Hello and welcome to the blog...and this will come as some surprise I'm sure, but I'm not feeling particularly enamoured of Mt Gambier today...but yet again it's not Mt Gambier's fault as such...as well as the various points I've covered in this blog about the Pariahtisation, etc, that I've been subjected to for trying to resolve some clearly critical issues like the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up, I have had my own problems, particularly health wise...
Chronic Depression and Agoraphobia, etc, can have well documented effects on health, eg, poor diet, lack of exercise, etc, and indeed physical health can affect mental health, eg, being unfit can exacerbate many health issues including depression...and so it is that today I'm in a foul mood because of my own health issues, but even then it's not so much about me because these are issues of service provision, access, funding, etc in Mt Gambier and Regional South Australia...anyhoos, yesterday an old knee injury finally caught up with me, and it ain't purty...
Because there's no Public Transport on weekends or public holidays I was enjoying the 4km round trip to the local Woolies...beautiful day, walk the dog, knees hurting but they always do, it's all good...until I was about 1km from home and twisted my 'good' knee...just out and in again, just a bit, but a bit's enough...and then it did it 3 more times later at home here...and this morning was stiff and swollen...(yeah, but how was ya' knee? ahahaha-Ed)..don't laugh at your own jokes, it's tres naff...
In 1991 I ruptured the Anterior Cruciate Ligament in my knee playing Amateur League football and had a partial Arthroscopy in Adelaide...(what the heck is a 'partial Arthroscopy?-Ed)...it's where they remove the torn ligament and then discharge you...(so you haven't had an ACL in your knee since 1991...and is that standard practice to remove the ACL and then discharge the patient without doing a reconstruction?-Ed)...um, yes and no...every 'professional' I've spoken to has expressed a degree of surprise about the absence of an ACL and the non-reconstruction.
Starting about 4 years ago I sought help locally about my increasing knee problems (one sore knee means favouring it which then puts extra pressure on the other, etc)...several times since 1991 I've twisted my 'good' knee and it has increasingly been giving out, ie, it semi-dislocates then audibly crunches back into place...(ooo charming-Ed)...yeah, it's not great...it took over 2 years for me to get an appointment for an MRI scan in Adelaide (450kms away) for October 2012.
When I rang to confirm that appointment the day before travelling the 450kms for that basic scan, I was informed 1) that it was an appointment to get a MRI referral not an actual scan, but that 2) someone unknown had cancelled both that appointment and my concurrent Cancer Clinic follow-up that I also have to travel to Adelaide for and so had organised to have on the same day...(so someone anonymously cancelled both your appointments?-Ed)...yep...I tried to re-organise those appointments but eventually just gave up and have heard nothing from the Royal Adelaide Hospital or my local 'doctors'...
I have gone into particular personal detail because I am aware that my story is only one of many instances of people experiencing the same sorts of issues, eg, travelling to Adelaide only to have scans, appointments and even treatments cancelled, and who continue to delay, postpone, and/or even give up on trying to get treatments that are often still only available either in Adelaide or in Victoria, eg, Portland and/or Warnnambool...
It is great that more Chemo services are available at Mt Gambier Hospital, as was being spruiked on ABC Local Radio this morning, but that doesn't change the experience for the many people who still have to attend Adelaide for treatments or even relatively basic scans like an MRI...to her credit, the interviewee (Country Health SA?-sorry) did acknowledge this continuing need to travel for many services.
Everybody is keen to see what new services do eventuate at the $23m MG Hospital Redevelopment, but the gap between what is/will be available here and other services remains vast...(approx 450kms unless you go to Victoria-Ed)...yeah, well...point remains though that Mt Gambier is the largest Regional centre in SA and services an area that contributes a goodly amount of the states income, and yet we are continually treated like an unfortunate and irrelevant inconvenience by our own state government...(sure you're not just projecting your own position as an UII?-Ed)...ha, fair enough, something that Mt Gambier and I do have in common...
An Attempt At Balance: re yesterday's post, Brocky Horror Picture Show, the 'horror' bit is some slight hyperbole for the sake of utilising the cult movie reference...and another situation where I hope to be 'wrong' about the potential for ongoing Regional disaster...may I be bountifully eroneous in my assertationings and predictications...may Geoff Brock be half the Regional Saviour that he claims to be for that we may all prosper and grow fat on the fruits of his endeavours...(amen-Ed)...
Another Day In Mt Gambier: ...(guess what I am now...pop, screech, pop, static, pixellating, drop out, pop, squeak, get so damn annoying you change channel-Ed)...are you another day of Digital TV drop-outs after yet another weekend of frequently unwatchable ABC reception?...(correct, I am the supposedly technologically improved Digital TV signal that regularly drops out with a chorus of pops and squeaks, particularly when it gets a bit windy-Ed)...
