Sorry for such short post but got in late and the previous post goes round in my head...am I just repeating myself?...probaly...It is impossible to not mimic parts of my previous post because there are may similarities between what is happening with the 'Superannuation debate' and the recent 'Spill That Didn't'.

I've never met Simon 'Smokey' Crean and I'm not inside his head, and my opinion is only my opinion. I'm vaguely aware of his history within the Unions and as former leader, etc.
Previously I chastised Smokey for being a deceitful and selfish person and I stand by that. His fake leadership spill was never a genuine attempt to change Prime Minister but purely to knobble the Ruddmeister, done on the day of the 'Forced Adoptions Apology', which was subsequently lost in the media cluster cuddle writhing about in the self-indulgent excrement of the........too much, do you think?...I'm not happy about any of it but perhaps I need to be a little more 'professional', to address rather than just vent......bastards....oops....
And when he was questioned about the timing in an ABC Radio interview, and how upset people were about that (me included), his response was 'shit happens, build a bridge people...and get the crikey over it'. Yes, alright, that is a paraphrasing of the actual interview, but that's what he said.
I wonder if that day was one of the days of governing, one of electioneering, or just another one of wallowing in self-indulgent psychopathy and ambition; well there sure as heck was no governing going on that day, and it sure looked like it all revolved around internal posturing ahead of an electoral disaster.
Am I doing him a great and un-warranted dis-service by irresponsibly (and incorrectly?) denigrating his actions? I think not. Whatever his motivations the realities are self-evident; even Graham Greenwood agrees with me (The Border Watch 29/03/2013);

I do not know Simon Crean, never met him, don't really know his history, but I saw all too clearly what happened 2 weeks ago and it was all fake and could have been done any other day; it was a faux coup if you will...well faux coup to you too Mr Crean.
It is impossible for me to say, for anyone to say, where he is headed with his effectively 'anti-Gillard' posturing on Superannuation (amongst other issues). Is he genuine? Or is he promoting himself (as indeed others are) as the embodiment of the necessary return to 'Labor values? Is he setting himself up (or being set up by the...dare I say it...faceless men) as the next leader? (Or has he just gone completely off the rails? personally I think not.)
But this pro-Crean promotion, this I believe is The Gambit. Get Smokey into the Prime Ministership just prior to the September 2013 Election with a recent history of 'sticking up for the battlers in Labor's heartland' all the while distancing himself from Julia Gillard....bollocks.
Is he being preened and groomed for the top office? A Crean Preening? That's my opinion.
My opinion is that this latest Captain Crean Carry-on is simply more of the same nonsense as the ludicrously disingenuous 'Non- Leadership Challenge to Root Up Kevin Rudd'.
So there you have it. A perpetual, rolling faux coup...and who wins least....you and I.

