As potentially self-indulgent as my blog can be, I will on this occasion congratulate myself for achieving this milestone without getting sued and/or shot...but even as I try to celebrate, the unravelling of further abuse issues and the extraordinary hypocrisy and offensiveness of public officials involved direct this post in that direction.
The Advertiser and The Border Watch newspapers, and the ABC Local Radio yesterday (18/07/2013) all had lengthy articles/interviews with the new South Australian Education Dept Chief Education Officer my close personal friend and absolute f...(whoa, whoa, whoa, no swearing, remember?-Ed)...I was going to say 'freak'...honest...the new SA ED CEO Gary Costello...please refer previous posts about Mr Costello and the St Martins Issue...
In a series of seethingly hypocritical diatribes, Mr Costello stated that the SA Education system is great, but;
"All of the success however has been submerged by the recent fall out."
By "fall out" I believe he is referring to the exposure of the Education Dept as a wholly corrupted nightmare of child abuse, the cover-up of those abuses, and a general pro-paedophile attitude that he has been intimately and repeatedly involved in as Head of Schools.
I refer to his direct involvement in the officially sanctioned threats and abuse levelled at parents and/or School Council members at the now notorious 'Western Suburbs School' in a Labor government driven attempt to deliberately denigrate and/or blame parents to try and deny the realities...sound familiar?...
I'm not going to bother with dissecting the ABC Radio interview...just another long 'infomercial' on behalf of government...whilst I did answer a phone call partway through, I didn't hear anything about the abuse issues and certainly not St Martins...I rang producer Kate Hill to politely vent about Mr Costello and the St Martins issue, and I completely understand that on this one occasion that she could not put my comments to air...
On 17/07/2013 Channel 10 TV News ran a story/interview with 'Child Protection Expert' Emeritus Professor Frida Briggs and Senator Nick Xenophon, primarily about re-instating the DeBelle Inquiry, and included comments from Attorney General John Rau...mmmmmmm...(go on-Ed)...BASTARD...(there you go big fella-Ed)...yes, thanks, I needed that...(we all did mate, we all did-Ed)...
Mr Xenophon specifically called for the DeBelle Inquiry to be re-opened to deal with what Ms Briggs described as the many Child Abuse cases that she is aware of where parents feel they have been ignored by the government and authorities...not my interpretation of the interview, that's what they said...'there are many cases of parents being ignored, so re-open the DeBelle Inquiry'...and the Labor government's immediate response...nup, ain't gunna happen...
Having dealt extensively with both Ms Briggs and Mr Xenophon re the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up Issue, I felt that they could have been talking directly to me...and in that context they were...and every other parent who has been through, who has been deliberately put through, what we have by this State and successive State governments of both persuasions...may I?...(certainly...you've earned it-Ed)...thanks...BASTARDS...(fair enough, but there's no need to yell-Ed)...actually I think there is...
In the 'lead-in' statement the interviewer described the Weatherill government response as dismissing these 'ignoring' claims and subsequent DeBelle request with comments about 'witnesses being used' inappropriately in 'political game play'...that is, witnesses are being manipulated for political gain...and although no-one was specifically accused, given Mr Xenophon's involvement, that would seem to be aimed at him...
This development follows public statements by one of the parents of an abused child, that she had been effectively 'ignored' by the DeBelle Inquiry, where Mr DeBelle refused her request to give spoken testimony. Apparently the government's/DeBelle's response was that the Inquiry had all it needed from her written statement, and didn't need to hear from her...bollocks...(yeah, I'll let you have that one too-Ed)...gee, thanks...
All involved wanted to avoid the unseemly display of a deeply traumatised mother airing her grievances and pain and suffering re the 'Cover-up' of the abuse of her child...absolute bastardry implemented to censor and if possible hide the reality...nothing more damning than having Ms Average Citizen venting and breaking down in a public hearing...and it is highly likely that she didn't cover all of the issues she wished to raise with the Inquiry in her written submission...
There is simply no valid, reasonable excuse for denying that mother her 'day in court', it's all about minimising and if possible burying the unpleasant truth...and has the Weatherill government approached this traumatised woman with offers of support, counselling, etc?...nope...attack, denigrate, and deny...
And AG John Rau's comment/response (from the Channel 10 story);
"There are some people who perhaps are never entirely satisfied."
(My turn...bastard-Ed)...Deeply traumatised people suffering at the hands of a corrupt pro-paedophile Labor government that is deliberately, repeatedly acting to Cover-up Child Abuse, and John Rau...(join me in a spit every time you say that name...arrrtugh-Ed)...my pleasure...and John Rau (arrrtugh) wants to dismiss them as whingers.
Mr Rau (arrrtugh) closed out the Channel 10 interview with a snide dig at Nick Xenophon directly inferring that Mr Xenophon is only involved in this issue because he is trying to generate some support and/or attention for himself as part of his election campaign;
"I think we must be getting close to a Federal election."
I don't care what Mr Xenophon's motivations are, because the reality that surrounds his statements clearly needs to be addressed...and the DeBelle Inquiry has not done that...and John Rau (arrrtugh) is clearly not interested in resolving the current cases or the clearly defined systemic failings...John Rau (arrrtugh)...(you just said John Rau (arrrtugh) so that you could spit again-Ed)...damn straight...

Council Budget Consultation: Don't Believe The Hype
And by hype I mean Mule Muffins...(nice way to politen it up-Ed)...is politen actually a word?...(surely...to make things more polite...politen; the feedback suggested you should politen up this blog; politen-Ed)...yes, alright, thankyou...but nicely made point about the feedback...anyway...

I do acknowledge the feedback I've had that my manner in at least one of the Council Budget Consultation Meetings was considered to be abrupt and disrespectful...I genuinely apologise if I caused offence to anyone that I didn't mean to offend...and for some my mere presence, nay existence is in itself offence enough...(oh charmingly put sir-Ed)...
And yes, I am being heavily sarcastic...I didn't go to those meetings to be offensive to anyone, and I would ask that readers review my posts about the extraordinary behaviours of various Councillors and Mayor Steve Perryman toward me...
