I apologise for a slight change of plans, advertised posts to follow this brief aside.
I apologise twice to readers of this blog, but I have only just become aware of the removal of two posts 25 March 2013 "The SERDE Penola Road Sale to Bill DeGaris" and 26 March 2013 "TFTIM: Lawyer Bill DeGaris", after receiving a letter in yesterdays mail (08 April 2013) from DeGaris Lawyers dated 03 April 2013.
This would indicate that the posts were removed at least on or before 03/04/2013.
On the blog menu, the two posts are listed as "Post Unavailable"
When I try to access these posts via Google the titles are there but the text is replaced with the message;
"In response to a legal request submitted to Google we have removed this post. If you wish, you
may read more about the request at ChillingEffects.org."
I went to that site, which states a 'student' reviews requests, but that my posts removal had not yet been processed. I have received no notification from Google or Blogspot.
I have faxed a written request to Google at their Sydney office (02) 9374 4001 asking them for an explanation as to why my blog has been arbitrarily censored without me being notified, indeed at all, and that those two posts be immediately re-instated.
I spoke to Googles Sydney reception (02) 9374 4000, but the lady was unable to put me through to an actual person, advising instead that I should access Google's website.
And yes...thankyou...I am perfectly aware of the scything irony of me using Google to complain about and/or to Google about Google, etc.
I have also faxed DeGaris Lawyers a written request for clarification of the long, rambling, threatening letter dated 03/04/2013.
I have specifically requested these responses today, and will post the results as soon as I can.

Letters From Crown Solicitor re St Martins Lutheran School
The attached letters are just some of a series of letters between myself and the Crown Solicitors Office re the Teachers Registration Board/CSO hearing into teacher Glyn Dorling; please see other posts.
These are effectively the first response from the CSO dated 11 January 2005, and through several exchanges, to the letter 22 November 2006, and the final communication 14 December 2006.
Note please;
1) the CSO rep at the TRB/CSO hearing was not allowed to answer her own mail; I had written to her;
2) the straight threat at the end of the first letter "I warn you not to repeat these allegations";
3) various references in the second to getting "legal advice", and "criminal defamation", and "civil
liability", etc, rounded out with identifying the exact section of the act that I am allegedly in breach of,
"section 257 of the Criminal Consolidation Act";
4) and the final thinly veiled threat, "The allegations achieve nothing except to expose you to potential civil
and criminal liability."....."criminal liability" means goal (jail);
5) I wrote to the CSO 13 December 2006 saying 'this is rubbish, let's meet and I'll put my stuff on the
table, you show me why I'm wrong and I'll apologise, or you fix it' (paraphrasing myself);
6) having threatened me repeatedly, up to and including specifically identifying the "section" I'll face
"criminal liability" for; when I wrote back 13/12/06 getting all up in his grill and shizzle (for the youth)
he does all like not meeting you and stuff...so disrespecting me, yeah?

