***Irony Is:...when you started this post about Scott Morrison's perpetual gibbering and self-contradiction and relentless divestment or responsibility, etc, etc, when you started this yesterday 22nd March 2020, and nearly had it finished, but then you stopped to watch Scummo's latest De-Press Conference, and you're so over it all by the time it's over that ya' just can't come back to the post, and it's suddenly another day later...so here's what I nearly finished yesterday...***
Howdy dear availees...apologies for a long break between posts but I kinda' snookered myself with the post about the FARC (Farcical Aquatic Recreation Centre), in that it got so complicated and extended that I've had to try to break it up into 2 posts, which will happen tomorrow and the day after or certainly within the next coupla' days, after I've properly tidied them up a bit...to complicate matters I spent gourd knows how many hours/days simultaneously preparing my verbal submission to the State Commission Assessment Panel about Mt Gambier City Council's 156 page FARC Development Plan Application...("Plan Application", I thought you said it was the Development Approval Application?-Ed)...indeed, there is a difference, and that's part of what complicated things for me...(your own ignorance?-Ed)...well, to be fair, and as I explained to the SCAP, I ain't done do one a' these 'ere SCAP thingies before skipper...anyhoos, let's not get into it now, there's a better explanation in the next coupla' posts...also been having lengthy and frustrating 'tech problems', including a drop-out and losing some stuff that hadn't self-saved...as I understand it, it's a fairly common complaint down our way, not least of all because many extra peeps are working from home, etc, and the NBN is a Liberal/National Party $50billion basket-case...(yay-Ed)...the one thing I will say about the MGCC 156-page FARC Plan...(oh here we go-Ed)...no no, just one very critical thing...
MGCC has repeatedly and vehemently denied that there will be any Rate Rises to help pay for the FARC, but on page 148 of the FARC Plan it clearly states, and I quote;
"The greater frequency of discussions and community representations over the timelines
noted above have been tempered by;
- Council knowledge of the significant previous works identifying the capital costs
which are beyond the affordability of Council on it's own;
- a strong sense of social responsibility for ongoing operational costs which will
necessarily flow through as rate increases to the community;
- a strong appreciation of the broader non quantifiable social benefits on health,
community resilience and wellbeing.
..."necessarily flow through as rate increases"...(has MGCC perhaps been carefully word-weaseling their way around the difference between 'Construction Costs' and 'Running Costs'?-Ed)...great point Ed, I'll try and look into that and add it to the upcoming posts...
Today I want to very briefly try to cover the bizarrely contradictory information/guidelines/suggestions/orders/etc, etc, ad infinitum, coming from 'Official Sources' relating to the COVID19 pandemic...(um, could you be a bit more specific? I mean, "suggestions" and "orders" are two very different things-Ed)...my point exactly, and I can't think of a better example than what occurred on ABC/BBC Radio just this morning (Sunday 22 March 2020)...just another day, just another gibber-jabber self-contradictory rhetoric-fest from our salubrious leader, Scott 'The Crime Minister' Morrison...as I've previously stated, I'm so sick of his pathological-level lies and deceptive deceits and sneering word-weaseling and open seething hatred of those few who do dare question him, etc, etc, that I can barely bear to listen to him, let-alone look at that leering smug mug...(I can't stand him, he's a liar and a swindler and a crook-Ed)...indeed, but ironically, for those self-same reasons, it is imperative that I force myself to try and hear/see as much of his drivel as possible, eg, our last post was about Scummo's extraordinary religion-riddled Fundamentalist Preacher-style performance at the Financial Review's Business Summit thingy...and in that exact context, given his appalling feet-dragging inaction, is he just grossly ineffectual as a 'leader', or is he operating to a 'Pentecostal Rapture Agenda', ie, is this the plague he and his happy-clapper mates have been praying for...
And thusly I witnessed where Scummo' weasel-worded his way around a specific question in Parliament a coupla' weeks back, when Labor leader Anthony 'Eggs Over' Albanese asked him about the LNP Bushfire Promo Ad that Scummo personally 'authorised'...(the one that used extensive footage of defence personnel?-Ed)...yep, and that was the basis of the question, namely, given that it was so inappropriate to do that, had Scummo' spoken to the Chief of Defence, General Angus Campbell...and Scummo replied, 'I regularly speak to the COD'...(that's not answering the question-Ed)...exactly, it was deliberately going around the actual answer, which was 'Yes'...(and how do you know that?-Ed)...because only days later, in a Senate Estimates Committee hearing, a clearly unimpressed Angus said just that, namely, 1) it was inappropriate and he'd rather not see defence personnel used in that manner, etc, and subsequently, 2) he'd actually phoned Scummo directly to inform him of that...(strewth, no wonder Scummo didn't want to answer that question, imagine the blow to his massively sociopathic ego to admit in Parliament that he'd been phoned-up and castigated by the COD-Ed)...well quite...
And while we're on the subject of Scummo's lies and Senate Estimates, that's where it was exposed that the LNP's $2billion Bushfire Relief Fund doesn't actually exist, rather, and as described by the former Australian Federal Police Commissioner and now head of the Bushfire Recovery Agency, Andrew Colvin, he called it "notional"...(which means?-Ed)...exactly as it suggests, it's a 'notion', it doesn't actually physically exist, it's not budgeted for, there's no dedicated account with $2b in it, etc, etc...(well that might explain why many people are having such a hard time even just trying to access it, let-alone actually getting funding-Ed)...indeed, I've seen the terms "blind gully" and "smoke and mirrors" used many times to describe the Fund/process...we covered this stuff about the abject failures of the current Parliamentary Processes, where-in the LNP constantly refuse to answer questions and/or simply shut-down questions and/or debate...(and where it seems almost all of that investigation of policy and legislation and funding/grants, etc, all of that stuff is scrutinised and/or exposed in Senate Estimates rather than in the Parliament-Ed)...so on the slightly brighter side, whilst the Public Service and the AFP and seemingly the High Court, et al, whilst they're all grossly politicised/compromised, our democracy isn't completely dead...(well not yet-Ed)...yay...
Just this morning (***yesterday) Scummo was again motor-mouthing his way through a press conference, making grandiose announcements about 'Stimulus Packages' for Newstart recipients and pensioners, etc, but those payments are potentially months away...(and what's the story with not establishing the '100 Testing Stations' until May? why the delay? do we not have the facilities and/or supplies, etc?-Ed)...and all the conflicting info about hand-shaking and 'social distancing', etc, coming as it has from supposedly independent experts like the Chief Medical Officer Brendan Murphy...(mate! he's a public servant clearly serving his paymasters, the LNP, if he's 'independent' then I'm a real boy-Ed)...thankyou Ed, you confected literary device you, as utilised here on TMGI to create debate, discussion, and set-up jokes, etc...(word-Ed)...anyhoos, Scummo started talking about 'stopping non-essential travel', but then reeled off a long albeit vague list of 'exemptions'...(so which is it? travel or don't travel?-Ed)...exactly, and even this 'suggestion' immediately followed by a lengthy list of vague exemptions, even that seems to be in response to actions taken by some States to close their borders, etc...
