Howdy Latvia, Colombia, Germany and Ukraine, and to y'all else, welcome to TMGI...dead set, I'd actually forgotten for a coupla' days that there is currently a massively important precedent Independent Commission Against Corruption-based Court case running in Mt Gambier...(Member for Mt Gambier Troy Bell's politically motivated, ICAC-based Theft Charges?-Ed)...well ok, yes, there is that, there are actually 2 massively important precedent ICAC-based Court cases, but no I was referring to li'l ol' moi...(oh of course, sorry-Ed)...no need to apologise mate, it's been a while...(and a while to go yet, when's your next hearing dates?-Ed)...in November 2017, but I can't see it happening, for reasons below...
Just Briefly:...regular availees will perhaps recall that when my 'ICAC Trial' was returned to Mt Gambier in February 2016, (my second) Magistrate Teresa Anderson set-down a 'Trial Date' of August 2016, but then moved that to November 2016...(because?-Ed)...because through the hearings in March, April, May, and June (2016) I managed to successfully establish that vast amounts of information had not been provided to me by SAPol (police), the ICAC, and the ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation), and at the June hearing, I successfully argued for, and Her Honour issued, Summons to SAPol, ICAC, and the ABC for this info...and then the August 2016 'Vacated Trial date' was used instead to go through those Summons...we're now at 25(?) hearings, not including 15-20 days of actual 'Trial' dates, of which only 4-5 days have actually been used due to repeated further adjournments, repeated unavailability of witnesses, absence due to illness of SAPol ACB Det Gardner and then Magistrate White, etc, etc...
(And what's with the air quotes thingy, '**', with every mention of 'Trial'?-Ed)...because,
the Court itself keeps referring to specific dates as being the
specific 'Trial', eg, November 2016 and March 2017, but as far as I'm
concerned, I have been on 'Trial' since February 2015 when the first
hearing was held without me having been Summonsed or even Charged...(I've heard that so many times, but it gets none-less ridiculous, particularly in this massively important Precedent Case, and in a context where SAPol Anti-Corruption Branch detectives had already raided your home and therefore clearly know where you are-Ed)...indeed...furthermore, SAPol Prosecution has clearly been constantly re-formulating their case as we go along, trying to nail-down an actual winning formula, and when I've repeatedly destroyed some particular argument/detail/alleged fact, SAPol Prosecutions come back next hearing with modified charges, new documents, etc, as they try to form/re-structure their 'case'...effectively, I have been on 'Trial' since February 2015, with SAPol Prosecutions trying to do exactly that, prosecute me, with spectacular and Epic Failness...
My ICAC Trial Is The Precedent Case:... in numerous ways, namely,
1) this is the first official investigation of a private citizen by SA ICAC, leading to;
2) the first prosecution under the extraordinarily powerful and all-encompassing Section 56 of the SA ICAC Act 2012, and is therefore also;
3) the first prosecution of a private citizen under any section of the (South Australian) Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 2012...
...so let's look at that once again, just for effect...
I am the precedent investigation of a private citizen by SA ICAC, leading to the precedent prosecution of a private citizen by SA ICAC, in the precedent application of the SA ICAC Act 2012, Section 56.
I remind availees that I'm not a lawyer, not a journo, not any sort of 'professional' anything, just one very Large Angry Hippy, and that all that LAH has had to do in defending these ludicrous ICAC Charges, is to stand his ground...(and tell the truth-Ed)...well it's not even that complicated really, because I haven't yet officially answered any questions, other than when I was forced to enter a plea...if 'Truth' is an issue, it's more about the faults and failings and frequent falsehoods in the ICAC/SAPol case that I've managed to use against them so effectively...(I'd say politely brutally, in that you don't swear or threaten or whatevs, but you get in there, right in there-Ed)...cheers...
SAPol Prosecutions:...have made multiple promises to provide swathes of critical documents, but then have failed/refused to do so, even in response to that Summons issued by Magistrate Anderson...critical issues like,
1) how did my case get to SAPol Anti-Corruption Branch from ICAC?
2) where does 'Operation Baritone' come from, SAPol or ICAC?
3) why is a private citizen who hasn't committed an act of 'Corruption', being investigated and
raided, etc, by SAPol Anti-Corruption Branch,
4) who ordered that raid of my home on May 7th/8th 2014?
5) why wasn't I ever actually 'Charged'?,
6) why wasn't I Summonsed to my own 'Trial' start-date in February 2015?,
7) what 'advice' was received and from whom (re Constitutional Law issues) when my 'Trial'
was returned to Mt Gambier in 2016?
8) what is the 'special meeting' of all Attorneys-General required when a 'State' law/trial threatens
to impinge on Federal Constitutional Law, as identified by SAPol Prosecutions Ms Diamandi
during the February 2016 hearing, and has this 'meeting' occurred?
There are many other issues/questions, but that'll do to be going-on with...SAPol's response to the Court Summons was a bundle of gibberish internal emails that address none of the above...the ABC, who have lodged an Affidavit claiming a decade of 'problems' with me, and that I've been banned from the ABC, etc, the ABC's Sydney-based lawyers responded that the Summons was "oppressive" and "fishing for information" and that it was all a bit difficult and would take "20 hours" to find any letters, emails, etc...this 'it's all a bit too difficult really' approach was mimicked by the ICAC, who actually stated that 'it's irrelevant whether or not we actually did an investigation, because that's not what you're charged with, you're charged with identifying a complainant'...(it's irrelevant whether or not the ICAC and Mt Gambier City Council are complicitly lying about an alleged ICAC investigation of MGCC? that's irrelevant is it?-Ed)...apparently...between them the ABC and SA ICAC managed to produce exactly not a single document, not one email, not one letter...(not even the letter the ABC claims to have sent you in January/February 2014 banning you, etc?-Ed)...not even that alleged letter...not one single document between them...it's an absolute joke...
The Office of Public Integrity:...are effectively a 'front door to ICAC', and were only ever a bit-player in the original October 2013 reports/complaints about Mt Gambier City Council's corruption...under cross-examination, OPI claimed to be unaware of 'Operation Baritone' or any other issue/complaint involving me, and agreed that indeed, as I put it to the witness, if they (OPI) received a complaint about a private citizen, they would not forward it to ICAC because that's not their perview, they only deal with Public Officers, Public Servants, Elected Officials, eg, politicians, etc...he was unable to sat exactly what they would do...
ICAC:...was represented at 'Trial' in March 2017 by the Chief Investigator (at the time, 2013/14, now retired), and he also claimed to be unaware of 'Operation Baritone', and/or how my case came to be with ICAC or then to SAPol, etc...he seemed to be completely unaware of my case at all...and when cross-examined by moi, conceded that he had not actually read the 'One Page ICAC Info Sheet' that he and I discussed in October 2013, and that he had 'advised me' on, he hadn't actually read that sheet...(wow-Ed)...oh it gets better...(it always does with you-Ed)...well this OPIIS is supposedly a critical document in the SAPol Prosecution case, supposedly proving that I'd been clearly told what I could and/or couldn't say about ICAC investigating Mt Gambier City Council, etc, and that therefore I knew that I was a heinous and dirty perp...(you bastard!-Ed)...apparently...
So here's SAPol's/ICAC's critical witness, giving evidence to this supposedly critical document, and then he says he hasn't read it before 'advising' me about it's contents, all one page of it...and it was then that I had one of those hushed, still moments when everything slows down, and the question coalesced in my li'l ol' brain-box, 'Mr ICAC Person, have you read that OPIIS now?'...(nooo? don't tell me?-Ed)...oh yeah...(still hadn't read it?-Ed)...still hadn't read it...(so he's the critical witness from ICAC with whom you specifically discussed the OPIIS and Section 56, etc, back in 2013, and he hadn't read it?-Ed)...yep...(and he still hasn't read it now?-Ed)...nope...(but he's SAPol Prosecution's key witness giving critical testimony on their key document/evidence, and they didn't even think to get him to read it, or even ask him if he'd read it?-Ed)...apparently not...(I don't understand, well I mean, I do understand, but...-Ed)...it just doesn't make sense?...(thankyou, yes-Ed)...mmm, it really quite defies belief doesn't it, but there you have it...
Unfortunately, I have to accept that the personnel provided to the Court are the ones who dealt with my case within the Office of Public Integrity, the ICAC, and SAPol, and there's still several witnesses to go, but after cross-examining the witnesses already presented by SAPol Prosecutions, and with reference to those Summons issued to SAPol and ICAC, as above, it has been established by me, that, allegedly;
1) my 'Case' somehow just appeared somewhere undefined within ICAC, without going through
OPI or any other appropriate agency, sometime between October 2013 and February 2014,
but with no date, no identifiable complainant, allegedly no paperwork at all, etc;
2) then, on an unknown date in mid-February 2014, my 'Case' was referred by ICAC Comm
Bruce Lander to SAPol ACB, but there is again allegedly no paperwork at all with either ICAC
or SAPol re this transfer, not even a 'note' in the SAPol Lead Investigator's Case Notes;
3) somehow, somewhere at this time, my 'Case' became SAPol Anti-Corruption Branch
'Operation Baritone', yet allegedly no-one knows who did this or how it happened, there is
again allegedly no paperwork at all identifying whether it came out of ICAC with that
'operational' status and name or whether it was SAPol, etc;
4) someone in SAPol (unidentified) then ordered the May 7th/8th 2014 raid of my home, yet
there is allegedly no paperwork at all re this raid, not even a 'Note' in the Lead Investigators
Case Notes as to who told her to conduct this raid, or when that 'order' was received, etc;
5) meaning that my 'Case' somehow went into ICAC, on an unknown date, then was somehow
referred to SAPol ACB "in mid-February 2014", somehow/somewhere becoming 'Operation
Baritone', at some unknown point and by some unknown hand, and then my house was
raided by SAPol ACB in May 2014, but for all of that, there's allegedly not one single
document involved.
(So, you're suggesting that 'Operation Baritone' just somehow appeared in the SA ICAC, but with no paperwork at all, etc, then just somehow moved to SAPol ACB, again with no paperwork at all, then SAPol ACB came to your home in an Official Raid on May 7th/8th 2014, but yet again there's no paperwork at all to say who ordered that raid, approved it, etc, no paperwork at all for any of that?-Ed)...exactly, apart from one 'Note' from mid-March 2014 about 'reading the blog (TMGI)'...(I'm sorry, but I just don't believe that-Ed)...mate, I wouldn't lie to ya'...(no no, I believe everything you're saying, not least-of-all because it's all on the Court Record, but I simply don't believe that there could be so much official activity from ICAC and SAPol hierarchy and yet there's allegedly not one single document, it's simply not believable-Ed)...indeed, yet this is exactly what we all are supposed to believe...and never forget that Court Summons were issued for that info...

