I will not remove this 'Comment' (these 'Comments') because it (they) fully vindicates and/or highlights many of the things that I have been saying in my blog, but I will correct these many errors in a post shortly.
The facts surrounding all of the various issues raised in this particular 'Comment' (these 'Comments') are already addressed somewhere in my blog.
I re-iterate that I am absolutely committed to being accurate, and I am more than happy to be told I'm wrong and then appropriately corrected, but please do not do it anonymously.

Wise Words from...(Tony-TH)...Tony...(nnnnHarrison-TH)...Tony Harrison
Welcome to the blog...I know I promised Stansfield today but (...insert excuse here...)...(you don't have one do you?-Ed)...well yeah, I've been ploughing around all day with this Nominations nonsense, but you're right, that is hardly an excuse; I'll explain later...tomorrow...
But first a humbling apology for a throw away line in yesterday's post re Tony Pasin 'not having a limb to stand on'...having forced myself to watch the Four Corners program on the carnage in Afghanistan, I'm not ashamed to say that I wept openly, and I do feel deeply embarassed for even saying it...
The suffering and loss of Australians in Afghanistan is not diminished by the vastly greater suffering of the Afghan people...my mind churns trying to reach an understanding of how I would feel if my child had their hand blown off simply playing on their own front doorstep...and why we behave like this as a species...
I just don't see how we can deny any Refugee from a war we are physically involved in...and we may not be specifically, personally drone bombing civilians accidently at rates far above genuine 'militants', but our ally is...and we chose to be part of this...these are all realities far beyond the control of the people who live there and therefore bear the full brunt.
And comments I've read that 'these people allow the militants to live amongst them so they can't complain when they get bombed' ignore almost every reality...Colonialism and Empire building have devastated these countries for centuries so that there is an 'ingrained' hatred of any occupying force, no matter how noble the cause, and bombing weddings and other gatherings 'by mistake' irretrievably damages any goodwill...
Average families find themselves literally trapped between violent local militias and/or religious groups, and the occupying forces...they don't 'choose' this...this is happening around them whether they like it or not.
My opinion is irrelevent, but many commentators have argued that the Afghanistan War is about securing Mineral Resources, in much the same way as invading Iraq was/is fundamentally about Oil...democracy and terrorism are said to be convenient justifications...again, how the hell would I know to what degree these 'theories' are realities, but the suffering of those who live there is absolutely undeniable.
Makes the rancid corruption in South Australia seem quite trite, even trivial, even irrelevent...(boy, just a little light reading today, eh...you been on the happy pills or something?-Ed)...unless of course you happen to live there...and for god sake don't live in the country...
This follows on the theme of yesterday's post...South East SA by geography and political construct is effectively irrelevent...Liberals take it for granted and Labour have written it off...(or should you say sold it off-Ed)...indeed, sold off is more than appropriate...
The cornerstone of the SE economy, Forestry, has been sold to private concerns who remain largely anonymous...I am yet to see a comprehensive listing of the various 'consortium' members who are set to profit massively from the 'gifting' of this State asset...imagine my surprise if they prove to have direct links to former Union bosses and Labour aligned lawyers, etc, as with some of the companies profitting from the Wind Turbine Subsidy corruption...
Which leads nicely to the sudden avalanche of promotion for Bio-Energy; effectively burning stuff to create electricity...in a blog soon, but I have immediate concerns when I see the 'proposed' development of a massive plant near Tarpeena is to be subsidised by the Clean Energy Finance Corporation...the CEFC is a $10billion dollar fund/rort established only recently by Labour to justify, legalise and conduct the syphoning of taxpayers money into grossly inefficient Wind Turbines, etc...more later...
Just listening (earlier this morning-sync) to Stuart Stansfield interview Dr John Winachec RMIT (spelling?) re "defamatory", malicious, and "anti-social" content in Social Media, and talking about how unfair it is on the subjects, etc...fair enough...there are platforms available where you don't have to use your real name, eg, aliases on Twitter, and other sites that almost encourage anonymity.
'How brave people can be from behind their computers', etc. Can't be talking about me though, because I'm Nick Fletcher and I'm right here, big as all outdoors...and I may be malicious and 'defamatory' to some, but to others, the truth is a harsh and ugly reality that needs to be addressed, albeit by a harsh and ugly person...(self-bazinga...nice-Ed)...
And I unapologetically denounce Stuart Stansfield and ABC Producer Kate Hill for their purile banter re Labour Candidate Phil Golding and his statements this morning that he is not 'delusional' enough to think that he can win the safe Liberal seat of Barker...'Isn't it great hearing honesty in politics'...'Yeah, you don't hear that often'...'Honesty in politics, what a pleasant change', etc...
Nothing against Mr Golding who is described to me as a relatively 'genuine' person, but the crap about 'truth in politics' is absolutely galling coming from the heavily biased ABC who have routinely refused my attempts to do exactly that.
For years I have been fighting literally *tooth and nail* to try and get 'honesty' in politics and local media reporting, and in response I have been attacked, abused, denigrated, vilified and defamed. I have been repeatedly heavily censored, blocked, refused, and/or straight out ignored by the local media whilst trying to raise critical issues, particularly around Child Protection, the St Martins Child Abuse Cover-up, dumping Adelaide's paedophiles and other Sex Offenders in Mt Gambier via the Gaol, etc.
The Wind Turbine Issue is a perfect example, where I (and others) are constantly trying to address the gross pro-Turbine reportage through and therefore by the ABC...I've covered this extensively in previous posts...

