SAPol Operation Targets Controversial Blogger

Hello Mexico, Ukraine, India, and Poland and welcome to TMGI...hard to believe it's been a week again already...won't bore y'all with the mundaneness of my usual struggles with various things...(Reality, for instance-Ed)...and of course, hello to Ed, you confected literary device you...(cheers-Ed)...and what a wacky week of madly fluctuating feedback re the attached The Border Watch article about moi...(and speaking of being pretentious, what's with the self-quote of this posts' title, as pinched from the last post?-Ed)...because it sums-up best what's been coming back to me re this article, and the point I made in the last post, that this should have been the headline, the next day...(and not a brief and vague mention on page 5, ten days after the event?-Ed)...exactly...

And what always challenges me the most about this behaviour from TBW, is that a balanced and responsible local paper is a vital community asset...and ABC Local Radio is in exactly the same position, with the added responsibility of being publicly funded!...and particularly with the outrageous withdrawal of locally produced programming by WIN TV a coupla' years back...(disgraceful-Ed)...each regularly spruik their own position as fertile fountains of community concern and responsible, reliable, supportive reportage...(is it the ABC that runs that bollocks about 'without bias' in their ads?-Ed)...probably, whatevs, they all do it, we've all heard/read them all doing it...however, it is the rank Editorialising by Mt Gambiers' local media that makes them fundamentally untrustworthy...and talkin' right at ya' TBW and ABC, you run the very real risk of having no genuine credibility, and you bring it on yourselves...

I remind availees that both TBW and ABC Mt Gambier tried to literally censor me out of the 2014 Mayoral Election, including the hilarious Second Snubbing by TBW 'reporter' Anelia 'Oh My God Here Comes Nick Fletcher I'd Better Pretend To Interview The Back Of This Strangers Head' Blackie...I was mentioned once on the ABC...(once?-Ed)...once...(but not interviewed?-Ed)...nope...(what about after your triumphal performance at the September 2014 Mayoral Candidates Forum?-Ed)...no...(ah that's right, when fellow candidates tried to discuss it in their ABC interviews, presenter Stuart Stansfield went right past those references, never to mention it again-Ed)...absolutely...and all due respect availees but I don't care what others may think, I know that that was about me, and not talking about me, and not giving me any oxygen what-so-ever, let alone any credibility...despite several references by 2 guests, Stuart didn't even ask 'hey yeah, how did that Forum thingy go?'...(because he knew exactly how it went and who went well and he wasn't having that discussed-Ed)...exactly...

It was about me, because the Forum itself couldn't be discussed without addressing the hairy elephant in the dark suit that ruled the room that night...(and that's you, right?-Ed)...yes, that was me...and I ain't losin' sight of the fact that my wonderfulness that night was largely foisted on me by the woeful performances of most of the 7 other candidates...(no, you did pretty well, but yes, the real issue is how poorly some others did, and how that made you look even better?-Ed)...exactly, I'm really pleased with my effort, but not gettin' too carried away about it...anyhoos, the ABCs' avid avoidance of the Forum is a specifically perfect illustration of the ABCs' broader and rabid bias against me, and as further fueled by certain local personal animosities...and so I get 'banned' from the ABC airwaves, and then censored right-out of the news...don't know if the ABC even attended that Forum...(the plausible deniability of not even showing-up...don't go, can't know, and they do the same thing with Mt Gambier City Council meetings-Ed)...indeed... 

(And was TBW at the Forum?-Ed)...yeah, I said, Anelia twice snubbed me, once just before and then again right after when we were walking toward each other...(ah yes! hence the nick-name-Ed)...exactly...after the Forum and me doing really well (and as put to me, considerably better than even my closest rival) when she sees the story of the night walking toward her down the hall, 'Scoop' Blackie wrenches-on the handbrake and swerves hard right into a swarm of innocent bystanders, effervescently accosting the back of some old mans' head with her microphone...(classic-Ed)...yep, really skull-miked the dude like a professional...(that's some quality old-school journalism right there, that is-Ed)...COPY!...   
And I do not carry my resentment as well as I'd like, and guess that in that sense...(in that context-Ed)...I can be effectively a vindictive person, sure, but I used to feel quite bad about the damage that I've been told I'm doing to these august media organisations, used to carry a lot of guilt about it, which, in itself is ironically a good thing...(meaning that, despite all that conflict and unpleasantness, it's good to feel not triumphal or gloaty, but rather, to be concerned about the potential damage being done? the jobs potentially lost? threatening the reliable local media covering the local news that will otherwise disappear from the collective view and then consciousness?-Ed)...yeah, all of that...I used to feel bad, but now it just is what it is...

Not just big-noting myself about my 'influence', etc, because it wasn't that long after I started this 'ere blog that Anelia Blackie and I had a li'l tete-a-tete in the Library carpark, where-in she became quite upset about the damage I was doing to TBW with the potential for job losses, etc...her words, not mine, ain't proud, just is what it is... 
  