The Weatherill Labor government are running long TV ads spruiking what great work Ray Jay and his merry band of Shiny Men in the Labor Party have done to address South Australia's desperately concerning Energy Crisis...a very long ad, that we're paying for, that's just one long denial of the realities, padded right-out with outright lies...and the ultimate joke is the supposedly clever little Get-out Clause written into that ad...check it out for ya'selves if you can, try something like 'our energy plan sa gov'...whatevs, here's the good oil, 'cos about third sentence in, the woman presenter states that these ludicrous measures will help us, "avoid unnecessary blackouts"...that's right, 'unnecessary blackouts'...(so when the SA Electricity System is collapsing again, like it did completely in September 2016, and the National Regulator cuts us off again, like they did in September 2016, then that's what? a necessary blackout?...and necessary because if they don't cut SA loose we'll drag the other Eastern states down with us!-Ed)...spot on Ed, absolutely spot on...
Whatta' Complete Load Of Shed:...because everything that we've got comin' this Summer, it's all there looming-up ahead of us like a Reality Tsunami, it's just a matter of when it hits...there's already record heatwaves in NSW and Queensland and it's not a month into Spring yet...it is already being reported (from the National Regulator? - AEMO/NEMO/WHATEVS-O) that there are concerns there will be 70 days of Electricity Under-Production/Over-Demand this Summer...it's a very simple equation really, for 2 of the 3 months there will be more demand than there is production capability, guaranteed, and this then guarantees the 'necessity' of strategies like 'Rationing', otherwise politically politely excused as 'Load-Shedding'...and when we suffer through the inevitable Load Shedding/Rationing and/or other 'necessary black-outs', then people die, fact, because the heat kills more people than the cold in Australia, and often for months afterwards as vulnerable people never recover...
And think I'm being a hyperbolic nutter hurling irrelevant and malicious abuse?...take ya' time, play this out for yourselves via the Interweb...with the entire East Coast Grid at risk, South Australia as an entire state may end-up being Load-Shed, that is, cut-off as per September 2016...we as a state are in big trouble, and it will cost hundreds of lives...

And This Is How You Build A Golden Bridge
Howdy to Jordan, Brazil, the UK/Scotland/Ireland, the USofA, Germany, Russia, Costa Rico, Ukraine, China, Saudi Arabia, and to everyone else in the dozens of countries that I haven't mentioned today specifically but do me the distinct pleasure/honour of joining us here on TMGI...(us?-Ed)...well sure, ok, dear availees, Ed is referring to the fact that Ed is not a person...(so you're not a person?-Ed)...ok, Ed is not a separate person, it's all just me what writes this 'ere blog, that's the joke I keep making about a confected literary device, a made-up character who can be utilised to construct opposing discussions and set-up jokes, etc...I stumbled into 'him' by accident, and reckon 'Ed' works really well as a way to cover a lot of conflicting and often very unpleasant ground in ways that are not accusatory (of availees) or too confronting, and to try and be more of a discussion than a lecture...(or worse, preaching-Ed)...well indeed, I'm more than prepared to state that a coupla' specific issues are not up for debate, and do I hang-it on some specific people, but please never ever accuse me of preaching...
Feedback:...cheers for all the recent 'Comments' and/or feedback and/or messages...whilst I might not respond specifically to stuff, please bear with me...(is that all your personal stuff about not wanting to drag others into your shizzle?-Ed)...yeah, that's a big part of it, but please to be expecting dear availees that your stuff will be in the next few posts, for example, it don't take much to get me goin' re the ongoing issues of rank corruption in Grant District Council and the rankly corrupt re-zoning of land owned by then serving GDC Councillor Brenton James, and that extraordinary situation where Cr James went to some-one's home to confront them, then tried to have that person charged, etc, etc...definably corrupt Land Re-zoning with rankly corrupt Nepotism, etc, and all backed-up with Threats and Intimidation, it's Corrupt Local Government 101...(and it's exactly that sort of harassment/intimidation that you're subjected to too!-Ed)...indeed, Mt Gambier City Council has real form when it comes to harassing and threatening me, it's been happening for years now...(and how's that working out for them then, abject disaster every time?-Ed)...every time...and speaking of MGCC corruption...
Laugh I Nearly:...because on Monday I saw a TV ad for Hallmark Jewellers who were doing their fly in/fly out gold buying day thingy that they do, apparently to be held at the CWA Hall in Lawrence St, Mt Gambier...(CWA Hall in Lawrence St? why does that sound so familiar?-Ed)...because it's a muddy hole where a hall used to be before MGCC kicked the Country Women's Assoc out and immediately demolished said beautiful little hall only weeks ago...(and didn't we here at TMGI, didn't we cane that outrageously wasteful process as a corrupt pseudo-contract conceived and executed purely as a way to pour more of your Ratepayer's money into the pockets of MGCC's family/friends/mates/whatevs-Ed)...and then the next day the ad was on again, but now it's at the Library, which Ratepayers also fund...
The Golden Segue:...because in the previous post, I absolutely hammered Mt Gambier City Councillor Mark Lovett...(and quite rightly! absolutely unacceptable behaviour from an elected Public Official, let alone given the circumstances/history behind that 'Incident'!-Ed)...sure, calm down, I ain't apologising or withdrawing or nuthin', I'm just demonstrating 1) my commitment to what's really important, and 2) my genuine capacity for empathy and understanding...I am rabidly furious with Cr Lovett for his inexcusable behaviour, and now I'm going to build him an excuse...(why do I get the feeling that this is going to get very, very ugly?-Ed)...because we've all been here before mate, the truth will be 1) not denied, and 2) incredibly ugly...(go on then, off you go-Ed)...well it's easy really, once you ignore the reprehensibly inappropriate conduct of a serving Councillor in leaving the Chamber to harass and attempt to intimidate and/or threaten a member of the public, an excuse is easy...
If Cr Lovett has acted,
1) in complete ignorance of the history of the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up
and Cr Frank Morello's explicitly complicit role in that cover-up, etc, and;
2) in a genuine belief that others were somehow in some sort of imminent danger.
In this circumstance, if both these things were true, then I would have done exactly the same as Cr Lovett, or something similar...(rubbish, you've never ever postured-up in some-one's face like that, all that angry man, threatening, carry-on shizzle-Ed)..well no, that part of it is down to Cr Lovett's personal conduct and how he chooses to deal with stuff, and you're right, I personally consider it to be unacceptable behaviour that I just don't do...I'd reckon the worst I manage is a good glare at Cr Steve Perryman at Council meetings, in that circumstance I make a point of eye-balling him when he's holding-forth about whatevs...he's usually the only person I even look at for the whole meeting, and in that one circumstance I don't hold back...no apologies...(none needed, indeed, given Stevo's extraordinary pro-paedophile corruption, I'd suggest that you only 'looking at him' is extraordinarily controlled and is just a very small part of exactly what he deserves-Ed)...well quite...but we digress, 'cos as above, if both these conditions were met, then certainly, interposing oneself into that 'situation' would be perfectly appropriate, albeit not in the manner that Cr Lovett did...
So there's ya' bridge, mate, I've built it, now get over it...be the man you apparently think you are, and embrace the magnitude of your ignorance, and then repentantly beg my forgiveness...be man enough to admit that, in your ignorance, you've made a horrendous mistake and that you are genuinely repentant and I'll pass that apology onto the other families whom Frank rankly betrayed whilst Editor of the definably pro-paedophile corrupt The Border Watch newspaper...last post I suggested that you might like to step-up and fulfil the promises, the threats, that you deliberately infer with this ludicrous posturing carry-on, well here's another offer, a better one, step-up and be a man and apologise, own your failure and grow from it...

