Howdy to Czechia, Japan, United Arab Emirates, and the Philippines, and welcome y'all else as well of course...I understand that 'Czechia' is a new/alternative name for what I grew-up calling Czechoslovakia, and I still ain't sure what's what with that, so respectfully I have included both, cheers...but now Ed, what's this amazing 'scoop' you've got? this had better not be another one of your stupid titles again, remember last time?...(not really-Ed)...when I let you do the title for that post 'Just For Art's Sake' and you turned that into 'Just Farts Ache'...(orrr come on mate, it's not actually even mine, it's the front page from local paper The Border Watch, from last Friday 23rd June 2017, which I've attached just below there, and all I've done is just encapsulate the real issues for this 'ere blog-Ed)...yeah sure, TBW put that on their front page, I find that very hard to believe...(well they did have that banner headline back in December 2014, 'Drug Use In High Places'-Ed)...true, an extraordinarily inappropriate pun to make re the devastating 'Ice scourge' in Mt Gambier...

However...(oh here we go-Ed)...I still find it very hard to believe that local Liberal state MP for the Seat of Mt Gambier, Troy Bell, that Troy would make such a provocative and specific criticism and/or allegation...(mate, what can I tell ya'?-Ed)...well, you could just tell me what's really going on...(now where's the fun in that?-Ed)...mate, we ain't here to have fun!...(although we occasionally do-Ed)...well true, but that's hardly the main motivation, so tell me what's goin' on here...(well, Mr Bell has aired concerns that the 'new owners' of the South East Forestry Plantation, OneFortyOne Plantations, that 141P are somehow creating massive profits far beyond anything that Forestry SA ever managed, and that 'profit' is derived from excessive felling/exporting-Ed)...hey, hang on...(yes, this is exactly what we've been bangin'-on about right here on this 'ere blog-Ed)...absolutely, here at TMGI we've been outlining our concerns about the transparent 141P agenda of clear-felling the entire SEFE as fast as possible...

Regular availees may well have noted that I have steadfastly stayed right-the-heck away from going Troy Bell via this 'ere blog, particularly re the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up, having always considered that Troy is the unfortunate inheritor of the rank corruptions of those who have preceded him, particularly the rankly pro-paedophile corruption of Rory McEwen, Tony Pasin, Steve Perryman, et al...however, I was deeply disappointed to hear Troy's comments on the ABC last Friday re this clear-felling issue...(but it's still 'great' to see/hear him and this issue on the front page and on the radio-Ed)...oh absolutely, and we all here at TMGI have hardly been some sort of super-seers for identifying this clear-felling issue, it first raised it's ugly head within a year of 141P taking over the 'lease', and there were multiple calls to the ABC 3 years ago about an entire coop of 15-20 year old trees being clear-felled out Tarpeena and/or Nangwarry way...a 'forestry cycle' is meant to be 30-35 years, with occasional thinning work...these are self-established truths...   

Hang on, excuse me mate, but I've just skipped ahead to that TBW article and sure, it is about 141P and Troy Bell's concerns re over-clearing, etc, but the actual title is Profits Soar, how the heck do you get from there to MP Accuses Forestry Owner of Pros...oh gourd...'Profits Soar' - 'Profits Whore'...that's it, isn't it? 'Profits Whore'...and due apologies to all sex workers, whom I would not personally refer to as 'whores', but please to be joining me in ironic laughter as I hurl this usually derogatory nomenclature right at people who truly deserve it...

'Profits Whore':...in that they'll do anything for profit?...(yeahhhh, but now that I look at it, ain't it us what's gettin' screwed?-Ed)...well in a certain context, certainly...(but we were the ones what got paid, remember?-Ed)...you mean when the rankly corrupt and criminally incompetent Rann/Weatherill Labor government sold-off the SEFE for less than a third it's actual worth, merrily lying all the way?...(exactly, so if we're the ones what got paid and we're the ones what got screwed...-Ed)...oh...(yeah, 'oh'-Ed)...when you put it like that...(when I put it like that it is us what is the whores-Ed)...yeah, not all metaphors bear scrutiny...do you have any others?...(haaa, "do I have any others?"-Ed).........well do you?...(oh yeah sure, sorry-Ed)...

('Profit Sore'?:...the chaffing one gets hauling huge bags of cash out of the South East after clear-felling the SEFS-Ed)...or perhaps it's the sort of callouses one develops when callously destroying communities and economies with your relentless deceits and selfishness...(well put sir, corrupt thieves and liars, all round-Ed)...may I borrow a 'yay'?...(oh please do-Ed)...yay... 

(How's About 'Profit Saw'?:...the mechanised marvel that allows you to clear-fell whole coops of under-sized trees and reap a tidy profit, thanks very much-Ed)...super, that's it?...(ummm, Whore, Sore, Saw, yeah, I reckon my work here is done-Ed)...I'm gunna' need another 'yay'...(sure-Ed)...yay...

And kudos to me for at least trying to dilute the bitterly corrupt realities with some sugary silliness and fuzzy punnage, but there's absolutely no doubt what irretrievable damage that the rankly corrupt Rann/Weatherill has done to SA with this deeply corrupt sale process to 141P...(do you think Adelaide really has the faintest idea?-Ed)...not really, and those who do largely don't care, but I do re-refer to that recent Letter to the Editor (don't have a copy, sorry) from an Adelaide-based paper, where-in the writer identified the Forestry Sale as a disaster, so, who knows and whatevs... 

But I'm sick of talking about that State-crippling corruption, so let's talk about how Mt Gambier City  Council has kicked the Country Women's Association out of the beautiful little hall building thingy in Lawrence St and is now going to demolish it, and when it was reported that the CWA was leaving their premises, a CWA rep on the ABC stated that 'the landlord has other uses for it'...(and that landlord turns-out to be Council?-Ed)...yep...(and that other 'use' is demolishing it?-Ed)...oh yeah...(wow-Ed)...and having been at the latest Vacuously Corrupt Pantomime That Masquerades As A Mt Gambier City Council Meeting, it truly looks like Council is searching for 'projects' to justify their raft of new highly paid 'Managers'...

Ringmaster CEO Mark 'McShenanigans' McShane led a jolly jaunt from one Council official to another, succinctly seeking each-and-every highly paid opinion...(but why? why kick-out a perfectly decent tenant, let alone the CWA?-Ed)...I said, to demolish it...(but why demolish it-Ed)...because, and I'm paraphrasing McShenanigans again, 'so there won't be any illegal accessing of the empty building'...(but it wasn't shreckin' empty until Council kicked-out the CWA! and why not just re-lease it rather than leave it empty?-Ed)...and again, like I say, it looks like Council just trying to find yet more dodgy projects to 1) justify their massively bloated and wholly corrupted bureaucracy, and 2) tip just a li'l bit more Ratepayer's hard-earned into the cavernous pockets of Councillors and/or their mates and/or families...(well everyone needs a hobby-Ed)...   

