Mr O'Grady has clearly done a very thorough shreck-load of research and collating, etc, to get all that info into the graph format, kudos to you sir...in the 'SoA' there are also links to 1) the Australian National Audit Office reports about two of the 'schemes', reports which themselves are scathing indictments of the LNP's conduct, and 2) the government's own 'grants' page...we're all aware of this stuff, but when it's presented so 'graphically', pun fully intended, it really illustrates just how corrupt these 'standard pork-barrelling practices' really are...

Christian Porter’s latest legal move targets ABC journalist Annabel Crabb

Christian Porter’s lawyer says the woman who accused him of rape was severely mentally ill and suffering from “hypermania”.

As the Minister announces a legal appeal over the federal court’s decision to stop a top defamation barrister from acting for him in his case against the ABC, his lawyers have raised concerns over the mental health of his accuser.

If successful, the legal move could result in Mr Porter recovering some of his legal costs he faces over the legal battle between Jo Dyer, a debating team friend of the Adelaide woman who accused him of rape. The Adelaide accuser died by suicide in 2020 after she informed NSW police she did not wish to proceed with her complaint.

Ms Dyer’s legal action alleging there was a conflict of interest because she had previously consulted Mr Porter’s lawyer and disclosed confidential information forced his lawyer Sue Chrysanthou SC to stand aside.

But the new legal appeal over the judgement, if successful, could also result in the public release of redacted text messages sent to ABC journalist Annabel Crabb, who corresponded with Jo Dyer, a mutual friend with Mr Porter’s accuser.

Late on Thursday, the former Attorney-General filed a notice of appeal in the Full Federal Court in relation to the judgment of Justice Thawley.

Mr Porter’s lawyer Rebekah Giles said the legal action could require the text messages between Ms Dyer and Ms Crabb to be released.

“This includes an appeal to the decision of His Honour to substantially redact text messages between Ms Dyer and ABC journalist, Ms Crabb,’’ Ms Giles said in a media statement.

“As the appeal is now in the hands of the Full Federal Court, it would be inappropriate to make further comment on it.”

As with any litigation, Mr Porter’s legal team have been provided with the unredacted texts through the discovery process and the court proceedings which included closed court hearings.

One benefit of seeking to overturn the Judge’s decision to redact the material is to allow the material to be released publicly and published by the media to bolster Mr Porter’s political claim that the ABC acted with malice towards him.

Some of the content of the text messages were released by the Court this week and they reveal Crabb allowed Four Corners to film an interview with Ms Dyer in her home while she was absent after a location shoot fell over.

“What a strange dude CP is. And how amazingly arrogant to think you can mistreat people and get away with it for ever,’’ Crabb wrote in the private text message.

Ms Dyer responded, saying it was “devastating” that the woman had been troubled for so long.

“Regardless of whether it’s exclusively or only collaterally because of CP’s entitled arseholedom, it similarly fills me with rage,” she said.

“She deserved such a different life.”

In another exchange, Crabb tells Ms Dyer she believes Communications Minister Paul Fletcher, who also knew the woman through debating as a teenager, did not know of her allegations.

After the Four Corners interview, Ms Dyer contacted Crabb saying it had been an “intense” experience.

“I bet (our friend) would be extremely moved to know how much you’re all doing to get some justice for her xx,” Crabb responded.

However, other parts of the conversation were redacted. The legal tussle centred on Ms Dyer’s claim she had disclosed legally privileged material to Sue Chrysanthou SC. Ms Chrysanthou disputed this.

Justice Thawley said in his judgment that some of the confidential information was “relevant both to whether the ABC’s and Ms Milligan’s conduct was reasonable and whether it could be said that it was actuated by malice”.

However, the exact content of that confidential information remains legally suppressed.

Mr Porter is also challenging Justice Thawley’s decision to allow evidence from Macquarie Bank senior managing director James Hooke – a former boyfriend of the woman at the centre of the allegations against Mr Porter – that also remains suppressed and cannot be published.

On Wednesday, Crabb said she stood by her previous statements that Mr Porter’s accuser never made relevant disclosures to her when she was alive.

Crabb knew Mr Porter’s accuser in Adelaide when both were schoolgirls on the state debating team and she attended university with Ms Dyer.