Yesterday I tried to watch the repeat of 7.30 SA Edition and The Insiders, but the reception was so bad that I gave up on 7.30 and listened to TI on the ABC/BBC Radio...it is impossible to follow an interview when the picture freezes, pixellates, the sound drops out, etc, and whole chunks of questions and/or answers disappear...and last night I 'skyped' my child at Uni, and the bandwidth was so limited that all I could make out was a fuzzy smudge for most of our brief chat and the connection twice dropped out before self re-dialling...
Now don't get me wrong, these are amazing technologies combining to provide 'skype' type services, but we live in an age where this is a relatively basic form of communication, and one that barely works in Mt Gambier...perhaps it is one of those very trendy 'First World Problems' to complain about how your TV reception and computer connection aren't quite up to scratch...(my Chardonnay's not chilled correctly-Ed)...it's an Outrage...but this reception/bandwidth issue is a not uncommon reality across Mt Gambier and the South East...does one just accept that's how it's going to be and do the best one can, or get all Bolshy and arc up about it?...and then to what end?...

Not sure exactly what to title tomorrow's post but there'll have to be something about 'Hot Air' or 'Wind Going Up Somewhere'...you know the drill...(oh, so the worst pun you can think of between now and then-Ed)...onya...
And the Public Transport issue is highly relevant headed toward Easter and ANZAC Day when there will be no local Bus service 7 days out of 10...no service on weekends or public holidays...and I also offer my current hobblingness as a prime example of the sort of mobility issues that can make things like 'Park and Stride' really annoying...I was happy to walk 4km to the supermarket and back but now walking's not an option, I'm stuffed...and the 6kms to town and back is a distant dream...
And furthermore, I'd like to acknowledge that for all my bellyaching, I have been extremely fortunate in many respects with my health, particularly Dental Care, even though it's been largely by luck...I refer to previous posts about my lymphoma experience and dental treatments and particularly with the dentistry I basically fell from one treatment program to another in a manner that saved several teeth and greatly improved my overall dental health...but behind me are all the people in the same system who have not had my luck.

Brocky Horror Picture Show - It's Just A Jump To The Left
Hello again Dominican Republic and also Sweden, the USofA, Romania, and Russia...welcome y'all to the blog...a short sharp post today because I spent heaps of time unsuccessfully researching some stuff and it's really p'ed me off...and straight off, I know I've had a goodly amount of gougage at Independent Member for Frome Geoff Brock, and now a Weatherill Labor government Front Bench Minister for Regional Development and Local Government Relations, but here's some more astute observationings...(stupid more like-Ed).
Incorrect maybe, but stupid? mmm I dunno...now I did see (and hear) it reported that Mr Brock is a dis-enfranchised former Liberal (the Right) who 'centralised' to the position of Independent, and I reckon I repeated that as such, but in researching this post I cannot find any specific reference to any specific Liberal connection, eg, on his own Homie Page , Wikipedia, various media reports, etc...I think this was a statement/reporting confusing the 'Conservative' nature of the seat of Frome...I apologise to blog availees for my repeating of what appears to be an error.
(Was he knocked back for Liberal pre-selection for the 2006 state election or in 2009 and then chose to run as an Independent?-Ed)...dunno...he was elected at the January 2009 Frome By-election after the retirement of Rob Kerin, but what I'm reading suggests that it was the Rann Labor government that pushed him to run and he was elected on Labor and Nationals preferences...and again had Labor support in March 2010 and March 2014...
I cannot find anything stating specifically that Mr Brock is 'a former Liberal', but that does not preclude his particular political tendencies as Councillor and Mayor of Pt Pirie...but in the circumstance I can only apologise for referring to him as such...(but it is true when referring to Such-Ed)...no no, it's apparently not true...(no no, I'm referring to Dr Bob Such who is definitely a disenfranchised Liberal who ran as an Independent-Ed)...indeed...
It becomes a self-contradicting discussion when issues of definable Labor support allow Mr Brock to operate as an Independent...pragmatically speaking though, with the 'preferential system' we use in Australia that support has to go somewhere, and Labor are not likely to preference anywhere near the Liberals...and beyond that, the two major parties are virtually indistinguishable...the supposedly 'Leftist' SA Labor Party is more Right Wing than the Liberals, furiously Privatising everything, eg, the Forestry Estate Sale, and slashing services, eg, the Shared Services fiasco that withdrew Regional public service positions.