Said It Before:...but it's easy to discredit someone in such a small and insular and often biased and bigoted community like Mt Gambier...(particularly with someone as unlike-able as your good self-Ed)...well there's just so much to work with...(I'll thank you to let me do the self-deprecating humour around here sir!-Ed)...but the same social paradigm inevitably and ironically turns-out to be equally effective in defending oneself...(if oneself is seen to be relatively rational and respectful and reasonable and not altogether the complete nutter and utter bastard as portrayed-Ed)...well quite...what does it say when people, least some of them, are discussing this article in terms of how poorly I am being treated with this type of reportage, and that it proves how unreliable TBW can be...

Fluctuating Feedback:...in that I did actually have one person, well-familiar with my various escapades re TBW, the ABC, the St Martins Child Abuse Cover-up stuff, etc, etc, who did say that this article was actually not too bad...(until it was explained that it was anonymously written (Friday 20th May) 10 days after the event (Court, Tuesday 10th May), and then clearly only in response/retaliation/whatevs to the post of 4 days previous on this 'ere blog, and used all the same carefully-worded, quite deliberately derogatory language/phrase-age from previous TBW articles, all whilst studiously avoiding any harsh truths that might challenge/compromise their unambiguous 'Anti-Nick Agenda Regime', or ANARchy as I like to call it-Ed)...if you must...(ooo yes, I must-Ed)...

The standard response I've had to this article is, 'oo, they don't like you very much, do they?' , 'they' being TBW...(well quite, it's hardly a subtle bias being applied here, this is 'Character Assassination 101', not bloody lawn bowls-Ed)...and it has also been directly linked to the St Martins stuff, ie, this Court stuff and the way TBW reports it, et al, it all goes back to the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up...and this coming from someone who doesn't read the blog, but is broadly aware of it's content, motivation, etc, and also local politics, etc...what can I say, there is no victory in this...14 years after the event, the cover-up of Child Abuse at St Martins is still in the public consciousness, people are still talking about it...but it's the fact that any of it's happened at all that's the real waking nightmare...14 years this June long weekend... 

And I also get blamed and abused for the damage I allegedly do to St Martins with my wickedness and wanton mischief...only it's not mischief and I am wicked...(don't you mean ''not wicked'?-Ed)...shhh, only it is true and all of what I've done is simply expose those truths...I've Editorialised, Opinionated, Hypocrisised, even Theorised, and inevitably if rarely, Mistaked...(say it isn't so!-Ed)...shhh, but I've always worked very, very hard to remain accurately engaged with the various issues here-in this 'ere blog...and some of these truths become self-evident, eg, why am I writing about me?...(because you're the subject of all this Court stuff and rubbishy reportage, etc?-Ed)...exactly, and why are they writing about me and this 'ere blog, but not what it is I've written about here-in? why is it that the only 'something' being done about all of this is me?...I'm the sole something...(and you are surely gettin' done-Ed)...indeed...

(Sorry, which way did Reality go when it left?-Ed)...yes...(pardon?-Ed)...yes...(yes what?-Ed)...yes, it went left...(oh oh, right, I see, ta'-Ed)...if you leave now and travel hard through the night you may catch it up around dawn...(and Reality always looks so good draped in a new dawn, I love that-Ed)...what?...(I adore a dawn adorning Reality-Ed)......what's really scary is that that sentence just happened, at all...(try saying it 5 times fast! 'I adore a dawn adorning Reality', 'I adore a...'-Ed)...ok, that's enough...

And some apologies that today this 'ere blog was a bit of an exercise in re-venting about some common themes, but please consider the issues at hand and the very important reality that any of this exists at all, starting with the blog itself, through it's dis-contented content, right on out to the bizarre horizons of facing 19 charges for 'talking about stuff'..(yeah, it is all rather quite extraordinary-Ed)...and in a context where I'm fundamentally irrelevant because these truths here-in, once raised, remain stoically unchallengeable...(it just remains for someone to raise them-Ed)...indeed...(in a context where the Messenger knows they're the one who's likely gunna' cop-it-Ed)...indeed, and so will I instead always be the target...(geez, that's a bit grim-Ed)...tell me I'm wrong...(I'm not sayin' you're wrong, just sayin' that that's a bit grim-Ed)...

Hello Spain, United Arab Emirates, Poland, and China  and welcome to this 'ere blog, the Mount Gambier Independent...and just when you thought that Mt Gambiers' The Border Watch newspaper was trying hard to be the reliable, balanced, honest purveyor of information that they keep saying they are, to be the cornerstone of the fine Mt Gambier community they keep saying they are, they conjure this amazingly masterful piece of journalistic up-chuck (attached below)...(yay-Ed)...please to be checking-out this latest effort from TBW Friday 20th May 2016, page 5...(sweet baby cheeses, TBWs' unambiguous dislike for you aside, this is appallingly random and vague reportage-Ed)...indeed...shall we?...(lets-Ed)...

Feedback:...to this specific article has been immediate, absolute, and very uplifting...cheers...funny thing, whilst I expect no better from TBW, clearly others do...in fact, others seem far more pissed-off than I am at TBW for this latest load of biased, manipulative dross...(what I find so hilarious is that TBW is not just doing everything it can to ignore the realities of your Court case, they're also doing their level best to denigrate and belittle and discredit you-Ed)...wow, you have a very strange idea of what constitutes "hilarious"...(let me finish...TBW's trying so hard to discredit you that they're deliberately trying to ignore anything that supports your case, using language that deliberately denigrates and discredits you, etc, but all they've ended-up doing is promoting your argument and making themselves look like absolute dills-Ed)...indeed, they've got themselves in a right pickle...

