Howdy y'all dear availees in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Portugal and Singapore and welcome to a rather random post cobbled together from the Draft section of this 'ere blog, about nuthin' in particular, and yet a bit of everything...it's been a huge week in my personal universe, and a lot of it not great, so's let's grind through that and get to the good stuff...as per usual, I've been spending a lot of time pawing through Twitter and other Social Media whilst simultaneously listening to the ABC/BBC News Radio, with intermittent Main Stream Media, and I've pinched a coupla' pieces to re-post here 'cos it's stuff I agree with and/or are concerned about, and quite frankly, it's quicker than writing it all out myself...these first two pieces are obviously about the litany of Rorts/Professional Corruptionings that define the Liberal/National Party Criminal Cabal...these have come-up in the context of the rank failure of the MSM to even question Scott 'Scummo' Morrison/the LNP, let-alone actually hold them to account for anything...(and in many cases the MSM actually just presents the LNP propaganda and lies as fact, and/or defends them and/or runs interference, eg, the rancidly unhinged media attacks on Victorian Premier Dan Andrews at his daily COVID-19 press conferences-Ed)...indeed, it's hugely concerning and very, very frustrating...(and the ABC is one of the worst!-Ed)...well quite, and I think the first reference here is to statements made on the ABC about how people aren't interested in the LNP's corruption...

And I referred earlier to The Saturday Paper, and they did an excellent piece about the decline of Democracy here in Oz, with Parliament suspended and #ScottyTheSimp ruling by decree and press conference announcements and self-appointed Commissions, etc...I had never heard of the 'Henry VIII Clauses' before, but TSP are spot-on with their observations/concerns about this...TSP has a subscription cost, but I've seen bits and pieces on other feeds/sites...

SA Police is now deploying officers armed with assault rifles (as well standard-issue pistol, taser, etc) to patrol "at-risk areas" such as ... Rundle Mall, AFL games and protests. This is absurd and completely out of step with widespread community demands to demilitarise police.

And no personal offence to that young woman at the front, but she looks to be about 18 years old if that, and I just wonder exactly what life and/or firearms experience she might have...perhaps I'm just being ignorantly Ageist, perhaps she's an award-winning junior shooting champ...(perhaps she's one of those ageless country girls who looks 18 but is actually 30?-Ed)...well I think you're straying a bit from the point there, but sure, why not...all that aside, the main point that applies to all this crew and their locked-and-loaded compadres, is exactly what amount of actual training have any of these peeps had, and beyond that, what-the-shreck has ever happened in SA that requires militarised police like this?..(don't we have already have heavily armed specialised response units, whatevs they're called?-Ed)...indeed we do...(so what's the point of these random strolling firing squads?-Ed)...mmm, many a true word spoken in jest, but is this actually about cowing and scaring the general populace with pseudo-militia wandering the streets waving big guns in our faces?...(strewth, that's not a great situation if it's true-Ed)...indeed, and then couple that with the current COVID-19 reality that the SAPol (police) Commissioner Grant Stevens is by default running the state via the powers delivered unto him by the Marshall Liberal government...(wow, happy days-Ed)...     

And I chuck into the debate the ongoing and constant escalation of Federal Police and/or ASIO powers by Home Affairs Oberfuhrer Peter 'Spud' Dutton, etc...(and look at the Gestapo-style very dark or even black uniforms of the Australian Federal Police and Border Force, and as it appears above, SAPol-Ed)...more powers for increasingly militarised police, I mean, how could that possibly go wrong?...(well just look at what happens in any despotic dictatorship, or even in the USofA, where cops with military-grade weapons and vehicles are being turned-out against unarmed protestors by the increasingly erratic Donald 'Orange Roughy' Trump-Ed)...yeah well it was a rhetorical question, but thanks for that...

75th Anniversary Of VP Day, 15th August 1945

Howdy dear availees, and welcome to a super quick post solely devoted to the memory of my grandfathers, whom I have written about previous on occasions like ANZAC Day...there's so much I'd like to relate about the sacrifice made by so many and the suffering of millions, including many civilians, etc, and how all of that is disrespected and diminished by the modern Body Politique, particularly the Morrison Liberal/National Party and the Trump Republicans, and how they/we treat the elderly and veterans, etc, but that's enough of that for today...

My Kiwi (Aotearoa - New Zealander) grandfather served as a Hurricane/Spitfire fighter pilot in the RAF (Royal Air Force) in the Battle of France and the early days of the Battle of Britain, before being withdrawn as a test pilot, and then served with the USAAF (United States of America Air Force) in New Guinea and the Pacific...he survived the war, reaching the rank of Group Captain, and was awarded multiple medals, including the DSO (Distinguished Service Order, after recommendation by the USofA), and an OBE (Order of the British Empire)...

My other grandfather, a Scottish teenage immigrant, served in the Australian Army (Second Australian Imperial Force?), first in Tobruk (North Africa) part of the famous Rats of Tobruk, and then went through several Mediterranean 'conflicts', before serving in New Guinea...he survived the war at the same rank he started it, Private, 'cos he used to keep getting promoted to Corporal but then busted for insubordination, once for being AWOL (Absent With Out Leave), etc, he was a bit of a larrikin ya' might say...

The two men couldn't really be any more different, but they shared one thing, they both rarely talked about their extensive experiences at war, and rather, saw it all as 'a waste of good men'...they both fought against Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan, but had great compassion for their counterparts in these opposing forces...

I never really understood when I was young, not properly, they were just my grandpas...but now I do, they were/are legends and so today like every day I try to honour their extraordinary 'achievements' by doing what I can to improve the society they fought to defend...whatever the politics of the time, eg, who exactly had the 'Moral High Ground' when it comes to creating 'Empire' by force? did the fall-out of WW1 effectively guarantee WW2? what exactly was 'Democracy' anyway? etc, etc, etc, and whatever you think of what we currently 'endure' by way of increasingly Right Wing Politics, etc, this is what they had to do, and I thank them for it...

And so to go thanks for all those who were killed during the war, or died of wounds soon after, etc, and I think of their grandkids who never knew Pops, etc...and I extend this to our WW1 people, and to more recent conflicts like Korea, Vietnam (the USof A War in Vietnam), and Iraq and Afghanistan, etc...