And yet more vacuous and entirely disingenuous bleating from MGCC re the closure of the South East Community Legal Service as Council yet again collude with the rankly corrupt pro-paedophile SA Labor Party...(I see that that career slug Don Farrell is furiously advertising in TBW)...truly?...(and doesn't Don 'The Godfather of Labor' Farrell pride himself on running the SA Labor Party?-Ed)...absolutely he does, and it's fundamentally unbelievable that Don Farrell has not played a key role in the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up...more than happy to have a wee chat with Don about a whole range of stuff, but I'd particularly enjoy the opportunity to discuss the Rann/Weatherill/Farrell/Lutheran cover-up of the abuse of dozens of 7 year old kids at St Martins...(good ol' SA, The Paedophile State, run for paedophiles by paedophiles-Ed)...and good ol' Mt Gambier, the Paedophile capital of the Paedophile State...(yay-Ed)...but we digress... 

Just hilarious to hear Mayor Andrew Lee's voice break as he referred to his recent trip to Adelaide to meet Attorney-General li'l Johnny Rau...(do ya' reckon that's the stuff about you happening to happen upon our illustrious leader at Mt Gambier Airport a coupla' weeks back, and what's Andy gunna' think when he reads you were standing right there listening to him say 'hello Councillor Lynagh', etc, etc, all that stuff?-Ed)...I don't care if it is or not, 'cos it is in my mind...(and that's what counts, right availees?-Ed)...(GET ON WITH IT!!!-Availees)...anyhoos, Handy Andy Lee re-iterated what we all already know, namely, that he had a chat with li'l Johnny, whom assured him that the part-time service to be run by the South Coast Justice Centre from Christies Beach in Adelaide will not be just as good as the soon-to-be-axed SECLS, but probably better...(well that's just bollocks!-Ed)...well indeed, and a clear indicator of the weak knee-ed and corruptly self-serving approach from MGCC...

Then Andy brought all the ducks home to roost in a row, with his stunning declaration that he's 'going to liaise with li'l Johnny and monitor what happens and see in the future'...(pathetic! absolutely pathetic!-Ed)...pathetic and disgraceful betrayal of the entire South East...(what happened to the outrage? what happened to 'this is a disaster for vulnerable people'? what about the gaping holes in the current 'plan' by SCJS?...these are all things that Mayor Lee previously cited as being immediate and unavoidable and unacceptable-Ed)...indeed he did Ed, but apparently li'l Johnny has explained to Andrew that everything's fine...(that explanation didn't happen to arrive in a large brown paper bag perchance?-Ed)...mate, everything that Mt Gambier City Council does, literally ever Tender, every project, it's Brown Paper Bag Politics...for example, the latest expansively expensive and emphatically over-engineered escapades all over the Sir Robert Helpmann Theatre, which has already blown-out  from $900,000 to $1.4million with a raucous chorus of accompanying lies from MGCC, particularly CEO McShenanigans...(lies? from Mt Gambier City Council?-Ed)...I'm going to assume that's a very poor attempt at sarcasm, or a very poorly worded rhetorical question...(well it's either and/or both-Ed)...fair enough...more on this...

Oh, and just in closing, and yet again, given the rank corruptions and/or rank incompetence of the Rann/Weatherill Labor government re their abject deceits and outright lies re the South East Forestry Estate Sell-off, the undeniable privatisation of the SEFE, given that it is irrefutably either gross incompetence or gross corruption that has lost South Australia at least $1.3billion, etc, etc...(and yes dear availees, we do defer to the 'Forestry experts' that that is an accurate and even conservative figure, $1.3billion just gone, but it's a well established 'conservative estimation' of the value of that land, those trees, and the associated Intellectual Property, etc, conservatively estimated to total over $2billion-Ed)...indeed Ed, valued at over $2billion, but 'sold' to 141P for only $670million, that's a loss of $1.3billion minimum...

This absolutely reeks of the exact Rann/Weatherill Labor corruption that triggers the involvement of the  Independent Commission Against Corruption, or ICAC...(or as we at TMGI like to call it, ICARC, the Ind Comm Against Resolving Corruption-Ed)...indeed, SA ICAC is the personified/institutionalised epitome of exactly what it claims to combat...Labor MP Jennifer Rankine, Gillman Land Sale, Naracoorte High School Child Abuse Cover-up, Mt Gambier City Council, Me...why isn't ICAC looking at the gross incompetence and clear corruption in the $1.3billion loss re the South East Forestry Estate sale?...(maybe it is already but we plebs won't know until it's suddenly announced as fully reviewed with all involved exonerated-Ed)...fair point Ed, unfortunately, how the shreck would anyone know if no-one knows because y'all ain't allowed to know or speak about it, etc, etc, ad nauseum, straight into the rankly corrupt and definitively Fascist South Australian ICAC Act 2012, Section 56 (a) and/or (b)...

Right, Tony had a go at Billy, saying Billy always changes his position, that's what Billy always does everytime, "like everything else he does", right?...(yeaaah?-Ed)...but then Tony states that Bill has "no consistency"...(still don't get it-Ed)...it's what he always does? he has no consistency?...(ahhh! ah yes, Billy is consistent in his inconsistencies, he's always inconsistent which ironically makes him consistent...that is funny-Ed)...well not now that I've had to spell it out it ain't...but I digress, because the real issue is the Plebiscite itself, it's a straight-out recipe/plan for deeply devisive disaster mired in religion-backed bigotry, and will cause massive trauma for many people, 'Conservatives' included...

Last week, famous baller of the foot, Australian Rules Football (AFL) champ Garry Ablett Jnr reportedly was injured therefore not picked and was therefore 'going to miss his 300th game due to injury'...(well that's not funny, an injury isn't funny-Ed)...no, but it ain't his 300th if he ain't in it, so he can't miss it if he ain't in it, when he actually plays his 300th, that will be his 300th...(ah, I see-Ed)...well thank gourd for that...(but, if he was picked for the game but got injured in the warm-up, which happens, he would technically miss his 300th, having not actually played in it-Ed)...so now you grow a brain...terrific...

Just More ICAC Court Stuff

Howdy y'all in Switzerland, Romania, Russia, and India and welcome to y'all elsewhere...here's another small step forward in trying to accurately describe the vast bizarreness of my Court stuff, from the motivation, through the 'prosecution', and with all it's many players...I recently had to go to the Mt Gambier Courthouse to ask for the latest Certificate of Record re the May 26th 2017 'phone hearing' and the 2 previous 'post/mid-Trial hearings' where-in firstly the SAPol (police) Prosecutions main witness and SAPol's Chief Investigating Officer Caroline Gardner went on Sick Leave (May 1st 2017) and then secondly Magistrate White went on Sick Leave (May 10th 2017)...(why do you need to ask for it, isn't the Court sending you that stuff automatically?-Ed)...ummm, I dunno', they have sent me the COR a coupla' times, but I dunno' what's meant to happen..whatevs...

(And that COR is wrong too-Ed)...wrong?...(well I've spotted one critical error already-Ed)...mmm?...(yeah, where it says that you've been provided a copy of SAPol Gardner's 'Sick Certificate'-Ed)...oh yeah, during that bizarre pseudo-hearing in the tiny side room via TV-Audio link with Adelaide, SAPol Prosecutor Batten put a heavily redacted 'something' in front of me, but retrieved it again minutes later before I'd even had a chance to read what little info was on there...(and you were refused any explanation at all as to SAPol Gardner's illness because she had 'a right to privacy'-Ed)...indeed, I don't know why, nor do I have any 'certificate', redacted or otherwise...(and I further note the COR also records that you were warned for Contempt of Court, again...that's quite a collection of COC warnings/threats you've accumulated there-Ed)...indeed, that's the fourth, and it led directly to the fifth...(fifth? do tell-Ed)...I will...