***and then last night, he did it again...a motor-mouthed spray of undefined gibberish and shedding responsibility...verbose drivel about how he's not closing schools and it's up to the States and/or parents, etc, etc...(it's like he's setting himself up a 'Plausible Deniability Defence', ya' know?-Ed)...indeed, when this failure to close schools proves disastrous, and it likely will, he can point back to where he said 'or but I suggested that you could do that', etc...(and it's absolutely disgracefully deceitful for Scummo and SA Premier Steven Marshall to justify leaving schools open by comparing us with what's happening in Singapore-Ed)...absolutely, Singapore has a daily screening program at schools and a far superior testing regime...(exactly, and what about Scummo's clearly self-contradictory nonsense about kids are better-off in schools and teachers are safe, etc, because 'kids aren't an infection vector', but then saying he doesn't want kids spreading disease by hanging around in shopping centres, etc?-Ed)...absolutely, it's self-evidently an absolute lie, but what's the genuine motivation?...(and it looks like the various State leaders are running the agenda
by acting and therefore forcing Scummo to fall in behind, eg, closing

1) even if they don't consciously realise it, they don't trust what Scummo & Co are telling them...even the most stubborn, pig-ignorant LNP voters have been exposed to enough of the LNP's rorts and thieving and lies, etc...(almost entirely thanks to the Twitterati, 'cos the MSM is so pathetically compromised and complicit-Ed)...exactly, cheers Twitterati, your efforts mean even those LNP supporters who continue to publicly support the LNP, subconsciously they have no confidence in what they're being told and they're just flat-out panicking, albeit not entirely sure why, and;
2) they/we've been told for decades by the LNP that the less fortunate amongst us and those who struggle with Mental Health and/or General Health issues, etc, etc, those people, us people, we're 'Leaners', we're a burden on the Proper Australia, on the "Quiet Australians"...(I hate that term, it's such a deeply cynical and manipulative dog-whistle to the basest natures/aspects of selfishness and inaction-Ed)...absolutely it is, and that's exactly why Scummo uses it...it's the LNP Play Book, target and demonise and attack the poor and vulnerable, and praise greed and selfishness, turn citizens on each other...it's Divide and Conquer 101...
So what we're seeing now, what we're seeing in the worst aspects of hoarding and selfishness, and in the gross unreadiness of the National Health System, and the constantly changing mixed and/or conflicting messages, and the fundamental lack of a genuine prepared Response/Plan, etc, this is the legacy of the LNP 'Privatising' whole swathes of the Public Service and completely politicising what's left...nobody believes the CMO when he's a public servant who constantly contradicts himself and is clearly telling us what Scummo wants him to say...(which then allows Scummo to say 'we are following the health experts'-Ed)...exactly, when in actuality, in the first instance, it's Scummo telling that 'health expert' what to say...it's a farcically dangerous bastardisation of the Public Service, with the obvious fall-out...with very good reason, people don't believe what they are being told, and they're running scared...
Yes, do what you can to protect ya'selves and ya' loved ones...do take practical and reasonable steps, eg, careful and extensive 'Social Distancing', particularly in personal situations with elderly relatives, etc, and hand-washing and sanitising shared surfaces, etc...if you feel a bit crook (unwell), by all means try to get medical attention and/or testing, but if that proves unlikely/unworkable, do 'Self Isolate'...(and good luck with that testing stuff, 'cos I've heard stories locally of people being refused testing, even people in Health Provision and meeting the very strict 'Exposure Criteria' and displaying symptoms, etc, and even they can't get tested-Ed)...yes, unfortunately I'm aware of several such situations/allegations, and I am aware that front-line personnel like nurses and ambos are not being provided appropriate basic Personal Protection Equipment like masks, etc...I've been mildly unwell for a coupla' weeks and tried to get myself tested a week ago, but after an hour on hold, I was told via the phone hotline that I 'don't meet the criteria', and that's despite being in the 'Vulnerable Cohort' because I'm immune-compromised due to the truck-load of Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy I had back in 2004/05...
As a nation we ain't about to run out of food, and hoard-buying just denies more vulnerable people like pensioners their basic requirements...(it also makes them far more vulnerable to exposure and potential contamination 'cos they have to keep going back to supermarkets, etc, just to try to get those basics-Ed)...spot on, and for many that means multiple trips on public transport as well, an exponentially more dangerous exposure vector...lose the fear a bit and leave some stuff on the shelves for others...we may be all-but buggered as a genuine democracy, but we are still in many ways the Lucky Country, eg, when it comes to producing our own food...(well at least we produce something, we've got bugger-all manufacturing of stuff-Ed)...yeah, but let's stick to the basics, and at this time we're talking about water, power, food, etc, we're looking relatively okay...(and hopefully that applies to Health Provision in the not-too distant future-Ed)...well quite...so, rather than knocking down some poor prick in the supermarket isle in your mad rush for the last tube of hemorrhoid cream, instead reach-out and air-hug your fellow citizens from an appropriate Social Distance...

I don't blame anyone for being drawn into 'Conspiracy Theories' like I've heard expressed many times now, eg, this was released deliberately by the USofA trying to destroy China's economy, and vice versa...(or the supposedly orchestrated 'failure' of the LNP's COVID19 response that is in reality about creating the Pentecostal Rapture stuff-Ed)...yeah, sure, there is that one, that Scummo's glacial and often undefined 'response' to the pandemic is about increasing the spread of his 'Biblical Plague', following-on from the 'Biblical Bushfires', etc, and indeed I've raised and/or discussed that with peeps...(and nobody's called you crazy for raising that possibility have they?-Ed)...no, no they haven't, quite the opposite in fact, for I surely ain't Robinson Crusoe when it comes to my concerns about the Pentecostal influence at play with Scummo and his many fundamentalist mates in the LNP, particularly it's internal party structures...but no, whilst it's absolutely a reasonable question to ask, what I've heard far more often is, "are they trying to kill us off", "us" being Pensioners and the Elderly and the Vulnerables, etc, etc, "are the LNP trying to kill us/them off because it would save them money"...and a coupla' people have said it outright as a statement of fact, not a question or a theory, whatevs, but as a statement of what they genuinely believe is the LNP's agenda...(that it's not just incompetence, that this is a deliberate strategy?-Ed)...yep, and to make a very pointed joke in very poor taste;

(I'll have 'All of The Above' for $1000, thanks Nick-Ed)...nice reference to the game-show Jeopardy, Ed, not least of all because that's what we are all in with this Slogan Bogan at the helm...(indeed, he's proven himself time-and-again to be chock-full of well-rehearsed spin and/or rhetoric, albeit mostly lies, but when it comes to The Crunch he's an empty vessel-Ed)...yep, couldn't agree more mate...but first, let's say a rowdy TMGI howdy to dear availees in Fiji, Turkmenistan, Taiwan, and Vietnam...I know we've promised other subject matter today, but just a quick post about a crucially important presentation from the Crime Minister Scotty 'Scummo' Morrison...
In a recent post we discussed the Lesser Of Two Evils, namely, is Scummo a genuine happy-clapper Pentocostal, or does he just pay copious quantities of smug, sneering lip-service to 'The Faith' so as to ingratiate himself with the bible-thumpers?...(and where-in the lesser of those 'evils' is the cynical manipulator who is just doing it because it's politically expedient-Ed)...exactly, because the alternative, that he is genuinely subscribing to the Pentecostal Belief Brief, then strewth, may god actually exist so that She can help us...(nice, referring to god as a 'She', that'll really get the nutter's spluttering in numb-minded indignation-Ed)...one does what one can...but anyhoos, the title of this 'ere post specifically refers to Scummo's truly disturbing display at the opening address of the Australian Financial Review Business Summit...go to the Financial Review website and/or do what I done, just Interweb search 'Scott Morrison financial press conference 10 March 2020'...be well prepared, it's a grindingly gruelling 30 minutes of self-congratulating Evangelical Telly-Preacher, relentless anti-Labor Gaslighting, and the usual Outright Lies about what great economic managers the LNP are, etc, etc, ad infinitum...I have come to hate this man on a good day, I struggle to watch 10mins of Question Time because of his relentless lying and mocking and sneering, etc, and watching a full 30mins of his very special brand of absolute deceit and denial was/is fundamentally traumatic and 'triggering', but I forced myself through it because it's a frightening enlightenment as to where we really are with this God-Bothering Right Wing Nut Job...
