy dear availees, just going to postpone by one day my post about what was revealed on Channel 10 News and their program The Project, and the ABC's Four Corners...I want to rewatch this stuff because there was so much going on I'm bound to have missed some things...in brief, it was another litany of gross misogynistic conduct in Federal Parliament, but the Peter Van Onselen 'expose' looked remarkably like a re-hash of old known claims, coupled with a hatchet job on PM Scott 'Scummo' Morrison...Van Onselen's recent behaviours/articles, and his declared friendship with Attorney-General Christian Porter, etc, self-define him as an untrustworthy arbiter of carefully chosen pro-Porter half-truths and vicious victim blaming...he is rendered himself notorious in this regard, and he looks to still be operating in that same idiom...he appears to have been removed/sacked from The Project, on which he was a frequent co-host, and they had him on again last evening, albeit as an external 'reporter' relative to his 10 News 'expose'...the Four Corners program was a vast improvement on the disjointed, toothless program they ran 2 weeks ago, a program that is still entirely absent from their Facebook page, not even the usual lead-up promos...

The Oz and me: ‘activist lawyer’ takes the hatchet from his back…

If only Chris Mitchell had (a) checked his facts, (b) had a clue what he was talking about and (c) could write, his hit job might have drawn blood.

Put yourself within the sights of the Murdoch perpetual war machine and prepare to be shot at.

Fortunately its aim is not very good.

My turn came yesterday in the form of a classic hit job by the loyal soldier Chris Mitchell in The Australian titled “Reporters should give thought to how they are used by activist lawyers”.

I’m an activist lawyer, whatever that means.

Mitchell opens with a hilarious lawyer joke from the evergreen humorist Paddy McGuinness (deceased), then the first of many baseless assertions: that there has been an outbreak of “activist lawyers recruit[ing] journalists to their causes, usually involving calls for judicial inquiries. All with enormous billing opportunities for lawyers.” Greedy, tricksy lawyers.

Next, an excursion into an irrelevant debate about the social value of a truth-telling commission on colonisation, strangled into this killer argument: “In a world where victimhood is a status symbol [yeah I had to read that twice too] commissions of inquiry may give the powerless power to proclaim their disadvantage. They certainly give activists, especially activist lawyers, a platform for publicity, plus large fees.”

There it is again. The avarice.

So it is, Mitchell goes on, with calls for an inquiry into the historical rape allegation against Christian Porter — which he strenuously denies.

A claim which the complainant “withdrew” before ending her life. (She didn’t withdraw it, by the way. The day before taking her life she told the NSW Police she wouldn’t be pursuing it further.)

“Activist lawyers and legal academics claim rape victims are discriminated against by traditional concepts such as the ‘burden of proof’ and ‘guilty beyond reasonable doubt’.

They say women, like victims of child sexual assault, must be believed.”

Wrong, wrong and wrong. No lawyer I know of, certainly not me, has claimed any of those things. What we have said is that the allegation against Porter is serious, and holding an inquiry is essential to preserve the integrity of the office of public trust that he holds.

Nobody has suggested the allegation must be believed. It should not, however, be dismissed on Porter’s denial alone.

But we continue: “This is a decades-long campaign. At its heart is lawyer Michael Bradley.” Aha. Although, decades? Not sure where that came from. Anyway, Mitchell reports that I represented Kate, who made the allegation against Porter (yes I did), and Brittany Higgins (no I did not).

Time to introduce a tantalising subplot: ABC reporter Louise Milligan, who “says she met Bradley the day after the woman’s suicide”. She didn’t, and she’s never said she did. Mitchell goes on, discussing how Milligan got hold of the letter about Kate’s allegation that someone sent to Prime Minister Scott Morrison, about which she then reported and is now being sued by Porter.

Relevance to me? None, but the implication is hard to miss. Although I’m not sure if I’ve been manipulating Milligan or she’s been manipulating me.

We move on to a benign canvassing of my involvement in a legal dispute between “feminist campaigner and journalist” Nina Funnell and Bettina Arndt, and my firm Marque Lawyers’ partnering with Funnell, End Rape On Campus and, um, Mitchell’s employer News Corp, on the very public Let Her Speak law reform campaign. In other words, legal work that a lawyer might do.

Then, randomly: “Marque also has a formal financial relationship with GetUp, a strong supporter of the Labor Party.” Well, that is a smoking gun, I admit, if you ignore the fact that we haven’t had any interaction with GetUp for over five years and never had a “formal financial relationship”, whatever that means, unless he means we did legal work for it and it paid us for it, which did actually happen.