New Pope Speaks Frankly About Child Abuse
I'd just like to say a few choice words about the recent Papal Pantomime, namely &%##*^&&%$$#)?><::>:"*&%?((*%$....ughhuughhh...ughhuughhh...ughh#*)^*@#&^$#<:>:"?((&&%....ughhuughhh...
...ughhuughhh...ughhuughhh....allright big fella, that's enough...just catch your breath...I know you're upset, so perhaps best I take over from here...alright?..ok then.(Ed)
I know that I have been a little bit 'one-trick-pony' with my recent posts (it's always about bloody St Martins, the Shrekin' Lutherans, Child Abuse, etc) but please indulge me; it is after all that which drove me to politicianing in the first place, and there's 10+ years of corruption and anger, etc, to resolve...it's gonna' take a lotta' time and a lotta' posts.
For example, This Arvo: Crown Solicitors Office Letters; two letters amongst many, containing multiple personal and professional threats. When the authority that would prosecute such a case, threatens with referrals to specific legislation, etc, that is a professional threat....Just add it to the pile he said with a grin...please refer to previous post re Piper Alderman Lawyers, the Lutherans, etc,etc,etc......
And it's hardly my fault that the Catholics are so relentlessly, so self-importantly polluting the public media with their new Pope and all the insipid pomp and cultish ceremony that goes with it; or that PM Julia Gillard, who is undeniably complicit in the Cover-up of Abuse at St Martins Lutheran School (well covered in previous blogs) chooses to mouth off through said media about the "moral" obligations, the "terrible crimes", etc, when 'opening' the Child Abuse Royal Commission.
Rubbish...they are all working very hard to make it look like they're doing something, but it's all words, all empty promises...I've been through it too many times already. Every exertion is about controlling the reality, minimising the damage, denying responsibility where possible. It's all smoke and mirrors.
I completely reject the election of Pope Frank as nothing but a farcical continuation of that which proceeded it; a cynical posturing by the Catholic Church to give themselves some sense of 'credible deniability' across a range of issues, but particularly the institutionalised Child Rape that defines the Catholics.
This 'new Pope circus' was always about distracting from the realities with a self-grandising carnival of mindless medieval mumbo-jumbo and pathetically patriarchal pontificating and patronisation....ahhhhhhh
Dear Mr Catholic; don't tell me which promenading peacock that your 'God' apparently says is boss of me.
Who the hell do you think you are, that you group of self-important old men should tell me which one of you is above me, indeed God's representative on Earth...holy bollocks Batman, it's the Cassocked Crusader, sent to save us all from our sinful selves but apparently not from child-raping priests......
It was only ever a matter of time (indeed to my mind the primary motivation for the sudden change - Popes die, they don't retire) before Pope Frank started in on the Child Abuse issue, and he didn't disappoint me.
The facts: Pope Frank was elected by the same Bishops (Archbishops...whatever) who have been routinely, regularly covering-up the systemic, institutionalised abuse of children by priests, etc, and are by any definition responsible for those abuses.
These are the same stout yeomen whom have repeatedly moved priests to avoid detection, thus exposing other children in other diocese to those perpetrators; threatened, denigrated, and abused families who try to get some action; lied through their teeth to the media/public; etc, all to protect the precious bloody Church. The Lutherans are just as bad.
The real issue is, which is the horse and which is the cart? That is, do Bishops, etc, seek first to protect the Church which means covering-up the abuse that unfortunately occurs, or, as many non-Catholics believe, that the Catholic Church is a child-raping sect of lunatics, whose fundamental business as a collective of Child Abusers is the core of a structure specifically designed to gain access to children.
Do a few 'bad eggs' take advantage of the Church's desire to protect itself, or is the motivation of the Church the desire to access children?
I don't think that any non-Catholic who has seen George Pell in action in the media, is left in any doubt that Mr Pell is not going to do anything to take responsibility for the criminality of the Catholic Church.
Is that because he is irrationally, emotionally devoted to the Church and therefore cannot see the crime in the first instance; is he a perpetrator himself and therefore doesn't think it's a crime or is desperate to hide his own criminality; is he morally and ethically vacuous, solely motivated by the personal promotion, power, etc, to be accessed within the Catholic Church? etc, etc...Who knows.
Even now the Catholic Church is using language like 'we will co-operate with the Commission' and 'we'll provide documents if requested', etc. Plausible denial time folks...'oh, they didn't ask for those documents', 'we didn't know about that question', etc...blah, blah, blah.....
Pope Frank himself is using the 'history of the Church' when discussing Child Abuse as though this has all happened in some distant time and place, it is not a current problem in a Catholic Church that is somehow suddenly to be exonerated from what it continues to do...protect paedophiles.

St Martins Lutheran School Newsletter re "Rumours"
This is what Principal John Alexander put in the St Martins' School newsletter on 26 June 2003.
It is obviously in response to the announcemnent of the Teachers Registration Board/Crown Solicitors Office hearing into teacher Glyn Dorling. Parents were going to the school with questions about what had happened, and this is how they/The Lutherans/Principal John Alexander...whatever; whoever...chose to respond.
This article was only a small part of a campaign to dis-credit and denigrate the few parents who continued to pursue the issue. We are bad people and the poor old school is 'the target'...poor old Lutherans...why won't I stop picking on them?
No wonder they had to go to their lawyer Neville John of Piper Alderman Lawyers. See previous post.
Pray for me for I am apparently a perpetrator of bad rumours....may I see the error of my ways.