Going Off Half COCed:...prior to the 'exchange' as described/quoted by the ABC (just below) there was an 'exchange' on Trial Day 4, being the first day of Trial Part II with replacement Magistrate White (Wednesday 15th March 2017), when Magistrate White said 'you've already been warned about interrupting, etc', and I responded 'that's the second time you've threatened me', referring to Contempt of Court and the first time he threatened me with it on February 8th 2017...(as reported in The Border Watch-Ed)...indeed...the exchange the ABC refers to is therefore the third COC threat, each getting further away from actually saying COC, each finding more poetic ways to threaten me that don't actually identify that I am being threatened...(but why?-Ed)...because Magistrate White has already fired that salvo, has already spent that charge, and having failed to follow through, now finds himself holding a large, empty threat...and he knows it and I know it and it's why all he can do is vaguely and opaquely threaten me...(but they're clearly still threats-Ed)...oh absolutely, clearly still threats...

Everything I Say In Court Has A COC-Ring To It:...following on from this third threat came yet another threat during the TV/Audio link-up re SAPol Gardner's sick leave, etc, being the fourth threat...(what happened?-Ed)...Magistrate White dismissed my question about whether it was even legal, for whatever reason, to just skip a witness partway through their evidence/cross examination and move onto other witnesses as SAPol Prosecutions was requesting, dismissed/ignored this question in approving that request, and I said 'there's a surprise'...Magistrate White immediately stated 'you've already been warned', and I stated 'that's the fourth time you've threatened me', to which Magistrate White replied, 'and there won't be a fifth', to which I immediately responded, 'and there's the fifth'...(ahhh, I get it, in saying there won't be another warning, that is in itself a warning-Ed)...warning, threat, whatevs, that's exactly what it was, and I take genuine pride in the moment of brief brilliance that was my controlled and clinically crushing response, 'and there's the fifth'...

And I deliberately use the term 'threat' because that's exactly what's happening here...when Magistrate White doesn't like what I'm saying or is 'losing' the discussion, etc, I get this posturing from the Bench...I have now been threatened 5 times with Contempt of Court...I have attempted to address Magistrate White's undisguised bias against me in the appropriate forum, in the Court, and he himself dismissed it, all as reported in the local media...

And to finish this stuff re the ABC South East radio report re my Court stuff...here again then is the transcript of that report;
     'A Mt Gambier man has verbally sparred with the Magistrate at the Mt Gambier Court over
      testimony given by a witness in his trial over allegedly publishing confidential information
      Thea Halpin reports':
      - In Court, 50 year old Nicholas Fletcher of Mt Gambier accused Detective Brevet Saergeant
        Caroline Gardner of 'lying through her teeth' regarding her testimony in his case on Friday.
        Fletcher is defending himself against allegations he published confidential information
        relating to an ICAC investigation on his blog between 2013 and 2014. The witness was
        asked to leave the Court several times by Magistrate Ian White. On one of those occasions
        the Magistrate reprimanded Fletcher for use of a profanity. Fletcher protested to which
        Magistrate White replied, "do not treat my politeness as weakness". The Trial will resume
        on May 15.-

1) First things first, here 'tis again, standard Mt Gambier media manipulation of the reality to carefully portray me in the most critical light possible and steadfastly avoid anything that might give me credit, as these wholly corrupted organisations continue to attack me rather than accept the responsibility for their own rankly corrupt behaviours, particularly their knowingly, willingly complicit involvement in the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up...rather than identifying and/or describing any of the many, many times I proved that SAPol's Gardner was lying, the ABC have me making an otherwise extreme and paranoid and slightly unhinged accusation...(well the ABC ain't just ya' local media though, is it?-Ed)...good point Ed, and also, the ABC have submitted a formal Affidavit 'against' me, alleging 10 years of problems with me and citing a specific incident at the ABC Mt Gambier station in January 2014 and a resultant official letter 'banning' me from the ABC, etc...(and that Affidavit was spuriously furiously defended in Court by the ABC's most senior Sydney-based lawyers-Ed)...indeed, lawyers who actually argued that my Court-issued Summons for all that alleged correspondence, emails, etc, security video of 'the incident', and most importantly that 'banning letter', etc, the ABC's highly paid lawyers whinged that that Summons was "oppressive" and "fishing for information", and that 'it would take "20 hours" to find any documents', etc...

Another Irony To Bite Down On:...because you're paying for these sanctimonious, self-satisfied and deeply corrupted stooges that call themselves ABC lawyers to defend the relentlessly self-praising ABC...the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, the national broadcaster, who you don't have any choice but to fund from your taxes, etc, etc, please insert here all the rabid Right Wing criticism of the ABC as being a rabid Left-Wing broadcaster, etc, etc, and then dear availee say 'whatevs', and forget the shreckin' Wings and focus on the foul mess in the middle, the ABC...(how is it that the ABC is allowed to air their deeply manipulated version of events?-ed)...well it's 'open Court' so it's open slather on who says what, eg, I can now identify that I'm 'charged' with talking about an alleged ICAC investigation of MGCC...(yeah sure, but 2 things, haven't the media been politely warned a coupla' times about not printing stuff in breach of the ICAC Act 2012?-Ed)...ummm, well Her Honour Magistrate Teresa Anderson mentioned it twice I think, but I don't recall Magistrate White saying anything specifically, and I'm assuming that the ABC and TBW each must have a bizarre and openly Fascist ICAC Commissioner-issued 'Authorisation'...and so again, here is the classic problem with this farcical law that makes talking about stuff illegal, 'cos once the cat's outta' the bag and the media have aired the story, that bag will remain pitifully kittyless...

(Ummm, sure, once the issue is aired publicly, how does that relate to policing that discussion and/or the person originally charged, etc, sure, but I was referring to the fact that the ABC is a critical prosecution witness who have already appeared in Court, albeit via their lawyers via telephone from Sydney-Ed)...Ed! a most excellent point!...(well cheers, but no need to sound quite so surprised-Ed)...no no, pardon, I'm surprised at myself that I didn't spot that myself...(well given that I'm not actually an actual person but a confected literary device for creating a sense of discussion as opposed to lecturing and brow-beating, and/or to set-up jokes, etc, etc, you did spot that yourself-Ed)...another excellent point, but let's focus on that first one, if the ABC en masse is a witness, how is it appropriate for the ABC to air any version of the case they are witness in?...(let alone such a drastically skewed, manipulated and agenda-ed version-Ed)...indeed...(and what about TBW? they're so provably rabidly biased and corrupted re li'l ol' you, but they're also a witness, but they also report their deeply distorted and deliberately denigratory dross about your case, what about them?-Ed)...again Ed, a most excellent point...

As discussed repeatedly in 'open Court' and as defended/addressed by ABC lawyers from their Ultimo, Sydney headquarters, Stuart Stansfield of the ABC South East has lodged a deeply problematic Affidavit with the SA Magistrates Court, making numerous allegations against/about me and my alleged conduct, etc, whilst deliberately omitting critical realities, etc, and yet after the Court issued Summons for any supporting info, a Summons I made happen merely by addressing some of the issues re Stuart Stansfield's Affidavit, blah blah blah, the ABC's official response to that Summons is to say 'orrr, gee whiz, it's all a bit difficult really, here's not one single bloody document you clown and'...(whoa whoa whoa, you're gettin' a little off-topic there-Ed)...cheers, it's just a wee bit frustrating, and beyond that, deeply deeply disturbing and concerning...this is my ABC...