Now I don't claim to be any sort of expert on religions, etc, but I've read enough about the Fundamentalist/Pentecostal stuff to 1) be truly concerned about the realities of what these people 'believe in', and 2) to spot Scummo's repeated references to that belief system and use of it's specific language, etc...(I just struggle to believe that these people actually believe this stuff in the first instance-Ed)...yes, well, without careening-off into an irretrievable debate on issues of 'belief', etc, let's just stick to the fact that Scummo calls himself a Pentecostal, and therefore that is supposedly what he 'believes'...(well that's a whole issue all it's own, right there, and I'm surprised that no-one's ever held him to account for it-Ed)...how so?...(well, if he's a genuine Pentecostal and is therefore guided and/or motivated by those beliefs, why hasn't he been made to explain to the Australian public exactly what it is that he does and/or doesn't believe-Ed)...excellent point Ed...(for example, where does his belief system place him on 'The Rapture' issue?-Ed)...absolutely, and not least of all as it relates to 1) his woefully inept and clearly uncaring response to the 2019/20 Bush Fire Disaster, in a context where it almost looked like he wanted it to happen, ala 'The Rapture', and 2) multiple other issues, eg, his demonstrated hatred for 'poor people'...(exactly, are these actions/attitudes driven by the Pentecostal Belief System?-Ed)...indeed, to what degree are his 'beliefs' imposing themselves upon his decision processes and therefore policy and therefore us?...
So I'm gunna' assume y'all have watched that excruciating Scummo display, and if not, gently urge that y'all do so because it is so instructive as to the functionings of Scotty The Snake Oil Salesman and just chockers with Pentecostal language...anyhoos, I'll do a very brief synopsis, and here 'tis...
1) Scummo opens with a wonderful piece about how he knew this (COVID-19) was coming and that's why he behaved so appallingly as Treasurer and that's why we're in such a good position Budget-wise to deal with this, etc...(yes, he simultaneously presents himself as the visionary prophet, whilst supposedly excusing his massive cuts to pensions, domestic violence funding, etc, etc, and all rounded-out with the classic LNP lies about the state of the Budget and/or Economy-Ed)...yep, he carefully places himself at the very heart of the Pentecostal stuff by making himself the 'Prophet', and then lies, denies, etc...(and if he knew this was coming, why did he decimate CSIRO funding?-Ed)...excellent question...(and why are we so unprepared for this 'outbreak'?-Ed)...both great questions, and there's plenty a' people asking exactly the same things...
2) He states that this crisis is different to the Global Financial Crisis (2009), 'not as bad', but then repeatedly gas-lights about Labor's highly successful Stimulus Package response at the time, eg, stating, 'we're still paying off the debt', etc...(yes, I note that he makes repeated references to Labor's policies and/or actions but never once actually says 'Labor'-Ed)...well picked-up Ed, he's clearly been advised about not doing what he and multiple LNP stooges always do, screech 'Labor Labor Labor'...(well Scummo did it in that recent Leigh Sales interview when she nailed' 'im up with questions about the Criminal Sports Rorts stuff, and he angrily retaliated "You're doing what Labor does, they smeer", etc-Ed)...exactly, he's obviously been advised to drop it 'cos it wasn't going-over too well in the broader context, but having used that language so often and told those lies so often, etc, all he needs to do now is dogwhistle those same lies and his supporters will automatically hear 'It's Labor's Fault'...
3) (I reckon that that 'not as bad' stuff is solely about refusing to raise the miserable Newstart Allowance and/or commit to other similar forms of Fiscal Stimulus that many have identified as having an immediately positive effect, particularly the permanent increase to Newstart-Ed)...spot on mate, and ironically today he's announced that that's exactly what they are gunna' do, tax-breaks and employer payments and one-off payments to most 'welfare recipients', but still refusing to raise Newstart...(it's apparently a $17.6billion Plan-Ed)...well whacko...(but still no Public Health Notification Program or Information Program or any official info about what to do and/or not do-Ed)...orrr yeah, but there's a plan, a $17.6b Plan...(is that like the $2b Bushfire Recovery Plan Fund thingy that is purely 'notional', ie, doesn't actually exist in the Budget?-Ed)...highly likely...(oo, oo, I've got one, about the $17.6b Plan-Ed)..go on then...(well I just heard LNP Treasurer Josh 'Fraudenburg' Frydenberg stating that he had "a very substantial package"-Ed)...and thankyou for that, moving on...
4) The most concerning thing about this address...(apart from the blatant lies, eg, stating that the LNP have provided "record funding to Domestic Violence services" when they've actually slashed funding-Ed)...yep, even more concerning than the standard litany of LNP Lies was the whole American Television Evangelical Preacher tone and language, eg, 'I saw this coming' and using the very American term 'Patriot'...(yeah, what exactly's goin' on there?-Ed)...well I've seen others refer to it as a deliberate 'Trumpism', aligning it with Scummo's self-appointed pseudo-President status where-in he's the boss of everything and what he says goes regardless of the legality, etc, etc...(yeah I can see that-Ed)...Scummo also made 2 very specific references that mimic Pentacostal belief scripts/scripture, and that's the 2 I picked-up on, there could well be more...
He deliberately referred to the COVID-19 as a "Hydra-headed" challenge, and that is a direct reference to Biblical/Pentecostal Rapture beliefs...(whilst simultaneously rampin'-up the panic and fear in the populace-Ed)...yep, doesn't hurt to get the herd stampeding away from other issues like the Bushfire Disaster and his/the LNP's farcical response, and away from the Sports Rort scandal, and the Paladin Corruption and the Great Barrier Reef Fund rort, etc, etc...(and all those other similar rorts like the Regional Growth Fund, etc-Ed)...exactly, there are so many, literally everything the LNP does is a Criminal Rort...and you can guarantee Scummo will be doing daily, lengthy, self-promoting press conferences about COVID-19 and flatly refusing to accept let-alone answer questions on any other topic...(well he's already doing that-Ed)...indeed he is...
5) The second specific Pentecostal reference I picked-up was Scummo referring to his '7-Point Plan' to tackle COVID-19...this '7-Points' features prominently in Pentecostal language, albeit sometimes '7 Mountains' or '7 Spheres' or '7 Whatevs'...(The Magnificent Seven?-Ed)...not quite...I've seen this '7' thing numerous times in my limited researchings of The Pentecostals, which makes me believe that it's a very important part of their belief system...(mate! Now I don't claim to be any sort of expert on religions, etc, but I've read enough about the Fundamentalist/Pentecostal stuff to 1) be truly concerned about the realities of what these people 'believe in', and 2) to spot Scummo's repeated references to that belief system and use of it's specific language, etc...(I just struggle to believe that these people actually believe this stuff in the first instance-Ed)...yes, well, without careening-off into an irretrievable debate on issues of 'belief', etc, let's just stick to the fact that Scummo calls himself a Pentecostal, and therefore that is supposedly what he 'believes'...(well that's a whole issue all it's own, right there, and I'm surprised that no-one's ever held him to account for it-Ed)...how so?...(well, if he's a genuine Pentecostal and is therefore guided and/or motivated by those beliefs, why hasn't he been made to explain to the Australian public exactly what it is that he does and/or doesn't believe-Ed)...excellent point Ed...(for example, where does his belief system place him on 'The Rapture' issue?-Ed)...absolutely, and not least of all as it relates to 1) his woefully inept and clearly uncaring response to the 2019/20 Bush Fire Disaster, in a context where it almost looked like he wanted it to happen, ala 'The Rapture', and 2) multiple other issues, eg, his demonstrated hatred for 'poor people'...(exactly, are these actions/attitudes driven by the Pentecostal Belief System?-Ed)...indeed, to what degree are his 'beliefs' imposing themselves upon his decision processes and therefore policy and therefore us?...