The point to all these excursions, apparently, is that although it is “fair enough, and all a legitimate part of political lobbying”, most journalists and politicians “don’t know all this”.

And voters “may have a different view”.

So now I’m a lobbyist? Ew. That’s almost as insulting as calling me a politician. Or a News Corp hack columnist.

I am not entirely sure what I’ve been accused of — something about failing to disclose my relationships with clients I don’t act for or my status as a secret agent of the Labor Party — but I guess the real clue is in the headline. I’ve been “using” journalists to further my activist agenda, which itself is really just a stratagem for making lots of money.

Defamatory? Yeah, I’d say so. To be honest though, I’m more offended by the terrible writing, non-existent fact-checking, incoherent logic and the sheer inept laziness of the whole thing.

He gets paid to do this? I mean seriously, if you’re going to try to do me over, at least get out of your pyjamas and write something that doesn’t read like a random collation of the bits the editor cut from someone else’s column.

Actually, maybe that’s what this was.

The headline should have read: “Calls grow for inquiry into lawyers caught red-handed engaging in legal practice. Sometimes even for fees.”

So funny listening to all these modern woman banging on about how much women have suffered "since the dawn of time. This is just the biggest load of revisionist twaddle that the they teach in "woman's studies".

Historically men and woman worked together quite successfully and woman that were in stable relationships, protected by a male of our species, suffered very little violence. It is only in modern times, at the insistence of woman, that the historical norms were torn down and woman suffered increased violence and relative financial disadvantage.

So now we have a somewhat self inflicted situation where woman decided that they "could do it all for themselves" but the moment they get into strife they come back screaming for "all men to help them". Sorry, that horse has bolted. Chivalry is dead and you killed it. You have reaped what you sowed.

The police have given you solutions for some of your problems. "Don't walk alone at night" however it seems you want to ignore those that are charged with your safely and would rather listen to idiots like Lisa Wilkinson.

Woman have basically ridden on the coat tales of all the men that have brought mankind forward in both wealth and health over the millennia. It is men that have taken the overwhelming majority of the risks to provide safety for all. If you want to continue to benefit from that safety and security then perhaps you should learn to listen rather than scream.

Either AFP Commissioner Kershaw Or PMO's Phil Gaetjens Are Lying

Howdy dear availees, and welcome to another angry post about the perpetual rolling misogynist disgrace that is Scott 'Scummo' Morrison and the rancidly corrupt Liberal/National Party...today Scummo is being repeatedly asked in Parliament by Labor if he has asked his staff about the attacks on Ms Higgins and her family/supporters by the Office of the Prime Minister (PMO)...these attacks have previously been reported and Ms Higgins herself identified these attacks during her speech to the Women's March on 15th March 2021...Scummo carefully and repeatedly weasel-words his way around not directly answering the question by stating "there is no evidence before me"...if he hasn't asked the question, there is no evidence...he won't say 'Yes or No', and he's clearly lying again and again thinking he's a jolly clever little misogynist by sneeringly avoiding a direct answer...and when Labor persists, off goes Scummo into a well-rehearsed rant about all the great things the LNP is supposedly doing to support and protect women, etc, and hurling righteously indignant abuse at Labor about how they're supposedly politicising the issue and 'playing gutter politics', etc, etc, ad nauseum...lie, deny, attack...   

Tonight there are reportedly 3 different 'exposes' being broadcast about the Ms Higgins Rape case and/or other issues of 'Canberra Culture'...apparently Peter Van Onselen is doing a piece on Channel 10's 5pm News Program, but many people are quite rightly deeply cynical about this given Van Onselen's disgraceful conduct in his appalling, denigrating attacks on Ms Katharine Thornton (deceased), as part of his broader support/defense of his good mate Attorney-General Christian Porter...most think it will be a carefully manipulated piece designed and presented to try and distract away from Porter and the Liberal/National Party...I note that Van Onselen appears to have been removed/sacked(?) from Channel 10's news/info show The Project, his Wikipedia page stating "former host"...he has also completely deleted his entire Twitter history, and lost many thousands of 'Followers'...