“Louise Milligan asked if a crew could film with Jo Dyer in my house when her location fell over at the last minute,” she said.

“I did not discuss this in advance with Jo and I was not present. I did not introduce Louise to Jo, or to any other person I knew from the debating scene.”

When Crabb appeared on the ABC’s Insiders program in March she sought to disclose her relationship with Mr Porter’s accuser: “I’ve not had any relevant confidences or disclosures made to me (about the rape allegation).”

In other words, she was not told about the rape allegation by the Adelaide woman when she was alive.

However, Mr Porter’s supporters have subsequently argued this disclosure is at odds with her correspondence with Ms Dyer as it suggests she may have known of the allegation prior to the Four Corners’ program and the subsequent revelations in February.

Asked on Wednesday if she stood by that statement, Crabb said: “Of course”.

“On the rare occasions on which I’ve written or spoken about this case – for example, on Insiders in March – I’ve always been very clear that I knew (Mr Porter’s accuser) a long time ago, from our school days in Adelaide … Of course, I know Jo Dyer from those days, too, and she remains a friend,’’ Crabb said.

“I’m very surprised to find text messages of mine disclosed by the Federal Court, given my deep personal irrelevance to any of the issues raised in the matter of Dyer v Chrysanthou.”

On Thursday, Justice Thawley released a number of documents, including the full transcript of Ms Dyer’s Four Corner’s interview conducted in July 2020 and the dossier of allegations that was sent to Prime Minister Scott Morrison this year.

“Mr Porter did not object to the release of this documentation however out of respect to the family of AB will not be commenting on it in any detail,’’ Ms Giles said.

“He addressed this comprehensively in his media conference of 3 March 2021 and in documents lodged in the Federal Court as part of his proceedings against the ABC.

“As part of the settlement of the matter, the ABC was obliged to add an Editor’s Note to Ms Milligan’s story of 26 February 2021 conceding that the allegations it reported could not be substantiated to any legal standard.”

Despite not opposing the release of Ms Dyer’s full interview with Four Corners, his legal team had fought to strike out “scandalous” elements of the ABC’s defence in the separate defamation matter that has now been discontinued.

It’s not known what these “scandalous” elements were because the ABC’s defence remains legally suppressed.

The Federal Court will make a decision on whether this should remain on the court file and potentially be released publicly next month.

Mr Porter’s costs for the Dyer v Chrysanthou case could be hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Mr Porter is facing estimated costs of over $500,000 for his defamation battle, suggesting his legal bills for the discontinued defamation battle and the legal tussle over his lawyer could be approaching $1 million.

In a statement on Friday, Mr Porter’s lawyer also said the Adelaide woman was seriously mentally ill, calling into question her allegations.

“It will be clear to anyone, most particularly journalists who have followed the legal actions closely, that the documents released this week highlight serious contradictions and inconsistencies in the materials on which ABC based its reporting,’’ Ms Giles said.

“Since her death, a small group of people led by the ABC have embarked on a campaign to damage Mr Porter and in the process have sought to disclose AB’s confidential and private health and personal information without permission.

“This group took it upon themselves to orchestrate the airing of these allegations when they knew that these claims clearly arose in circumstances complicated by serious mental health issues, including bouts of hypermania

“This conduct has not served the public interest and has resulted in a series of injustices.”

Hypermania is an extreme manic state marked by constant activity, erratic behaviour, disorientation, and incoherent speech.

By contrast, hypomania is regarded as a more mild form of mania.

In other words, Mr Porter’s lawyer is saying that his accuser suffered from a severe form of mania that requires diagnosis by a specialist in mental disorders, a psychologist or psychiatrist.

Hypermania symptoms include an overwhelming feeling of happiness or elation without cause, very high activity level with little need for sleep, difficulty falling asleep due to racing thoughts and flight of ideas, lack of coping skills or just not coping at all with anything that would be upsetting and sporadic behaviour, like taking off on an unplanned road trip. There also might be spending sprees, excessive gambling, promiscuity and generalised risk taking.

 

***...and Porter's appallingly immoral lawyers pausing their rancid denigration of Ms Thornton just long enough to gaslight everyone about the reality that those documents clearly identify, that Ms Thornton was Raped and likely drugged to facilitate that Rape...they continue on to publicly defame Ms Thornton's friends and the ABC and anyone else who believes, as I do, that Porter did Rape Ms Thornton...what this document shows is that, 1) many people support Ms Thornton and some were aware of the Rape/'incident', and 2) that the ABC reportage was literally 'tip-of-the-iceberg' stuff, barely scratching the surface...