I genuinely try to be polite and respectful, and I do genuinely apologise if I caused offence...but I digress...
And by Mule Muffins I mean Bullshit...(ah, there you go...so much for politening-Ed)...I'm just stating it as it has been said to me...(actually, I believe it was "what a condescending load of bullshit"-Ed)...indeed it was, and this is also a great paraphrase for several other comments I have heard on the same subject...
And that subject is the latest Graham Greenwood article in The Border Watch Friday 12th July 2013 (attached). Please refer previous posts re this 2013/14 Budget and 'Consultation Process'.
"Council listens then acts to bring in a fair city rate rise"...what a pithy and erudite summary of the reality as Council would have you believe it...not the actual reality like what really 'appened Guvna'...(whaaa?-Ed)...like what really happened Governor, said with your best Cockney accent...a snide reference to the condescending 'pat on the head' master/servant mentality of some on Council as epitomised in the tone of this article.
I re-iterate; how does Graham Greenwood know what happened at these meetings when he only attended the last one of five?
1) Council deliberately drew the process out as long as possible to manoeuvre around the heavy opposition they knew was coming, and carefully manipulated the debate through The Border Watch...ooo just look how much we're listening...
2) "Ambit Claim" - is one way of excusing the common gambit as described (and fall back position) of aiming for at least 6.1% by announcing 6.9% and then pretending to pull back...it is a fall back if and when the opposition comes...and it did...and not just me, far from it...and Council was clearly shocked at the level of opposition.
And no doubt that Council has reacted to the heavy opposition, pulling back to 6.1%,. they literally had no choice, but they would have rammed through the 6.9% if there was the usual lack of involvement from the community.
And again kudos to those who did attend and say 'I'm alright, but I'm worried about the town, the young people trying to get started', etc...and kudos to Council if I must...(just get on with it-Ed)... for immediately cleaning up all the rubbish dumped off the HooHoo Lookout...it was there Sunday morning and gone again by Monday lunch time.
3) The only "odd heated outburst" I witnessed was at me by Mayor Perryman, Councillor Von Stanke, et al...and of course the one polite rant about wasted money that Mr Greenwood refers to...
I note that Mr Greenwood identifies the Main Corner, Civic Centre upgrade, Library, and bike lanes, and then spends over five paragraphs/sentences denigrating the speaker over their 'bike lanes mistake', but fails to further mention the other three...apart from a brief reference to "running costs"...I refer Mr Greenwood to his own repeated calls for an Inquiry into the Main Corner fiasco.
4) "...typical of the misinformation that has been peddled by the social media network."...can't be me...I'm the anti-social media network...(bazinga, but of course that is about you-Ed)...and probably others as well...but yes I agree, that's probably me...
5) Council rate increases are set to increase cumulatively over the next five years...Councillors repeatedly said this at the meetings...'The Five Year Plan'...and Mayor Perryman repeatedly misrepresented this truth in the media by denying any such cumulative rise.
And all closed out with the metaphoric pat on the head "A rate of 6.1% is a good and fair outcome."
I re-iterate; Council set out to do certain things, namely increase their borrowing to allegedly do certain projects, and hike up rates accordingly...and that is exactly what Council did...including doubling their own borrowing capacity with the justification that they needed the money to do the projects they were allegedly still 'consulting on'...(whaaa?-Ed)...precisely, what the shrek?...
I maintain my position that The Border Watch is a vital community asset, but when they print massively biased misrepresentations of the truth, such as this article, they do great damage to their own credibility...and that has nothing to do with me..

Education Crisis: Tony Harrison and Gary Costello
Hello Philippines, China, Canada, and Ukraine...pardon my ignorance but does one refer to Ukraine or The Ukraine...(I think The Ukraine refers to an area under the United Soviet Socialist Republic, sometimes referred to as the Russian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic, which after the 'fall of Communism' became a separate country called Ukraine...I think-Ed)...
Further apologies for bumping CCCS Part II to Tomorrow, but the latest developments in the Education Sector demand priority...the heat is on in the kitchen and the scum is rising to the top...cue Gary Costello and Tony Harrison...and therefore I do not apologise for the anger here-in...
Please refer to my previous posts re the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up and the direct, specific role played in that Cover-up by former Mt Gambier High School Principal Gary Costello, and that one of those posts has already been 'pulled down' by the Education Department...but the revised post remains...wonder how this one will fair...
Apparently the Education Dept don't like having their gross malfeasance and the pro-paedophile corruption of their senior executive exposed and/or explained...and when you look at that behaviour, it becomes clear why...a torrent of child abuse and cover-ups that threatens to breach the levees of denial and deliberate dysfunction, and flood the paedophile boys club that is Adelaide...(yep, that sounds pretty angry-Ed)...
And I didn't even get a chance to put the boot into now former Education Dept CEO Keith Bartley, and his involvement in the extraordinary Child Abuse case in Oxford, England, where he was a senior Council official with responsibilities re Child Protection (sorry, don't know actual title) in the very Council where a group of men (recently jailed for these abuses) were exploiting, raping, etc, a number of young teenage girls.
It is a massive coincidence that the Rann/Weatherill Labor government went halfway around the world to recruit (apparently without advertising) the man right at the heart of that extraordinary case, to bring him to SA where the pro-paedophile culture flourishes right at the top of government, etc.
Mr Bartley is either a screaming incompetent or a complicit co-conspirator or just about the unluckiest public servant ever...you choose...and after saying that he would see it out, now he's off immediately...resigned, shoved, whatevs...
And now Labor/Weatherill have unilaterally appointed (again without advertising) SAPol's (SA Police) former Acting Deputy runner-up vice-Commissioner in Waiting Tony Harrison...only recently Mr Harrison was appointed the newly created Director-general of Community Safety (at $300,000pa) in what has been described as a consolation prize for not getting the SAPol Commissioner's job...and now this.