There's also reportedly another piece on tonight's The Project, which is apparently so controversial and potentially inflammatory that is not being advertised until late today, and has somehow been leaked/exposed via Twitter...there is also another ABC Four Corners piece on later this evening about Ms Brittany Higgins...many consider that the rushed Van Onselen piece is about heading-off and undermining either The Project or Four Corners or both...I will force myself to sit through all 3, but I hope the Four Corners report is a vast improvement on the pathetic and definably compromised piece they did on 8th March 2021...it had clearly been hacked to bits by lawyers and/or legal threats, and the lipless, skin-crawlingly un-nerving 'legal expert' was so obviously pro-LNP corrupt, indeed, he was/is NSW Liberal Premier Gladys Berejiklian's own lawyer...I note that the Four Corners Facebook page skips from 2nd March to the 9th March, and makes no reference what-so-ever to that 8th March 'Canberra Bubble'  program...there are none of the usual posts about promos, as seen for previous programs, the CB story is missing, and there are obviously no related 'Comments'...

The head of the Prime Minister's department has been accused of trying to "cover-up" his inquiry into who knew about Brittany Higgins rape allegation and when.

Phil Gaetjens said he had "paused" the inquiry while the Australian Federal Police (AFP) carried out a criminal investigation at Senate Estimates hearings on Monday.

"We had been asked by the AFP to make sure there was no intersection and as a result we put the inquiry on hold," Mr Gaetjens said today.

"The AFP commissioner informed me on the ninth of March it would be strongly advisable to hold off finalising records of interview with staff until the AFP could clarify whether the criminal investigation into Ms Higgins sexual assault allegations may traverse any issues covered by the administrative process I was undertaking.

"If I am strongly advised by the Federal Police Commissioner, senator, I will follow that advice. That is what I have done."

Under questioning from Labor's Kristina Keneally, AFP Commissioner Reece Kershaw told a senate hearing earlier in the day he had not asked Mr Gaetjens to "pause, stall or alter his investigation".

That was put to Mr Gaetjens by Labor Senator Penny Wong.

"Your refusal to answer questions, and your pausing of the inquiry, is not as a consequence of the AFP's request, because we have out of their own mouth the denial of that," Ms Wong said.

"You are making a decision to cover-up your inquiry, to pause your inquiry as a result of your own decision."

Mr Gaetjens hit back at Labor's fiery attack, insisting "I don't believe that's correct".

***So, in Senate Estimates comes the cavalcade of deceits and denials and outright lies from Scummo's right-hand man, his go-to corrupt stooge, Phil Gaetjens, and it's being revealed that Gaetjens put his 'internal inquiry' on hold on 9th March, and told Scummo that, but that Scummo hasn't notified the Parliament...and Gaetjens is also stating that the Australian Federal Police Commissioner Reece Kershaw advised him to put a halt on the 'internal inquiry' so as to not compromise the AFP investigation re who knew what and when, etc...but as reported, Kershaw has already previously dismissed this claim...so which one of them is lying...and good luck with that, because the PMO and the AFP are both so chronically corrupt and untrustworthy who could you choose to be the truthful party even when they completely contradict each other?...it begs the question, what's the unseen truth that both are lying about?...and I note that Birmo, mate, is also running with that same lie...

Gaetjens is now using that same false excuse to refuse to answer questions about whether or not PMO staff have "lawyered-up" (to protect themselves?) re his inquiry...is this about all involved actively, willingly protecting Scummo behind a wall of lawyers, or are the staffers looking to protect themselves from Gaetjens and Scummo and becoming scape-goats as part of a different kind of higher-level 'protect Scummo agenda'?...or are their elements of both?...either which way, Gaetjens keeps stating that he doesn't want to compromise the AFP investigation by answering about the lawyers stuff, which is an absolute false assertion, answering that question is completely separate to any police investigation...and beyond that, Gaetjens is lying about the advice he claims to be following when making that false justification...here's a Twitter link to some of Gaetjens smug, smirking refusal to co-operate...please note the bit where he claims to be acting in the best interests of Ms Higgins, and the sickening smirk when he says it...like Scummo, everything he says is delivered with a less than subtle undertone of contempt and self-importance...

Liberal's Nicole Flint - Genuine Victim? A Disingenuous Gender Traitor? Both?

