Howdy y'all to a very brief post that covers some old ground still warm from the last time I poured my wrath onto it...(and why not-Ed)...and why not when everyone is gettin' all bent outta' shape about the rank Fascism of this farcical 'Operation Fortitude' in Melbourne...(well technically it wasn't actually in Melbourne 'cos the protests on Friday 28th August 2015 stopped even the press conference that was to announce 'OF', and so 'OF' never was-Ed)...but it was meant to be exactly what it looked like and it was meant to happen across Melbourne across this weekend...(yeah fair enough-Ed)...
The newly formed, quasi-military Border Force were going to trawl through Melbourne with the Victorian Police and were going to stop people 'randomly', and lean on people 'randomly', using their powers to 'check visas'...(and 'random' only if you ignore the obvious inference of inherent Racial Profiling of visa checks-Ed)...that's certainly a reasonable inference...and PM Abbott and the Border Force boss Roman Quaedvlieg and Immigration Minister Peter Dutton, et al, were all bailing as fast as when the whole thing was cancelled, and nobody knew nuthin', and it was all just a storm-in-a-teacup...(and it took less than 24 hours for a junior media announcement writer to cop the blame for 'a poorly worded release'-Ed)...indeed...
And supposedly no Minister was informed and definitely not the PM...(you type that as though you don't believe it-Ed)...and then oops someone did send the press release to Minister Dutton's office but Peter "I Know Nuttin'' Dutton reckons no-one read it...(ok, that's just bollocks-Ed)...and then it turns-out that it was sent twice...(oh dear-Ed)...and now PD Nuttin' is back-trackin' furiously about that as well and the official Liberal line is that it was all just a standard operation targeting taxi drivers, nuthin' to see here, it's all fine...(just fine-Ed)...and so on it goes, nothing but lies and denials from the militaristic PM Abbott, lies about his pet project, the Border Force...it is an inconceivable non-reality that PM Abbott was not fully informed about this 'OF' before it happened...
And what really convinces me that he knew was the sly, smug way he kept responding to questions on the issue with "nope"...and not once but over and over, "nope, nope, nope"...it wasn't 'no, sorry, I don't comment on operational matters', or 'no, I was not aware', or any other kind of 'no', it was "nope", and "nope" through a sickeningly smug grin that says he knew all about it but there's definitely not a paper-trail to his door let alone desk...don't take my word for it please, Interweb search the bit of press conference where PM Tones gets his "nope" on...and everybody's screeching about 'Fascism' and 'this is Orwellian', and 'not in Australia', etc, so let me tell you the tale of a young man named Nick Fletcher who, here in South Australia, last year had to get written permission to even speak to his family despite the fact he hadn't even been charged with something...(wow-Ed)...
But first we cross to the panel, who this evening are discussing the decision by Dyson Heydon to not step down as Commissioner of the Trade Union Royal Commission...and on tonight's panel we have Dyson Heydon...(good evening-DH)...um, Dyson Heydon...(pleasure to be here-DH)...and errr, Dyson Heydon...(penguin-DH)...right...um, gentlemen, what do you think of your own decision to not sack yourself today?...(genius-DH)...(I concur-DH)...(have you come about the croutons?-DH)...ummm okay, but aren't you concerned about appearances of a possible bias in getting to decide your own position, particularly given the other appearances of bias re your long relationship with PM Abbott and your upcoming involvement in the now infamous before it's even happened Liberal Party fundraiser where you're a guest speaker?...(no-DH)...(no-DH)...(aubergine-DH)...so you won't be reconsidering this decision?...(no, we are as one on this-The Dyson Heydons)...(I'm not-DH)...(splitter!-TDHs)... (a nod to Monty Python)
But I digress from the main story, namely a reminder that;
1) SAPol raided my home on May 8th 2014 and seized my laptop, stating that I had transgressed legislation I cannot identify because that itself might be a breach of the legislation...deadset...and repeatedly stating "expect to be charged";
2) as a result my Legal eagles...(that's 'lawyer' for you non-legalistic types-Ed)...had to write to the un-nameable head of the un-nameable Authority...(hence known as The Banana Lord of Club GoGo Bananas-Ed)...to ask if they, the Leagles, were even allowed to talk to me as a client;
3) and after 2 letters specifically requesting information about/explanation of the legislation, The Banana Lord provided that official consent...and I'll just quote it again because it certainly bears repeating...
" Authorisation pursuant to section ** of the **** Act (date enacted)
In Accordance with section ** of the **** Act (date enacted), I authorise Mr Nick Fletcher or
a legal practitioner acting for Mr Nick Fletcher to publish, or cause to be published, information
the publication of which is otherwise prohibited by section ** of the ****Act, to such persons
as is necessary for the purposes of advising or assisting Mr Fletcher in relation to the current
investigation and/or prosecution of Mr Fletcher in relation to an alleged breach of section ** of

This 'Authority' is dated July 28th 2014...and 'Authority' is required because the vastly sweeping, all encompassing nature of said legislation makes saying virtually anything about anything potentially a breach, and necessary even though I had not yet been charged with anything...and my last email from SAPol, also generated by info requests by/from my Leagles, was on August 12th 2014, stating;
"I will advise if and when charges are to be laid, or a determination that charges will not be laid."
...and thus confirming that I still had not been charged at that stage...(and next thing you know it's February 4th 2015 and you're finding out that you've supposedly been charged at some point, because it's reported in The Border Watch that you supposedly missed your Court hearing the day before, Tuesday 3rd Feb 2015, a Court hearing you weren't even Summonsed to by SAPol and were therefore unaware of-Ed)...indeed...
So the upshot is that I required official written permission to speak to a lawyer, my own family for shreck sake, and friends, and even a medical practitioner, I was required to get official permission even though I hadn't been charged with anything...(wow-Ed)...indeed, where 'wow' means 'sweet baby cheeses, that's rank Fascism'...official permission to even be able to talk to my family...(and again, wow-Ed)...
And I'll further remind availees that that SAPol raid of my home in May 2014, polite as it was, was conducted with the 'Authority' of an entirely anonymous SAPol Search Warrant issued by the SAPol Commissioner to his/her own officers and current for a 6 month period...there was no address, no name of the suspected perp...(the Dirty Perp-Ed)...no details what-so-ever...not even the Commissioner was named specifically, just 'The Commissioner' followed by a scrawl...this document gave 'go anywhere, do anything, seize whatevs, whenevs' powers, effectively omnipotent and unchallengeable powers to go wherever and do whatever on a whim of the bearer SAPol officer...(outrageous-Ed)...and, again, was not issued by a Court but by the SAPol Commissioner themselves...from total power to total control to totalitarianism...
So this is a small slice of what has been happening in SA over the last 15 months re the extraordinary legislation that I cannot even name...(ludicrous-Ed)...

Just Laughable: the farcical ads from WIN TV that people need to speak-out to save their local news/tv/whatevs services...(but WIN TV closed their Mt Gambier station purely on costs and we get a half-arsed 90 second news service as supplied to WIN TV by The Border Watch...farcical doesn't begin to describe this ad campaign-Ed)...but hypocritical does, hypocritical describes it perfectly...it's all about those whom already own most of everything trying to get their grubby hands on the rest via revised/relaxed media ownership laws...'save your coverage' is the excuse for more bare-faced greed from the very people who have already axed our services and cut our jobs...sod off WIN TV...(you just hate WIN TV because they're absolutely complicit in the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up-Ed)...I try to be rationally hateful in my furious rage...