1) Scummo opens with a wonderful piece about how he knew this (COVID-19) was coming and that's why he behaved so appallingly as Treasurer and that's why we're in such a good position Budget-wise to deal with this, etc...(yes, he simultaneously presents himself as the visionary prophet, whilst supposedly excusing his massive cuts to pensions, domestic violence funding, etc, etc, and all rounded-out with the classic LNP lies about the state of the Budget and/or Economy-Ed)...yep, he carefully places himself at the very heart of the Pentecostal stuff by making himself the 'Prophet', and then lies, denies, etc...(and if he knew this was coming, why did he decimate CSIRO funding?-Ed)...excellent question...(and why are we so unprepared for this 'outbreak'?-Ed)...both great questions, and there's plenty a' people asking exactly the same things...
2) He states that this crisis is different to the Global Financial Crisis (2009), 'not as bad', but then repeatedly gas-lights about Labor's highly successful Stimulus Package response at the time, eg, stating, 'we're still paying off the debt', etc...(yes, I note that he makes repeated references to Labor's policies and/or actions but never once actually says 'Labor'-Ed)...well picked-up Ed, he's clearly been advised about not doing what he and multiple LNP stooges always do, screech 'Labor Labor Labor'...(well Scummo did it in that recent Leigh Sales interview when she nailed' 'im up with questions about the Criminal Sports Rorts stuff, and he angrily retaliated "You're doing what Labor does, they smeer", etc-Ed)...exactly, he's obviously been advised to drop it 'cos it wasn't going-over too well in the broader context, but having used that language so often and told those lies so often, etc, all he needs to do now is dogwhistle those same lies and his supporters will automatically hear 'It's Labor's Fault'...
3) (I reckon that that 'not as bad' stuff is solely about refusing to raise the miserable Newstart Allowance and/or commit to other similar forms of Fiscal Stimulus that many have identified as having an immediately positive effect, particularly the permanent increase to Newstart-Ed)...spot on mate, and ironically today he's announced that that's exactly what they are gunna' do, tax-breaks and employer payments and one-off payments to most 'welfare recipients', but still refusing to raise Newstart...(it's apparently a $17.6billion Plan-Ed)...well whacko...(but still no Public Health Notification Program or Information Program or any official info about what to do and/or not do-Ed)...orrr yeah, but there's a plan, a $17.6b Plan...(is that like the $2b Bushfire Recovery Plan Fund thingy that is purely 'notional', ie, doesn't actually exist in the Budget?-Ed)...highly likely...(oo, oo, I've got one, about the $17.6b Plan-Ed)..go on then...(well I just heard LNP Treasurer Josh 'Fraudenburg' Frydenberg stating that he had "a very substantial package"-Ed)...and thankyou for that, moving on...
4) The most concerning thing about this address...(apart from the blatant lies, eg, stating that the LNP have provided "record funding to Domestic Violence services" when they've actually slashed funding-Ed)...yep, even more concerning than the standard litany of LNP Lies was the whole American Television Evangelical Preacher tone and language, eg, 'I saw this coming' and using the very American term 'Patriot'...(yeah, what exactly's goin' on there?-Ed)...well I've seen others refer to it as a deliberate 'Trumpism', aligning it with Scummo's self-appointed pseudo-President status where-in he's the boss of everything and what he says goes regardless of the legality, etc, etc...(yeah I can see that-Ed)...Scummo also made 2 very specific references that mimic Pentacostal belief scripts/scripture, and that's the 2 I picked-up on, there could well be more...
He deliberately referred to the COVID-19 as a "Hydra-headed" challenge, and that is a direct reference to Biblical/Pentecostal Rapture beliefs...(whilst simultaneously rampin'-up the panic and fear in the populace-Ed)...yep, doesn't hurt to get the herd stampeding away from other issues like the Bushfire Disaster and his/the LNP's farcical response, and away from the Sports Rort scandal, and the Paladin Corruption and the Great Barrier Reef Fund rort, etc, etc...(and all those other similar rorts like the Regional Growth Fund, etc-Ed)...exactly, there are so many, literally everything the LNP does is a Criminal Rort...and you can guarantee Scummo will be doing daily, lengthy, self-promoting press conferences about COVID-19 and flatly refusing to accept let-alone answer questions on any other topic...(well he's already doing that-Ed)...indeed he is...

Random Issues Of Institutionalised Corruption
Howdy y'all in Aotearoa (New Zealand), Germany, Congo-Kinshasa, and Vietnam...I just want to jump on several specific issues that have hit the proverbial fan in recent days...just realised that I started this post 4 days ago, feel like I've lost 3 days somewhere, dunno' where, dunno' how...(that's depression for ya'...and where exactly is Congo-Kinshasa, I thought that Kinshasa was the capital city of the Congo?-Ed)...well I didn't know, but apparently there's 2 'Congos'...(do tell-Ed)...the Democratic Republic of the Congo and it's capital is Kinshasa, and then there's the Republic of the Congo, capital Brazzaville, and the 2 Congos share a border defined by the Congo River and use their capitals as delineators...(well there you go-Ed)...and here we go...
1) The Farcical Aquatic Recreation Centre continues to generate great mirth for peeps like myself who are watching this farcical Mt Gambier City Council cluster-shreck grind it's way toward the rort-infested realities that underpin it...last Friday 28th February 2020 ABC South East Radio was broadcasting from the Mt Gambier Aquatic Centre that was due to close the next day, more than a month earlier than usual and for a period of more than 18 months, meaning no pool at all for the 2020/21 Summer season...special guests included MGCC Mayor Lynette who cherrily explained that MGCC has proceeded with this fiasco without having developed a Business Plan and/or how they/we are going to pay for the carefully non-mentioned $15m+ that Mt Gambier Ratepayers are gunna' have to stump-up for it...(that's if it stays at the predicted $39m-Ed)...which apparently is subject to the outcome of the still secret and still unresolved Tender process...(so MGCC haven't yet finalised the cost and/or the Tender?-Ed)...according to Lynnie, and they're also apparently still awaiting Development Approval...(sorry what?!-Ed)...I believe that's what she said...(are you saying that Council went to a Tender process before getting Development Approval?-Ed)...well not sure where that process is right now, but definitely, yes, MGCC put the Tender Process in place well before the DA Application notification was posted in The Border Watch back on 3rd January 2020...(oh my good gourd!-Ed)...yeah, ain't it just hilarious...we'll get to this in a full post some time soon...
2) Aotearoa (NZ) Prime Minister Jacinta Ardern very politely and very publicly tore our Crime Minister Scott 'Scummo' Morrison a brand new shiny one regarding our charming practice of dumping 'our' criminals back in NZ after they've finished gaol sentences here, or just cancelling their visas, etc...I say 'our'...(as did Ms Ardern, well, she said "your", but in context that's about 'our'-Ed)...fair enough, we both use 'your/our' because these perps are often long-term Oz residents...one of the main issues of Kiwi concern/criticism is that this 'Return Policy' was not discussed with them, nor were they officially notified after the legislation was passed...(well that's very poor form-Ed)...furthermore, there was no criteria for Oz authorities to notify their NZ counterparts of these 'Returnees'...(well that's just plain rude-Ed)...indeed, and thusly Kiwi coppers were noticing an increase in criminal activity and/or people involved in criminal activity who they hadn't encountered before, and couldn't explain it, only to find out well after the fact that this was us dumping, for example, 'bikies' in NZ...and following this thoroughly deserved dressing-down, out trotted the Right Wing Nut Job trolls to attack Ms Ardern about her appearance, etc, and bellyaching about how this should have been done 'privately'...("privately"? so that Scummo could ignore and/or deny that it ever happened?-Ed)...precisely, Ms Ardern knew exactly who she was dealing with, a deceitful duplicitous weasel, and she did exactly what she was effectively left not other choice but to do...(your saying Scummo's own appalling record of lying and gaslighting, etc, forced the NZ PM to say this out in public so that it couldn't be ignored and/or denied-Ed)...spot on...