(So you're saying that in South Australian politics a jump to the Left is actually a step to the Riyiyiyiyiyight-Ed)...indeed...(boy, that sure was a very long build up to a very average joke-Ed)...indeed...(moving on?-Ed)...I think it best...but just quickly, I still struggle with the whole spiel from Geoff Brock whereby he sprays Labor for their atrocious treatment of regional South Australia, and then supports them back into another term of the same Adelaide-centric lunacy...(and the whole Bob Such shenanigans-Ed)...indeed...and it's just the start...
Mr Brock is there at all because of Labor support and Dr Such also has a history of supporting Labor, eg, as replacement Speaker in April 2005, and then we have the most extraordinary shenanigans re Dr Such's illness and the 'resultant decision' by Geoff Brock to support Labor...and I repeat that the timing and nature of Dr Such's illness is a public interest issue because he was a public officer asking to be re-elected and his health affects his participation and/or continuation and therefore affects the make-up of the Parliament.
But we in Sow Straya have even more pressing concerns than the potential manipulation of an already grossly biased pro-Labor gerrymander electoral system...our economy is in unrepentant free-fall whilst unemployment is rocketing in the opposite direction in an express lift to nowhere (now over 7% where the National average just dropped below 6%) ...and the most obvious, most recent example is what's happening in Adelaide's Northern suburbs already, with the impending closure of Holden's Elizabeth manufacturing plant to further massively impact...
I'm not the only person suggesting that a job created in a Coal mine in Western Australia doesn't replace a job lost at Elizabeth, not least of all because Fly In Fly Out causes massive social disruption...and it's been quoted that the Mitsubishi closure in 2008 led to roughly 1/3 of the workforce retiring, 1/3 gaining other employment but of lesser income, and the remaining 1/3 had suffered ongoing unemployment and gross under-employment issues...(yay-Ed).
And now Penrice Soda is in administration possibly closing, so another 180+ jobs may be lost, but there are far greater problems on the horizon...(sailing over the horizon almost-Ed)...indeed, with the Air Defence Destroyer program nearing it's conclusion, and the patently ridiculous $50billion Submarine plan now also under threat, Adelaide is staring straight down the barrel...and the Collins Class subs are a bit of a disaster with usually only 1 or 2 subs actually operational at any one time.
Again, buy a dozen or more second-hand subs for the same price, use our facilities to strip a couple back for parts and at the same time learn them literally inside out, then maintain a program of intensive and extensive upgrade re-fittings...we get an immediately operational fleet of 6-8 subs, heaps of spares, and plenty of well payed, highly technical employmentings...
And I know that I've barrelled Adelaide with monotonous regularity, but nobody really wants to see Adelaide en masse go to the wall, not least of all because it'll destroy Regional SA to try and prolong the inevitable...(yay some more-Ed)...
It's Crack Time: Ahhhh, Joe Hockey's gettin' his Mandate out again...and he apparently wants to have a "sensible discussion about the quality of life" when what he really means is 'we're gonna slash Old Age Pensions and raise the Pension age and slash Disability Support funding'...including for the Disability Insurance Scheme for which the funding is already being levied, and of course attacks on the Disability Support Pension and Unemployment Benefits...but the OAP is the one they're really after...
According to Mighty Joe, apparently 1 in 3 children born today will live to 100...(bollocks, there is ample evidence that the mass pollution of the food chain, multiple other associated dietary issues, poor fitness, sheer numbers of people on the planet, etc, will all see the lowering of the average life expectancy with a few people living longer due to medical interventions-Ed)...indeed Ed, I believe that I at 47 am part of the vanguard of a generation who are likely to live less long than their parents or even die before their parents do...
And it's all fairly straight forward...our parents imbibe a lifetime of pollutants, often unwittingly, which are often captured/stored in and/or around fat cells...(fair enough-Ed)...and we are mammals that produce milk for the young, and it is the fat reserves of the females that are 'mobilised/utilised' for the production of said lactate...(and therefore those pollutants are also 'mobilised' within the milk and fed to said offspring?-Ed)...basically, yes.
It is not just alarmist Greenie propaganda that states that the first born calve of some species of Cetaceans (whales, dolphins.etc) are considered to be almost sacrificial in that they receive the parents lifetime of accumulated toxins via feeding, and there have been instances of dead baby whales washing onto beaches and having to be treated virtually as 'toxic waste'...but I digress...
And when do I get $200k per annum (minimum parliamentary income) Joe mate?...gord knows I've been doing the heavy shreckin' lifting when it comes to my community...and by necessity not by desire I've trashed my own life in pursuit of an issue that seems consistently under the patronage of both the Liberal and the Labor Party, institutionalised Paedophilia...when do I get appropriate recompense for the Illegal Dismissal of April 2000 that rooted my life?...or for the ensuing rank corruption of the Industrial Relations Commission?...and then there's the St Martins bullshit...