Is This Why Jack 'The Rat' Snelling Finally Resigned?:...due to recent changes (that I and other parents started pursing 15 years ago re St Martins/Child Protection in SA) re South Australia's appalling Child Protection System, new legislation from 2-3 years ago means that supposedly specialised Child Protection Staff have been interviewing kids re abuse, etc, so that the kids statements can be used in Court instead of the kids having to give evidence in person...whilst I don't believe that this was a genuine move by a rankly pro-paedophile Labor Party, that's the supposed set-up...well it's supposed to be...it is reported that a Child Abuse charge (several charges) have been withdrawn in an Adelaide Court because the relevant Evidentiary Statements are legally inadmissable because the CPS personnel don't have the requisite qualifications...(you're joking mate! this is Labor's supposed response to one of their own recent Royal Commissions, there's been so many I've literally lost track, but you're saying these CPS staff haven't had the proper training to be able to do their job in a way that is legally acceptable when it's the whole point of what they're doing, to be used in Court, of course they have to be trained properly, it's grossly incompetent to not train them!-Ed)...oh it's way better than that, those staff have had the training...(then what's the problem?-Ed)...it is being reported that these accreditations/qualifications were not signed by Health (On Earth) Minister Jack Snelling...is this the final disaster for the disaster-laden camel that is Jack Snelling's tenure as Health Minister?...

Just Bare-Faced Corruption:...when one of Mt Gambier City Council's new four $200,000pa 'Managers', Barbara Cernovskis ran through a list of 'projects/applications' that Council have apparently reviewed re this farcical $40million Fund My Neighbourhood pork-barrelling as announced by Labor 2 months ago...again apologies that I haven't followed this FMN stuff properly, but it does appear from what I witnessed Tuesday that any 'applications' have to go through local Councils for 'approval', because that's how it was being discussed, 'yes we'll support that application, no we won't support that one', etc...whatevs, it's a transparently corrupt $40m bribe, ripe for the official rorting that such schemes are designed to allow, more money for dodgy mates and family members, and some money to a coupla' 'holy cow' causes or applications that supposedly justify all of it...it's a $40m Election Bribe stunt, full stop...
But anyhoos, in that list, up bobs the Old Rail Station...(nooo?-Ed)...oh yeah, not enough time here in this post, but tomorrow, wow...one interesting point, Barbara Cernovskis stated outright that the 'application' was 'not supported by Council because it would cost the requested $100,000 just to remove the Asbestos, and total $500,000 to do a full reno'(paraphrase)...(so Council's committed to specific costings?-Ed)...spot on mate...(even if its a vacuous lie in support of their undisguised agenda, the Rail Lands Retail Agenda, and expanding the Lakes Plaza right across the Rail Lands, including demolishing the beautiful ol' Rail Station Building?-Ed)...again Ed, spot on mate, only $500k and it's done, whack a small Rail Museum, a gallery, the local bus terminus, etc, etc...it's exactly that easy...and they'll never do it...'cos they're crooks...
$200,000 Labor Loan To Mt Gambier RSL:...Labor Minister Kyam Maher was on the ABC South East Radio yet again this morning, self-praising Labor for lobbing chump-change at the money-pit that the Mt Gambier RSL has become...I don't know this situation well enough to be able to say that so-and-so did such-and-such, but it's self-evidently obvious that this grossly over-expensive new building project was grossly mishandled, driving the RSL into un-payable debt...and whilst this 'loan' is clearly just rank pork-barrelling 6 months out from the March 2018 State Election, it was Kyam's comments about this 'loan process' that I found so highly amusing...Kyam lavished praise on MGCC for organising this 'loan', and most particularly the 'fabulous work by Cr Mark Lovett', and 'also Cr Josh Lynagh', indeed it was in reverse order, stating firstly that Cr Lovett was responsible/terrific, then also Cr Lynagh was also responsible/terrific, then MGCC last...(what a corrupt joke!-Ed)...well indeed...

And reckon I'm being a blinkered, paranoid conspiracist by suggesting that this 'assault' either 1) didn't happen or 2) was a set-up or 3) was most likely just a random assault related to people's justifiable hatred for this easily hate-able man, that Tony's then tried to hang-on a SSM supporter...well, it's now 24hrs since this alleged attack, and police are apparently looking into it, but the security camera footage of the alleged assault (on this morning's news's) it's just Tony strollin' down the street...I've already seen 2 'Vote No' advocates suggesting that it was 'Vote Yes' supporters who Bomb-Hoaxed the AFL headquarters yesterday after they (AFL) officially supported the YES campaign wih a large YES sign across their AFL HQ logo sign...(what, so it's some sort of Reverse Psychology attempt from the YES camp to somehow denigrate the No camp?-Ed)...yeah, and the sad reality is that it's just plausible as rancid idealogues on both sides race to the bottom of this ludicrous process...

Treaty vs Reality:...as my mate Kyam Maher was on the ABC news this morning, self-congratulating again about another one of SA Labor Party's rankly offensive Political Stunts aimed squarely at the March 2018 State Election, namely Treaty discussions with Aboriginal people in SA...(wow, there really is no batsardry too low for Labor is there, and from an Aboriginal/Torres Straight Islander man too-Ed)...indeed Ed, if it wasn't offensive enough for Labor to try and politically manipulate Aboriginal people over such a traumatic issue, they send an Aboriginal/TSI man to do it...bottomline, as covered in many previous posts, research it for yourselves dear availees, etc, just exactly what it is and/or isn't what SA Labor have done with regard to Aboriginal people...(like forcing 'Internal Refugees' from Yuendumu in the Northern Territory, camping in the West Parklands of Adelaide (2011) after fleeing the violence in their home community, shoving them on buses and trucking them out to Elizabeth City Centre 25kms away and dumping them there, and done so's that the Parklands wouldn't look untidy during the Fringe Festival-Ed)...exactly, Ed, exactly like that...(what a disgrace, I hang my head in our collective shame-Ed)...at the very core of this stunt is the fundamentally undeniable reality of how Labor have actually treated Aboriginal peoples...what a disgrace...