Dining Out On the Feedback:...followed by a hearty serve of Just Desserts...because I've already encountered several people who have expressed their displeasure with how this matter was reported (as above), and none of them even read the blog...they have observed to me pretty much my own thoughts on the broader issue, namely, if TBW is so fast and loose with the truth re Nick Fletcher and The Mount Gambier Independent, and is deliberately ignoring specific critical issues like the extraordinary St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up, etc, etc, if there's so much deliberate distortion and agenda-driven manipulation of these few realities by TBW, then what else?...what else does TBW attack because it suits? ignores because it suits? what else?...and if "what else?"then it's a very crooked hop, one very dodgy skip, and no jump at all to, 'what can you actually believe?'...

And the startlingly embarrassing reality is that TMGI has a very tangible, genuine and undeniable if not absolute credibility entirely separate from that which I do not...(nice-Ed)...I don't know anything about having personal credibility, but what I do have is a public persona, per se, and a reputation some would call notoriety...(hurrah!-Ed)...and whilst TMGI has in many ways made me these things what I am, 'It' stands by 'Itself just as 'It' is...and compared to TBW, strewth! where to start?...

In all of this Court stuff, as often witnessed by TBW journos in Court, and as reported in The Border Watch February 2015, March 2015, April 2015, etc, into February this year, and now this piece as above, in all of that, not once has a 'journalist' bailed me up outside the Court to harangue me with probing enquiry, let alone contact me for a statement...(well why would they? perhaps for once it's not all about you mate-Ed)...ummm, I think it is...(why would TBW need to know what you think? it's not always all about you, ya' know-Ed)...actually, yeah it is, this article's all about me...(just because, on this particular occasion, it is all about you-Ed)...well exactly...furthermore, I know that ABC Local Radio have been present in Court on occasion, but I am unaware of any subsequent reportage...whatevs...

Here's A Headline:...that might have appeared in a local media that wasn't so rancidly corrupted by its' own agenda...

In a sensational development in Mt Gambier Magistrates Court yesterday, Tuesday May 10th 2016, controversial blogger Nick Fletcher revealed that he had been the subject of SAPol 'Operation Baritone' re comments made on his blog, The Mount Gambier Independent. Mr Fletcher is in Court defending 19 charges re those comments.
In response to extended questioning by Magistrate Anderson, Mr Fletcher explained that he became aware of 'Operation Baritone' in May 2015 via a SAPol Anti-Corruption Branch officers' Affidavit to the Court, and that it was his understanding that this 'operational status' gave SAPol legal right to monitor and/or record his phones, computers, etc. This was not challenged by either Magistrate Anderson or SAPol Prosecutions.
Mr Fletcher stated that the Affidavit (as sighted by our journalist) identifies that 'Operation Baritone' was in place as early as February 2014, but it is unclear as to who exactly initiated it, and whether it has concluded at some point or is still active.
Mr Fletcher re-stated his request for all information re 'Operation Baritone', and was directed to apply to the SAPol Commissioner, as with his other requests for specific information from SAPol.
The trial was set down to start, etc, etc, etc...
 
(Now see, that wasn't difficult, was it?...and just for the record, can I say that the one thing about this 'ere blog is that it may itself be massively 'agenda-ed', but it's greatest strength has always been the foundation of fundamental truths upon which it is based-Ed)...well cheers Ed...(no no, you were sayin' before, it's true, it's not just about you in-so-much-as it's about the simple truths that make themselves obvious when put on the page-Ed)...good point...(it's just you what's putting them on this 'ere page-Ed)...absolutely Ed, a good point well made and well worth making again...my lack of personal credibility aside, the reality of what's on this 'ere blog withstands any scrutiny...

So knock yourselves out TBW, because trying to portray me as a trouble-making, paranoid nutter who thinks his phones are tapped is only impressing those who will never think otherwise of me...but everyone else is going 'WTF? what the shreck is Operation Baritone?'...seriously...and regardless of what I do and/or don't do and/or say, some will always clamour to devour the undisguised vitriole in your clear and unambiguous bias against me and dislike for me, but all it does is fuel the spreading embers of distrust of what you've got to say, on any subject...and dear availees, if you think I'm being a tad triumphal...(and boastful-Ed)...yes, sure...(and gloating-Ed)...yeah, a bit...(and vain-Ed)...is this gunna' take long?...(not to mention arrogant, oo, it sounds very arrogant-Ed)...ok, ok, enough, all that stuff acknowledged, but put to one side for the moment, because the bottomline is, yes, I am having a right go right now right at TBW...and they have it comin'...in spades...(fair enough-Ed)...