Hello the USofA, the UK, the UAE, and of course you all else, okayee...(yeehah!-Ed)...apologies for not moving onto and/or grinding over the Rail Lands today, but once I got to readin' last weeks post with it's attached letter from that prize scumbag, the then Crown Solicitor, Simon Stretton, well, I read that letter, again, and it brought me to here and so here t'is...(isn't Stretton a Magistrate or some shizzle now?-Ed)...yeah, and your point?...(no point, just sayin'-Ed)...so you're not going to have a go at me about 'oo oo you can't say that about a Magistrate, 'cos it's contempt of Court, oo oo'...(well firstly, I don't go "oo oo", but yes I was talking about other's observations that what you say/post/whatevs about the SA Courts/Judges/whatevs is regularly if not always Contempt Of Court-Ed)...yeah, fair point Ed...
Fair point because you're not quite wrong, more half-right...(sortta' like your humour really-Ed)...sorry?...(well it's wit is nearly always quite 'wrong', and clearly the work of a half-wit-Ed)...really? and that's your attempt at humour I suppose?...('til somethin' better rocks-up, yeah-Ed)...anyway...yes, various peeps, including the occasional lawyer, have gone all breathy and exasperated about my various contacts/correspondence with the SA Courts, eg, my letters to the Chief Magistrate re the appointment of that crassly corrupt pro-paedophile lawyer Bill Morris to the Judiciary, and my refusal to appear before him re an alleged Speeding Fine because of his definable pro-paedophile corruption re the Liddy assets theft...(there you go again-Ed)...yes, there I go again, stating the absolute facts about a person, a person who happens to be a Magistrate...
Check for yourselves Bill Morris's personal physical involvement with the theft of convicted paedophile Magistrate Peter Liddy's assets...Bill went to his mate Peter's house and stole the Court-seized antiques, etc, and committed this theft at the direction of Peter's lawyer, that other prime scumbag and State protected murderer, Eugene Magee...(wow-Ed)...wow indeed, and wow not because I'm being a raving loon spewing-forth nonsense and libel, but wow because it's all true...a drunken Magee murdered cyclist Peter Gilchrist, ran Mr Gilchrist over in the street and then drove off and was then wholly protected via a series of corrupt SAPol (police) officers, his equally corrupt lawyer brother who drove Eugene back through the murder scene, subsequent farcically corrupt Inquiries and Court hearings, including a Royal Commission and a review by the Legal Practitioners Conduct Board...and before that Eugene was Peter's lawyer...
And Eugene did tell Bill to commit that theft of those assets, and they both knew they were stealing items seized by the Court after Peter's conviction, seized so as to be sold and the income dispersed as compensation to Peter's victims...even Channel 7's Today Tonight have run this stuff, tracked down some of the stolen property, etc...Contempt of Court?, I say 'render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's'...if you act contemptuously expect contempt...(yeah, fair enough-Ed)...virtually everything I've personally witnessed of literally every aspect of the Legislature, the Executive, and the Judiciary is just rank, often pro-paedophile corruption protected by threats of retribution for daring to talk about the corruption...for example, why wouldn't I be highly contemptible of a Court process that I'm involved in, when I find out that it even exists the day after it's already started, and even then via a phonecall with a third party, as they've read it in The Border Watch...(again, wow...I don't know what else to say other than wow-Ed)...
And so to this corrupt scumbag Simon Stretton...please find attached again (page 1 of) the letter from last weeks post...I'll go through it point by point, paragraph by paragraph, so's y'all can have a goodly understanding of just what sort of corrupted gutless scumbag he is in knowingly, professionally protecting a "text-book grooming paedophile" teacher, Glyn Dorling, by openly, repeatedly denigrating me and threatening me for speaking the truth, whilst himself routinely lying, and then finally refusing to meet me to sort it out...(whatta' joke-Ed)...indeed, but a major career accelerant I'm sure...
1) "...your further letter...attached to it..."...acknowledges that I/parents repeatedly wrote to the Teachers Registration Board and/or the Crown Solicitor about their corrupt handling of the Glyn Dorling TRB/CSO Inquiry...Ms Ronken is/was with the Bravehearts Child Protection advocacy group, who also wrote to Simon/the CSO, and the TRB, various politicians, etc...
2) and more downplaying/undermining of my concerns about actual actions/events by referring to them as 'complaints'...the CSO/TRB routinely refused to respond to the many letters I/parents wrote expressing our concerns about their farcical handling of the Dorling case, letters that began long before the hearing actually did because we could clearly see the gaping holes and rank failings of the CSO/TRB case, eg, picking only 1 relatively innocuous charge, 'Heads On Lap', and flatly refusing to call a single witness from the school except for 1 teacher who was Dorling's defense witness...(what?! they didn't even call Principal John Alexander to explain why Dorling was suddenly removed from the school on the June 2002 long weekend?-Ed)...nope...(and none of the teachers/staff who had witnessed Dorling's behaviours and told parents, etc?-Ed)...nope...(well how corrupt is that from the TRB and the CSO?-Ed)...very...
The relentless denying and/or lying and/or just plain ignoring by the CSO and TRB, is referred to here as "...responded in some detail..."...eg, the TRB/CSO initially told parents in May/June 2003 that John Alexander had refused to co-operate with the TRB/CSO, denying access to St Martins and any of the school's staff, etc, but then years later there's all this bollocks about how an extensive investigation ruled-out any potential witnesses and/or evidence, including John Alexander himself...(I see nughthink, naaarthink-Ed)...indeed...how rankly corrupt whichever is the truth...if the TRB/CSO were blocked/refused thus denying them critical evidence/witnesses, then they just let that happen and did nothing about it...(pathetic-Ed)...and if they did do any sort of investigation/interviews within St Martins, how pathetically incompetent and/or rankly corrupt to come away with absolutely nothing...(pathetic and/or corrupt, whatta' choice!-Ed)...
3) Going to maintain the cover-up, and here's how and why...
4) The CSO repeatedly lied to us parents about processes, often failing to even follow through on those lies, and led us into an absolutely corrupt TRB/CSO hearing...the entire proceedings were a farcical debasco (debacle/fiasco), with the actual hearing (June -November 2004) being openly run by Dorling's lawyer Stephen Lieschke, Premier Jay Weatherill's busisness partner..."conscientiously", bollocks...CSO lawyer Jen Olsson was an irrelevant and incompetent co-conspirator in a wholly corrupt hearing...and more lies about the lies parents were told by the CSO...
5) 'Give up hippy'...
6) "It is quite wrong to say that any evidence was ignored."...lie, Simon, a dirty, stinkin', rotten lie from a stinking liar...long before the hearing started, I repeatedly wrote to the TRB and CSO about the thick dossier/file of complaints about Glyn Dorling that John Alexander repeatedly showed parents in June 2002 after 'removing' Dorling, complaints that spanned Dorling's entire tenure at St Martins, complaints allegedly starting in his first week at the school...the TRB/CSO were aware of this file and deliberately ignored it...the TRB/CSO knowingly refused to access or even mention this file because it conflicted with, compromised, and ultimately contradicted their pre-arranged agreement/decision to exonerate Dorling...if the TRB/CSO had acknowledged and tabled this file of complaints from across several years, it would have completely contradicted Dorling's excuse that the kids in 2002 were out of control and forced themselves on him...(wow-Ed)...
(I know we've discussed this before, but I still find it mind-bogglingly corrupt that the TRB/CSO exonerated Dorling and justified that decision by accepting his defense that the kids were out of control and forcing themselves on him-Ed)...there was one decision made Ed, and it was made before the TRB/CSO hearing even began, and that decision was to protect Dorling and therefore the Lutherans and therefore the paedophiles that run this sad, sick state...the only decision the TRB/CSO made was to do whatevs it took to cover-up the abuse of an entire class of 7 year old kids...you bastards, may you rot...
There was also a separate failed attempt by a family to sue Dorling/St Martins approx 2 years before the whole 2002 shizzle kicked-off, and the TRB/CSO completely ignored that as well...did I mention The Rotting?...(I think you might have...a bit-Ed)...and The Bastards?...(and The Bastards-Ed)...the TRB/CSO deliberately called/accessed only a tiny fraction of the witnesses and/or evidence they knew to exist because their shreckin' hearing was an entirely corrupt exercise in excusing Dorling...
7) "You were informed..."...get stuffed Simon you condescendingly corrupt prick...(geez Nick, tell us what ya' really think-Ed)...you dirty stinkin' corrupt prick...it was parent complaints to the TRB in February/March 2003 that triggered the whole subsequent TRB/CSO process that then didn't conclude until November 2004, 21 months later...in March 2003 the TRB claimed to have no knowledge of the events of Dorling's sudden and unexplained removal, to have received no 'notifications' despite the alleged SAPol (police) investigation and/or Flinders Child Protection Service interviews with several kids and families, etc, etc...parents made this happen, we were the complainants and then the witnesses and then, after 21 months, we received a 1 paragraph letter saying that the TRB/CSO had decided to take no action against Dorling, and we were flatly refused any explanation...'You were informed peasant, now piss off'...
(So if you's parents were refused any explanation what-so-ever, no transcripts, no nuthin', how do you know that the TRB/CSO accepted that specific excuse from Dorling about the kids forcing themselves onto him?-Ed)...excellent question Ed...we know because the corrupt TRB/CSO handed Dorling a copy of their 32 page 'Reasons For Decision' which clearly sets this out, calls me a liar, etc, and Dorling used that 'RFD' in his affidavit when parents tried to sue him and St Martins...(ah yeah, and then that prize clown, lawyer Bill DeGaris, handed copies of all that stuff over when he deliberately rooted-up the case and dumped you as a client-Ed)...indeed he did Ed, indeed he did...I/parents have copies of that definitively corrupt document because Dorling used it in his defense and then Billy boy handed it to us...(well done Billy-Ed)...

