A big TMGI hello to the Phillipines, Poland, France, and Latvia...continuing straight-on from the last post, please find below the remainder of the 'discussion' had on local 'History/Family Memories web-page thingy, Growing Up In Mt Gambier, as held mostly on Thursday 9th November 2017...just to re-iterate, this 'discussion' followed one the previous evening which was self-evidently and/or unambiguously an attack on me and this 'ere blog, entirely a desperate continuation of Mt Gambier City Council's relentless attacks on me personally as they seek to try and discredit me...Cr Lynagh repeatedly made direct reference to 'a blog', and/or various things said on here, and/or me... any doubt as to whom the discussion was about, was removed when at one point I and this 'ere blog were named...

***and in real time dear availees, deadset, just had a call, and literally as I type this at 1100hrs-ish on Sat'dy 18th November, the little grub is at it again on Growing Up In The Mount, yet again running the MGCC line, operating as a Councillor who thinks that he's gunna' be the next Mayor...you're a sad joke mate, and nobodies fooled by this thinly-veiled Vote For Your Mate Josh political campaign frenzy thingy you're runnin' on Social Media...piss-off back to your own tepid webpage, and re-name it exactly that, Vote Josh For Mayor, 'cos that's what you're doing, and what you did last week in pursuit of that Agenda, on GUITM, when you dragged the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up Pro-paedophile Corruption onto someone else's page, that is a low and vile and reprehensible act and you will reap a rich reward from it...(well that's what they're tellin' 'im anyway-Ed)...sorry?...(well, he's clearly being told from within MGCC that he's gunna' be the next Mayor, or worse-Ed)...sure...(and some people believe that those deals are already done-Ed)...maybe, even probably, yeah...(and hence his atrociously offensive and deeply corrupt behaviour on Social Media, 'cos he thinks he's golden so he thinks he can say/do whatevs he wants-Ed)...fair point... 

But not everyone agrees with that though, do they?...(well no, there are those who are of the opinion that Cr Josh is just a stupid little boy playing at man games-Ed)...indeed...(and that those behind him pushing his Josh For Mayor aspirations, are merely loading him up with their corruption and cowardice and lies, before cuttin' 'im loose-Ed)...well it's clearly MGCC-generated, so obviously it's awash with corruption and cowardice and lies...(well sure, and they're trotting him out like a little pet pig with lipstick and a novelty light-up bowtie, trottin' 'im out to do their grubby bidding-Ed)...for example, openly attacking me, you, and this 'ere blog on GUITM...(exactly, rancidly vile conduct from a reprehensible Councillor who thinks he's gunna' be Mayor, or worse, on behalf of a rankly corrupt Council-Ed)...but not everyone beliefs that Cr Josh will be Mayor, oh no, and I offer another person's observation of Cr Lynagh's conduct, namely, Josh mate, you're the rubber glove MGCC puts on when it wants to grab a big fistful of it's own rancid excretions and start flingin' it at people...not mine, but my how I laughed...haahaahaa...heeheehee...

And what's with the 'or worse' comments?...(mmm, it had occurred to me that li'l Josh's political aspirations may well officially manifest themselves much sooner than Local Government Elections due in November 2018-Ed)...oh gourd, you don't mean?...(yep, the March 2018 State Election mate, as another alleged Independent and/or Labor stooge, whatevs-Ed)...whatevs indeed, the sooner the little creep outs himself the better...***

Park And Stride Today You Idiots:...what has reserved private parking for your Ratepayer-funded car literally right on your workplace doorstep of your special carpark entrance doorway, so's you take literally seconds to get from said car in said carpark to said plush air-conditioned workplace...and by seconds, I mean like 5, 10 tops...and every single cent of it paid for by Ratepayers, your pay, your car, your luxurious offices, your work utilities, your rankly corrupt junkets to China, all of it, every single gourd-damned cent is Ratepayer's money...and on a stormy, windy, wet day like today, even that few seconds would be enough to get half-soaked...(and there's no public transport on weekends or public holidays, etc-Ed)...yeah, all that, but you rankly corrupt clowns tell others to Park and Stride...(it's a sadly disgraceful joke-Ed)...indeed... 

Another sadly disgraceful joke is the abysmal attendance record of some Councillors, eg, the rancidly pro-paedophile corrupt former Mayor Steve Perryman, who literally only shows-up to MGCC Full Meetings when he's trying to fleece Mt Gambier Ratepayers, usually on behalf of his buddies at the Grant District Council, eg, trying to get MGCC to 'just give the GDC $1million for the Airport'...Cr Lynagh's attendance record is only slightly better...(strewth, these clowns are being paid by Ratepayers to de-fraud Ratepayers, the least they could do is show-up!-Ed)...they do Ed, like I said, when it suits them and/or they want something specific... 

Coupla' Points From Last Post:...that I skipped-over because the post was getting really long...
1) Cr Lynagh makes references to 'only one person who attends MGCC meetings'...(that's you!-Ed)...indeed it is, and he criticises people for not attending those meetings to express their concerns as stated on whatevs web-page...it's a farcical bet-every-which-way from MGCC, stating that they are 'expanding on-line options for contacting Council to improve access for people', etc, but then criticising people for using Social Media, whilst also refusing to live stream/Webcast/Podcast/whatevs MGCC meetings...(yeah, but far ahead of that is the cynical hypocrisy of criticising people for not attending MGCC meetings and/or expressing criticism or even just concerns, etc, when Cr Josh knows damn well that the one person who does attend gets relentlessly attacked and abused for his troubles!-Ed)...indeed Ed, it's this well-known vicious vindictiveness of the rankly corrupt Mt Gambier City Council that stops people complaining let-alone attending!...    