This little aside brought to you courtesy of the charming footage from Channel 7 showing a SAPol officer repeatedly, violently beating/assaulting a homeless man who is already lying face down on the ground...and then beating another man just standing there...and then back to 'pepper spray' and assault the first man again...and the homeless dude is the one who has been charged with assault...just charming...(did someone say 'A Government Sanctioned Monopoly on Violence'-Ed)...you bloody hippy...
I know that the police have to deal with all manner of idiots, but this is grossly unacceptable...it was like a violence themed cooking show...'first we tenderise the perp, then add a little pepper spray for piquant, then back to the tenderising'...but I digress...
Mr Harrison's letter (attached) is self explanatory in defending the Education Dept, and follows the exact template that I have already identified (previous posts) by referring/deferring to the DeBelle Inquiry...I believe the two cases he refers to are those from the South East involving a Principal on Rape charges and a teacher who was grooming a student...
Vacuous rhetoric that at best highlights just how dysfunctional and disjointed the 'Child Protection System' was as of just a few months ago...and I note that half of the Public servants who have been asked to provide written explanations re the Western Suburbs School case, haven't even bothered to do that...and still nobody sacked or even officially reprimanded...the culture of self-protection and denial remains fully intact.

Electorile Dysfunction in the Seat of Barker
Hello world...we are having a bit of Electorile Dysfunction focused around September 7th 2013...it's been a long, hard road thus far, and nothing appears set to change...and Labour swear that they will finally announce a candidate...today...(honest?-Ed)...honest...and there are some very scary possibilities emerging...I mean truly, truly scary...
Point One: Barker is a very, very safe Liberal seat held by a strong margin, and many argue...(quite correctly-Ed)...that this makes us virtually invisible in the Federal context...(I can't actually remember the 2007 or 2010 Federal Labour candidates-Ed)...me neither...(did they actually have one?-Ed)...yes, they did...Karen Lock in 2007 and Simone McDonnell in 2010...I was just being cynically hilarious...(yes, well, if you say so-Ed)...
Check Wikipedia, etc, to see that the Conservative vote has regularly been close to or actually more than all other candidates combined, even with a reasonable swing in 2010...
This means that the Liberals take the seat for granted and Labour just aren't interested...can't win; don't try; don't care...and this opens the very ugly can of worms about 'sending a message to Canberra' by supporting an Independent candidate...and hasn't Mt Gambier and the South East done so well out of supporting alleged Independents...and there's the rub, therein lies the crux of the problem...alleged Independents...
Where does the South East find itself a genuinely Independent candidate...(is that a rhetorical question?-Ed)...yes, rhetorical question...(it's you isn't it?...you're talking about yourself again-Ed)...absolutely...sure as hell not talking about Richard Sage...
As the only Genuine Independent at any level of South East politics I have no reservation in promoting myself as such....indeed, I like to think that I'm loathed by the major parties...lord knows I've tried hard enough...(sarcasm?-Ed)...yes, sarcasm...you're getting good at this...
I act genuinely to achieve genuine and positive social change..and it is absolutely indicative of the conduct of the major parties that this brings me into conflict with them...it's all about me, but it's still about them more...(whaaa?-Ed)...I do what I do with genuine intent, and this generates conflict with both Labour and Liberal...(still whaaa?-Ed)...
I am defined by what I say and do, and the two things become inseparable, even synonymous...it cuts both ways...
(Hang on...back up...I thought you said in a previous post that Labour had already announced their candidate, Grant District Mayor Richard Sage?-Ed)...indeed...(but I just heard him on ABC radio stating that he will continue to act as Mayor, and being described as an 'Independent' candidate-Ed)...probably, he is calling himself an Independent...but nobody believes that...
I re-iterate; the state Labour Party have a long history of running 'dummy' candidates in state elections whilst actually putting their support behind an alleged Independent...they did it at both the 2006 (Brad Coates) and 2010 (Viv Maher) state elections, doing absolutely nothing to support and/or promote their official candidate but instead using them to gather the 'welded on' Labour vote, that was then syphoned off to their 'actual candidate' Rory McEwen (2006) and Don Pegler (2010)...
Labour has regularly and readily 'burned' these legitimate candidates (Coates and Maher) to manipulate the electorate in a context where they could not hope to win an election with their 'official' candidate, and have done so with a succession of Grant District Council alumni...
As per previous post, Rory McEwen, Richard Sage, Don Pegler, and the broader Grant District Council have been willing servants of (and co-conspirators with) the Rann/Weatherill Labour government and with members of the Mt Gambier City Council...and their combined and individual actions, with the definable support of the Labour state government, have personally profited individual Councillors to the greater detriment of Mt Gambier and the District in general.
Mr Sage has been intimately involved in the extraordinary corruption of appropriate process that defines the Bunnings/Penola Rd/Millicent Rd debacle, where District Council Grant re-zoned the Light Industrial Zone on Millicent Rd to Retail/Bulky Goods and Residential, land owned by a sitting Council member, and then built shopping centres and housing estates on it...
This has forced random re-zoning issues all around Mt Gambier as it struggles to recover that 'lost ground' and has led to Light Industry moving onto the main 'Northern Gateway' of Penola Rd, etc.
Then both Councils signed the 'Greater Mt Gambier Master Plan' which attempts to justify the extraordinary malfeasance that has crippled appropriate development in and around Mt Gambier...the GMGMP is a bad joke conceived, constructed, and implemented to justify that which had already happened...and then the 'Boundary Adjustments' that include the Millicent Rd site again seem to specifically profit those involved...