Today is about remembrance and thanks, and so that is where I'll leave it...thanks Papa, thanks Pops...

With Morrison's Support, Jazz Academy 'Indecent Sexual Assault' Student Escapes 'Scott Free'

Hello y'all...as per recent posts on this topic, unfortunately, I am entirely unsurprised that Morrison Jazz Academy student Matthew Harkin has effectively been given a 'free pass' from the South Australian Courts, despite pleading Guilty to the Indecent Sexual Assault of a fellow student, and that Guilty Plea coming after the Prosecutions massively down-graded their 'charges' from 2 Counts of Rape...this 'No Conviction' decision was handed down last Tuesday 4th August 2020, but I wanted to wait and see how it was reported (or not) during the week...it was mentioned several times as a general news item on ABC Radio South East on 5th August 2020, but they have not done a specific story that I've heard...but it hasn't been in The Border Watch at all, nor on the associated WIN News '2-Story In An Ad Break Bulletin' during the evening TV news...also, I've had 4 days/goes at this post 'cos it has caused me a lot of trauma as I explain later...  

I am so tired, so angry, so depressed, then some more angry, then deeply saddened, and then even more angry, etc, etc, etc, on and on it goes...I apologise that I really just don't have the energy to deal with this in the way that I feel I should right now...but I will...experience teaches me that I'll bob-up for air some time and then I'm gunna' move on it as best as is possible from my position of isolation and my own personal Pro-Paedophile Political Persecution and associated intense 'hatred' from official bodies like SAPol (police) and other regulatory bodies...that is, if I report something it's likely to get ignored and/or covered-up because it's me reporting it, or better still, I'll end-up on 'charges' for trying to do something about it!...regular availees will fully understand the litany of Pro-Paedophile Corrupt realities underpinning that otherwise 'paranoid' observation...and no apologies for helping my own Mental Health via the upcoming Language Warning, sometimes ya' just gotta' let the angry out, and I consider it perfectly appropriate in this circumstance, 'cos sometimes 'just words' just ain't enough...

If y'all haven't yet read about this fucking disgrace, this fucking outrageous outcome where-in Harkin, who pleaded Guilty to Indecent Sexual Assault, doesn't even get a 'Conviction' recorded, not even a fine apparently, but instead gets a '$5,000 Two Year Good Behaviour Bond' and is allowed to bolt back to the USofA, to become a teacher for fuck sake, well then here 'tis...and just for the record, as I understand it a 'Bond' is not a fine, it only applies if the person breaches the conditions of said 'Bond', and even then the Magistrate has discretion as to whether or nor to do even that...I checked this by reading the SA Legal Services Commission webpage, so in case I've misread that, here 'tis the link...https://lawhandbook.sa.gov.au/ch13s05s04s05.php and here's the link to the ABC story, and there are many other stories that y'all can find for y'allselves...

And a reminder that this started as 2 counts of Rape, so what does that mean? was this a prolonged 'attack' involving multiple assaults on a single occasion, or were there separate incidents on different dates?...like I've asked previous, how the fuck does 2 counts of Rape become 1 of 'Indecent Sexual Assault'...and what exactly the fuck does, "took a consensual sexual encounter too far" mean? what the fuck does that even mean?...and the whole thing is appalling reportage when it doesn't pose these questions itself...it's one thing to report that bollocks, "consensual sexual encounter", but to not then explain what that supposedly constitutes is just pathetic...at best, this is partially excusing Harkin's conduct, and the Magistrate's outrageous comments do exactly that, and go even further...
     "It was not a transient sexual assault — the surrounding circumstances led to confusion on
       your part as to the issue of consent."
...and it's a very short step from there to straight-out Victim Blaming...in fact, fuck that, this is Victim Blaming, by the Magistrate, as he openly and deliberately officially minimises and then excuses Harkin's conduct and the seriousness of the Assault, etc, effectively acting on behalf of Harkin...

Let's not fuck about, let's actually call this 'Indecent Sexual Assault' and 'Confusion', etc, let's call it exactly what it is, and for lack of a better term, it is/was 'Date Rape'...the young woman clearly hasn't consented, and her reaction and ongoing trauma, etc, clearly indicates that it was an extremely intense 'incident', not just some 'unfortunate misunderstanding'... 

In a previous post I covered the issue of Morrison petitioning the Court to get Harkin special Bail treatment/allowances in 2019 so that he, Harkin, could travel to Melbourne to perform in a concert with Morrison that was to be recorded and published as an album, etc...I wrote about the grossly inappropriate decision to allow Harkin to stay at a 'hostel' without warning the proprietors about Harkin's Rape Charges and Bail, etc, and also about the welfare of the young woman, who lived in Melbourne...and here in this Channel 9 report, that exact issue...

Her statements about how she was "further humiliated and discredited by my university" directly contradicts Morrison's previous deceitful statements about 'supporting the victim'...furthermore, as it's reported here, it was Morrison's glowing 'character reference' that directly helped Harkin's lawyers argue-down the 2 Rape Charges to 1 of Indecent Sexual Assault...as with the Grooming and Rape of Ms Matilda Duncan by Graeme Lyall, James Morrison is definably absolutely complicit in protecting and excusing the perpetrator, to the direct detriment of the victims of these 'Assaults'...Morrison is absolutely complicit and the abject failure of the media to hold him to account is absolutely fucking disgraceful...case in point, on Saturday morning just gone, 8th August 2020, ABC Radio South East had Morrison on as a guest to memorialise his mate Don Burrows, but not one question about the Harkin outcome or Morrison's deeply complicit and fucking disgraceful role in that outcome...

I have been thinking over the last two days about what I wanted to say about this situation, however I think ********* has said it all.
I do want to say that I am so proud of the strong and courageous survivor. ❤️
I also want to say how proud I am of ******** and all the young women and men who have stood by her in the gracious and respectful way you have. ❤️

“I have many thoughts and emotions about this, and if you’re close to me you’ve probably heard many rants and held me as I cried. I could say so much about the character and type of person Matt Harkins is, but I’m not going to give him anymore of my time. Instead, I think the world needs to hear how incredible the victim is.
The victim is one of my closest friends, and she deserves the world. She is one of the most beautiful, kind, talented person you could meet, and I can say without a doubt she’s the smartest person I know. She has honestly changed my life, especially about how I look at myself through her positivity and openness regarding all things. And she’s going to do all that without a reference letter from the head of school.

