Hello China, Japan, Thailand and Turkey and welcome to the blog...and cheers for more feedback...and apologies for very late, rather short post...long day that started early and included the charming news that a local man is to be jailed for the Child Abuse/Pornography case from Tarpeena, and his partner is yet to be convicted, a case where SAPol took a full 2 years to look at the computers/laptops to then realise that it was the couples own toddler in the images...
SAPol left that child in that situation for 2 years...and that was followed later by reports that a primary school teacher in Mt Gambier has been convicted of Child Sexual Abuse offenses, sorry, don't have the details to hand but will get and post...then forgot that it was Council meeting, which took up hours I'd set for bloggin'...and 'ere we are, it's 2200 plus some...damn I'm tired...
Correction: Apologies but apparently it is a Criminal Offense to talk about the Banana Lord, in that a conviction results in a Criminal Record...(that could rule you out of politics, put you on 'watch-lists', create problems if you ever try to travel, be used to leverage further charges with greater penalties, eg Defamation stuff that has gaol time attached, etc-Ed)...well yes, all potentially possible, but the real concern is that it's happening at all...(I was sortta' referring to the Crown Solicitor threatening to gaol you for speaking out about the rank corruption of the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up-Ed)...
Indeed, that's where I erred, in that the threat/reference to "Criminal Liability" re alleged 'defamation against the CSO' was a threat of conviction with record and potentially with gaol attached, but with the Banana Lord stuff it's conviction and record and fine...(just fine-Ed)...a $30,000 just fine...(and what ever did happen with those threats from the CSO from 7+ years ago?-Ed)...I believe I told them that they're corrupt bastards who have been entirely complicit in covering-up the abuse of my child and dozens of others, and in that context that they ought to judiciously sod off...(I believe your believin's-Ed)...all this previously posted...
Feedback: I won't put the whole thing up today, but I was sent (a copy of) a hilarious letter, a letter sent to a regular in this 'ere blog, alleged Professor Simon Chapman, he whom slags off anybody whom in anyway criticises Wind Turbines and their health impacts...and I say hilarious because the letter is the work of, as I understand it, an intelligent civilian but one with no formal training, degrees, etc, (at all? sorry, not sure) in the area of Wind Turbines, but by being knowledgeable about the facts re Turbines, and stating those facts clearly and intelligently to Captain Man Chaps...(you don't like Simon very much do you-Ed)...no, never met the man, but I'm very familiar with his work, and he's an absolute tool...(fair enough-Ed)...
By clearly and precisely stating the truth, El Correspondo served up Capt Simon "I'mon Drugs" ManChaps his own bollocks, on a spinning platter, resplendent in a bed of his own shredded credibility...(I've always enjoyed the edibility of a nice serve of shredded credibility...can do without the Profs bollocks though-Ed)...indeed, we could all do without his particular brand of bollocks...***just in case - that "I'mon Drugs" thingy is just a stupendously purile piece of name-calling, it is not an accusation***...(yes, good point, a quick but genuine disclaimer may well remove the necessity to have to review and re-post later-Ed)...indeed...
Clive And Let Clive: because as Politically Incorrect as Clive Palmer was at times last night on the ABC political panel show Q&A, much of what he said was factually correct...the only issue is whether or not he takes the same positions on issues once he's in the Parliament...I also can't say with any certainty whether his criticisms of China were 1) fueled by his current legal action with a Chinese company, 2) Clive trying to distance himself from his own business history, 2a) potentially to create a politically crowd pleasing faux riff with people he still finds fiscally alluring, 3) just Clive doing a Clive, or 4) a combination of all 3...4...
I used to watch Q&A religiously but now find it a trite and annoying pantomime of opposing political ideologies and rehearsed slogans...I do still try to watch it but find myself increasingly just zoning out and channel-hopping, dozing off even, and thusly I completely missed 'Clive's rant' against the Chinese, but it has been widely reported this morning...and given the way I've unloaded on a coupla' people I'm not really in a position to comment on his "mongrels" statement...
Use Your Words: a bit better Treasurer Joe Hockey, begs his compadre Finance Minister Mattias 'Always Blue' Cormann when he was trotted out yesterday to try and deflect from the fall-out of Smokin' Joe's comments last week about how 'the poor don't have cars'...Mattias kept saying that Mighty Joe 'chose his words poorly'...(and ain't that a very carefully chosen choice of words, albeit an absolute nonsense-Ed)...indeed...