And Liberal candidate Tony Pasin is no better, arguably worse...(worse than the District Councillors and Richard Sage?-Ed)...yes...he spent 8 years on Mt Gambier City Council and is intimately, personally involved in the Bunnings/Penola Rd fiasco, and the Rail Lands Retail Agenda (previous posts), and related Library and Main Corner disasters.
He has unashamedly used his position on Council to court the Conservative vote with these decisions, and has some very specific questions to answer about how he managed to get certain land re-zonings in the Grant District Council area.
Mr Pasin has not one limb at his disposal with his vacuous rhetoric about getting Mt Gambier an all year pool should he be elected...he spent 8 years on Council voting for everything that suited an elitist minority, and not one word about a pool...or funding for public transport...nothing but massive borrowed expenditure on an elitist front door for the Riddoch Gallery...and he just happens to have direct connections to businesses immediately adjacent the Main Corner...
And ask Mr Sage about the role he played in the extraordinary Wind Turbine issues around Allendale and Green Point, and get him to explain why Grant District Council went to Court with Acciona against local residents, and how and why Council repeatedly re-approved the Green Point Turbine Development, and then secretly changed the Development status without going back through the appropriate processes and public consultation...ask him...I have...repeatedly, in writing...and no response...
Labour Announce Their Second Candidate for Barker- Mr Phil Golding...who was apparently a Labour candidate previously...somewhere...sometime...I'll have to check...(*just stated on ABC that he ran in MacKillop at the 2006 state election*)...just reported on ABC Local Radio at 10.55am, five minutes before the end of the program and therefore no interview...tomorrow perhaps...(second candidate?-Ed)...yeah, Richard Sage is the first...(oh of course, sorry, I wasn't paying attention-Ed)...keep up...
Bottomline, there is only one Genuine Independent Candidate...me...and both Pasin and Sage have direct connections with local vested interests and highly questionable track records in positions in local government...again I ask readers to review my various posts re the conduct of these two and the Councils they are/have been part of...
If you feel you have to do a 'Protest Vote' in the safe Liberal seat of Barker, for god sake don't fall for this 'Pseudo Independent' bollocks...it's all a cynical pantomime...and I look forward to discussing these issues at the Public Forums that I'm sure will be called to allow the electorate a chance to 'front' their candidates...
My advice, for what it's worth, is that...if you are a genuine 'Conservative voter' but cannot stomach voting for Tony Abbott, Pasin, and Co, don't do a 'Protest Vote' that might see you end up with Richard Sage...I'm not even suggesting you should vote for me...go instead to the Nationals' Miles Hannemann...it is effectively a Conservative vote by default and/or association.
In the circumstances, I will be directing my preferences directly to the Nationals...people mock Barnaby Joyce and Bill Heffernan, etc, but they make far more sense than any of the other clowns...
Beyond that, to qualify myself as a candidate, in either House, I need to reverse my behaviour of the past decade of quite deliberately distancing myself from people I like so as to not drag them into my bullshit...and so...
I formally request that, if you wish to support my official application to run as an 'Independent candidate' then please contact me via this blog or my contact number as in the phone book - (08) 8723 3793.
This is merely a statement of support that allows me to run (I need 100 'signed supporters' from the Barker electorate...apparently...according to the Australian Electoral Commission website)...and has no legal ramifications for anyone who 'signs on'...you owe me nothing, and I am not beholden to you...indeed, this does not preclude you from voting for someone else...
I appreciate that I'm nobodies idea of a regular Candidate, but I would argue that that is my greatest strength...a Genuine Independent bobbing about in a sea of Vested Interests...at the very least, my involvement will really rattle some cages...I am a 'Protest Vote' personified...

I act genuinely to achieve genuine and positive social change..and it is absolutely indicative of the conduct of the major parties that this brings me into conflict with them...it's all about me, but it's still about them more...(whaaa?-Ed)...I do what I do with genuine intent, and this generates conflict with both Labour and Liberal...(still whaaa?-Ed)...
I am defined by what I say and do, and the two things become inseparable, even synonymous...it cuts both ways...
(Hang on...back up...I thought you said in a previous post that Labour had already announced their candidate, Grant District Mayor Richard Sage?-Ed)...indeed...(but I just heard him on ABC radio stating that he will continue to act as Mayor, and being described as an 'Independent' candidate-Ed)...probably, he is calling himself an Independent...but nobody believes that...
I re-iterate; the state Labour Party have a long history of running 'dummy' candidates in state elections whilst actually putting their support behind an alleged Independent...they did it at both the 2006 (Brad Coates) and 2010 (Viv Maher) state elections, doing absolutely nothing to support and/or promote their official candidate but instead using them to gather the 'welded on' Labour vote, that was then syphoned off to their 'actual candidate' Rory McEwen (2006) and Don Pegler (2010)...
Labour has regularly and readily 'burned' these legitimate candidates (Coates and Maher) to manipulate the electorate in a context where they could not hope to win an election with their 'official' candidate, and have done so with a succession of Grant District Council alumni...
As per previous post, Rory McEwen, Richard Sage, Don Pegler, and the broader Grant District Council have been willing servants of (and co-conspirators with) the Rann/Weatherill Labour government and with members of the Mt Gambier City Council...and their combined and individual actions, with the definable support of the Labour state government, have personally profited individual Councillors to the greater detriment of Mt Gambier and the District in general.