 

I get the stuff about presenting a robust defence and the presumption of innocence, etc, but choosing to deliberately misrepresent and outright lie about the 'Victim', particularly a deceased 'Victim' who cannot defend themselves, to behave like this in defending the perpetrator, and in a context where this is clearly about the lawyers garnering personal benefit, and not least of all political favour for more/future government contracts, etc, that's where these lawyers define themselves as loathsome sub-humans wallowing about in the rancid bile of their own self-justification...and this then leads directly into the next post...

Ms Katherine Thornton's Statements About Liberal MP Christian Porter, The Self-Defined Rapist

Howdy dear availees in Argentina, Montenegro, Belgium, and Guatemala...I refer y'all to yesterday's post that was a cut-'n'-paste copy of a Kangaroo Court of Australia post about Self-Defined Rapist Christian Porter...and I don't hesitate to again refer dear availees to KCA for his excellent articles on a range of topics, but specifically this week's posts about the Court decision to release the letter sent by a friend(s?) of Ms Katherine Thornton to Prime Minister Scott Morrison, Greens Senator Sarah Hanson-Young, and Labor Senator Penny Wong...I remind y'all that Morrison claimed to have not read the letter, but instead to have just passed it to the Australian Federal Police...(having also denied knowing about the Rape of Ms Brittany Higgins in a Minister's office in Parliament House (Canberra), despite the fact that multiple Ministers, politicians, and senior public servants knew, but supposedly Scummo didn't have the faintest idea until the morning it was published in the media-Ed)...pathetic lies from a pathological liar, Scummo has proven himself to be a man who lies as a default-setting, he is literally incapable of honestly answering the simplest of questions...

(And didn't both Porter and Scummo plead ignorance about the allegations/facts, but at different times both claimed to have discussed it with the other?-Ed)...indeed, Morrison stating that he accepted Porter's denial and claims of innocence, and Porter denied the allegations without supposedly knowing what they were...(and didn't Porter also have discussions with Scummo about the November 2020 Four Corners report that originally was going to include the Thornton allegations/facts?-Ed)...and of course, Porter repeatedly lied about how the media had never contacted him about these 'allegations', a pathetically transparent lie shot-to-hell by multiple media outlets who stated that they had contacted him, often frequently, but sans any response...(including the multi-layered lies relating to the ABC contacting him prior to November 2020, etc-Ed)...absolutely, lie upon lie upon lie, endless, relentless lying...

I don't quite understand the sequence of events that has led to this letter (link below) being released publicly, but here goes...this relates to the Court case where-in Ms Thornton's friend Jo Dyer successfully stopped/excluded lawyer Sue Chrysanthou acting for Porter, because Chrysanthou had previously advised Dyer on a related issue in a separate case...apparently Porter is appealing that exclusion decision despite the fact that he has already withdrawn and 'settled' his 'Defamation' action against the ABC...for a more detailed explanation, I again readily defer to KCA, here's the link, which includes the link to the Thornton letter...quick note - pages 4 and 5 of the letter are presented in reverse order, that is, read page 3 then 5 then 4, y'all 'll see what I mean...

Alleged rapist Christian Porter copies failed strategy of alleged paedophile Alan Jones by instituting frivolous defamation proceedings

Federal Attorney-General Christian Porter has instituted frivolous and vexatious defamation proceedings against the ABC and journalist Louise Milligan in the Federal Court of Australia (NSW) where Mr Porter appoints the judges. The stupidity of the claim is the stuff legends are made of as Porter is only suing for one article that was published on Friday the 26th of February 2021 about the alleged rape, but he is not suing for the ABC’s Canberra Bubble story published in November 2020 last year which exposed Porter for being a sexual predator and sexual deviate which was also published by the ABC and the same journalist.