As much as I whinge about the lack of attendance, I'm also very careful to acknowledge that specific context where-in people have every right to be 'afraid'...(and are-Ed)...indeed, 'and are', I have had this exact conversation with several business owners, people cannot be blamed for being genuinely concerned about the repercussions/retributions of speaking-out against MGCC's rankly Nepotistic corruption/incompetence/whatevs, because they really do run the risk of destroying their own business...(having it destroyed for them-Ed)...well quite, and/or isolating their families, etc...I've seen it happen to others, I've had those conversations, it's exactly what's being done to me...so when Cr Lynagh makes these criticisms, it is just another rank hypocrisy and gross manipulation from a smug idiot who thinks he's being clever...which brings us to...

2) where-in Cr Josh constantly belittles others comments by feigning ignorance of what's being said, 'I don't understand'...it's a deeply disingenuous deliberate ploy to try to mock and de-legitimise others questions/comments...also, Josh, mate, 3) saying something moronic and offensive and then putting 'haha' after it doesn't fly mate...for example, I refer back to your 'it almost became a witchhunt, haha' comment...you go onto someone else's web-page specifically to denigrate me and this 'ere blog, that initial discussion was 100% an attack on me, a deliberate act of gross desperation on behalf of the rankly corrupt MGCC...so you've openly attacked me, and then had it pulled-down, and then go back on there and try to wave away your outrageously corrupt and self-focussed conduct with a 'haha'...

How many heritage houses have been destroyed due to asbestos contaminion ?

- C - (*name of person*) I suggest u get to know just how reliable your sources are before making any outlandish statements again...

- C - It is not that it is an outlandish statement. It is a missinterpreted and outdated piece of information. It was a plan that was around some years ago before the rail land development was even planned. The current issue is what is happening to the station now with so many buildings being demolished due to lack of maintenance and the exorbitant figure quoted to carry out maintenance. There are a lot of diffrent community groups looking for a building and are willing to do the work themselves to restore the building.
- Josh Lynagh - Well no such thing was said at any meeting, and Council have no such plans to demolish the building, so I'd say "outlandish" fits quite well.

*me...as stated just above, the RLRA is absolutely current, as evidenced by MGCC's multiple refusals to allow people to use the Old Station, including recently blocking/refusing the $100,000 application specifically for Asbestos removal (re the $40million Fund My Neighbourhood grants)...yet again Cr Josh is being deliberately deceitful and very deliberately trying to run the debate off into nonsense and ridicule, whilst carefully ignoring the facts/questions being put to him, eg, 'so many buildings being demolished when people want to use them', including the specific example of the Frew Pk demolition, and Cr Lynagh completely ignores that and goes instead to 'Rail Station demolition is outlandish'...ignoring what he/MGCC don't want to talk about, then using dismissive and belittling language to run the Old Station debate into the realm of hyperbolic absurdity...it ain't "outlandish" Josh, mate, it's exactly what you/MGCC are doing, and you sir, are a liar, a base liar...*

- C (reply to) - Tony Burch And where does the government get the money from Tony - s'pose they print it ?.... no, they take it from us (you, me and busineses) in the form of taxes and other government enforced fees, that if not paid, they will take by force. So it's us who pay, the ratepayers of Mount Gambier "contribute", whether it by by way of rates, taxes or fees, the only difference is to whom it's paid. People who think stuff comes from the government, don't understand - the government produces nothing, it only takes from the taxpayer (persons and business), and while they are in the process of doling it out to THEIR favorite causes, they waste, lose, steal and abuse it, and all that comes back is a pittance of what they take in. Dunno what the percentage in Australia is, but here in the US of money taken in, only 22% is returned to the public, the 78% is consumed by the government (federal, state, local) in "processing and distributing" of the taxpayer "contributions". These are the people we encounter when we "purchase" or use their services, and we find them so customer friendly and efficient, and who treat you with respect as we are actually their bosses and paymaster - they act so appreciative because they know we actually pay their wages - I'm sure everyone would agree that they do treat us their boss and source of funds for their livelihood ... NOT!

*me:...bingo! exactly right...(and if anything, not right enough, because every single cent that exists within the MGCC's or the State or Federal Government's coffers is Taxpayer's money!-Ed)...spot on mate, every State Asset that the rankly corrupt Rann/Weatherill Labor has sold-off is my/your/our money, every single cent received and the many, many dollars lost through incompetence and/or corruption, eg, the more than $1.3billion lost with the rankly corrupted South East Forestry Estate Lease/Sale...every cent of any grant/fine/Council levy/whatevs, every cent is Ratepayers money, which the rankly corrupt MGCC treat as their own personal piggy-bank...* 

Tony Burch nevertheless, State and federal governments have choices about where they spend the money pot. Both have agendas of supporting Art and Culture, both of which are very important components of complex and vibrant societies. Any local government that takes advantage of offers made by the big governments should be commended, not falsely criticised.

And a big ol' TMGI 'howdy pardner' to Armenia, Ireland, Poland, and Ukraine, cheers y'all, and welcome to a very well-earned and quite thoroughly deserved excoriation of Mount Gambier City Council's latest bewilderingly pathetic attempt to deceive the Ratepayers of Mt Gambier, and concurrently to attack me and this 'ere li'l ol' blog, TMGI...and on this occasion they sent-out their latest feeble-minded minion, Councillor Josh Lynagh...(oh dear-Ed)...I know, I know, Cr Lynagh is of course one of the 'new MGCC', which is ironic really given that 'It' still operates exactly as corruptly as every other MGCC I've ever witnessed...

And Dear Google:...yet again I ask that if MGCC and/or Cr Lynagh come a bleatin' to y'all about 'defamation' or whatevs, please read this 'ere post and consider the Unpleasant Truths here-in, and how Cr Lynagh has grossly mis-used a Third Party's website/page...dear Google, whilst what I say may be dripping with vengeance and retribution, it's still merely a response to a public discussion about me in which I and/or this 'ere blog was repeatedly referred to and denigrated, etc, and at one point I and TMGI were named in full, and my response is spot-on accurate and relatively restrained...