4) The CSO repeatedly lied to us parents about processes, often failing to even follow through on those lies, and led us into an absolutely corrupt TRB/CSO hearing...the entire proceedings were a farcical debasco (debacle/fiasco), with the actual hearing (June -November 2004) being openly run by Dorling's lawyer Stephen Lieschke, Premier Jay Weatherill's busisness partner..."conscientiously", bollocks...CSO lawyer Jen Olsson was an irrelevant and incompetent co-conspirator in a wholly corrupt hearing...and more lies about the lies parents were told by the CSO...

6) "It is quite wrong to say that any evidence was ignored."...lie, Simon, a dirty, stinkin', rotten lie from a stinking liar...long before the hearing started, I repeatedly wrote to the TRB and CSO about the thick dossier/file of complaints about Glyn Dorling that John Alexander repeatedly showed parents in June 2002 after 'removing' Dorling, complaints that spanned Dorling's entire tenure at St Martins, complaints allegedly starting in his first week at the school...the TRB/CSO were aware of this file and deliberately ignored it...the TRB/CSO knowingly refused to access or even mention this file because it conflicted with, compromised, and ultimately contradicted their pre-arranged agreement/decision to exonerate Dorling...if the TRB/CSO had acknowledged and tabled this file of complaints from across several years, it would have completely contradicted Dorling's excuse that the kids in 2002 were out of control and forced themselves on him...(wow-Ed)...
(I know we've discussed this before, but I still find it mind-bogglingly corrupt that the TRB/CSO exonerated Dorling and justified that decision by accepting his defense that the kids were out of control and forcing themselves on him-Ed)...there was one decision made Ed, and it was made before the TRB/CSO hearing even began, and that decision was to protect Dorling and therefore the Lutherans and therefore the paedophiles that run this sad, sick state...the only decision the TRB/CSO made was to do whatevs it took to cover-up the abuse of an entire class of 7 year old kids...you bastards, may you rot...
There was also a separate failed attempt by a family to sue Dorling/St Martins approx 2 years before the whole 2002 shizzle kicked-off, and the TRB/CSO completely ignored that as well...did I mention The Rotting?...(I think you might have...a bit-Ed)...and The Bastards?...(and The Bastards-Ed)...the TRB/CSO deliberately called/accessed only a tiny fraction of the witnesses and/or evidence they knew to exist because their shreckin' hearing was an entirely corrupt exercise in excusing Dorling...
7) "You were informed..."...get stuffed Simon you condescendingly corrupt prick...(geez Nick, tell us what ya' really think-Ed)...you dirty stinkin' corrupt prick...it was parent complaints to the TRB in February/March 2003 that triggered the whole subsequent TRB/CSO process that then didn't conclude until November 2004, 21 months later...in March 2003 the TRB claimed to have no knowledge of the events of Dorling's sudden and unexplained removal, to have received no 'notifications' despite the alleged SAPol (police) investigation and/or Flinders Child Protection Service interviews with several kids and families, etc, etc...parents made this happen, we were the complainants and then the witnesses and then, after 21 months, we received a 1 paragraph letter saying that the TRB/CSO had decided to take no action against Dorling, and we were flatly refused any explanation...'You were informed peasant, now piss off'...
(So if you's parents were refused any explanation what-so-ever, no transcripts, no nuthin', how do you know that the TRB/CSO accepted that specific excuse from Dorling about the kids forcing themselves onto him?-Ed)...excellent question Ed...we know because the corrupt TRB/CSO handed Dorling a copy of their 32 page 'Reasons For Decision' which clearly sets this out, calls me a liar, etc, and Dorling used that 'RFD' in his affidavit when parents tried to sue him and St Martins...(ah yeah, and then that prize clown, lawyer Bill DeGaris, handed copies of all that stuff over when he deliberately rooted-up the case and dumped you as a client-Ed)...indeed he did Ed, indeed he did...I/parents have copies of that definitively corrupt document because Dorling used it in his defense and then Billy boy handed it to us...(well done Billy-Ed)...

I Railly Railly Rail Against The Rail Lands Retail Agenda
***please ignore the bits following where I say 'no apologies' because ultimately I do actually apologise to those genuine availees of this 'ere blog for a 7 day break...(down-Ed)...almost, Ed, almost...walked into yet another metaphoric wall a week back and it really gave me cause to pause...(well walkin' into a wall, even a metaphoric one, that'll generally cause one to pause-Ed)...ok, sure, but it caused me to reflect on where my life is really at...(I mean, it's not really much of a wall is it if you can walk into it and keep right on going-Ed)...ok, thankyou...and pausing hasn't improved my opinion of Mt Gambier or South Australia, or for that matter, of myself...(unless of course it's a doorway-Ed)...what?!...(well a doorway in a wall, that's built for walking through-Ed)...are you listening to a word I'm saying?...(yeah yeah yeah, "existential crisis blah blah'', "oo oo I'm a bit upset about some stuff and it affects me so I have bad days that occasionally run into weeks blah blah"...yeah I'm listenin'-Ed)...quite finished?...
Yes ok, fair enough, I take your point crudely made as it is, that there's a degree of whingy, whiny blah blah about what I'm going through re this 'ere blog and various other things...(but it ain't nuthin' but a Thang?-Ed)...well quite, nuthin' but a Thang, the Thang...so here's the thing, I'm going to luxuriate in the life of extraordinary privilege and luxury that I have already lived for being born a White man in this stolen land, and I'm going to continue to acknowledge the life of relative luxury and privilege I still live as a Disability Support Pension recipient and Housing Trust (Housing SA) tenant, albeit officially poverty level existence in this country but globally spectacular, and I'll continue to rail against these concurrent and conflicting realities in calling for massive improvements to Income Support and associated services...(Solidarity Brother!-Ed)...settle down, but yes, solidarity Reg*... Solidarity Reg: because if it weren't for the relative luxury of a family to 'borrow' enough money to own/run a small, cheap car I wouldn't even have that, and that borrowage is a privilege many DSPers don't enjoy...(you'd be back relying on the offensively pathetically under-funded public bus service in Mt Gambier-Ed)...you mean the one that only runs 0900-1700hrs on weekdays with no service at all on weekends or public holidays?...(you know I do-Ed)...and left with no way to get to the beach, etc...and whilst we're on the subject, and ignoring other allowances/payments/whatevs, NewStart Allowance is even less than the DSP, and by a notable margin...just sayin'...