So, on one hand, Christian Porter is saying he is not a rapist and suing for it but on the other hand, he is in effect confessing to being a sexual predator and sexual deviate by not suing for those allegations in the ABC’s Canberra Bubble story even though he threatened to sue last year and his lawyers discuss the Canberra Bubble story in the Statement of Claim. (Click here to read the Statement of Claim) The reason Porter is not suing for the Canberra Bubble story is that there are many witnesses and he would get destroyed in court so Porter is in effect trying his luck against Katharine Thornton, who accused him of rape, who is deceased.

Christian Porter is copying the failed strategy of alleged paedophile Alan Jones

Mr Porter is copying the same failed strategy and using one of the same barristers, that Alan Jones used against the SBS who Jones said accused him of being a paedophile etc. I wrote an article when he sued the SBS in October 2020 titled: “Alan Jones sues SBS for defamation for implying he is a paedophile, racist and liar. So where’s the defamation?” and I published a follow-up article on the 7th of December 2020 titled “Alan Jones refuses to deny having sex with schoolboys when he was a teacher in defamation case against the SBS” and Jones withdrew his defamation case on the 24th of December 2020 while most journalists were on holidays. I wrote an article this year covering the matter titled “Alleged paedophile Alan Jones settled defamation case with SBS after they filed a truth defence and Australian media covered it up“.

It is almost certain that Christian Porter’s defamation case will end in similar circumstances that the Alan Jones / SBS matter did as any half-decent lawyer and barrister will destroy Christian Porter in pre-trial preparation, the same way Jones’s case was destroyed, with affidavits off witnesses and by filing subpoenas for documents and evidence from Porter.

Christian Porter is using one of the same barristers that Jones used, Sue Chrysanthou, SC, who would have had to lie and deceive in Jones defamation claim because it was that weak as soon as the SBS filed their truth defence and subpoenaed some documents from Jones he settled in world record time. Christian Porter’s Statement of Claim is a joke and Sue Chrysanthou, SC has done no better for Christian Porter than she did with Jones. (Click here to read the Statement of Claim) Porter also has barrister Brett Walker SC representing him but while he got George Pell off in the High Court this matter is a whole new ball game.   

I emailed Christian Porter’s lawyers the below questions, but I haven’t had a response.

2. Will Christian Porter also withdraw his case if the ABC file a truth defence as happened in the Alan Jones defamation case?
3. Will Christian Porter also withdraw his case if the ABC file a subpoena for documents as happened in the Alan Jones defamation case?
4. Can you confirm that Christian Porter has previously settled sexual assault/harassment claims made against him by other women as suggested by a journalist at the press conference in Perth on Wednesday the 3^rd of March 2021?
5. Can you confirm that Christian Porter has had sexual relationships with staff members or other parliament house staff?
6. Given Sue Chrysanthou, SC, must have breached the Barrister Rules in Alan Jones’s frivolous and vexatious defamation case against the SBS is she a fit and proper person to represent someone as corrupt as Christian Porter?
7. Given Christian Porter has been on leave for mental health issues how has he managed to instruct lawyers for the defamation matter against the ABC?
8. Given Christian Porter is the Federal Attorney-General isn’t there a conflict of interest for him to sue for defamation in the Federal Court of Australia given he appoints the Federal Court judges?

Some of the above questions I put to Porter’s lawyers will be raised in his defamation case so he can’t avoid answering them forever. And as you can see by the questions I asked, Porter has a lot of skeletons in his closet and I doubt he will be able to keep the closet door closed for long so we will hear plenty more about Porter’s past soon which will also undermine his defamation claim.

Playing the victim card

Porter is playing the victim and claiming via a lawyer statement (Click here to read Porter’s lawyer’s media release) that he has been denied natural justice and it has been trial by media but Porter has a long history of denying others natural justice such as whistleblowers Bernard Collaery, Witness K and David McBride who Porter is trying to have jailed in closed courts where the public and journalists are not allowed to watch or report the evidence in the cases. So, I have no sympathy for Porter at all.

Porter files his defamation claim in the Federal Court to avoid a jury trial

Porter has filed his claim in the Federal Court of Australia (NSW) which he oversees as Attorney-General and one of the reasons is that defamation matters in the Federal Court don’t have juries which if he had filed his claim in the Supreme Court of NSW the defamation claim would have almost certainly been heard by a jury. The ABC should file a motion to have the matter transferred to the Supreme Court. 