It's Braised Irony In An Irony Reduction, Served On A Bed Of Irony With Roasted Seasonal  Ironies:...(you idiot-Ed)...cheers, but even I can spot the extraordinary irony of me complaining about the ABC actually including me in the news cycle...(as opposed to censoring you out of the news, for example, even when you're a Mayoral candidate who gives the others a polite but thorough pantsing at the official October 2014 Candidates Forum-Ed)...yeah Ed, as opposed to censoring me out of the news...the ABC, 'your most trusted source of news, without bias or agenda', apparently...  

2)  As covered in previous post, when this clearly states that I'm in big twubble mister for talking about an ICAC investigation, this does the very thing I'm 'charged' with...(well it actually is doing it twice-Ed)...twice? how so?...(well you've supposedly breached the SA ICAC Act 2012 by allegedly discussing an alleged ICAC investigation into Mt Gambier City Council, et al, which has apparently led to you yourself being the subject of an ICAC investigation-Ed)...ahhh, yes...(which means that in stating that you're in big twubble mister, the ABC and/or The Border Watch are at the very least 'tending to suggest' that someone 'has been, might be', etc, etc, the 'subject of an ICAC investigation and/or complaint and/or report', etc, etc, etc, all of that nonsense that is the ICAC Act 2012 Section 56, this ludicrous legislation which means that literally any reportage of literally anything is yet a further breach-Ed)...and so to report about me and me Court stuff at all is to discuss at least 2 ICAC investigations?...(spot on-Ed)...and does that make me the first civilian to be prosecuted under SA ICAC Act 2012?...(you'd have to reckon that it's a fair bet, and I'd go even further, 'cos I reckon you're definitely the first person ever charged under Section 56 of the ICAC Act 2012!-Ed)...fair enough...

(And even if the 'media' has one of those truly Fascist and quite bizarre 'Authorisation' letters from the ICAC Commissioner Bruce Lander, what happens once this info is released publicly and peeps start discussing it?-Ed)...as they do...(as they do, how does that relate to 'tending to suggest'?-Ed)...no idea mate, and it's a question I'm frequently asked and have myself asked in Court, and there's also the issue of how does one report 'corruption' without breaching...in my February 8th 2017 hearing I raised the issue of MGCC holding a formal Council Special Meeting (January 31st 2017) to discuss reporting the rankly corrupt Mayor Andrew Lee to ICAC re that corrupt winery purchase...(how many breaches is that of ICAC Act 2012, Section 56?-Ed)...Uber-pod of randy Humpbacks, etc, etc, that many breaches...(whale oil beef hooked-Ed)...cheeky, but yes, it is quite amazing that MGCC, who apparently had this all carefully explained to them, again, by MNBAAIHST ICAC Comm Lander in November 2016, only months later engage in this fabulous flukes-out frenzy of breaching...(and to what end? what's happened?-Ed)...shhhh! strewth, we can't talk about that...(why not?-Ed)...because I have no idea what's happened so I can't comment...(never stopped you before-Ed)...sorry?...

Still waiting for SAPol Prosecutions, the Court, the ICAC, whoevs/whatevs, to provide me with any definition of the legislation I'm charged with, and when I originally asked (2013) I was repeatedly sent a one page 'info sheet' which just re-quotes the actual legislation, doesn't explain it at all...(and isn't that specific 'Information Sheet' the one that SAPol Prosecutions have tried to use as a critical and damning document against you?-Ed)...indeed it is Ed, and indeed they have...(and how did that work out for them?-Ed)...not well mate, not well at all...(is there any part of the SAPol Prosecutions work that is working out well for them?-Ed)...no Ed, no there isn't, it's an unmitigated disaster, and I truly wish it was solely because of what a monkey genius I am...for example, here are some random issues I feel I haven't covered previous, issues that define themselves, all I need to do is point at them and say, 'wtf?', and it all goes horribly wrong...  

1) Am I not obliged to correct my apparent mistake, an apparent mistake I apparently make in pretty much every post...(which is?-Ed)...that Mt Gambier City Council is a rankly corrupt, basically criminal organisation systematically and routinely rorting Ratepayers readies...ICAC says I'm wrong so surely I must acknowledge that because I've routinely and un-repentantly 'wrongly' accused and therefore defamed MGCC...
2) Re my claims that that alleged ICAC investigation of MGCC never actually happened, etc, ICAC's own Court evidence was that 'it's irrelevant because you're charged with identifying a complainant, etc, not with discussing the investigation itself'...(but MGCC state in their May 2014 Minutes that they have been investigated and exonerated-Ed)...never happened, this is the complicit corruption personified in the ICAC Commissioner and ICAC's true role, hiding the institutionalised pro-paedophile corruption that defines South Australian politics and particularly Mt Gambier City Council... 
3)  (But why hasn't ICAC declared publicly that it has investigated and fully exonerated the Mount Gambier City Council? this is a huge issue, an entire Council investigated and exonerated, surely that's exactly the sort of thing that ICAC would be trumpeting to justify their existence?-Ed)...well exactly Ed, why hasn't ICAC publicly reported this huge investigation/result? simple really, it never happened...here's exactly how corrupt ICAC is in SA, wholly lying about investigating an entire Council...(and when held to account in your Court case, suddenly it's "irrelevant" and there's not one single document to support the claim that this investigation ever happened! outrageous-Ed)...indeed Ed, corruption SA ICAC-style...
 4) MGCC supposedly have written permission from My New Bestie And Also In His Spare Time ICAC Commissioner Bruce Lander to state in their Minutes from the Full Meeting May 2014 that they have been investigated re allegations made online, and fully exonerated, so why haven't they reported this through their complicitly compliant mates at the ABC and TBW?...(absolutely! like you say, why haven't these collective clowns at MGCC shut you down with a blizzard of ICAC-backed hackery and associated defamation threats?-Ed)...exactly...(what's 'hackery'?-Ed)...ah yes, if a dodgy journo is a 'hack', what they produce is 'hackery'...  
5) Not least of all to shut me up and/or down...(which is really the same thing-Ed)...well indeed, given the bizarre but undisguised Fascism of the ICAC Act, gourd only knows what future Fascism this rankly pro-paedophile corrupt SA Rann/Weatherill Labor government has in store, but in the here-and-now we have rankly Fascist ICAC legislation that the government can and will use to attack those who criticise them, even private citizens...(and again, I can't understand why ICAC and/or MGCC didn't just or even don't just now release that info re that investigation/exoneration of MGCC and put an end to your scurrilous slanderings of these thoroughly robust organisations-Ed)...

Dear Availees:...cheers for the feedback and/or comments, etc, but a quick note...I routinely have people contact me re 'starting a political party' and/or 'running as a candidate', and/or wanting to tell me such-and-such re various corruptions in Mt Gambier/Sow Straya/whatevs...whilst I genuinely appreciate any-and-all responses, I have to draw a line somewhere with how I respond, so here t'is that line...I'm already burdened with multiple un-usable examples of MGCC corruption, etc, stuff that I can know but know that I cannot use because that would immediately identify who told and/or is involved, etc...(is this your concerns about causing others to suffer the same vicious, corrupt retribution from a wholly, pro-paedophile corrupt MGCC and sickly dysfunctional State government/Parliament?-Ed)...well exactly, and call me paranoid that I feel that way, then come join me at Trial Day 11 in August...('Day 11'? really?-Ed)...yep, 3 days in November 2016, albeit we didn't get past Morning 2, then 3 days in March 2017, and there was meant to be 2 days in May 2017 plus 2 'emergency days'...

