Howdy USofA, UK, Ukraine, Germany, France, India, Venezuela, Turkey if you're still out there, Taiwan, Moldova, howdy yáll and apologies if I've missed you but welcome to a rather self-indulgent celebratory post re my last of 8 rounds of Chemotherapy as pumped into me on February 8th 2005, a treatment regime known as CHOP for it's constituent chemicals/medications...(I liked the bright orange one that they come at you with whilst wearing smocks, masks, and goggles, 'cos it's so shreckin' toxic, and then they pump that into ya' arm-Ed)...yeah, that makes ya' pee bright pink a few hours later, hilarious...
Just checking my old diary and note that I had my last Chemo early that morning and a scan to get 'tattooed' for the upcoming month of 20 Radiotherapy treatments (March-April 2005)...they measure/line you up under a scanner and figure exactly where to direct the Radiotherapy 'blast', and then put a small green tattoo there so as to ensure accuracy each and every time...then it was up to WorkCover for an unassociated hearing re my Unfair Dismissal from the Gambier Hotel, a case I had proven in Court in 2000-01 (previously posted)...admittedly, I still don't know/cannot remember how exactly that wound-up in WorkCover, but it did, and I think on 08/02/2005 it was just an 'adjournment hearing' due to my illness...
Can't remember exactly, but it was only a few minutes because I was 200m up from the Workcover building at Parliament House (North Tce, Adelaide) just on 1000hrs to meet the then Speaker of the Lower House Peter Lewis and the Child Protection volunteers working effectively from his office...this was the first time I'd met any of them...and then it was pretty much immediately off to the Child Abuse (of Children in State Care) Royal Commission and an hour long meeting with Commissioner Ted Mullighan (now deceased)...
No need to go into any specific detail about that meeting as it was entirely about the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up, particularly the then recent (November 2004) decision by the Teachers Registration Board/Crown Solicitor to take no action what-so-ever against "text-book grooming paedophile" teacher Glyn Dorling, and I have covered in numerous posts in some detail the many aspects of that Cover-up and the TRB/CSO exoneration of Dorling, including of course the role that Comm Mullighan played in perpetuating it...I maintain that Comm Mullighan never had any intention other than to stuff us parents about and run us ragged with repeated promises of support and help and resolution, etc, etc, but he constantly failed to follow through...
I note the letters (previous posts) where the then Premier Mike Rann and current Premier, then FAYS Minister Jay Weatherill, officially denied Comm Mullighan the powers he claimed to have asked them for...these vacuous exchanges of correspondence between Comm Mullighan and parents, various politicians, the Lutherans, etc, dovetail far too neatly to be coincidence, and carefully resolved absolutely nothing...Comm Mullighan soon started abusing me in writing and ultimately just turned his back on the other parents as well and quite literally walked away...(truly a deceitful and manipulative man-Ed)...indeed...
But at this first meeting he was all deeply contemplative 'mmm' and empathetically critical 'oh' and supportively sighing and quizzically questioning with a raised eyebrow, and all done all at the right times...all of the carefully rehearsed body language and practiced vocalisation to impart to the observer the impression of a deeply caring, sympathetic, moral and believing man who is clearly shocked and will undoubtedly act to resolve this situation that he clearly finds so disturbing...bollocks...(well we know that now, but back at the time you thought it was a chance, yeah?-Ed)...oh absolutely...what a naive and stupid young man I was...(as opposed/compared/whatevs to the cynical old man I see before me-Ed)...indeed...
And as we left that meeting, still in the Commission foyer, the Child Protection Activist I was with received a phone call from the lawyer who represented paedophile teacher Glyn Dorling in the TRB/CSO hearing, one Stephen Lieschke...(oh I love this one, where he rang and said 'I heard you're dealing with these St Martins parents and because I know you from previous, mate, I just want to warn you to not help those parents because they're all bonkers and there's no evidence in the TRB/CSO', etc, etc...and the CPA put their phone on speaker so you heard it all for yourself-Ed)...indeed, Stevo several times went over and over the same lies and slanderous denigration of parents...
(I loved the bit where he repeatedly stated that a father had admitted in the TRB/CSO hearing as to being a co-conspirator in a plot to "get Dorling and throw him off a cliff", unquote-Ed)...indeed, that's exactly what he said, repeatedly, and given that I was the only father who gave evidence, Stevo was talking about me...I'm standing there listening to that prick repeatedly make a wholly untrue but incredibly serious claim ...(I mean yeah, the guys a corrupt, paedophile protecting prick, but I love his work re this call...I mean just saying let alone telling you, albeit unwittingly, that you've confessed to being in a murder plot whilst giving evidence in the TRB/CSO hearing...classic-Ed)...
Yeah, funny that for all of the denigration heaped on me by the TRB/CSO and their attempts to destroy my credibility as the only eye-witness prepared to give evidence in the hearing, eg, saying exactly that in their Reasons For Decision November 2014, that they just don't believe me, I find it incredible that after all of that the TRB/CSO would fail to mention that I sat there in front of them and 'fessed-up to all 'dem murders I done...(really? 'tis for want of better airs and graces that I am condemned-Ed)...on and on he went repeating the same points over, 'check the parent's psychological state, no evidence, murder foul murder plot, etc'...and I listened to it all...you arsehole Stephen Lieschke...
So in review, Lieschke was Dorling's lawyer in the TRB/CSO in a context where we parents were deliberately set-up as unrepresented sitting ducks by the wholly corrupt CSO and TRB, where Stevo was given carte-blanche to attack parents, question us from documents we hadn't seen, etc, etc...and of course Stephen Lieshke is/was (Premier) Jay Weatherill's business partner...(shazzam-Ed)...and that immediately puts me in mind of the March 2010 State Election Forum at the Helpmann Theatre where St Martins was raised by the last question...
(Yeah, and you were the only one who addressed the issue, and Viv Maher (Labor), Don Pegler (then Grant District Council Mayor and alleged Independent), then Mt Gambier Mayor and Liberal candidate Steve Perryman, and Family First's Henk Bruins, they all just sat there heads bowed, hands clasped on the desk in front, legs crossed beneath, all set in the exact same frightened closed self-protective position-Ed)...oh ai, that be then and that be they and the memory that leaps at me nearly as emphatically as the man himself, is when the then Mt Gambier Councillor and now Federal Liberal Member Tony Pasin was half outta' his chair with excitement when I named Lieschke and then identified him as Weatherill's partner...Tony clearly knew already and was clearly delighted...
I happened to be lookin' right at Tony as I went through this, and he was beaming throughout, then clasped his hands together almost applauding when I named Lieschke, and then when I said 'he's Weatherill's partner' Tony was I swear entirely 'arse-off' with glee, grabbing the armrests, half outta' his chair'...he was absolutely delighted that I'd made that statement and that connection...and now that gleeful little man is our deliriously Abbott-lovin' Federal Member...(yay-Ed)...indeed...
And so I seamlessly flow from the shit being pumped into me for the last time 10 years ago to save my life to a staged presentation of that which has become my life since, and on to the ownership of the bucket of shit I'm about to dump into Tony's joyous lap...
You were there Tony and you already knew all about the St Martins Cover-up because that wasn't the first time it had been explained to you...you know about the gross and systemic failures re St Martins, and even if they are genuine mistakes/failings, you are now the Member and have done nuthin' about it...for nearly 18 months now you have been the Federal rep for Mt Gambier and what have you done to resolve St Martins?...(nothing?-Ed)...well yes, it's a rhetorical question but he's done nothing...and knowing and doing nothing is by definition being complicit...those who avert their eyes or look away...and that's you Tones...