Christian Porter is a desperate man and his defamation claim against the ABC and Louise Milligan is an act of desperation that will fail badly. The latest media reports say Porter is due back at work on the 31st of March which I suspect will be a wild ride and the beginning of the end of Porter’s political career.

Just To Say Thankyou, You Know Who You Are

Howdy dear availees everywhere...I know it's been a coupla' weeks since the last post, but no apologies this time 'round...been a particularly unpleasant few weeks, not least of all with the 19th anniversary of the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up falling on the June long weekend...just had to step away from this 'ere blog for a bit, and coming back to it took a bit longer than I had thought it might...anyhoos, we're here now, so I'm just gunna' ease back into it with a very quick post this morning, and then a proper one later today...

Just wanted to say a huge thankyou to someone who has done more to try and support/assist me than pretty much everyone else combined, upto and including my own family...and whilst it was always about how critically important and extraordinary and far-reaching the issues are, addressing those issues and supporting me are obviously not mutually exclusive...and I have at times felt incredibly guilty and even selfish that trying to help/support me has brought great trauma into that person's life, in a context where I have been largely unable to support/help them in dealing with and/or resolving their issues...and having said that, in both our lives there are many 'traumas' that cannot be addressed and will likely never be 'resolved'...

Win, lose, or draw, this person has tried to engage with the vastly bizarre and definably Pro-Paedophile Corrupt goings-on that have come to define my life, and at times it has cost them dearly...and I'm not going to go into it more than that, 'cos their experience of dealing with my 'stuff', and what they have done to try and help, etc, it's not really necessary to discuss, and in some ways would be betraying confidentialities...    

And now that person has decided that trying to deal with my 'stuff' has become overwhelming to the point that they need to move on to other things...and as much as I might miss their support, what they've done already can never be taken away from me, and ultimately it's a big part of why I've come back to this 'ere blog after these last coupla' weeks...so, thankyou, you know who you are, thankyou for your efforts, thankyou for giving a damn, and I wish you every success with your future endeavours...big air hugs...

I know I ain't Robinson Crusoe when it comes to calling-out the apparent hypocrisy of multiple people in the Main Stream Media when it comes to 'Supporting Women's Rights', etc...a perfect example, Channel 10's 'The Project' Lisa Wilkinson vehemently holding-forth about her support for Ms Brittany Higgins and/or the March4Justice and/or Ms Katherine Thornton, etc, but who sits there time-and-again crackin' jokes and laughin' along with that rancid sack-a-crap Peter Van Onselen...(is that the spineless scumbag who has repeatedly published appalling derogatory articles about Ms Thornton (deceased), in open support for his mate Christian Porter?-Ed)...yeah, that's him, good ol' PVO...("PVO"? sounds like some sort of highly infectious, irritating venereal disease-Ed)...indeed it does, and his disgraceful attacks on the Mental Health of Ms Thornton, you'd think that alone would be enough to see him hounded out of the media...(and didn't he delete his entire Twitter history before then re-booting it a coupla' weeks later?-Ed)...yes and yes, and imagine everyone's surprise that this week he's been mouthing-off about literally everything, but not a single mention of Self-Defined Rapist Porter's withdrawal of the 'Defamation Case' against the ABC...   

And perhaps I'm being a tad harsh on Lisa Wilkinson when calling her out about her rank hypocrisy, but harsh only in a context where other media, and particularly for the openly-evil Murdoch media cesspit, are obsessed with running the 'Trauma Porn' aspect of a case, but not pursuing any genuine outcomes for the 'victims/survivors'...(doesn't Pontificating Vacuous Orifice work for Murdoch?-Ed)...well it's a hotly debated issue, 'cos whilst he officially is just another in a lengthy list of spineless, immoral, self-serving C-grade hacks 'employed' by Murdoch, plenty of people reckon that 'The Orifice' actually works for Self-Defined Rapist Porter...(are you referring to the widely-held opinion/belief that The Orifice's mind-numbing defense of SDR Porter is 'cos PoVaOr reckons he's gunna' be 'Future Prime Minister' Porter's Chief of Staff?-Ed)...yep, and furthermore, that PoVaOr's supposed 'Professor' status was awarded as part of that mutually-profitable relationship...it's a deeply incestuous and problematic relationship, which might explain The Orifice's appalling conduct, but nothing excuses him, he is a bloody disgrace...