Please tell me all about the 'entitlements' that I get Joe because my life has been so totally trashed by situations entirely outside of my control...and when it comes to St Martins, a situation where I have been openly attacked as the actual problem, not least of all by a highly payed system that's meant to protect the children not the paedophiles...come and tell me all about it you shreckin' muppet...
Is there anything more galling than someone on a massive publicly funded income who gets a publicly funded and quite outrageous superannuation package...(and multiple publicly funded allowances and entitlements-Ed)...good point...anything more shreckin' galling than someone who gets all of that and then wants to tell the lowest income earners that he's going to end "the age of entitlement"...(well I for one am completely galled-Ed).

Hello United Kingdom, Italy, Malaysia, and the Dominican Republic, and welcome to the blog...don't know about anyone else, but it's been a few weird days for me going back over all the news reportage from the period February - April 2005, what with finishing Chemo at the time, Radiotherapy, meeting State Care Child Abuse Commissioner Ted Mullighan, the resignation of the Speaker of Parliament Peter Lewis...(and wasn't it Dr Bob Such whom then Premier Mike Rann appointed in April 2005 to replace Peter Lewis as Speaker?-Ed)...indeed it was...
Given that I was spending so much time at Parliament house at the time, on top of the medical stuff, this whole period is one long montage of 'do you remember where you were when such-and-such happened?' moments...
And I'll try very hard to be a bit less heavy than yesterday, but if you'll excuse me, today some more brief albeit relentless ventings about the multitude of Defamatious Threatenings re my declarationous accusationings...threatenings that have defined the official response to the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up...(those are never actual words...you made up half of 'em-Ed)...indeed, anyone can do it...English as a language is great like that...
Feedback: several people I've spoken to have expressed support for the Mt Gambier City Council's $450,000 (approx) plan to put 63 (?) Solar lights around the Blue Lake walking track so's people can walk early and late...(well I doubt if they'll work early, short cloudy days and long nights and all that-Ed)...yeah, anyhoos, I find the plan lining up in the 'Things Council Should Be Doing First' File behind public transport, a covered pool, renovating the Old Rail Station which they won't because it's got to go to make way for the Rail Lands Retail Agenda...(ok, yeah yeah, heard it all before...but fair point too-Ed)...etc...
Just this morning City Council's Grant Humphries was on the ABC Local Radio talking about 'the nearly $3million in unexpected state government grants' that Council received in the last year, which I believe was $750,000 for the Main St Re-vamp disaster, and 2 x $1million grants for the Rail Lands...and all blown on horrendous grey pavers for The Main and pointless dirt-shuffling on the Rail Lands site...
Some Good News: a proper Pedestrian Operated Crossing has been approved for the Jubilee Highway at the busy Andami supermarket site...the crossing has been approved by the state government (who manage major roads through Mt Gambier, eg, Penola/Bay Rd, Jubilee Hwy, etc) largely as a result of the tragic death 2 years ago of a pedestrian in a motorised gopher who was struck by a vehicle while trying to cross...
Not So Great: are the series of reports today about further 'redundancies' and service closures by SA Health in Adelaide...forty something job cuts and a 'Woman's Service' (sorry, don't know exactly what that is) to be closed and 2 youth centres at Marion and Modbury...and announced late on a Friday afternoon to avoid criticism...and 300 more jobs to go from the CSIRO...and just thrilled to hear that the ABC en masse is apparently 'the best workplace in the nation'...so bully for them...(still banned then?-Ed)...yeah, think so...
I have covered most of these specific cases of 'Defamation Threat' in various previous posts so please review them for a more detailed explanation, eg, the threats made by local lawyer Bill DeGaris re the posts about his conduct...but I have also been threatened by many people on many occasions that I can't prove, eg, the many times that I and other parents had lawyers, politicians, police, etc, state to us that we needed to be careful about defamation and getting sued...(well what's wrong with that?...sounds like they were just trying to help-Ed)...yeah, fair enough, on a couple of occasions that was the case, with certain people, but time and again it was an implied and/or direct threat made toward me/us.
The Crown Solicitors Office, SAPol officers, Rory McEwen, Ted Mullighan, Bill DeGaris, the Teachers Registration Board, etc, etc...in almost every conversation I have had with anybody re St Martins, the 'D' word was apparent...it is a classic manipulation, a tool to instill fear.