***It's all there, again, exactly as happened with the Grooming and Rape of former student Matilda Duncan by Morrison's mate and Jazz Academy/Generations In Jazz teacher Graeme Lyall...the 'Jazz Community' protects and supports the perpetrator and their precious fucking career, and the 'victim' is shunned and/or attacked, their career's destroyed, etc...this is exactly what happened to Ms Duncan, who was Groomed and Raped and then shunned and attacked by the 'Jazz Community', and grossly failed by Morrison et al, and by SAPol who did sweet fuck-all investigation and never even 'charged' Lyall, and then went on ABC Radio saying 'nothing to see here', etc, etc, etc...and there's also the blizzard of highly derogatory Victim Blaming rumours about Ms Duncan that swept through Mt Gambier, all in a context where Lyall was/is well known within the 'Community' as having an extended 'reputation' for inappropriate conduct...what's happened previously with Harkin that this person writes, "when history had, and continued to show us what he is like."...this clearly infers/indicates that this is not the first 'incident' involving Harkin...and again this parallels the issues with Lyall being potentially a serial groomer/abuser...and as I've covered in previous posts, how does this, "without a reference from the head of school", relate to Morrison's simpering weasel-words about 'I'm not going to comment on what we've done to support the student (young woman)'?...

I've always had my personal concerns about an organisation that brings 1,000s of kids to Mt Gambier, to my personal experience the second largest Paedophile City in the Paedophile State, etc, but my blood ran cold when I also read a damning comment from another person, where-in they very specifically state;
     "...the jazz academy is Australia’s version of Jeffrey Epstein’s island..."
 ...now either that person is prone to massive hyperbole and exaggeration or even fiction, or they're indicating that there are many known issues of abuse related to Morrison and his Academy and/or Generations In Jazz, issues that are yet to surface...and I've watched how thoroughly Morrison & Co have covered-up the Grooming and Rape of Ms Duncan, and how they've supported Harkin, and how in both instances they've attacked the young women for speaking-out, etc...said it before, saying it again, I'd be absolutely stunned if these are the only 2 incidents to have occurred, there is a definable culture of Abuse and Cover-up with Morrison and his jazz cronies, etc...  

And I have an absolute right to write about this culture of protecting abusers at the Morrison Academy/Generations In Jazz, particularly the issues of the 'Community' supporting the abuser/perpetrator and attacking the victims/reporters, because it is exactly what's been done to us families regarding the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up...us few parents who tried to get some appropriate 'action' regarding the abuse of our children by "text-book grooming paedophile' Glyn Dorling in 2002...we were (and still are) repeatedly and often publicly attacked, eg, in the school news letter or by MP Rory McEwen on the front page of The Border Watch or bailed-up and abused in the supermarket, etc...we've been openly denigrated by the Lutherans, especially by Principal John Alexander and senior staffer Cheryl-Ann Perryman and Peter Heuzenroeder, etc, and repeatedly attacked and blamed by SAPol, the Director of Public Prosecutions, the Teachers Registration Board, the Crown Solicitors Office, the rancidly corrupt Rory McEwen and a litany of other equally Pro-Paedophile Corrupt politicians of all persuasions, Labor/Liberal/et al, but particularly the Rann/Weatherill Labor government...and that's publicly, it doesn't include the vicious 'rumour' campaigns waged against us by local senior Lutherans, my mate Rory, SAPol, etc, etc...

So whilst plenty of people seem to have plenty to say about the 'Jazz Community' and this Harkin outrage, never ever forget that 1) this isn't the first and only incident involving James Morrison and his mates, and 2) it's happened in Mt Gambier, which as a 'Community' has also witnessed the St Martins Cover-up but done Sweet Fuck All about that as well...obviously I'm not blaming every single person, but it is absolutely accurate to say that everyone in any sort of position of authority and/or influence knows about the St Martins Cover-up, eg, the ABC, The Border Watch, the Mt Gambier City Council, etc, etc, and they are all by definition absolutely complicit...

I Try Not To Hate, But, Scott 'Scummo' Morrison

Word up mofos, and a super quick post just to get things rollin' again...(yeah, it's been a while-Ed)...indeed, 9/10 days since last post and I coulda' sworn it was only like 6 or 7...been back on the couch snoozin' in the arvos, strugglin' to get to gym only every other day, etc, it's been a very long year already and yet at times it just skips from week to week...it's a very surreal state of being and I'm absolutely sure that many people are experiencing something similar, in fact, I know they are...but that's not why we're here today...oh, and I know I keep promising my 'COVID19 Ironies Post', but it just seems incredibly indulgent and inappropriate whilst the whole disaster keeps on going, and is currently getting worse than the 'first wave'...(particularly in the Aged Care sector-Ed)...yes, and in a context where putting those two words together seems a horribly distorted misnomer. there seems to be very little actual 'Care' involved...and that's as good/bad a place to start as any other...

Aged Care Is A Federal Responsibility:...and without trawling through all the tedious minutiae, it was/is the fucking Abbott/Turnbull/Morrison Liberal/National Party that have largely privatised Aged Care and decimated public funding for what's left...I've seen quotes of $2billion removed in (annual?) funding, and recently our PM Scott 'Scummo' Morrison, when confronted with that figure by a journo...(oh, so it does happen then? journos do sometimes confront Scummo?-Ed)...very few of them and seldom, but yes, Scummo was put on the spot about those cuts, and he denied they'd ever happened and then abused the journo about asking "questions that are lies"...(but they have happened, the cuts that is, and those questions were factually accurate-Ed)...yep, but that's part of the Fascism 101 of Scummo's governing, deny, deny, deny, lie, lie, lie, never admit any sort of fault and/or responsibility, and then attack the questioner/journo, accusing that person of what he himself is doing, lying...(indeed he was clearly calling the journo a liar, 'your repeated question is a lie, therefore you are a liar'-Ed)...classic Scummo...(and he did the same thing when asked about the latest cuts to the ABC's funding-Ed)...yes he did...("there aren't any further cuts because there were no cuts (originally)", both of which are absolute lies!-Ed)...a pathological liar's gotta' pathologically lie...(indeed, over and over he said it, then just ignored the journo and went to another-Ed)...as he frequently does, abuses and shuts-down the questioner and moves to a more complicit/compliant journo...