(Strewth, so's even if you've only been actually in Court for a total of less than 4 days, there's been 10 days set-down for it-Ed)...yep, 10 full days of a full Magistrates Court with said Magistrate, Court Clerk, Sherriff staff (usually x2), and then there's the SAPol (police) Prosecutors, there's usually been at least 2 present, and the witnesses repeatedly brought to Mt Gambier, etc...(well just with the cost of running a Court for the day, what's that?-Ed)...not sure, but that Day Count doesn't include the extra 'hearings' of November 24th 2016 and February 8th 2017, then March 8th 2017, then May 1st 2017 and May 10th 2017 and the 'phone hearing' of May 26th 2017...(my head hurts...so how many 'hearings' have there been?-Ed)...well, since February 2015 when this all kicked-off...(without you being invited, and by 'invited' I mean Summonsed or even Charged!-Ed)...indeed, since my Trial started in February 2015 without me being Charged or Summonsed, then there's been approx 25 'hearings', not including Trial Days...(wow-Ed)...      

I have also unfortunately routinely been approached by people who seek to undermine and/or trick and/or manipulate me and/or the blog, not least of all with claims that they're going to help me...some of these 'exchanges' have been deeply problematic and some have been transparently corrupted and some have clearly been seeking to set me up and/or betray me, and I have engaged many times with people who were going to do such-and-such and it never happens, etc, etc...on other occasions I have returned calls, emails, etc, but to no avail...at this point in time I'll continue to generally acknowledge and try to address this sort of feedback, but I hope y'all will appreciate that I'm just me and whilst I'm doing the best I can, there's only so much I can do and/or will attempt...beyond that, please to be checking-out what I have already achieved, and thankyou for contacting me, cheers...(and beyond that, there's your inability to use a computer properly which means messages sit un-noticed in Google Account, etc, sometimes for days even weeks-Ed)...as I say, trying to do my best, and cheers...

Some Court Stuff:...anyhoos, here 'tis finally, the transcript of the ABC South East Radio news story from Monday March 20th 2017, following on from the rolled-gold debasco (debacle/fiasco) that was/is the 3 days of Trial from March 15th through 17th 2017 and previous mentions of moi on the ABC South East on the Thursday and Friday...I caught some of the Thursday story/item but missed Friday's completely, was a little rushed, but was ready for this...enjoy...(I know I do-Ed)...    

     "A Mt Gambier man has verbally sparred with the Magistrate at the Mt Gambier Court over
     testimony given by a witness in his trial over allegedly publishing confidential information.
     Thea Halpin reports."
     -  In Court, 50 year old Nicholas Fletcher of Mt Gambier accused Detective Brevet Saergent
        Caroline Gardner of 'lying through her teeth' regarding her testimony in his case on Friday.
        Fletcher is defending himself against allegations he published confidential information
        relating to an ICAC investigation on his blog between 2013 and 2014. The witness was
        asked to leave the Court several times by Magistrate Ian White. On one of those occasions
        the Magistrate reprimanded Fletcher for use of a profanity. Fletcher protested to which
        Magistrate White replied "do not treat my politeness as weakness". The trial will resume
        on May 15.-

Dear Availees:...please to be noting the two most critical points here...(amongst a litany of critical points-Ed)...well quite, but focusing first on these 2, namely;
  1) that the ABC has publicly reported that I'm in trouble for talking/blogging about confidential information 'relating to an ICAC investigation"...(but isn't reporting that it's about ICAC, isn't that talking about ICAC, and isn't that a breach of the ICAC Act 2012?-Ed)...well indeed Ed, and that's one of the litany of undefinable lunacies that is the ICAC Act 2012, particularly the section that I'm 'charged' with, Section 56 (a) and/or (b)...and;
  2) even if the ABC has one of these ludicrously Fascist 'Written Approvals' from my new bestie and also in his spare time ICAC Commissioner Bruce Lander, even with an official ICAC  'Authorisation', how does that announcement be monitored/policed in the general populace?...(ah, I get it, if just talking about the potential of an ICAC investigation and/or report, etc, etc, if just doing that is a breach of ICAC Act 2012, then what is it when people start discussing what they just heard on the radio?-Ed)...exactly, and furthermore, what if one of them says 'hey, I know of another crime that person committed', that person is now in breach of ICAC Act 2012, etc, etc...     

(Please also note that unless we've missed it, the ABC SE have never before reported the Court stuff despite having a 'journo' present, particularly at the hearings aways back in 2015-Ed)...indeed Ed, ABC persons were spotted at numerous hearings but ne'ery a whisper that I'm aware of...more Court tomorrow...

No Apologies:...for goin' a bit nutso at a coupla' Class A Clowns in the last post, namely Wattle Range Council Mayor Peter 'The White Wizard' Gandolfi and alleged surgeon Barney 'McClusterF***' McCusker...I've had a very long week of having those names shoved repeatedly into my face and/or earholes...(a-holes in your earholes? that can be very annoying-Ed)...and they're just a relatively randomly picked crop from a field of corrupt candidates...li'l McCluster isn't the only local medico I've had problems with, not least of all with the extraordinary series of events re my Lymphoma multiple mis-diagnosis and eventual Chemo/Radiotherapy treatment in 2004/05...Gandolfi isn't the only selfish liar I've met in politics...(not to mention the ones you haven't actually met!-Ed)...well indeed...(and in a small town even the big minds can be so incredibly small-Ed)...not just in a small town mate, not just in a small town...(and then there's all that 'character assassination' shizzle with people repeatedly and relentlessly attacking you behind your back, eg, what happened sortta' recently at the gym you got kicked-out of-Ed)...indeed Ed, it's hard not to feel like a walking target when you are...

**Mr McCluster was also interviewed last week on ABC Radio National re experimenting on his patients, and was glowingly applauded by a woman guest...(apologies, she was head honcho or whatevs of some medical organisation or similar, sorry, never actually heard that bit)... but when Barney was politely pushed to provide specific data, he couldn't really...(now that's some top-notch sciencing right there-Ed)...and further apologies to keep bangin'-on about him, but my knackered knees daily remind me of just how much McClusterF*** I've had in my life...(and fair enough-Ed)...at best he just didn't care and was grossly incompetent, but I believe that his bigotry and bias led to him deliberately mis-treating me, and I'd sue him sideways-into-next-week if I thought I had a snowballs chance in one of those lovely little backyard, wood-fired, brick kiln-style pizza ovens, you know the ones...(ooo I do like them-Ed)...they're nice, aren't they...(GET ON WITH ITTT!!!-Availees)...sorry, I'd sue if I thought I had any chance of proving it in a South Australian Court...(and again, fair enough-Ed)**

Clutching At An Oval-Shaped Straw Liferaft:...as The Advertiser journo Daniel Wells has written a hilarious piece about just exactly how fundamentally rooted South Australia is...(there's nothing funny about that-Ed)...except he offers as his exception to that observation, the good news story that is the New Adelaide Oval, apparently, and that's just hilarious...(but I thought you said that the 'new' Adelaide Oval is a piss-poorly designed and ugly embarrassment, and a fiscal disaster for the State, a disaster born of the Rann/Weatherill Labor government's knee-jerk 2010 Election promise to match the Liberals 'New Oval' plan, an un-funded Labor promise that therefore forced the corrupt sale of the South East Forestry Estate? I thought you said that?-Ed)...indeed I did, and here I go again, a corrupt joke that has destroyed a huge chunk of SA's income, a corrupt joke conjured by an irretrievably incompetent and rankly corrupt pro-paedophile Labor Party...(so your point is that young Danny's highpoint is a fiscal debasco (debacle/fiasco) mired in standard Labor Party corruption, and that continues to cost South Australians literally $$$millions per day?-Ed)...spot on...and although I generally don't follow Twitter or Facebook, Instagram, etc, I note that this article was supported, as tweeted, by Senator Nick Xenophon...