(Congrats on the Big 10 after the Big C, but what does that have to do with your hair's birthday?-Ed)...that Chemo technically killed all my hair, etc, and at that stage I had no toenails and no hair apart from eyebrows...(no idea why the eyebrows stayed?-Ed)...nope, whatevs, but it kills off hair, white blood cells, etc, and then the next day I'd have a $1500 Steroid injection that kick-started all the white cell regrowth, etc...so technically sortta' today my hair, which hasn't been cut since Chemo therefore never, is 10 years old...(fair enough-Ed)...

Wind Turbines And Other Fascism
Hello Ukraine, Spain, Moldova, and France and welcome to the blog and there's something in the wind and oh gourd it's the caninely leaching of bottomly breachings of origins unfortunately known...(whaaa?-Ed)...the dog's farting alot...(oh, that's what that is, I thought you'd rolled in something-Ed)...oh cheers...moving on...
As per various emails I've received (ta) and articles/interviews/whatevs, there has been the expected backlash against (Dr) Steven Cooper and his 'Interim Report' re Noise (and Vibration) Emissions from Wind Turbines following his extensive testing at Pacific Hydro's Turbine complex at Bridgewater Bay near Portland, Victoria...as covered in previous posts, this is the world-first genuine attempt to measure the various Emissions and potential for effects on residents due to these emissions...I refer to the ABC interview with Dr Cooper from 2 weeks ago (as posted) and hope that it is available via the ABC Local Radio site, under 'Rewind'...the Report itself is readily available...
Dr Cooper has been roundly criticised and/or outright dismissed...(I've seen him described as "a rogue acoustician"-Ed)...deadset? does that happen often does it, acousticians going "rogue"?...(only in the rutting season, and of course the occasional old angry bull-Ed)...so are they solitary, do they gather in groups?...(usually found as individuals or in mating pairs, but they do gather on occasions-Ed)...and what is a collective of acousticians called?...(a Frequency-Ed)...a Frequency of Acousticians, nice...
Anyhoos, Dr Cooper has been denounced as having produced an extremely limited 'non-medical' study with no control group and only using subjects who had already declared a dislike for Turbines and/or were already complaining about apparent Health issues stemming from the Turbine's operation, etc, etc...(but that's what Dr Cooper himself said in that interview, he stated outright that this was just the 'door-opener' (my words) for a proper study...he clearly said that this only indicated that there were various 'Turbine Noise Emission issues', and that they are occurring within homes near the Turbines at Bridgewater Bay-Ed)...exactly...
But I'm going to cut all these whingin', complainin' knuckleheads some slack on this one...(that's very generous of you-Ed)... because if they'd heard this ABC interview with Dr Cooper they wouldn't have ended up looking like the complete dickheads they have...(that's more like it-Ed)...for criticising and denigrating Dr Cooper about issues he's already publicly identified himself...and then there's those whom are just dickheads to start with and have hammered down on people like (Dr) Sarah Laurie and Dr Steven Cooper, vilifying them and dismissing their views as wrong and irresponsible, criticising whilst hiding behind the fact that appropriate testing has never been done...(you mean like that clown alleged Prof Simon Chapman-Ed)...precisely...
Mr Simon Chapman has been scathing in his dismissal of Sarah Laurie and Steven Cooper, and has done so from the authoritative high-ground of 'his opinion' entirely sans actual scientific evidence...(oh well, if it's his opinion, that's good enough for me, I mean, who needs rigorous, exhaustive scientific exploration when one has Simon Chapman's opinion-Ed)..indeed...the point I angrily make is that Simon Cooper has dismissed as nonsense other's concerns/opinions based only on the strength of his own opinion..(whatta dick-Ed)...well indeed...
Now it's been announced that the Jamestown Turbine complex will export it's energy to Canberra, some 1,000kms away...(how far?-Ed)...1000kms as the crow flies, 1200 by road (approx)...(and who's paying for all that wires and towers and shizzle? and how much electricity is lost in that enormously distant transmission? and losses of course are factored into the final price, so greater distances means greater losses means higher prices, simple-Ed)...yeah, yeah, and why are we having these monstrosities built all over SA to cater to the Eastern states whimsical want re 'Renewable Energies'? and where's Canberra gunna' get it's power when the wind ain't blowin' in SA? etc, etc...it's all nonsense mired in the Fascist legislation and corruption and rorted subsidies that define Turbine development in SA...it's a bloody disgrace......
DUCK!: oh no, it's ok, it's just another giant decoy as Sow Strayn Labor Premier Jay Weatherill announces yet another Royal Commission....(oh sweet baby cheeses, what now?-Ed)...Nuclear energy and/or a dump, whatevs...this is a massive red herring, nuthin' but 100% distraction from the rank bastardry of closing the Daws Rd Repatriation Hospital and other massive Health Service closures that Labor have dumped on SA, and all to finance the disastrous new Royal Adelaide Hospital...(wasn't last week's red herring some bollocks about Time Zones?-Ed)...exactly, and today it's this nonsense, and next week it'll be something else...anything, everything except the reality of the Privatisation of SA Health and resultant dismantling of SA Health Services, as we are witnessing right now...
The best defence PM Tony Abbott has for his flagging PMship is 'let's not be Labor'...(ouch-Ed)...and a hilarious segue into this 'Nick Fletcher didn't show for Court' bollocks, given that several Liberal MPs have stated that they weren't aware that The Mad Abbott has brought forward the 'Leadership Spill' from Tuesday to tomorrow (Monday)...these MPs have found out what's going on via the media over an hour before Tones thought to tell them...(so you're not the only one who finds out about stuff happening in their own lives via the media, ala your recent alleged no-show for a Court hearing that you didn't even know was on, and reading about it the next day in The Border Watch-Ed)...indeed...
Just some quick points re this alleged Court hearing, namely;
1) when I was originally raided by SAPol (police) in May 2014, I took legal advice, and the first thing they had to do (despite the fact that I haven't even been charged) was write to the State Authority involved, whom I 'probably' shouldn't/can't name, and ask for permission to even be able to talk to me, quote,
"Is he entitled to talk to his family and friends so that he can gain their support...and is he
allowed to talk to a lawyer for the purpose of legal advice and assistance?"
This was after I repeatedly wrote to said authority and associated authorities unsuccessfully seeking clarification of the various issues re the ridiculous 'can't talk about nuthin' not never' legislation...
2) that said Authorities response was, quote,
"I think they are matters that Mr Fletcher must consider upon advice given to him by you."
(So, lawyers write to that State Authority seeking specific clarification of the extraordinary legislation that you have allegedly transgressed, legislation that indicates to a legal professional that they need to write and ask for permission to even advice you, even though you ain't been charged, and the Authority writes back stating 'you figure it out and you tell him'...just absolutely unbelievable-Ed)...indeed..
3) said legal advice has also had to chase SAPol for info about my 'seized' laptop, any potential charges, etc, and received the following response from the Operations Coordinator of the Prosecution Services Branch on August 12th 2014, quote,
"I will advise if and when charges are to be laid, or a determination that charges will
not be laid...If charges are to be laid police will serve your client with a summons..."
and of course none of this happened...no 'advising', no 'serving', not nuthin'...
At this point I might pull stumps and ask that availees just go back over the last few posts if y'all want to and read this extraordinary conduct of a debacley Court process based on farcical legislation, the entirety of which is about getting the Messenger whilst refusing to acknowledge the Message...(yeah, the state Labor government using dodgy legislation and the Courts to attack any opposition or criticism, that's not Fascism much is it?-Ed)...
I can only re-iterate/repeat that 1) I wasn't told in any way, shape or form about this Court hearing, 2) was never served any Summons, and 3) that it is my understanding that this 'failure to Summons' should/must have been discussed in that hearing, asked by the Court and/or identified by SAPol, which therefore 4) makes The Border Watch's reporting on this issue deliberately erroneous...again, I'll leave TBW, SAPol, and the Court to decide who amongst them is the incompetent, who's the liar, who's the corrupted...