And then it was the turn of the ABC's Leigh Sales to rip into the Crime Minister...it's been a long time coming, but there have been a coupla' very interesting and highly critical interviews recently on the ABC...(nowhere near enough to excuse the otherwise wholesale support and/or protection of the LNP-Ed)...sure, but it's a start...when Leigh had Scummo on the ropes, he tried to denigrate her and simultaneously dog-whistle to his blinkered LNP base by attacking her questions as "smeer", and doubling-down on that by stating "like Labor...that's what Labor does"...and credit to her, Ms Sales took that weasel-worded abuse and shoved it right back down Scummo's ever-reddening throat, '"I don't care what Labor does, (I'm asking you)"...(and the look on his face, not so shreckin' smug now, ai pally?-Ed)...indeed, it was a wonderful moment that clearly illustrated just exactly how incompetent he is and exactly how out of his depth he is when challenged by someone he can't bully and/or manipulate...unfortunately others on the ABC are still far more accommodating of the LNP...(like the unwatchable Insiders program and equally appalling Infommercial-style ABC Morning News-Ed)...indeed, and this weeks Insiders was regrettably predictable, get on a Labor person (Chris Bowen) as main guest and make them explain how they would 'fix' things the LNP should be held to account for, whilst relentlessly badgering them and never letting them complete an answer, all the whilst trying desperately to manufacture some Pro-LNP Sound-Bite Gotcha' Moment...this week it was Steers haranguing Bowen to support the LNP's 'Pandemic Stimulus Package', even after Bowen stated 'we can't commit to something we haven't seen', Steers had several more goes at him about it...
3) Our illustrious alleged Treasurer Josh 'Joke Fraudenburg' Frydenberg, every bit the serial liar and blatant economic gas-lighter that his mate Scotty From Marketing embodies, has this week added Smarmy Self-Satisfied Hypocritical Bigot to his CV with an extraordinary display in the Federal Parliament...always the one to leap frothingly faux-furious on anything even vaguely anti-Semitic...(and equally keen to try to generate and/or contribute and/or attribute 'anti-Semitism' to anything he doesn't want to discuss-Ed)...indeed, he and his LNP colleagues love to sling that accusation, eg, Matthias Cormann's repeated statements re Fraudenburg's apparent dual Hungarian/Oz citizenship, apparently a breach of Sec44 of the Constitution, an issue that saw several pollies quit and then subsequent by-elections, etc, etc, well when people/Labor have raised this issue re Josh, Matty mate has gone foamingly faux-furious about 'anti-Semitism', deliberately trying to demonise and derail any such allegation and/or investigation...but when it suits Josh mate, at the dispatch box in Parliament, he's up there spewing forth 'Faith-based' ridicule at Labor's Jim Charmer about a so-called 'Wellness Budget'...Joshy simultaneously mocked Hindus and Buddhists, and those who practice Yoga, Mediation, and/or 'Wellbeing' philosophies...
And wasn't li'l Joshy so pleased with himself, he was almost bursting with self-satisfaction, that moronically smug grin and flushed cheeks...(if you ask me, he looked like he'd had a skin-full at lunch and was doing his very best Barnaby 'Beetrooter' Joyce impersonation-Ed)...well sure, Joyce is a notorious drunkard who regularly attends Parliament well-pissed, but this was Joshy just being so taken with the wonder of his own wit...(albeit deeply bigotted half-wit-Ed)...indeed, and there were all his equally bigotted mates there behind him, laughing along...(strewth, can you imagine the righteous indignation spewing outta' that lot, especially from Fraudenburg if someone from the Opposition or cross-benches got up and did a li'l skit about Judaism and someone coming in to Parliament wearing his funny li'l hat and gibbering away in his funny li'l language, etc, etc, the LNP en masse would have a shreckin' coronary screaming indignant abuse at the perpetrator-Ed)...yep, deceive, deny, and hurl hypocritical abuse as suits them, that's the LNP...
4) And this followed the ASIO Chief Mike Burgess specifically identifying official concerns about the rise in 'popularity' and subsequent threat of "Right-Wing Extremist" groups, eg, neo-Nazis...he quite deliberately and repeatedly used the term "Right Wing"...and the LNP's response?...(no, let me guess, he's being biased and there's good people on both sides and what about Left Wing extremists?-Ed)...so very close Ed...(well the LNP are so very predictable-Ed)...well quite...Liberal Senator Concetta Fierravanti-Wells castigated him for being biased and 'offending Conservatives'...(wow-Ed)...and Home Affairs Obersturmfuhrer Peter 'Spud' Dutton immediately started talking about "Left Wing Extremists" and identifying "Islamic Extremists" as being "Left Wing", etc...(uberwow, that's lunatic rantings, even for Spuddo-Ed)...well quite, and when asked to explain/defend this outrageous falsity he refused to, talking about 'where you want to place them on the spectrum', etc...(was that the bizarrely gentle Speer's interview from The Insiders Sunday 1st March 2020?-Ed)...that's the one, itself a perfect contrast illustrating how Speers bullies and harasses Labor interviewees and molly-coddles anyone from the LNP...check it out for y'allselves, it's an absolute doozy...

1) The Farcical Aquatic Recreation Centre continues to generate great mirth for peeps like myself who are watching this farcical Mt Gambier City Council cluster-shreck grind it's way toward the rort-infested realities that underpin it...last Friday 28th February 2020 ABC South East Radio was broadcasting from the Mt Gambier Aquatic Centre that was due to close the next day, more than a month earlier than usual and for a period of more than 18 months, meaning no pool at all for the 2020/21 Summer season...special guests included MGCC Mayor Lynette who cherrily explained that MGCC has proceeded with this fiasco without having developed a Business Plan and/or how they/we are going to pay for the carefully non-mentioned $15m+ that Mt Gambier Ratepayers are gunna' have to stump-up for it...(that's if it stays at the predicted $39m-Ed)...which apparently is subject to the outcome of the still secret and still unresolved Tender process...(so MGCC haven't yet finalised the cost and/or the Tender?-Ed)...according to Lynnie, and they're also apparently still awaiting Development Approval...(sorry what?!-Ed)...I believe that's what she said...(are you saying that Council went to a Tender process before getting Development Approval?-Ed)...well not sure where that process is right now, but definitely, yes, MGCC put the Tender Process in place well before the DA Application notification was posted in The Border Watch back on 3rd January 2020...(oh my good gourd!-Ed)...yeah, ain't it just hilarious...we'll get to this in a full post some time soon...
2) Aotearoa (NZ) Prime Minister Jacinta Ardern very politely and very publicly tore our Crime Minister Scott 'Scummo' Morrison a brand new shiny one regarding our charming practice of dumping 'our' criminals back in NZ after they've finished gaol sentences here, or just cancelling their visas, etc...I say 'our'...(as did Ms Ardern, well, she said "your", but in context that's about 'our'-Ed)...fair enough, we both use 'your/our' because these perps are often long-term Oz residents...one of the main issues of Kiwi concern/criticism is that this 'Return Policy' was not discussed with them, nor were they officially notified after the legislation was passed...(well that's very poor form-Ed)...furthermore, there was no criteria for Oz authorities to notify their NZ counterparts of these 'Returnees'...(well that's just plain rude-Ed)...indeed, and thusly Kiwi coppers were noticing an increase in criminal activity and/or people involved in criminal activity who they hadn't encountered before, and couldn't explain it, only to find out well after the fact that this was us dumping, for example, 'bikies' in NZ...and following this thoroughly deserved dressing-down, out trotted the Right Wing Nut Job trolls to attack Ms Ardern about her appearance, etc, and bellyaching about how this should have been done 'privately'...("privately"? so that Scummo could ignore and/or deny that it ever happened?-Ed)...precisely, Ms Ardern knew exactly who she was dealing with, a deceitful duplicitous weasel, and she did exactly what she was effectively left not other choice but to do...(your saying Scummo's own appalling record of lying and gaslighting, etc, forced the NZ PM to say this out in public so that it couldn't be ignored and/or denied-Ed)...spot on...