No Apologies:...but a big howdy to India, the USofA, Taiwan, and Georgia, and welcome y'all to this 'ere blog...no apologies for rolling-out the Rail Lands Retail Agenda stuff again today because Council continues to deceive and dodge and make ridiculous and in many cases false announcements about non-existent future projects, etc, whilst throwing Ratepayer's money about like there's no tomorrow...(and inevitably into their own pockets-Ed)...indeed, or to their immediate families, their mates, etc, etc...rank corruption lived large in every decision, from the corruptly structured Tender 'processes', through voting processes usually compromised by a raft of Conflict of Interest issues, through to constant and costly alterations, add-ons, repairs of the shonky, unplanned work already done, hiding genuine project costs in other Council Budget areas, etc, etc, etc...(whatta' bloody disgrace-Ed)...
And no apologies that I missed Council's meeting on Tuesday 18th August...not a word of a lie, I actually made it as far as the Civic Centre foyer, but then just couldn't bring myself to go the last 50m into the meeting...hard to explain, sort of a bit of 'Agoraphobia stuff', but mostly the sense that something just wasn't quite right...(come on, you were in a filthily fierce mood and ready to have a bit of a chummy-chat with some of the paedophile-protecting scum-bags in that room who are so intimately complicit in the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up-Ed)...well yeah, that was part of it, for sure, I was not in a particularly good 'mood' and Council's just hangin' for an excuse to kick me out, permanently if possible...but in that context, I'm very comfortable with the notion that I've gone the hard yards in that Chamber, over and over again, up to and including directing Council matters, votes, etc, with brief comments from the Public Gallery...in that context, if I choose to turn and walk away, then I have very much earned that right...
(I'd like to think that they all spent their evening lookin' over their collective shoulder wondering where that bastard Nick Fletcher has got to-Ed)...nice, I think I'll join you in that rather warming 'think', 'cos I'm sure I was on their minds from time to time...but it's not about me...(pah, yeah 'tis, it's all about you and who you supposedly are, the troublemaker you are, etc-Ed)...yeah well ok, in that context it is a bit about me, but I'd still argue it's what I done do and say, eg, on this 'ere blog...and hence the multiple ridiculous 'charges' I'm facing for 'talking about stuff that's otherwise all perfectly fine and legal'...
I'll leave it to the individual Councillors themselves to decide for themselves who are The Corrupt and who is just The Corrupted, those caught in the tide of corruption, nepotism, and gross mismanagement...but to hear Council's Grant Humphries whinging about how Council will have to cut-back on essential services due to 'funding cuts', well that's just plain offensive...(absolutely, Council has no-one to blame but Itself for the gross mismanagement and corruption that define everything they touch-Ed)...indeed, quite hilarious to hear on the ABC Radio last week that Council will have to cut-back on basic maintenance, etc, including "drainage" works/issues...(but haven't they just dug-up half the Rail Lands, again, to shove in yet more stop-gap plastic piping as drainage mitigation measures, measures necessary because of Council's and/or the contractors gross failure to do even basic planning, surveying, etc, leading to extensive flooding/pooling problems right across the entire site?-Ed)...yep...
(Well I'd suggest that things might be workin' out a bit better for Council if Council weren't so rampantly incompetent and/or corrupt that they can't even deal with an empty, flat piece of ground without completely rooting it up-Ed)...good point Ed...part of my about-turn was indeed a conscious acknowledgement that I didn't need to lower my own estimation of Humanity any further by spending another evening sitting silently in that pit of corruption, avarice, and ego-manic self-righteousness we otherwise call Mt Gambier City Council...(ouch!-Ed)...ouch nothing, MGCC is wholly responsible for the desperately dangerous fiscal situation the City finds itself in via a series of grossly mis-handled Public Projects, eg, borrowing $2million for the farcically flawed Rail Lands works, and the moment one steps into that particular discussion, it opens-up a whole horrid can of worms re the rank corruption of the Old Hospital Demolition...(how so?-Ed)...well, all of the completely unnecessary earthworks on the Rail Lands (approx $2million worth) were motivated by 1) the RLRA prerequisite of at least appearing to move the supposedly sacrosanct Rail Easement, and 2) keeping associated contractors sweet after the Old Hospital demo went to Adelaide-based McMahons...
(And there were no flooding issues at all across the site before Council rooted with it, and that recent trenching was right through the $200,000 of rolled-out turf?-Ed)...all true Ed...(so they've completely trashed $200k of Rolled Gold Grass, and racked-up gourd knows how much in Council workers wages, plant/equipment use, piping, etc, and all to address flooding problems created by Council and/or their contractors-Ed)...and it gets better, 'cos Council's now praising itself-up bigtime for only spending $50,000 on a painted labyrinth thingy, down from the $100,000 they'd originally 'budgeted', and they're having more 'workshops' to get 'experts' to tell Council how to "activate the site"...(oh dear gourd-Ed)...nah, it's true...and flagging/proposing using the "vacant grassland at the sites western end" (The Border Watch 18/08/2015) for a skatepark and a 'rage cage' enclosed sports court...(but isn't that the $200k rolled turf bit at the Western end?-Ed)...that's the one...

I'll leave it to the individual Councillors themselves to decide for themselves who are The Corrupt and who is just The Corrupted, those caught in the tide of corruption, nepotism, and gross mismanagement...but to hear Council's Grant Humphries whinging about how Council will have to cut-back on essential services due to 'funding cuts', well that's just plain offensive...(absolutely, Council has no-one to blame but Itself for the gross mismanagement and corruption that define everything they touch-Ed)...indeed, quite hilarious to hear on the ABC Radio last week that Council will have to cut-back on basic maintenance, etc, including "drainage" works/issues...(but haven't they just dug-up half the Rail Lands, again, to shove in yet more stop-gap plastic piping as drainage mitigation measures, measures necessary because of Council's and/or the contractors gross failure to do even basic planning, surveying, etc, leading to extensive flooding/pooling problems right across the entire site?-Ed)...yep...
(Well I'd suggest that things might be workin' out a bit better for Council if Council weren't so rampantly incompetent and/or corrupt that they can't even deal with an empty, flat piece of ground without completely rooting it up-Ed)...good point Ed...part of my about-turn was indeed a conscious acknowledgement that I didn't need to lower my own estimation of Humanity any further by spending another evening sitting silently in that pit of corruption, avarice, and ego-manic self-righteousness we otherwise call Mt Gambier City Council...(ouch!-Ed)...ouch nothing, MGCC is wholly responsible for the desperately dangerous fiscal situation the City finds itself in via a series of grossly mis-handled Public Projects, eg, borrowing $2million for the farcically flawed Rail Lands works, and the moment one steps into that particular discussion, it opens-up a whole horrid can of worms re the rank corruption of the Old Hospital Demolition...(how so?-Ed)...well, all of the completely unnecessary earthworks on the Rail Lands (approx $2million worth) were motivated by 1) the RLRA prerequisite of at least appearing to move the supposedly sacrosanct Rail Easement, and 2) keeping associated contractors sweet after the Old Hospital demo went to Adelaide-based McMahons...
(And there were no flooding issues at all across the site before Council rooted with it, and that recent trenching was right through the $200,000 of rolled-out turf?-Ed)...all true Ed...(so they've completely trashed $200k of Rolled Gold Grass, and racked-up gourd knows how much in Council workers wages, plant/equipment use, piping, etc, and all to address flooding problems created by Council and/or their contractors-Ed)...and it gets better, 'cos Council's now praising itself-up bigtime for only spending $50,000 on a painted labyrinth thingy, down from the $100,000 they'd originally 'budgeted', and they're having more 'workshops' to get 'experts' to tell Council how to "activate the site"...(oh dear gourd-Ed)...nah, it's true...and flagging/proposing using the "vacant grassland at the sites western end" (The Border Watch 18/08/2015) for a skatepark and a 'rage cage' enclosed sports court...(but isn't that the $200k rolled turf bit at the Western end?-Ed)...that's the one...
Because I've strayed from the topic today I'll go back tomorrow via a dot-pointed history of the Rail Lands Debasco and the lies from Council, the bare-faced corruption and selfishness motivating the Debasco, etc, etc, and include copies of the latest dross from TBW...it's bloody laughable...*just in today's TBW (25/08/2015), a small article just mentioning the recent trenching of the lawned bit, but no photo to show just how trashed the site looks, and no mention of $200k, and certainly not a hint of the outrage that such costly incompetence should inspire...(there's a surprise-Ed)...and it's all gunna' be fine, just fine...apparently...*
Fell Off My Chair Laughing: to read former long-serving Councillor and rabid Labor supporter, indeed serial Labor candidate, Jim Maher, that Jimmy lad had a long, long letter in The Border Watch this (*last) week...and was it about the St Martins case, of which Jim and his wife, fellow serial Labor candidate Viv Maher, are both intimately aware and completely complicit?...(ummm, I'll guess from your tone and that rather unhappy look on your face that it wasn't-Ed)...good call Ed...(maybe it was this debasco at the Rail Lands site?-Ed)...nope...(but I distinctly remember Jim, maaate, calling for a formal opening of the Rail Lands 'before the October 2014 end of this (sic) Council'-Ed)...indeed, as far back as April 2014, possibly even further, Jim maaate...(maaate-Ed)...was on his feet in Council meetings to raise the issue of a formal opening before the November 2014 Local Government elections...

Rail Lands Debasco - Whatta' Disgrace
Hello Romania, Portugal, Spain, and Germany and welcome to TMGI...in many previous posts I've irrefutably proven the Rail Lands Retail Agenda, so let's cut to the chase...given 1) the abuse and denigration hurled at me by the wholly corrupt Mt Gambier City Council, not least of all because 2) I've irrefutably exposed the genuine plan for that site, the RLRA, and the rank of associated rank Council corruptions, well, given all that, when it comes to the current and disastrous state of the Rail Lands site, some people might consider that a huge smile and/or gutteral laugh would be an appropriate response from me...
(What's Funny About This?-Ed):...you tell me Ed, 'cos I ain't seein' anything here that's the least bit funny...yeah I'm seein' the usual nepotism and corruption from Mt Gambier City Council with it's perpetually corrupted voting processes, endless contracts for mates and/or family members, then complete incompetence producing vastly over-priced pieces of crap...(I thought this post was about the Rail Lands, not the Main Corner or the Library-Ed)...excellent attempt at humorous sarcasm Ed, I appreciate it, really I do, but there's nothing funny about this situation, it's a corrupt debasco (debacle/fiasco) that has cost Ratepayers $2.3million in borrowed money (from the 2013/14 Budget corruption) plus the bizarre 2 x $1m State government grants that just dropped out of thin air...
(Two things?-Ed)...sure, fire away...(well firstly, I think a lot of that 'incompetence' is quite deliberate because it pours money into Councillor's pockets or their mate's/family's/whatev's pockets-Ed)...yeah, good point...(and secondly, yet again Council is acting corruptly by using Council workers and equipment to do work, costs that Council then hides in other Internal Council Budgets, eg, in the 'Gardening and Parks' area, or perhaps the Drainage Maintenance, etc-Ed)...both excellent points Ed, but with the Rail Lands debasco it's all of everything furiously colliding in a perfect storm of Council corruption and incompetence...(oo oo, and a third point-Ed)...go on then...(Council has routinely, regularly lied through it's teeth about the Rail Lands site, usually via a pathetically complicit The Border Watch-Ed)...and a most excellent third Ed...
Attached again is the page from Council's 2004/05 Year Book, a page that very specifically explains all the things that Council has repeatedly lied about since then as they attempted to stall any development other than their planned Retail Expansion of the Lakes Plaza (Centro)...please note that "Settlement of the transfer took place on 29th June 2005."...Council has repeatedly been on the front page of TBW whingin' and bitchin' about how they (Council) couldn't do anything with the site because they weren't sure about the Deed and didn't know what to do about the Rail Easement, etc, etc...lie after lie, year after year, over and over, again and again and again...