Letter from Lutheran Barry Kahl re Child Abuse at St Martins School
I believe that the following letter is the first and only official reason that the Lutherans have given anybody for Glyn Dorling's 'removal' from St Martins School on the June long weekend, apart from the alleged letter from then Principal John Alexander to Commissioner Ted Mullighan. Please read previous posts for the reality of that 'removal'.
At best it shows that the Lutherans have allegedly done an internal investigation, but I don't believe a word of it because they knew exactly what Dorling had been doing and they had no intent of doing anything other than covering-up the gross abuses committed against our children.
The 'resignation' refers to the set-up for the grossly illegal WorkCover 'Unfair Dismissal' case that the Lutherans manipulated to hide Dorling's criminality, with the full and un-wavering support of Rory McEwen, the Rann/Weatherill Labor state government. and every other scumbag in this pro-paedophile playground we call South Australia.
I note the letter skips right past Dorling and the abuses he committed, and the School covering it up, etc, to a long, very thinly veiled threat to deny me access to my child via the school. I had specifically explained this position to John Alexander when he started as Principal in 2002; I volunteer to see my child.
As Mr Kahl identifies, I had previously provided Mr Alexander/the Lutherans with copies of those Family Court Orders (19 May 1999, amended 20 March 2000 - which I had asked for in the first place) and had that discussion with him and every teacher my child had; the Orders were specifically designed by the Magistrate to allow me to do the volunteer work, attend functions, etc.
It's one thing to be a pack of paedophile-protecting scumbags who won't let me into their precious school to deliberately, knowingly punish me by denying access to my child, but raising the issue of the Family Court is a direct threat to make trouble for me with basic access issues with my child...big mistake.
The Lutherans had no problem with me volunteering hundreds of hours at working bees, reader group, canteen, school functions, etc, until I insisted on pursuing the Dorling Abuse issue.
Note, that despite having been almost daily on kindy/school grounds, in classrooms, canteen, doing weekly un-supervised mentoring with a group of four boys as part of the LAP initiative, etc, I had not been 'required' to sign anything or get a police check until the Dorling Abuse Cover-up.
As Mr Kahl identifies, in August 2002 I was forced to sign a document to allow me to continue what I had already been doing for over 3 years. I drafted and provided that document (I've got a copy somewhere) following legal advice to force the issue from verbal threats, eg the 'banning' of August 5th, into a context that could be quantified, ie, a document.
Legal Note: The Lutherans were (are?) rorting the LAP (?Learning Access Program) mentoring by claiming the funding for 4 children (who were meant to have individual parent/student support) whom I was looking after by myself, unsupervised, without a police check. Someone else started helping in 2004, but I do not know his specific role re LAP or the school, etc.
Also, despite John Alexander 'banning' me from the school on August 5th 2002, and "the document" 21/08/02, and the abuse, glares and/or snubbing, etc, that I was getting from the good Christian folk, I continued to attend the school weekly for LAP until the school 'shut the program down' in early 2006.
When I had Cancer in July 2004 I was stuck in Adelaide for several weeks, and rang the school to tell the lads that I would be away for a few weeks but I had every intention of returning. I knew it was important that I let the boys know that at least I wasn't another adult who had let them down...the school didn't tell them.
When I showed up 6 weeks later, bald as a badger, the boys rushed up to me smiling but concerned, "We knew something must be wrong when you just didn't show up." Quite possibly the nicest thing anyone has said to me since moving to Mt Gambier.
Barry Kahl claimed to be the Principal who "sacked" Dorling after 'an incident' in his (Dorling's) first week in his first job as a teacher in a Lutheran school in Adelaide. He knew exactly what he was doing and who he was protecting when he wrote that letter. Also the Teachers Registration Board hearing was 'underway' as of March 2003, which Mr Kahl would have known.
Bottom line: The Lutherans and Barry Kahl knew exactly what they were doing when they chose to threaten me to protect a paedophile....I've had enough for one day...

SERDE Sale: My Letter to Chairperson Mrs Coke
Apologies for delay with this but had trouble getting my letters from computer to blog, but fortunately they appear in the right format. Larger formatting are original documents that have been scanned. Will try to figure out how to get emails across too; I'm not very computer savvy.

Note that Mrs Coke rang me and during the conversation kept going 'off-the-line'; I'm almost certain that she was taking advice from some-one...possibly Bill DeGaris? I refer to your phone call and our subsequent conversation Friday morning 4th May 2012 in response to my letter to former Chair Nic Kentish Wednesday 2nd May 2012, and my previous correspondence and phone calls re the sale of the former SERDE building on Penola Rd Mount Gambier
As repeatedly requested in our conversation, please confirm to me in writing your verbal statements defending and supporting the Board and its conduct re this sale. If you are confident that the Board have acted appropriately, then you will have no problem committing to that in writing.
As stated in our conversation, I have responsibly taken my concerns to the people involved, being the SERDE Board, and any member of the public has a right to make enquiry as to how an organisation such as yours conducts itself, particularly with the sale of a valuable ‘public asset’ like the historic, beautiful Penola Rd building.
It is the evasive, non-responsive conduct of the Board that has given me most cause for concern and led me to investigate this further. I have lodged an official written complaint with the Board and the Board has failed to even acknowledge it.
I reiterate, for the record; it appears that the SERDE Board was looking to lease the property on Penola Rd