Why Being Polite Works
Hello Germany, United Arab Emirates, Taiwan, and Italy and welcome to the blog...apologies for no post yesterday but had a bit of a crash and burn day after several long weeks, not least of all still recovering from the luxury of a recent visitor with multiple dining-outs and a stoinking great brand new 4WD hire car...(oh the horror-Ed)...and now I'm back to myself for company and driving my darling li'l piece of S-Crap...(oh the horror-Ed)...
Yesterday arvo 'round abouts 1645hrs I was nipping past home to grab some documents and instead of coming into the rabbit-warrenny Housing Trust estate I call home, I parked out on the main road and walked through...as I was passing the end of my actual street, a SAPol (police) 4WD 'paddy wagon' was pulling-out, saw me go sailing across their bow, and turned to follow me...I went 'round the corner as they sped up behind me, and then as I was pulling over anyway, on came their flashing lights and I was officially being pulled over by the fuzz...(yay and ouch-Ed)...indeed...
I got out and threw my hat and glasses on the seat and 2 officers got out of their car...I said something about 'did you see me go past and decide to follow me', to which one replied "yes"...(fair enough-Ed)...yeah, yeah, I know, roughish looking bloke in a S-crappy li'l car, in a suburb 'Dick Stretcher' described in 'Comments' on this 'ere blog as 'Crappoville'...I recognised one of the cops as being he whom 'recently' took my statements re my ex-neighbour beating his small children...(again, yay-Ed)...they asked if it was my car, and to see my license, and did quick checks and then that was it...(that was it?-Ed)...yeah, they said thanks, got back in their car, and left...

(Right, on Thursday evening 'round abouts 2030hrs there was an emphatic knocking in a front-doorly direction and it was a local SAPol officer delivering a Summons-Ed)...look, alright. I'll do it, it's my Summons...(fair enough, off ya' go-Ed)...and I had a coupla' goes at him about 'why wasn't I told before?', etc, and I didn't swear or yell or whatevs, but it was a fairly terse exchange in which the officer said he hadn't done that Summons previous and he simply didn't know...I took the Summons, flicked through it, and it was a 'Second Summons' with the First Summons attached and did seem to relate to the SAPol 'raid' of my home on May 8th 2014...
As he went to leave I went out and apologised for being rude as such, we hadn't met before, etc, and he responded that he'd experienced far worse, which put me in mind of what a prick of a job it must be to have to do that all evening, and I said so...and so why being polite works...because I went out and genuinely apologised and there was a brief exchange I gleened a fascinating piece of information...I repeatedly but politely explained how unhappy I was about the gross inappropriateness of holding a hearing that I hadn't been told about, and he mentioned that it (the issue of the Summons) should have come up in Court during the hearing...(of course-Ed)...
I am not a lawyer, but from this officers brief statement and other things others have claimed 'at' me, not so much 'to' me but 'at' me, apparently, SAPol should have been asked by the Court about my alleged non-appearance and the service of the Summons, and/or SAPol should have identified in the hearing that I hadn't been served a Summons and therefore I couldn't have known that the hearing was on...(and particularly that this is the first hearing, not an adjournment or whatevs where-in it could be argued that perhaps you should have known...and given that you haven't even been interviewed, let alone charged, and you didn't know, etc, surely all of that should have come up-Ed)...whatevs, I didn't question him about it, but it's my understanding that SAPol should have identified the non-service of the Summons and/or the Magistrate should have asked...
It was just a casual comment, but it immediately threw into sharp focus the reality of what The Border Watch has done with their reportage of this extraordinary series of events...(or that SAPol didn't do what they apparently should have, and/or neither has the Magistrate-Ed)...well, indeed, I'll get back to that...attached are the 2 articles TBW has run and my letter in response to the first, which is apparently what the second article is about...yet again I've written to TBW and yet again they've grossly censored me and printed their version of events regardless of the facts...I'll leave it to availees to decide whether or not this is appropriate conduct..and no I lied, now I'm going to shred it for the corrupted bollocks that it is...