Howdy dear availees, and welcome to TMGI...I've asked a series of questions for today's topic, because I'm acting again as an external observer, and one who openly acknowledges his seething contempt for the Kleptocratic criminal cabal that is the Liberal/National Party...in my personal opinion, Nicole Flint's teary farewell 'performance' in Parliament last week was about as genuine and factually reliable as Attorney-General Christian Porter's pathetically self-sympathetic press conference of 3rd March 2021 where-in he denied raping Ms Katharine Thornton...and that is, not at all reliable...in both circumstances, and particularly with Porter, I believe it was absolute political theatre complete with copious crocodile (fake) tears...and it's all in the same ball-park, directly relating to the multiple Rape issues involving the Liberal Party, and that's why I'm dismissively critical of Nicole Flint's 'speech'...she has used Parliamentary Privilege to promote dis-proven and/or previously denied allegations against Labor and/or Get-Up, and to attack/denigrate a deceased man who cannot fight back...I believe Nicole Flint was/is solely motivated by an agenda of distracting attention away from the multiple Rape issues consuming the Liberal Party...        

I note that Ms Flint has had little if anything to say about other women who have suffered abuse and/or assault in Parliament, especially those on her own side of politics...and there are multiple instances over many years...her attacks on Labor, particularly on Tanya Plibersek and Penny Wong are the worst kind of political misappropriation and weaponising of the Sexual Assault and Gender Imbalance issues...I also note the appearance of an anonymous 'Labor Assault Issues' Facebook page, and the constant 'What About-ism' of Liberals re-hashing the Rape allegation against Bill Shorten...nearly all of the few Liberal female politicians, eg, Jane Hume, Sarah Henderson, Amanda Stoker, are also being pushed out in front of their male colleagues to defend Morrison, Porter, et al, and to run this definable LNP campaign of deny, distract, and divert...I also remind availees of the extraordinary, venomous threats that Michaelia Cash literally spat at a Labor Senator in that notorious Senate Estimates Committee hearing, threats to name "the many young woman (in Shorten's office) about whom rumours abound"...

As cynical as I am about the appropriateness of the Victorian Police's alleged investigation of Bill Shorten, or literally any other alleged investigation that any police force in Australia has ever conducted regarding Sexual Assault, especially against powerful/influential people, that is an actual investigation and Bill Shorten was questioned, etc...it is entirely disingenuous for the LNP to try and equate that with the rancid and clearly deliberate failures of all involved, particularly the Australian Federal and New South Wales Police services, when it comes to the 'alleged' Rapes of Ms Brittany Higgins and Ms Katharine Thornton...and again, I put it as 'alleged' because I fully believe that both women were Raped...and the LNP are fully aware of, and are therefore deliberately, grossly misrepresenting the conduct of the various alleged investigations into Christian Porter and Bruce Lehrmann...no police investigations have 'cleared' or exonerated anyone, because, despite the creation of NSW Police 'Operation Wyndara', allegedly no-one ever interviewed Ms Thornton, or even read the dossier of documents provided by Ms Thornton's friends, or even spoke to Porter...and NSW Police have clearly lied about why they did nothing, and then dumped the case, firstly and falsely blaming Ms Thornton, but then saying, 'she's dead now, so too bad, we can't do anything about it'...and Lehrmann seems to have disappeared, literally...

I'll ask it again, again...what did Ms Thornton tell NSW Police when she went to the Kings Cross Police Station in February/March 2020, that they started 'Operation Wyndara', but then proceeded to deliberately stall and obfuscate and outright lie?...why have they repeatedly lied about their actions since, lies perpetrated not least of all by their Commissioner Mick Fuller...we'll get into this again in detail in the next post...          

Back to my original point though, I am not saying that Nicole Flint didn't get abused inappropriately, clearly there was some really unpleasant gender-based abuse, and it is something that many if not all female politicians are subjected to, and I completely oppose that sort of abuse as completely unacceptable...outside of that, Ms Flint is/was a very-much Right Wing operative and is/was absolutely fair game in that arena, all politicians are as far as I'm concerned...and I've earned that right, the right to be so coldly pragmatic, I've earned that right as a man who has himself copped decades of abuse and threats, etc, for daring to tell the unpleasant truths like the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up...and from that position of Earned Opinion, I completely dismiss Nicole Flint's performance in Parliament as being exactly that, a performance of weaponising and politicising Abuse as a means unto an end...and that 'end' is to try and dilute and divert and distract from the rancidly misogynist cesspool that is the Liberal/National Party...in base terms, what she has done is a gross dis-service to all women who are trying to get these horrendous inequalities and abuses, etc, addressed appropriately, and has potentially set-back the entire debate...