Mr Sage has been intimately involved in the extraordinary corruption of appropriate process that defines the Bunnings/Penola Rd/Millicent Rd debacle, where District Council Grant re-zoned the Light Industrial Zone on Millicent Rd to Retail/Bulky Goods and Residential, land owned by a sitting Council member, and then built shopping centres and housing estates on it...
This has forced random re-zoning issues all around Mt Gambier as it struggles to recover that 'lost ground' and has led to Light Industry moving onto the main 'Northern Gateway' of Penola Rd, etc.
Then both Councils signed the 'Greater Mt Gambier Master Plan' which attempts to justify the extraordinary malfeasance that has crippled appropriate development in and around Mt Gambier...the GMGMP is a bad joke conceived, constructed, and implemented to justify that which had already happened...and then the 'Boundary Adjustments' that include the Millicent Rd site again seem to specifically profit those involved...
And Liberal candidate Tony Pasin is no better, arguably worse...(worse than the District Councillors and Richard Sage?-Ed)...yes...he spent 8 years on Mt Gambier City Council and is intimately, personally involved in the Bunnings/Penola Rd fiasco, and the Rail Lands Retail Agenda (previous posts), and related Library and Main Corner disasters.
He has unashamedly used his position on Council to court the Conservative vote with these decisions, and has some very specific questions to answer about how he managed to get certain land re-zonings in the Grant District Council area.
Mr Pasin has not one limb at his disposal with his vacuous rhetoric about getting Mt Gambier an all year pool should he be elected...he spent 8 years on Council voting for everything that suited an elitist minority, and not one word about a pool...or funding for public transport...nothing but massive borrowed expenditure on an elitist front door for the Riddoch Gallery...and he just happens to have direct connections to businesses immediately adjacent the Main Corner...
And ask Mr Sage about the role he played in the extraordinary Wind Turbine issues around Allendale and Green Point, and get him to explain why Grant District Council went to Court with Acciona against local residents, and how and why Council repeatedly re-approved the Green Point Turbine Development, and then secretly changed the Development status without going back through the appropriate processes and public consultation...ask him...I have...repeatedly, in writing...and no response...
Labour Announce Their Second Candidate for Barker- Mr Phil Golding...who was apparently a Labour candidate previously...somewhere...sometime...I'll have to check...(*just stated on ABC that he ran in MacKillop at the 2006 state election*)...just reported on ABC Local Radio at 10.55am, five minutes before the end of the program and therefore no interview...tomorrow perhaps...(second candidate?-Ed)...yeah, Richard Sage is the first...(oh of course, sorry, I wasn't paying attention-Ed)...keep up...
Bottomline, there is only one Genuine Independent Candidate...me...and both Pasin and Sage have direct connections with local vested interests and highly questionable track records in positions in local government...again I ask readers to review my various posts re the conduct of these two and the Councils they are/have been part of...
If you feel you have to do a 'Protest Vote' in the safe Liberal seat of Barker, for god sake don't fall for this 'Pseudo Independent' bollocks...it's all a cynical pantomime...and I look forward to discussing these issues at the Public Forums that I'm sure will be called to allow the electorate a chance to 'front' their candidates...
My advice, for what it's worth, is that...if you are a genuine 'Conservative voter' but cannot stomach voting for Tony Abbott, Pasin, and Co, don't do a 'Protest Vote' that might see you end up with Richard Sage...I'm not even suggesting you should vote for me...go instead to the Nationals' Miles Hannemann...it is effectively a Conservative vote by default and/or association.
In the circumstances, I will be directing my preferences directly to the Nationals...people mock Barnaby Joyce and Bill Heffernan, etc, but they make far more sense than any of the other clowns...
Beyond that, to qualify myself as a candidate, in either House, I need to reverse my behaviour of the past decade of quite deliberately distancing myself from people I like so as to not drag them into my bullshit...and so...
I formally request that, if you wish to support my official application to run as an 'Independent candidate' then please contact me via this blog or my contact number as in the phone book - (08) 8723 3793.
This is merely a statement of support that allows me to run (I need 100 'signed supporters' from the Barker electorate...apparently...according to the Australian Electoral Commission website)...and has no legal ramifications for anyone who 'signs on'...you owe me nothing, and I am not beholden to you...indeed, this does not preclude you from voting for someone else...

DeBelle Ends, But It's Just The Beginning
Howdy Finland, India, Germany and Romania...as repeatedly promised, more dissection of the DeBelle debacle that delightfully defines the deliberate dysfunction of the Department of Education...(ah, such witty alliteration-Ed)...whatevs...
But first, some quick reminders that we are a part of the natural world, not apart from it...more reports that we continue to grossly overuse/misuse anti-biotics to the extent that we are effectively making them redundant, leading to multiple resistance to available medications.
By over-using anti-biotics and/or not applying them as directed or to the completion of prescriptions, using them to accelerate animal growth, etc, the target bacteria are able to evolve in response and develop resistance. This is leading to a rise in 'multi-resistant' bacteria that creates 'multi-medication' treatment, ie, people having to be repeatedly treated with multiple medications...
In New Zealand, which I will in future refer to by it's traditional Maori name 'Aotearoa', international dairy company Fonterra, has been hit with a 'Botulism' scare in some of it's powdered milk products that have been distributed world wide.
A bacteria that can potentially cause Botulism (a disease of the nervous system: Maquarie Dictionary) was found a year ago in milk products, but only just publicly announced, leading to recalls and health warnings.