A 'poor choice of words' is to say something stupid and offensive, eg, 'this new Fuel Excise Tax that I'm introducing that I've repeatedly denied is a tax and repeatedly absolutely promised in the 2013 Election campaign that I wouldn't introduce at all, that this new tax won't affect the poor much because even if they do have cars they don't go very far'...(wow, that is a stupid and offensive example, you just think of that?-Ed)...no that's not mine, that's a montaging paraphrase of what Treasurer Joe Hockey has said over the last week...(no?!-Ed)...absolutely, along with the Liberals promises from the 2013 Election of no new taxes, we won't touch pensions, etc, etc......
It's a 'poor choice of words' if you then apologise for the statements and at least attempt to explain yourself a little better...even I apologise if I know I'm wrong and/or cause unintended offense...(as opposed to all of the intended offense?-Ed)...indeed, I have had my moments as I work my way through a series of issues that cause me great distress and concern, eg, the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up, but I still apologise when I'm wrong...(and I've always thought that an intelligent person is immediately capable of 1) admitting error and 2) genuine contrition-Ed)...I concur...
I absolutely agree Ed, but in my own defense I would suggest that the vast majority of offense I cause is by speaking truths that some would rather weren't aired at all...(fair enough-Ed)...anyhoos, when held to account for this extraordinary comments re 'the poor don't have cars', Smokin' Joe didn't apologise for his offensive statements and attempt to re-word, he dug in, repeating the comments and dragging out statistics to support them...for several days...that's not 'a poor choice of words', that's a very poor attitude...it was only at the bitter end that he proffered up an apology that went down like the proverbial lead balloon...

How I Know I Have A Heart, A Brave Heart Even
Hello Aotearoa (New Zealand), Spain, Ukraine, and right here at home in Oz, and zoom in a little closer and it's Mt Gambier...excuse me as I'm still recovering from a fairly average weekend of 'running -into-a-wall'...it's just what happens and that's just the way it is and one gets up again as best one can and away one goes again...(hey, that's what you do-Ed)...yes, thankyou...
There was a long ABC Local Radio interview this morning with a Bravehearts (Child Protection Advocates) representative re Child Protection training for workers, sports volunteers, etc...sorry, but I don't have the energy or temper to go through the whole thing and I'm trying to look at it as an issue better discussed than not, but for me there is always the grinding reality that Mt Gambier ABC are entirely complicit in the St Martins Cover-up and BraveHearts are entirely aware of it, as posted previously, and in that context this entire interview was one long hypocrisy...
Warning- Medical Procedure: and an apology for a sortta' lie about never having any side-effects from Chemotherapy, because ten years ago today I was in the Royal Adelaide Hospital gettin' a hose jabbed into my chest following a series of escalating complications after my first round of Chemo on August 10th 2004...basically, the tumour 'knew' it was under attack and reacted, swelling up and agitating my heart and lungs, causing my left lung to fill with fluid and my legs to swell like tree trunks...and it gets a bit icky from here, so if you're squeamish, look away now...
I was admitted on the 16th August, assessed as being "down to 10% heart capacity" due to the fluid in the pericardial sac (around your heart), and again it was observed to me "How are you walking around still?", and on the 18th underwent a 'drain insertion'...with only a local anaesthetic in the chest, the surgeon pushed a large hollow steel needle between the ribs and into the pericardial sac, and then withdrew it, leaving inserted a thin hose...he then pushed that hose several inches in round to the back of the heart itself, and taped it in place...
So Really Surreal: that this occurred as I and the surgeon watched it on the Ultrasound next to me...when I'd done one the day before they couldn't actually see my heart through all the crap in the sac...(hilarious-Ed)...Dr Ben then proceeded to use a large syringe to suck the bloody gunge outta my chest and squirt it into a bucket, extracting over half a litre there and then, and overnight that drained stayed in and a litre in total was removed...once most of it was manually removed, the heart could pump the rest out and then drain my lungs naturally, and too my legs...give the heart half a chance and it'll get the job done...(sorted-Ed)...
Such Sweet Irony: as Dr Ben explained it to me...the pericardial sac was so chockas with crap, the sac wall was nearly a full inch from the heart rather than millimetres...(never seen one so bad he said-Ed)...which ironically made it a much safer procedure with very little chance of damaging the heart itself...the problem was itself a buffer against further problems...(yep, I reckon that's irony alright-Ed)...I spent that night in the Cardiac Ward and the next afternoon Dr Ben came back, was happy the job was done, and put his hand on my chest and slowly drew out the hose...now that was one weird feeling...