What Elephant?:...ABC South East continues it's fine tradition of lying to South East residents on behalf of a corrupt Labor Government and a deeply corrupted SAPol...and as for today's latest load of complete shizzle, saying yet again that violence is no greater issue here than anywhere else...and for a SAPol spokesperson to state that a recent assault/brawl/murder is "a one-off, not common to the area at all", wow...(but that's absolute bollocks! as long as I've lived in Mt Gambier, 20 years, exactly this sort of violence has occurred almost every weekend in Mt Gambier, and it barely ever gets reported, the only difference is that this time someone was killed, and it therefore can't be just ignored-Ed)...or can it?...it's not safe on Mt Gambier streets and hasn't been for quite some time, and for all I know, never has been...across 20 years, I am personally aware of several people who have been violently 'bashed', including a current Mt Gambier City Councillor, but it's rarely-if-ever hit the Mt Gambier media...this latest interview follows-on from the extraordinary ABC SE interview last week with a woman from Centacare or AC Care or wherevs/whatevs, speaking from Adelaide I think, saying 'ít's all just fine in Mt Gambier, everything's fine'...ludicrous...

Obviously it is already being widely discussed/expressed across Mt Gambier, but because someone is facing a murder charge and the investigation is still current/active/whatevs, it's not appropriate to comment on this case specifically...I'm more than happy to comment on the sheeting shower of shizzle re my own Court stuff re talking about ICAC, etc, but I ain't gunna' set myself up to be blamed for a failed investigation/prosecution/whatevs, ie, interference on 'social media' has already been reported, eg, threats against witnesses, etc, etc, and it is a well-publicised issue that comments made on 'social media' can potentially compromise legal proceedings, etc, etc...I ain't settin' myself up to be blamed for a failed investigation, whatevs, but this official response that everything is fine, just fine, as being profusely pissed right in my ear by the ABC, that's just not gunna' fly...(well clearly it's not fine!-Ed)...exactly...

And many people are questioning SAPol's response...(so what exactly have SAPol done?-Ed)...well they've apparently 'spoken to those involved' and sent Social Workers or some other shizzle-laden idiots into schools 'to talk to the distressed kids about feeling safer'...(why? what the shreck has that got to do with SAPol? get the shreck out of our classrooms and go charge the perpetrators!-Ed)...indeed, SAPol very much appear to be trying to appear to be doing something, but talking to people appears to be the extent of it thus far...(want to make the kiddies feel safer? yeah? how's about just charging and gaoling all those responsible for this violence?-Ed)...or how's about when a teacher molests and abuses a class of 7 year old kids, you charge the teacher rather than attack the parents...(that sounds just like what SAPol did re the St Martins Child Abuse Cover-up-Ed)...indeed it is Ed, exactly that, that's exactly what I was referring to, and round we go straight back into my Court stuff where-in SAPol are clearly committed to persecuting me in retribution for this 'ere blog, but particularly for the St Martins stuff...

Breaking Wind News:...apparently the latest 'report' re the September 2016 State-wide black-out, states that Wind Turbines weren't to blame or were somehow responsible, again referring to them as some sort of sentient beings that are conciously responsible for their own actions...(whaaa?-Ed)...you know, this discussion about how the Turbines 'shut themselves off', and 'the system did what it's supposed to do to protect itself'...(what is this, The Freakin' Terminator Vs The Shreckin' Matrix? 'nobody quite knows exactly when the Turbines self-realised, but Humanity was doomed from that day'-Ed)...well quite, yet the fundamental reality that saw South Australia completely 'blacked-out' in September 2016 was that AEMO (NEMO?, whatevs) pulled the plug on SA because our frailties/failures threatened to 'crash' Victoria and even NSW, we've covered this stuff repeatedly in TMGI...(and isn't that fundamental reality still very much, well, reality?-Ed)...as I understand it, yes, and no number of Interconnectors and/or Mass Battery Storage and/or Emergency Gas-fired Plants is gunna' stop it happening again...and Reality 2 - the unreliable and intermittent and often wildly fluctuating production of Wind Turbines make us vulnerable...

Well Shiver Me' Timbers:...as the ABC South East Radio talks Forestry Planting with John Stoke of the Australian Forestry Products Assoc...(but haven't we here at TMGI been repeatedly bangin'-on about how there's never any discussion about planting during these many stories about record log exports via Portland, etc, and associated logging and/or trucking jobs available, etc? we're always on about it, 'where are the planting jobs?' we say-Ed)...indeed we do...but apparently John's job is new to him and involves 'policy and advocacy', and his main focus is on 'the need to open many new areas for logging' and pursuing that policy agenda with government...(why new areas? what about all of the recently cleared ground available?-Ed)...dunno, not mentioned that I heard, just stuff about low planting rates and high demand and how that logically affects future availability of forest products, etc, and pursuing good policy re his main 3 issues, 1) water, 2) energy affordability and security, and 3) infrastructure, ie, roads, and that he'd be pushin' this stuff re politicians re the March 2018 state election...   

When asked about SA Labor government's disastrous 'Energy Plan', he said something about how the SE is working on it, potentially a SE gas turbine and/or a range of sources, but that there's not enough focus on bio-energy...asked if the acknowledged low numbers of new plantings meant it was too late for the SE, Mr Stoked said no, just do what we/AFPA says and address this now and that he  encourages government to act/invest/whatevs re the SE before that small planting window closes thus irretrievably compromising future availability, and he straight-out identified that a small supply means an increased cost ...(I didn't here him explain exactly how that shortage/cost would affect availability for local SE mills, etc, and therefore impact on local SE jobs-Ed)...no, I did not hear mentioned the final step of that local supply/cost/job chain...(well thank gourdness though, I was gunna' say that this looked like one of those rankly agenda-ed media responses to stuff from right here on this 'ere blog, ie, address our concerns about the lack of discussion or even mention of planting jobs, by doing a story that covers that stuff but without actually addressing the fundamental issues/problems-Ed)...well sarcasmed Ed...(ta'-Ed)...