And third, salmonella contamination in imported chickens being held at South Australia's Quarantine Station on Torrens Island, will force/has forced SA authorities to destroy all of the birds...nature is out there and it wants you...
This is my Green Soapbox contribution - the health of the environment is paramount to the health of society, and you can't keep pouring contaminants into said environment without consequence...an immediate and obvious example is the recent fish die-offs around Adelaide that the State government and authorities still deny has anything to do with the Massive Discharge/Flushing Event from the De-Salination Plant at Hallett cove...balderdash and poppycock...at the very least it was the fatal straw for an already heavily stressed/pollutedcamel environment.
And all of the well-informed pundits are predicting/guaranteeing that we're having a Federal Election on the something of something...(for sure?-Ed)...absolutely...and if not then, then the other one that it could be possibly...(the other one?-Ed)...yeah...or the potential alternative...
I am so sick...(me too-Ed)...of being bombarded with reportage of what hasn't happened today...we all know we're having an election and that it hasn't been called yet...there is no reason or need to keep telling me...over and over and over...tell me when it has been called...

Reports of the 'removal' of a local school Principal facing rape charges and another local teacher facing charges of trying to 'procure' one of his students, have brought the predicted (in this blog) disassociations of responsibility that is the fundamental motivator for the DeBelle Inquiry.
The DeBelle Inquiry is a crass, blatant, and thoroughly transparent construct, designed and executed to build a wall between what has been happening in our state's schools under a decade of Labour governance with the capitulatory collusion of a pointless Liberal opposition...(and he uses the term 'opposition' loosely-Ed)...thanks...and responsibility for this institutionalised pro-paedophile corruption.
Just this week Premier Weatherill and Grace Portolesi, both former Education Ministers...(is there anyone in the Labour Party who hasn't been Education Minister?-Ed)...have been furiously referring and deferring to the DeBelle Inquiry.
Ms Portolesi, the Minister at the helm when the 'Western Suburbs School Abuse Cover-up' kicked off in the media, this week dribbled out a long diatribe about how the DeBelle Inquiry had cleared Premier Weatherill of any wrong-doing, and had proven that she had been misinformed by her Department and therefore cleared her as well.
Attorney General John Rau has been repeatedly referring to an 'Offender Register' that won't be available to any "busy body" who goes to a police station; alleged tough new Mandatory Notification laws; and new powers for SAPol (police) to release information if an offender doesn't comply with their bail/parole conditions, if police decide to...in extreme circumstances...release information if asked about someone who has by definition already breached their bail/parole...it's all bollocks...
Constant rhetoric about tough new regulations, followed by a raft of conditions, revisions, criteria and other reasons as to why nothing will effectively change.
This week, in referring to these two South East cases, Minister Jennifer Rankine reeled out a very prepared synopsis of how well the Education Dept had handled them both by 'removing' the accused and informing parents, etc, as per 'the recommendations of the DeBelle Inquiry'...rumours are rife in Mt Gambier, but at least one of these two men was described to the school population as being 'on sick leave'...at least one has now 'resigned'...for all I know it could be the same person...
Even in today's Sunday Mail Ms Rankine tries to praise the DeBelle inquiry for the massive spike in sexual assault issues exposed in SA schools...'it's a good thing that so many cases are being reported and it's due to DeBelle' (paraphrase)...that is a remarkable political twist on a horrendous situation - so much abuse that yet again exposes the culture of abuse and cover-up in the Education Dept that leads to a climate of acceptance and guarantees even generates child abuse.
These are the broader aspects of the DeBelle Inquiry that 1) in and of themselves define how shambolic the Education system was as recently as 2013, 2) allow sanctimonious self-excusing, and 3) build a virtual wall between what was happening only months ago and what happens now...and it will be one long cross-reference to the Inquiry that was established to achieve these political ends...
It's not about the welfare of the children...it's all about excusing and protecting Weatherill, Portolesi, their mates and colleagues and Dept heads, and to allow this constant deferring to DeBelle.

The only indication that I have of what is wrong is...well...(well?-Ed)...well, I don't know...the only contact from any of these are the vague letters I received from DeGaris lawyers, threatening some sort of legal action...(are you sure?-Ed)...yeah, but I couldn't say exactly what...and I'm not aware of any legal action under way...
I note that the Revised Post re DeGaris Lawyers April 13th 2013 that includes the letter from Comm Mullighan confirming all of my claims, remains on the blog....as does the one re SERDE and Bill DeGaris April 14th 2013...and the ones re Piper Alderman, etc...
I take this blog very seriously, and I constantly have people 'alleging' stuff to me so I'm very careful about the factual content of this blog, and I completely reject this anonymous Censorship that allows people to manipulate my opinion.
I get that my language is ripe for some and the commentary frequently fruity, but I absolutely stand by 1) everything I have said/written in every post...everything in every post...and, 2) my right to my opinion about people and how I feel about them, particularly after years of grossly inappropriate conduct by these people.
A Brief Reprise: The removed post TFTIM: ABC's Stuart Stansfield June 5th 2013.
Since his mid 2012 return to the ABC, I have avoided Stuart Stansfield where possible because of his behaviour toward parents re the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Issue during his previous stint at the ABC.
He was particularly unpleasant toward me, and I don't care if it's because of his 'relationship' with Rory McEwen, or because of his personal career aspirations, whatevs...don't care...but he has clear personal animosity for me, and he is currently using his position with the ABC to quantify that animosity.
My post June 5th 2013 does go to personal criticism of Stuart, but when considered in the context of his behaviours, then I fully defend my right to my opinion of him, and to criticise him for said behaviour.