We parents were right in the breech when it came to the Criminal Defamation case 'waged' against Child Protection Activists from April 2005-December 2008 by the Rann Labor government with the full support of the equally corrupted Liberal 'Opposition'...(and he uses that term 'Opposition' advisedly-Ed)...indeed...and no-one more than I as an eyewitness for the defense...and that was all because on the day it happened, I was sitting in the Parliament House courtyard with one of the soon to be charged CPAs when the other one faxed out the 'Defamatory Document' that got Peter Lewis shafted and the CPAs facing gaol.
And that document was a letter prepared by the CPAs on behalf of people who had come forward to the Child Abuse Commission via Speaker lewis's office...and we parents had gone to Comm Ted Mullighan, SAPol, etc, and made the same specific statements about official corruption and Child Abuse cover-up, done legally accountable Statutory Declarations, media interviews politely covering our concerns, etc...we had handed detailed signed statements to the very people now attacking the CPAs who had helped us...were we next?
As per previous posts I have been personally, directly threatened with 'Criminal Liability' (that's gaol) for Criminal Defamation by the Crown Solicitor Office, and had other specific 'defamation' threats from lawyers Piper Alderman on behalf of the Lutherans, and from lawyer Bill DeGaris.
And remember that Mt Gambier City Council are now armed with a report from the Independent Commission Against Corruption that supposedly exonerates them of all of the scurrilous imputations of impropriety and mischievious maladministration made in this blog...and not once but over and over...why haven't I been held to account for what are, according to the ICAC, my apparently outrageously untrue 'allegations and complaints' about poor ol' City Council?...
(Perhaps you're already on Double Super Secret Probation-Ed)...ah, yes, DSSP...so I'm on the DSP and DSSP...perhaps I'm already on trial...perhaps ICAC are furiously collating a file of stuff that they'll never shreckin' use because the moment they drag me into Court then there'll be faced with actually having to deal with the issues...deal with as opposed to deny...and there's always the ugly prospect of other parents re-surfacing to brandish their particular brand of disdain and displeasure...(yes, those other parents are quite ugly-Ed)...good thing we're so handsome, yeah?...(absolutely-Ed)...

Sledgislation - Defamation The SA Way
Hello Taiwan, Russia, France, and the USofA...welcome to the blog...and a very angry blog today indeed...and I make no apologies for the flurry of fury, the hail of hatred, the surging urge for distributing retribution...thankfully for all concerned, myself included, I am not prone to violence and have sought, along with other parents, to resolve the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up via appropriate channels...and at each and every turn we have been betrayed.
And a quick reminder that I'm not a politician or a professional activist or anything much other than a very, very angry father who has been subjected to the most cynical and corrupt behaviours and repeatedly threatened with defamation, up to and including gaol, all over the abuse of my child and dozens of others at St Martins Lutheran School...bullied, threatened, harassed and betrayed...
Nice segue if I do say so myself into the now 'removed' post of March 19th Lawyer Peter Humphries is a Betrayer...(that's the first post removed since what, middle of last year?-Ed)...July 5th 2013 actually...(wow, 8 months...so Mr Humphries took umbrage to you pointing out his role in the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up?-Ed)...don't know...(I thought you said the post had been pulled-Ed)...yep, it has, but not by Mr Humphries...(by whom then?-Ed)...by a local lawyer also involved in the St Martins Issue...(it's not, is it?-Ed)...yeah t'is...(Billyyyyy-Ed)...
Not A Word Of A Lie: And as though 'twere ordained, DeGaris Lawyers have pulled down another post, this time from March 19th 2014, titled Lawyer Peter Humphries is a Betrayer...this 'removal' has happened in the last couple of days and I'd think must be because of the undeniable links between Bill Degaris and Peter Humphries...yet again I have received no notification of or any reason for this removal...I just discovered this last night straight after posting today's title...will revise this 'removed' post and re-post it tomorrow.
I'm assuming it's because Billy doesn't like any discussion about just what he has done and the definable role he played in undermining and misrepresenting us parents, his alleged clients, and how he has been by his own actions involved in the Cover-up of the abuse of a class of 7 year old children at St Martins Lutheran School...(yeah, it's a truth I wouldn't want being discussed-Ed)...indeed...
And we did this little dance last time didn't we Billy...I expose your 'actions', you pull that post down and threaten me with 'Defamation' , and then I re-post with the factual documentation that supports everything I've claimed and that post remains...I've done a similar dance with Piper Alderman Lawyers who have represented the Lutherans, St Martins School and the Independent Schools Board...and the Crown Solicitors Office...and the Education Dept re the actions of Gary Costello...(wow, what it is to be popular...you're dance card is absolutely chockers-Ed)...