I have repeatedly written to Mr Kentish and the Board asking for an explanation of the circumstances of that sale, namely;
1) Was the Board going to lease the building until Bill DeGaris asked to buy it?
2) Why was the subsequent tender process stopped/withdrawn?
3) How many tenders were there, and was Bill DeGaris one of them?
4) On what date was the property returned to the market?
5) Where was the property re-tendered and/or advertised as being back on the market?
6) Given the apparent lack of either a new tender or any advertising, how did Bill DeGaris become aware that the property was available again?
7) Was the same agent used for the lease and final sale processes, but a different agent for the partial tender process?
I have visited your website but could find no specific mission statement or any information on governance structures and guidelines, board membership and structure, etc. Please provide me these documents.
Please also explain how it is that you are now the Chairperson of SERDE Inc. Has Mr Kentish resigned or retired, and you were duly promoted from deputy chair? Has there been an Annual General Meeting or similar for an official change of office bearers?
When I asked you how and when you had become Chairperson, you said you could not remember, but Mr Kentish was still Chairperson only a few weeks ago.
Also, throughout our conversation you suddenly stopped talking and seemed to go ‘off the line’ momentarily. It seemed like you were conversing with and/or receiving advice from someone. Was there anyone else present at your end whilst you were talking to me? I would consider it most inappropriate if you rang me and did not identify that there was someone else listening.
I asked you to provide me a written confirmation of your verbal statements, and a written response to the various specific points that I have raised, and that you do it by email by 9am today Monday 7th May 2012.
As of midday 07/05/12 I have not received any communication of any sort from you, and therefore I have forwarded this matter to the appropriate authorities for review.

Dental - after Tanya Plibersek promised $344 million to replace Chronic Disease Dental Scheme recent announcement South Australia will get $5.8 million federal funding to address children's chronic dental issues. Surely this is not it. Surely there has been and/or will be more cash for SA than that and I missed it ...again, I'd rather be wrong.
I heard either Tom Koutsontonis or Jack Snelling (Labor state ministers) on ABC Radio saying that the closure of the CDDS is to blame for the 4 year waiting time for Public Dental services in Mt Gambier. Bollocks, the reality is much worse.
The waiting time has blown out to 4 years while the CDDS was in place, not because it was cancelled; imagine how bad it is going to get now with all those extra patients.
And even that $5.8m will not get anywhere near Mt Gambier. In the same ABC story Dr Jack Gaffey (?spelling-sorry; from 'the Adelaide Dentists Assoc' or something like that-sorry didn't hear) stated that that money would not even make it into dental services in Adelaide, so Mt Gambier's got no chance.
Mt Gambier City Council - everybody, and I mean everybody I've spoken to about the current 'street paving' says the same things; it is entirely unnecessary; Council doesn't have the money and/or has other things it should be spending on; they are ugly and don't match the others already there; and the best one of all...
It appears that it isn't just me...woohoo...because everyone asks "Who got payed for all those pavers?" Which Councillors son, nephew, sister-in-law, business partner, etc? Given the relentlessly corrupt nepotism of City Council, people are automatically assuming that the prime motivator for an otherwise in-explicable expenditure is that a Councillor will profit.
It's the literal metaphor that writes itself; lining their pockets whilst paving the streets, all with our money.
And now they're picking on the trees...oorrrh, give the trees a go...yes, they're very pretty...what's the matter...they say the trees are killers...etc (apologies to Monty Python-Life of Brian fans).
Safety is important, but if Council properly maintained trees, particularly Eucalypts, then they would not become so overgrown that they drop large limbs. Thirty plus years ago Adelaide Plains Councils 'cropped' mature River Red Gums in the Torrens Catchment to stop them dropping large limbs; they were literally hacked back (albeit neatly) to 30-50 foot high stumps, trunks with no branchs. Hundreds of beautiful mature trees were saved from removal.
Eucalypts are tough as in the right place, and it wasn't long before they started sprouting from the tops of the otherwise bare trunks; it looked hilarious for a while, like giant broccoli florets. I believe that all those trees marked for removal in Mt Gambier can and must be saved simply by pruning them right back to the trunks and allowing them to re-sprout.
This greatly reduces the cost of full removal and subsequent replacement with semi-mature trees, and means that within a couple of years there will be mature trees offering good shade without dropping killer limbs. Replacement trees will take decades to get to the same size.
There is absolutely no need to completely remove mature natives from Valley Lake. It is a costly and unneccesary and stupid idea. Again I genuinely apologise to the person concerned, but those genuinely running the Commission, the government, want someone they can trot out at very opportunity to praise up the Commission. And hence, a Judas Goat, someone being used to manipulate and deceive others.
I hear what you're saying, but cynic is what an optomist calls a realist (an oldie but a goodie) and I don't doubt this persons sincerity or question their motive and I doubt that they will be the only one in the years of the Commission, but it is what it is.
As contradictory as it sounds I encourage people to please participate in the Commission, do a submission, request to be heard formally, etc, because it can help to talk and these things must be exposed, and beyond that, we are all obliged to fix what we have allowed to happen...we as adults in this society are responsible.
Just don't expect that one single paedophile priest will end up in jail (goal), let alone heads of Churches, or senior politicians, etc...again, hope I'm proven terribly wrong.