Mr Harrison has no experience what-so-ever in Education and was 'anointed' as much as appointed, again without advertising the position...and Labor did exactly the same thing with appointing the completely unqualified Labor hack Mia Handshin to the head of the Environment Protection Agency...no experience, no advertising, no question as to why...control and compliance...
Beyond that, the Weatherill Labor government appears to be acknowledging that Child Abuse is so endemic and institutionalised in the Education System, that a former 'Child Protection Police Officer' is the only person who can sort it out.
Totally Hilarious Aside: For those unfamiliar with the fabulous BBC TV comedy series The Mighty Boosh, check out the Second Series, Episode 3, titled Nanageddon, and particularly the Shamanic Council meeting that introduces the pink, tentacled, talking head called Tony Harrison...absolutely hilarious...
But that's where the humour begins and ends...there is nothing funny about the state of decay and deliberate dysfunction that defines Child Protection, or rather the lack of, in South Australia.
Given the extensive, specific, and wanton corruption of SAPol re the St Martins Issue, you'll forgive me if I have nothing but an absolute and utter lack of faith in anyone from a senior SAPol position, particularly the 'Child Protection Branch', genuinely acting to resolve the vulnerability and subsequent abuses of children in South Australia.
Senior SAPol officers in Mt Gambier, past and present, are absolutely complicit in the cover-up of the St Martins abuses, and that corruption clearly runs through to the top of SAPol, is directed from the top of SAPol.
The two previous Mt Gambier Superintendents were explicitly involved in the refusal to even interview teacher Glyn Dorling, refusal to accept written complaints from parents, illegally recording phone calls made to parents, etc and there are two officers still working at Mt Gambier Police Station who lied to me and other parents, and attacked, bullied, and manipulated us...
I see these two charming pieces of humanity not infrequently about town, which then becomes just another day of having to deal with the phalanx of official scumbags (local, state, and federal) specifically, deliberately, repeatedly involved in covering up the abuse of my child and dozens of others.
These 'people'...(and you use the term loosely-Ed)...are specifically responsible for covering-up the abuse of young children, and for me define the line between Police Officers and Pigs...and there is a difference...
I have met any number of SAPol officers who are reasonably decent and hard-working people with genuine intent...they are Police Officers...and in many respects I wouldn't want to have to do their jobs, eg, attending car accidents, dealing with drunk idiots, etc...but I have also had extensive intense dealings with other SAPol officers who have acted with deliberate intent to cover-up the abuse of small children...and they are Pigs...
And The Thin Blue Line that divides Cops from Civilians like me, is ruthlessly manipulated to protect and foster pro-paedophile attitudes and behaviours...and if you don't toe the line, if you don't demonstrate that capacity to perpetuate the status quo, then your career is going nowhere in SAPol.
When I was heavily involved with Child Protection activists/workers in Adelaide in 2005/06 (previous posts), I was privy to several meetings with SAPol officers who were openly lamenting the focus of their superiors in SAPol, namely to avoid properly investigating high-ranking paedophiles and instead go after the activists.
And that is exactly what happened...the activists (some of them) were charged and every effort made to jail them...including former Premier Mike Rann personally forcing the charges back into Court after they were initially thrown out...(did someone say Separation of Powers be hanged-Ed)...
And just listening (ABC Radio) to the deceit and deception that saw parents dragged into the case of a Southern suburbs gym worker on bail for multiple Child Abuse charges of exploitation of several children, but whose bail conditions allowed him to still be working with children. (previous posts)
The complete bastardisation of the Principles of Separation, and the culture of promoting Senior public officials who are complicit and/or compliant when it comes to Child Abuse Issues, are both well established in South Australia....I refer, for example, to the meteoric rise of Gary Costello...from headmaster in Mt Gambier to regional head of the Education Dept, to Head of Schools, and now...what is it?...(Chief Education Officer-Ed)...thanks...
Chief Education Officer...only SA could create a CEO that isn't a CEO, but is instead a CEO...
I also refer readers to the previous post re former MP Rory McEwen writing to then SAPol Commissioner Mal Hyde to try and have us parents arrested for speaking out about the St Martins Issue, Rory's specific involvement, etc...and how that letter was answered by Minister Paul Holloway 15 months later...again, Separation of Powers?...write to the Commissioner and the Minister replies over a year later.

It is a massive coincidence that the Rann/Weatherill Labor government went halfway around the world to recruit (apparently without advertising) the man right at the heart of that extraordinary case, to bring him to SA where the pro-paedophile culture flourishes right at the top of government, etc.
Mr Bartley is either a screaming incompetent or a complicit co-conspirator or just about the unluckiest public servant ever...you choose...and after saying that he would see it out, now he's off immediately...resigned, shoved, whatevs...
And now Labor/Weatherill have unilaterally appointed (again without advertising) SAPol's (SA Police) former Acting Deputy runner-up vice-Commissioner in Waiting Tony Harrison...only recently Mr Harrison was appointed the newly created Director-general of Community Safety (at $300,000pa) in what has been described as a consolation prize for not getting the SAPol Commissioner's job...and now this.
Mr Harrison has no experience what-so-ever in Education and was 'anointed' as much as appointed, again without advertising the position...and Labor did exactly the same thing with appointing the completely unqualified Labor hack Mia Handshin to the head of the Environment Protection Agency...no experience, no advertising, no question as to why...control and compliance...
Beyond that, the Weatherill Labor government appears to be acknowledging that Child Abuse is so endemic and institutionalised in the Education System, that a former 'Child Protection Police Officer' is the only person who can sort it out.
Totally Hilarious Aside: For those unfamiliar with the fabulous BBC TV comedy series The Mighty Boosh, check out the Second Series, Episode 3, titled Nanageddon, and particularly the Shamanic Council meeting that introduces the pink, tentacled, talking head called Tony Harrison...absolutely hilarious...
But that's where the humour begins and ends...there is nothing funny about the state of decay and deliberate dysfunction that defines Child Protection, or rather the lack of, in South Australia.