And then it was the turn of the ABC's Leigh Sales to rip into the Crime Minister...it's been a long time coming, but there have been a coupla' very interesting and highly critical interviews recently on the ABC...(nowhere near enough to excuse the otherwise wholesale support and/or protection of the LNP-Ed)...sure, but it's a start...when Leigh had Scummo on the ropes, he tried to denigrate her and simultaneously dog-whistle to his blinkered LNP base by attacking her questions as "smeer", and doubling-down on that by stating "like Labor...that's what Labor does"...and credit to her, Ms Sales took that weasel-worded abuse and shoved it right back down Scummo's ever-reddening throat, '"I don't care what Labor does, (I'm asking you)"...(and the look on his face, not so shreckin' smug now, ai pally?-Ed)...indeed, it was a wonderful moment that clearly illustrated just exactly how incompetent he is and exactly how out of his depth he is when challenged by someone he can't bully and/or manipulate...unfortunately others on the ABC are still far more accommodating of the LNP...(like the unwatchable Insiders program and equally appalling Infommercial-style ABC Morning News-Ed)...indeed, and this weeks Insiders was regrettably predictable, get on a Labor person (Chris Bowen) as main guest and make them explain how they would 'fix' things the LNP should be held to account for, whilst relentlessly badgering them and never letting them complete an answer, all the whilst trying desperately to manufacture some Pro-LNP Sound-Bite Gotcha' Moment...this week it was Steers haranguing Bowen to support the LNP's 'Pandemic Stimulus Package', even after Bowen stated 'we can't commit to something we haven't seen', Steers had several more goes at him about it...

Explains itself really, the truly bizarre 'argument' from Corrections SA that they apparently accept my Agoraphobia/Depression diagnosis and DSP status, etc, and that they acknowledge that all that Mental Health stuff makes me an 'unsuitable candidate' to do Community Service in their structure/organisation...(well that's terrific, because at the time aways back in June-October 2018 they gave you all sorts of hell about that, flatly refusing to accept any of it and repeatedly demanding a 'current certificate', etc-Ed)...yeah yeah, all that terrific stuff...nothing quite like repeatedly being called a liar...(even if the 'liar' word wasn't specifically used, that's exactly what was being inferred-Ed)...indeed, well now they're saying they accept all that, so rather than doing 260hrs of Community Service I should be gaoled for a month instead...(sorry what?!-Ed)...oh yeah, and like I've said previous, you should have seen the angry, angry li'l man from Corrections repeatedly furiously spitting "Enforcement!" through tightly-gritted teeth...

Latest Request To Courts Administartion Authority For My Transcripts
Howdy dear availees everywhere here and there-abouts...starting off this week (it's Monday) with a renewed attempt to move forward and re-establish a more frequent posting regime...(and why not move forward by going back to an ol' favourite?-Ed)...indeed, and even better that that ol' favourite is still very, very current...(and better still yet some more that it's a constant reminder of just exactly how corrupt your whole "bizarre trial" process was/is?-Ed)...and continues to be...(weehaa!-Ed)...and regular availees will be well aware that I have been trying to get access to my transcripts/recordings from my "bizarre trial" (The Border Watch), literally for years now...I've applied dozens of times in Court, and written many times to South Australia's Attorneys-General, starting with Labor's li'l Johnny Rau, and more recently, multiple times to Liberal's Vicki Chapman...(and of course 'Tricky' Vicki Chapman ignored you for 18 months or more-Ed)...that she did, before a journo also wrote to her (unbeknownst to me) and I suddenly and miraculously received a response...(albeit a dismissive denial-fest writ-through with refusals to take appropriate action and/or accept responsibility-Ed)...and neatly concluded with a nasty li'l vague threat about not publishing that letter...

1) Just picked-up that in one spot I've made an error in referring to my last letter to Vicki Chapman as being from November 2019 when of course it was October 2019...(a simple error-Ed)...indeed, but far more importantly, this;
2) Vicki Chapman doesn't deny or challenge my statements/assertions about the prerequisite COAG meeting regarding potential Constitutional Law implications/complications of SA's ICAC Act 2012, therefore effectively acknowledging that that COAG meeting is a genuine issue, that it should have happened!...and her response is, 'not going to do it'...how is that appropriate?...(and we remind dear availees that SAPol (police) Prosecutions and the Court itself originally acknowledged the Constitutional Law issues when the 'First Trial' was moved to Adelaide in mid-2015-Ed)...exactly, and that it was SAPol Prosecutions who in Court in March 2016 specifically identified that a COAG (Council of Australian Governments) meeting was meant to occur before the original ICAC Act 2012 was even ratified by SA Parliament...and there's the beautiful irony, I know this stuff because the cops explained it in Court...

Here's my latest attempt to gain access to my transcripts/recordings...this was emailed to the CAA at 1400hrs on 20th January 2020, and I received an automatic receipt, a "system generated message", at 1410hrs that arvo...(and do I take from your lack of mentioning it, that y'all ain't received an actual response from an actual person?-Ed)...not yet...("not yet"? so you are expecting one at some stage then?-Ed)...couldn't really say, the CAA was very quick to dismiss my original 'attempt' to lodge my Application To Appeal, did it the same day in fact...(is that the 'attempt' where-in you lodged your Application on the exact forms and in the exact manner that the CAA and/or Legal Services Commission, only for that advice prove to be almost wholly erroneous?-Ed)...yeah, but it still supposedly/allegedly counts as an 'official attempt', so I'm up-against that as well...(well how is that fair, let-alone legal?...if you go to the only 'advice' available to you, the supposedly official sources, and they completely mis-advise you, what hope have you got?!-Ed)...well quite, welcome to the SA Legal System, if you've got money or dodgy lawyer mates, you're fine, outside of that, you get 1) denied Legal Aid, and 2) dodgy advice...in my case, where I was facing potential fines of $540,000 in a massively important precedent case involving hugely complex and powerful ICAC legislation, I was still refused Legal Aid and had to self-represent...even now, with Corrections SA trying to gaol me on the most farcically contrived premise, in the most fundamentally ludicrous circumstances, Legal Services Commission still cannot (will not?) tell me if I even qualify for Legal Aid...

Dear Madam/Sir,
As the CAA are aware I have been trying
to Appeal my extraordinary 'Conviction' since it was handed down by
Magistrate Ian White in February-April 2018, and that my first
attempt to lodge that Appeal Application (26th April 2018)
was refused that day because it was allegedly on the wrong forms and
filed incorrectly.
As the CAA are aware, I lodged that
Appeal Application in the exact manner and on the exact forms that
the Courts Administration Authority and/or Legal Services Commission
advised me.
As the CAA are aware, I have no formal
legal representation because I was refused Legal Aid funding, and
therefore have had to self-represent in Court, against an openly
hostile and biased Magistrate White, and now I am also stuck trying
to negotiate my way through the lengthy and complicated Appeal legal
forms, much of which I do not understand.
Since April 2018 I have written to
Attorney-General Vicki Chapman multiple times trying to gain access
to the Audio Recordings of my 3 year long “bizarre trial” (The
Border Watch), but she did not even respond until a journalist
contacted her in November 2019, and she has denied any responsibility
and/or refused to act, instead referring me back to the CAA.
I understand that the Magistrates
Court/CAA are now stating that the original 'Trial' (November 2016,
before Her Honour Magistrate Teresa Anderson) is considered to be
“Null” and therefore are refusing access to that critical
recording and also to all recordings of the many Pre-Trial Hearings
from February 2015 – November 2016.
These recordings are critically
important to establishing/proving my Grounds of Appeal, eg, the
extraordinary Abuse of Process issue that saw HH Anderson suddenly
recuse herself mid-Trial is acknowledged in the Certificate of
Record, but HH's statements about “Malicious Prosecution” are
not, despite HH using this specific term at least twice in the final
PTH in October 2016.