Anyhoos, with COVID19 spreading through predominantly privately-operated Aged Care facilities in Victoria, with very few cases in public facilities, etc, for multiple reasons that fault/responsibility falls directly to the LNP agenda...(spot on! privatisation and funding cuts and minimising wages and job insecurity, etc, effectively forcing people to work when they should be self-isolating, etc, etc, it all comes home to roost within LNP ideology and conduct!-Ed)...exactly...(and the self-same issues have been prominent in the Quarantine Hotels failures, namely, the use of privatised and under-trained and under-paid 'security firms', after the general privatisation of these sort of services and the problems with the LNP's constant attacks on the minimum wage and worker's sick leave and other rights, etc, etc-Ed)...and with Melbourne/Victoria effectively locked down and COVID19 spreading like wildfire through Aged Care, a Federal responsibility, what does Scummo do?...(I wanna' say fly to Hawaii like he did during the actual bushfires earlier this year?-Ed)...well quite, and it's not an entirely unwarranted albeit accidental pun, 'cos he did something very similar, he flew to Queensland (from Canberra/NSW) for a series (of 3?) political campaigning photo-ops related to the upcoming  State Election, 31st October 2020...(fuck me, State borders closed and COVID19 spreading again, etc, and he crosses 3 states for a photo-op, what a prick-Ed)...oh it gets better...(do I want to know?-Ed)...brace ya'self...

Well for starters, neither he nor any of his 'entourage' were wearing masks...(oh boy-Ed)...when they visited a fish processing factory that has featured previously in LNP promos, and is rumoured/alleged to be an LNP donor...(wouldn't come as much of a surprise-Ed)...and when he's immediately copped an absolute Twitter-caning for this self-serving bastardry of disavowed responsibility for the Aged Care disaster, and going to Queensland despite quarantine, etc, he's immediately flown back (on his $280million private/public jet?), squealing about how he's doin' us all a favour, and particularly Dan Andrews and Victorians, by coming back to sort it all out...(and I suppose the MSM are all singing his praises for this act of selfless humility?-Ed)...no more than usual...(so that's all of them, a lot-Ed)...yep, absolutely sickening sycophancy of the highest order... 

And all of this LNP promo swanning-about, sans any sign of COVID19 considerations, ie, jumping across 3 states whilst not wearing masks, etc, comes after he postponed the Federal Parliament 'cos it was all too dangerous and too difficult, etc, re COVID19...(what about Zoom or Skype or whatevs? they've had more than 6 months to get themselves organised, it's just not that difficult-Ed)...no, exactly, it's an excuse to both deny any Parliamentary scrutiny and further erode basic 'Democratic' principles that supposedly govern us...(and in a context where he's personally appointed that farcically corrupted and non-Democratic Mining Executive-laden COVID Recovery Committee!-Ed)...yep, too dangerous to have actual Democracy, but let's all fly to Queensland for chuckles...   

And it's not just this permanent state of LNP Worker Hate that has driven the 'Second Wave' in Victoria, 'cos all the whilst Scummo's numb-minded automaton LNP minions in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland  and through-out the rancidly pro-LNP Main Stream Media continue to protect Scummo by ignoring and/or willfully misrepresenting his conduct, as is most evident by the ludicrously inappropriate and often unhinged and self-contradictory attacks on Victorian Premier Dan Andrews...(I was shocked to learn that that rancid li'l half-wit MP Tim Smith was an actual person-Ed)...well, "actual" is a big call...(yeah, but I thought he was some sort of wildly sarcastic parody account on Twitter, like the ones mocking Scummo-Ed)...mmm, fair enough...(and 'cos a' the wildly unhinged self-contradictory/irrational/illogical shizzle he's always saying/doing, it's often difficult to distinguish between what's real and what exactly is the 'parody'-Ed)...indeed, but there's plenty a' Right Wing Nut Job Twitterers and/or Facebookers, etc, that are similarly difficult to tell apart from the parodies...(nah seriously mate, when I first saw that shreckin' idiot 'Dim' Tim Smith on Twitter, I genuinely thought it was Josh Greenslade from the ABC's Mad As Hell comedy show doing a particularly unlikeable and distasteful character/parody-Ed)...oh yeah, I can see that, no offense to Josh of course...(nah nah, gourd bless Josh, gourd bless-Ed)...   

Don't know that much about Dan Andrews or Victorian politics more generally, but I've endured multiple Scommo cluster-fuck press conferences and his interminable non-sensical word salad hyper-babble, so I know mindless crap when I hear it...(indeed, Dan Andrews' daily pressers are long and detailed, but he routinely takes every question until there aren't any more, all whilst taking responsibility where appropriate, and calmly talking around the excruciating litany of unhinged abuse from moronic LNP stooges and drooling shock-jocks-Ed)...I liked his very barbed but calmly considered jibe about how Victorians were helping the Federal Aged Care authorities with 'their problems'...(yes, putting the blame right where it lies, and rightly praising-up/supporting his own people-Ed)...and Scummo keeps jaw-jabbering about how he supports Dan, etc, but never a word about hauling those LNP half-wits into line for the greater good...(in  a context where the LNP nutters have been deliberately undermining Dan and all messages/actions about distancing and shut-downs, etc, as per COVID19, calling him ridiculous names like 'Chairman Dan' and screechingly demanding that restrictions be lifted and Aged Care facilities opened, etc-Ed)...which has clearly and I'd argue deliberately undermined the Victorian government's messaging, and therefore directly contributed to the multiple breaches of protocols, new outbreaks, and 'Bunnings Karens' squealing about Face Masks in the Magna Carta, etc...

And it was only a few short weeks ago, back in April 2020 that Scummo himself openly threatened Aged Care providers, saying that they must re-open or he was gunna' make them...and all of this follows on from the original situation where-in both NSW and Victoria particularly, along with some other States, took the initiative in the National Cabinet whilst Scummo lagged along behind, failing/refusing to act until literally forced to, but then trying to take credit for those early actions and successes...     