And some more flooding as recently as July 26th 2015...note the now dead grass...(or has it been partially removed?-Ed)...whatevs, it's now a muddy pond enclosed by dodgy Chinese pavers...no photo, but the Everglades along Railway Tce/Bay Rd is still sodden under foot...
And this below, this is what Council did last week...a legion of Council workers with trucks, tractors, backhoes, etc, spent 3-4 days digging metre deep trenches right through the $200k lawn, back-filled it with 100-120mm poly-pipe, and then sand/soil/whatevs, all, it appears, to create drainage voids under the still-flooding lawn area...please note I've deliberately gone there to take these at times so as to not have actual Council workers put up on this 'ere blog, 'cos 1) they're just doin' what they were sent to do, and 2) I wouldn't appreciate it if it were done to me...I believe that the extent of the trenching works indicates the effort involved...
I'll let these pictures do the talkin' for now...apart from saying this is what you get from the arrogantly corrupt Mt Gambier City Council, a Council unable and/or unwilling to do even the most basic planning/preparation/whatevs, leading, on this occasion, to chronic flooding problems that have required multiple massively expensive remediation projects, works that will be hidden in other Council 'Budget areas' to deceive Ratepayers about the genuine cost...(a genuine cynic would observe that undefined projects allow the relentless rorting of repeated extensions, eg, the ludicrous $2million+ that Council spent on lights and the Volcano movie, etc, then adding on a $1m commercial kitchen, etc, all at the Main Corner, a project that started under $5m and then hit $10m, and gourd knows what the genuine cost is-Ed)...indeed, a cynic might say exactly that...
And then possibly conclude with something, like, say...'the $10m+ Main Corner Commercial Function Facility that was then given free of charge to Councillor Des Mutton's son, chosen over the only other Tender that Council considered, that of (then) Mayor Steve Perryman...and then handed to a third party, also closely associated with Council, via a super-dodgy Council 'Special Meeting', a meeting held and contract granted, etc, without any Public Tender...no Public Tender for a Ratepayer funded/owned, Ratepayer subsidised Public Facility...that cost at least twice what it was allegedly supposed to...(and what about that $340,000+ that (then) Council CEO Greg Muller took from that project? still unaccounted for?-Ed)...ah yes, $340,000 just gone...(I'm amazed that the Auditors didn't pick that up when they did their yearly audit thingy-Ed)...I'm not...(particularly given that it was raised in Council by a Councillor and hosed-down on the front page of The Border Watch-Ed)...your point?...(just sayin', it all seems a bit strange-Ed)...

This Week's New Plan From Premier Weatherill - Rogering Democracy
(Actually it's called 'Reforming Democracy', not 'Rogering'-Ed)...oh, I'm so sorry...(no no, I can see how one might confuse the rank Fascism of the Rann/Weatherill Labor government with the complete dismantling of Democracy-Ed)...well one only need look at the Fascism of the Wind Turbine Interim Development Plan in 2011 when Premier Mike Rann summarily removed the ability to oppose Turbine developments by legislating to remove the right to access the Courts...(yep, that's some phat Fascism right there bro'-Ed)...and that because Mike's brother didn't get to slam dozens of Turbines on top of Allendale East, just South of here...
(That's right, I'd forgot that...a local farmer, Mr Paltridge, royally rooted-up the corruptedly conflicted Grant District Council and the Rann government and developer Acciona (a company involving Rann's brother) via the Environment Resource and Development Court, and then Mikey spat-it bigtime and shazzam! there's the rank Fascism of the 2011-DPA-Ed)...exactly, and then further removed any remaining Court options with a Visual Amenity clause that disallows affected neighbours any right/ability to oppose 120m+ high Turbines only 1km from there home, even closer in some instances, if there's a hedge of trees somewhere there-abouts...(I like Mr Paltridge's work-Ed)...so do I...

More ICAC Hilarity: as a senior Adelaide public servant is semi-exposed as facing charges (a single charge?) after being the subject of an Independent Commission Against Corruption investigation...(what does 'semi-exposed' mean?-Ed)...it means that the ICAC Commissioner Bruce Lander has wielded his quite extraordinary powers, powers to completely control the media, etc, wielded those powers to stop local media naming this person...the media themselves/Itself/whatevs are reporting that they cannot report, literally stating 'we know who it is but we can't say'...ludicrous nonsense...
(But what about that local bloke from down this way, Adrian Hatch, the one from Forestry SA, he was fully exposed as facing charges under/after ICAC-Ed)...indeed...(he was immediately named, even before a Court hearing, and had his picture plastered across the news and papers, etc, it's a bloody joke-Ed)...and you've forgotten the 2 year long attempted 'Secret Hearing' by the ICAC into Labor Minister Jennifer Rankine...(I ain't forgotten nuthin' champ, was just drawing a very long, deep breath before kickin'-off on that one, but now I don't have to...2 years, stopped for a year, everyone's exonerated on suppressed 'evidence'...it's a deeply cynical and concerning joke of an investigation process-Ed)...indeed, and us plebs weren't meant to hear nuthin' of it, not even that an investigation had happened...(I just can't stop laughing-Ed)...
Further Hilarity Ensued: when I read Mr Peter Greste's comments about this sort of 'secret hearing', where-in he described them as 'the death of democracy'...(hang on, Greste, is that the journalist dude who recently spent over a year in Egyptian Courts and gaols along with his 2 Al Jazeerha colleagues, Mohamed Fahzy and Baher Mohamed, and was then released/deported?-Ed)...yep...(and he reckons that our SA ICAC structure/powers/functioning are 'the death of democracy'?-Ed)...yep...he went on to say that had there been secret hearings in Egypt, we'd never have seen him again...and some other general comments about 'letting the light in stops corruption', etc...