Again I thank all of these people and all those I never met, never will, who's combined efforts saved my life...may I live to be worthy of this great grace and extraordinary good fortune...(well you've still got some livin' to do then yet-Ed)...indeed Ed, indeed...
And if I needed to know what rank corruption looks like, there again today on morning television is New South Wales Labor trough-jockey and professional slug Graeme Richardson...(sorry, trough-jockey?-Ed)...yeah, most NSW politicians are happy to just have a piggy snout in said trough, but our man Richo likes to put a saddle on it and ride it around the room...(giddyup-Ed)...Mr Richardson is widely credited with the Institutionalised Corruption model currently being exposed by the NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption, which is ironically currently putting the Castor Oil through the NSW Liberals....
In the last 12 months 8 Liberal members have either gone to the cross benches or resigned completely, including Premier Barry O'Farrell, and now the Newcastle Mayor Jeff McCloy, he whom was apparently dolling out envelopes turgid with undeclared cash to various Liberals, Mr McCloy has also gone...**(before posting I chose to self-censor 2 paragraphs from right about....here....please excuse the resultant jump to...)**
(That SAPol is completely autonomous and entirely without oversight, restriction, or accountability, which is a basic recipe for absolute corruption-Ed)...indeed, in a system where the SA Police Commissioner (not the Courts) hands out omnipotent anonymous Search Warrants to SAPol officers and the only avenue of redress or appeal is the Police Complaints Authority, itself run by police, then the likelihood of corruption is 100%...a completely closed system that has absolute power and zero accountability...(that's some scary shizzle right there-Ed)...
Particularly if one comes to be in direct conflict with them over, say, a grossly mishandled Child Abuse investigation that to the casual observer looks like SAPol is deliberately engaged in the Cover-up of that abuse...(like you for example-Ed)...well I was going to be a bit more 'metaphorical' about it, but yes, like a parent like me who has been fighting against the Lutherans, the Labor government, their man former local MP Rory McEwen, a completely complicit Liberal Party, the Crown Solicitor, various state authorities, and of course SAPol...
And you know, it'd only be a really, really sad thing if I'd had all this conflict in my life purely of my own construct and/or because I was happily insane, but it's not is it?...this has all happened because of these people, these authorities, our politicians, police, and illustrious civic leaders like Mayors Steve Perryman and Peter Gandolfi, because these people have chosen to help the Lutherans cover-up the abuse of a class of 7-year-old children at St Martins in 2002...(that's beyond sad, that's just wrong-Ed)...
(You know, one could argue that you engage with issues like the Rail Lands Retail Agenda to distract yourself away from the St Martins Cover-up for a while-Ed)...I've thought that myself on occasion Ed...why would I fight so hard for a community that attacks and/or shuns me the way Mt Gambier mostly does?...(ahh that one I can answer...you see the corruption of the St Martins Cover-up in the rank corruption being visited on Mt Gambier by it's civic leaders and elected officials and feel driven to address all of it, coupled with/fueled by the sense of Societal Indeptitudeness that you feel for the fiscal support of the Disability Support Pension and Public Housing-Ed)...

Ironic Or Just Plain Nasty: that the Fuel Gouge Excise Tax Levy thingy that Treasurer Joe Hockey has been furiously defending with comments about poor people not having cars and/or not going very far, a Tax that he now openly acknowledges as such having repeatedly furiously denied it was a Tax or even a Levy...(which is a tax really anyway, isn't it?-Ed)...indeed...that he would make these comments on the 60th anniversary of that wonderful organisation Meals On Wheels...
I spent goodly chunks of my childhood at the Unley Meals On Wheels kitchen when it was run by my grandma (for 30+ years)...we used to help sort the orange juices and then get to drink the 'overdue' ones, help do basic food prep, etc, and occasionally go on deliveries...a volunteer army of generally 'older people' using their own petrol Joe, looking after their fellow citizens Joe, and often people younger than those doing the cooking and driving and delivering...it only recently occurred to me that the crafty ol' girl was getting us to sort the juices, etc, for her with promises of scoffing that which couldn't be given to clients anyway...(clever-Ed)...