Given the extensive, specific, and wanton corruption of SAPol re the St Martins Issue, you'll forgive me if I have nothing but an absolute and utter lack of faith in anyone from a senior SAPol position, particularly the 'Child Protection Branch', genuinely acting to resolve the vulnerability and subsequent abuses of children in South Australia.
Senior SAPol officers in Mt Gambier, past and present, are absolutely complicit in the cover-up of the St Martins abuses, and that corruption clearly runs through to the top of SAPol, is directed from the top of SAPol.
The two previous Mt Gambier Superintendents were explicitly involved in the refusal to even interview teacher Glyn Dorling, refusal to accept written complaints from parents, illegally recording phone calls made to parents, etc and there are two officers still working at Mt Gambier Police Station who lied to me and other parents, and attacked, bullied, and manipulated us...
I see these two charming pieces of humanity not infrequently about town, which then becomes just another day of having to deal with the phalanx of official scumbags (local, state, and federal) specifically, deliberately, repeatedly involved in covering up the abuse of my child and dozens of others.
These 'people'...(and you use the term loosely-Ed)...are specifically responsible for covering-up the abuse of young children, and for me define the line between Police Officers and Pigs...and there is a difference...
I have met any number of SAPol officers who are reasonably decent and hard-working people with genuine intent...they are Police Officers...and in many respects I wouldn't want to have to do their jobs, eg, attending car accidents, dealing with drunk idiots, etc...but I have also had extensive intense dealings with other SAPol officers who have acted with deliberate intent to cover-up the abuse of small children...and they are Pigs...
And The Thin Blue Line that divides Cops from Civilians like me, is ruthlessly manipulated to protect and foster pro-paedophile attitudes and behaviours...and if you don't toe the line, if you don't demonstrate that capacity to perpetuate the status quo, then your career is going nowhere in SAPol.
When I was heavily involved with Child Protection activists/workers in Adelaide in 2005/06 (previous posts), I was privy to several meetings with SAPol officers who were openly lamenting the focus of their superiors in SAPol, namely to avoid properly investigating high-ranking paedophiles and instead go after the activists.
And that is exactly what happened...the activists (some of them) were charged and every effort made to jail them...including former Premier Mike Rann personally forcing the charges back into Court after they were initially thrown out...(did someone say Separation of Powers be hanged-Ed)...
And just listening (ABC Radio) to the deceit and deception that saw parents dragged into the case of a Southern suburbs gym worker on bail for multiple Child Abuse charges of exploitation of several children, but whose bail conditions allowed him to still be working with children. (previous posts)
The complete bastardisation of the Principles of Separation, and the culture of promoting Senior public officials who are complicit and/or compliant when it comes to Child Abuse Issues, are both well established in South Australia....I refer, for example, to the meteoric rise of Gary Costello...from headmaster in Mt Gambier to regional head of the Education Dept, to Head of Schools, and now...what is it?...(Chief Education Officer-Ed)...thanks...
Chief Education Officer...only SA could create a CEO that isn't a CEO, but is instead a CEO...
I also refer readers to the previous post re former MP Rory McEwen writing to then SAPol Commissioner Mal Hyde to try and have us parents arrested for speaking out about the St Martins Issue, Rory's specific involvement, etc...and how that letter was answered by Minister Paul Holloway 15 months later...again, Separation of Powers?...write to the Commissioner and the Minister replies over a year later.

Latest City Council Consultation Shenanigans
Hello Poland, Denmark, Germany and Sudan...good morning, afternoon, and evening...whatever it is wherever you are...it's 6am in sunny South Australia.
Surprise...England wins on dodgy umpiring decisions...must be the Ashes...I used to be a regular sport watcher, particularly Test cricket, not least of all because you can do stuff while it's on and then pay attention for the multiple replays...I spent the summer of 92/93 watching the entire West Indies vs Australia series whilst 'tubing-up' and tending dozens of boxes of seedlings for Trees For Life...(hippy-Ed)...ci...but I just can't watch it anymore...can't trust a single thing that happens to be genuine...
I must unfortunately acknowledge the insignificance of any of this tripe, including Mt Gambier City Council's extraordinary behaviour, in light of what happens almost daily elsewhere on the planet...
Again this morning, reports of yet more bombings in Iraq targeting mosques and markets as predominantly external influences seek to drag the country into Civil War...as reported on the BBC World Service, external agents, allegedly mostly from Iran, are waging a campaign of attacking one sect and then another in an attempt to create conflict between these groups with fake 'tit for tat' bombings.
You tell me...is the deaths of more than 100 people in protests in Egypt, following the removal of the democratically elected Mr Morsi by the military, is this an illustration of democratic fervour and commitment to be celebrated, or just more Sectarian violence?...and that takes us to Ireland where people can't even walk down the street without pissing each other off to the point of riot...and that specific route divides areas defined by their Royalist or Nationalist loyalties...
When push comes to shove, in a global context, who gives a damn what a dodgy Council does in the arse-end of nowhere? And I say 'arse-end of nowhere' because that is the physical and political reality of living in Mt Gambier, and the South-East generally...that is what we are to the gracious Lords and Ladies of our fair Parliament...
It is not irresponsible to suggest that Mt Gambier is far more relevant to Victorians than to anyone in Adelaide or Canberra.
But I care, I give a damn...and I damn well try to do something about it...just ask City Council...or the Lutherans...or Rory McEwen...
I note that the Enfield/Port Adelaide Council is under examination re 'irregular dealings', and may possibly end up being referred to the Office for Public Integrity, possibly for further referral to the alleged Independent Commission Against Corruption...Enfield Council must be shaking in their boots....ooo, not the OPI and the ICAC...
I re-iterate; structures established on a foundation of institutionalised corruption, by a government mired in institutionalised corruption, and both the OPI and the ICAC are, will by design not operate effectively.
Mt Gambier Council's new CEO Mark McShane was previously at the Enfield Council (which is in the seat formerly occupied by former State Treasurer Kevin Foley) before moving to Mt Gambier in the very dodgy CEO Re-shuffle, late 2011/early 2012, that saw numerous Council CEOs just moving across the state to different Councils.