Putting The Re-Boot In
Hello and welcome to TMGI...gotta' say that doing this posting/blogging 'once and a while' is really not working for me...I keep missing stuff, forgettin' probably more, then churning out overly long posts that keep repeating...(and overly long posts that keep repeating-Ed)...and whilst I like to think that I've still brought some humour to some recent posts...(and I'll continue to flog the Dead Joke Zone until I'm hoarse-Ed)...overall, I feel that I need to approach this whole posting/blogging thing as a full-time endeavour...
In many respects I'm doing that anyway with my 18hr/day media addiction, eg, buying a little transistor radio to carry with me, which then allows indeed demands a series of totally hilarious 'tranny' jokes, not all of them mine...someone recently commented that I had my radio with me and I said 'no, it's just the voices in my head are so loud you can here them as well'...(classic-Ed)...one tries frequently...however, not blogging for a few days makes it very hard to come back to, that constant sense of having to 're-boot' the way I'm thinking and functioning...I really need to force the discipline of much shorter daily posts and remove that returning confrontation stuff, etc...(so back to looking at it as a full-time job?-Ed)...pretty much I guess...so's, moving forward always and moving on now...
And just how hilarious is it to watch Labor's Anthony Albanese defending Liberal Christopher Pyne re the 'Entitlements' scandal that is currently embroiling our Federal parliament...(it's nearly as hilarious as watching mining $$$gazillionaires Twiggy Forrester and Gina Rinehart protesting on the streets of Perth in opposition to the then Labor federal government's Mining Tax-Ed)...another classic...you know you've hit a nerve when the billionaires are protesting on the streets...nearly as hilarious was the befuddled almost blustering confusion of Mr Pyne that he needed to explain/defend flying his family around the country on the Taxpayer's dollar...(in Business Class too, mind you-Ed)...indeed, not a scintilla of contrition from Chris 'Tidy Gentelman's Perm' Pyne, no concept of just how selfish and self-important he is, how 'entitled' he feels he is in his greed, selfishness, and self-satisfaction...(it's a self-perpetuating upward spiral of avarice and self-adoration-Ed)...that's an interesting perspective, but I prefer the term 'prat', what a prat...
(And speaking of rorting public funds, entitlements, etc, don't forget of course that Mt Gambier City Council gave Mayor Andrew Lee and CEO Mark McShane blank cheques to go to China-Ed)...oh yes, indeed, and that's not an exasperatedly exaggerated summation of a vaguely vague process, I sat there and watched Council vote to quite literally sign those 'allowances' before the details were even provided...there was no itinerary or costings provided, etc, Council just voted 'yes, off you trot, it's only Ratepayer's money'...I continue to be bemused, amazed, and dismayed...(often simultaneously-Ed)...at the cavalier and almost always corrupt ways that Mt Gambier City Council chucks Ratepayers money about...(usually at each other-Ed)...and in that context, no, I have no idea what the shreck is goin' on with Council's shenanigans re 'artworks' for the Rail Lands site...
I try to educate myself on these issues by going to meetings and trying to believe/ follow what The Border Watch says about these/any issues, etc, and specific to the Rail Lands Retail Agenda debasco (debacle meets fiasco) there has been so much Council deceit/corruption/incompetence, again, that it warrants a full post all it's own, again, tomorrow...(oo oo, maaate, I forgot to tell ya', they were down there yesterday diggin' metre deep trenches right through the (apparently dead) lawned area at the Bay Rd (West) end, and putting in 5-6 inch plastic piping-Ed)...that might be to try and address the flooding in the main plaza area bit, ya' know by draining that water to Bay Rd, the same way they did at the back of the buildings just there...unbelievable, tomorrow...
*And not a word of a lie, Council on the ABC this very morn...(well cock-a-doodle-do Nick-Ed)...crowing about the Rail Lands Artsnessness, and not a word that I heard about the Old Station nor the massive and destructive earthworks/trenching gouged right through the Rail Lands grassed area...(sorry what?! you don't mean where they rolled out $200,000 of pre-grown turf?-Ed)...well the bulk of it yeah...check the pics tomorrow dude, it's shreckin' outrageous...(I'm speechless...I've watched Council regularly and royally rort Ratepayers, railroad the truth, and roundly root the Rail Lands beyond repair, but this is extraordinary...and at what cost?-Ed)...I know Ed, I know, what can you say?...(tomorrow?-Ed)...
I so want there to be a scandal involving the weirs in Lake Alexandria...(ummm, I think they're called 'locks' not 'weirs' as in 'Lock 1'-Ed)...fair enough, what about the weir in Adelaide that keeps the Torrens River backed-up to create the artificial pond thingy that Labor just built a $40million bridge across to get to the farcically extravagant Adelaide Oval?...(yeah, that's a weir...classic Adelaide too, $40m for a bridge across a fake lake, when there's already a bridge right there 100m away-Ed)...indeed, and didn't someone recently accidentally open that weir or leave it open or there was a 'hacking' or some such?...(yep, that happened about a year ago I reckon, maybe longer-Ed)...actually it was February 2009, and it was allegedly an "electrical fault"...(super-Ed)...and I want to describe that Weird Weir Malfunctioning Controversy as Water Gate Gate......(with jokes like that, it's no wonder people hate you really, is it?-Ed)...they only hate me because I'm pretty...(pretty insane-Ed)...sorry?...
Just Not Acceptable:...the levels of Public Service nepotism recently exposed/alleged by Today Tonight...claiming that basically all dept heads, CEOs, etc, are Labor-aligned appointees, but that the nepotism goes well down the line to mid-level staffers, etc...(but that means you get Labor idealogues and/or corrupt stooges advising CEOs, etc, who themselves are functioning to appease their Labor masters...how can that be good for SA?-Ed)...well obviously it's a disaster, you get policy and advice re that policy and it's all one-way traffic...I'm fortunate enough to have met genuine public servants, but they're very rare fish in a very murky puddle...
Feedback: is not always positive and recently I had some 'opinions' put to me about this 'ere blog, my conduct, etc, from someone I respect as being a highly intelligent professional in their field, and who's opinion I have sought/appreciated at times...however, when it comes to the paedophile stuff, particularly the rank institutionalised pro-paedophile corruption exposed/defined by the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up, it can be like talkin' to an Adelaide public servant...(you mean they just don't want to have that discussion because the Institutionalised Pro-Paedophile Corruption that defines Adelaide is naturally the no.1 thing to be ignored if you're going to have a career in anything in Adelaide/SA-Ed)...pretty much...time and again I've run into these terrified public servants and/or furious parent-blaming executives/politicians/police/whatevs as they run in fear of the reality that their weakness and selfishness allows, South Australia is run by paedophiles for paedophiles, and Mt Gambier is the worst of a terrible bunch...
Apparently, according to my recent "interaction"/feedback;
1) I completely over-rate the importance of this 'ere blog and it's not worth doing;
2) because I'm/it's at best 'like a pebble in the government's shoe';
3) I say 'not nice' things (about people) that are my "opinion";
4) my belief that the Labor state government will simply change the law to 'try and get me' re this 'ere blog, etc, that belief apparently makes me "paranoid and delusional"...
...shortly after that I just hung-up...(fair enough too, no-one needs that-Ed)...actually, it was extremely cathartic and positively re-enforcing because it allowed me to critically 'defend' myself/my actions/whatevs, and do so conclusively and emphatically but calmly...(before hanging-up on them?-Ed)...yes ok that wasn't great, but no-one's perfect...
To paraphrase my own responses, I pointed out that despite my 'saying not nice things' I continue to push through an avalanche of vacuous, as yet unrealised 'Defamation Threats', 1) and, and 2) because, the blog allows me to say and do things in a context where the local media/politicians/whatevs are doing everything they can to denigrate and/or silence me...(so you're saying that the blog has allowed you to both 1) confront these issues, and then 2) stare-down those multiple resultant threats-Ed)...exactly...
My example was that 1) the blog was important/worth doing because it allowed me to publish the letters from then Premier Mike Rann and Families Minister (now Premier) Jay Weatherill where-in they refused official investigation of the St Martins cover-up by the then Child Abuse Commissioner Ted Mullighan, letters that 2) ain't no-one's bloody "opinion", they're bloody factual proof by their own hands that these Premiers knew/know about St Martins, had spoken to Comm Mullighan, etc, as far back as August 2005, and 3) that my mate, lawyer Billy DeGaris...(Billy, maaate-Ed)...good 'ol Billy was/is also right in the middle of that cover-up...
And so in the context of this feedback, I do not apologise for yet again posting the attached documents because I clearly need to explain more thoroughly that Premiers Mike 'SA Into The Ground' Rann and Jay 'The Shiny' Weatherill know/knew/whatevs about the St Martins Cover-up and are explicitly complicit...(and your maaate Billy-Ed)...ah yes, Billy...Billy, Billy, Billy...ya' gotta' love a town where people like Bill DeGaris thrive...

Feedback: is not always positive and recently I had some 'opinions' put to me about this 'ere blog, my conduct, etc, from someone I respect as being a highly intelligent professional in their field, and who's opinion I have sought/appreciated at times...however, when it comes to the paedophile stuff, particularly the rank institutionalised pro-paedophile corruption exposed/defined by the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up, it can be like talkin' to an Adelaide public servant...(you mean they just don't want to have that discussion because the Institutionalised Pro-Paedophile Corruption that defines Adelaide is naturally the no.1 thing to be ignored if you're going to have a career in anything in Adelaide/SA-Ed)...pretty much...time and again I've run into these terrified public servants and/or furious parent-blaming executives/politicians/police/whatevs as they run in fear of the reality that their weakness and selfishness allows, South Australia is run by paedophiles for paedophiles, and Mt Gambier is the worst of a terrible bunch...
Apparently, according to my recent "interaction"/feedback;
1) I completely over-rate the importance of this 'ere blog and it's not worth doing;
2) because I'm/it's at best 'like a pebble in the government's shoe';
3) I say 'not nice' things (about people) that are my "opinion";
4) my belief that the Labor state government will simply change the law to 'try and get me' re this 'ere blog, etc, that belief apparently makes me "paranoid and delusional"...
...shortly after that I just hung-up...(fair enough too, no-one needs that-Ed)...actually, it was extremely cathartic and positively re-enforcing because it allowed me to critically 'defend' myself/my actions/whatevs, and do so conclusively and emphatically but calmly...(before hanging-up on them?-Ed)...yes ok that wasn't great, but no-one's perfect...
To paraphrase my own responses, I pointed out that despite my 'saying not nice things' I continue to push through an avalanche of vacuous, as yet unrealised 'Defamation Threats', 1) and, and 2) because, the blog allows me to say and do things in a context where the local media/politicians/whatevs are doing everything they can to denigrate and/or silence me...(so you're saying that the blog has allowed you to both 1) confront these issues, and then 2) stare-down those multiple resultant threats-Ed)...exactly...
My example was that 1) the blog was important/worth doing because it allowed me to publish the letters from then Premier Mike Rann and Families Minister (now Premier) Jay Weatherill where-in they refused official investigation of the St Martins cover-up by the then Child Abuse Commissioner Ted Mullighan, letters that 2) ain't no-one's bloody "opinion", they're bloody factual proof by their own hands that these Premiers knew/know about St Martins, had spoken to Comm Mullighan, etc, as far back as August 2005, and 3) that my mate, lawyer Billy DeGaris...(Billy, maaate-Ed)...good 'ol Billy was/is also right in the middle of that cover-up...
And so in the context of this feedback, I do not apologise for yet again posting the attached documents because I clearly need to explain more thoroughly that Premiers Mike 'SA Into The Ground' Rann and Jay 'The Shiny' Weatherill know/knew/whatevs about the St Martins Cover-up and are explicitly complicit...(and your maaate Billy-Ed)...ah yes, Billy...Billy, Billy, Billy...ya' gotta' love a town where people like Bill DeGaris thrive...