Dear Oh Dear, Now That Was A Stupid Thing To Do, Wasn't It?

This evening, Tuesday 19th September 2017, as I was leaving the Mt Gambier City Council Full Meeting, I was approached and spoken to by Councillor Frank Morello, right there in the foyer immediately outside the Council Chamber, only metres from the door...Councillor Morello stated that it was about this 'ere blog, then oh-so-politely repeatedly accused me of calling him "a paedophile" here on this 'ere blog, and repeatedly stated "it's defamation"...I'm just immediately putting this on the record, as indeed I did to Council's new $200,000p/a Manager of Whatevs Nick Serle when he and Councillor Mark Lovett came out into the foyer and started eyeballing me from feet away, closely followed by CEO Mark McShane, to whom I also immediately explained what was happening...
This is exactly the sort of shizzle that I regularly have to put-up with, but this is the third such 'incident' in just 3 weeks, with lawyer Bill DeGaris walking 'at' me in Mt Gambier Courthouse, then about 2 weeks ago MGCC CEO Mark McShane walked 'at' me in a public place, smiling and saying, 'how are you going?'...dear availees, please to be understanding of course that this was a deeply disingenuous greeting for the consumption of others present, from a man whom we both know, he and I, that I'm trying to see him gaoled for his part in the rank corruption that defines Mt Gambier City Council...and now this...
Learn From Your Mistakes, Frankly:...just so's there's no confusion about exactly what went down as I left this evening's Full Meeting of the Mt Gambier City Council...right outside the Chamber doors, Cr Frank Morello approached me, engaged me about this blog, The Mount Gambier Independent, and straight-out threatened me with defamation, as I explained it to Nick Serle, Cr Mark Lovett, and Council CEO Mark McShane...not my opinion, not my version of events, Cr Frank Morello walked 'at' me, deliberately intercepting me, and then repeatedly accused me of calling him a paedophile here on TMGI, and repeatedly 'empty-threatened' me with repeated statements that I have defamed him, repeatedly stating "its defamation"...
The Furtive Lurker:...whilst this smacks of deliberately organised bastardry amateurishly acted-out with attempted orchestrated efficiency, whatevs, perhaps Frank just had a massive brain-fade and decided in the moment that this was somehow a good idea, whatevs, it is on the record here on TMGI...and it's on Council's record/Minutes that Cr Morello was already out of the Chamber due to a Conflict of Interest on the previous item, coincidentally the last item before us plebs got booted-out for Council's 'Exclusion Items' about 'Selling Properties To Recover Rates x3'...thusly Frank was already lurking furtively out in the foyer and there were several media and/or Council staff at the Chamber door, in the foyer area, at or just going down the stairs, etc, who witnessed and/or heard him approach me and talk to me...not up for discussion, Frank approached me, walked half in front of me such that I had to half-step around him, whilst saying to me 'can I have a word?'...
For the majority of the rest of the conversation Cr Morello and I were only metres from the Chamber doors and our discussion would have been clearly audible to those in the Chamber, indeed, Manager Nick Serle and Cr Mark Lovett and CEO Mark McShane all came out into the doorway/arch of the Chamber...(it's sort of recessed back a bit, so the actual doorway alcove bit is a coupla' feet across, you can be effectively well outside the actual Chamber door which gets closed during votes/etc/whatevs, but still be barely a foot into the foyer/landing area-Ed)...yeah, cheers Ed, good explanation...
Learn This Mistake Faster, Frankly:...because during this discussion, when I was repeatedly reminding Frank that, in his role as former Editor of The Border Watch, he is 1) personally responsible for covering-up the abuse of my child and dozens of others at St Martins Lutheran School, and therefore 2) contributing to the ongoing abuse of children, and all Frank could summon was shaking his head and saying over and over, "no,no,no,no,no"...(well I for one am totally convinced-Ed)...Ed! mate, where you been?...(mate, been tryin', can't get a word in edge-ways-Ed)...yeah, sorry, I'm steamin', all fueled-up on way too much coffee at exactly the wrong end of the day...(and from that stupid grin, I'd say another fair dose of that Self-Esteem bizzo-Ed)...well Ed, as others increasingly encourage me to do, I do take a certain pride in some things, and that includes how well I conduct myself in these really unpleasant situations...it's not that I don't get angry, but it's not like I'm a donkey on the edge either, it's just a weird calm/angry place where I seem to do my best work...(like in Court with your ICAC stuff?-Ed)...exactly like that...
And the pride is taken in that I don't think that there's anything particularly remarkable about how gentle I am and how relatively calm I do remain in these intense situations, etc, because to me it's just me being me...and better still, no-one can take that away from me, because no-one's ever seen me swear at someone...(well apart from that one time when you royally hung-it on former Member for Mt Gambier Rory McEwen from only feet away, at the Polling Booth that time, remember?-Ed)...remind me...(um, Language Warning, because I believe you opened with a little something like, ummm, 'don't fucking say hello to me you fucking paedophile fuck'-Ed)...yeah, near enough, and End Language Warning, but even then I only ever spoke at normal voice level, and afters, that lady came-up and asked me if I was alright because I looked upset...(and good on her-Ed)...but apart from that one time, I've literally almost never sworn at or shouted at or threatened or tried to threaten and/or intimidate, etc, and never, ever raised my hand to another person, ever...and no-one can take that away from me...even tonight, when these clowns are hangin' their collective stupidity on me, calm as...
But others do occasionally 'congratulate' for lack of a better word, perhaps 'comment on' is better...(that's 2 words sir-Ed)...how calm and focussed I am in these situations, and I did it again tonight, almost like I've been playin' these games so long that it's become second nature...

And even when I stated clearly to both Cr Lovett and Manager Serle (and Frank's departing back) that this was about Frank and St Martins and that Frank had just approached me and threatened 'defamation', etc, even when it was put to him in the moment, Cr Lovett continued this bizarre pseudo-bouncer nonsense, furiously glowering at me and gesturing to the stairs...mate, you know exactly what it's about and you're gunna' stand there and glare at me and try and intimidate me?...and how'd it work out for ya' Mark? big man on campus now? or an international laughing stock?...howdy to availees across the globe...