Hello and welcome to The Mount Gambier Independent...and welcome to another post where I try to not make it all about me, and yet it is, so y'all will excuse me I'm sure if somehow it does end-up that way...(sure sure, whatevs, I just wanna' know what the shreck is 'Operation Baritone'?-Ed)...you and Magistrate Anderson both...(whaaa?-Ed)...don't you mean 'whommm'?...(no no, I know who Magistrate Anderson is, she's the Magistrate for your Court case re 19 charges of 'talking about' The Banana Lord* and Club GoGo Bananas* stuff, but what/whom/whatevs is 'Operation Baritone'?-Ed)...that, my friend, is what we all discussed in (open) Court last Tuesday 10th May 2016, at my latest Pre-Trial Conference Process hearing...    
(*pseudonyms I'm forced to use for the Authority involved and its' head honcho, forced because me just saying these names might be further breaching of the CGGB legislation...seriously, me merely identifying the legislation I'm charged with/under is possibly a further breach)

I feel like the old, naked hermit dude in the pit (Monty Pythons' Life Of Brian) who's been keeping a Vow of Silence for 27 years until Brian jumps on his foot...I've been like so bursting to say 'Operation Baritone', to yell it out loud on this 'ere blog since I first found out in May 2015, after the 4th hearing where SAPol Prosecutions handed-over some Affidavits re their case against me...(yeah, but how do you know about this 'OB'?-Ed)...again, that's exactly what Magistrate Anderson asked...(and the answer?-Ed)...it's in one of the SAPol Anti-Corruption Branch detectives' Affidavits...(sorry what?!-Ed)...yeah, one of the 2 SAPol ACB detectives who visited then raided my home back on 7th/8th May 2014...(is that 2 years ago now? wow-Ed)...I know...(and they were 'Operation Baritone'?-Ed)...well I guess so, the actual statement doesn't clearly say whether this is a SAPol Operation that was handed to Anti-Corruption, or what ACB have called it when handed the case back in February 2014, whatevs...(hang on hang on, slow down, 'Operation Baritone' started in February 2014?-Ed)...at least then, could have been earlier...

(Hang on, let me get this right...there's a SAPol operation called 'Operation Baritone', and it's about you, and it's been running since February 2014?-Ed)...well, yes...(and it's just you, it's all just about you?-Ed)...well it's about 'comments made about The Banana Lord on a blog '...(what?-Ed)...the Affidavit doesn't identify me specifically by name until partway-in, but it earlier identifies this 'ere blog, comments made on it, etc...also, I don't know the actual specific wording of the process leading-up to the 'Operation' itself...(hang on, if it's about this 'ere blog, does that mean me too?-Ed)...I guess so...(ah crap, terrific, thanks a bunch, you've dropped us right in it haven't ya'?-Ed)...well more a case of it sort of landed on me rather than I've dropped us in it, but yes, the results are very similar...(I need to sit down-Ed)...but I already am...(is that a hilarious jibe pointing-out that I am not an actual person, just a confected literary device utilised to create dialogue, set-up jokes, etc?-Ed)...mate, be that as it may, I'd be lost without you...(mate, you'd be an angry ol' blogger ragingly diatribing at peoples' faces-Ed)...what, instead of one who's having conversations in his head with an imagined voice?...(and that's my fault is it?-Ed)...not apportioning blame, just sayin'...  

(Yeah, whatevs...this 'Operation Baritone', is it still going? or did it stop when you were 'raided' in May 2014?...or when the Court case started in February 2015?-Ed)...sorry I just dunno, no idea, all I know is that there was an 'Operation Baritone' and that it started at least in February 2014...(and was still current, I'm guessing, when that Affidavit was written-Ed)...probably, but that's still in May/June 2014, so from there to here I've no idea my dear...

I have now twice (thrice?) raised in Court my beliefs that 'Operation Baritone' gives SAPol the official right to do what I reckon they've been doing for years anyway...(and that is?-Ed)...'tapping' my phones and computers, etc, and those of my family and friends/associates...(well that's just terrific, not like a pro-paedophile Fascist State at all-Ed)...not at all, gourd bless gourd bless...(and don't SAPol still have your laptop as was seized for 'Evidence' back during the 'raid' May 8th 2014?-Ed)...yeah, I've asked for it back, but gourd knows if it'll even be usable when-and-if I ever see it again...(you're not turning blue-Ed)...that's 'cos I ain't holdin' my breath!...

Alludin' To Colludin':...(when have you ever 'alluded' to anything?-Ed)...whatevs, this stuff about being 'monitored' via an 'Operation', etc, 1) it's what I've been saying for years about the rank corruptions within South Australian Parliament and SA Authorities, particularly SAPol, and as specifically motivated by the rank pro-paedophile corruption of the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up...there has been unrelenting collusion and corruption re St Martins...of all of the issues covered on this 'ere blog, SAPol et al appear to have ignored all of that to come after me for some truthful statements of fact re the Club GoGo Bananas...(comments that apparently justify nay demand the costly coordination of an 'Operation'-Ed)...indeed...ridiculous and collusive and corrosively corrupt in the Rust Bucket State...(yay-Ed)...