My Reputation Proceeds: invariably and unfortunately it is in this context none of it good, in that I am deeply saddened to be the notorious Nick Fletcher when it scuppers my attempts to engage with community groups that are apparently happy even keen to get new members and/or volunteers, except when it's that crazy bastard Nick Fletcher...I've had multiple goes at joining Meals On Wheels and several other organisations in Mt Gambier but can't even get a call-back...
And I know and live with the daily reality that there's a whole raft of people in Mt Gambier who continue to denigrate and vilify me (and other parents specific to the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up) and that's just the way it is...and why I so appreciate the support I do get, cheers...

ASOWSVI Part III - Banana Dramas
Hello and welcome to the blog Romania, Moldova, Ukraine, and the USofA...and another attempt by me to actually finish the stuff about the ludicrous 'new' Tourism work group thingy, and other bizzo ***(please excuse no post yesterday, but I won't actually apologise for a 'hit the wall' kind of day, sleeping probably 18hrs, albeit mostly on the couch...had nothing to contribute to the world other than an angry post that would have only needed re-writing...hence some of this post is heavily expurgated bits from yesterday)***...
Joe Goes to Booboo Town: as our illustrious Treasurer Joe Hockey suddenly decides after days of furiously defending his 'the poor don't have cars' comments, well now he's decided to apologise for his 'poor choice of language', or as it's being reported 'his gaffe'...and we go now live to Bridget and the new TMGI Believometer 3000...hello there Bridget...(yes hi Nick-B)...and how did you go with Joe Hockey's numbers and the Believometer?...
(As expected Nick, when we fed Joe's data into the Believometer it whistled, shook violently for several seconds, then jets of steam shot out in a coupla' places-B)...I didn't realise it ran on steam Bridg...(it doesn't Nick...but we then added Joe's statements about how us poor people don't need to fear that he's out to get us with his Budget-B)...oh yes, and how did that go?...(well at first we couldn't even get the Believometer to accept the data-B)...ahaa, well it's not stupid Bridg...(indeed, so we threatened to pull the plug on it completely, and then scrap it and turn it into dog food cans, and it agreed to co-operate-B)...terrific, and the result?...
(It appeared to gag, then bounced off it's mountings and across the room-B)...very animated Bridg...(yeah, then some more violent shaking, and finally some rivets flew off, it dumped all it's lubricants on the floor, rattled, wheezed, and fell over...I think we've killed it Nick-B)...mmm, some insightful commentary there from the Believometer...thanks Bridg...(nah, it's rooted Nick, back to you in the studio-B)...mmm, yes...certainly food for thought...and coming up, the man who did a quirky thing and put it on the Interwebtube and some people looked at it...
And then last evening I saw Joe make a point of getting into the driver's seat of his government car/his own car/whatevs, clearly in response to all the angry idiots who lambasted him for his bludgeoning hypocrisy about the poor not gettin' very far if they even own a car (seen several versions of this happening but may be one incident from different angles)...he ought to be made to come live without a car in Mt Gambier, Sow Straya's largest Regional city, and see how far he gets...(and make it 'round Christmas/New Years or Easter when there's no bus running on the public holidays-Ed)...ooo you're wicked you are...

In closing...(already?-Ed)...I'd just like to update the Banana Lord stuff...(so we're actually a long way from finished-Ed)...no no, I'll be brief...I've nothing to add other than more confusion...please refer previous posts re the SAPol 'Raid' of my home on 7th/8th May 2014, where 2 Anti-Corruption detectives (from Adelaide) "seized" my laptop as "evidence" for "the DPP" and repeatedly told me that I should "expect to be charged" although they couldn't tell me exactly what with...(something about the posts re the Banana Lord on this 'ere blog-Ed)...indeed...and/or whether or not I can discuss it, etc...
So, they knew who it was writing the blog and where to find me because I put my name to every post, came to my home, took my laptop, and then left...but then I have had to go after these people, Banana Lord and SAPol alike to ask when and/or if I'm going to be charged, etc...and the response from the Banana Lord is that I can phone a friend, family, lawyer, and/or doctor, but I still don't know what it is exactly I've done and nor has the Banana Lord even acknowledged the repeated requests for an explanation/definitions of their own legislation...
Nor has the Banana Lord answered the questions re placing of this matter on the Public Record by Mt Gambier City Council back at their May 2014 meeting, and whether or not that means I can talk about it now, or, even if I'm never charged, does that mean that I'll still never be able to talk about it...(so ludicrous...it's on the public Record but you whom actually created the whole situation and is yet still 'facing charges' cannot talk about it-Ed)...probably not, but I don't even know that for sure, I'm basically just following legal advice to err on the side of caution...(fair enough-Ed)...