But the real kicker, the issue that's really boiled my blood and got me spittin' chips and truly hatin'-down on this appalling excuse for a human being that is Scummo, it's his callous and disingenuous response to the Black Lives Matters movement and to the disgraceful plight of Aboriginal Australians, etc...(yeah, what was his latest smirking fuckery? 'like all PMs who have stood at this lectern I have a great passion for Indigenous issues/equality'? some bullshit like that, whatta' fucker-Ed)...yeah, he's said and done some truly appalling things in this Indigenous context, but this was arguably the worst...having done nothing to advance the cause of Indigenous peoples, he's now stated that he has a new plan with twice as many points/goals as the original 'Closing The Gap' statement...(and what has he actually done up'til now? sweet fuck all, or rather, absolute fuckery like this;1) cut $250k from the Indigenous Women's Domestic Violence Fund, 2) denounced BLM marches whilst silently supporting COVID19/5G/Anti-Vaxxer protests, and bestest of all, 3) refused to accept the Uluru Voice Statement and legislate for an appropriate permanent Indigenous representation in the Federal Parliament, saying he won't accept a Third Chamber in the Parliament,  but then not only cancels Parliamentary sittings because it's all a bit too 'dangerous' due to COVID19, but self-appoints that 'Third Chamber' group of Mining Industry executives to his very special non-accountable CRC-Ed)...spot on...     

And this latest 'Enhanced Closing The Gap' announcement also was Scummo undeniably acting in direct response to the storm of fury unleashed on Twitter and other 'social media', identifying that exact point as we just covered...notorious for responding to Twitter outrage, and equally notorious for making un-funded announcement after announcement, with no intent of actually following through with actual funding and/or action, etc, etc, he's come up with this bollocks...when rightly outed for the outrageous hypocrisy of 'No Third Indigenous Chamber' followed immediately by appointing his own 'CRC Third Chamber', his absolutely predictable response is another grandiose self-congratulatory 'announcement'...(yes, hate is a powerful and unfortunate emotion, but I can't think of another way to consider Scummo-Ed)...and it doesn't end there, add to that his/the LNP's general attitude/rulings that BLM marches should be or are banned due to COVID19 issues/fears, but in the same week we can have stadia across the country packed to the gunnels with footy fans...(fuck the Sharkies! I mean, go the Sharkies! Scummo's alleged fav team in the NRL-Ed)...yep, must have footy crowds but cannot possibly have protest marches...it's Bread and Circuses Fascism 101...and if we ignore history or are ignorant of it, then we are doomed to repeat the same mistakes, doomed to the same failures, time and again...

And then there's all the stuff with Kevin Foley and Michael Atkinson's 'secret accounts', etc, etc...it's Fascist Media 101 as currently practised on an hourly timetable by the rancidly corrupt and incompetent Scott 'Scummo' Morrison LNP Federal government...criticise and abuse someone for allegedly doing that which you yourself are actually guilty of, and keep on doing it...(and where Scummo & Co are concerned, do so with the unwavering support of the rabidly Right Wing Murdochracy and equally complicit Main Stream Media, the ABC, etc-Ed)...and eventually it becomes real, it becomes a 'Truth' because the lies are not identified let-alone questioned...  

So anyhoos, I had some feedback, including a 'Comment' on this 'ere blog, that Mt Gambier City Councillor Penny Richardson's original complaint about Troy Bell was something about a 'Conflict of Interest'...(fair call-Ed)...sure, but if that is actually true, as reported, what was the supposed 'CoI'?...(your point?-Ed)...well I struggle to believe anything that's published in the Main Stream Media, particularly the ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation), and not just because of       extreme 'Right Wing' bias and various other agendas at play, eg, the massively biased and deliberately skewed 'Anti Nick Fletcher' manner in which the ABC South East Radio reported my "bizarre trial"...(well that's fair enough-Ed)...and beyond that is the randomly unprofessional haphazard proof-reading and misreporting and misprinting, etc, that is a feature of modern 'journalism'...(also true, careless albeit genuine mistakes perhaps, it's still a real problem with establishing the 'Truth'-Ed)...and in circumstances like this, not only do ya' need to know the specific political bent of the 'reporter' and/or the source, but have some sort of inside line on what actually happened, etc...so for the purposes of this post, we're just gunna' have to take that reportage at face value...

So, what was the 'CoI'? it isn't identified...to me though, it's fairly irrelevant, 'cos more importantly is the timing of the 'complaint', being as is reported, the day after the 2014 State Election...(yeah, that is a bit odd-Ed)...but even more critically, why did that original 'complaint', whatever it was, and which supposedly triggered the relevant Independent Commission Against Corruption, why did it then take until August 2017 for the ICAC and/or SAPol (police) to charge Troy?...(yeah, that's a hell of a long-winded 'investigation', what's that, 3 years and 5 months?-Ed)...yep...(but I thought we'd already established that the timing was purely political, done deliberately to discredit and/or harass and/or embarrass Troy, the incumbent Liberal candidate for the upcoming March 2018 State Election-Ed)...absolutely it was, and as we've posted previously but forgot to re-cover in the last post, mate, what does it say about what Mt Gambier voters think of the ICAC/SAPol when Troy was under that pressure and criticism, etc, but after quitting the Liberal party was still re-elected as an Independent, albeit one with a still-definable Liberal leaning...

It's all blatantly politically motivated, but as put to me, perhaps I've half-missed the mark about the genuine motivation...without going into it so much as to 'expose my source', someone with the inside running, that is, with extensive personal involvement, has put it to me that they agree that the timing was all about rooting things right up for Troy going into the March 2018 State Election, but that the primary political motivation for wanting to do that was Troy's support for the Anti-Fracking Activists here in the South East, and his subsequent campaigning against Fracking...(riiight, I can see that, 'cos the Rann/Weatherill Labor government were/are notorious for their definably corrupt support of Beach Energy, eg, $$$millions in Exploration Grants, No Royalties, etc-Ed)...and of course Beach Energy's rather profitable involvement in the Glenside Mental Health Facility site dismantling and 'privatisation', again with the Rann government involved...(and the Liberals/Nationals themselves are unashamedly Minerals Resource Industry supporters-Ed)...and the MRI in return 'support' the LNP via massive 'donations', etc...(exactly, so's I'm guessing that Troy didn't make any friends in that regard either-Ed)...absolutely, and particularly with the ludicrously corrupt 'No Royalties' clause, plenty of people involved stood/stand to 'lose' plenty of money...