But the crowning glory...(what, there's more?-Ed)...oh indeed...by their own further attempts to denigrate me, TBW have clearly identified that they haven't checked my "claims", or what it is I "says", because they haven't contacted SAPol and/or the Courts to ask them if what I'm saying is true...I've made statements of fact that identify a swathe of very serious concerns with the alleged 'legal processes', and TBW deliberately hasn't bothered to contact anyone, hence allowing them to print the lies they have...their own words confirm it..."Nick Fletcher has claimed..."", and "Mr Fletcher contacted TBW and said...", and "He said..."...(OMG-Ed)...

SBC Part III - Just More Mt Gambier City Council Lies
Hello India, Taiwan, the USofA, And Ukraine, and welcome to the blog...thanks again for your patronage on this 'ere blog, clearly some people are concerned about Mt Gambier being arguably the most corrupt, pro-paedophile City in the country...(what, even ahead of Adelaide?-Ed)...but I'm still somewhat bewildered that not only do many of this town's 'polite society' seem almost happy to be living in this wholly corrupted paedophile central, but they attack me for trying to do something about it...(extraordinary-Ed)...
My Psychic Powers Are Waning: I have nothing to add to yesterday's post re my scurrilously disrespectful failure to guess that there was a Court hearing in my honour...(very bad show sir to not show, very poor form indeed-Ed)...well quite...again just for the record, I haven't been interviewed, I have not been charged, I wasn't informed about that hearing, I have heard/seen nothing from SAPol since they raided my home in May 2014 and seized my laptop, repeatedly stating "expect to be charged" but unable to explain what that charge may be...(well according to The Border Watch article it's,
"...a charge relating to the publication of information about a person subject to a complaint."
...does that help?-Ed)...ta', but not really...
Today's alternative title is 'Why Mt Gambier Council Don't Want Their Meetings Recorded'...please find attached the first 2 pages (actually pages 3 & 4, whatevs) of the Minutes for Council's meeting 27th January 2015...one line in and it's an outright lie, and then this sudden appearance of 'Stage 4' of the Rail Lands, not spoken I believe in the Council meeting but mysteriously included here in the Minutes...(sorry, are you suggesting that Council has doctored the Minutes after the meeting to include and/or exclude what they do/don't want in there?...that's a very serious suggestion-Ed)...I'm not suggesting anything, I'm stating outright that Council have doctored the Minutes and that the Minutes are so erroneous as to be entirely unreliable...
What must the new Councillors think when they sit through that meeting and then see such corrupted non-truths reported as fact in the Minutes...I will take this up with Council as being a critical corruption of Appropriate Process...again...
I note that The Border Watch article (recent post), quotes Daryl Sexton's answers to former Mayor and current Councillor Stevo Perryman, and Daryl stating "...stage three and four elements...", and the Minutes have 'Stage 4' mentioned in brackets in the question, but I was in that meeting and did not hear either Perryman or Sexton say anything about 'Stage 4'...(prove it-Ed)...I can't, and neither can they prove it was said...(oh excellent. I can see where this is headed-Ed)...go on then clever clogs...(well basically, because Council have banned recording of their meetings it comes down to your word vs all of Council, all of the Council staffers present, and TBW...hilarious-Ed)...and hilarious because?...
(Because it then comes down to a question of who do ya' believe, who has more credibility...it's you vs Council en masse and TBW...and quite frankly...-Ed)...exactly...I am prepared to concede that this 'Stage 4' bollocks was possibly deliberately mumbled somewhere in that exchange/meeting, but I was sitting right there and I heard nought...first I was aware was the statement accredited to Daryl Sexton in TBW...ultimately though, even that is irrelevant because the fact remains that there has been no discussion of a 'Stage 4' until now...for example, in TBW January 29th 2014 it clearly states '3 Stages'...
Council's Credibility Exits Stage 4:...again, this sudden appearance of Stage 4 is a further deceit from Council to strap to their broad raft of deceits re the Rail Lands Retail Agenda...having backed themselves into a corner with all the empty self-congratulation about how Stage 1 is finished and Stage 2 on track to be completed within months, Council is now stuck with Stage 3 and a list of projects/items they've lied about producing, namely the Sound Shell, renovating the Old Rail Station, and the access through to Margaret St...Council clearly have no intention of doing anything with these 3 items and so have had to create a 'Stage 4' to allow them to be deferred off into the future...
The Minutes also have Daryl answering Stevo...(maaate-Ed)...about the flooding at the Eastern (Bay Rd) end of the Rail Lands as I've shown in this 'ere blog, and in the meeting Stevo had a red hot go at hangin' it on the Margaret St businesses as being their fault for having 'incorrect drainage'...I was thinking 'here we go, they're going to try and make those businesses pay for the recent flurry of drainage works there'...but the first thing Daryl Sexton said in response was, and I quote, "No, that's not correct..."...I believe I laughed out loud...(I know I did...but hang on, the Minutes have Daryl answering "yes"?-Ed)...indeed they do Ed...
The question as paraphrased in the Minutes does not accurately reflect Steve Perryman's extended and accusatory questioning, and the first word of response out of Daryl's mouth was "No", yet there in the Minutes it has him saying "Yes"...disgraceful...
And even when they're committing that massive deceit and trying to blame others and doctor the Minutes, etc, they still manage to out themselves as being responsible for creating the problem in the first place...it says it right here, the drainage was just fine until Council removed it and then Council have had to repair their own shreck-up...(wow...where Council's rank corruption runs headlong into it's own incompetence, or vice versa-Ed)...the whole things such a farcical mess from people who cannot be trusted...(and tell me Stevo didn't have this 'ere blog in front of him when he penned those questions-Ed)...indeed, hilarious...
I find it absolutely hilarious sans the humour that it's me that is fighting tooth and nail for the future of this sad little town, whilst it's elected officials rort and rip-off Ratepayers with routine regularity...I'm fighting everyday in every way I can think of and at great personal cost, and no-one else even shows for the Council meetings...(sweet baby cheeses-Ed)...and you wonder why your corrupt Council just keeps on blatantly colluding internally to defraud your Ratepayer's dollars...shreck me...and in this modern age too, where any knucklehead can hop on the Interweb and do their own stupid blog...(anyone I know?-Ed)...
I don't use Facebook or Twitter or any other Social Media stuff, but I do look at some stuff and recognise that there's been some issues that have been publicly exposed via these media...some...however, it seems plenty of people can get on Twitbook and mouth-off vociferously about whatevs but don't actually do something about it...why aren't dozens of people all over Facebiter cuttin' crook about their Council's corruption and what it's costing citizens, the Ratepayers, who finance every red cent of this...
And they are all 'red cents' when it comes to this Council because they have already driven the City into irretrievable debt, and then fraudulently misappropriated most of it, and they are laying the groundwork to borrow yet another $10million re this 'Recreation Centre' that is in the Agenda and Minutes, but not mentioned elsewhere that I've seen/heard...I'll check...
This 'Regional Recreation Centre' was front and centre of Council discussions in their January meeting, including the observation that it "might have a wet area", but that the cost of said RRC would rule out Mt Gambier ever affording a covered Aquatic Centre...Council passed a Motion for Council staff to start organising to apply for $10million of Federal funding to pay for the RRC, an application that requires Council to stump-up $10m first...and that's $10m they'll have to borrow because they ain't got nuthin' left of the $6m they borrowed only 18 months ago...
(So Council is manoeuvring to borrow yet another $10m and all done with the reverse justification that we must have that $10m to get the 'grant' $10m, but you still won't get a pool?-Ed)...exactly...this RRC and Stage 4 are constructs of deceit designed to allow Council to borrow another $10m, not spend it on the things it's promised, and gourd knows where the majority of that $20m will end up but I'd reckon straight into the pockets of the vested interests running Council, in the exact same manner as everything else Council does, would be a fair guess...