This 'I'm concerned for him' shizzle is a deeply disingenuous, attempted-but-failed, thinly-veiled denigration of my Mental Health issues, the vast majority of which I've discussed right here on this 'ere blog which Cr Josh is apparently reading...(they're all reading us mate, they're all availees of this 'ere blog-Ed)...are you sure mate? Obviously I missed the discussion that evening, and MGCC/Cr Lynagh had already contacted GUITM's Administration peeps and had had the entire discussion removed before I go to it, but I've spoken to several peeps who were either in that discussion', or were watching it from 'off-blog', like I was when MGCC/Cr Josh went back for a second go on Thursday morning...and people ain't none-too-pleased with you Cr Josh for your abysmal attempts to distance MGCC from your clearly politicised 'personal opinions'...I'm also aware of Cr Josh's li'l Facebook page, Limestone Coast Community News...(isn't that the one where-in early this year he posted/copied that interstate news story about a huge Mt Gambier Child Abuse 'incident', a posting/copying that resulted directly in people contacting you/me/this 'ere blog to ask WTFN?, that website?-Ed)...that's the one...and what's the 'N' in 'WTFN?'?...('Nick'-Ed)...ah, of course...

I just wanted to clear up some things regarding the old Station building at the Railway Lands.
Yesterday, someone posted here that someone who was apparently at a Council meeting told them that they heard Council were demolishing the building to make way for a carpark. There was then a series of comments about how we should all rally together to save the building.
Anyone who knows how that platform works, knows that even if the building were to be demolished, people would have to drive up steps to get on the platform to park their cars there. So the theory already makes little sense.

The truth is, there are no plans whatsoever for Council to demolish the building, in fact the plans have always been to repair the building (which has been in really bad shape from before Council acquired it) and utilise it in some way. There was talk originally of a cafe, but the Dining Car has since opened there. There has also been discussions about it being an art space. Nothing concrete - except the fact that there are no plans at all to demolish it.
Please also note that while this information is completely correct and direct from Council this post and any comments that may follow are my own personal views and not the views of Council as a whole in any way, shape or form.

*It's me...where to start?...
1) Cr Josh makes a series of outrageously inappropriate comments then has them pulled down then is back only hours later having another go, deliberately trying to make the issue look ridiculous and/or hearsay, followed by more ludicrous statements about driving-up onto the platform...what MGCC did do was buried 30+ carparks under that superfluous and costly platform extension, and have kept the Bay Rd end clear for further carpark re the RLRA;
2) more disingenuous word-weaselling...of course Council doesn't have a 'Public Official Plan' for demolition, but that's exactly what MGCC has planned for the Old Station, because it's in the way of MGCC's ongoing proposed massive Retail/Commercial expansion onto the Rail Lands, which I call the Rail Lands Retail Agenda...just look at what MGCC has and/or hasn't done on that site, the RLRA is an Undeniable Reality that Cr Lynagh has had explained to him but deceitfully feigns ignorance of...
3) MGCC have refused/blocked several attempts to repair/renovate/utilise the Old Station, eg, recently blocking a $100,000 Fund My Neighbourhood grant application specifically for removing all the Asbestos in the entire building; refusing community groups/cafes/whatevs; and of course the notorious Bus Terminus corruption debasco (debacle/fiasco), another classic Rort-riddled Fib-fest from the rankly corrupt MGCC...

4) I have never seen or heard MGCC present any 'plan to repair' the iconic Old Rail Station...this is self-evidently an outright lie, proven by the current state of the building due to MGCC's huge expenditure across the site on everything else but that, and I challenge MGCC and/or their agent Cr Josh to produce this 'plan'...this is Cr J outsmarting himself with his own attempted slyness...on one hand, it's a fact that demolition ain't happening because there's no actual physical 'plan', but then it's a fact that 'repairs' are planned but there's no actual physical 'plan'...(geez, you get right in there don't ya'?-Ed)...like I said mate, don't play weasel-word bastard games with ManWeazel Uber-Bastard!...(fair enough-Ed)... 
5) MGCC organised the current cafe, refused it going in the Old Station, instead forcing it right down the far end away from the Old Station, in a shreckin' shipping container!...Cr Josh knows this...
6) there have been very specific 'Art plans', as covered later in 'Comments'...yet again Cr Lynagh is deceitfully feigning ignorance...(but the 'no demolition plan' is 'concrete'?-Ed)...well exactly...
7) this last paragraph is just a joke, this entire 'episode' is a MGCC Councillor deceitfully running the MGCC's deeply corrupted RLRA, every single word of it is MGCC...*  

- Someone's Comment - "It would still be great as a cafe/restaurant with live music and outdoor tables, fairy lights etc even as a venue , it's not that big but people would use it for events and parties."

Josh Lynagh There is currently a cafe there already, and I think the area is fairly simple to set up for live music events as we've seen in the past.

Personally, I'd love to see something a little more related to art or history happen with the building..

- C - Sounds lovely (*name removed*), there have been functions as you described without using the Railway building & there are 3 coming up as pre Christmas events, so organisers have been able to create that atmosphere around the building with the fairy lights etc. without actually having to go into the building.

- C -  art and history could be combined very nicley in the old station and would fit well with the building. It would also be nice to see the roundhouse incorporated into telling the story/history of the rail lands as it is 1 of only 2 left in SA. I am certain a couple of community groups could combine together to organize art and history at the station.