Each and every time this little dance happens...(I like to call it the 'Post Pulling Defamation Two Step'-Ed)...yeah not bad, but I call it 'Lie Dancing' in that we all do a little jig around who's truthful and who isn't and what has happened or not, etc, and the standard response is 'shut-up or defamation'...every time the feedback I have received is 100% supportive in stating that it looks 'a bit iffy' for the 'puller' when a post gets pulled, and that, when combined with my reviewed and restructured posts going unchallenged, gives the entire blog massive credibility...
And I take that 'credibility' very, very seriously and work very hard to be accurate and appropriate within context, eg, obviously I do struggle with my personal animosity toward Bill DeGaris for what he has done to me and other parents, and our children, and all children who remain completely vulnerable...but the facts are the facts, Mr DeGaris represented myself and other parents re St Martins and it was an abject debacle, and I would argue a quite deliberate debacle...
I've also spent a goodly amount of the last 24 hours trawling through the events that led to the Criminal Defamation charges against Child Protection Activists, a case that effectively started in April 2005 with the dissemination of allegations re paedophile politicians and police, and concluded in December 2008 with said CPAs being acquitted...
I was a defense witness in that 2008 Criminal Defamation action run by the state against Child Protection advocates for naming politician and police paedophiles...now those people were telling the truth and the original case was dismissed in the Magistrates Court, but then Labor Premier Mike Rann directly intervened and forced it back into the Supreme Court as the state sought to gaol people for speaking out about the paedophile lobby that clearly runs Adelaide...
There is a raft of articles from The Advertiser newspaper amongst others on the website sa.3.3.05abc or just search 'Criminal Defamation case Peter Lewis South Australia', there's heaps there...and please note that the Adelaide reportage is almost entirely focused on attacking the then Speaker Peter Lewis and Child Protection Advocates operating with him at the time...
And it makes my stomach churn to see that slavering reptile Bob Carr leering at me from the TV...(sweet baby cheeses, and you thought you were an egomanic nutter-Ed)...well I am, but that's not the issue here...there are direct and undeniable connections between Uncle Bobo and the SA Labor Alumni Premier Jay Weatherill, former Premier Mike Rann, former prime Minister Julia Gillard, etc...and all of these people have a defined role in the St Martins issue.

Former MP Rory McEwen betrayed us, repeatedly promising to help then signing on to the Rann Labor government and openly attacking us parents; Commissioner Ted Mullighan betrayed us, SAPol betrayed us; the Lutherans, particularly Principal John Alexander, betrayed us, and the good folk of St Martins turned on us parents; and the Teachers Registration Board manipulated and betrayed us; and the Statutory Authorities Review Committee; etc, etc, etc...
And that's not an 'allegation' or a 'conspiracy theory' or 'a delusional unravelling spewing from a demented and tortured mind'...(well that last one is actually half right, the 'demented and tortured mind' bit is a fair summation of how it has affected you personally-Ed)...yeah fair enough...but apart from that, my personal experience across more than a decade is that South Australia is run by paedophiles for paedophiles...it's the only 'logical' explanation for what I've personally experienced, a Child Abuse Cover-up being run from the heads of government on down...
If you missed the A Current Affair program last night (Wednesday 9th April 2014) re the conviction of former Hey Dad star Robert Hughes, check it out because it explains in broad terms what we as parents have been put through by authorities and the Lutheran Church, the vilification and Pariahtisation, etc, and the reactions of some other parents in attacking us rather than addressing the abuses their children suffered.

If you missed the A Current Affair program last night (Wednesday 9th April 2014) re the conviction of former Hey Dad star Robert Hughes, check it out because it explains in broad terms what we as parents have been put through by authorities and the Lutheran Church, the vilification and Pariahtisation, etc, and the reactions of some other parents in attacking us rather than addressing the abuses their children suffered.

CSTFFTTAAAP Part III
Hello Sweden, Switzerland, Romania and Belgium and welcome to the blog...and yet more bloggin' about loggin'...and yet again I have to embrace my ignorance on the logging issue and glean what I can from the conflicting opinions...it's much the same with these 'Free Trade Agreements' that we are madly signing with South Korea, Japan, and apparently we're after China next...I'll take some fairly ignorant pot-shots at this little baby tomorrow...
Feedback: yes this blog is a desperate attempt at self-justification...yes it is an attempt to at least feel like I'm contributing something to the society that 'supports' me via the Disability Support Pension and my luverly li'l ol' Housing Trust 'ouse...yes if I had 'something better to do with my time' I may well have never started the blog at all, but now that we're here, let's review why...tomorrow...