And 2) I've believed for many years that my phones were/are tapped, my computers monitored, etc, and 3) I have repeatedly stated in previous posts that I was recently aware of a certain intense level of effort by SAPol et al to come get me, and have alluded to but felt unable to actually disclose that info...no such problem now...it's SAPol Anti-Corruption Branch 'Operation Baritone'...(shazzam!-Ed)...

For The Record:...I have twice raised the issue of 'Operation Baritone' in the Court (April and May 2016 hearings) and officially in writing requested any and all info, documents, etc, etc, as part of the Discovery Process, etc, and have also repeatedly expressed in Court my belief that this 'Operational' status allows SAPol to officially/legally/whatevs tap my phones, monitor my computers, record me as-and-when they want, etc...(which could mean that you were being 'secretly' recorded all the time back in May 2014 even though you kept asking 'am I being recorded?', and were repeatedly told "no"-Ed)...whatevs, the point I'm making here is that I've repeatedly made these observations in Court re 'Operational' status and me being recorded, etc, and it's gone completely unchallenged by either the Court or SAPol Prosecutions themselves...(and this silence apparently/potentially confirms your statements/questions/accusations-Ed)...indeed, potentially but apparently... 

Furthermore, I've repeatedly raised the issue of 'Operation Baritone' and it was briefly mentioned previous in 'Closed' Court, but nothing specifically discussed...until now...in 'Open' Court May 10th 2016 I re-raised the issue of 'Operation Baritone' and after enquiring of SAPol Prosecutions, who didn't know, Magistrate Anderson asked me specifically 'what is 'Operation Baritone'?', which I explained as above...(and then?-Ed)...and then I was asked, 'how do you know about it?'...(to which you replied, 'it's in one of the ACB detectives' Affidavits'-Ed)...indeed I did Ed, indeed I did...

The point here?...(well to discuss 'Operation Baritone' I'd have said-Ed)...indeed, but the point specifically?...this was all discussed at length, with the term 'Operation Baritone' repeatedly used and clearly identified in 'Open' Court, not least of all by Magistrate Anderson herself, and in front of several SAPol officers, some lawyers, some random perps, and of course The Border Watch journo (and other media?)...and that this discussion included me, in response to Magistrate Andersons questions, identifying the 'Operational Number'...'Operation Baritone' is not a secret, it's been discussed in 'Open' Court and is public property...

Furthermore, whilst there were some statements from Magistrate Anderson re the media not identifying the CGGB/Banana Lord stuff (as was also discussed openly in Court) and the requirement for 'Suppression Orders', etc, no specific 'Orders' were deemed necessary and none issued...and 'Operation Baritone' didn't even rate a mention...discussed openly, with media present, and not even mentioned re potential 'Suppression'...and it's name be 'Operation Baritone'...

(Hang on...if SAPol were/are listening to your phones, watching your emails, etc, does that mean they've had access to privileged information between you and your Leagles?-Ed)...oh Ed, you Monkey Genius...(because surely it can't be appropriate for SAPol, being also the Prosecuting Authority, surely it's highly problematic for them to access/gather that privileged information, because it's, well, privileged, between a lawyer and their client-Ed)...Ed, if you were real, and a woman, I'd kiss you...seriously, why did I not think of this sooner?...seriously availees, it literally just occurred to me that SAPol have potentially been listening to and/or reading my various discussions with various Leagles, and that that stuff is all 'privileged' info, and now I'm being prosecuted, albeit deliberately amateurishly, by the same SAPol...(wow-Ed)... 

So there you go...know anyone else who has their very own 'Operation'?...(my, you are a bastard!-Ed)...South East Community Legal Service, my Leagle Eagles from back then (May 2015), they certainly hadn't experienced/encountered any such thing...(true, it is rather amazing and extraordinary and directly does infer both those things of you-Ed)...well apparently, I'm amazing and extraordinary enough to warrant an 'Operation'...(fair enough, but that's sortta' my point-Ed)...what? that it's sublimely ridiculous to have my own SAPol 'Operation'...(not least of all because it's just you-Ed)...but also because of the ludicrous expense involved, particularly when Policing Service Budgets are being cut, etc, and Police Stations 'civilianised' (replacing sworn officers with civilians) or even closed, etc...and I won't risk quoting the Affidavit directly, just in case, but it's all about 'comments on a blog', comments apparently 'allegedly in breach of Club GoGo Bananas legislation'...  

So there you go...am I paranoid?...absolutely, at least a bit...and who wouldn't be...whatever, whoever I am, this is the reality that exists alongside my various other realities...

Australia Has A Huge Election In Front Of It

Hello Norway, Mexico, the USofA, and Aotearoa (New Zealand), and welcome y'all to this 'ere, The Mount Gambier Independent...cannot tell you how much I've enjoyed not doing a post for 6 days, but at the same time, it's hard to believe it's been nearly a week since the last one...had stuff goin' on, got stuff comin' up, you know how it is...(well if they read the blog, they'll have some idea "how it is"-Ed)...indeed...and of course, there's also a bunch of stuff that I cannot and/or don't talk about because it involves other people and/or may expose them as the source of said information...(and particularly that second one, 'not exposing your sources'...not to big-up ourselves too much, but here at TMGI we believe/are aware that it could be 'socially' devastating for anyone who was seen to support us, let alone give us info-Ed)...spot on, even mentioning some things would immediately expose who said it...