*me again...this is absolute bollocks from MGCC/Cr Josh, he knows damn well that MGCC has repeatedly blocked attempts to have 'art or history happen' in the Old Station, as explained by the very next 'Commentor'...*

- C - When the council called for expressions of interest for use of the old railway station a local comunity group put in a well thought out proposal for a cafe/gallery/history display to service both the local community and vistors to our area. When this group was invited to meet with council sub committee they were informed that "the goal posts had been changed" and the council no longer wished to have anything permanent in the station but were looking to try "pop up" events/shops. To this date I have been informed by a councillor that the inside of the station has mostly used just for storage and that no major maintenance has been carried out. General maintenance to the exterior of the building would not only preserve the Building but would enchance the looks of the whole platform area. The group who put forward the proposal would have been prepared to invest in the maintenance and refurbishment of the building however short term "pop up" shops would not invest in the long term maintenance. Using the station as a storage shed will also not raise any revenue for maintenance.

*me...here's a brief explanation of exactly how deceitfully MGCC have conducted themselves in refusing to allow anyone to use the Old Station, from one of those involved...*

Josh Lynagh - We were almost at the witch-hunt phase of it, haha. At full Council meetings, there's usually one person there. Maybe twice a year we will have someone else. Standing Committee meetings, I don't believe I've ever seen a member of the public at. I'd love to see people who clearly have an interest in what Council does based on their constant Facebook criticism, to have the Council experience and get more of an idea how things work. I found it a little challenging when I first started going, but it's quite interesting, and definitely helps your case when speaking publicly on issues :)

The Pork-Barrelling Trough Of Taxpayer's Money:...as finalists have been announced, apparently, for the $40million Fund My Neighbourhood, with $20million to be doled-out now, and then another $20m 'early' next year...and in another exemplary 'Dorothy Dixer' ABC South East Radio interview, Labor's Russell Wortley was spruiking this massive Pre-Election Bribe or PBTOTM, whatevs, this irrefutably transparent piece of self-interested Political Stunting...(pah!-Ed)...and there's the weasel-words about how these 1600 'projects' had to be "sponsored"...(where-in 'sponsored' means 'approved by Council'-Ed)...exactly, and that's why it is that, of the '250 finalists' who we are being encouraged to support via the 'important community-based voting', etc, something like 25 projects 'sponsored' for a share, up to $150,000 per 'project', with a local funding pool of $750k due to population, etc...a few examples were sport clubs like West (I think) Gambier, Casadio Pk Lights, improved (more?) bike tracks and/or 'bmx track', and/or 'a fitness track', 'seating in Wehl St Theatre', etc...

And that, of course, is the official statement from Mt Gambier City Council as self-evidently taken from their own Minutes on their own website, and it was still there last time I checked...(and that says 'Motions Without Notice'-Ed)...yeah?...(well I thought ya' said that they kicked you out under the Exclusion of Public stuff before this was discussed?-Ed)...ummm, reckon that was the stuff about Councillor Ian Von Stanke coming to my house with a threatening 'defamation' letter in April 2011, and when CEO Mark McShane finally dismissed that outrageous conduct, they kicked me out before tabling that and then reporting it in The Border Watch the next day/day after/whatevs, which is where/how I found out...(mmm, whatevs, still seems that MGCC runs an awful lot of critical stuff under Motions Without Notice, this ICAC stuff for example-Ed)...because then it's not on the Agenda, which has to be published on the Monday for the Tuesday evening Full Council Meeting, so it keeps matters away from prying eyes until the very last moment, right in the Meeting...

(Whatta' ya' mean "keeps matters away from prying eyes"?! mate, it's a shreckin' Public Meeting where-in Publicly elected and funded Public Officials discuss how they're gunna' spend Ratepayers/The Publics damn money, what they the shreckin' Council demand be paid!...and beyond that-Ed)...I know, I'm the only one who goes anyway...(exactly! you're usually the only Public in attendance anyway, so who's hiding what from whom and for what reason?-Ed)...just sayin', I've watched far too many critical issues not appear in the Agenda, nor on occasion even be mentioned in the Full Meeting under that section for MWNs at the beginning, this happens so often as to be self-obviously a strategy not a tardiness...

I mean to say, 1) the entire Council investigated by the Independent Commission Against Corruption, and then 2) duly exonerated, which proves conclusively that 3) Nick Fletcher must be wrong about everything that he's flung at MGCC-Ed)...and your point?...(I said, each of these is stand-alone a huge story, and combine the '1)', the alleged precedent investigation of a Council by SA ICAC, with the '2)', the exoneration, that's huge mate-Ed)...fair enough...(and then '3)', why hasn't MGCC and/or TBW, who operate in tandom, why haven't they used this 'Official ICAC Exoneration' to shutdown this 'ere blog?-Ed)...'cos, as we discussed just recently, this OICACE is so fundamentally hollow that all they need to do is rub it up against some prick...(like you-Ed)...like me, and it's gunna' go POP!...(that is such a beautiful metaphor, 'so hollow, if you rub it up against some prick it pops!-Ed)...well indeed, but the blunt reality is, that this ICAC Exoneration is so unreliable, so precarious, so hollow, that it can't even be used for it's carefully designed purpose...

I remind availees that ICAC responded to that Court-Ordered Summons for Information, in Court in August 2016, that my claims re this pseudo-investigation were irrelevent, stating via Videolink from Adelaide that 'it's irrelevant whether we've done an investigation or not because Mr Fletcher is charged with talking about a person subject to a complaint, not with talking about that investigation'...this is my paraphrasing that's damn near a quote, but it's the best I can manage 'cos I have requested these transcripts many, many times, and I'm still waiting...  

And here also are the responses/denials from Labor's Deputy PM (soon to be PM) Julia Gillard, former Labor SA Premier Mike Rann, and current Labor Premier Jay Weatherill...(now that's what I call 'Laboring-the-point'-Ed)...nice...regular availees will know these documents also, and that us parents had met Commissioner Mullighan several times before and after these refusals to 'expand his terms of reference'...(but that's bollocks! he was a shreckin' Commissioner with all the associated powers, and parents had already provided reams of documents, officially met him at his office, met with him again down here, etc, he was already officially investigating-Ed)...yeah, that's why I describe these Rann/Weatherill letters as 'closing-down Mullighan's Inquiry into the St Martins Cover-up, an Inquiry clearly already well under way'...I gave-up on Comm Mullighan after about a year of more promises, no action, etc, etc, but other parents met with him several more times...