I have received no explanation as to
how my 'Trial' just continued regardless after I clearly proved that
“Malicious Prosecution”, acknowledged in the CoR as “Abuse of
Process”.
Access to these PTH recordings are
critical as to how I proved my allegations of Political Persecution
and police collusion, etc, to HH, leading to HH initially identifying
that as “Abuse of Process”, which then became “Malicious
Prosecution”.
The fact that HH was even using this
language and Ordered me to prepare and present my “Abuse of
Process/Malicious Prosecution” case at Trial (Nov 2016) is clear
indication that I had already proven enough to HH in those PTHs to
produce her statements and Orders.
Magistrate White has effectively
refused me access to recordings/transcripts, and again that is
identified in the CoR and transcript, where he Orders himself to
review my request, but then fails to do so and flatly refuses to even
acknowledge that Order when I confronted him about it at Trial.
I have repeatedly requested those
recordings and I have effectively been refused.
I refer specifically to 'recordings'
because the 2 transcripts I have received, for the 'Trial' days in
March 2017 and November-December 2017, are not an accurate account of
what was said, eg, the bizarre exchange when Magistrate White
abusively forced me to cross-examine a witness who wasn't even meant
to be there. He furiously and repeatedly counted-down the clock at me
but the transcript only records a single reference.
After multiple extensions on the
subsequent massive fine imposed by Magistrate White, the Fines
Enforcement and Recovery Unit has been forced to act and has now
imposed on me Registration and impending License restrictions, unless
I can prove a current Appeal Process is underway.
On Thursday 16th January
2020, I had SAPol at my home, again, directing me to attend Court on
12th February 2020 for alleged failure to complete my
260hrs of Community Service as imposed by Magistrate White.
My original advice was that I should
not pay any fine or begin any 'service' because that would be deemed
as acceptance of the outrageous 'Conviction' decision of Magistrate
White, and the FERU has confirmed that, stating that if I enter into
a payment agreement, then I am 'accepting the fine'.
I also understand that the CAA is
stating that I do not have a current Appeal Process, apparently
because my initial attempt was rejected even before being processed,
etc.
As the matter currently stands, I feel
that I have been refused access to my own recordings so as to
deliberately undermine my ongoing attempt to Appeal, an Appeal
Process already deeply compromised by my lack of legal support, and
therefore I make the following application, namely, that I
immediately be provided access to all audio recordings from;
- all Pre-Trial Hearings, starting February 2015 through to November 2016, and;
- the aborted “Abuse of Process/Malicious Prosecution” Trial of November 2016, and;
- the separate “Malicious Prosecution” hearings of February-March 2017, and;
- the SAPol/Court generated adjournments and/or PTHs of March-November 2017, and;
- both 'Trials' of March 2017 and Nov-Dec 2017, and;
- the 3 'Verdict' hearings of February-April 2018.
As identified by Magistrate White in
2017, it is possible that I be granted access to those recordings in
a room at Mt Gambier Courthouse, so as to make my own transcripts.
When I have had this access and made my
transcripts, and had an appropriate opportunity to prepare my Appeal,
I will officially re-lodge my Appeal Application, an Appeal Process
that I consider to be absolutely current and deliberately stalled
and/or blocked as described above.

The Sanctimonious Self-Congratulatory ABC's Complicit Role In The St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up
Howdy dear availees in Canada, Spain, Pakistan, and Switzerland, welcome to a shortish post as I try to get back on that long-bolted horse that is me wanting to even do this 'ere blog...(whaaaa?-Ed)...I'm trying to get back to doing a more regular posting, 'back on the horse', but that desire left a long time ago or is even demised...(so when you say "long-bolted", do you mean 'bolted' as in run away, or 'bolted' as in 'been put out of it's misery' on the receiving end of a bolt gun, ie, as in an abattoir?-Ed)...well that's a hilariously appropriate summation of the situation, and that's exactly what I'm saying, I'm not sure which it is myself...I don't feel any particular desire to continue, it seems to be more of a combination of stubborn bloody-minded refusal to back-down, propped-up by the fact that I literally have no choice...('cos this 'ere blog is literally the only place that the realities of what's being done to you, the Pro-Paedophile Political Persecution stuff, here-in is literally the only place that you get to canvas and expose those rankly corrupt realities-Ed)...exactly...(realities that include the complicit conduct of the Main Stream
Media, particularly The Advertiser, The Border Watch, and the ABC South East-Ed)...indeed...(and protect yourself from the gross Pro-Paedophile Corruption of your "bizarre trial" and the even more bizarre current Corrections SA proceedings-Ed)...all true, it remains a wonderful irony that that which has got me in so much trouble is the one thing that offers me any sense of protection or hope...
And it's not just been the ABC South East who've been the problem, it's the entire ABC actually...(sure, but it is the ABC South East who were/are critically complicit in the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up-Ed)...true, but that complicit corruption extends also to Adelaide, eg, Sandra Winter Dewhirst and a host of producers, etc, the Four Corners program, etc, who all refused to look at the St Martins Cover-up...(agreed, but it's here in this community where they could have had some positive influence that they've really failed/refused to act-Ed)...yeah, but even I don't know to what degree the office here failed/refused of their own choice or whether that was orchestrated from Adelaide and even Sydney...(fair point-Ed)...suffice to say, the ABC en masse have failed/refused to address the St Martins Cover-up appropriately, and have on multiple occasions been definably complicit...(yeah, fair call mate, but it was the ABC South East Radio who initially provided SAPol (police) with the lie-laden Affidavit used against you in Court-Ed)...sure, good point, but remember that it was their Sydney-based lawyers who responded to Magistrate Anderson's Court-issued Summons for information relating to that Affidavit...(sure-Ed)...it was ABC Sydney lawyers who appeared by phone at those Summons hearings and who said it was all too difficult, the Summons was "oppressive" and "fishing for information", etc, and then lied about not finding any documents at all...
The ABC Loves Me, They Have Fletcher Files:...(yeah, and they also lied about having supposedly sent you a letter in January 2014 allegedly ordering you to stay away from the ABC-Ed)...well right there's another delightful irony isn't it...the ABC has claimed that they sent me this 'banning letter' but then fail/refuse to produce it in Court, even after being Summonsed, but then the ABC's testimony in Court, albeit in my absence when the rankly corrupt Magistrate Ian White continued and concluded my 'Trial' in my absence...(so many layers of corruption-Ed)...indeed, but we digress, 'cos the ABC South East's testimony in Court was that they kept a 'Special File' on me and that when I had attended their office in January 2014 with a document, that it went straight into that file...(what the shizzle? but they said it's all too difficult and didn't even produce the alleged 'banning letter', but surely it's all right there in their special Fletcher File?-Ed)...apparently not...(and hang on, what the shreck is the ABC doing keeping 'Special Files' on private citizens? does anybody else get a 'Special File'?-Ed)...only if you're special...(oh I get it, they love you 'cos they are 'Fletchophiles', nice one dude, particularly considering the bizarrely corrupt lengths they are prepared to go to to try and get you-Ed)...and that brings us to this...
That right there's the critical point...(more critical than the lies the ABC told in attacking you personally, knowing full-well that your original motivation is the abuse of your child and dozens of other 7-year olds by "text-book grooming paedophile" teacher Glyn Dorling at St Martins Lutheran School, and the ongoing cover-up of those abuses?-Ed)...ok fair enough, that's absolutely critical, and it's 100% relevant to my personal situation, and you're right that it is absolutely deplorable that the ABC would/has knowingly acted to help protect a grooming paedophile and the rancidly corrupt Lutherans, etc, etc, all of that is really important, but remove me personally from the equation and the ABC's Pro-paedophile Complicit motivations, etc, and what do you have left?...(ummm, not much I reckon, that seems to be the ABC's role in this whole sordid St Martins disaster-Ed)...yeah yeah, sure, but set-aside the specific St Martins issues, and what is the stand-out issue here...(errr, dunno', enlighten me?-Ed)...the Affidavit itself, the Affidavit is itself the critical issue...(I don't follow-Ed)...well the ABC South East Radio and their lawyers, etc, apart from lying about 'no documents', etc, etc, what have they done?...(ummm, supplied the Court with a fraudulently false but damning Affidavit for SAPol to use against you?-Ed)...exactly, and?...(ummm-Ed)...consider this...