The Spirit Of Jazz: is moving heaven and earth according to James Morrison in a recent ABC interview re his JM Jazz Academy...unfortunately I was driving when this was on, but Mr Morrison clearly stated that 'Mt Gambier City Council et al have always said to me whatevs ya' want, wherevs, whenevs, etc, and others have said the same but they probably don't mean it'...(anything he wants, anywhere he wants, anytime?-Ed)...that's what he said...(wow, how could that go wrong for the Ratepayers of Mt Gambier?-Ed)...in all the same ways that the corruption of Mt Gambier City Council has royally rooted things-up for years now...
Now Mr Morrison is claiming that all of the renovations/office spaces/whatevs Ratepayers funded in the Old Town Hall are being removed and replaced with sound-proofing, etc, but that if as successful as predicted, the Jazz Academy will be too big for the site it's currently being moved into, and too big within 3 years...(so why spend all that money on that site? why not invest in say the TAFE/Uni SA site on Wireless Rd where it can get as big as it likes because they've got acres of buildings and surrounds?-Ed)...good point Ed...
Again, as soon as you remove Mr Morrison from that equation it becomes a long list of dodgy secret deals done by dodgy public officials, and still no official statement as to exactly what sort of Financial Support Ratepayers have been signed-up for by a Council that cannot be trusted...(yay-Ed)...

It is tres gauche to say 'I told you so', but 2 years ago I posted that Labor have privatised Health Provision in SA by signing onto a 'guaranteed profit' contract re the new Royal Adelaide Hospital...I stated that the rest of the Health System would be devastated/dismantled to finance that 'deal'...in recent weeks Labor has announced a 'Health Review' and has now axed 3 major Emergency Depts and the Daws Rd Repatriation Hospital, all with vacuous promises about magically improving services elsewhere in hospitals already failing to deal with their patient numbers, eg, the chronic 'Ramping' of patients in ambulances at Flinders Medical Centre...I told you so...and this is just the beginning...
And what a disgraceful attempt to distract from this Health Service disintegration as Premier Weatherill re-launches the discussion about Daylight Saving times...(disgraceful doesn't begin to describe it-Ed)...