But I digress, 'cos today we're specifically about how the MSM wants to do 'click-bait' sensationalism, particularly when it comes to issues of Sexual Assault/Paedophilia/etc, but rarely if ever holds perpetrators to account...(and this is starkly obvious with the recent barrage of 'Abuse Issues' spewing outta' the Federal Parliament, involving Self-Defined Rapist Porter, and the definable Cover-up of the Rape of Ms Brittany Higgins-Ed)...indeed, a Cover-up that started the day Ms Higgins was Raped, and directly involves Scott 'Scummo' Morrison, Linda Reynolds, Michaelia Cash, Peter Dutton, (Simon Birmingham) the Speaker (Lower House) and the President (Upper House), and multiple other 'office officials', etc...(and now includes a perpetual, rolling series of Cover-ups covering-up the original Cover-up!-Ed)...and of course the position of 'Victim/Survivor' Ms Grace Tame as Australian of the Year...time-and-again the MSM wants to engage with the salacious details of Sexual Assaults, etc, but will not go the hard yards about the litany of failure of investigating authorities like police...

I'd like to say that I relate to this thread/article, as it relates to the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up, but my experience is very, very different...I do relate to the first part, namely, that I speak-out not for personal gain or notoriety, etc, but because I have become directly aware of and involved in the cover-up of the abuse of dozens of kids at St Martins...from there, I have become acutely educated in the Institutionalised Pro-Paedophile Corruption that defines South Australia...but that's where the similarities end...with the exception of some efforts by a coupla' families, I alone have been left to bear the burden of this horrendous St Martin's reality, the abuse of an entire class of 7-year old grade-2 students by their "text-book grooming paedophile" teacher Glyn Dorling...(and the rancidly complicit Pro-Paedophile 'System', eg SAPol (police), the State Parliament, multiple senior politicians like Tony Pasin, the Mt Gambier City Council, the Teachers Registration Board, the Crown Solicitors Office, etc, etc, etc-Ed)...and this Institutionalised Pro-Paedophile Cover-up achieved of course with the collusion of the complicit media, especially The Border Watch and ABC South East Radio...  

And regular availees will be aware that the approaching June long-weekend is effectively the 19th anniversary of the 'removal' of "text-book grooming paedophile" Glyn Dorling from St Martins, aways back in 2002...(and two points, 1) this is an arbitrary date 'cos Dorling was moved to Mt Gambier after "an incident" in the late-1990s in Adelaide, and was immediately and frequently complained about by parents and other staff, so the 'St Martins Cover-up' technically began in the 1990s and continued through-out Dorling's tenure, until his sudden removal in June 2002...and 2) "text-book grooming paedophile" is how Flinders Child Protection Services described Dorling, whilst expressing their concerns about "how well he's placed himself within the system to abuse kids and get away with it"-Ed)...spot on, it may be 19 years now, but those words and several other 'quotes' ring in my ears as if I heard them only this morning...and that's the sort of stuff that I know and cannot outrun nor divest myself of, and that's why I behave the way that I do...(and that's why you have been relentlessly attacked and abused and threatened and harassed and Politically Persecuted, etc, 'cos you just don't stop, despite all that abuse/harassment, etc-Ed)...it's a self-fueled cycle of perpetual trauma and political retribution...

Confused About Australia's Vaccine Roll-out? And More Christian Porter vs ABC Defamation Stuff

Howdy dear availees, just yet another stop-gap post directing y'all to some other people's excellent research, etc...Language Warning, through-out this post...and our first stop is the Scott 'Scummo' Morrison Liberal/National party perpetual cluster-fuck that is our national COVID19 vaccine roll-out...('stroll-out' more like it-Ed)...indeed, you ain't the first person to make that terrible but evisceratingly accurate pun, 'cos our roll-out is dragging along at an appallingly incompetent stroll, as opposed to an actual roll...(and with that the battering blizzard of conflicting information and contradictory denial and/or refusal of responsibility from the Scummo LNP-Ed)...indeed Ed, a massive serve of incompetent malfeasance with deceitful word-salad, and all the text-book 'gaslighting' you can eat, it's classic LNP fraud and failure...the LNP have absolutely fucked our vaccine roll-out to within an inch of it's life, sowing confusion and therefore distrust and disorder, etc, and then blaming the media and the 'victims', what is us folks...