I've Tried To Be Polite About Religion
I live my life essentially by what many would describe as a 'Christian ethic' of respect, equality, peace, etc, but that doesn't make me a Christian, just someone whose behaviour has been guided undoubtedly by 'religious dogma' but who as an adult rejects religion as a construct of people not any sort of God.
How many men derive their power, their reason for any sort of existence, their victims from within these organisations?
Given the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up (previous posts) my opinion of any religious organisation is fundamentally mired in the reality not the pantomime, in the actions not the aspirations, but I have never really understood this obsession with faith....other than it is a shield against, a diversion from, a way of avoiding staring into the void that is the uncaring universe and the irrelevence of human existence, fueled by the self-realisation of insane apes we call us...stare at the fire not into the dark....
I have genuinely tried to be respectful of all involved and appropriate in how I conduct myself; I understand there are many people whom 'do good work' in the name of their religion and/or their God, so I'm trying to be nice about it, but by god, quite frankly enough is enough...
Across Easter (a pagan/prehistoric/pre-Christian fertility festival ambushed by Chritianity to assimilate 'Pagan Europe') I've basically had to switch the TV and radio off because I'm just so sick and tired of the relentless self-importance and corruption and hypocrisy and inherent in-equalities of in particular the Catholic Church....not my choice....I've had no choice.
The recent Papal pantomime was conceived and designed to try and create a 'plausible deniabilty' to help the Church try and distance itself from the child-raping freakshow that it has always been and remains...and the Lutherans are exactly the same...'Pope Frank will lead us out of the badways of that other old Catholic Church ', and those times are behind us...blah, blah, blah...
And no, this is not me kicking off some sort of Papal smear campaign, rather me reflecting back at those whom spewed it my way, just a little bit of the bullshit, the hypocrisy, the selfishness.
Even last night I tried to watch the ABC's Q and A program, but only seconds in the Arch-Bishop of Brisbane (?) was pontificating with that same sickly, self-righteous leer on his face and I simply couldn't watch. I believe that it was him I heard several times on the radio saying that it wasn't just Catholics who thought that Pope Frank is great, "the whole world" does....bollocks.
I'm part of the world...just...and I ain't falling for it...the Child Abuse insanity of the Catholic Church is all suddenly behind us? It's a brave new age?...blah, blah, blah....it's all bullshit.
I don't care about Mary McKillop and the ludicrous self congratulating of the Catholic Church; you can only be a saint if we say so...what about Nelson Mandela, Mahatma Gandhi, etc...I know its an obvious argument but why can't people like these be 'saints'? Because the Catholics say so?
Time and again, over and over, I have been forced to listen to the self-grandising of the Catholic Church and quite frankly I'm sick of it.
The reality of what has been happening within your religions, I don't care which one you choose, is for those within to resolve...I did not choose to be involved with the Lutherans, my ex-partner sent our child to St Martins, but by Christ I'll sort them out.
Religion used to be about explaining fundamental ignorances, eg, we have angered the mighty Stree Tpavin, god of Pointless Council Spending, so he/she/it has punished us with a plague of stupid grey pavers that don't match the others in the same street....
Religion in Australia is a business rort run by paedophiles....and yes, I am trying to be nice about it....and if you are stupid enough or weak enough that you'll just let it all happen then quite frankly you deserve it....but it's not you that pays is it?...it's the children...it's always the children....

It is my experience that God exists in many intelligent minds and many pretty speeches, but rarely in the actions of the inevitably white haired old men whom run religions...I genuinely weep for the slaughter of humanity committed religion against religion, and even sect against sect within the same religion...sometimes it seems like we just can't find enough ways to justify annihilating each other that we have to constantly invent new ones....but I'm sure it's just me.