Now I've been to a coupla' Anti-Fracking demos and am fully supportive of that position, Fracking is a lunatic Environmental Disaster just looking for somewhere to go horribly wrong, and it has been proven to do exactly that in many circumstances, eg, groundwater contamination that leads to 'flaming tap water', etc, and seismological consequences of massively increased seismic activity due to the 'fracturing', etc, etc, etc...it's an absolute no-brainer that forcing tonnes of toxic chemicals into the ground is gunna' have a hugely detrimental effect, and particularly here in the South East where there are two main and massive Aquifers, the Tertiary Limestone Aquifer, and the Tertiary Confined Sand Aquifer, and numerous minor Aquifers...because of their isolation and structures there is relatively minor pollution of these Aquifers, but hey, let's drill multiple holes through it and pump it chock full a' toxic crap...and I don't wanna' hear any bollocks about how this 'Fracking' occurs kilometres down so there's no chances of contamination, etc, that's absolute rot, not least of all because those shafts have to go through the Aquifers to get to the 'gas', and the chemicals can and do leach upwards, etc, etc...

It's also been put to me that the preferred/potential Liberal candidate replacing the now Independent Troy Bell at the 2018 State Election was dumped because of that person's extensive Anti-fracking activism...I cannot comment further on this other than to say that my limited knowledge of the situation, and my 'sources', allows me to accept and support this position as being possible and plausible and even likely...

But today's main point is one I left out of the previous post because it's a whole other plain of fundamental incompetence, corruption, and insightful indicativeness as to the wholly Political Persecution aspect of what Troy is being subjected to...(and it again parallels your "bizarre trial" and the extraordinary official capacity to just ignore inconvenient truths and trample appropriate process, etc-Ed)...indeed it does mate, and I refer of course dear availees to the legislative changes of the ICAC Miscellaneous Amendment Act 2014 that were made specifically in response to my Legal Eaglee enquiries about the farcically incomprehensible ICAC Act 2012 Section 56, etc, a definable collusion between ICAC Comm Bruce maaate and then Labor Attorney-General li'l Johnny Rau...(not to mention the rancidly corrupt conduct of SAPol (police) Prosecutions in prosecuting you after those changes and without officially 'Charging' or even 'Summonsing' you, and then lying in Court and trying to change the 'Charges' mid-trial, etc, etc-Ed)...yep, all that extraordinary bastardisation of appropriate process that saw Her Honour Teresa Anderson withdraw, officially citing "Abuse of Process" in the official Certificate of Record, having also previously used the term "Malicious Prosecution" in Court...(and of course her replacement Magistrate Ian White's definably complicit and corrupt conduct itself formed a part of that ongoing "Malicious Prosecution" post November 2016 when Her Honour withdrew/excused herself-Ed)...indeed it did...

But before that, my mate Bruce Lander was the 'original complainant' about me , supposedly personally contacting SAPol's Anti-Corruption Branch, leading to my very own personal 'Operation Baritone', etc, (all mid-February 2014), but when SAPol ACB raided my home on 7th/8th May 2014 they stated that they were 'just here to collect evidence for the DPP (Director of Public Prosecutions)'...(so who do you believe?-Ed)...well none of them, they've all proven themselves to be consummate lairs and deeply corrupt...but heaven forbid it should end there...

As explained by Her Honour Anderson, SAPol Prosecutions made a complete shambles of my 'Charge Sheet', eg, using 'blog dates' as 'Breaches' rather than correctly identifying individual alleged 'Breaches', and therefore also citing specifically that something was a 'Breach' on one date, but the exact same 'Breach' was not identified as a 'Breach' on a different date only days later...(wow-Ed)...and SAPol Prosecutions was also still trying to get me to 'confess' to producing/writing this 'ere blog years into the 'Trial'...I caught-out SAPol Prosecutions directly and deliberately lying about when I was supposedly 'Charged' (December 2014), in Court, right in front of Ian White, and he actually verified/defined that lie by pointing out the actual supposed date was 7th January 2015, but then he just waved it all away as irrelevant...(wow-Ed)...and of course, Ian White's ultimate collusion/corruption was to try and ignore those ICAC Act MAA 2014 changes when he 'Convicted' me, even when I was questioning/confronting him about those changes during his 'bizarre' handling of the 3 'Verdict Hearings' February - April 2018, until he was 'outed' by The Border Watch (just after that first 'hearing'), when he suddenly acknowledged that I had been 'prosecuted under the wrong definition', and then he again just waved all that away as irrelevant and convicted me anyways...(well isn't that just super-Ed)...so having experienced all that myself I was shocked but hardly surprised to see this...

...and I'll let y'all go read that from the ABC website, but it says everything about the rankly political nature of this prosecution, and the grossly inappropriate influence of the ICAC...(and even when it's apparently being admitted that these involvements/contacts were "mistakes", that's all just fine-Ed)...yep, and add to that the extraordinary 'tapping' of Troy's phone/s such that his legally privileged conversations with his lawyers were not only recorded but are now being used against him like some sort of pseudo-defamation and/or Contempt of Court co-prosecution...(and were-in he's not even allowed to see the 5000 pages of supposed evidence against him-Ed)...it's well-beyond being an absolute joke, there's nuthin' funny about this, it's absolutely rotten to the core, and an absolute travesty of the application of 'Justice'...

Regardless of your personal opinion of Troy Bell and/or his conduct and/or guilt, etc, put yourself in that man's shoes and ask ya'self whether you'd like to be screwed-over like this, indeed, if anyone deserves to be screwed-over like this...(which puts me in mind of the recent programming about the bizarre Bradley Murdoch 'Conviction' for the supposed murder of Peter Falconio-Ed)...indeed, and what concerned me was the large number of problematic issues that weren't covered and/or resolved by that 'exclusive expose', issues covered in a major ABC/BBC Radio article over a decade ago, eg, the lack of evidence uncovered by Aboriginal 'trackers' at the alleged scene of the supposed murder/abduction, eg, no footprints or dog prints, or that Murdoch's ute reportedly didn't have a hatch between cab and tray and therefore it would not have been possible for Joanne Lees to be "forced" through that hatch as she described, etc, etc...and you'll guess from my language that I think there's a whole bunch of hugely problematic stuff happening here, and at the very least, Murdoch was absolutely screwed-over by an incompetent investigation and deeply biased 'Trail' process...