Gone Surfin': and immediately happened upon an Interweb site about Wrongful Convictions and stuff that goes through, amongst other cases, the farcical conviction of Bradley Murdoch for the alleged murder of Peter Falconio...reckon I've covered this shizzle before, and this case is frighteningly flawed...regardless of what sortta' prick he may or may not be, a man has been convicted of murder on what appears to be zero forensic evidence (no body, no weapon, no crime scene, etc) and on the word of the person possibly guilty of that murder, Joanne Lees, Mr Falconio's girlfriend and travelling companion...
Coupla' years back there was a long ABC/BBC Radio report about this case that listed-off these gaping holes/concerns, including the screaming row the couple had at a motel the night before/of Mr Falconio's alleged disappearance, a fight about Ms Lees' alleged affair/s, a raging argument that witnesses reported 'stopped suddenly'...when Aboriginal trackers were taken to the alleged road-side murder/abduction site, they could find no trace of any third party or a scuffle, or anyone running/hiding, no dog prints, etc, etc, nearly all of the elements of Ms Lees' story were dismissed as fictional...after failing to provide an ID of her alleged attacker she suddenly picked Murdoch from a newspaper article once she was back in England...the whole thing reeks...check it for yourselves on the Interweb...

1) On May 7th 2014 two SAPol (police) Anti-Corruption* detectives attended my home and said I'd said some stuff on my blog, this 'ere blog, about a State Authority and/or it's actions, whatevs, they wouldn't say exactly...I refused to be interviewed and they left...I went down to Mt Gambier SAPol Station next day the 8th and the Ds showed me a page of legislation on a computer screen and said 'you've done that', and when I asked what 'that' actually meant, they replied 'dunno', we're just here to gather evidence for the DPP' (Director Public Prosecutions)...*I don't know why Anti-Corruption were/are doing this 'cos I ain't facing any charges re actually committing any 'Corruption'...
Following legal advice, I again declined to be interviewed (May 8th) by the Ds and was then told about a SAPol Search Warrant for my home...so we all went back there/here...the 2 SAPol detectives showed me the 'Warrant' which was/is actually an anonymous, open-ended document, valid for 6 months, that gives 'go anywhere, do anything, whenevs, wherevs, whatevs, if they feel like it' powers to SAPol officers...a perpetual Search Warrant with no name on it, no address, as issued by the SAPol Commissioner not a Court...(well that's just Fascism-Ed)...indeed, and I asked repeatedly for a copy of this farcically frighteningly omnipotently powerful piece of crumpled paper, but was repeatedly denied...
SAPol then seized my laptop and left with it, still saying "expect to be charged"...(yeah, why did they keep saying that?-Ed)...'cos I just kept asking, as witnessed by the person I was fortunate enough to have present, and it was literally the last thing the Ds said when leaving, "expect to be charged"...(so 2 Adelaide based Anti-Corruption Ds have come to your home in Mt Gambier, 450kms away, to raid your home with an anonymous Search Warrant, said 'Ãt's all about this but we don't know what that is', and then took your laptop and left without charging you?-Ed)...yep...I then heard nothing from SAPol other than a response to my Legal Eagles requests for info...on August 12th 2014 SAPol's Prosecution Services Branch emailed my Leagles, sayin' amongst other things;
"I will advise if and when charges are to be laid, or a determination that charges will not be laid.
The assessment of the laptop may be vital to determine this.
If charges are to be laid police will serve your client with a summons to attend Mount
Gambier Magistrates Court"
2) Obviously I went to Leagles for advice (in May 2014) and my first question was 'are you allowed to talk to me because the relative legislation seems to say that no-one can discuss any issue even vaguely related to these charges?'...at first my Leagles laughed, but then sobered-up (just jokin', just jokin') but then agreed and had to write to the relative Authority's head honcho to ask for permission to even speak to me even though I hadn't actually been charged with anything...read that line through a few times just to let it sink in...I haven't been charged with anything but need written permission to get legal advice...(*due to the possible breach of the associated legislation I have to refer to the Authority involved as Club GoGo Bananas and said honcho as The Banana Lord)...
On July 2nd 2014 my Leagles wrote to The Banana Lord askin' many questions, including;
"Is he entitled to talk to his family and friends so that he can gain their support in relation to his
investigation and is he allowed to talk to a lawyer for the purpose of legal advice and assistance?"
to which TBL responded, on July 14th 2014, referring these questions to SAPol, and further stating;
"I am also unable to give you legal advice and therefore cannot answer the questions that you

...(wow! and charming!...ask TBL for advice/guidance about TBL/CGGB legislation, particularly the issue of 'can a lawyer even speak to their uncharged client', and the response is 'you figure it out and you tell him'-Ed)...indeed, and this woefully inadequate and inappropriate response inevitably generated a second letter from my Leagles...
This time TBL responded with an "Authorisation pursuant to section (??) of the CGGB Act (date)";
"In accordance with section (??) of the CGGB Act (date), I authorise Mr Nick Fletcher or a
legal practitioner acting for Mr Fletcher to publish, or cause to be published, information the
publication of which is otherwise prohibited by section (??) of the CGGB Act, to such persons
as is necessary for the purposes of advising or assisting Mr Fletcher in relation to the current
investigation and/or prosecution of Mr Fletcher in relation to an alleged breach of section (??)
of the CGGB Act, or to a person listed below:
. A member of Mr Fletcher's family;
. A friend of Mr Fletcher; or
. A medical practitioner who is providing care to Mr Fletcher."
And that right there is official written permission to deal with Leagles, and/or talk to my own family and/or friends, and/or even a medical practitioner, regarding a situation where I hadn't even been charged, proving unequivocally that yes, re this legislation, one needs to have written permission from TBL to even be able to talk to your own family or a lawyer even if you haven't been charged but might be...it's a corruptly ludicrous nonsense...