Hilarious Aside: I ran into Mt Gambier's actual CEO Greg Muller...(actual...what do you mean actual?-Ed)...well, Mark McShane is merely a 'frontice piece' for the real control structure behind Council which is headed by Greg Muller...fair enough?...(fair enough-Ed)...I ran into Greg at the attempted tree planting on Saturday morning, (that was called off due to the rain).
When I joined the group huddling under a Bottlebrush tree, Greg greeted me animatedly and immediately came around the group to wedge himself between me and the person I was talking to. He repeatedly engaged me and/or referred to me, insisted I be in the Plaque photos, and generally buzzed around me in an intensely friendly fashion.
At one point I went over to a man waiting in his car with his kids to see if the planting would proceed, and Greg came rushing around the Bottlebrush, came straight up to me, and gently held me by the arm, to which I gently pulled away and walked off...it was more than a little creepy...(why do these men insist on touching you?...it's very strange-Ed)...I don't know why Ed, but at a guess I reckon it's partly that Alpha male bullshit, you know...'look, I'm not afraid of the big, bad Nick...I'll even touch it'...
(Do you think that he was trying to goad you into a confrontation ala Mayor Steve Perryman's efforts at the Budget Consultation meetings?...or is it a gay thing?...a bit of both?...was it an over the top response to his agitation and concerns?...what is it that you are saying/claiming?-Ed)...
I think that he was;
1) massively overcompensating,
2) desperate to maintain a public persona of polite and respectful conduct,
3) keen to avail himself of my every word to others present,
4) trying to intimidate and provoke,
5) flaunting the reality that he can steal $344,000 from Council and still just walk about a free man, and,
6) any number of other sub-texts and/or combinations of all of these...(perhaps it's just that you're special-Ed)...
Yeah, sure, what ever works for you...personally I wouldn't profess to know exactly what he was thinking...for all I know the touching stuff was a gay thing...don't know, don't care...but if he was trying to be creepy, it sure worked...
Beyond that, I know that he knows that I know that he is at least aware of this here blog if possibly not a regular subscriber himself...he knows that I know that he knows what I've been saying re his fraudulent behaviour re the massive sums 'missing' from the Main Corner Project...indeed I've just said it twice more...and yet it remains unchallenged...

Tomorrow, a thorough shredding of the latest nonsense about Council's Budget Consultation, including a brief review of Councillor's conduct in those meetings...I saw on ABC News 24 (I think, sorry) a discussion about behaviour in the workplace where the 'holding up of hands to silence', as repeatedly done to me at these meetings, was described as "disrespectful" and "bullying", and "completely unacceptable"...

The 2003 Layton Report: Recommendation No. 1
Hello Qatar, Malaysia, South Korea, and China...profuse apologies for the last few posts...I know that they drifted a bit, but I can only apologise for being distracted by the bizarre realities being played out around me, namely the DeBelle Inquiry and associated multiple Child Protection issues.
Massive Disclaimer: It is inevitable that in the posts re the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Issue that I will have to mention other parents involved. However, I take full and sole responsibility for this blog and it's content, it's intent; it's intensely frenetic attempts to address the glaring realities...(you're drifting again-Ed)...ah, yeah, sorry...
My name is Nick Fletcher and I take full and sole responsibility for this blog and it's contents.
All of the gross failures and institutionalised corruption of the South Australian Child Protection System, of SA in general, is being played out en masse in the public spotlight...a fortnight of lurching from one massive abuse issue to another...the Beaumont children's alleged killer named, all of the gross and clearly deliberate failings of the Education Dept and the Ministers lies in Parliament, etc, and the pointless DeBelle Inquiry, more convicted paedophile Magistrate Peter Liddy stories, more Inquiries, the St Anns issue, etc, etc.
If I were a cynical person, I'd probably think that this was a deliberate strategy to try and dilute each horrendous reality by bludgeoning the public with relentless abuse stories/issues...(please explain-Ed)...sure...if there are multiple issues being addressed daily through the media, then each is somewhat diluted by the others, and people do get distracted or overwhelmed...even blase...
I refer to previous posts about the deliberate failings of authorities re the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up, and the 11+ years that I and other parents have been fighting against the Child Protection System, including the intensely corrupt Teachers Registration Board/Crown Solicitor Office hearing into teacher Glyn Dorling and the abuses he committed against our 7 year old children.
This was followed by the intensely corrupt bipartisan Parliamentary Statutory Authorities Review Committee Inquiry into the TRB-Report no. 54. (from September 2007 to July 2011).
And I do not withdraw in anyway from the repeated accusation of Corruption made in those two paragraphs, because that is exactly what those Inquiries were...corrupted and corrupt...
The TRB/CSO and SARC Inquiries were conducted in the exact same corrupt way...both deliberately ignored literally everything that compromised their predetermined function, which was to excuse, protect, and cover-up all the horrendous realities around the St Martins Issue and the official reactions to that Issue.
Combined, there has been over 5 years of 'Official Inquiry' into the St Martins Issue and the gross failings of all authorities involved...and parents repeatedly doing submissions, Statutory Declarations, travelling to Adelaide to give testimony and/or attend hearings and meetings, etc...and these 'Authorities' repeatedly lying, denying, ignoring, and/or attacking us parents.
A Critical Point: Referring to Comm Mullighan's statements about how SAPol, etc, would not co-operate with an 'Informal Inquiry' because they would not be protected, we parents have from day one knowingly made ourselves accountable, liable, and even vulnerable by signing our names to Sworn Affidavits (Statutory Declarations), giving sworn testimony and submissions and personal documents to Inquiries, etc...(I'm gonna' have to ask you to please explain again-Ed)... sure...
I/we have put my/our 'version of events', accusations, observations, etc, in an accountable, formal, legal format that has specific provision under law to sanction me/us for any falsehoods...that is, if we have lied in those Sworn affidavits, testimony, etc, we are legally accountable.