My Psychic Powers Are Waning: I have nothing to add to yesterday's post re my scurrilously disrespectful failure to guess that there was a Court hearing in my honour...(very bad show sir to not show, very poor form indeed-Ed)...well quite...again just for the record, I haven't been interviewed, I have not been charged, I wasn't informed about that hearing, I have heard/seen nothing from SAPol since they raided my home in May 2014 and seized my laptop, repeatedly stating "expect to be charged" but unable to explain what that charge may be...(well according to The Border Watch article it's,
"...a charge relating to the publication of information about a person subject to a complaint."
...does that help?-Ed)...ta', but not really...
Today's alternative title is 'Why Mt Gambier Council Don't Want Their Meetings Recorded'...please find attached the first 2 pages (actually pages 3 & 4, whatevs) of the Minutes for Council's meeting 27th January 2015...one line in and it's an outright lie, and then this sudden appearance of 'Stage 4' of the Rail Lands, not spoken I believe in the Council meeting but mysteriously included here in the Minutes...(sorry, are you suggesting that Council has doctored the Minutes after the meeting to include and/or exclude what they do/don't want in there?...that's a very serious suggestion-Ed)...I'm not suggesting anything, I'm stating outright that Council have doctored the Minutes and that the Minutes are so erroneous as to be entirely unreliable...
What must the new Councillors think when they sit through that meeting and then see such corrupted non-truths reported as fact in the Minutes...I will take this up with Council as being a critical corruption of Appropriate Process...again...
I note that The Border Watch article (recent post), quotes Daryl Sexton's answers to former Mayor and current Councillor Stevo Perryman, and Daryl stating "...stage three and four elements...", and the Minutes have 'Stage 4' mentioned in brackets in the question, but I was in that meeting and did not hear either Perryman or Sexton say anything about 'Stage 4'...(prove it-Ed)...I can't, and neither can they prove it was said...(oh excellent. I can see where this is headed-Ed)...go on then clever clogs...(well basically, because Council have banned recording of their meetings it comes down to your word vs all of Council, all of the Council staffers present, and TBW...hilarious-Ed)...and hilarious because?...
(Because it then comes down to a question of who do ya' believe, who has more credibility...it's you vs Council en masse and TBW...and quite frankly...-Ed)...exactly...I am prepared to concede that this 'Stage 4' bollocks was possibly deliberately mumbled somewhere in that exchange/meeting, but I was sitting right there and I heard nought...first I was aware was the statement accredited to Daryl Sexton in TBW...ultimately though, even that is irrelevant because the fact remains that there has been no discussion of a 'Stage 4' until now...for example, in TBW January 29th 2014 it clearly states '3 Stages'...
Council's Credibility Exits Stage 4:...again, this sudden appearance of Stage 4 is a further deceit from Council to strap to their broad raft of deceits re the Rail Lands Retail Agenda...having backed themselves into a corner with all the empty self-congratulation about how Stage 1 is finished and Stage 2 on track to be completed within months, Council is now stuck with Stage 3 and a list of projects/items they've lied about producing, namely the Sound Shell, renovating the Old Rail Station, and the access through to Margaret St...Council clearly have no intention of doing anything with these 3 items and so have had to create a 'Stage 4' to allow them to be deferred off into the future...
The Minutes also have Daryl answering Stevo...(maaate-Ed)...about the flooding at the Eastern (Bay Rd) end of the Rail Lands as I've shown in this 'ere blog, and in the meeting Stevo had a red hot go at hangin' it on the Margaret St businesses as being their fault for having 'incorrect drainage'...I was thinking 'here we go, they're going to try and make those businesses pay for the recent flurry of drainage works there'...but the first thing Daryl Sexton said in response was, and I quote, "No, that's not correct..."...I believe I laughed out loud...(I know I did...but hang on, the Minutes have Daryl answering "yes"?-Ed)...indeed they do Ed...
The question as paraphrased in the Minutes does not accurately reflect Steve Perryman's extended and accusatory questioning, and the first word of response out of Daryl's mouth was "No", yet there in the Minutes it has him saying "Yes"...disgraceful...
And even when they're committing that massive deceit and trying to blame others and doctor the Minutes, etc, they still manage to out themselves as being responsible for creating the problem in the first place...it says it right here, the drainage was just fine until Council removed it and then Council have had to repair their own shreck-up...(wow...where Council's rank corruption runs headlong into it's own incompetence, or vice versa-Ed)...the whole things such a farcical mess from people who cannot be trusted...(and tell me Stevo didn't have this 'ere blog in front of him when he penned those questions-Ed)...indeed, hilarious...
I find it absolutely hilarious sans the humour that it's me that is fighting tooth and nail for the future of this sad little town, whilst it's elected officials rort and rip-off Ratepayers with routine regularity...I'm fighting everyday in every way I can think of and at great personal cost, and no-one else even shows for the Council meetings...(sweet baby cheeses-Ed)...and you wonder why your corrupt Council just keeps on blatantly colluding internally to defraud your Ratepayer's dollars...shreck me...and in this modern age too, where any knucklehead can hop on the Interweb and do their own stupid blog...(anyone I know?-Ed)...
I don't use Facebook or Twitter or any other Social Media stuff, but I do look at some stuff and recognise that there's been some issues that have been publicly exposed via these media...some...however, it seems plenty of people can get on Twitbook and mouth-off vociferously about whatevs but don't actually do something about it...why aren't dozens of people all over Facebiter cuttin' crook about their Council's corruption and what it's costing citizens, the Ratepayers, who finance every red cent of this...
And they are all 'red cents' when it comes to this Council because they have already driven the City into irretrievable debt, and then fraudulently misappropriated most of it, and they are laying the groundwork to borrow yet another $10million re this 'Recreation Centre' that is in the Agenda and Minutes, but not mentioned elsewhere that I've seen/heard...I'll check...
This 'Regional Recreation Centre' was front and centre of Council discussions in their January meeting, including the observation that it "might have a wet area", but that the cost of said RRC would rule out Mt Gambier ever affording a covered Aquatic Centre...Council passed a Motion for Council staff to start organising to apply for $10million of Federal funding to pay for the RRC, an application that requires Council to stump-up $10m first...and that's $10m they'll have to borrow because they ain't got nuthin' left of the $6m they borrowed only 18 months ago...
(So Council is manoeuvring to borrow yet another $10m and all done with the reverse justification that we must have that $10m to get the 'grant' $10m, but you still won't get a pool?-Ed)...exactly...this RRC and Stage 4 are constructs of deceit designed to allow Council to borrow another $10m, not spend it on the things it's promised, and gourd knows where the majority of that $20m will end up but I'd reckon straight into the pockets of the vested interests running Council, in the exact same manner as everything else Council does, would be a fair guess...