TFTIM: Emeritus Professor Frida Briggs
Below is the email that Professor Briggs sent me on 28th August 2007. That is not my email address anymore so I've left it on there. Long post but sort of 2 in 1. Cheers.
I cannot remember the exact day that I met Frida Briggs, but it was in late February/ early March 2005 in the state parliament's Speaker's wood panelled meeting room adjacent the Speaker's office (when MP Peter Lewis was still Speaker). Please refer previous posts re my 'time' in and around the Speaker's office, radiotherapy, etc, across Feb-April 2005.
Obviously the discussion was about the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up, the actions of the Lutherans, SAPol, Labor ministers, particularly Rory McEwen, etc. We provided her copies of various documents, etc, but I do not have a letter as such either to or from her...well, not that I can remember and/or find.
I don't know what she did from there, but we're still waiting. I have known people to be very critical of Professor Briggs as a 'media junky' in that she talks up a big game and loves the limelight, but ultimately doesn't seem to do much. I don't know..I don't really know her...I only know what is here in this post, and what hasn't happened...
We met Prof Briggs again in July/August 2007 when she attended a Child Protection forum in Mt Gambier, and not long after sent me the email below. During this conversation she stated that she had heard that teacher Glyn Dorling (SMLSCACU) had been/was still teaching in Victoria; Commissioner Ted Mullghan stated the same thing in 2006, claiming that a SAPol officer had alerted him.
The email identifies that police and the Teachers Registration Board/Crown Solicitors Office have at the very least stuffed things up, but directs us parents to sort it out, and I have never heard from her again, but cannot speak for other parents.
"...the findings of Dr Fitzgerald and colleague." and "the FMC assessor" are the Flinders Child Protection Unit who gave evidence at the TRB/CSO hearing, as covered in previous posts.
With the 'launch' of the Child Abuse Royal Commission, Professor Briggs has been in the media over the last few days. I do not know to what degree her brief interview on ABC TV (News 24?) was edited, but I was very concerned that all she seemed to talk about was abuses committed against children by other children.
In a world saturated with Internet pornography, relentless sexualization of young women and girls (and men/boys for that matter) through the media, advertising, etc, it is unfortunately an increasing issue; our societies institutionalised and socialised discrimination against women, particularly in religion, for example, or Motor Racing, or Rugby; etc, etc...
There are, these are, real issues to be addressed, I agree, but that is not specifically what the Royal Commission is supposed to be doing, and it is an unhelpful distraction from the issue.
The issue, if I may be so presumptious yes I think I may, is that this 'Abuse' has been going on almost unchecked committed by adults in many 'institutions', eg, the former Adelaide Anglican Archbishop (Bishop?..whatever) Ian George, literally drove paedophile offender (?first name) Mountford to the airport to leave the country so as to avoid arrest for Child Abuse.
And what happened to them both...Nothing...nothing for the man who drove the getaway car...and even when Mountford returned to Adelaide, charges were dropped because the witness/witnesses were too traumatised...but I digress, other than to say that this unfortunately is one small example....
The CARC is supposedly investigating such failures of 'the system', the issues Professor Briggs identified recently are important and real, but should be addressed outside the CARC. If a school, Church, etc, have moved an offending child so as to avoid repercussioins, as they move teachers and preachers, then that is the issue of institutionalised abuse, etc, that the CARC can address.
Beyond that I have no faith in the CARC, at its very best it will make recommendations years from now for legislation and possibly charges that will take years more.
Unfortunately it is the dual reality that it must be done, but there is so much that must be continued because the CARC won't address many current problems. The CARC is not an excuse to back-off, but a tiny window of opportunity to tread on the throat (metaphorically speaking) of institutionalised Child Abuse.

Julia Gillard and the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up
This is the letter that then Education Minister Julia Gillard sent to Liberal Member for Barker (SA) Patrick Secker after Mr Secker wrote to her on our behalf, also attached, that Mr Secker mentioned on ABC Radio November 2012 just days before the calling of the Child Abuse Royal Commission.
As per previous post re the CARC, Ms Gillard's office refused to respond to my letter sent at the same time, and I originally had to get this copy off Mr Secker's office, before recently sending them back a copy (Nov 2012).
This is why I say that Ms Gillard's statements about "acts of ommission" and "averting their eyes" are at best hypocritical, but worse, indicate that the CARC is not genuine.
Note that while Mr Secker repeatedly names me, he also identifies that there were other parents contacting him as well. This is different to others whom have tried to isolate parents, and vilify particularly me as being the only one complaining. Please read other posts for an idea of what Ms Gillard knew that she was doing sending us back to the Rann Labor state government, etc.

Woohoo...I gutta cumment mah...it's only taken 80 something posts, but a comment. I'm not even sure if I'm meant to comment on comments...sorry, I have no netiquette.
Seriously though, it was a bit of a shock and a reminder that my venting and my opinion, and specific allegations of malfeasance, etc, and what has and/or hasn't actually happened, etc, are all things that need to be identified as such; it is a responsibility that I take seriously...stuff Malcolm Turnbull and his 'you don't have to be balanced, that's why you buy a paper'.
Mr Turnbull, I put it to you that reporting, producing, and/or broadcasting what is known to be biased and unbalanced is by definition propaganda...propaganda Mr Turnbull...indeed, sir, that's what you look like when making such stupid comments...a proper gander...oh, bazinga...thankyou, thankyou....(a gander is a male goose...he looks like a goose...he looks like...yeah...yeah, I know that you get it....but you know, the others aren't so bright, and they probaly won't...oh, shush, they're coming back....)...and I said, "thank goodness, now we can all get some sleep" ahahahahaha...(I don't think they noticed)...ahahaha....(just keep laughing)...ahahahaha...
Sorry, went off the rails there a little; just listening on ABC News Radio to Prime Minister Julia Gillard banging on about the Royal Commission, how important the children are, the terrible crimes, it's not just about the Catholics, the Commission won't lay charges...blah, blah, Shrekin' blah...it's all bullshit, because the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse was put in front of her as Federal Education Minister and she said "send it back, not my problem."