I further remind availees, as evidenced below, that these later parent/Mullighan meetings here in Mt Gambier (after the 2 initial ones in Adelaide in February 2005) were conducted at Bill DeGaris's Chambers with Billy-boy in attendance, least-ways, he was at the 2 Mullighan meetings I went to...I think the eventual and complete lack of action from Comm Mullighan says everything about his motivations and his conduct...conduct where promises all become lies, conduct where promises all go to die...but whatevs, even if these clowns were in collusion, even if these letters are effectively lies in a long series of letters that are lies, they still say what they say, 'you cannot investigate what you're already investigating'...

Peter Gandolfi Is Responsible For South East Forestry Sale:...(ooo, I love these ones-Ed)...what 'ones'?...(you know, these ones where you make boisterously outrageous accusations at peoples-Ed)...that's not an accusation, it's a statement of fact mate!...(yeah yeah, let me finish-Ed)...and I can and will draw a very short, sharp line directly from my mate Peter to the SEFS...(absolutely, that's what I'm saying, you'll make an otherwise extraordinary 'allegation'-Ed)...they're not allegations mate! they're facts! how many times I gotta' say it?...(I know! that's what I'm saying! you sling apparently ludicrous statements about, and then calmly rationalise it all with irrefutable facts-Ed)...well yes, that is what we pride ourselves on here at TMGI, it is a bit of a thing that we do, or at least try to do...(so to the facts then?-Ed)...sure, oh, and I forgot to mention, when we head down that short, sharp line,  we'll be passing right through the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up and Mr Gandolfi's explicitly complicit duplicity in that...(well yay-Ed)...

I know I've covered this before, but every time one of these rankly corrupt clowns bobs-up, I'm havin' a good ol' slap at 'em...it was in February 2006, I went with another St Martin's father, to the then Liberal Campaign Office in Ferrers St, here in Mt Gambier, to meet said Liberal candidate for the looming March 2006 South Australian State Election, Mr Peter Gandolfi, and also his senior Liberal colleague MLC David Ridgway (Member of Legislative Council, SA's Upper House)...this meeting lasted just on/over an hour, and was almost exclusively about the St Martins Cover-up, including us parents providing multiple documents, and carefully explaining the leading role in the St Martins Cover-up of the then current and supposedly Independent Member for Mt Gambier (and Labor Minister), Rory McEwen...in that meeting, we handed the Liberals, Gandolfi and Ridgway et al, we handed them Rory's political head on a shreckin' platter, we even explained how they could use this stuff...(well don't keep us all in suspense, what happened?-Ed)...you know what happened! shreckin' nothing, not a word...

Of course, the rankly corrupt pro-paedophile Labor Minister/Stooge Rory McEwen won that 2006 election, ensuring the rankly corrupt pro-paedophile Rann/Weatherill Labor government retained power, leading eventually but directly to the SEFS or 3-Rotation Lease being implemented, after good ol' Rory suggested it...even Rory briefly apologised for what he acknowledged was originally his idea, the 3-Rotations Lease, before changing tack and now denying any responsibility...and equally of course, the Liberals have stated outright that they would never do/have done the Sale/Lease at all...(so let's see if I've got this right, you're saying that Peter Gandolfi is responsible for the SEFE because he, Peter, maaate, knowingly and willingly engaged in the St Martins Cover-up?-Ed)...yes and yes...(which allowed Rory McEwen a virtually unchallenged run?-Ed)...well, a run certainly unencumbered by the realities of his rank corruption as a key player in the St Martins Cover-up...

(But you're also stating, and/or asking us to believe, that the Liberals wouldn't have done the Lease/Sale if they'd got in in 2006 and/or 2010?-Ed)...not asking anyone to believe anything, it is a fact that that's exactly what the Liberals said then and repeatedly since...as with all this stuff, peel back the smoke and mirrors, ditch the red herrings, and there it is...it's a fact 1) that I (we) personally explained the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up and Rory McEwen's rank pro-paedophile corruption to Pete, mate...(maaate-Ed)...and my other mate, Dave...(Daaave, I mean maaate-Ed)...and provided them a stack of documents, etc...then 2) despite being in receipt of this damning information and documentation that would have destroyed Rory's election hopes, neither Pete nor Dave uttered one single word from there-on-in...next thing I heard was when Dave mate...(maaate, no I mean Daa...no wait, maa...hang-on a sec-Ed)...never mind...Davo stood-up in Parliament in late 2007 re us parents' attempts to get an Inquiry into the Teachers Registration Board, and he said 'we've been looking at this for quite some time'...(lookin' at it, but not actually doing anything?-Ed)...well unless of course you count the Liberals complicit silence on the St Martins Cover-up as being a 'thing'...

Fact Three:...Rory won, and Labor was returned with his support...4) Rory originally admitted the Forestry Lease was his idea, and of course 5) Labor then won again in 2010, using the same pseudo-Independent/Labor-stooge candidate tactics they had with Rory, and then sold-off the South East Forestry Estate for at least $1.3billion less than it was worth...and of course it's absolutely true that Davo waited 18 months from that original meeting to then suddenly weigh-into the debate, and then a debate only being conducted off the back of what we parents had organised to get Nick Xenophon to raise in Parliament...(so, not one word from February 2006 until late 2007, then when the issue is forced right in front of him in Parliament by you parents, via Nick Xenophon, then he's all 'oh yeah, we know all about that stuff', but afterwards again it's nuthin'?-Ed)...spot on...(good work Dave, Labor Premiers Mike Rann and Jay Weatherill must be so grateful to you for your unwavering support with the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up-Ed)...yeah, top work Dave, mate...          