And I'll therefore ask that question but leave it for women to answer...I believe that Nicole Flint is wholly disingenuous, and far more concerned with the Liberal Party's fortunes than that of women, but does that make her a 'Gender Traitor'?...is it equally possible that she is another 'Victim' of the misogynist mind-set that defines her Party, effectively a prisoner to her own teams attitudes and conduct, etc?...and to what degree can that 'Gender Traitor' accusation be levelled at other female politicians, but most particularly those in the LNP who furiously defend Porter and Morrison, etc?...Pauline Hanson is another one whom immediately comes to mind...

And I put it in that context because, as a man, I cannot see any of these ego-maniacal misogynist men willingly giving-up their power and privilege, let alone allowing them and/or their mates to be appropriately held to account for their collective criminality.

If you as women look upon this as being anything other than a 'Gender War' that must be fought every day and probably for years to come, then you have already lost.

The ‘creepy old man’ MP Nicolle Flint says stalked her during election campaign

Friends of the terminally ill man Liberal MP Nicolle Flint says stalked her during the 2019 election campaign have leapt to his defence. samanthamaiden  March 18, 20215:23pm

The man that Liberal MP Nicolle Flint accused of stalking her during the 2019 election campaign and called “a creepy old man” was a terminally ill 65 year old battling cancer who friends say was never charged with any offence and is having his “name dragged through the mud.”

 

Friends of Adelaide man Dave Walsh told news.com.au said they were appalled his name was being besmirched when he had no ability to defend himself. He died of esophageal cancer on March 30, 2020

“How dare she? This man has nothing to do with stalking. He was a journalist with WeekendNotes he was involved in a community group. He would take photographs that may or might not be used in the future,’’ Debbie Williams said.

“This woman has dragged this man’s name though the mud. The damage is already done.

“He died a horrendous death. It is grossly unfair. He had nothing to do with GetUp! Putting a man who is deceased, who cannot even defend himself, dragging his name, of something he was not even convicted of.

“It was ridiculous and it wasn’t warranted. She should be ashamed of herself.”

In response, Ms Flint said publishing the dead man’s friends’ claim she should be “ashamed of herself” was “victim shaming”.

“This is very close to victim shaming,” she said.

“To the best of my recollection the only time I have mentioned this individual’s name was in my evidence to JSCEM (under parliamentary privilege).

“You will note in my evidence to JSCEM I state that I confronted him and asked him to stop his behaviour and told him it was making me feel unsafe (this was in February 2019 after the behaviour had been going on for two months). He refused to do so. When the behaviour continued, I contacted the AFP, who visited him, and also asked him to stop his behaviour. He again refused.

“When the behaviour continued to escalate I went to the South Australian Police, who, within 24 hours, issued a stalking order against him. This is when the behaviour finally stopped.

“So not only was his behaviour terrifying, it seemed to be a deliberate ploy to stop my campaign. He didn’t treat any of the other female candidates the way I was treated.”

Police cautioned Dave Walsh, 65, after Ms Flint complained to police at the time and news crews were dispatched to his home to interview him, but he was never charged with any stalking offence before his death in April, 2020.

He told reporters he was a “law abiding citizen.”

“I am not, and never have been, a member of GetUp! or any associated group,” Mr Walsh told the Sunday Mail.

“I’m a law-abiding citizen just like you are. I have done nothing wrong.”

Ms Flint has accused the man of working “worked hand-in-glove” in activist campaigners in a deliberate attempt to scare her off campaigning and turning up at events to photograph her through windows.

“The assembled evidence shows that this individual and GetUp! worked hand-in-glove,” Ms Flint wrote in her submission to the parliamentary inquiry.

But David Walsh, who died of cancer in April 2020, went to his grave insisting he had never been charged with a stalking crime and was not a member of GetUp! or the Labor Party.

The evidence submitted to Parliament to the contrary is a number of Facebook posts Mr Walsh liked and his tendency to turn up at electorate events also attended by GetUp!

A photograph of Mr Walsh taken by Ms Flint’s supporters is included in a submission to the Joint Standing Committee on Electoral Matters.

His behaviour frightened and “terrified” Ms Flint, who has previously revealed she abandoned a branded electorate vehicle plastered with her image to travel in, fearing for her safety because she lived alone.

Despite Mr Walsh’s denials that he was a member of GetUp! before his death, his Facebook account suggests however he did attend a Get Up! candidates debate event in the electorate which Ms Flint did not attend.

He had also been accused of taking photographs of former Mitcham mayor Glenn Spear who said the behaviour was not illegal but was “strange”.

“I’m a public figure and I would have chatted to him … but they were creepy, hidden photographs that he would post (online),’’ he said.