Emergency Post Update Re Helpmann Theatre Fire Alarm
Dear Availees, I briefly apologise for the delay in addressing the alarm raised (pardon the pun) in that last post, but I've had a bit of a shock yesterday that effectively cost me a day, but I have managed to establish that there was a 'Fire Alarm Incident' at the Sir Robert Helpmann Theatre on Saturday 9th September 2017...
However, the fact that there was an 'Incident' does not strictly confirm the other details about some actual Alarms not working, a Fire Escape door (or even doors plural) being blocked by external scaffolding or something else, or the alleged disorganised and drawn-out evacuation with it's various complications...yes there was an 'Incident', but what I've heard/written about the details remains strictly hearsay until proven otherwise...I personally however, do absolutely believe the veracity of the sources of these specific claims, and therefore believe that the claims themselves, although potentially not 100% accurate in their detail, the claims do relate to actual events and/or actions, etc...
Regardless, that one deeply worrying 'Incident' aside, it's the ongoing concerns about the general Fire Safety and even the actual Structural Integrity of the Helpmann Theatre building that must be immediately addressed, and I therefore re-iterate my calls that the Helpmann Theatre/Civic Centre Complex be effectively quarantined/evacuated/whatevs until all of these deeply concerning issues are investigated thoroughly by the appropriate authorities...(and by 'appropriate authorities' we sure-as-shreck don't mean Mt Gambier City Council and/or anyone officially associated with it, or local Country Arts SA-Ed)...and in the person of Frank 'The Jellyfish That Grew A Spine And Roared Like A Mouse From it's Ivory Tower' Morello we have both...(ah yeah, Frank mate, CASA head honcho and a MGCC Councillor-Ed)...indeed...
It also remains my understanding, as fact, that staffers at or involved with MGCC and/or the Helpmann have been told/threatened to not discuss these Fire Safety issues, clearly indicating,
1) that all concerned who make these decisions were already aware of the issues, and;
2) they have knowingly and willingly acted to cover-up those issues, thusly:
3) willingly and knowingly risking the lives of potentially hundreds of people.
If only half of what I believe to be true has actually happened, eg, these warnings/threats to staff about remaining silent, if that single point is true, then this is an absolute disgrace, even by Mt Gambier City Council's own Lofty Standards of Tardiness and Incompetence...(and it puts my mealy-mouthed mate Frank right in the frame-Ed)...oh absolutely, and it couldn't happen to a nicer guy...but let's not lose sight of the fact that both MGCC and Country Arts SA are responsible here, it's just a happy coincidence that the rankly corrupt pro-paedophile Frank, mate, is jammed right between that particular rock and it's accompanying hard place...
As I understand it, what has been done to the Helpmann Theatre Flytower during these 'renovations' has drastically compromised both the Fire Rating/Safety and the Structural Integrity of the building, and in that context, no-one should be allowed anywhere in that complex...(particularly if there are Fire Alarms not working in some places!-Ed)...exactly, and MGCC has itself stated that there have been allegedly 'unforeseen complications with the Engineering and Load-Bearing issues for the scaffolding, etc, etc', and recently used this 'unforeseen-ness' as part of justifying throwing $400,000 more at the project...
Is it true that MGCC and CSA both are aware of these problems/dangers but have continued to allow both Council staff and members of the public to attend/access the building?...
Again, I can only express my concerns re this situation, and I will put them directly to MGCCouncil and CASA via email...(don't hold ya' breath-Ed)...I won't, I just want it on their record so that they know that people know they know, ya' know?...(fair enough, and it is a genuinely disturbing series of events/possibilities that must be addressed-Ed)...cheers...(and what's about that 'shock' that cost you a day?-Ed)...nah yeah, nearly pranged into a cop car yesterday, 'bout 20 minutes after I'd just finished that post...(well fair dues, but they nearly pranged into you if anything, and ultimately y'all stopped 8-10 feet apart-Ed)...sure, but it was truly unsettling, and left me nauseous and drained with the post-adrenalin rush crash, I was shot for the day...I'd had the double whammy of nearly colliding and then instantaneously realising that it was a cop car...
I was crawling very slowly along in my li'l car, first-gearing it through the very congested Toorak Tractor Canyon that erupts along the road outside a kindergarten just aways up the road from here...at certain times, the smallish street becomes hemmed in by lines of expensive 4WDs (Toorak Tractors) and I'm super-paranoid about kids running out, etc, so when it's busy like this and I have to go that direction, I literally crawl through in first gear...yesterday, another car came whizzing into the end of the street I was headed toward, and went close-by me at maybe 30kph, a lot to be doing in that very constricted space, right next to a kindy...anyhoos, as I neared the corner another car whizzed 'round, causing me to swerve slightly left and jam on the brakes...and it was a cop car...
In Oz we drive on the left...(mostly-Ed)...so with those angles from the driver's seat, etc, that cop car driver person could see my bonnet long before I saw them at all, and they were only travelling at probably 25kph, even less as they 'rounded said corner, and so the cops were clearly not going to hit me, but that's all well and groovy with hindsight 'cos in the moment I had the dual-shock of 1) looking straight-up the bonnet of that cop car thinking I was about to get cleaned-up, and 2) by a cop car...(yay-Ed)...anyhoos, as I say, with the benefit of hindsight I can see that I did over-react a bit, but it genuinely rattled me in the moment, I did the whole 'Adrenalin Rush Rollercoaster' straight to Nausea City, where I remained for the rest of the day...

EMERGENCY POST - FIRE WARNING for Helpmann Theatre
WARNING WARNING WARNING
Dear Availees,
I do not apologise for the tone of this short post, because, if what I understand to have happened recently at the Sir Robert Helpmann Theatre did actually happen, it's an absolute scandal, and a potentially deadly scandal still very much happening as we speak.
Since it was announced, I have heard various concerns about the Helpmann Theatre renovations, but only this week I have been repeatedly ask-informed* about a recent Fire Alarm Incident at the Helpmann Theatre, where-in allegedly, 1) several Fire Alarms did not function, and 2) Fire Escape doors were found to be blocked by scaffolding supports (are still?), and 3) staff/officials initially failed to evacuate correctly, having to be convinced by others present?
(*ask/informed - when someone says, 'hey, did you hear about such-and-such?', but you haven't, so they're informing you about it by asking you about it)
Is this true? Have Mt Gambier City Council and Country Arts SA and Dycer Constructions blocked Fire Escapes in the Helpmann Theatre with scaffolding supports, etc?
Why didn't Fire Alarms sound at the rear of the theatre (dressing rooms, etc)? Have MGCC/CASA/Dycer deliberately disconnected those alarms or is it an accident? Whatevs, at least one but allegedly several Fire Alarms did not work and those people at the rear of the building heard nothing and were entirely unaware of any 'situation' until someone went to fetch them...
It has been put to me that all senior officials involved with MGCC/CASA/Dycer have been aware of at least some of these issues for some time, eg, the rankly pro-paedophile corrupt former The Border Watch Editor Frank 'The Jellyfish That Grew A Spine And Roared Like A Mouse From It's Ivory Tower' Morello, richly rewarded for his Paedophile Corruption by being given the plum job with Country Arts SA...(just another stunning example or the Pro-Paedophile Crew Nepotism that sees rankly inept but rankly corrupt Labor Pro-Paedophile stooges appointed to high-paying positions far beyond anything they're actually qualified for and/or have earned-Ed)...exactly Ed, Frank Morello, the perfect illustration of what any talentless, spineless hack can achieve when prepared to partake of the fruits of the Pro-paedophile Corruption that defines good ol' SA, the Paedophile State...
Frank Morello, CASA Manager at the Helpmann and also a Mt Gambier City Councillor, has apparently been aware of at least some of these issues prior to this 'Incident', eg, that Fire Escape doors are blocked by scaffolding...
And this is the main issue with the rank pro-paedophile corruption that defines Mt Gambier's Politicians/Council/Polite Society, namely, these stooges will lie/cheat/steal/whatevs to get what they want for themselves, and that includes deliberately covering-up anything that might possibly be their responsibility and/or to their own specific detriment, eg, MGCC/CASA/Dycer must be aware of these issues re blocking Fire Escapes yet they've done it apparently...
This corruption leads people to make woefully corrupted decisions, eg, not notify the relevant authorities/patrons/public/whatevs and continue-on as though there's no problem, eg, continue to hold functions in what authorities know to be a potential death-trap, etc...
Human history is littered with such 'disasters'...
Obviously I will try to address this very concerning situation, not least of all because the Helpmann complex now houses MGCC offices and those people are going into work in what appears to be a bonfire waiting to happen...
There are also multiple concerns about the entire integrity of the Helpmann complex now that many tons of 'cladding' have been added to the exterior...(not the same 'cladding' that's under question across the country re it's Fire Vulnerability and that terrible Grenfell Tower fire?-Ed)...not sure, but it's certainly the same structural issue, namely, creating a massive 'flue' up the outside of the building...beyond that, MGCC/Dycer have themselves just cited 'Unforeseen Engineering Complications' in making a massive cost increase on the project, jumping from an alleged $900,000 to over $1.4million...
Even when corruptly stacking Ratepayer's cash into each other's pockets, again, these clowns cite their own incompetence, their own alleged failures to do even the most basic Engineering requisites, their incompetence is their reasonable justification to just take more money...(well it's only not their money to start with-Ed)...indeed Ed, every cent spent is Ratepayer's cash, every bloody cent...
There are also concerns re Fire Safety due to the massive holes punched through the walls and roof/ceiling of the Helpmann building to allow scaffolding, etc...has this completely compromised the 'Fire Integrity' of the entire building?...(what, because they've created a giant chimney riddled with umpteen draft/draw holes to allow maximum Oxygenation of any internal blaze and for any external fire to be sucked into the building?-Ed)...indeed Ed, let's just stop a moment and think about that...
Picture an ol' 44galon drum modified to be a wood burner, because that's almost exactly what has been done to the Helpmann...a potentially highly flammable flue up the outside of the Flytower, and holes punched all through it for excellent aspiration of any fire that does occur, inside or outside...