It is fact that Stuart has repeatedly abused me, goaded and ridiculed me, and hung up on me when I have rung the ABC to contribute...
The more I get into it the more complicated it becomes because I have no idea what the trigger point is that allows people like Stuart to have my posts removed without me being notified in any way.

The Melanoma (Skin Cancer) treatment drug Ipilimumub is to be included on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme, reducing treatment costs for patients from $10,000s down to a few hundred dollars (across a series of treatments).
This is terrific news for people like myself whom have had Melanoma issues (two 'Regressed Malignant Melanoma' moles removed 20 years ago and several other moles removed since), but it is not a cure for Melanoma and should not be looked upon as such...this drug only slows the progression of established 'melanoma'...prolonging life by a few years, not sparing it...
This drug must not be looked upon as any sort of cure, 'silver bullet', or preventative...the single greatest 'treatment' for Melanoma/Skin Cancer is prevention by good skin care practices...getting out in the sun is great for your health, but wear a shirt, a hat, etc, and do not sunbake, there is no good reason...use a reputable applied tan if you must but for god sake don't use light source tanning booths or beds...you are literally cooking yourself...
2) Kudos to OM Mining in the Northern Territory for destroying an Aboriginal Sacred Site by mining literally to within feet of the now destroyed rock formation, and for then spending 2 years and $1million to defend the case in Court, to avoid a potential maximum fine of $450,000, before finally receiving a $150,000 fine that goes to the government and not the Traditional Owners whom have had their site destroyed...absolutely charming...
And then OM's Mr Roth says outside Court how intensely, sincerely, sorry he is personally and the company is...bollocks...2 years and $1m to defend what they had clearly done...that doesn't sound like remorse to me...
I'm no geologist, but the TV footage clearly shows that OM have gone right up to the formation with a hugely steep cutting, and of course the weight of the formation was going to collapse the massive sand hill created immediately beneath it...clearly quite deliberate...
There are concerns that the company did the damage knowing that there would only be a relatively small fine, especially compared to what they stood to gain from that removed material, and that this has grave implications for other sites by undermining...(nice-Ed)...Sacred Site protection legislation.
Clearly definable destruction that draws only 1/3 of the possible maximum penalty, and the those whom actually suffer for the loss don't see one cent of it.

The only indication that I have of what is wrong is...well...(well?-Ed)...well, I don't know...the only contact from any of these are the vague letters I received from DeGaris lawyers, threatening some sort of legal action...(are you sure?-Ed)...yeah, but I couldn't say exactly what...and I'm not aware of any legal action under way...
I note that the Revised Post re DeGaris Lawyers April 13th 2013 that includes the letter from Comm Mullighan confirming all of my claims, remains on the blog....as does the one re SERDE and Bill DeGaris April 14th 2013...and the ones re Piper Alderman, etc...
I take this blog very seriously, and I constantly have people 'alleging' stuff to me so I'm very careful about the factual content of this blog, and I completely reject this anonymous Censorship that allows people to manipulate my opinion.
I get that my language is ripe for some and the commentary frequently fruity, but I absolutely stand by 1) everything I have said/written in every post...everything in every post...and, 2) my right to my opinion about people and how I feel about them, particularly after years of grossly inappropriate conduct by these people.
A Brief Reprise: The removed post TFTIM: ABC's Stuart Stansfield June 5th 2013.
Since his mid 2012 return to the ABC, I have avoided Stuart Stansfield where possible because of his behaviour toward parents re the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Issue during his previous stint at the ABC.
He was particularly unpleasant toward me, and I don't care if it's because of his 'relationship' with Rory McEwen, or because of his personal career aspirations, whatevs...don't care...but he has clear personal animosity for me, and he is currently using his position with the ABC to quantify that animosity.
My post June 5th 2013 does go to personal criticism of Stuart, but when considered in the context of his behaviours, then I fully defend my right to my opinion of him, and to criticise him for said behaviour.

TFTIM: PWBP Lawyer Stephen Lietschke - Part II
Hello Argentina, Poland, the Netherlands and Bangladesh...I apologise in advance for the lack of humour in this post, and the totality of rage, but I can only plead that rage is a sane response to an insane series of events orchestrated/conducted by insane, corrupt people...and so...

I refer to yesterday's post re Stephen Lietschke's outrageous behaviour re the WorkCover case of Alex, and in a future post I will explain the exact same corruption I faced in my Unfair Dismissal case (which I won) that somehow ended up in WorkCover with Mr Lietschke and Mr Olsson...but I digress...
I note that Mr Olsson was a former 'Magistrate' and a 'WorkCover Magistrate' and more importantly, the father of Ms Jen Olsson, the Crown Solicitors Office representative in the Dorling TRB/CSO hearing...(a coincidence perhaps?-Ed)...yeah, just a coincidence...(that's sarcasm, right?-Ed)...damn straight...
The Chair in the hearing was Carmel Kerin, cousin of former Liberal leader Rob Kerin, the CSO rep was the daughter of a senior Judicial figure, the entire Board were/are Union members and/or Education Department employees, and Dorling's lawyer was Lietschke, Premier Jay Weatherill's business partner...
I try to be appropriately humourous so as to make what I have to say a little less bludgeoning and repelling, but in reviewing the behaviours of Stephen Lietschke and the entire conduct of the Teachers Registration Board/ Crown Solicitor Office re Glyn Dorling (previous posts) I don't know how to cover the entirety of the collusion and pro-paedophile corruption with any brevity, and...