Howdy dear availees here in Mt Gambier in the sunny South East of South Australia, where it's Monday 20th July 2020, currently 12C/53F and drizzly, and our mate Troy Bell is still the Member for Mt Gambier in the SA Parliament (in the House of Assembly, the Lower House)...and welcome also to y'all elsewhere in places like Brazil, the USofA, India, and Russia...we in SA are very fortunate that our relative Social Privilege and widely dispersed population, etc, has initially spared us the terrible COVID19 issues currently ravaging your countries...(and there is a definable political impact on those situations as well, our local state politicians have done reasonably well, where-as, for example, people like Donald Trump and Jair Bolsinaro have denied and defied reality at a terrible cost to their countries' populace-Ed)...well indeed Ed, and I say "initially" because we are experiencing the beginning of a potential 'Second Wave' in Victoria and New South Wales, and NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian and our illustrious PM Scott 'Scummo' Morrison are committed to 'Suppression' not 'Elimination', which effectively guarantees a resurgence...(yeah sure, but the Economy is clearly far more important than people, mate-Ed)...your sarcasm is duly noted and thoroughly justified...

But on a quick and pleasant divergence re COVID19, I just this week found myself back on the Mt Gambier local bus service, due to a busted radiator in my li'l vehicular transportation, and was pleasantly surprised to find that 'they', being the private contractors who operate/provide the government-funded service, 'they' haven't been charging passengers for several months 'cos of the COVID19 crisis...kudos and hurrah to y'all involved in making this decision, 'cos it is inevitably the poor, the disadvantaged, the disenfranchised, young mums with toddlers in tow, the unemployed, the elderly, Disability Support recipients like myself, etc, etc, et al, who rely on this service...regular availees know that I have often written about the very limited bus services available in Mt Gambier, ie, running only 0900hrs to 1700hrs, with no service on weekends or public holidays, and that I place responsibility for that firmly at the feet of the State Government and their inappropriately low funding...ironically, today's 2 main post issues collide 'cos Troy Bell just recently raised the issue of bus funding in Parliament, quite correctly identifying that, quote;
     “You need to be a car owner in regional South Australia because, if you rely on public
       transport, you simply will not get where you need to go."

As regular availees will recall, Troy was originally the Liberal Member, but was dumped or resigned from the Party, whatevs, not long after he was charged (August 2017) for alleged acts of Corruption, after an alleged Independent Commissioner Against Corruption alleged investigation...(that's a lot of 'allegeds'-Ed)...well the charges are currently still only 'allegations', and my personal experience of ICAC Bruce 'Brews Slander' Lander is that a supposed ICAC investigation can and will be very much 'allegedly', for example, ICAC's bizarre October 2013 'Un-Recorded Chat In A Cafe' investigation of Mt Gambier City Council...(ooo yeah, that was a doozy-Ed)...during my "bizarre trial" (The Border Watch) for daring to even speak about said alleged investigation, I proved in Court, via ICAC witnesses, that the entire ICAC investigation of the entire MGCC was a half hour un-recorded chat with me in Metro Cafe, with 6-8 people in clear earshot, and ICAC's un-recorded chat in an Adelaide Convention Centre hallway with then MGCC CEO Mark 'Mighty Marky Mark McShenanigans' McShane...(well quite, 2 un-recorded chats, no actual hearings, never even spoke to identified 'Corrupt' MGCC Councillors or staff, etc, etc, this is ICAC's alleged  investigation of multiple definable/defined issues of Gross Corruption, Insider Trading, and Nepotism in Mt Gambier City Council, it's a sick joke-Ed)...and the punchline is that Nick Fletcher ends-up with a Criminal Conviction for talking/blogging about it, hilarious I'm sure...  

But of course my definably corrupt "bizarre trial" wasn't just about me 'blogging' about the farcically corrupt ICAC...(or 'Insidious Commissioner Assisting Corruption' as we like to borrow and call it-Ed)...indeed, I was subjected to a definable Pro-Paedophile Political Persecution because of my extensive discourse/exposure/blogging of SA's Institutionalised Pro-Paedophile Corruption...and My Bestie And Also In His Spare Time ICAC Bruce was the original complainant against me, leading to my very own ICAC/SAPol (police) 'Operation Baritone', a 3year 'Trial', etc, etc...and so, given my experience of ICAC and how it is used politically to attack and punish people...(or to protect mates and dodgy Councils, etc-E)...indeed, protect mates and attack opponents, so given the definable corruption of my mate Bruce and his farcical ICAC, I have quite some sympathy for Troy Bell's position, regardless of what he has or hasn't done...(are you referring specifically to the very suspect timing of the alleged 'charges'?-Ed)...yeah, but not just that, the whole situation in it's entirety...

Everyone has an opinion and/or insider info about how they know Troy's done such-and-such, or this-that-and-the-other, and so-on-and-so-forth...some believe he's guilty as sin and others that it's a political set-up, and then there's the version that it's about relatively minor paperwork anomalies but not actual 'corruption', etc, etc...I again refer to my own personal experience of the Institutionalised Corruption of local government officials, State and Federal politicians, police, etc, but I don't have a specific position on this issue 'cos I just don't know...whatevs the reality, Mr Bell's trial proper has only recently begun, and he's calling for it to be 'Permanently Stayed' because of 2 main issues...firstly, he's arguing that it is a "Political Witch-hunt", very much paralleling my own Pro-Paedophile Political Persecution and related issues of "Abuse of Process" and "Malicious Prosecution"...(as you actually proved in Court in November 2016-Ed)...indeed I did Ed, and therefore I am subsequently fully open to that possibility...(and indeed have been ever since this kicked-off in August 2017-Ed)...absolutely, but equally, I don't just accept this as being the only 'truth' just because that's what happened to me...whilst there is clearly a politically-motivated aspect to these 'charges', eg, the timing, that doesn't automatically exclude the possibility that there are potential or genuine issues of 'Corruption'...