I do not apologise for the tone of this short post, because, if what I understand to have happened recently at the Sir Robert Helpmann Theatre did actually happen, it's an absolute scandal, and a potentially deadly scandal still very much happening as we speak.
Since it was announced, I have heard various concerns about the Helpmann Theatre renovations, but only this week I have been repeatedly ask-informed* about a recent Fire Alarm Incident at the Helpmann Theatre, where-in allegedly, 1) several Fire Alarms did not function, and 2) Fire Escape doors were found to be blocked by scaffolding supports (are still?), and 3) staff/officials initially failed to evacuate correctly, having to be convinced by others present?
(*ask/informed - when someone says, 'hey, did you hear about such-and-such?', but you haven't, so they're informing you about it by asking you about it)
Is this true? Have Mt Gambier City Council and Country Arts SA and Dycer Constructions blocked Fire Escapes in the Helpmann Theatre with scaffolding supports, etc?
Why didn't Fire Alarms sound at the rear of the theatre (dressing rooms, etc)? Have MGCC/CASA/Dycer deliberately disconnected those alarms or is it an accident? Whatevs, at least one but allegedly several Fire Alarms did not work and those people at the rear of the building heard nothing and were entirely unaware of any 'situation' until someone went to fetch them...
It has been put to me that all senior officials involved with MGCC/CASA/Dycer have been aware of at least some of these issues for some time, eg, the rankly pro-paedophile corrupt former The Border Watch Editor Frank 'The Jellyfish That Grew A Spine And Roared Like A Mouse From It's Ivory Tower' Morello, richly rewarded for his Paedophile Corruption by being given the plum job with Country Arts SA...(just another stunning example or the Pro-Paedophile Crew Nepotism that sees rankly inept but rankly corrupt Labor Pro-Paedophile stooges appointed to high-paying positions far beyond anything they're actually qualified for and/or have earned-Ed)...exactly Ed, Frank Morello, the perfect illustration of what any talentless, spineless hack can achieve when prepared to partake of the fruits of the Pro-paedophile Corruption that defines good ol' SA, the Paedophile State...
Frank Morello, CASA Manager at the Helpmann and also a Mt Gambier City Councillor, has apparently been aware of at least some of these issues prior to this 'Incident', eg, that Fire Escape doors are blocked by scaffolding...
And this is the main issue with the rank pro-paedophile corruption that defines Mt Gambier's Politicians/Council/Polite Society, namely, these stooges will lie/cheat/steal/whatevs to get what they want for themselves, and that includes deliberately covering-up anything that might possibly be their responsibility and/or to their own specific detriment, eg, MGCC/CASA/Dycer must be aware of these issues re blocking Fire Escapes yet they've done it apparently...
This corruption leads people to make woefully corrupted decisions, eg, not notify the relevant authorities/patrons/public/whatevs and continue-on as though there's no problem, eg, continue to hold functions in what authorities know to be a potential death-trap, etc...
Human history is littered with such 'disasters'...
Obviously I will try to address this very concerning situation, not least of all because the Helpmann complex now houses MGCC offices and those people are going into work in what appears to be a bonfire waiting to happen...
There are also multiple concerns about the entire integrity of the Helpmann complex now that many tons of 'cladding' have been added to the exterior...(not the same 'cladding' that's under question across the country re it's Fire Vulnerability and that terrible Grenfell Tower fire?-Ed)...not sure, but it's certainly the same structural issue, namely, creating a massive 'flue' up the outside of the building...beyond that, MGCC/Dycer have themselves just cited 'Unforeseen Engineering Complications' in making a massive cost increase on the project, jumping from an alleged $900,000 to over $1.4million...
Even when corruptly stacking Ratepayer's cash into each other's pockets, again, these clowns cite their own incompetence, their own alleged failures to do even the most basic Engineering requisites, their incompetence is their reasonable justification to just take more money...(well it's only not their money to start with-Ed)...indeed Ed, every cent spent is Ratepayer's cash, every bloody cent...
There are also concerns re Fire Safety due to the massive holes punched through the walls and roof/ceiling of the Helpmann building to allow scaffolding, etc...has this completely compromised the 'Fire Integrity' of the entire building?...(what, because they've created a giant chimney riddled with umpteen draft/draw holes to allow maximum Oxygenation of any internal blaze and for any external fire to be sucked into the building?-Ed)...indeed Ed, let's just stop a moment and think about that...

Dropping Down Some Catching-up

1) These attacks have only further strengthened my position/credibility as being someone worthy of the ire of the Labor government, the ICAC, SAPol (police)...(you've got your own SAPol 'Operation Baritone'-Ed)...well it's either ICAC or SAPol Anti-Corruption Branch, whatevs, but yes, I am indeed the sole subject of 'Operation Baritone'...(wow, you are the subject of your very own 'Operation'-Ed)...yeah, but it's more an indication of the official corruption involved, not a true measure of how 'important' I am as an individual...(yeah, but still, 'Operation Baritone'-Ed)...fair enough, whatevs, all this, what I has labelled the Pro-Paedophile Political Persecution of Nick Fletcher, has given me massive credibility...
2)...this 'credibility' has been further enhanced by the bizarre and ongoing lengthy prosecution, the PPPPofNF if you will, in the Magistrates Court, now well over 2 and a half years...
3)...and the rancidly biased and deliberately derogatory 'reportage' of this stuff by TBW and/or the ABC, that just amply amplifies the seriousness and readily reinforces that credibility...
4) and of course, there's only one thing worse than being talked about...(not being talked about?-Ed)...that's the one, and every time I get reported somewhere, it only broadens the scope and reach of this 'ere blog and/or me...

No Room For Lee Way But The Entire Entirely Corrupt Mt Gambier City Council Must Resign

Hello to y'all in Lebanon, Brazil, Indonesia, and Ukraine, and also to y'all else...and working on the theme of recent posts, here's some more tidying-up of some stuff, and another topic I've been aware of but unable to use/post because of the sensitive nature of the issue and/or it's someone elses stuff...(you mean like that stuff where you don't really want to go near any jazz stuff because of how important it is to Mt Gambier, etc, but people come to you asking about it anyway, as we covered a coupla' posts back and are only fleetingly mentioning again here, for the reasons just mentioned-Ed)...well indeed Ed, but now, as with that, the issue has become public knowledge...(and the issue is?-Ed)...that Mt Gambier Mayor Andrew Lee owes a builder for works already completed, and has been Ordered to pay said builder nearly $70,000...
But First, To Court, Again, Eventually:...because my Court case re my alleged crime of allegedly breaching the undefinable Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 2012, section 56, (a) and/or (b)...(you bastard!-Ed)...apparently...anyhoos, my Trial process, which began in February 2015...(albeit without you actually being Charged or even Summonsed to the hearing-Ed)...indeed, and still waiting for an actual formal explanation from SAPol (police) for these extraordinary failures thanks very much, but anyhoos, starting in February 2015 and plowing-on regardless for 27+ hearing dates, 4 days of 'actual Trial', and 15 whole days of 'Vacated Trial Dates'...(whaaa? 'VTDs'?-Ed)...yeah, dates set-down for further Trial days, eg, the 5 days we were meant to be having in August 2017 that have now been 'vacated' for 4 days in October...(which have now also been 'vacated'?-Ed)...exactly...(but I...it...there's...mate, I don't even know what question to ask-Ed)...let me help you there mate...
Question One:...is why, why have the 5 days set-down in August been 'vacated/abandoned'?...(what about the 4 Trial days from May?-Ed)..well that was the hearing on May 1st 2017 and the stuff where the SAPol Chief Investigator was taken ill until at least August 2017, etc, and then the next week Magistrate White was unwell and the whole shebang was moved to 5 days in August, remember, via that phonecall with that other Magistrate in Adelaide...(sure, but that was May, what's happened now?-Ed)...well, I received another coupla' phone calls on Monday 17th July from the Mt Gambier Courthouse re my case having to be moved again, and could I please pop-by on Wednesday for another Audio/Video link-up hearing with Magistrate White...(and?-Ed)...and from there it gets even more complicated, complicated enough to warrant an entire post to itself...(orrr, no fair-Ed)...ok ok, well the upshot of it is, is that the Trial was moved to 4 days in October 2017, but that's now been moved again already to possibly November...(sorry, is that October or November?-Ed)...yes...(yes?-Ed)...both, it was October and now might be November...(but...-Ed)...tomorrow mate, tomorrow...(gnorrrr-Ed)...alright, alright look, here's the bit from The Border Watch from page 2, Thursday 20th July 2017;