It Speaks For Itself:...that I am confident in saying the things I do on this 'ere blog because 1) they're fundamentally true, and 2) because I often know that there's other things goin' on and other issues that may well be exposed should any of these clowns actually actualise their accumulated assertionings and activate their collective expressed aspirations re suing me for 'defamation'...as others ask it of me, 'how is it you can get away with saying the stuff you do about the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up, and the Lutherans haven't sued you silent?'...or the Labor government or the Education Dept or the Liberal Party?, etc, etc...(I thought you said that your Court case was retaliation/persecution for what's proven on this 'ere blog?-Ed)...and that's my response to people right there mate...and in many instances, it's what others observe to me...    

The 'Net In Court:...of course there's my Court case re 'blogging' as being prosecuted by the same South Australian government and it's State Authorities with whom I and other parents have been furiously and bitterly engaged re the St Martins Cover-up...not least of all but certainly via this 'ere blog, I have proven irrefutably that said SA State Parliament and Authorities have acted to support the Lutherans actions re covering-up the abuses committed at St Martins in 2002...and now they've gone past what's on the blog to come get me!...(it's like running past the ball, across the ground, under the grandstand, out the gate, down the street, onto a bus, to the airport, fly out there, onto another bus, to the factory, up 3 flights of stairs 'cos the lifts are out, to shank the man who made the ball-Ed)...what the shreck!?!...(just sayin', it's a hell of an effort to get past all of the rank pro-paedophile corruption exposed/evident in this 'ere blog, to go past all that and decide the issue to be addressed is the messenger-Ed)...indeed Ed, stamp on the messenger not the message...  

I remind availees of this 'ere blog that I ain't some sort of raging anti-social activist or detective or gifted psychic or whatevs, what remains fundamentally real about what's in this 'ere blog is that it just happens and I just happen to be there...sure, there are occasions where I've been 'the news'...(eg, your current Court case-Ed)...well indeed, or when I've tried to engage in the political process, etc, but for the vast majority of the content of this 'ere blog, it's just stuff that's actually happened...the only issue, the only difference is that it's stuff that appears here and probably nowhere else...in that context, the blog is my opinion, my version of what I consider to be 'reality'...(oh blah blah whatevs, get on with it-Ed)...but it's only ever a reality, not the reality, well not the only reality...whatevs...    

Off My Game:...but better late than never...here is the sentence that should have been written in the recent post about Mt Gambier City Councillor and former Mayor Steve Perryman and his me, me, media campaign for Council/Ratepayers to pay for the moving of an Information Bay so that developers of the adjacent land wouldn't have to pay...uh-hum...Council As Unmoved As Info Bay:...Cr Steve Perryman moved a Motion To Rescind the previous Motion passed by Council to not move the Info Bay, but Council remained unmoved by the new Motion, and so too the Info Bay...ta-daaah...(gourd, glad I waited for that then-Ed)...it could have been worse...(I'm not sure how, but please don't explain it to me-Ed)...charming...

I'd thank you all to thank me for not doing my other excellent joke as the title of this 'ere post...(what? that title's not joke enough?-Ed)...my joke about the ginormous temporary marquee that has just housed/hosted the humongous jazz thingy event here in Mt Gambier...(why do I get that sickly sinking feeling that you're just gunna' say it anyway?-Ed)...Mt Gambier Has Huge Erection For Jazz.........(you're not funny...I know you think you are, but you're not, you're really not-Ed)...ahhh come on, we're all thinking it...(doesn't make it funny...it's actually the sort of thing one might expect from The Border Watch newspaper-Ed)...strewth, mate, you just can't let this stuff go, can you?...(no, remember their hilarious headline for that story about SAPol (police) Supt Twilley stating that he knew/knows 'influential/important local people who use the drug Ice', remember that?-Ed)...well yes, 'Drug Use In High Places", 12th December 2014, classic...(and hilarious I'm sure-Ed)...but perhaps more appropriate, say, on an angry, purile blog rather than the local newspaper...(exactly-Ed)...but where are we going to find an angry, purile blog?.................(oh look, here's the next paragraph-Ed)...thank gourd for that...

Feral Politics:...oops, I think we need Ed...Ed! get over here...ta'...(I'm not happy-Ed)...I know mate, but stand there please...much better...uh-hum...FEderal Politics:...(hey, look at that, I'm the man who put the 'Ed' in 'FEderal Politics'-Ed)...or more the case that without you Federal Politics is just plain Feral...(hooray for me!-Ed)...anyhoos, come on! who's excited about the upcoming Federal Election then?...woo!...yeah!...come on! yeah!...come on!...some one...anyone...no one?......woo...(give it up mate-Ed)...dead set dude, what hope have I got?...yesterday, exactly 7 minutes into the 'official' 2016 Australian Election Campaign, I stopped believing anything any of them had to say, and I'm well over it already...(a whole 7 minutes? well at least you tried...better than I managed-Ed)...really?...(yep, gave up about 2 months ago when it was obvious that PM 'Off The Top' Turnbull had buckled to deflating Poll pressure and was carefully manipulating toward the Double Dissolution Election that now graces us with It's presence...all hail the DD-Ed)...I concur Ed, the obvious machinations and manipulations are so glaringly, well, obvious...