On February 8th 2005 I was standing in the foyer of the Mullighan Inquiry having just spent an hour with Comm Mullighan re the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up (both previous posts), when the Child Protection Activist (CPA) I was with (name withheld) received a phone call...it was Stephen Lietschke.
Two minutes into the conversation, and unbeknown to Mr Lietschke, the CPA put the call on 'speaker', and I listened to Lietschke repeat the same points several times over.
The following is an extract from my 13 page letter March 7th 2005 to the TRB Registrar Ms Wendy Hastings...(13 pages?...a little excessive don't you think?-Ed)...no...it was hand written, and followed on from numerous letters full of still unanswered questions...quite frankly, 13 pages is succinct even truncated...(fair enough-Ed)...
"I note that in your letter 18/02/05 you make no reference to the allegations aired by Stephen
Lietschke...in his phone conversation of 08/02/2005 to (the CPA).
I have spoken at length with (the CPA) about that conversation. She has confirmed that Mr Lietschke;
1) stated that a parent had confessed to the CSO/TRB hearing, in the hearing, that 'he was involved
in a plot with two other parents to get Glyn Dorling and through him off a cliff'. (paraphrase)
2) stated that death threats were made against Glyn Dorling and his daughter.
3) refuted one parents CSO/TRB testimony, stating that the Flinders Child Protection Unit report for
that child said something different. Mr Lietschke went into the details of the 'incident', and discussed
specific parent testimony and literally quoted the child's version of events from the FCPU report.
4) stated that he no longer represented Glyn Dorling but was concerned that (the CPA) might "get sued"
for her involvement.
5) told (the CPA) to check the psychological history and/or condition of the people she was getting her information from.
6) stated that there were no disclosures in any of the FCPU reports.
7) stated that the CSO/TRB had not yet made a decision regarding Glyn Dorling's registration, and that we should all wait until they hand down their decision and reasons. (The CPA) told Mr Lietschke
that parents already had received written notification of the decision not to de-register Dorling.
8) discussed other aspects of the CSO/TRB hearing.
Is it appropriate for Mr Lietschke to discuss the CSO/TRB hearing in this manner?
Have you, or Ms Olsson, gone to the police to report these death threats and confession of a plot to kill
Glyn Dorling? Who gave this evidence/confession?
As I understand it, I was the only male parent who gave evidence at the CSO/TRB hearing. If this is the
case, then Mr Lietschke has identified me as the confessor in this plot to kill Glyn Dorling.
(Paragraph...paragraph...paragraph...)
I understand that a parent contacted you within days of this phone call to ask about these alleged death
threats and the 'plot' to throw Dorling off a cliff. I believe that your response was that no such
allegations/confessions were made at Glyn Dorling's CSO/TRB registration hearing."
The rest of the letter goes on to re-iterate the many points, issues, and/or questions from my many previous letters re the conduct of all involved, eg, why were none of the adult witnesses, the Principal John Alexander, or the dossier of previous complaints, called to (provided to) the hearing.
As the only male witness at the hearing, these completely fabricated claims of confessions and death threats were made by Lietschke deliberately and specifically about me...and the 'two other fathers' are clearly the only other two fathers involved.
As stated, these other parents contacted the TRB to ask for an explanation, and were told (obviously) that no such confessions or statements were made by anybody in the hearing.
(And the TRB did...?-Ed)...nothing, absolutely nothing. I believe that one parent also contacted the Law Society or Legal Practitioners Conduct Board, but was literally waved away...pathetic and corrupt...
I repeat; we parents were led like lambs to the slaughter by a complicit, corrupt TRB and CSO, who allowed Stephen Lietschke to run the hearing.
We were deliberately set up as completely powerless and unrepresented against this 'lawyer' in a 'Court' setting we were assured was 'non-adversarial' but rather 'inquisitory', and then Lietschke was allowed to bully, harass, threaten, and berate parents with complete immunity.
Even though he had been provided with the appropriately 'edited' FCPU reports (specific names removed, etc), he demanded the TRB/CSO subpoena the full reports, which they did without any opposition, and duly handed to him.
He was then allowed to question us about these documents whilst Dorling sat there next to him reading our children's reports that FCPU has flatly refused to release to us...(ah, come on, now you're just making shit up-Ed)...wish I was...
When I called him on this in the hearing, 'how can he question us from documents we haven't seen' Carmel Kerin tersely told me to "just answer the question"...and even when I called him for making up alleged statements out of one report, again the Board just waved me away, refused to look at the report to see if it was a lie, and again told me to just answer...sad, sick, corrupt......(good boy...there'll be snacks for you later-Ed)...
I'll do a third concluding post re Mr Lietschke, but I think these first two show him for exactly what he is...a corrupt, self-important scumbag who knows that the law doesn't apply to him in Adelaide because he protects paedophiles...just like Eugene Magee...and Bill Morris...

I repeat; we parents were led like lambs to the slaughter by a complicit, corrupt TRB and CSO, who allowed Stephen Lietschke to run the hearing.
We were deliberately set up as completely powerless and unrepresented against this 'lawyer' in a 'Court' setting we were assured was 'non-adversarial' but rather 'inquisitory', and then Lietschke was allowed to bully, harass, threaten, and berate parents with complete immunity.
Even though he had been provided with the appropriately 'edited' FCPU reports (specific names removed, etc), he demanded the TRB/CSO subpoena the full reports, which they did without any opposition, and duly handed to him.