So whilst nothing would surprise me as to the veracity of the 'Charges', and how that relates to Troy's 'defence', etc, I will however call-out the use of the term "Witch-hunt" as being inappropriate, just call it what it is, a Political Persecution...(yeah, this is something I've seen discussed several times across Twitter-Ed)...as have I, and I duly understand and concur that "Witch-hunt" refers to a very specific and often very violent form of gender-specific abuse and structures of control and punishment and dis-empowerment of women, refers to issues of legislated misogyny, etc, and it is entirely inappropriate for a man to use this term...now I didn't even consider that until the correct context was presented to me via Twitter, so I'm not condemning Troy for using it, but I hope someone sees this and passes-on that context/info to him...

Troy's second point is about the supposed/alleged ongoing and therefore inappropriate involvement of our mate Bruce after the matter had gone to the Director of Public Prosecutions...this has a direct relation to my "bizarre trial" because although there was no Office of Public Integrity/ICAC investigation of my alleged 'Charges', Bruce mate was the initial complainant against me, personally referring me directly to SAPol's Anti-Corruption Branch, who then raided my home on 7th/8th May 2014, stating that they didn't know what the 'Charges' were about, instead stating;
     "We're just here to collect information (evidence) on behalf of the DPP." 
Despite this, I never heard the DPP mentioned ever again relative to my "bizarre trial", to my understanding it was handled by SAPol Prosecutions...also, it appears that Bruce was communicating with SAPol after his initial referral (mid-February 2014) and possibly even during my "bizarre trial" (February 2015 - April 2018)...

In researching this post I note that it is reported that Troy's defence team are also citing "gag orders" as compromising their ability to question witnesses, thusly...***

...welcome back, and wow...(wow indeed-Ed)...now I'm always extremely cautious when it comes to just accepting verbatim anything that the ABC reports, and regardless of what one thinks about Troy and/or his conduct, etc, the many issues identified/alleged here are absolutely outrageous...(mate, this cannot be right, surely?-Ed)...mate, unfortunately, when it comes to SA ICAC no level of corruption and impropriety would surprise me... 

So may questions here;

1) what is Bruce's ongoing involvement?...and is that appropriate?;

2) has the "Witch-hunt" claim from a conversation between Troy and his lawyer(s) really been recorded by the DPP?...how is this appropriate?...and why are the DPP using it against Troy?;

3) are there 'gags' and 'suppression' relative to alleged witnesses and/or evidence against Troy?...and if so, how is it appropriate to deny someone access to the alleged evidence against them?

I note with some amusement that it's reported that it was card-carrying Labor member and (then) serving MGCC Councillor Penny Richardson who shopped Troy to the ICAC, and that that 'report' happened the day after Troy was elected...(why the day after? exactly when did Penny become 'aware' of this alleged offending? did she 'know' beforehand, and if so, for how long?-Ed)...all great questions Ed, and further fabulous fuel for the Political Persecution conspiracy bonfire...I note with side-splitting, borderline-maniacal mirth that the unsuccessful Labor candidate in 2014 was Jim Maher, also a (then) serving MGCC Councillor...his wife Viv (deceased) was the Labor candidate against me in 2010, and their son Kyam is a current Labor Shadow-Minister...(but hang-on-Ed)...yeah?...(that says that Penny 'complained' on 17th March 2014, and Bruce started investigating from there-Ed)...yep...(well why then did it take then another 3 years and 5 months before Troy was actually 'charged' with anything?-Ed)...well that's a great question, and yet another aspect of the Political Persecution Conspiracy playbook...(ah yes, with the March 2018 State Election campaign just starting to get goin', what better time to try and discredit the incumbent and likely re-elected Troy baby-Ed)...like I said earlier, guilty or not, the timing is absolutely suss...

Also I furtherly note with unrelenting hilarity that Penny is identified as the original complainant, where-as in my "bizarre trial" I was actually convicted of exposing myself...(ooo, bishop-Ed)...of exposing myself as being the original 'Complainant'...(uh, well that's not funny, not funny at all-Ed)...no, no it's not...and also more furtherly, when I went to see the Legal Eagles at South East Community Legal Service aways back in May/June 2014, they initially albeit politely laughed at me when I asked, 'are you even allowed to talk to me because the ICAC Act 2012 Section 56 seems to indicate that you cannot?'...(yeah, laughed until they read that particularly bizarre Fascist piece of legislation-Ed)...indeed, and then felt obliged to write to my mate Bruce, twice, asking that exact question, 're Section 56, are we allowed to speak to him?'...and although I hadn't even been 'Charged' at that time...(and actually never were-Ed)...sure, but in July 2014 Bruce eventually responded with an official written 'Authorisation' to allow me to speak about my ICAC stuff with a lawyer, my family and/or friends, and my medical practitioner...not 'Charged' but still requiring official ICAC 'Authorisation' to speak with a lawyer...this relates back directly to the 2 issues of privileged phone calls being tapped/recorded and used against Troy, and the woefully bizarre with-holding of evidence...in researching this post I also found this on the ICAC website...***

     of charges may change during the course of a prosecution. Changes are not detailed here as
     the Commissioner does not decide when or in what way charges are amended.

     Some matters are not listed here as they are subject to suppression orders.

***So, as bizarrely Fascist and politically motivated and corrupt as my "bizarre trial" was/is, and as ludicrously corrupted as Troy's clearly is, apparently "some matters" are even more bizarrely Fascist and we aren't allowed to see/hear about them at all!...(well that's also a prime set-up to protect/hide/excuse any genuine corruption committed by 'mates', etc-Ed)...absolutely, and when you look at the ways that Bruce has acted to protect multiple Labor Ministers and other corrupt public officials, eg, Gillman Land Sale, the Oakden Nursing Home...(the MGCC ICAC Cover-up-Ed)...indeed, the Bruce-sanctioned MGCC Corruption Cover-up, where-in the only person to wind-up with a 'Conviction', albeit a rancidly Corrupt 'Conviction', is the 'Whistleblower'/complainant, li'l ol' moi...

In conclusion, whether Troy is guilty or not, the grossly Fascist processes involved are self-evidently inappropriate and no-one should be subjected to this sort of massively biased Star Chamber-style persecution....also, I note this states that a decision would be given 'with-in 5 days', being approx a week ago now, but I cannot find any more recent stories/reportage...I'll keep an eye and/or ear out and get back to ya's...