I rarely watch CSI-Wonder About in the Dark with a Pen Torch, but there was a great quote. When the character was confronted and accused of not believing in God, the response was basically 'I believe in God, not religion.'

PALAMTPAP Part II - Neville Rides Again
And in a technological leap forward to still being far behind anyone who's actually got any idea what they are doing with a computer.....Ta Da....a scan of an original document uploaded to the laptop moved over to images and then downloaded to the blog....look out ...and I'm delighted to bring you the first document of many to be presented thusly.
This is the letter referred to in the previous post from Neville John of Piper Alderman Lawyers. I will work on formatting, and comments in post tomorrow...although the letter is fairly self explanatory...but if you need a few ideas...bizarre, empty, farcical, threats...

I have received 3 letters from Neville John of Piper Alderman Lawyers; hope you're reading this you rancid scumbag; what you do for a living is beneath contempt you paedophile protecting freak....uh-hem...as I was saying....
To quote Neville (18 December 2006) quoting me from my letter to senior Lutheran Barry Kahl; I think it sums up all involved;
"Furthermore, you have stated "what is the difference between paedophile Glyn Dorling
who has abused dozens of children, and the person who acts to protect him, namely
you, Adrienne Jericho, Mike Semmler, John Alexander etc? absolutely nothing".
This letter has; Addressee Only - Not For Publication

stamped at the top of each page; a hollow threat to begin one long hollow threat from soul-less, hollow men.
Neville's first letter (30 November 2006), headed Our Client: Association of Independent Schools of South Australia was in response to my letter (22/11/2006) to Gary LeDuff of the AISSA;
"...It is evident *have seen a copy of our client's letter to Ms Johnston* dated 25 October
2006.The information contained in that letter is true and correct. The AISSA was not
involved in any investigation into St Martins Lutheran School and has no access to
information pertaining to the numerous subsequent investigations by the various
statutatory authorities. (*his error; *Ms Johnston of BraveHearts)
In fact our client has no power to investigate these matters, nor authority to do so."
I repeat; Gary LeDuff told parents that they (AISSA) had started an investigation but that the Lutherans had taken it off them.
"The response provided to Ms Johnson by our client on 25 October 2006 constitutes the
entirety of our clients involvement in this matter and we can therefore see no point in
further correspondence with Ms Johnston.
We are also instructed to ask you to cease all correspondence directly with our client.
Should you wish to correspond further please forward your latters directly to us.
Given that our client has provided all the information in its possesion we trust this puts an
end to your queries and concerns as it relates to AISSA."
Neville's 2 page letter (30/11/2006) on behalf of Our Clients: Mr John Alexander, Mr Adrienne Jericho & Mr Barry Kahl gets its own post in a double Arvo post sorry about the last few days I didn't do one backlash extravaganza.
Neville's third letter, that appears to be on behalf of everybody...the school, the Lutherans, Messieurs Alexander, Jericho, and Kahl, and AISSA is simply titled St Martin's Lutheran School...not 'Client'.
"I refer to your letter dated 4 April 2007.
Firstly, I note you have failed to acknowledge receipt of my letter dated 18 December
2006 and failed to abide the undertakings requested.
Secondly, your request for documentation is declined.
Thirdly, the School, Church, and Independent Schools Association have addressed all
issues raised by you in the past on numerous occasionsand can add nothing more.
The allegations made by you regarding the alleged conduct of Mr Dorling have, to my
client's understanding, been thoroughly investigated and examined by numerous authorities
including the police."
Man, I must be scary...St Martins School, Alexander, Jericho, Kahl, the Lutherans, and AISSA all have to go and hide behind hard-man Neville Long Drop...ah,bazinga...get it...John...toilet...long drop...yeah?
And it is perfectly appropriate and adult to make fun of someone's name when what you really want to do is wring their neck for covering up the abuse of your child...I am a pacifist but I'm also human...just...ahaha...

And another apology...I lied...I am having repeated problems with phones, internet, etc, but the other day I ran into a wall of hate whilst trying to do the BraveHearts post...the first letter I read was one from Attorney General Michael Atkinson...I was already crying for the death of two young people in Melbourne, and always in mind of the Fosters who lost a daughter to child abuse and suicide, etc, and I just couldn't deal with it.
It was a short, sharp reminder of how traumatised I am and how far I have come and how far I have still to go...no apologies for that.