Howdy dear availees all around The Rock, apologies for a long hiatus and a very brief interim post...had a fairly traumatising few weeks and simply couldn't face doin' this 'ere blog...(is this the stuff about your recent Court appearance and SA Corrections commitment to the bare-faced Pro-Paedophile Political Persecution of Nick Fletcher?-Ed)...partly, and indeed that's the title of our next post, already partly done...(is it the bare-faced criminality of the Scott 'Scummo' Morrison Liberal National Party government?-Ed)...yeah, again partly, and that's certainly front-and-centre of what's really knocked me down for a bit...(well I know you've had a coupla' really heavy things happen in your personal life recently, not least of all just this past weekend-Ed)...yeah yeah, all relevant, and possibly I'll discuss that stuff at some point, but it's one specific thing that's really rocked me and simultaneously ripped the rug out from under any sense of hope and optimism I might have been clinging to...(strewth! sounds really heavy man-Ed)...it is, and as a result I've been trying to stay 'informed' by spendin' lots of time on Twitter, etc, but I've then spent minute-for-minute de-briefing on Youtube with favs music, 8 Outta' 10 Cats Does Countdown clips, and cheesy funny animal videos...apart from that it's been sleep, eat, wash, very occasional gym, and lottsa' dog park...(yay, I love dog park-Ed)...and so does the doggo...
I'm incredibly lucky that a coupla' months back someone talked me into getting another doggo, 'cos on a number of days recently dog park is the only thing that's got me outta' the house, and as a consequence, also to gym, albeit only a coupla' days a week...
Language Warning:....the Court stuff that Ed referred to was an extraordinary but hardly unexpected traipse down Pro-Paedophile Corruption Lane...(dude! wasn't that Corrections prosecutor guy one very, very angry young man?-Ed)...indeed Ed, he's a complete fuckin' prick...End Language Warning...(whoa, dude, tell us what ya' really think!-Ed)...that's just the tip of the iceberg mate, and if I ever am allowed the opportunity to explain it to him to his face, I'll be tellin' him all about it...(yeah, the Magistrate wasn't real pleased when you had an albeit polite go at him from the witness box-Ed)...yeah, not her fault, Her Honour was relatively restrained given that she's probably not accustomed to people speaking-out like that...(well I'd reckon it's hardly the first time, but fair enough-Ed)...and in my own defense, 1) I'm so used to being forced to conduct my own defense, having been forced to do it for over 2 years, including against the rankly corrupt Magistrate Ian White...(sure, I can see that-Ed)...and 2) it was a perfectly reasonable question/statement about the self-conflicting stupidity of Corrections own Affidavit as opposed to his bizarre, angry demands that I be gaoled, and what the implications of those demands truly represented...and his angry, angry attitude was sickly symptomatic of his deeply corrupted and punitive intent...anyhoos, read all about it in tomorrow's post mate...
The one thing that has really floored me, and bought so much sadness into my life, was an interview on the ABC/BBC News Radio about the Bushfire Crisis...(so it was about the rank criminality of the Scummo LNP-Ed)...I see the point you're making there, you're comenting about the litany of failures and corresponding denials and deceits from Scummo and a coupla' LNP Ministers, eg, David 'Little To Be Proud Of' Littleproud...(well those who weren't effectively invisible for several months, eg, Home Affairs Oberleutnant Peter 'Spud' Dutton-Ed)...indeed, him and dozens of others, but we digress...the interview was effectively about one particular fire, and specifically about a coupla' firies who had been killed in that fire, and the interviewee was the father of one the firefighter's...I didn't catch his name but the name of his son was mentioned in the interview...whilst I am deeply disturbed and dismayed by the father's comments, it is still an appalling situation for all involved so I have deliberately chosen to not include the names here...
And what was it that I found so disturbing and saddening?...the interviewer asked about Scott Morrison's holiday to Hawaii mid-crisis...(his extraordinarily inappropriate jaunt to Hawaii?-Ed)...yeah, how many holidays did Scummo have during the crisis?...(well only one during the actual crisis, but it was his second or third for the year-Ed)...fair enough...(and then there were the litany of straight-out lies from his office and Scummo himself-Ed)...absolutely, all the lies about how he wasn't in Hawaii, and then about how it was suddenly planned, and then the self-contradictory lies about how it was actually planned aways back and he'd promised the wife and kids, and then that it was his original intent to holiday on the NSW South Coast...(and then that he went to Hawaii because it was on the way to India, which it clearly isn't-Ed)...indeed, 'cos he planned to flog them (India) more coal...(whilst refusing to accept there was any connection between pollution (coal) induced Climate Change and the catastrophic fires at home, etc-Ed)...yep, all that stuff, and then lied that he was rushing home early when he actually went to New York to visit his mentor and ongoing Paedophile Protector, fellow professional god-botherer Brian 'We Have A Problem' Houston...(Scummo pretty-much can't open his sneering, smirking gob without lying through those thin, pursed lips, and his cronies ain't any better, they are collectively committed career serial liars and professional political criminals-Ed)...indeed, the whole disgraceful episode is a definable litany of inexcusable lies...
Please do pardon my apparently unrelated venting, but this litany of lies is directly relevant to the substance of my dismay and distress...the interviewer asked about the interviewee's opinion of Scott Morrison and his conduct, etc, and the answer was devastating...'the PM is a great guy and really sympathetic, he was really genuine and understanding'...(what? but Scummo is arguably the most disingenuous person in Oz, for shizzle's sake, he had to have $190,000 of Empathy Training-Ed)...yep, and this father either didn't know that or he simply chose to ignore it...and then he was asked about the Hawaii holiday...(do I want to know?-Ed)...the father said that that was fine, that Scummo/everybody deserves a holiday sometime, and that he'd promised the family, and then, that it had already been paid for...(wow-Ed)...yeah, and it went on for a coupla' more seconds but I was literally deafened by that last comment, not sure what I missed, if anything...(I don't know what to say-Ed)...well quite, I was left literally reeling, my brain-box grinding through the gears as I tried to process what I'd just listened to...this man's son had been killed, and there he was regurgitating the Scummo excuse menu, a menu wholly comprised of self-serving lies and political deceits...does one tear rolling count as bringing tears to my eyes?...(I get what you're saying, and exactly what you're feeling-Ed)...indeed...
And once I'd gotten over the initial shock, I was immediately consumed by a sense of hopelessness and depression that has only partly receded...if this man could lose his son, in these circumstances, and then just trot-out the LNP/Scummo line of deceits in excusing their collective failures, etc, then what hope that the broader community were willing to and/or even capable of holding Scummo and pals to account...(well one hopes that these were comments made largely in ignorance of the facts-Ed)...but that's what I'm saying, this was clearly the line that the Main Stream Media and the ABC, et al, had allowed Scummo to promote and pursue without being held to account, and that it was only Twitter that put any sort of real pressure on Scummo/the LNP, before those realities trickled into some areas of the MSM...(and the Murdoch press and Sky News, etc, true to form furiously defended poor ol' Scummo, etc-Ed)...absolutely, ignorance is the one thread that I cling to in understanding this father's specific statements and attitude, but in the broader context, it's a deeply concerning insight into the mind-set of those who either cannot, do not, or worse, simply refuse to believe the realities they are being shown about Scummo and his Criminal Cabal that is the LNP...

Just Like An Actual Journalist Only Better