Wow
Hello and welcome to a brief replacement post...apologies to the nearly finished post that just got shoved, but I find this article from today's (February 4th 2015) The Border Watch rather interesting...
(Well it's certainly bad news overall, but at least most of them have found work again-Ed)...what?...no, the other article thankyou...(oh, oh, sorry, yes of course...nice photo-Ed)...ta', it's not, but ta'...(but it's not very clever to not show-up for Court-Ed)...indeed...but it's a little difficult to show-up for something if you don't know it's happening...(sorry? you didn't know it was happening? you didn't know that there was a Court case that you were in? why not?-Ed)...can't say 'cos I don't know that either...
(Hang on, there's a case in Court about you, where you're the one who's been charged, and you haven't been told? what about a Summons? surely there's a Summons-Ed)...no idea, not one that I've seen and/or heard about...and I haven't been charged...(sorry what? you haven't been charged? but it says in TBW that you,

and then,
"...return to court to face the same charge (etc)"

But before you start, I know as much as is in that article...during a phone call this morning someone jokingly referred to my appearance in TBW re my alleged non-attendance at my Court case...apparently I/it was in TBW...so I went and bought a TBW and here t'is...I assume that this has something to do with SAPol raiding my home back in May 2014, but I cannot say for sure because I don't know...not being a pedantic smart-arse, but I don't know what it is about because I haven't been interviewed about anything, let alone charged with anything...
(Slow down, slow down...you've not been interviewed? not even when the 2 SAPol Anti-Corruption detectives came to your home 2 days in a row, including the day you were politely raided, or whilst at the Mt Gambier Police Station just prior to the raiding thingy?-Ed)...nope, I declined to be interviewed at my home on the first day and again on the second morning at the station because the detectives wouldn't/couldn't/whatevs tell me exactly what it was about...I also repeatedly asked if I was being recorded and was repeatedly told "no"...we spent far more time talking about various issues on the blog than the blog itself...
(So no interview?-Ed)...no...(and that then makes the question 'have you been charged?' somewhat superfluous because you'd have been interviewed then, I assume-Ed)...gourd knows mate...as best I can tell, as far as I'm aware, I haven't been interviewed about and/or charged with anything...apart from the couple of letters I wrote to SAPol, etc, via my legal advice, and the responses, as all covered in previous posts, I ain't heard squat from no-one about nuthin'...
What I can say with certainty is that I was unaware that there was a Court hearing yesterday and as far as I'm aware there has been no attempt to contact me as per that Summons you mentioned earlier...(again, how are you meant to know to show-up if they don't even tell you it's happening?-Ed)...no idea, I rang the Courthouse this morning and they said it (the Summons) was SAPol's responsibility, and told me repeatedly albeit politely to go talk to SAPol...(is that the same SAPol who have been repeatedly present amongst all this bloggage?-Ed)...ai, that be they...haven't interviewed me, haven't charged me, haven't told me it's in Court, and yet I've allegedly failed to attend in Court supposedly 'to face a charge'...(wow-Ed)...
And the good ol' The Border Watch, yet again running a story about me without contacting me, eg, the Councillor Ian Von Stanke coming to my home incident in 2011, my alleged complaints about the ABC in 2010, etc...and I will be pedantic as is my penchant for picking apart the manipulative nature of language, and so identify the language used quite deliberately here-in where I am described as Fullname (Alias) Full-middlename Surname and then as simply "Fletcher", twice...(ah yes, this language discusses you as though you are a hardened criminal, full name including middle name and an in-brackets alias...classic blaggard and clearly not worthy of the respect of a 'Mr' at any point...it's like a template of implied criminality-Ed)...that's exactly what it is...language is a powerful tool my friend...
Apart from that it appears to be 1) advertising my blog, and 2) discussing that which I'm supposedly charged for/with discussing...(hey yeah, how can TBW talk about you supposedly talking about something you're supposedly not supposed to talk about, because then they're talking about it too? but even then you haven't been charged or told about the Court hearing? sweet baby cheeses, I need to go lie down a minute-Ed)...fair enough...
I'll just conclude here and there'll have to be 2 posts tomorrow, sorry, but I've got a couple waiting...when I know more about this, and that'll be via legal advice, I'll post more...

SBC Part II - The Recreationing Ball
Hello y'all and welcome to the blog...apologies for no post yesterday, but nuthin' particularly exciting, just the same issues as recently covered, eg, trying to really confront the Agoraphobia stuff by getting out as much as possible, everyday is good, even if it's just for short bursts, eg, shopping or walk the dog...(stagger the dog-Ed)...yeah, the sore knee stuff really slows ya' down...(and visitors is exciting-Ed)...oh absolutely, including a second surprise familial visitor, the second already this year...(albeit after a gap of several years-Ed)...fair enough...(*apols this post a bit disjointed, happens when done across several days with other posts in between*)...

Minister Tony 'Rhetoric' Piccolo has been in the media in response to the recent large protest on the steps of state Parliament, where 100's of Country Fire Services were expressing their collective displeasure at 1) proposed changes to the Emergency Services structures, eg, a single Commissioner, etc, and 2) the sudden withdrawal of the Emergency Services Levy subsidies that have seen some ESL bills skyrocket by $100s even $1,000s, and not least of all because the CFS are mostly volunteers who lose money risking their lives to protect the state, and their employers lose money, etc, etc, and occasionally volunteers get killed...and Tony reckons heaps of people have contacted him in support of this political bastardry, but he didn't name one...
Once A Jolly Junket:...Councillor Sonya Mezinec, wife of the Catholic Tennyson Woods College Principal, well Ratepayers have the distinct honour of fully financing a little jaunt for her to the Barossa Valley for a 'Woman's Conference'...(bullshit?-Ed)...nope, the rorting just goes on, 2 months in and here's a little reward and I quote,
"(b) all costs associated with attendance at the Conference be met by Council - Acc. No.
6000.0106 (Members Training)."
And don't forget of course that Council is still angling to go on a little holiday to China on the Ratepayers credit card, constantly spewing forth vacuous supposed justifications about Tourism, trade, etc...if Tourism is so important to City Council, why is the Blue Lake, arguably the single most identifiable natural feature in the state, all but ignored?...30+ year old run-down lookouts and cut down trees just left lying there...(also a major fire risk/threat-Ed)...absolutely...litter/crap blowing everywhere...it's an embarrassing disgrace on a good day...my recent visitors commented on the rundown look of the town even since their last visits only a few years ago, particularly the Blue Lake lookouts/area...
The rumours/allegations have gathered and crashed onto the Aquatic Centre re Council's double-spend on the shade cloth for the pool itself...from several random sources comes the news/allegation that Council mis-ordered the fitted shade cloth in the wrong shape/size/colour/whatevs and therefore had to re-order, and because it was Council's mistake, we get to pay twice, we being Ratepayers...I mention this as it is only one of many such claims across a series of items/projects, and it is of concern to me that, given the institutionalised corruption of Mt Gambier City Council, that this is just another deliberate raft of rorting public monies...I'd love to see Council's books on their orders/payments/works and see just how many of these 'mistakes' have occurred and where all that money has gone...(whatta' bloody disgrace this Council is-Ed)...absolutely...