More Complaints: about the Bike Lanes along Penola Rd and the 'predicted here' concerns that the stupidity of it all will be self-realised...(self-aware Bike Lanes...interesting...and are they permanent lanes?-Ed)...no, they 'operate' between 0730hrs-0900hrs and then in the afternoon from 1630hrs-1800hrs...(so who's whinging about the lanes now?...local business owners? car drivers? local bus service?-Ed)...nope, bike riders, well at least a bike rider, Sharon Holmes of the 'Transport Support Group' (I think TSG is an offshoot of the 'Bike riders group' or 'Better Hearts'-sorry).
And Ms Holmes advice to those cyclists using the 'lanes' outside of operating hours, therefore forcing them out into the traffic lane?..."command the lane" says she...so the traffic lane becomes a pseudo bike lane when the bike lane isn't available, and when it's available almost no-one uses it (it's a perpetual problem that just goes round and round...a cyclical problem almost-Ed)...on ya' bike, as they say...(riding 'round town on my bike all day 'cause the filth took away my license-Lily Allen)...thankyou Lily...

Liberal Dose: of new Mt Gambier Member Troy Bell on ABC Local Radio this morning talking about the visit to Mt Gambier by Independent and now Labor Minister for Regions and Local Government Geoff Brock...they apparently had a couple of hours and have spoken several times on the phone...I thought Mr Bell was being super diplomatic and mega-polite...he rightly pointed out that the 'better conditions for Regional SA' that Mr Brock has claimed is his highest priority, actually mirror Liberal party election promises.
(I think there's something 'amorous' going on with those 2...you know, nod nod, wink wink-Ed)...I have no idea what you're talking about...(well Troy Bell said that he was looking forward to Mr Brock's return and that he would, and I quote, "work up the briefs"...tell me that doesn't sound sus-Ed)...you idiot...Mr Bell was talking about the 'fact files' (the briefs) that he's going to prepare for Mr Brock so that the Minister can have a thorough understanding of the critical issues in the South East...(oh-Ed)...
Apparently the visit is about 'getting to know the issues' and Mr Brock will hopefully return soon...Mr Bell stated that he'll 'work up the briefs' for Fracking, Wireless Rd Traffic Lights, Brown's Bay amenities, etc...I lost track a bit here but Mr Bell was also very excited about a $10million Jobs Accelerator Fund to help support industries with capacity to increase employment immediately...and he said "call me"...(oh gord he's gonna regret that-Ed)...only if I have my way...and he's in Don Pegler's old office (which is an 'electoral office').
Trees Company: One Forty One Plantations have dominated The Border Watch over the last week with multiple articles offering various opinions re the massive growth in Saw Log exports from the Port of Portland...I have attached some of these articles in the last 2 posts, but there were more Friday 4th April 2014 and again yesterday Tuesday 8th April, and again today Domestic preference on logs and State Government reports no contractual breaches.
The abject disaster of the South East Forestry Estate Sale has been well documented...a viable industry with a $100million plus gross annual profit subsidising $50m-$60m of Forestry SA wages and Fire prevention, etc, leaving a net yearly profit of $40m (approx figures)...a government department that made $40m profit per year...(yeah, better sell that-Ed)...already have champ...and at approx only 2/3 what it was actually worth, $680m instead of over $1billion.
I re-iterate: this loss of income means that the $680m gained will be over-run by the loss of income in only 7 years, and the need to cover those remaining costs means a further deficit of $50m-$60m per year, so that makes it minus $150m minimum per year...(whaaa?-Ed)...well there's no $100m coming in per year, but we still need to find that $50m approx for wages, etc...(well Labor has helped that situation by axing heaps of jobs-Ed)...indeed...which means that the income lost will overtake the sale price after only 5 years.
Five years and we'll have already lost any financial advantage and many of the 'conditions' placed on 141 re guaranteed supply to local processors will expire...(so after 5 years it's basically all profit for 141 and we get whatever's left-Ed)...pretty much...and in the interim 141 are monitoring themselves and reporting on themselves to the Weatherill Labor government...(and let me guess, they're doing everything perfectly and everything's just fine-Ed)...indeed.
And again, this 'Lease of 3 Forward Rotations'...(well that's over 110 years so lets' stick with Sale-Ed)...fair enough, this Sale was solely to fund the ridiculous $600m Adelaide Oval Redevelopment itself facilitated by the $90m 'debt pay-off' bribe to the SA Cricket Assoc...and it is a simply unsupportable argument to say that the Oval is a financial boon for the state that will pay for itself because it needs to make $100m a year just to recover what has been lost to finance it.
I completely reject the farcical shenanigans of the Labor created Forestry Roundtable that then morphed into the Forestry Industry Advisory Board...the Roundtable was solely about shutting down the widespread protests with fake promises of regulation and protections for local producers...those 'conditions' only last 5-10 years and don't restrict 141 Plantations from plundering the Forestry resource and then just moving on.