Ms Flint has previously spoken out over being stalked, abused online and had her electorate office vandalised with sexist graffiti calling her a ‘skank’ and a ‘prostitute’ and said Labor should have done more to stop the abuse.

‘Where were they when I was stalked by a creepy old man who worked hand-in glove with GetUp?,’’ she said.

A photographer, Mr Walsh ran an online blog called Weekend Notes on his travels in South Australia assisted by his “two clever canines” and said he enjoyed “travel, good food and wine”.

In a statement, Get Up! has denied any involvement with the man accused of stalking Ms Flint.

“The person in question has no connection to GetUp! and was not involved in the election campaign,” the spokeswoman said.

However, Ms Flint said she was not convinced with the denials, fighting back tears as she read out abuse she had been sent in recent days in Parliament on Thursday.

“You are a most rancid coward and infamous and endless liar, a consummate, shrivelled dirtbag, a ruling class s**t, an intellectual disgrace. Now go lick your smokies balls you Liberal crim,” one read.

“No wonder you’re being stalked by someone, you deserve it. You’re a piece of crap,” read another.

“Don’t insult my intelligence with denials or your false crocodile tears. I’m looking forward to seeing your demise,” a third read.

Mick 'Could These Bins Be Any' Fuller Puts Out Morrison's Latest Dumpster Fire

***started this post 7 days ago, just after International Woman's Day, and events/revelations have repeatedly overtaken my stuff, so I've tried to adjust/alter this accordingly, but there will be some sync issues***

Howdy dear availees, and welcome to yet another single issue post about the current Sexual Assault cover-ups playing-out in Federal Parliament...and Cover-ups is exactly what's happening...I'm rabidly furious about the relentless denialism of Prime Minister Scott 'Scummo' Morrison, who apparently doesn't know anything about anything when it comes to his Ministers involvement in these definable Cover-ups...I'm trying to move to a post about other issues, eg, the rancid corruption of Mt Gambier City Council, but there's so much happening with these Federal government Cover-ups that is exactly reminiscent of the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up...today we're looking at the abject failures of police to conduct appropriate and in some cases any investigations, and their related fraudulent excuses...the title refers to New South Wales Police Commissioner Mick Fuller, notoriously incompetent and equally notorious for the apparent 'deliberateness' of that incompetence, and how that orchestrated incompetence is now in full application/operation with NSW Police's extraordinary mis-handling of Ms Katharine Thornton's allegations that she was Raped by (now) Attorney-General Christian Porter...

Mick 'Binsy' Fuller is also notorious for being a close personal friend of Scummo, and formally his neighbour who used to sometimes actually 'put Scummo's bins out'...Mick is also a Pentecostal god-botherer, like Scummo...NSW Police also did the Liberal-protecting 'cover-up' investigation of the Ruby Princess/COVID-19 debasco (debacle/fiasco), and the truly bizarre exoneration of the rancidly corrupt LNP Energy Minister Angus Taylor when 'Angry' Angus used clearly doctored fraudulent documents to defame Sydney Mayor Clover Moore...in that case, NSW police did not speak to either 'Angry' or Ms Moore, indeed, appear to not have spoken to 'Angry's' staffer who supposedly provided that document to 'Angry', the staffer who then 'quit' and received a major promotion within the Liberal Party apparatchik...also, Scummo personally contacted Fuller during that 'investigation'...and now they've done it again...after less than 48hrs, NSW Police have dumped their alleged investigation into 'alleged' Rapist Christian Porter without speaking to him or any of the other potential witnesses...it's a farcically corrupt disgrace... 

And hence today's title...Scummo's 'Political Bins' are so chocka-block full with multiple LNP corruption and associated cover-up issues, and his mate Mick is right at the centre of most if not all of that...and the bins are so big they're dumpster sized, and so full that Mick is struggling to haul them out to the kerb...and where-in 'dumpster fire' is a euphemism for "a chaotic or disastrously mishandled situation"...and to add to Binsy's burden, those bins are also ablaze with public scrutiny, almost exclusively via Twitter...and hence the deliberately intended pun of the double use of 'To Put Out', where-in 1) he's acting to help protect Scummo et al, ie, to put out the fires in the bins that 2) he's also 'putting-out' to the kerb to be collected, so that all that unwanted trash will be hopefully taken out of sight and out of mind... 