I struggle to believe that it's purely by accident that this interview 1) acknowledged but avoided asking directly about 'planting jobs', 2) didn't seem to include mention of 'pines' or 'logging' specifically, what I heard was almost all about hardwood (woodchips), mostly from Victoria...then 3) didn't ascertain as to what strategy the AFPA has to address the lack of planting, his '3 Main Points' didn't include planting, and then 4) didn't ask the ultimate and damning question about where this is unavoidably headed, namely, unaffordable log prices for local mills and therefore closures and massive job losses, entire communities across the SE collapsing, etc, and 5) that it's looming on the horizon because if the trees ain't in the ground round-about now, there ain't gunna' be not nuthin' to log/chip real soon...and remember that 141 Plantations are reportedly clear-felling trees well below the usual 'Rotation-age' of 30+ years, often well below, so that cycle could come round and run us over from behind well inside 20 years...(yay-Ed)...

Local alleged surgeon Barney 'McClusterf***' McCusker appeared to be trying to use his forehead to check Mal Mal's prostate...and then there's this truly bizarre revelation that Barney the dinosaur has been not giving his patients antibiotics...and if dear ol' Barney wants to have a wee barney with me about his rank hackness, say for example, threatening me with defamation, then perhaps he need consider how much I would enjoy the opportunity to get his shonkiness onto the public record officially...and confident as I am that his provable incompetence and bias and self-important bigotry re me are defence enough to any claims of 'defamation', I can't imagine, Barney, that I'd be the only person to rock-up to give account to your arrogance and incompetence...(you say that almost as if you have specific patients/incidents in mind-Ed)...don't I though...

Barney's pig-ignorant bigotry and incompetence saw me, as his patient, wait well over a year for even an Initial Consultation, in which he asked/commented 'which is the bad knee?'...(meaning they were both pretty bad?-Ed)...well exactly, and from there it took nearly 3 years for him to not organise an MRI scan in Adelaide...when an appointment was finally made, it wasn't for a scan, it was with some specialist for some alleged 'referral' for a scan, thusly requiring a second trip for an actual scan, and even that 'referral referral' was suddenly cancelled only days-out, with the Royal Adelaide Hospital blaming Barney's office...(who in turn blamed the RAH?-Ed)...exactly again Ed...eventually, after nearly 5 years of being screwed-about, I asked for my records so's I could go elsewhere and actually get something done, and li'l McCluster wrote the most bigotted, biased and critical 'medical report' that his little Right mind could conjure...(what a dickhead!-Ed)...

And thanks to McCluster's powers to ClusterF*** everything he touches, I wound-up at Portland Hospital in Victoria, to immediately get sent to Warnnambool for an MRI, where I joked that this put Mt Gambier in Warnnambool Hospital's service catchment, etc, and immediately was placed on the waiting list for a Knee Replacement...and it was the way that the Portland crew reacted when I stated what had happened re Mt Gambier and Barney, etc, it was the look of pity and recognition because, as they stated, 'you're far from the first, we've heard it all before'...and thanks to McCluster's incompetence I went from a retrievable knee reconstruction patient to an irreparable-needs-replacing one...'postpone surgery as long as possible because you're still a young man' said the doctor re my now irreparable knee requiring a full replacement...(well done McCluster...did I mention 'dickhead'?-Ed)...no where near often enough mate, no where near often enough...

And now, now McCluster is getting nationwide coverage for experimenting on his patients by not giving them antibiotics...(nooo?!-Ed)...orrr yeah...(but of course, in some sort of carefully monitored clinical trial?-Ed)...absolutely not, just Barney deciding Barney knows better...(but surely his patients must have signed disclaimers/approvals/whatevs? he can't just not treat people because he chooses to, can he?-Ed)...dunno' mate, but I'm fairly certain that some of his colleagues are none-too pleased judging by the 'discussion' on the ABC South East Radio...(yeah, fair call...and wasn't he on Today Tonight as well, re the Australia Post practice of sending all Mt Gambier mail to Adelaide for sorting, meaning that letters can take a week or even longer to get from Mt Gambier to Mt Gambier? wasn't he on about that?-Ed)...yep, on ABC SE Radio in the morning and on Channel 7 Today Tonight that evening...a very odd coincidence...

And on down that rabbit hole because recently I stood on my set-top box remote control thingy, fixing it beyond repair and jamming the box and therefore telly on 'Initial Program', and had to get a new box, and was without telly at all for a coupla' nights...took the opportunity to check-out some BlackAdder, particularly the Series Three, Episode One re 'Rotten Borough'...(nice-Ed)...and The Young Ones, and The Mighty Boosh; all BBC TV I think...anyhoos, had the ABC Radio Adelaide evening program goin', not really listenin', then in bobs Mt Gambier City Council CEO Mark McShane commenting on the lack of media in the South East, mentioning particularly the pull-out/shutdown of WIN TV News services and the News In An Adbreak service we get now, to paraphrase mighty Mark McShenanigans, 'pinched from TBW'...not quite sure of over-all context or outcome, seemed just to be a chat about the bleedin' obvious importance of, but also lack of, local media coverage in Rural/Regional areas... 

"Your most trusted source of news...without bias or agenda"...I mean, really? what sort of egomanic, self-important dickheads talk about themselves in those terms?...(well yes, indeed we do try to be as accurate as possible, and generally succeed, and you certainly head-kick in any-and-all directions so there's definitely no specific bias, but your 'agenda' is clearly to have some if not all of these corruptions and criminalities addressed-Ed)...fair call Ed, fair call, but not us, I was referring to the relentless ABC/BBC Radio self-promotion ad, and as discussed this week on ABC South East re the latest 'Trust Survey' that puts the ABC marginally behind several commercial stations and Social Media...(are we Social Media?-Ed)...mate, I don't know how to define us...but anyhoos, a certain 'Prof Muller' from Uni Whatevs reckons it's a bollocks survey that contradicts all previous data, data going back 50 years+ that puts the ABC way-out in front re credibility/believability/integrity/whatevs...

(This Muller dude obviously hasn't dealt with the rancidly corrupt ABC South East and the likes of Stan Thompson and Stuart Stansfield-Ed)...or the ABC's equally corrupt and fundamentally incompetent Sydney-based lawyers...howdy fellas, you sanctimoniously self-satisfied second-rate public servants, your 'appearances' by phone in the Mt Gambier Court were unquestionably the most laughable highlight of this entire, deeply corrupted process...(I thought you said that the ICAC's bizzare effort was your highlight, when they failed/refused to produce a single document re the Magistrate Anderson approved/ratified Court Summons for any-and-all info, saying that the Summons was "oppressive" and "fishing for information", and stating that it was "irrelevant" whether or not they had actually conducted their alleged investigation of Mt Gambier City Council in 2013/14, irrelevant because you were charged with 'talking about a person subject of a complaint to ICAC', not for 'talking about an ICAC investigation'...I thought that was your highlight?-Ed)...mate, I'm reeling from the highlights...

Doing The Highlights Reel:...is the wee jig I'd do if I was a dancer...(mate, you're quite light on your feet-Ed)...sure, it's other feet that are at risk...(and fair enough-Ed)...but again, here we are with the Self Esteem and Pride Sans Arrogance stuff (SEPSA) as previously discussed, 'cos I have achieved extraordinary things in my Court case, but always in a context where I'm somewhat understandably the only person who really knows what's going on...(but that's hardly your fault-Ed)...well quite...in many respects I do have a long reel of highlights re my conduct in Court and the resultant carnage for SAPol (police) Prosecutions, but my genuine concerns remain for the broader implications...this Trial process has been an unmitigated 28 month long disaster, is this how dysfunctional our Courts usually are, or do I get special treatment?...and on that exact point...     