He was then allowed to question us about these documents whilst Dorling sat there next to him reading our children's reports that FCPU has flatly refused to release to us...(ah, come on, now you're just making shit up-Ed)...wish I was...
When I called him on this in the hearing, 'how can he question us from documents we haven't seen' Carmel Kerin tersely told me to "just answer the question"...and even when I called him for making up alleged statements out of one report, again the Board just waved me away, refused to look at the report to see if it was a lie, and again told me to just answer...sad, sick, corrupt......(good boy...there'll be snacks for you later-Ed)...
I'll do a third concluding post re Mr Lietschke, but I think these first two show him for exactly what he is...a corrupt, self-important scumbag who knows that the law doesn't apply to him in Adelaide because he protects paedophiles...just like Eugene Magee...and Bill Morris...
These are the legalistic illuminati who define the sickness that rules Adelaide's inbred, white bread polite society...paedophilia...may you all rot in hell for who you are, and what you have done...

TFTIM: Premier Weatherill's Business Partner Stephen Lietschke
Hello Vietnam, China , Brazil, and the United Kingdom...welcome to a study in the Institutionalised Corruption of South Australia where the law applies only when and if you aren't a personal mate of the government and a pro-paedophile enabler and/or protector...
There are those in our state (or country) who mock or ridicule other countries/cultures for their corruption, but you only need scratch the surface to find the legislated pro-paedophile corruption that drives South Australia.
Just watching an interview on ABC News 24 with a Dr Monk about the levels of corruption in China, and that some Australian businesses are warning about doing business there, and this was followed by reports about the Essendon 'Doping Scandal'...(yawn-Ed)...and the New South Wales Independent Commission Against Corruption findings about Eddie Obeid and Ian McDonald and the $100m plus that they have tried to steal from the state re Coal mining leases, etc.
And as per yesterday's post, just listening (on ABC Radio) to Mt Gambier Mayor Steve Perryman talking about his meeting with Ms Stephenson about 'a range of options' for getting more money for the Riddoch Art Gallery...bloody disgraceful...what about public transport, an all-weather pool, etc...yet more elitist 'money for mates'...the gallery already gets $60,000 per year from Council, and funding from Country Arts SA...and public transport gets?...zero...
Have also reviewed recently removed posts re ABC's Stuart Stansfield and NF McDonnell Mill, and I stand by everything I have said in those posts and I will re-draft and re-post...just noticed that Stuart is getting an award for 'Excellence in Journalism'...what a sad joke...and just rang the ABC to contribute about 'Health Services at Millicent', and Stuart answered the phone, said I'd have to call back after the program, and hung up on me...what a tool...
And what better example of the Institutionalised Pro-paedophile Corruption of SA than lawyer Stephen Lietschke...unless of course it's murderer lawyer Eugene Magee...(ooo, I don't think you can say murderer...after all, there were numerous reviews and 'charges' and a 'Commission' and he is still walking around a free man, and still practising law-Ed)...my point exactly...
He drunkenly ran down and killed a cyclist, drove back through the crime scene with his brother, and used his corrupt SAPol mates to avoid even being breathalysed, followed by the farcical 'lawyer's gravy train' pantomime of reviews and Inquiries that achieved absolutely nothing...(um, when you put it that way...-Ed)...indeed, but I digress...
Eugene Magee, lawyer for convicted paedophile Magistrate Peter Liddy, and personally responsible for organising the 'theft' of Liddy's Court-seized assets, was protected throughout by his pro-paedophile mates...and right there with him is Stephen Lietschke...
As per previous posts, Stephen Lietschke (Premier Jay Weatherill's business partner) was teacher Glyn Dorling's lawyer in the Teachers Registration Board/Crown Solicitor Office hearing into Dorling, March 2003 to November 2004. (previous posts)
But he didn't just represent Dorling, he effectively, literally ran the hearing, constantly telling the Board and the CSO representative Ms Jen Olsson what to do, berating, bullying and harassing them and us parents, and operating in ways that would not be allowed in a proper Court situation.
He acted with complete contempt for the Board, the CSO, us parents, and appropriate process...(why didn't the TRB/CSO hold him to account?-Ed)...either they were complicit or incompetent...I don't care why, the TRB/CSO led us parents to the metaphoric slaughter with lies about 'lower onus of proof', etc, and allowed Lietschke to conduct himself atrociously and effectively illegally...
At the first hearing day 1st June 2004 I heard/saw Stephen Lietschke openly berate the TRB representative , saying "that's not what we agreed to", and other parents state that throughout the hearing he made reference to a "deal" that he repeatedly accused the Board of not sticking to.
I will cover his specific behaviours in the TRB/CSO in Part II tomorrow, because this post is about his latest effort with WorkCover...please find attached below the latest Channel 7's Adelaide Today Tonight story re Mr Lietschke's behaviour as a WorkCover lawyer and then Magistrate....it's quite self-explanatory...(and if you want to check, I believe that the previous story/ies may still be available on the TT Adelaide website-Ed)...thank you Ed...(oh, and the 'blocked over text' says "Lieschke, who is a witness for the compensation authority..."-Ed)
It is most concerning to see the apparent unaccountability of Stephen Lietschke, operating as a Magistrate, just ploughing around the Judicial system grossly misusing his position to influence a case where he is effectively a respondent...(who ordered the 'Conflict of Interest' Mixed Platter?-Ed)...
Even more concerning is the 'disappearance' of the matter from the District Court...this is extraordinary...and I also note that Judge Olsson is a former WorkCover Magistrate himself...