And as best I can tell, the Micro Party Preference Wrangling issue was so critical, was such a fundamental flaw in the very footing of Democracy, that it needed to be left unaddressed right until the end of this term of Parliament to then be suddenly the most important thing in the history of History itself...(settle down-Ed)...and then rammed unceremoniously through at the last moment, with the support of The Greens and Nick Xenophon...(ok, now get angry-Ed)...and our pal PM Mal Mal Turnbull was always rowing his ducks downstream to a rapidly approaching election...(getting his ducks in a row you say? I'm down with that-Ed)...always denying but always manouevering toward an early election, via an early Budget, the submarines contract announcement, stalling a Chinese-based land acquisition, etc, the 'unofficial' campaign has been running for months...
 
(What I don't understand is, if there were/are people who you can employ/pay to 'wrangle' preferences for the li'l bitty Micro Parties, why aren't the major Parties simply working a bit harder and doing the same preference deals themselves? even if they do it by themselves employing these 'wranglers'? why did the voting system need to be changed at all? particularly in ways that clearly disadvantage and even disenfranchise genuine Independent candidates?...is that a stupid question?-Ed)...well it's more a series of rambling observations than a question, but as chance would have it, you've nailed the head on the...you've hammered the nail into the...you've made a very valid point...why does some perfectly legal preference dealing, dealing that anyone could do/have done, why is that justification to shut-down on many peoples' ability to even participate in our alleged Democracy?...(well it's not, clearly-Ed)...  

So we've had a well-scripted, carefully choreographed pantomime clumsy in its' ponderous cumbersomeness glumly rumbling toward the inevitable faux-revelation...(not unlike one of your jokes really-Ed)...well exactly, so I should know what I'm talking about...(such flawless logic-Ed)...I know, right?......

A Very Moving Forward Experience

Hello Nigeria, United Arab Emirates, Ukraine, and Mexico and welcome to TMGI...how's things?...personally, been up and down over the same old ground but at least I'm still puttin' one foot in front of the other, metaphorically and actually...working hard but still struggling daily with the same issues, eg, re trying to get involved with the general media...(remind me-Ed)...when listening to the media means inevitably being exposed to those whom know about the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up, and therefore just dredges all that crap-up for me day after day...(ah yeah, that stuff from recent posts re Robert Brokenshire, Peter Gandolfi, and Ian Hunter, et al, and listening to the ABC Radio, etc-Ed)...exactly, and if I may?...(please do-Ed)...to explain properly...(please-Ed)...

In February 2014 I spoke at length with Family First MLC Robert Brokenshire at the FF campaign launch for their Mt Gambier candidate Peter Heaven, and handed them several critical documents...(and weren't FF involved in establishing the Statutory Authorities Review Committee Inquiry into the Teachers Registration Board (2007-2011), SARC Inquiry no.54?-Ed)...that's the one...and it was at this SARC Inquiry no.54 that I met Labor MLC and SARC Member Ian Hunter, when I gave evidence to that Committee...senior Liberal Rob Lucas was also present as fellow Committee Member...    

In February 2006 I and another parent met with Peter Gandolfi (the Liberal candidate for the SA State Election March 2006, here in the seat of Mt Gambier) and senior Liberal MLC David Ridgway, at Mr Gandolfis' electoral office in Ferrers St there...for an hour or more...all about St Martins and the Teachers Registration Board, etc, and particularly the complicit involvement of incumbent Rory McEwen...we gave the Liberals Rorys' head on a platter...(and?-Ed)...nought, nada, squat...election run, election lost, well done Liberals...not a whisper, not a squeak, not nuthin' until Davo bobs up in the Legislative Council (Upper House) in September 2007 when we parents were lobbying via MLC Nick Xenophon for the above SARC Inquiry no.54, and Davo stated 'we've been looking at this for some time'...(looking but not actually doing anything about?-Ed)...exactly...several times in recent weeks I've had those dulcet Davo tones grace my ear as he has been repeatedly on the ABC re various issues...whatevs...

Here Comes Another One:...because last/this week SA Labor MLC Kyam Maher was/is Premier due to the absence of Jay Weatherill (France) and John Rau (wherevs)...and for me, it's straight back into Labor stalwarts Jim and Viv Mahers' kitchen as they, Kyams' parents, tried to pseudo-politely talk myself/parents out of pursuing the St Martins Cover-up...and from there it's a wrenching lurch back onto the stage of the Sir Helpmann Theatre, at the March 2010 Election Forum, and I'm looking back across stage from the podium, having just addressed the St Martins/Child Protection question, and there's my fellow candidates, heads bowed staring at the table, arms and legs tightly folded...and there's Labor candidate Viv Maher, head bowed, not hearing, not seeing...she didn't even address the issue of Child Protection, not at all...none of them did...