Local 'senior legal figure' Mr Thomas Rymill was also on ABC Radio re the unacceptably lengthy delays in the SA District Court, delays that see people locked-up on remand for months awaiting even basic 'committal hearings', etc, and that these delays are sometimes running-out to a full year or more...as Mr Rymill stated, this means potentially innocent peeps in gaol for a year...Mr Rymill clearly stated that this delay could be used politically, saying 'if the government doesn't like you and wants to, they can charge you with whatevs and lock you up for a year'...(wow-Ed)...indeed, and obviously I'm paraphrasing because I didn't get to write it down, but that's exactly what he said...if the government doesn't like you, they can chuck some bogus charge at ya' and you're goin' away for a year...and whilst I don't think he was specifically saying 'this government' or 'Weatherill Labor' or whatevs, he stated quite clearly that the current backlog in South Australian Courts, particularly the District Court, means that potentially innocent people are in gaol awaiting basic Pre-Trial Conferences/Bail Application hearings/whatevs...(isn't that what you've been saying?-Ed)...it's what everyone's saying, eg, the SA Law Society...

Just Briefly:...in SA, I'm in Court charged with discussing an alleged SA ICAC investigation that 'secretly' allegedly investigated and exonerated Mt Gambier City Council, etc, but in Sydney, their ICAC is holding full, open Court-style hearings about a former Oz of the Year nominee/finalist charged with stealing/de-frauding/rippin'-off several $100,000s headed into potentially $$$millions, and she's sayin' that her accountant tried to set her up with some dodgy book-keeping, and that those bank accounts in false names and her own claims/receipts/cheques/whatevs, all that's unfortunate mistakes because she's 'not great at book-work', etc, etc...(wow, that all sounds very believable, not-Ed)...and that's all been adjourned 'cos she's apparently a bit stressed-out about it all...(more Tomorrow?-Ed)...damn straight...(mmm, everyone else's fault but never hers? she could get a top job with SA Labor-Ed)...indeed...

Get Those Thievin' Dole Bludgers:...'cos they're the problem, right?...well, laugh I nearly because kazzaam! the Aussie Deputy Tax Man is directly involved in helping his son and daughter and several others rip-off $160million from the Australian Tax Office...(let me guess this one...they all get massive bail and are seen leaving Court in luxury cars?-Ed)...spot on!...and where's all the cash comin' from for that?...it's a fundamental illustration of the 'Class-laden bias' of our Courts, where-in what sort of 'justice' you get depends on who you know and how much money you have...these are irrefutable truths...and can you imagine a gang of likely lads who pull-off an overnight jewellery heist worth $160m, a heist where-in there were no actual civilians or guards or any actual person ever present or in any sort of danger, etc, etc...(a nice safe safe-job?-Ed)...exactly, but can you imagine them getting bail?...but here we have some privileged little wanker and his sister and their Pa who's been seen careening-about in the son's sports cars, etc, etc, and it's $300,000 bail and Pa the Deputy Tax Man ain't even been charged...and tell me that dole bludgers and refugees are the problem... 

An ALDI Market? Super::...recently reported that German supermarket ALDI is going into the long dis-used and ugly-ly rundown Fiddlers building site with another 30 specialty shops...this might be great news potentially for a few local contractors re the demolition and then re-build, but most people quite rightly question the need for and/or viability of another '30 shops' in Mt Gambier where all 3 main shopping areas have multiple vacancies (The Main/Commercial St; Centro/Lakes Plaza area; Market Place/Penola Rd)...(I have a coupla' questions-Ed)...sure, fire away...(cheers...um, number one you've already addressed re vacancies, etc, and it's an unavoidable reality that on-line shopping and reduced 'discretionary spending' means that small business/shop owners are doin' it especially tough, and there are many vacant properties already, etc, but 2) weren't we here at TMGI only just recently bangin'-on about another dodgy attempt to sell-off part of the Mt Gambier Showgrounds, the second such attempted dodginess?-Ed)...absolutely, and call me paranoid, but my first thought when hearing this announcement was that it's bollocks being broadcast to distract away from the Mt Gambier Show Grounds Shenanigans, but apparently contracts have been signed so, who knows?...

('Contracts signed', what does that even mean? the developers and/or ALDI could fudge this along for years yet...eg, it's a known if not common practice to deliberately submit extravagant plans that a Council couldn't possibly pass, thus deliberately causing further delays, and then squabble about that for a while, etc, etc, it could go on for years-Ed)...I absolutely concur Ed, and given what's been happening over at the MG Show Grounds re the rankly corrupted attempt to flog-off a chunk to ALDI back in 2014/15, and the alleged recent re-attempt, given all that, I'll believe this ALDI/Fidlers malarchy when ALDI and the 30 shops open on that site...(and barely a mention of the Foodland supermarket about to open in the Centro (Lakes Plaza)-Ed)...indeed, we already have 2 Woolworths and a Coles and a coupla' small IGAs, and soon a Foodland, and Mt Gambier is already half-full of empty shops/premises...like I said, call me a cynic, but this 'Fidlers development' announcement reeks of distraction and deceit...  

Some General Abuse:...Wattle Range Council Mayor Peter Gandolfi is a dim-witted and corrupt stooge who is wholly complicit in the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up...(well he's hardly Robinson Crusoe-Ed)...and was richly rewarded for his loyalty to the St Martins Cover-up with the Mayorship...(are you suggesting that the Electoral Process in South Australia is somehow as rancidly corrupted and manipulated as every other aspect of SA life?-Ed)...absolutely, it would be a ludicrous naivety to think that a State so fundamentally pro-paedophile corrupted as SA, in a State effectively run by paedophiles for paedophiles, in a State so deeply mired in that level of corruption, that that State somehow has free and fair elections? bollocks!...for gourd sake, the Mt Gambier City Council offices were/are the Electoral Office for Local Government Elections...(wow-Ed)...and Donation Declarations are addressed to the CEO of the local Council...(wow and strewth-Ed)...which is why I continue to refuse to lodge that form...more on that laters... 

And speaking of rank corruption in Local Government, I attended Mt Gambier City Council (May 16th 2017) for what turns-out was their 2017/18 Budget Meeting...(that's it?-Ed)...well apparently it's going out for 'Public Consultation'...(oh, so there'll be a series of public meetings at the Library where-in us lowly peeps get to rub opinions with the High and Mighty?-Ed)...not likely, remember the 2013/14 Budget Consultations at the MG Library? I went to all 5...(the ones where-in the then Mayor/current Councillor Steve Perryman twice tried to pick fights with you?-Ed)...hilarious...(and new-ish CEO Mark McShane laughed at you, stating that 'no-one's reading your blog Nick', to which you smilingly responded, 'yes they are Mark, and you know they are', which Mighty Mark McShenanigans in turn wittily parried with the Crimson Silence?-Ed)...'the Crimson Silence'?...(yeah, sat there silently whilst turning bright red-Ed)...clever...

The High And Mighty:...is a hilarious reference I can't believe I haven't spotted before re the extraordinary The Border Watch banner from December 2014, Drug Use In High Places, referring to SE Top-Cop SAPol (police) Superintendent Trevor Twilly stating that he is/was aware of senior people in positions of influence and control apparently using the drug 'Ice', usage apparently obviously known to the SAPol Superintendent!...