Talk About A Chopper Gets The Speaker The Chop: as the now former Speaker of Federal Parliament, Bronwyn Bishop, 'resigns' from the position...(on a Sunday? that's a bit odd...and sayin' she 'resigned' is like sayin' that the Plank-Walking Pirate is resigning from the ship...sweet baby cheeses, one can still see the sweaty palm-prints of her Liberal colleagues on the back of her jacket from where they shoved 'er...hard-Ed)...sure is all a bit odd, but even then there are those, Bronnie included, who say that this massive and previously unthinkable back-down, her resignation as the Speaker of the House, even then it's still all about what a top sheila she is and how she's quitting because of 'her love for the common people', 'cos she's like just so caring and responsible and shizzle...
And coming from PM Tony 'The Mad Monk' Abbott, it's all about how it's the fault of the Entitlements Structure that Bronnie spent, for example, $250,000 on limos in just 5 years...(what?!!!-Ed)...oh, yeah, and including obviously several years before she was Speaker, in fact, even when she was still a Liberal Opposition member...(wow...but she has access to fully funded government cars, Cab-charge accounts, etc-Ed)...yeah, all that stuff, and Tones wants to blame the system that allowed this avarice as having created it...(way to take responsibility Tones-Ed)...and imagine my surprise that by last evening's news cycle, Tones, finding himself invited onto The Plank, is actually saying 'yeah, Bronnie did get it wrong, a bit'...
And Just Because:...the joys of the language of Englishing that 'resign' means 'an end' to whatevs, but chuck in a well-considered hyphen and it's about 'continuation'...(whaaa?-Ed)...because it becomes 're-sign', an extension of a current contract...(nice-Ed)...And Also: the line the bee dude so nearly said several times in that interview I heard, and that I so wanted to hear him say, that here t'is anyway...To be a bee enthusiast one needs to be enthusiastic...
Reality TV This:...just a few weeks back a magnificent Basking Shark was accidentally caught off Portland, Victoria, and it reminded me that 1) there's a massive cast/model of one in the Adelaide Museum...least there was 20 years ago...and 2) the extraordinary 1933 black and white movie Man of Aran, which I saw quite by accident 'round 0200hrs post work and numerous attitude adjusters, ways back in the misty murky distant past that was me working part-time nights in Adelaide and commuting weekly to my child just then moved to Mt Gambier (1997), sleeping at either end in my van and/or on friends floors, etc, and therefore technically homeless for years, etc, etc...the movie is a doco-style record of an Irish fishing village that hunt and harpoon Basking Sharks that gather in the local waters to feed on krill...the fishers use the shark's huge livers and other oils, fats, etc, for lamps, etc, all fascinating stuff, but it's the hunting that's mesmorising...
It looks like cheap models getting dragged around near their small wooden boat, but it's actually the snouts and dorsal fins of literally dozens of these enormous fish krill-trawling along the surface, and which, when harpooned, drag the boat over the horizon...but even with all that, what's truly stunning about this movie is the matter-of-fact way the fishers deliberately run their boat up slip rocks in a raging storm and then just hop out before the next wave drags the boat back and smashes it to kindling...they row manically to remain unmoved at the relatively calm centre of a surging cauldron (highly reminiscent of Nene Valley down this way), then they pick their wave and row like sweet baby cheeses, surf that wave right up the rocks until the boat's dumped, and then just hop out, never looking back...it is singularly extraordinary footage and I urge availees to try and find it and watch it...but we digress...
(With that Tone's excuse for Bronnie, blaming "the system", it's almost like saying that the bank caused the robbery by being a bank-Ed)...lovely work Ed, it's exactly like that...(to say the system created the rorting by being rortable, completely ignores the reality that Bronnie made those trips and claimed those 'Entitlements' knowing full well that she was not entitled-Ed)...indeed, and not just the occasional dodgy limo run to the shops for paté and bubbly, or even a few fabulous flights to Liberal fundraisers daaarling, but a relentless and extended rort of public monies...there are apparently a bunch more things to come out...and even though it's true that this 'Entitlement' set-up is grossly flawed, the rank failures of 'the system' neither explains nor excuses Bronnie swanning about like Lady Muck on the Taxpayer's dollar...I reckon she should be given the equivalent of a Cabcharge for every day she claimed a limo, etc, and then made to repay the other $200k+...for starters...
Don't Be Confused By the Mere Fact Of Words: as Bernie bobs-up on my li'l telly, mouth-breathing his way through a brief speech in the Big Red Room (the furniture/fittings in the SA Legislative Council/Upper House are all red, very, very red, as per the House of Lords in England)...(is that the Bernard Finnigan who, whilst Labor's Acting Police Minister, was busted by SAPol (police) back in April 2011, when they raided his home, seized computers, etc, and charged him with approx 20 Child Pornography offences?-Ed)...yeah, that's him...(and was immediately dumped by Labor whilst they screeched about his 'innocence until proven guilty'-Ed)...yep...(and has then had 30 hearings/adjournments in different Courts across 4 years, and finally faced trial back in April this year, where his lawyer's defense centred around "the mere fact of words", only to have that hearing effectively disappear since then?-Ed)...yep, yep, and yep...

A Truncated Root And Branch Investigation: re politician's 'Entitlements' is what we'll actually get from all these promises from PM Abbott and others that 'there will be a like totes thorough review dudes of all these allowances and shizzle..."root and branch" (PM Abbott)...honest'...(yeahhh, not holding my breath on that one...and can't say I'm exactly enthused by these alleged promises from our PM re building $85billion worth of Ship in Adelaide, what with the outright lies before the September 2013 Federal election about knockin' together a dozen subs in Adelaide, etc-Ed)...exactly Ed, how do you believe anything that a proven liar says after the proving...it really looks like just another pre-election stunt, setting a start date (2018) that's at least 2 years after the next Federal election...
And our Federal Liberal Member for Barker Tony Pasin, was on the ABC stating that he's so concerned about the plight of 3 (?) families in his electorate that he's had funding/assistance re-instated...sorry, I missed bits of this interview, but thought I heard him say $11.7m worth of funding, but possibly that's a national fund because it seems like a lot for 3 families...I fully empathise with these families that their kids have such serious, specific and demanding allergies/conditions/illnesses, and as a parent I'd sure as shreck welcome that funding were I in their position, but why so much for so few?...imagine what just a small part of that money could do for Palliative Care services or any of the many other drastically under-funded local medical services, etc...what about all the funding the Federal Liberals and State Labor have slashed in other areas? what's going on here that it gets such special attention?...I am genuinely sorry to be so cynical but it's the unavoidable consequence of a decade of dealing with these rankly corrupt and selfish individuals we call our elected officials...
And clearly I ain't Robinson Crusoe when it comes to the vitriole rollin' 'round the town re Liberal Party 'Entitlements', particularly these stunning revelations about the lavish renovations to Mr Pasin's offices...and in an act of the most arrogant dis-contrition, in today's The Border Watch, page 2 is a Tony Pasin ad...the whole page...(you're welcome Tones...and please don't apologise, of course we don't mind paying umpteen taxes for largely substandard services just so long as we get to read what a great guy you are and how lucky we are to have you, via an ad we paid for-Ed)...but Ed, I'm sure this falls under 'Office Expenses' and/or some other 'Entitlement' that makes-up the $1.3million Tones has 'Entitled' himself to...
And now we have to find another Speaker...and when asked about Bronnie's dodgy dealings, Mr Pasin laughed, said 'it's her decision', and that he is 'in a sense glad' that this is 'out in the open'...and when asked 'what about your entitlements Tones?', he mentioned his expenditure re his 2 office renovations, etc, as being 'nothing to do with me', going on to say 'there should be a cap for spending with more for me/rural electorates, but capped allocations for everyone'..."there will be reform"...this was just another rancidly pathetic 'Dorothy Dixer' platform as provided by the Mt Gambier ABC...mates gettin' together to promote the Party line via a wholly corrupt local ABC and nobody held to account for nothing...pathetic, absolutely pathetic...

And clearly I ain't Robinson Crusoe when it comes to the vitriole rollin' 'round the town re Liberal Party 'Entitlements', particularly these stunning revelations about the lavish renovations to Mr Pasin's offices...and in an act of the most arrogant dis-contrition, in today's The Border Watch, page 2 is a Tony Pasin ad...the whole page...(you're welcome Tones...and please don't apologise, of course we don't mind paying umpteen taxes for largely substandard services just so long as we get to read what a great guy you are and how lucky we are to have you, via an ad we paid for-Ed)...but Ed, I'm sure this falls under 'Office Expenses' and/or some other 'Entitlement' that makes-up the $1.3million Tones has 'Entitled' himself to...
And now we have to find another Speaker...and when asked about Bronnie's dodgy dealings, Mr Pasin laughed, said 'it's her decision', and that he is 'in a sense glad' that this is 'out in the open'...and when asked 'what about your entitlements Tones?', he mentioned his expenditure re his 2 office renovations, etc, as being 'nothing to do with me', going on to say 'there should be a cap for spending with more for me/rural electorates, but capped allocations for everyone'..."there will be reform"...this was just another rancidly pathetic 'Dorothy Dixer' platform as provided by the Mt Gambier ABC...mates gettin' together to promote the Party line via a wholly corrupt local ABC and nobody held to account for nothing...pathetic, absolutely pathetic...
And good ol' Sophie Mirabella (Liberal) has been mouthing-off again about how she, like Tony Pasin, supports the 'traditional definition of marriage'...(you mean as in a marriage that all your parliamentary colleagues fly to on the Taxpayer's dollar?-Ed)...nice one Ed, but no I don't think she was referring to her own wedding what Bronnie did fly to, but rather, stating that she (Sophie) supports the Anglo-Christian ideal as per the Bible, etc...(oh you mean where it says that everything and everyone, particularly women, are all the goods and chattels of men and created/destined to 'obey'?-Ed)...yeah, that 'traditional definition'...(or maybe she just hates gays the same way Tony Pasin does-Ed)...possibly...at the very least it offers a prime opportunity to look-down on a whole cadre of society that is otherwise largely just normal people, and what senior Liberal is goin' to pass-up a chance to be so narcissistically judgmental of others?...(I've always said you'd make a great senior Liberal-Ed)...cheers...