And so too on that stage that night, and as equally motionless and silent on the issue of Child Protection, the soon-to-be-Member for Mt Gambier (2010-2014) Don Pegler, and Family Firsts' candidate Henk Bruins, and of course the Liberal candidate Steve Perryman who was then concurrently still Mt Gambier Mayor (currently Councillor)...all of them set there tightly knotted like zombie meat-pretzels...been through this a few times recently but it remains thoroughly worth saying...

Choices Bro:...because I chose to put myself on that stage, in that Election Forum, to offer myself-up for the direct abuse and humiliation I apparently deserve for my supposedly scurrilous slanderings and delusional derisionings of the saintly St Martins Lutheran School...(and all who sail in Her-Ed)...and right there on that stage I offered Stevo the opportunity to literally crucify me for my outrageous behaviour, and prove me wrong, and shut me-up once and for-all...(and?-Ed)...and nothing...he didn't even move, not one word...just by attending and standing there and speaking a few simple truths I froze my opponents in their places and carried the day/evening...and again, I think it says not so much about how wonderful I am, rather, it shows the power of the Truths, the veracity of the Truths, Truths so powerful as to render 4 candidates knotted in seized silence...and there's Henk and Steve...

Garden Shear Madness:...and so another unsettlingly seamless segue from one rank Stevo dodginess onto this next piece (attached below)...and please consider this in context of the creamy-bunfight that Council recently had re Councillors using 'Social Media' to criticise Council decisions, and here's Stevo criticising a Council decision, front page (and page 2) of The Border Watch newspaper Thursday 24th March 2016...(and with props mind you, not just a spur-of-the-moment tit-for-tat social Media spat, dude's so organised he's got a journo there and 'is own props-Ed)...good point Ed, this little stunt has clearly taken some organising, it's not off-the-cuff...(that's a lovely sash though-Ed)...at first I thought it was an ad for some weight loss program thingy, ya' know? "my cumberbund used to be this big, but since I discovered GoThin I've lost this much", etc...(it brings out the red in his eyes-Ed)...

This front page of course followed the lengthy interview that Stevo gave on this issue on the ABC Radio that morning (previous morning? sorry, can't find my notes), and the mention that evening on the WIN TV News-In-The-Ad-Break, as sourced from/provided by The Border Watch...(hang on...it's a problem for other Councillors to squabble about and/or criticise Council on SM, but Stevo can go into all media, Print-Radio-TV, and all their relevant SM subsidiaries like 'Web Pages', 'Facebook pages', etc, and openly oppose a Council decision?-Ed)...ummm, yep...(ummm, wow-Ed)...so's there's that particular hypocrisy, wrapped-up indeed entwined with the deeply collusional ready access to local media and such extensive coverage for his personal opinion, and all lightly sauteed in a rich source of the rankest corruption, Local Government...

Stevo then took this matter back into Council at their meeting Wednesday 20th April 2016, as promised, with a 15 minute attempt to get support for his Motion To Rescind the original decision to not help fund this...and that Motion failed and Council, nay Ratepayers, won't be paying for these wealthy developers to get wealthier...(and whom might they be then, these developers?-Ed)...well Cr Perryman referred to an email received from developer Henk Bruins...(orrr shebang!-Ed)...indeed, Stevo's blathering away on behalf of his mate Henk, fellow meat-pretzel from the March 2010 Forum...and this land is part of the massively corrupt Land Rezoning deals that saw colossal collusion between Mt Gambier City and Grant District Councils, and directly profitted Councilors involved...and in, therefore, comes all the stuff about that rankly corrupt situation, and what it has done to destroy controlled and appropriate future planning for Mt Gambier...(yay-Ed)...   

A Very Moving Experience:...to spend 15 minutes of my life being subjected to Stevo mate...(maaate-Ed)...exasperatedly extolling the virtues of Council/Ratepayers paying for this bollocks...and he knows that I know that most people present knew that this is all just as-dodgy-as, mired in definable Council/Local Government corruption....this Re-Zoning Shizzle has been covered in early posts on this 'ere blog...it's a perpetual storm of wave upon wave of corruption crashing onto the shore...

Tomorrow: Some Court Stuff, To Be Sure

And you'd be hard pressed to make any of it up, but given that I'm not allowed to record my Court hearings, and apparently the Court/SAPol Prosecutions aren't recording anything either, at all, I pretty much could just make-up stuff...(but like you say, you couldn't imagine most of this shizzle, it's almost like the truth lies in the bizarreness-Ed)...indeed...

Not A Word Of A Lie, Either:...was a 'recent' conversation with someone who said to me, 'you don't remember me, do you?', and I replied, 'of course I do, you're such-and-such from so-and-so, etc', and they replied, 'yes, but before that, I was at that car dealership that day in August 2013 when you and Senator Nick Xenophon had a lengthy tete-a-tete off to one side, I can remember thinking that it was unusual that he'd spend so much time with one person, surely there were more important things to be doing'...(huh, life in a small town, eh?-Ed)...indeed...and I made the point that perhaps the length of the discussion defined the 'importance' of the subject matter...to which The Observer agreed...and it was that day that Nick looked me in the eye and specifically asked me to "back-off" re St Martins and give him some clear air for the September 2013 Federal Election...still waiting Nick, mate...