Given the rank corruption that defines the South Australian Labor Party, there must be an Independent investigation of the Sale...are there similar connections between Labor and 141 Plantations as with other planning and development issues, eg, the direct family connections between former Premier Mike Rann and Turbine company Acciona and the openly Fascist Wind Turbine legislation of October 2011?...nothing would surprise me...(if it was all legit?-Ed)...well ok, that would surprise me....
Unfortunately I cannot support Forestry Expert Dr Jerry Leech's call for a Royal Commission, because it will just be another DeBelle Inquiry put together by Weatherill et al to exonerate Weatherill et al...I myself have been guilty of being involved in pointless Inquiries set up and run by corrupt politicians and public officials and I myself have been guilty of being politely compliant and respectful in those corrupt Inquiries...and never again...

CSTFFTTAAAP Part II
Hello y'all and welcome to the blog...and thankyou for loggin' on to another piece of 'log floggin' blog floggin' re the South East SA Forestry Estate and all the saw log being exported from the Port of Portland just across the border (100kms) in Victori...sorry, short post, having more 'drop-out' problems, but again I understand that I'm not the only one in this part of the world...
A Qualification: of my comments yesterday re the United Nations and the Rwandan genocide...as stated, there were killings on either side but the vast majority of people killed were Tutsi and moderate Hutu, killed by Hutu militia, military personnel, etc...also I failed to mention that whilst the UN was broadly criticised for a failure to act, there were10 Belgian UN soldiers killed early in April 1994 which led to the Belgians withdrawing their troops.
Free For All: And something about a Free Trade deal with Japan...blah, blah, blah...something else about 1/4 in tariffs on Ozzie dairy products re the 130,000 tonnes of dairy to Japan...and we're still paying a 20% tariff on Beef, etc...more tomorrow...logs today...but first...
Epic Epping Fail: with the new produce market being opened by the Victorian government that has been built in a residential area (Epping) and is already being denounced as too small (from 630 stands down to 215?-sorry)...5-6 years behind schedule, $600million instead of the original $300m, and half the size it should be...the idea was apparently that supermarkets will go to these 'farmers markets' to source their produce, but as one Organic farmer was quoted on the ABC 'we can't control the weather, don't use chemicals, etc, our produce looks like it does, not what the supermarkets want, uniformity'...
He continued 'everyone's screaming about it' and 'do they (government) want us to sell (our land) overseas, so these countries can buy our land now?'...'where do you go to sell (Organic) product?', and was concerned that he himself had dropped from 20 employees to 10, and sold his produce via an honesty box at the front gate, and a few local shops and markets in the Otways...(paraphrasing).
The Growers Advisory Committee states that the vast majority are excited, but the concerns are that 1) supermarkets purchase mainly from farm gate not farmers markets, and of course 2) that the site is too small and will therefore drive out smaller growers, eg, organic businesses...moving on...
Reported this morning on ABC Local Radio that 2 (not 3 as I said yesterday) people charged with a series of Child Abuse offences including incest and bestiality...from today's The Border Watch Tuesday 8th April 2014;
'Disturbing sex offence claims' "They have been charged with persistent sexual exploitation and
producing and possessing child exploitation material, while one of the alleged offenders was also
charged with bestiality."
But no mention of incest...and I don't know what is happening with this next bit;
"Limestone Coast police...would not confirm the nature of the alleged offending or whether there
were any human victims."
I'm not entirely sure what "human victims" entails in a case of "child exploitation material", but I'll hazard a wild guess and say it might include 'human children'...(yeah, it doesn't read too well does it...perhaps it's just an unfortunate typo-Ed)...whatevs...just another abhorrent sex-crime re-enforcing the world's view of South Australia, and SAs view of the South East...just another day really...moving on...(dude, I just know you don't mean 'whatevs...moving on'-Ed)...fair enough...how's about 'I just can't do this shit again today...every day for 12 years, day in day out, until I've got no more sanity to give...can't do that shit today'...(yeah, fair enough-Ed)...

Because of the length of these articles, I'll do a third part tomorrow to dot point all of the issues (and apologies for sideways orientation, hope it's not too much of a problem)...and there's also the more pressing issue of Shale Gas Fracking, currently expanding at Penola with the second 'test well' drilling after the first shaft has been completed and 'first results are promising' (Beach Energy)...(yay-Ed)...
But just a quick contextualising...in the below articles, where they refer to 'the Roundtable' and 'sale conditions and contracts', etc, remember that most of those 'contracts' are only for 5-10 years...after that it's open slather...and statements that exporters can only do 12 month contracts means nothing because they just have to agree to renew and that same contract can run for 100 years...