It is an extremely serious offense to lie in a sworn document, written or spoken, and yet I/we have been perfectly happy to commit to that legal obligation and accountability...(so if I may...what you're saying is that the fact that you have all been prepared to 'legally sign' your statements, etc, in which you have made multiple direct accusations of abuse and/or cover-up, and yet you haven't been charged for 'Defamation' or 'Libel' or 'Contempt of Court' or even just plain lying, that that proves the veracity of your many allegations...would that be a fair summary-Ed)...absolutely...well put.
I remind readers that it was us parents who organised/forced Flinders Child Protection Services to interview our children at the designated interview room at Mt Gambier Hospital in July/August 2002, and then it was parents again who notified and effectively organised the TRB/CSO hearing (March 2003-November 2004).
And we parents also organised our involvement with Commissioner Ted Mullighan (multiple meetings over two years), and with the support of then MLC Nick Xenophon we organised the SARC Inquiry into the TRB...an Inquiry into an Inquiry...
And that is South Australia right there...Inquiries into Inquiries and no actual action re genuinely protecting children...the agenda has always been and remains one of deliberately making children vulnerable and perpetuating the culture of Child Abuse that defines Adelaide's 'hierarchy'...the patterns of behavior are definable and undeniable.
In the media reportage there has been repeated reference to the Layton Report from March 2003 with it's 206 recommendations across 26 chapters, some 600+ pages (they're not numbered and I lost count).
Again I acknowledge the inevitable coincidences between my posts and the media coverage when I refer to the ABC TV 7.30 SA report (Friday 12th July 2013) re the St Anns Abuse Issue, and the almost verbatim listing of previous Inquiries, including the Layton Report, as per my posts, and again I urge readers to access that program.
Also on Friday, Education Minister Jennifer Rankine announced the creation of a 'Commissioner for Children and Young People' which was the very first recommendation of the Layton Report, as attached.
I really don't know what to say about the 10 years gone and the current gross public humiliation that it has taken for the Labor Party to decide to follow Recommendation no1 of the Layton Report.
And pardon my cynicism, but I have no faith in any Committee, Inquiry, Commission, or any other official authority established under the current pro-paedophile climate of South Australian politics, under the culture of lie, deny, and cover-up.

The TRB/CSO and SARC Inquiries were conducted in the exact same corrupt way...both deliberately ignored literally everything that compromised their predetermined function, which was to excuse, protect, and cover-up all the horrendous realities around the St Martins Issue and the official reactions to that Issue.
Combined, there has been over 5 years of 'Official Inquiry' into the St Martins Issue and the gross failings of all authorities involved...and parents repeatedly doing submissions, Statutory Declarations, travelling to Adelaide to give testimony and/or attend hearings and meetings, etc...and these 'Authorities' repeatedly lying, denying, ignoring, and/or attacking us parents.
A Critical Point: Referring to Comm Mullighan's statements about how SAPol, etc, would not co-operate with an 'Informal Inquiry' because they would not be protected, we parents have from day one knowingly made ourselves accountable, liable, and even vulnerable by signing our names to Sworn Affidavits (Statutory Declarations), giving sworn testimony and submissions and personal documents to Inquiries, etc...(I'm gonna' have to ask you to please explain again-Ed)... sure...
I/we have put my/our 'version of events', accusations, observations, etc, in an accountable, formal, legal format that has specific provision under law to sanction me/us for any falsehoods...that is, if we have lied in those Sworn affidavits, testimony, etc, we are legally accountable.
It is an extremely serious offense to lie in a sworn document, written or spoken, and yet I/we have been perfectly happy to commit to that legal obligation and accountability...(so if I may...what you're saying is that the fact that you have all been prepared to 'legally sign' your statements, etc, in which you have made multiple direct accusations of abuse and/or cover-up, and yet you haven't been charged for 'Defamation' or 'Libel' or 'Contempt of Court' or even just plain lying, that that proves the veracity of your many allegations...would that be a fair summary-Ed)...absolutely...well put.
I remind readers that it was us parents who organised/forced Flinders Child Protection Services to interview our children at the designated interview room at Mt Gambier Hospital in July/August 2002, and then it was parents again who notified and effectively organised the TRB/CSO hearing (March 2003-November 2004).
And we parents also organised our involvement with Commissioner Ted Mullighan (multiple meetings over two years), and with the support of then MLC Nick Xenophon we organised the SARC Inquiry into the TRB...an Inquiry into an Inquiry...
And that is South Australia right there...Inquiries into Inquiries and no actual action re genuinely protecting children...the agenda has always been and remains one of deliberately making children vulnerable and perpetuating the culture of Child Abuse that defines Adelaide's 'hierarchy'...the patterns of behavior are definable and undeniable.
In the media reportage there has been repeated reference to the Layton Report from March 2003 with it's 206 recommendations across 26 chapters, some 600+ pages (they're not numbered and I lost count).
Again I acknowledge the inevitable coincidences between my posts and the media coverage when I refer to the ABC TV 7.30 SA report (Friday 12th July 2013) re the St Anns Abuse Issue, and the almost verbatim listing of previous Inquiries, including the Layton Report, as per my posts, and again I urge readers to access that program.
Also on Friday, Education Minister Jennifer Rankine announced the creation of a 'Commissioner for Children and Young People' which was the very first recommendation of the Layton Report, as attached.
I really don't know what to say about the 10 years gone and the current gross public humiliation that it has taken for the Labor Party to decide to follow Recommendation no1 of the Layton Report.
And pardon my cynicism, but I have no faith in any Committee, Inquiry, Commission, or any other official authority established under the current pro-paedophile climate of South Australian politics, under the culture of lie, deny, and cover-up.

Wind Turbine Latest: No Emissions, Lots of Omissions
Hello Italy, Romania, Switzerland, Germany, and darkness my old friend...it is cold, dark, wet and windy outside...and the wind might be in the willows, but it is also quietly in the news lately, particularly quiet given the 'Renewables Industry's' propensity for fortnightly saturating the media with falsehoods, propaganda, and manufactured pseudo-science...(yes we're talking to you Simon Marsh...please refer previous posts-Ed)...and then dodging for cover to avoid any accountability.