Alright look, admittedly, there is a mild degree of facetiousness in my pagey-rage about this stuff, but it's a very plausible and realistic scenario based on a raft of deeply unpleasant facts...but yeah sure, there's a second raft of ifs, buts, and/or maybes that could have potentially affected the outcome of the March 2006 Election...(for example, rancidly corrupt pro-paedophile betrayer Martin Hamilton-Smith-Ed)...a perfect example Ed, the rancidly corrupt pro-paedophile betrayer Martin Hamilton-Smith, former Liberal leader and Liberal's 2014 State Election endorsed candidate, then elected Member, before betraying everyone who voted for him by crossing the floor straight into a Labor Ministry position...(he could have done that in 2006?-Ed)...exactly...you, Marty mate, you are a bloody disgrace...remember me Marty, mate, 'cos I sure-as-shreck remember you...remember, mate, when you, I and Mitch Williams had our long chat about the St Martins Cover-up? in the Mt Gambier Library carpark? aways back when you were Liberal leader? ringin' any bells for ya', mate?...

SARC On This, Mate:...because when I was granted this precious pre-soiree pow-wow with Rob, mate, it didn't go well...(well I'd suggest that the fact that you can walk into that situation, 1) good on ya', particularly with the Agrophobia stuff-Ed)...well that was part of why I wanted now instead of later, but I wasn't gunna' tell them that!...(and fair enough, but 2) that you get immediate priority, that speaks volumes-Ed)...well I'd reckon that it was more that they were concerned that I'd be speakin' volumes in their meeting...(exactly what I'm saying-Ed)...indeed, a very valid observation...anyhoos, then I politely insisted that Troy join us, and we three spent the next 5 minutes discussing all things St Martins...and when I say 'us 3', really I mean Me and my mate Robbo, 'cos Troy I don't think said one word...literally...it was Troy's first exposure to much of the detail of the St Martins Cover-up stuff, and he was clearly shocked at both what I was saying and the response from his senior colleague...I know, 'cos I was watching him out the corner of my eye, it's just a thing I tend to do these days...Rob, on the other hand, had heard it all before...

This interview was immediately followed by another ABC South East Radio corker, with Mt Gambier City Council sending one of their four new $200,000pa 'Managers' Barbara Cernovskis, to spruik the MGCC Children's Charter...(omg, Peter Gandolfi immediately followed by MGCC?-Ed)...oh yeah, and last week it was up to St Martins with the ABC to ask the Lutherans about the importance of male teachers in primary schools...(yeah, that's just so offensive on so many levels, coming from the Church/school that has covered-up the gross abuse of dozens of junior primary children by teacher Glyn Dorling-Ed)...yes, well, regular availees will not need it explained to them why it is I can walk into Mt Gambier City Council and start pointing at certain people and stating, 'you are pro-paedophile corrupt', and why I could spend quite a bit of time doing quite a bit of pointing and associated stating before I ran out of suitable candidates...

In Fact:...if you are on Mt Gambier City Council and you don't consider yourself to be pro-paedophile corrupt, then bully for you...this Council, the one before that, the one before that...

Australian Broadcasting Corporation (not Commission, sorry) Re-Commits To It's Pro-Paedophile Corruption

***held back this post for a coupla' days due to terrible shooting in Las Vegas, seemed a little trite to whinge about other inane stuff like dodgy umpiring...it remains my position that we must never lend more weight to a 'Western disaster/massacre' than to any like man-made horror, or even natural disaster, but this apparently random 'un-motivated' shooting is horrendous...it is already widely reported that every time one of these shootings occurs in the USofA, sales of guns and 'leading gun company' shares go up for various reasons, eg,  people are scared and want to protect their families, etc, so they go get what guns they can, or gun owners/enthusiasts are concerned about the debate being raised in the media/Congress/wherevs, and that there will be restrictions imposed in response, so they go shopping, etc...earlier this year this issue was raised in conversation, and I made the point that, if I were a 'leading gun company' concerned about sales and shares and the like, I'd be doing my best to make sure that there was quite regularly some sort of hullabaloo in the Congress and/or media because it's guaranteed to boost sales...not accusing anyone of anything illegal or of anything that hasn't been repeatedly reported before, namely, 1) this is the trend, every time there is a political/media debate, gun sales/shares go up, and 2) 'the Gun Lobby', actively engage in USofA politics...these are clearly facts, not accusations...  

I do not understand 'USofA Gun Culture' and therefore will not comment beyond that, so's I'm going to stick to what it is that I do here on TMGI, and try to sort some other stuff...(so on with the whinging about dodgy umpiring, etc? it's what we do-Ed)...indeed, cheers***

Howdy to Spain, Indonesia, Brazil, and United Arab Emirates, and of course to y'all else, thanks for joining us again here at TMGI...(and when he says 'us', he actually means 'him', because I'm just a confected literary device-Ed)...indeed Ed, indeed 'we' are just 'me', that is the way that it is...more feedback/comments stuff to address and a coupla' moments that are contextually fantastic...(that 'context' being that these things shouldn't be happening at all in the first place, but given that they are, the way they're working-out is relatively 'fantastic'?-Ed)...well quite Ed, shouldn't be an issue, shouldn't be happening, but given that it is, couldn't be working-out better really...firstly...    

On Friday 29th September 2017 the ABC South East Radio put to air a story about 'official concerns  that there will be no Male Primary School Teachers within 10 years...(because of all the Child Abuse stuff?-Ed)...well I didn't hear that mentioned, but we'll get to it, but a main part of that story was an interview with St Martins Lutheran School Principal Dianne Eckermann, who replaced John Alexander, the Principal when teacher Glyn Dorling was suddenly removed from the classroom and school on the June long weekend 2002...now 15 years ago...15 years of living in and watching this Paedophile Ring masquerading as a town called Mt Gambier...