Believe Me, Don't Take My Word For It
Howdy y'all and welcome to the blog...very short post mostly about the blog...and to my own credit, I think, I've managed to par back pretty much all of the more abusive stuff off the blog...(ironically, getting to be not doing it's been largely done by doing it off the blog-Ed)...good call, but I best explain...I watch footy on the telly and swear like a sweary bear and get it all 'out there' instead of stuck in here and I do it because it works...furthermore...
Many people have stated unto me, some repeatedly, their concerns that my phones, Interweb, and even my home and/or car would be/are being monitored, recorded, tampered with, bugged, whatevs, either directly by SAPol and/or other state government authorities, either officially or otherwise, or otherwise 'contaminated', and in that context I regularly talk to 'them what is listenin' in' and occasionally drop in an occasional prepared falsehood that could only be known via such monitoring...(ah clever, so if that stuff comes up somewhere you'll know how-ish-Ed)...exactly...
Actually that's not true, well not strictly true...I mean, surely no-one would believe that I'm capable of and/or intelligent enough to be keeping a detailed log of where, when, and via what medium I set the sails on a specific load of shite and pointed it in the direction of the horizon...(sorry, I'm very confused...are you saying that you do or don't deliberately create false trails for those you believe are monitoring your communicationings, etc, in order to trap them into revealing themselves?-Ed)...no-ish...it's more of an example of how manipulative mere words can be...(I'm very confused-Ed)...
I did the same thing back when I faux-outed that gutless tool that left 'Comments' under the pseudonym 'Dick Stretcher'...it's about how just talking about something can create a potential reality...have I deliberately set fact-traps for others to trip?...(I don't know, have you?-Ed)...um, I'm not sure myself anymore...what was the question? nah nah gor' bless gor' bless...but I am trying to make a point...it is very easy to create very realistic falsehoods and I try very hard to not do that, even accidentally...
And I definitely do not make shizzle up...might get things wrong, miss things, etc, but I don't make stuff up...don't need to...the realities I co-exist with everyday require no embellishment nor exaggeration...it is what it is and it nuthin' but a Thang...(well, for what it's worth, I think you've proven quite thoroughly issues like the St Martins Cover-up, the Rail Lands Retail Agenda and associated Mt Gambier City Council shenanigans, and the problems with Wind Turbines, particularly the Fascism of the legislation...and a bunch of other stuff-Ed)...ta...
I'm doing this because as far as I'm concerned it needs to be done and if I prayed I'd pray for the day that I got up and it wasn't there to be done...the ultimate point is that I'm givin' it a bit of a go but I'm just me, it's only me...however, whilst there's always the chance of mistakes, omissions, etc, I try very, very hard and take this blog very, very seriously...are we all on the same page?...(sorted-Ed)...moving on...(not just yet-Ed)...
(I'd like to just make the point that you've been dealing with a raft of crushing personal issues that have fallen as were blows, and suffered the outrageous arrows of public opinion deliberately fueled against you by people like Rory McEwen who are specifically motivated by and complicit in the St Martins Cover-up...and that you have paid for it physically and mentally...and so have your family suffered, particularly your child who had their real father taken away from them by anger, stress, and mental illness-Ed)...cheers Ed...

But apparently I do owe Mr King an apology...(oh do tell-Ed)...because as part of that interview he stated that the HACS Board are volunteers, so's I must acknowledge his apparently altruistic contribution to the HACs...(are you sure that's what he said?-Ed)...yep...(absolutely sure?-Ed)...well he did seem to infer others as in not him...as Presiding Member does that make him technically not part of the Board?...(dunno, doesn't matter anyway, his connections with the Labor Party are hardly reliant on him getting anything for this one position-Ed)...very good point...
And another vacuous speech today from Premier Jay Weatherill about yet another plan, about 'quiet confidence' that Adelaide will have it's place in the world...strewth Ruth...('quiet confidence'...is that just a cheap manipulation to quash opposition or dissent by making it unfashionable to criticise or complain as we all sit back smugly and ignore the walls closing in because we're Adelaide and we know better than all the Economic Data, etc?-Ed)...yes, I believe that's exactly what it means...