A Glaring Anomaly:...Ms Thornton went to Kings Cross Police Station in February 2020, and Fuller/police claim that she wasn't interviewed and didn't make a formal statement, etc, yet they immediately instigated 'Operation Wyndara'...so what did Ms Thornton say in that 'meeting' that police chose to not record officially and/or put in a proper statement, etc, yet it was so problematic that they saw fit to instigate an 'Operation'?...or did they take that statement and are now lying about it so as to plead 'plausible deniability'?...why did Ms Thornton have to repeatedly contact NSW Police, 4-5 times according to police themselves, and on such an important issue/allegation, yet they never took a statement?...NSW Police have argued that it was because of COVID-19 restrictions, saying that they couldn't travel to South Australia to take a formal statement from Ms Thornton, but that is patently obvious as a lie...police, amongst others, had/have discretionary exemptions from said restrictions, and could also have 1) used other mediums, eg, zoom meetings and/or other electronic media, and/or 2) as commonly happens, had local SAPol officers take Ms Thornton's statement...

And just yesterday (12th March 2021) Mick was in NSW Estimates Committee, stating that the AFP had sent NSW Police a 'brief' about the extensive document (88 pages?), but not a copy of the actual document...and NSW Police hadn't asked for a copy and hadn't spoken to anyone of the dozen potential witnesses identified in that document, and haven't spoken to Porter at all...and this is how NSW Police conduct a Rape investigation , not least of all one involving the Federal Attorney-General...it's a corrupt farce, it's abjectly and pitifully obvious as being a case of police deliberately choosing to protect Porter and by association Scummo et al in the Liberal Party...it's NSW Police deliberately applying the time-honoured strategy of 'Don't Look, Don't Ask, Don't Know'...  

To my extensive personal experience, NSW Police's appalling conduct exactly mimics what SAPol did to us re the St Martins Cover-up in June/July 2002...several parents, myself included, repeatedly attended Mt Gambier Police Station (me twice) trying to lodge official complaints/reports about "text-book grooming paedophile" teacher Glyn Dorling...SAPol repeatedly refused, stating that they would commence their investigation once Child Protection had contacted them...we were repeatedly assured, including by (then) Superintendent Terry Harbour and Det Nick Smith, that they took our allegations/reports very seriously and that they were committed to this investigation and would act thoroughly and appropriately, etc, etc...ultimately SAPol didn't even interview Dorling, dropped their alleged investigation after only a month but didn't tell us parents, and when we tried to pursue this gross failure, SAPol officially blamed us for supposedly failing to lodge official complaints with them...SAPol's alleged 'second investigation', in response to our complaints about their first farcical effort, was in fact not about Dorling at all...SAPol investigated themselves and their 'first investigation', completely exonerating themselves, simultaneously dumping their 'second Dorling investigation' and blaming us parents because we had talked about it with each other and therefore "denied Dorling his rights"...

I see this exact pattern with Ms Thornton and NSW Police, promise support but repeatedly stall and obfuscate and find reasons to not act, eg, farcically false excuses for not getting a 'formal statement', and then blaming Ms Thornton for allegedly "withdrawing her complaint"...and even that's been proven a lie by NSW Police who initially stated that Ms Thornton had 'withdrawn from the investigation', not that she had "withdrawn her complaint"...and it's a huge difference...  

Given my extensive personal experience in this exact space with police, I believe that NSW Police refused to take a statement on that original visit, likely with some lame excuse about having no-one there at the time who could take it, as was done to us re St Martins...as with St Martins, I believe police likely used all manner of supportive language and expressed their concerns, etc, and fervently promised an immediate and thorough investigation, etc, with absolutely no intention of ever doing so, and then basically ignored Ms Thornton such that she was forced to repeatedly contact them, until she became despondent and gave up on them helping, because clearly they had no intention to do so, and so Ms Thornton withdrew...and that's if you believe that Ms Thornton actually did that herself and not under extreme external duress/threat, as alluded to by former PM Malcolm Turnbull...below, I cover this point about police corruption and the 'disposal' of problematic complainants, eg, those who expose paedophile politicians and/or police in South Australia...

And yesterday, on International Women's Day mind you, 'Binsy' Fuller, having not read the extensive relevant document he allegedly wasn't provided, he's then publicly officially declared his personal belief that there would not have been any charges laid against Porter even if Ms Thornton was still alive...in his professionally incompetent summation, 'historical rape cases' are nearly impossible to prosecute, and even 'current cases' are highly unlikely to succeed...this is an appalling and blatantly obvious dog-whistle to victims of Rape that they shouldn't bother trying to report it to police, and worse than that, a clear indicator to Rapists that they are effectively untouchable, particularly if there are no witnesses...  