Ms Eckermann was holding-forth in that sanctimonious holier-than-thou tone that senior Lutherans always do, so comfortable in the knowledge that they are just better people than us grubby plebs because, well, well just because they are...for everything I contributed to that shreckin' school, this 'tone' never disappeared, indeed, if anything it got worse!...no disrespect to their parents, but half the kids in my child's year could read as well as they did/do because I and another 'part-time father' spent so many hours at Reader Time, and I did hundreds of hours at whatevs 'Working Bee', etc...and that tone never changed...(so when Dianne, mate, started into her li'l spiel about how 'children from single-parent families need a strong male role model', she's talkin' right-at you as a parent of a St Martins student, a 'part-time father', and someone who was providing that strong male role model, both in the classroom and in the working bees?-Ed)...well exactly...

There was also a story re the 'new On-line Tool for the Legal Services Commission', where-in people will get 'on-line' advice from 'a very reputable source'...(so this 'reputable source', they're not going to be under any pressure to get people to plead 'Guilty' to try and reduce the massively bloated Court back-log?-Ed)...well one certainly hopes not, but it is a widely-held concern just in general re the massive backlog you mentioned...again, the issue for me is one of justifying phone services as replacement for actual face-to-face services, eg, what's just happened with the closure of the most excellent South East Community Legal Service, as replaced with a part-time physical service and 'phone appointments' via Adelaide, etc...first priority every time must be about expanding personal face-to-face services, including then for those services to be greatly enhanced by supplementary phone options, not replaced by them...this is fundamentally critical with Health and Law...

Malcolm 'Turntables' Turnbull Slips A Disc:...(he can't keep his hands off his discs-Ed)...indeed, well he just about exploded with self-delight when he managed to string together several rhyming words in the same sentence, and apparently that's a 'rap'...(you're not referring to that ludicrous display on The Project tv show thingy?-Ed)...yep, apparently MCDJPM is as one wif the yoof...(was he taking requests?-Ed)...I've got a coupla' requests for him...

***was gunna' pull this next bit, it's a bit of a whinge and I'm largely re-inventing the wheel, in that writing about 'bias and/or favouritism in the AFL' is hardly a new topic, but then I see that apparently Crows players have been getting 'Trolled' somethin' awful, and given what I witnessed in that Grand Final, no Adelaide player needs to think anymore than what their demeanour showed on the day, they didn't know what was happening and eventually gave-up, largely because they weren't getting free kicks and/or Richmond were, in a massively biased manner...***

It's A Fairytale Alright:...namely, the wholly confected Australian Football League 'Richmond Fairytale' played-out to it's highly predictable conclusion on Saturday 31st September 2017, when Richmond were escorted to the Premiership by the most rankly biased umpiring that the AFL could muster...this game ran exactly as I'd personally predicted, and I actually started to feel a li'l bit sorry for the Adelaide Crows and their supporters...(of whom you used to be one?-Ed)...used to be...just before half time, when the alleged 'Richmond legend' illegally held-down his opponent but then himself received yet another free kick inside Richmond's 50m (near the goals), I swore, switched-off, and went gardening for a bit and didn't watch but maybe 2 minutes of the second half...sad, sick, corrupted...don't believe me? re-watch the game and watch the relentless Richmond shirt-pulling, grabbing of players, multiple off-ball incidents, etc, that Richmond get away with, and the sheer number of free kicks that Richmond got inside their 50m, etc...as predicted, atrociously biased umpiring kept Richmond in the game, twice, then ultimately delivered them the lead, and eventually Crows players gave-up, you can see it in their demeanours...furthermore, look at the Richmond player's faces when they get some of those free kicks, their is 'a shadow on their triumph' 'cos they know The Fix is on and they're right in it...

Better still, go back and watch the previous finals and watch the relentless pro-Geelong umpiring against Adelaide, it was even covered officially in the media after the game, and similarly, check-out the identical pro-Richmond umpiring in the other final...furthermore, I struggle to believe that it is mere coincidence that the likely winner of the major personal award, the Brownlow Medal, was ruled inadmissible only weeks before the finals, courtesy of a dodgy report for a rough-ish tackle...not mine, but I've been reading 'Comments' on media reports, etc, and there's a whole bunch of very disgruntled peeps who say that the fav was 'robbed mate', etc, and even at the official event there was mutterings about why it was the fav failed to score any points in the late round...whatevs, it's not me that's saying all this, it's being widely and officially reported...but I'll be damned if I'm gunna' sit back and watch that ludicrous display, and then allow it to be said that that was a fair final, 'cos it wasn't...   

AFL - More WTF Than The WWF:...'cos nothing that the AFL does is valid as being 'fair', the entire 'business' is carefully manipulated to provide consumers with their heroes and their villains and to build fake legends, etc, etc...and it's nothing new, yet again I'm just pointing at the bleedin' obvious and sayin', there it is, the bleedin' obvious...regular AFL availees will remember with great affection the years of extraordinary pro-Collingwood bias, a bias still largely in effect, eg, the entire AFL schedule is organised around making sure that Collingwood are in supposedly 'Classic Traditional Games' at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, because, and the AFL itself has officially acknowledged this, because it gets 'bums on seats, matey, bums on seats'...(sorry?-Ed)...more people through the gate to come see the game, makes more money for the AFL...(ah-Ed)...and accusations of this 'Official Favouritism' stuff goes back decades and has been levelled at various interstate teams too, including Adelaide itself, as the AFL sought to support new franchises, etc...

I am a deeply cynical and untrusting person, sure...(but by necessity rather than by nature-Ed)...absolutely, and, loathe as I am to admit it, I do still allow myself the odd moment of whimsy and wonderment, and dare I say it, even manage to distract myself from the grinding realities just long enough to crack actually funny jokes here on this 'ere blog, etc, but even with all that, I simply cannot summon the willing suspension of disbelief necessary to engage with the AFL anymore...you wanna' belief that shizzle's for real, good luck to ya'...