Poor Joe: Hockey's getting pilloried and pummelled from pillar to post for his extraordinary comments about how his new Fuel Tax impacts on Strayans...(is that the Tax the Liberals absolutely promised at the September 2013 Election absolutely wouldn't happen?-Ed)...well one of them....there is of course the GP Co-payment, that's a tax being called anything but...(BUDGET CRISIS-Ed)...what the? why yell at me?...(sorry, I thought that's what you're supposed do when someone questions the Class Structured Bastardry of the Federal Budget, squeal/screech/scream about a 'Budget Crisis'-Ed)...fair enough.
Joe's about the only person in Straya who doesn't take issue with his comments that the Fuel Tax won't impact on poor people so much because they don't have cars or if they do, they don't go very far...(I've been listening to that quote all day but it doesn't get any less hilarious, or believable-Ed)...right on brother...it's almost like he doesn't actually know what a poor person is, they're (we're) like some strange novelty that's happening over there somewhere to somebody else...(let me try and help champ-Ed)...no no I got this...

They/we don't go very far because fuel costs a small fortune, and that's on top of insurance, registration, maintenance, etc...cars are very expensive things to own, even a cheap one...but not to be deterred by the widespread criticism of his extraordinary comments, Joe just ploughed on ahead...(well he didn't personally plough, he was chauffeured through a field of ripe plebeians in a specially constructed dual-cab tractor with polished walnut ashtrays-Ed)...well indeed, one doesn't soil ones own hands nor does one want to insult a $100 stogie with a cheap ashtray...(well quite-Ed)...
Anyhoos, onward he ploughed with the justification that "the statistics" support what he's sayin' in that the relatively wealthy spend more on petrol than "poor people", continuing on to explain that the wealthy usually have more than one car therefore their burden is even greater...(because they drive their several cars more often and/or further than el plebos-Ed)...apparently...and thankfully it was put to him, repeatedly, that there are many people in the Western Suburbs of Eastern state's capitals, etc, who rely on their cars to get to their minimum wage jobs many miles away...(in Morning Town?-Ed)...orrr a Seekers reference, how quaint...
But then just when you thought Mighty Joe was on the ropes, that he was flagging, lost for inspiration, he really excelled by pulling out the further justification that this Fuel Tax will be used to pay to improve roads in those areas, therefore the Tax was actually helping those people...(oh bravo, well played sir...take a trite nonsense and turn it into government policy, that's just like so Liberals, yeah?..'we're gunna' fix the roads that you'll no longer be able to afford to drive on'...get that down ya'...beep beep here I come in my BMW limo on this lovely empty road-Ed)...

A Suite Of What Suits Vested Interests
Hello Poland, China, Thailand, and Portugal, and welcome to the blog...and an exciting new concept for the blog, I'm going to critique Public Officials, Policy, Planning, etc...(orrr no fair, I got really excited then at the prospect of something new-Ed)...sorry, and believe me, I wish that I had something new to offer but Mt Gambier City Council just keeps serving up the same ol' same ol'...
(Ah no wait, sorry, I've just read the first draft of this post and now I know what you're on about-Ed)...but I don't do a draft, I just make it up as I go along, change it a bit, leave it 'til the evening, change it a bit more, etc...(you just make it up?-Ed)...well not as in the 'as actually factually accurate as possible' subject matter, but each post basically goes where it does and I try and herd it in the general direction of where I want it to go...bit like herding cats sometimes I can tell you...

Bye Bye Election: coming up in New South Wales as the ruling Liberal Party waves adios to 2 more members to Forced Resignations following revelations in the NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption that they had accepted and obviously not declared cash 'donations' (one of them from Developer and currently Newcastle Mayor Jeff McCloy-Ed)...indeed, and in the context where seeking/accepting said donations is illegal in and of itself, let alone the stuff about not declaring receiving cash, etc, eg, the tax implications of undeclared income...(will they have their assets seized? oh, and what about lying to the ICAC earlier in the week?-Ed)...

Some Not So Polite Self-Justification
Hello Switzerland, Iraq, Spain, and Indonesia...welcome y'all to the blog and just a slightly self-indulgent post today for a change...(oh yeah 'cos nuthin' here's ever about you is it?-Ed)...shut it...and it's very late already and so here we go...***(actually revised, completed, posted today Tuesday 12th August...watched the latest ABC TV Catholic Child Abuse expose and it all went to shizzle...and sorry, got really long so this is sortta' 2 posts in 1 for today/yesterday...cheers)***
Today (*yesterday) the fundamentally farcical 'Safer Greener More Active Travel' grants thingy from the state Transport Dept finally close, grants that could perhaps just be directed to providing a Public Transport service (bus) that operates outside of the current 0900-1715hrs and not at all on weekends and public holidays service...(appropriate public bus services for Sow Straya's largest Regional centre?...that's just crazy talk-Ed)...as opposed to everything else I say?...(fair point-Ed)...