Perhaps it's just me, but there's a company that has received $1+million from the Forestry Fund thingy to set-up a trial plant to extract a compound from sawdust, and they're going to set-up next to a local mill...is this mill going to be the Labor government's besties where they're always photographed, can't stop throwing money at them, etc, etc, NF McDonnell and Sons? and/or is it a push for some otherwise unwarranted re-zoning around that mill site here in Mt Gambier to allow a further expansion of the mill?...nuthin' would surprise me...

South Australia - The Premier Paedophile State
Hello and welcome to another cut-and-paste post with this stuff I happened to find when looking-up some other stuff...in that context, this is also very much a cathartic posting 'cos I've had this runnin' round the front of my head ever since because there's so much represented here re the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up...slight apologies for no post yesterday but not home so a bit difficult...(yay-Ed)...because SAPol (police) still have my laptop, etc...no idea what's happening with that...
I don't apologise for going back to the same sick well that is the Institutionalised Paedophilia that defines South Australia...please find attached the ABC Local Radio story from June 2005 and the letter that proves the lies there-in, not least of all from the then Premier Mike Rann...good ol' Mike Rann...I note that this sad sick sack a' depravity has been carefully kept aways away overseas as Commissioner/Attache/whatevs first to London and now Italy and occasionally skulks back into the state...(I'm sure he'll soon receive a senior position with the SA Cricket Assoc or SA National Football League (state level AFL footy)-Ed)...are you referring to the multiple former state Premiers running those organisations in the context of the zeitgeist question?...(sorry what?-Ed)...
The zeitgeist question, as regularly asked across the Interweb and sometimes of me, etc, is 'who was the last South Australian Premier who wasn't a paedophile?'...which runs with the public impression, again as often expressed to me, that it was Labor Premier Don Dunstan who delivered control of SA to the paedophile interests that clearly run it now...(ah, I get it now...you're saying that this is 'zeitgeist' stuff because it's not your specific claim/allegation/whatevs but rather something you've run into many, many times, eg, that press conference held at the notorious gay 'beat' the Veale Gardens in Adelaide's South Parklands where a former Liberal Premier was identified as a paedophile, which then went to the Mullighan Commission in that also notorious document that was publicly released and the Rann Labor government had a go at gaoling the Child Protection Advocates involved-Ed)...yeah, that's the one...
I will note, however, that having been involved/embroiled in more than 12 years of this Labor government helping the Lutherans cover-up the gross abuse of a class of 7 year old children at St Martins School, and do that with the full and unwavering support of the Liberal Party, SAPol, the Crown Solicitor, Family and Community Services, Mt Gambier City Council, various corrupt lawyers, etc, etc, I fully subscribe to this zeitgeist stuff that SA is a state run by paedophiles for paedophiles, and further on from that, the St Martins case isn't an unfortunate anomaly...
Does anyone honestly believe that the St Martins Cover-up just happened out of nowhere in the middle of an otherwise pure system?...bollocks, St Martins is the window onto the reality...teacher Glyn Dorling was protected for 5-6 years by the Lutherans before he was suddenly 'removed' in June 2002, and I believe this grooming stuff is going on everyday in their schools and that's what the agenda is and that's why people like Dorling get protected...I don't believe for a moment that this was just a 'Business Decision' to protect the Lutheran Church from litigation, etc, they wanted him in that room grooming children to make the kids compliant for future abuses...
I have covered at great length the events of State Parliament's sitting in Mt Gambier on 5th-6th May 2005, and the appallingly biased and complicit conduct of the local media, particularly The Advertiser...as ludicrously corrupted as the front page of The Border Watch was (previous posts), the good ol' Advertiser wouldn't touch it, not a word...after months of rabidly ripping down Peter Lewis et al re the paedophile stuff, this happens and TA refuse to touch it...(May 2005? sweet baby cheeses, that's nearly 10 years ago-Ed)...yep, time flies when you're having a state sanctioned cover-up of paedophilia...
Premier Mike Rann lies through his teeth to the ABC, the ABC know full well it's a lie, yet they print/air this...parents had contacted Mike Rann many times, including repeatedly throughout February-May 2005 when I was in Adelaide for Radiotherapy, etc, and often in Parliament House with CPAs and/or Peter Lewis's office (when he was still Speaker), and other parents were repeatedly in Adelaide visiting the Mullighan Inquiry, meeting other politicians, etc, and Mike Rann flatly refused almost daily requests to meet with us parents...he only acted when outed on the floor of Parliament, and then would only talk to one parent, and has lied about all of it...
The ABC also knows/knew that parents had been royally screwed over by a clearly corrupted SAPol whom did no investigation in 2002, in fact refused to, then lied about it every day since...we parents were repeatedly told 'we (SAPol) can't do an investigation because there isn't any evidence', and then SAPol dumped the case (July 2002) without telling parents...(pricks-Ed)...absolutely, dumped it and then started saying 'after investigation, we couldn't find any evidence'...from your state Police Force, lie upon lie upon lie to protect a paedophile...
Even the story acknowledges that "One of the parents...contacted the ABC..."...and I guarantee you it was to remind them of some of the realities that Mike Rann, SAPol, etc, have so thoroughly lied about...also, the letter sent to me by Mike Rann's office is 1) dated February 14th 2004, and 2) identifies that Mikey knows what it's about, and 3) has then made others aware...all of this more than 16 months before he goes in the media and says. 'gee whiz, first I've heard'...bollocks...
I also refer to the many previous posts about the multiple other involvements of Premiers Mike Rann and Jay Weatherill in what can only be described as their intimate complicity in the St Martins Cover-up...