Where was I?...oh, yeah...I can only guarantee that if I quote directly from a document or put it on the blog as part of the post, then it is a genuine quote and/or a genuine document. Sometimes I will leave out names or references to family, officials, confidantes, etc, because I feel that's appropriate.
This first comment on my post is an ironicly thorough segue into today's post that includes SAPol...you'll see...I have chosen to exclude some names from this post simply because the people need to be mentioned as part of the narrative, but I don't have the right to name them.
Eight years ago today (06/04/2005) I had my last of 20 rounds of Radiotherapy...it's my favourite tattoo...the little green dot right in the centre of my chest - they 'mark' you so as to get the correct centre point every time - only I really only had 19 rounds because I was one of about 1,000 people who were not treated correctly because the machine was not set correctly.
As per previous post I was in Adelaide for the daily treatment at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and was going daily to the Botanic Gardens, and then to Parliament House, or vice versa, depending on the time of my appointment.
And so it was that I came to be sitting at a table at the cafe in the Botanic Gardens with a Child Protection Activist from MP Peter Lewis's office (while he was still speaker-but that's a seperate post), when their phone rang.
It was SAPol (South Australian Police) detectives calling from the activists home on the portable home phone (that happened to have been left on the side balcony) because the SAPol officers mobile phones didn't work in the deep gully at the property in the Adelaide Hills.
SAPol was at the property to execute a Search Warrant relative to the March 2005 Press Release from the Speaker's Office that named several high-profile paedophiles in Adelaide police, Courts, and both major parties. It was this document that MP Rory McEwen was discussing when he named Labor MP Patrick Conlon as notorious politician paedophile 'Terry'. Previous posts.
Unfortunately I don't have a copy of that Press Release, and the only copy I saw had several sections blocked-out, but Rory told me about at least one name that was on there, and I know that a former Liberal Premier was one of the others.
Anyway, we started to drive up Magill Rd (06/04/05) when my phone rang, it was Mum, unfortunately my grandmother had passed away. It was not any particular shock because she had been in a Nursing Home for nearly a decade with chronic dimentia, and whilst relatively healthy otherwise, was well into her nineties. Obviously Mum was upset, but said...won't be home till later, come up when you're done, etc.
Finally got to the property and it was swarming with police (5 detectives in suits) a number of other Child Protection Activists (for lack of a better term), and about a dozen media, couple of news cameras, etc.
Remember, this is a private citizens home, someone's house, their home, where they lived with their partner and children...we got there and this person's home was wide open and swarming with people...imagine how you would feel.
Then Channel Ten rings up; they've heard about the melee/raid and asked if it was alright to fly up in their
helicopter because it will take too long to drive there...Yeah, sure, the front lawn is a registered heli-pad...no, seriously, the front yard was a heli-pad and Channel Ten did fly up and did land on the lawn and the reporter leapt out in her high heels, teetered across the lawn, and straight up the stairs, elbowing her way into the throng...deadset.
Then one of the SAPol officers wanted to search my bag, which was full of my letters and documents re the St Martins Abuse Issue. This officer, who I went to high school with in the early 1980s, opened my bag, pulled out some letters, and started reading the first one, which just happened to be one of my 'complaint' letters to Police Commissioner Mal Hyde...he got about three lines in, put it back in the bag, and literally walked away.
Deadset...not a word of a lie...you couldn't make this s(tuff)* up. (*apologies for removed expletive-poor editing-NF)
This bizarre circus went on for hours, until the early evening, and eventually I left with my companion from that morning...they couldn't stand to be in their own home. When we left there were still several people at the house.
On the way to Mum's she called to say that her ex-partner was there (because of my grandmother dying) and that I needed to stay elsewhere, so I picked up my stuff and stayed with another relative.
And that, as they say, is that.
People trying to address the institutionalised paedophilia and associated corruption of South Australia, it's police, Courts, Statutory Authorities, etc, get their homes raided, dragged through the Courts for years with blatant threats to jail them, repeatedly bashed, etc, and the paedophiles get......still waiting....welcome to South Australia.