Whatever you think of former PM Malcolm 'Smooth Operator' Turnbull, and/or how much he would be delighted to get the political knives out of his own back and back whence they originated, back into Scummo's back, etc, but Turnbull went onto ABC Radio on 2nd March 20201 questioning whether Ms Thornton did actually take her own life... it is an extraordinary thing for the former PM to even privately countenance let alone express publicly...and in that context, what does Malcolm know about this situation that he would even suggest that Ms Thornton's death was not the widely-reported 'suicide'?...here's the link...if that's removed, just Interweb search it...

As someone intimately involved with the office of Speaker Peter Lewis and the Mullighan Child Abuse Royal Commission (early 2005), I was at the literal eye of the storm when Lewis was hounded out of Parliament for his office 'accidentally' releasing Mullighan's first interim report...that report identified as paedophiles former Liberal Premier John Olsen, currently the Federal Liberal Party President, as personally chosen by Scott Morrison, and also Chair of the Adelaide Football Club, and (then) serving Labor Minister Patrick Conlon, and a Magistrate and a very senior SAPol (police) officer...those people who had come forward to make those statements were all murdered within a year...I and other St Martins parents, who were effectively the second group to meet with Mullighan, were dealing/meeting with him in the time period these murders were happening, and we discussed our concerns that this might happen to us...that included identifying me as the most likely candidate, given that the others were all 'family types'...assassinating one's opponents/critics is a global political strategy, and Australia is no different...

Given how these issues have played out, and as seemingly supported by the statements of Malcolm Turnbull, I have grave concerns that Ms Thornton did not take her own life...I find it absolutely incongruous that Ms Thornton, having been treated so dismissively and appallingly by NSW Police,  would then write them an email allegedly thanking them and praising them for how wonderfully they've handled her case...I struggle to believe that Ms Thornton even wrote that email, and if she did, she did so under immense pressure and/or direct coercion, upto and including literally having someone standing over her forcing her to compose it...I struggle to believe that Ms Thornton took her own life...and how does all this relate to the timing of Porter suddenly dumping his official phone and changing numbers?...who in their right mind believes his ludicrous excuse that his infant son is some sort of technological savant and somehow managed to access the phone's inner-most programming and wipe all data?...and even if that extraordinarily bizarre deletion did occur, why did Porter change numbers?...it's a farcical litany of definable lies, that occurred immediately following Ms Thornton's death...that is no coincidence... 

I have no faith in either the NSW Police, in SAPol, or in the South Australian Coroner (who is currently conducting an investigation into the circumstances of Ms Thornton's death) to actually investigate this properly, or as with NSW Police, investigate it at all...I refer availees to the extraordinary history of the SA Coroner's office and the bizarre decades of having the completely unqualified Colin Manock as State Coroner, and that Manock (currently?) resides with his transexual partner who works as a prostitute in the various 'scenario rooms' that Manock has provided, including a fully equipped operating theatre...and if you find all that hard to believe, for those of us who have experienced exactly what SA is when it comes to bizarre, corrupt political 'sex scandals', it just explains and illustrates and validates our personal experiences...I also refer availees back to my point that known paedophile John Olsen is the current Liberal Party President...so what hope any of this is going to be appropriately investigated and the actual truth revealed?...

I've repeatedly explained why the current tsunami of Sexual Assault issues constantly trigger me, due to the sickening parallels with the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up...and this 'tweet' effectively sums-up that parallel experience by comparing the position of Cristian Porter and the response of Scummo and NSW Police et al, with that of an accused teacher...

Imagine if your kids' school principal received a detailed allegation that a senior teacher had raped a child, he didn't read it but just obtained the teacher's denial and then said it's all good he's innocent the matter is closed, he can keep teaching your kids.

What's happening with these Porter Rape allegations doesn't just look like a Cover-up Conspiracy involving the Prime Minister, the Attorney-General, the AFP, the NSW Police and particularly their Commissioner, et al, that's exactly what it is, this is definably a Cover-up...and when you've got these people who have all the power, when they have everything to lose, that's when anyone who gets in the way becomes a problem that needs to be neutralised/erased...and I'll ask it again, what does Malcolm Turnbull know that he raises questions about 1) Porter's communications with Ms Thornton in 2020, and even more extraordinarily 2) the actual manner of Ms Thornton's death?...