As set-out under the heading IN BRIEF top corner of page 2...(but this is wrong in so many ways-Ed)...what can I tell ya'...(and how the shreck does TBW know what happened in that Court room if they weren't actually present?!-Ed)...well indeed, unless they've somehow again snuck catlike into the otherwise empty room without me noticing...(and then flat-strap cat-flapped it outta' there again!-Ed)...indeed, and then left again, again without me noticing, 'cos the only people in that room were me, the 2 Court security/Sherriffs dudes, and the SAPol Prosecutor I thought had been promoted to SAPol Media Announcer but hasn't...(no?-Ed)...no, apparently two officers with near identical names...(well there you go-Ed)...and that SAPol Prosecutor was sat up the back near the 2 Sherriffs, not actually involved in my hearing at all...Magistrate White was in a Court in Adelaide and I think SAPol Prosecution's Batten was with him, but it was just the four of us down our way...(and that's old news anyway because now those October dates have been 'vacated' and potentially moved to November?-Ed)...you'll be the first to know...moving on...
No Room For Lee Way:...and I immediately apologise for opening with an apology for not being entirely sure what's happening right now with this, but I'm not entirely sure exactly where this is at right now, and I do like to be at least fairly certain, so here goes...my confusion stems from apparently contradictory reporting, again, where-in one instance Mayor Lee himself was on the ABC South East Radio stating that he wouldn't comment because he wanted to 'leave it to the Court to decide', etc, but it looks to be at the same time that elsewhere it was being reported that that Court decision had already just happened...sorry, can't quite nail-down this timeline, and y'all know the problems we all share in looking at 'reporting' and trying to figure out what's true and what's carefully been left-out deliberately, etc, etc...(and again there's no better example than the Mt Gambier media's deeply biased and skewed reporting of your Court case-Ed)...well indeed, but as with that, the overall issue here defines itself...
It is being reported that Mayor Lee has had 'property frozen re an Order by the Court to pay the debt of $68,000 to a Mt Gambier builder'...I've tried briefly to re-establish the timeline of events and reporting, etc, but again it proves incredibly difficult because y'all are dealing with grossly inaccurate and deeply, corruptly 'agendaed' conduct of the mainstream Mt Gambier media, namely, The Border Watch and the ABC South East Radio...TBW is stating that they have exposed this story/issue, and on the ABC SE Radio Mayor Lee refused to comment other than his usual unintelligible drivel about his honesty and how he's gunna' 'let the Courts decide'...(but I thought you just said the Court had decided already, that's the stuff about having the property 'frozen'?-Ed)...indeed, and hence the Order to repay that, and hence my confusion where on one hand it's been apparently decided but Mayor Lee is saying he'll let the Court decide...whatevs, shonky timing of potentially deceitful comments by Mayor Lee, etc, all that aside, it's the conduct itself...
(Is it just me, or do none of these reports mention Mayor Andy's rankly corrupt Winery Purchase as organised during that Ratepayer funded trip to China-Ed)...well spotted Ed, and it's either good ol' TBW carefully editing the news to suit their own and/or Council's agenda, again...(mate, just point-out when TBW doesn't censor and/or edit the news so-as to suit their own wants/needs, that'll be quicker-Ed)...fair point Ed, but it's either that or it's just sloppy reporting...(there is a third option-Ed)...do tell...(well it might be that Council actually has made some sort of report to the SA version of an Independent Commission Against Corruption and therefore the issue has been suppressed because of our ICAC's deeply corrupted secrecy provisions/attitudes/actions, etc, etc-Ed)...well I suppose that that's possible, but it doesn't seem likely, far more likely nothing's happening re that Winery Corruption...(yeah, fair enough-Ed)...
And again, Mt Gambier City Council has stated in their May 2014 Full Meeting and as reported in their Minutes for said meeting, has stated on the Public Record, MGCC has stated on the Public Record that they have been investigated by ICAC and duly exonerated...I have never seen or heard this mentioned anywhere in the Mt Gambier and/or SA and/or national media, not nowhere...(other than here on TMGI-Ed)...well obviously here at TMGI, it was TMGI apparently what done cause all this shenaniganising in the first place...(unless of course there happens to have been 2 parallel but concurrent ICAC investigations of MGCC-Ed)...again, doesn't seem likely...(true, but why would everyone involved ignore such a monumental investigation/outcome-Ed)...perhaps it's got something to do with ICAC's August 2016 response to the Court-Ordered Summons I successfully argued for back in June 2016...(you mean when the ICAC representative stated in Court that 'it's irrelevant whether there's been an investigation or not because you're charged with identifying a person subject of a complaint, not whether there was an investigation or not', etc, etc, all that shizzle-Ed)...indeed Ed, all that, all that shizzle from ICAC, from our ICAC as they went on their way to providing not one single document...(not one?-Ed)...not one document/memo/email/whatevs, arguing that the Summons was "oppressive" and "fishing for information"...(not one document?-Ed)...not one...(wow-Ed)...

In Closing:...2 mornings ago (***weeks ago now), SA Greens leader Mark Parnell was on ABC Radio stating that it would be a great idea for the 'Renewables' obsessed Weatherill/Labor government to whack Solar Panels on the roof of every Housing Trust (Housing SA, public housing) property, because it would greatly reduce energy costs for the low income tenants, and in peak production periods would generate the extra-capacity for feeding-back into the National Grid, etc, which would profit SA because of 'feed-back rebates', etc...(two things, 1) would it generate income for SA via 'rebates', if those Rebates are paid by the state government?-Ed)...mmm, good point...(and 2) didn't we just cover that stuff only a coupla' posts back?-Ed)...indeed we did Ed, and it is surely one heck of a coincidence, but back to your first point, even if it's Zero Net Gain re the Rebates because the state government is funding them, overall there is a profit for SA because Solar Panels supposedly pay for themselves over time, hence no cost to SA, but they will produce 'Saleable Excess Energy'...
It is likely coincidence that such an obviously good idea would be promoted by differing people/groups...(even in such a tight time frame?-Ed)...sure, whatevs, maybe someone on his staff knows someone who reads TMGI and happened to mention it, and they mentioned it to Mark and he unwittingly is quoting this ' ere blog, etc, etc, whatevs...the issue is that the issue itself is self-evidently a great idea that begs the question, why not?...(and further questions like, 'why not already? why not 10 years ago? what cost to SA re Labor's failure to follow their own lunatic obsession with their own Renewables At Any Cost ideology?-Ed)...indeed Ed, many questions about 'why not?', and indeed, why not do it now?...(I thought you said it was because SA Labor is quietly dismantling the Housing Trust?-Ed)...indeed Ed, I do believe that this is happening, but it's for another post another time......

And like the good rats they are, MGCC Councillors are apparently furiously distancing themselves from Mayor Andy...I've heard several recent accounts of what Councillors have been saying re shifting all the blame onto Mayor Lee, and how they (Councillors) have warned people about him and/or have tried to stop him, and 'poor old CEO Mark McShane' who has supposedly also been fooled by alleged Master Manipulator Andy Lee, etc, etc...(what? that's bollocks! McShenanigans is as rankly corrupt as any other stooge on Council, and further more, he was employed to the CEO position because he's corrupt and MGCC needed a fundamentally corrupt person for that position because MGCC needed to engage someone who would willingly continue the relentless rorting/robbery of Ratepayers as overseen/conducted by former CEO Greg Muller!-Ed)...well indeed Ed, indeed...(and these Criticising Councillors, don't suppose any of them have recently been to China on one of the two Ratepayer funded junkets?-Ed)...probably, and/or have just received MGCC contracts for their family and/or friends, etc, etc...