And tomorrow (*today) submissions close for the latest farcical South Australian Child Abuse Royal Commission, close after only 7 days...(so shut it down as fast as you can, business as usual, children are vulnerable prey-Ed)...indeed Ed, Premier Weatherill and his phalanx of pro-Paedophile politicians continue to just bluster their way through cover-up after cover-up, knowing full well that there ain't not no-one going to hold them to account for any of it...and forget the forgettin' Liberals relentless dribblings because they ain't gunna' do squat...
Check out this insidiously manipulated, highly corrupt 'draft' at yoursay.sa.gov.au...please note the vague explanation, 'there's been a few concerns about Child Protection'...('a few concerns'? the Child Protection System is in absolute disarray, albeit quite deliberately-Ed)...and that it constantly refers to 'Children in Care' and/or 'at risk of harm'...(well arguably, in a state clearly run directly by paedophiles for paedophiles, every single child is 'at risk of harm' all of the time-Ed)...good point...(but does that mean they're not going to look at schools, etc?-Ed)...doesn't look like it...
Looks like they'll re-separate the Education Dept away from Families SA and then only look at FSA...(looks like they'll do Sweet FA-Ed)...well quite...just another good ol' Official South Australian Paedophile Cover-up Inquiry that is in itself the main Cover-up...what a sad, sick corrupt State we are...
And Oh My God: serial business-buster Grant King was just on the ABC Radio this (*yesterday) morning bleating about the Weatherill Labor state government's plan to potentially amalgamate the South East's Health Advisory Councils...(why? I thought he'd retired-Ed)...me too but there you go, he's apparently still Presiding Officer for the HAC...it's all bollocks because Weatherill wants to cut costs to benefit Adelaide and so that means even less for those who have least and that means us 'ere in Pigsknuckle, Arkansas, over the Hills and far, far away...
Oh and he's on again (*was) and it's 'all about partnerships at a local level' apparently...(bollocks, Grant King is an employee of the Labor state government and operates the HAC in line with their directions...'local partnerships', bullshit...the HACs replaced the Local Hospital Board-Ed)...what a succinctly scathing synopsis...
And as I'm quietly confident that former Mt Gambier City Council CEO and current Manager Operations (1.0)...(you love that 1.0 bit don't you-Ed)...Greg Muller will be in no hurry to drag me into a Court...(albeit for telling the truth-Ed)...well indeed.. and risk a whole bunch of very, very hostile witnesses looking to relocate some blades from their own backs...(keen to get their own back-Ed)...indeed, keen to Render Unto Caesar, and we all know what happened to him...
Well, in that same context, I believe that Grant King won't be keen to try and attack me the same way he attacked Robe Council and/or it's specific representatives when they dared to officially ask Mr King to explain whereth and/or to whometh goeth all the dosheth that he was distributing as head of the local Regional Development Australia...(deadset?-Ed)...yep, apparently when they asked, Mr King responded with a 5 year long 'defamation action' that outlasted his tenure at RDA...(and ''whometh"? what's that?-Ed)...ah just talking in Legalish, you wouldn't understand...
(And where was that money going and/or where had it already gone?-Ed)...well that's exactly the question that the Court action was designed to stop being answered, but I believe the issue/question was 'was that money going to Mr King's associates?...(well that's a fair question...it's issues of Probity with Public Funds blah, blah, blah-Ed)...I'd like to see the same questions asked of RDA Tourism Person Biddie (Tietz) Shearing re the $140,000 that she handed to the Barn Palais as one of her first acts as RDA TP...(ooo me too, me too-Ed)...

In My Defense: when in December 2012 Stuart Stansfield ran a long interview with former local MP Rory McEwen who constantly praised the Lutherans, then I'm listening to the man at the heart of the St Martins Cover-up, Rory McEwen, who lied to, manipulated, betrayed, attacked and vilified us parents to knowingly help the Lutherans cover-up the abuse of our children, listening to him praising up the Lutherans, in collusion with his good mate Stuart...Stuart who knows full well exactly what has happened at St Martins and Rory's specific role in it...