Musk Ducks Battery Of Criticism:...basically 'cos no-one asked him I think, about work conditions at his Tesla factories/workplaces, and this ludicrous 100 Megawattevs Lithium Battery that will apparently 'be in place in 100 days or it's free', or 'where does all this shreckin' Lithium come from?' and/or 'what's the Environmental Footprint of a Lithium battery then mate?'...(and how's that goin' then? we must be near 100 days?-Ed)...well that 'contract hasn't been signed yet', apparently, so therefore, apparently, the 100 Days hasn't actually even started yet...(but Labor is still saying that everything's going ahead, and some installation/preparation works have allegedly already started at the Jamestown Wind Turbine Industrial Estate where this battery is to be installed-Ed)...mate, every crass manipulation, every hyperbolic deceit about future Energy Supply, Jay Weatherill couldn't lie straight in bed...this 'World's Biggest Battery' is already half-constructed and the '100 Day Stunt' hasn't even started...

(Oh but we've got a Space Agency-Ed)...you're really trying to provoke me, aren't you?...(shreck no! I've seen what happens when people try to provoke you, you go all 'scary-calm' and start verbally dismantling them!-Ed)...now that's not strictly my fault mate, if people wanna' get all up in my grill and shizzle and leave me literally no choice, what am I supposed to do?...(like what happened at Mt Gambier City Council's last meeting when Cr Frank Morello ambushed you immediately outside the MGCC Chamber, and then Cr Mark 'Larry' Lovett,  MGCC Manager Nick 'Mo' Serle, and MGCC CEO Mark 'Curly' McShane joined-in?-Ed)...yes Ed, exactly like that?...(and again, how'd that exactly work out for them?-Ed)...about as well as might be expected...and speaking of bright sparks...  

It's exactly one year since the State-wide Blackout of 29th September 2016...personally, only had a coupla' minor outages here at Chez TMGI in that 12 months, and one expects that that shizzle's just gunna' happen, no Electricity Grid is entirely impervious to faults and/or failings...however, the entire state 'blacking-out' is entirely unacceptable, eg, it is reported that that one dark day cost SA between $350-$400million lost in production, with damage to major smelters that shutdown production, etc...   

Had A Comment:...and I agree that everybody in the Electricity Market, from production to distribution to government, they're all 1) manipulating/deceiving consumers with a view to 2) gettin' in for their slab of a vulnerable consumer's 'Leccy Dollar, a vulnerability that is massively exacerbated by the rankly corrupt and often Fascist legislation from the wholly incompetent Rann/Weatherill Labor government...and again, think 'Fascist' is being alarmist? check-out the Wind Turbine Development Plan Amendment 2011, generated by South East farmer Richard Paltridge's win in the Environment, Resources and Development Court, when Mr Paltridge stopped the lunacy of the Allendale Wind Turbine Industrial Estate, 40+ Turbines right on top of Allendale East, etc...I've covered this repeatedly here on TMGI...

And apparently everyone has just visited Jamestown, and 'it looks fantastic', and 'it will bring people   as a tourist thing', etc, and back in Adelaide it's the lunacy (pun intended) of Space Jam/Week/Whatevs...come to Mt Gambier Mr Elon Musk, and see how we're being used as Adelaide's paedophile toilet, with another massive Mt Gambier Gaol expansion allegedly lurking just over the horizon...yes availees, I'm hopefully very, very wrong about this, but I understand that there is already a 'signed agreement' re a further 'doubling' of the privately operated Mt Gambier Gaol...(doubled from where it was say, 5 years ago before all these recent expansions, or double that final total?-Ed)...double the final total, so double the current capacity, out to nearly 1,000 prisoners...so here in the South East, it's the Forestry Sale, lack of jobs, almost no government services, months for even basic medical appointments and years for basic dental appointments, no public transport on weekends/public holidays, roads coming apart and bridges crumbling (reportedly to the tune of $200million+), and over the top of that, the rank Pro-paedophile Corruption that defines and decides South Australian Politics, Labor and Liberal...(yay-Ed)...

So that's who 'the Space Industry' and/or Mr Elon Musk is doing rankly corrupted business with...(corrupted?-Ed)...well it's deliberately deceitful for personal gain as far as Weatherill/Labor are concerned...(yes, but it is just possible that Mr Musk actually genuinely believes his own farcical fantasies about what SA is and/or can do, and is not just in it for the money that the rankly corrupt Weatherill Labor government is clearly obsessed with throwing at him-Ed)...whatevs Ed, I don't know and I really don't care, it's a fundamentally farcical frivolity to be babbling about mounting Martian Men mission-style with a massive probe...(I think you mean mounting a manned mission to Mars with a giant ship/probe-Ed)...whatevs Ed, just whatevs, because back here on Earth where we actually is, our basic Electricity Reality will seek us all out this Summer, both here in South Australia and potentially also in Victoria...(unless of course we can afford home-based solar generation with large storage and a generator to back that-up-Ed)...well indeed, welcome to the exciting new Age of Renewables in SA, can't keep the lights on, but we're going to Mars apparently...
 
Labor have spent at least $550million on Stop-Gap Measures that by design and implementation are only to be used when our entire State is by definition already 'in crisis', it's a sick joke...oh, and another 2 senior Health Dept officials have just quit as the SA Health Service continues to hemorrhage high-ranking officials, not least of all Labor's dual Health Ministers, Jack 'The Rat' Snelling and Lisa 'I Reckon I'm Still Well Enough To Head This Well-Paid Committee, Cheers' Vlahos...and in response, here comes the latest mono-tonal automaton moron from Labor, Mr Malinauskas, sayin' everything's fine, just fine...straight-out of a Union, straight onto the Labor front bench, and about as believable as the two Ministers he 'replaced'...(sweet baby cheeses-Ed)...I know mate, I know...