Just quickly first...it was somewhat inevitable but still very satisfying to hear that, following the DeBelle Inquiry, the 2003 Layton Inquiry (yesterdays post and more to come Tomorrow) would be mentioned repeatedly in the media...but I went there first, nearly a week ago...
Only yesterday (Friday 12th July) this weeks Education Minister Jennifer Rankine announced the creation of a 'Commissioner for Children and Young People', one of the key recommendations of the Layton Report.
Last night ABC TV 7.30 SA program ran a story about St Anns Catholic School and the abuses committed against disabled children by their bus driver in the early eighties. I urge you to access this program on the Interweb, and watch the full interviews with parents involved talking about how they were not alerted for 20 years and then found out by accident, and how they descibe current events as a mirror image of what happened to them, and their reservations about the Federal Royal Commission.
Their story is haunting...in the decades since those abuses occurred the driver was jailed but there has been no Inquiry and no changes to the law and/or Courts as witnessed with the dropping of almost identical charges against a bus driver late in 2011 (previous posts).
I'm listening to Ms Layton on the ABC Radio right now stating that 'the timing is very good given the recent introduction of a National Children's Commissioner' (paraphrase), but also saying;
"I would have liked to see this happen years ago...we are lagging behind, but at least
we're making up ground now".
Talk about having a bet each way...'it should have happened 10 years ago but now is great as well'...but Ms Layton has direct Labor Party affiliations, she's former Labor Premier John Bannon's wife, so she's hardly about to put the boot into them for their abject and deliberate failures.
It has already been observed that, had such a position existed, the current multiple abuses committed by the After School Care Director and gross mishandling of that case (which led to the DeBelle Inquiry) would not have happened; but I digress and I know I'm doing it, but there has just been so many Child Abuse issues going through the media...
Rather than re-hash my position re Turbines, I respectfully direct you to my previous posts about Wind Turbines, the Fascism of the pro-Turbine legislation, pro-Turbine propaganda issues, etc....
I have heard very little through the mainstream media about Turbines in recent weeks. The biggest story was about the 'postponement' of AGL's 'proposed' Turbine project near Broken Hill...Silverton I think...
This story played briefly on the ABC Radio, only once that I heard, and the exact reasons are vague, but it could anything from a ploy to force government's hand to allow more development, provide more subsidies, etc, through to genuine economic considerations in a shrinking economy...I can only theorise, but will research and post...
There are websites and/or monitoring organisations that can provide the output information as per attached The Border Watch article from Wednesday 10th July 2013.
I have not researched these specific numbers, but the fundamental realities remain unchanged...just exactly how much electricity was being produced on the recent freezing cold, still as a millpond, not a breath of wind leading to extensive frosts, etc, nights when demand is greatest (homes, street lighting, etc, on long cold nights)...I don't need to research those figures to know as fact that it was diddly-squat...no wind, no power.
Generation needs to meet demand, not 'let's generate however much the weather allows when the weather allows'...this is wasteful and obviously unreliable, and demands a self-perpetuating reliance on 'back-up generation'...and how much electricity is being generated but not used because generation occurs outside peak demand times?
This reliance on weather creates surges and dips in supply that are unrelated to demand and that subsequently makes the 'cost' of electricity follow...when the wind stops, wholesale price effectively follows the spike in demand from traditional coal generation...it is fairly basic...
But I will try to research those 'penetration' numbers and do a comparison post...I'm not sure how to figure out exactly what it costs South Australians to import the brown coal generated Victorian electricity at these non-generation times, but it is well documented and commentated on that very high electricity prices in SA are partly but directly related to the structures/contracts of export/import that were set in place just before the proliferation of Turbines in SA.
I also note that the article makes no mention of how much electricity was being exported to the Eastern States across these times.
This article changes nothing for me...my position on Turbines remains the same...there are better, cheaper, more reliable, less wasteful ways to generate electricity, eg, solar thermal, geothermal...that must be focused on.

DeBelle Ends: The Layton Report
Hello Peru, China, Malaysia, and Ukraine...welcome...it's a long haul today, so let's get stuck in...
Some instant feedback...no, I am not organising a Charity Boxing Event...it was another Fletcher attempt at humor...seems there are those whom are quite keen to see me square off with certain other local identities and/or 'Celebrities'...they called me a celebrity...
I refer to my previous posts and the current reporting about the Debelle Child Abuse Inquiry, and the repeated empty rhetoric streaming out of Premier Jay Weatherill's office, his Labor government, and various associated authorities, etc, about how bad it is, how unfortunate it is, how it's all going to be ok because we're going to have some more Inquiries.
The DeBelle Inquiry is/was supposedly a Royal Commission, and follows the Statutory Authorities Review Committee Inquiry into the Teachers registration Board and subsequent SARC Report no.54, the Mullighan Inquiry, and the Layton Report...and is full of the same rhetoric as these previous Inquiries as it carefully excuses those whom need to be protected, eg, Premier Weatherill and his senior staff whom have clearly lied to the Commission...'oh, gee whiz, I can't remember'...
Page after page (DeBelle Report) of exquisite investigation of the issue of who sent and/or received the email identifying the Arrest, charging, and/or jailing of the After School Care Director...and nobody can quite remember, but it definitely wasn't to Premier Weatherill, and the hard drives have been deliberately erased (apparently that's official policy - for the exiting Minister to wipe all the details of all cases, etc), and blah, blah, blah...(would I be correct in assuming that you have chosen to replace swearing with blah, blah, blah?-Ed)...very astute, and sort of, but wrong...
These bastards have lied through their teeth to an alleged Royal Commission, and said Commission has gone to great lengths to exonerate them...typical, text-book South Australia...
This same 'gee whiz I can't remember' lie is exactly what Jay Weatherill said on ABC Radio on Monday 1st July following my on-air statements about his specific, repeated involvement in the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up...."I don't recall that case in Mt Gambier"...