***and that's sort-of where I got to, so's there was more done than I remember, and here's a coupla' quick points about a small town...recently was walking down The Main (street, Commercial St West), and saw a couple walking toward me...as is my gentle way, I moved right to the left...('right to the left?'-Ed)...and as I did, we closed close enough to recognise each other, it was a senior Lutheran couple...his face immediately knotted in displeasure and he became instantly fascinated by the shop displays, staring angrily into the windows, but Mrs Senior Lutheran was smiling at me...we passed with Mr SL glaringly refusing to acknowledge my presence, but Mrs SL said "hello"...(you sexy beast-Ed)...nooo, you idiot, not like that...(no? then whaaa?!-Ed)...like she's a decent person who knows exactly what drives me and why it is I behave the way I do, etc, re the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up...
This was a short, sharp reminder for me that not every Lutheran is a complete shreckin' areshole...Mr SL didn't even have the courage of the conviction of his own bigotry and ignorance, but Mrs SL wasn't at all confronted by me...(one of these people has a guilty conscience, the other doesn't-Ed)...well exactly, and to the extent that one's behaviour has drastically highlighted the other's...this l'il encounter occurred several weeks before I had that other polite reminder about 'head-kicking'...(the one with the ABC person at Troy Bell's recent Court hearing?-ed)...yeah, that one...
In actually closing, I just re-iterate my opening point that the entire Mt Gambier City Council is absolutely complicit in the conduct of it's constituent Members and all senior staff...(particularly when this stuff goes-down in the Council Chambers and involves Tenders, etc-Ed)...well exactly, and right there in the Chamber is where I witness the vast majority of the stuff we bang-on about here on this 'ere blog...the entire Council and all senior staff need to be 'stood-down' pending a formal public investigation conducted by a genuinely independent Auditor, certainly not the shonks that Council currently engage for these transparently fraudulent self-reviews...it's a laughable joke sans any humour...

But First, To Court, Again, Eventually:...because my Court case re my alleged crime of allegedly breaching the undefinable Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 2012, section 56, (a) and/or (b)...(you bastard!-Ed)...apparently...anyhoos, my Trial process, which began in February 2015...(albeit without you actually being Charged or even Summonsed to the hearing-Ed)...indeed, and still waiting for an actual formal explanation from SAPol (police) for these extraordinary failures thanks very much, but anyhoos, starting in February 2015 and plowing-on regardless for 27+ hearing dates, 4 days of 'actual Trial', and 15 whole days of 'Vacated Trial Dates'...(whaaa? 'VTDs'?-Ed)...yeah, dates set-down for further Trial days, eg, the 5 days we were meant to be having in August 2017 that have now been 'vacated' for 4 days in October...(which have now also been 'vacated'?-Ed)...exactly...(but I...it...there's...mate, I don't even know what question to ask-Ed)...let me help you there mate...
Question One:...is why, why have the 5 days set-down in August been 'vacated/abandoned'?...(what about the 4 Trial days from May?-Ed)..well that was the hearing on May 1st 2017 and the stuff where the SAPol Chief Investigator was taken ill until at least August 2017, etc, and then the next week Magistrate White was unwell and the whole shebang was moved to 5 days in August, remember, via that phonecall with that other Magistrate in Adelaide...(sure, but that was May, what's happened now?-Ed)...well, I received another coupla' phone calls on Monday 17th July from the Mt Gambier Courthouse re my case having to be moved again, and could I please pop-by on Wednesday for another Audio/Video link-up hearing with Magistrate White...(and?-Ed)...and from there it gets even more complicated, complicated enough to warrant an entire post to itself...(orrr, no fair-Ed)...ok ok, well the upshot of it is, is that the Trial was moved to 4 days in October 2017, but that's now been moved again already to possibly November...(sorry, is that October or November?-Ed)...yes...(yes?-Ed)...both, it was October and now might be November...(but...-Ed)...tomorrow mate, tomorrow...(gnorrrr-Ed)...alright, alright look, here's the bit from The Border Watch from page 2, Thursday 20th July 2017;

No Room For Lee Way:...and I immediately apologise for opening with an apology for not being entirely sure what's happening right now with this, but I'm not entirely sure exactly where this is at right now, and I do like to be at least fairly certain, so here goes...my confusion stems from apparently contradictory reporting, again, where-in one instance Mayor Lee himself was on the ABC South East Radio stating that he wouldn't comment because he wanted to 'leave it to the Court to decide', etc, but it looks to be at the same time that elsewhere it was being reported that that Court decision had already just happened...sorry, can't quite nail-down this timeline, and y'all know the problems we all share in looking at 'reporting' and trying to figure out what's true and what's carefully been left-out deliberately, etc, etc...(and again there's no better example than the Mt Gambier media's deeply biased and skewed reporting of your Court case-Ed)...well indeed, but as with that, the overall issue here defines itself...
It is being reported that Mayor Lee has had 'property frozen re an Order by the Court to pay the debt of $68,000 to a Mt Gambier builder'...I've tried briefly to re-establish the timeline of events and reporting, etc, but again it proves incredibly difficult because y'all are dealing with grossly inaccurate and deeply, corruptly 'agendaed' conduct of the mainstream Mt Gambier media, namely, The Border Watch and the ABC South East Radio...TBW is stating that they have exposed this story/issue, and on the ABC SE Radio Mayor Lee refused to comment other than his usual unintelligible drivel about his honesty and how he's gunna' 'let the Courts decide'...(but I thought you just said the Court had decided already, that's the stuff about having the property 'frozen'?-Ed)...indeed, and hence the Order to repay that, and hence my confusion where on one hand it's been apparently decided but Mayor Lee is saying he'll let the Court decide...whatevs, shonky timing of potentially deceitful comments by Mayor Lee, etc, all that aside, it's the conduct itself...

And again, Mt Gambier City Council has stated in their May 2014 Full Meeting and as reported in their Minutes for said meeting, has stated on the Public Record, MGCC has stated on the Public Record that they have been investigated by ICAC and duly exonerated...I have never seen or heard this mentioned anywhere in the Mt Gambier and/or SA and/or national media, not nowhere...(other than here on TMGI-Ed)...well obviously here at TMGI, it was TMGI apparently what done cause all this shenaniganising in the first place...(unless of course there happens to have been 2 parallel but concurrent ICAC investigations of MGCC-Ed)...again, doesn't seem likely...(true, but why would everyone involved ignore such a monumental investigation/outcome-Ed)...perhaps it's got something to do with ICAC's August 2016 response to the Court-Ordered Summons I successfully argued for back in June 2016...(you mean when the ICAC representative stated in Court that 'it's irrelevant whether there's been an investigation or not because you're charged with identifying a person subject of a complaint, not whether there was an investigation or not', etc, etc, all that shizzle-Ed)...indeed Ed, all that, all that shizzle from ICAC, from our ICAC as they went on their way to providing not one single document...(not one?-Ed)...not one document/memo/email/whatevs, arguing that the Summons was "oppressive" and "fishing for information"...(not one document?-Ed)...not one...(wow-Ed)...

In Closing:...2 mornings ago (***weeks ago now), SA Greens leader Mark Parnell was on ABC Radio stating that it would be a great idea for the 'Renewables' obsessed Weatherill/Labor government to whack Solar Panels on the roof of every Housing Trust (Housing SA, public housing) property, because it would greatly reduce energy costs for the low income tenants, and in peak production periods would generate the extra-capacity for feeding-back into the National Grid, etc, which would profit SA because of 'feed-back rebates', etc...(two things, 1) would it generate income for SA via 'rebates', if those Rebates are paid by the state government?-Ed)...mmm, good point...(and 2) didn't we just cover that stuff only a coupla' posts back?-Ed)...indeed we did Ed, and it is surely one heck of a coincidence, but back to your first point, even if it's Zero Net Gain re the Rebates because the state government is funding them, overall there is a profit for SA because Solar Panels supposedly pay for themselves over time, hence no cost to SA, but they will produce 'Saleable Excess Energy'...