But we digress...if you've been trying to follow the endless announcements that prove to be lies...(over and over again, lie upon lie-Ed)...yeah, if you've been trying to make sense of all that, here is a most excellent presentation that covers that last few months...please note that this does not cover how Scummo loudly congratulated himself many times in early-mid 2020 about how he'd managed to get Australia to "the front of the queue for vaccines", but then managed to completely fuck-up the Pfizer orders mid-2020, meaning we're now lagging way behind in our orders/supplies, and resultantly in vaccinations conducted...(and again, Scummo and Greg Hunt et al refuse to take responsibility, and straight-out lie about how this was always their plan, etc-Ed)...couldn't lie straight in bed, as my Pops used to say...anyhoos, please peruse this excellent article...it appears quite long but it's 90% graphs and stuff...

And I know I ain't the only one screaming 'CON JOB' when the LNP and their compliant, complicit lap-dog Main Stream Media suddenly reversed their position regarding the safety of the Astra-Zeneca vaccine...one day the concerns about blood clots were being waved away as irrelevant, but then the LNP realised just how badly they'd fucked-up their procurement processes, leaving us multi-millions of doses shy, and suddenly AZ is only for people over 50...(but not before Scummo tried to falsely blame 'Europe' for that procurement failure-Ed)...indeed...(and why that arbitrary age? why 50?-Ed)...well it's 'Pick A Number' politics masquerading as sage medical strategy...(and a strategy that instills doubt if not outright fear in AZ, and therefore slows the demand-Ed)...exactly, and then gaslight and blame the media and public by reverse engineering that process and time-frame...(and get away with that 'cos the MSM does sweet fuck-all to hold the LNP to account for anything-Ed)...spot on...

Also, Scummo has said that we're gunna' get 20million more Pfizer doses 'at the end of the year', and repeatedly stated "it's not a race", etc, etc, and couple that with the concerns about AZ, be they justified or not, and with all of the LNP's contradictory advise/evidence, and it's no wonder some people have chosen to wait until the more effective/reliable Pfizer becomes available later this year...(Scummo and Hunt et al are also straight-out lying when they say that '4million Australians have been vaccinated'-Ed)...yes they are lying, 'cos they damn-well know that to be actually 'vaccinated' requires having received two doses, and that number is more like 500,000, one eighth of what they're claiming, close-on only 2% of the entire population...(and it's corrupt and it's a lie 'cos they know that specific difference-Ed)...exactly, a known lie knowingly presented as rancid self-congratulation...from Scummo on down, the LNP are liars, thieves, and crooks...      

And then there's today's second issue, former LNP Attorney-General 'Rapist'* Christian Porter's 'Defamation Case' against the ABC...please find below the link to the Kangaroo Court of Australia article about the latest developments...again I am following people/sites like KCofA to get accurate reportage and opinion/explanation of this issue, where-in I do not understand the legal minuteae in the way that Shane Dowling, Ronni Salt, Michael West and others do...so in that context I readily defer to their superior knowledge, and especially to Mr Dowling who has a long history of 'legal activism' directly related to KCofA...I hope that my understanding of these latest developments, as covered in this article, that my read on it is somewhat erroneous...I am concerned that the LNP-controlled ABC might agree to mediation with Porter and therefore all of that 'evidence' about what an abusive person Porter is, that evidence will get 'buried' under some sort of dodgy deal...here's to being wrong...   (*where-in Porter's actions to hide evidence and deny appropriate inquiry have self-defined him as being guilty)

So there's a relatively short post with lottsa' homework to do...and dead-set, just listening now on ABC/BBC News Radio to Greg Hunt doing a press conference, desperately arguing his way around and/or away from taking responsibility for the vaccine roll-out fuck-up and the latest South Australian hotel quarantine fuck-up that has become another Victorian outbreak that has now spread to an Aged Care facility, etc...(lies, spin, denial and deflection, all coated with the same fake figures as above?-Ed)...yep, and on cue, he calls on sad old LNP stooge Phil Coorey for a soft-cock Dorothy Dixer question that deliberately praises the LNP and helps lead Greggo away from the quagmire of failure and refused responsibility...(yeah, good ol' Phil, he ain't nuthin' if not reliable-Ed)...yeah, good ol' Phil...