In My Defense: I don't need anyone's permission to be well peeved with Stuart Stansfield when I ring up, almost in tears (Dec 2012), and his response is to abuse me and to taunt me, to goad me and to laugh at me, to mock me with "you just don't get it do you Nick?"...I re-iterate that it was that conversation that tipped me over the edge and right into this blog that I started about a month later...and I don't see any cops on my doorstep wanting to word me up for threatening anyone, or creating a disturbance, or whatevs...when they do show up, it's all about Bananas...(bloody Bananas-Ed)...moving on...

Don't have a problem with him supporting GN or any other local company, or getting on the Pro-Ranga train, but it's just all a bit glib for me because it's exactly a year now since I fronted Nick at Whoevs' car dealership down here, just prior to the September 2013 election, and he specifically asked me to back off on the St Martins stuff until after the election...and nuthin'...and I've contacted his office several times since and nuthin'...

Every story I hear on the ABC is in a context where I'm banned off talk-back radio, have been threatened with the police just for being at the ABC office, and have the ABC's legal turkeys watching the blog to see if I mention that they are entirely complicit in the St Martins Cover-up, etc, etc...every time they say 'we welcome your calls' who else says to themselves 'unless of course you're Nick Fletcher'?...
In My Defense: when I hear the latest round of trite pro-Council propaganda, or atrocious 'Dorothy-Dixer' interview, or Labor employee presented as objective opinion, eg, Grant King, who was appointed as head of the local Regional Development Australia Board and the Health Advisory Council, at the same time, straight after he destroyed Green Phone with $millions missing...all of this stuff, all of this corruption, to me it's not just annoying or a bit frustrating, it is just a gaping schism revealing the underlying rank, Institutionalised Pro-paedophile Corruption of South Australia
In My Defense: when in December 2012 Stuart Stansfield ran a long interview with former local MP Rory McEwen who constantly praised the Lutherans, then I'm listening to the man at the heart of the St Martins Cover-up, Rory McEwen, who lied to, manipulated, betrayed, attacked and vilified us parents to knowingly help the Lutherans cover-up the abuse of our children, listening to him praising up the Lutherans, in collusion with his good mate Stuart...Stuart who knows full well exactly what has happened at St Martins and Rory's specific role in it...
In My Defense: I don't need anyone's permission to be well peeved with Stuart Stansfield when I ring up, almost in tears (Dec 2012), and his response is to abuse me and to taunt me, to goad me and to laugh at me, to mock me with "you just don't get it do you Nick?"...I re-iterate that it was that conversation that tipped me over the edge and right into this blog that I started about a month later...and I don't see any cops on my doorstep wanting to word me up for threatening anyone, or creating a disturbance, or whatevs...when they do show up, it's all about Bananas...(bloody Bananas-Ed)...moving on...
Just Paraphrasing: some chatter I've heard about the federal Liberals rapidly unravelling plans to re-legalise bigotry, Racism, etc, by removing Section 18C from the legislation, and out front they got their main man George Brandis...(who looks just like the Professor who works with Beaker in The Muppets, only with eyes-Ed)...good call...who went from this thundering cock-up straight into his hilarious and now Interwebbily popular attempts to explain 'meta-data', and 'ISP addresses' re proposed new 'Data Collection Powers'...
All Hail George: for that he spoketh such dross about bigotry and Racism and so ye' draweth he together all of the peoples of the land in the collective kickingeth of his bollocks...in the media there's been several references to the rallying effect that Mr Brandis' comments have had, drawing together otherwise distant if not actually hostile parties, not least of all the Muslim/Palestinian groups with the Jewish/Israeli sectors of the Australian community...of the Australian community...and how we should send him to Gaza 'cos he'd sort that out quick smart 'cos they'd all be united in Hating on Gorgeous George...
Whilst here's nothing funny about any of that it is a valid point that what he said was so extreme it drew others together in ways that have not been achieved elsewhere...
In closing, I know that I tend to be a little blinkered and mildly obsessive with the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up, and at 12 years and counting that ain't likely to change...and don't care what any of them think because as far as I'm concerned all of these people, Rory McEwen, current Mayor Steve Perryman, et al, and Greg Muller and Grant King included, all of these people are by definition part of the Institutionalised Pro-Paedophile Corruption that defines South Australia...