I have exchanged contacts with Mr Weatherill's office, and they have forwarded me a copy of the DeBelle Inquiry Edited Report, but have declined my request for Premier Weatherill to 'rectify' his 'mistake' of Monday 1st July by going back on air to acknowledge the realities of the St Martins Issue...apparently Premier Weatherill is maintaining his position that he doesn't "recall".
I note that Mr DeBelle's letter to Governor Kevin Scarce (June 21st 2013) states that Mr DeBelle was already investigating on behalf of Minister Grace Portolesi, but had later been "invested...with the powers of a Royal Commission...", as opposed to our situation where Comm Mullighan was allegedly refused expanded powers to investigate the St Martins Issue officially (previous posts).
And what has happened about these lies to the DeBelle Inquiry?...carefully, thoroughly identified, ratified, and then...cue those tumbleweeds again...absolutely nothing...and there's Liberal Education spokesperson Mr Pisoni bleating about how it's not good enough, blah, blah, blah...and not actually doing anything much...I'm still waiting for a call from Mr Pisoni as per this current Inquiry.
When parents approached him about a person on bail for Child Sexual assault charges working with children at a gym in Adelaide's southern suburbs, Mr Pisoni advised the parents to go in and get photos, an extraordinarily dangerous thing to do that potentially leaves the parents open to legal complications and possibly compromises the case.
It is absolute symptomatic and definitive that the SA Courts allowed this man to be working with children as part of his bail conditions.
And SAPol were, according to Attorney General John Rau, conducting "covert surveillance" of this person but didn't, couldn't, wouldn't see anything...I struggle to believe that this "surveillance" was even happening, particularly given John Rau's public lies that he didn't know the specific Child Pornography charges laid by SAPol against his fellow Labor minister and then Acting Police Minister Bernard Finnigan.
Given the Labor Party control over and subsequent gross manipulation of the TRB/Crown Solicitors hearing into teacher Glyn Dorling, the subsequent SARC Inquiry into the TRB, and the Mullighan Inquiry, I view with absolute cynicism...(a cynic is what an optimist calls a realist-Ed)...the DeBelle Inquiry and resultant Edited Report of Independent Education Inquiry...and you just know that anything that has Independent in it's title is exactly the opposite...that's how the game is played...
I reiterate; Independent Statutory Authorities are labelled as such because that is exactly what they aren't, eg, the TRB, staffed by Education Dept employees and Teacher's Union members; the Police Complaints Authority that has police investigating complaints against police; etc.
The Mullighan Inquiry originally had notorious paedophile associate (and now Magistrate) Bill Morris as it's lead investigator, even with Comm Mullighan's knowledge and approval, until he was hounded off the Inquiry by Child Protection activists...but then was replaced by Police Association president Mark Carroll.
Comm Mulllighan was also reporting to Premier Mike Rann on a monthly basis...senior police official as investigator and reporting to Mike Rann...now that's some kind of Independent...I further re-iterate that Comm Mullighan met us parents numerous times (starting February 2005) and promised to help us, and then spent two years crudely, rudely, aggressively backing away from those promises...and so promises became lies...and not one mention of the St Martins Lutheran School Issue in his final report.
Before all of these Inquiries came the Layton Report, tabled in March 2003. It's full title;

Leading to Recommendation 27 "...updating of the Child Protection Interagency Guidelines...to ensure that all those with statutory responsibilities are aware of their obligations in relation to confidentiality, information sharing and privacy..."...sound familiar...'oh, I didn't notify that person, or they didn't tell me, etc.'
Freak...me...right...out...the ABC Radio News is literally just announcing (4pm) that the Weatherill Labor government is going to introduce "...a Children's Commissioner, a recommendation from the Layton Inquiry from 10 years ago..."...and just one of the many Recommendations that Labor has simply ignored...
until embarrassed and bludgeoned into it by private citizens....(may I?-Ed)...certainly...(bastards-Ed)...what the private citizens...(no, no, Labor et al-Ed)...
Institutionalised Child Abuse in South Australia is a deliberately created reality, not an aberrant unfortunateness...which is now a word to define the Labor excuse for that which they have created and proliferated but by neccesity must deny and reject...(Unfortunateness...I like it-Ed)...
Bottomline - there have been multiple Inquiries, Reviews and Recommendations, etc, over the last decade, and yet here we are half way through 2013 and children are still being systematically abused not protected, eg, children with communication disabilities are completely vulnerable and are not representable in the Courts as victims and/or witnesses...a shrekin' disgrace...

It literally dwarfs the DeBelle Inquiry Report, and therefore I will dedicate a full post to just some of the 26 chapters and 206 Recommendations therein, eg, Chapter 7: Interagency coordination and relationships, which specifically identifies some issues including "key requirements for effective coordination" and "recommendations for improving coordination and governance of the child protection system in South Australia".
Leading to Recommendation 27 "...updating of the Child Protection Interagency Guidelines...to ensure that all those with statutory responsibilities are aware of their obligations in relation to confidentiality, information sharing and privacy..."...sound familiar...'oh, I didn't notify that person, or they didn't tell me, etc.'
Freak...me...right...out...the ABC Radio News is literally just announcing (4pm) that the Weatherill Labor government is going to introduce "...a Children's Commissioner, a recommendation from the Layton Inquiry from 10 years ago..."...and just one of the many Recommendations that Labor has simply ignored...
until embarrassed and bludgeoned into it by private citizens....(may I?-Ed)...certainly...(bastards-Ed)...what the private citizens...(no, no, Labor et al-Ed)...
Institutionalised Child Abuse in South Australia is a deliberately created reality, not an aberrant unfortunateness...which is now a word to define the Labor excuse for that which they have created and proliferated but by neccesity must deny and reject...(Unfortunateness...I like it-Ed)...
Bottomline - there have been multiple Inquiries, Reviews and Recommendations, etc, over the last decade, and yet here we are half way through 2013 and children are still being systematically abused not protected, eg, children with communication disabilities are completely vulnerable and are not representable in the Courts as victims and/or witnesses...a shrekin' disgrace...
