I remind dear availees that the ABC South East were a SAPol (police) Prosecutions witness against me in my rankly corrupt "bizarre trial", and submitted/provided a rankly corrupt Affidavit for SAPol, an Affidavit that was so provably false/problematic that I used it to argue for and then receive from Magistrate Teresa Anderson a Court Summons for info from the ABC...(and that in response, the rankly corrupt ABC's lawyers first argued that there was no such entity as 'ABC South East'-Ed)...which is why they were answering that Summons from their offices in Ultimo, Sydney, New South Wales...(indeed, and then in August 2016, in Court, refused to provide a single document, not even the supposed 'Don't Come Near The ABC Again' letter that their own Affidavit alleged had been sent to you in January 2014 after an 'incident' also alleged in their Affidavit-Ed)...indeed they did refuse thusly, refused to provide that alleged letter or any evidence of the alleged 'incident', instead repeatedly using the terms/arguments that the Summons was "too oppressive", and "fishing for information", and "too difficult"...
(Wow, and Magistrate Anderson let that shizzle fly?-Ed)...well obviously I was deeply disappointed that the rankly corrupt ABC's lawyers were allowed to get away with that absolute nonsense, but I'm not sure that Her Honour was given any choice, and ultimately it certainly laid the groundwork for the maelstrom to come...(you mean that it contributed to Her Honour directing you to prepare and present your case for "Malicious Prosecution", as HH identified and 'Ordered' in October 2016?-Ed)...exactly, because HH saw how the ABC and ICAC (Independent Commission Against Corruption) and SAPol responded to those three Court Summons I'd successfully argued for...and furthermore, that refusal/failure by ABC lawyers then went on to effectively help prove my "Malicious Prosecution" submission which was literally littered with a litany of emails and/or letters to/from the ABC, and the multiple examples in those emails/letters of the rankly corrupt previous attempts to 'ban' me from accessing the ABC...(you mean all that stuff where the rancidly pro-paedophile corrupt politician Rory McEwen repeatedly avoided official complaint processes by going and having a coffee and a chat with his mates at ABC South East, repeatedly trying to get you banned?-Ed)...well that was certainly part of it, sure...(and the stuff to/from ABC Adelaide's head-honcho Sandra Winter-Dewhirst-Ed)...yeah, her too, all that stuff and then some...
And like we've said before here on TMGI, if you ever want to hear sanctimonious smug self-satisfied arrogance, talk to an ABC lawyer from Ultimo, Sydney...what a pack a' pompous bottom-feeders...(and of course, having read your "Malicious Prosecution" submission and that swathe of ABC emails/letters, etc, Her Honour Anderson unceremoniously bailed from your November 2016 Trial, first thing on Day Two, and the 'Trial' collapsed in chaos-Ed)...precisely, and that's the "maelstrom" I was referring to...the rankly corrupt ABC's Affidavit and their sickly-smug lawyer's bilious bleating about my/HH's Summons being "too oppressive", etc, and those lawyer's refusal/failure to cough-up a single document, etc, all that was the beat of the butterfly's wing that ultimately triggered the monsoonal maelstrom caused by my "Malicious Prosecution" submission...(a monsoonal down-pouring of deeply unpleasant realities that had HH furiously bailing-Ed)...well I'd have put it as being more of an 'apologetic' rather than 'furious' bailing, but it's still a perfect metaphor, absolutely...my submission spectacularly torpedoed the good ship 'SS Malicious Prosecution', and down she went with the Presiding Officer (Her Honour) furiously/apologetically bailing...(if it wasn't so deadly serious, that would be an absolutely hilarious summation of that extraordinary situation-Ed)...well quite...

Why is Scott Morrison protecting Hillsong Pastor Brian Houston?
IN HIS MAIDEN SPEECH, current Prime Minister Scott Morrison referred to evangelical Christian and Hillsong Church leader, Brian Houston, as his “mentor.”
The Prime Minister thanked Houston for his support and encouragement.
While Morrison no longer attends Hillsong he does attend Horizon, another Pentecostal church that along with Hillsong is affiliated with Australian Christian Churches — the Australian branch of the Assemblies of God.
In 2015, Brian Houston was censured by the Child Abuse Royal Commission for failing to report his father, Frank Houston, to police for the alleged sexual abuse of children in his church.
On Monday, three years after this censure, NSW Police confirmed that Brian Houston is being investigated by them after complaints that he failed to report his father’s crimes, instead, concealing them and urging church officials to refrain from publicly revealing the allegations in the interests of the institution’s reputation.
In May 2018, Catholic Archbishop Philip Wilson was found guilty in a NSW court of concealing child sexual abuse.
Abuse survivor Peter Gogarty said after the verdict:
"I think this will now open the doors for other jurisdictions to start looking at trying to prosecute people who deliberately looked after their institution and, literally, threw children to the wolves."It appears that Prime Ministerial mentor Brian Houston and the Hillsong Church may have “deliberately looked after their institution” and “thrown children to the wolves”. The current police inquiry will pursue this possibility.
'Morrison went so far as to claim that in his own religious community, his Pastor would know if members were behaving offensively and criminally.'
There has been no comment on this situation from Scott Morrison.Morrison’s lack of comment would not be as significant were it not for the fact that immediately after the most recent attack on citizens going about their daily business in Bourke Street, Melbourne, the Prime Minister called on the Muslim community, in particular, spiritual leaders. He called on them to take responsibility for their community members and identify those among them likely to behave in ways that threaten others. Morrison went so far as to claim that in his own religious community, his Pastor would know if members were behaving offensively and criminally.
This claim is astoundingly false. Morrison and his Pastor must have been aware for some time of Frank Houston’s alleged crimes against children, and Brian Houston’s efforts to conceal those crimes. The longevity, number and extent of crimes against children in Christian communities far exceed crimes perpetrated by offenders from Muslim communities against citizens in public spaces. Yet Morrison makes no such demands for responsibility and accountability from his faith group.
In holding Muslim imams more responsible than he holds Christian pastors and priests, Morrison is engaging in a profoundly dishonest and deliberately misleading act that crudely privileges Christianity over Islam. The truly horrific failings of his own faith leaders are ignored, in favour of the political advantages he believes are to be gained from demonising the Muslim community.
Further, not only is Morrison silent on the more general failure of Christian communities to confront child sexual abuse, it is his mentor that he is protecting. That kind of protection is very close to home — far too close to home for a prime minister.
We have seen, repeatedly, the failure of Christian communities of all persuasions to act on the horrific abuse of thousands upon thousands of children in their care. I have never heard Prime Minister Scott Morrison call for Christian leaders to monitor the behaviour of any members or employees in an effort to prevent the molestation and rape of children. If there was ever a topic on which a prime minister should voice an opinion, it is the horrific epidemic of child sexual abuse perpetrated by Christian churches, including his own. And yet, nothing.
Questions must now be asked of the Prime Minister:
- Why are you protecting your mentor, Brian Houston?
- Why are you demanding a level of accountability from the Muslim community that you blatantly do not require from your own faith group?
- Why have you gone on the public record declaring Pentecostal pastors would recognise and act upon dangerous behaviours within your community when your own religious mentor stands accused of concealing the sexual abuse of children?
Nobody likes a liar but a religious liar is, quite rightly, more despised than most.
Why, Prime Minister, are you protecting Brian Houston?

And again apologies that I've endured another week of listlessness and inactivity where-in I've managed to achieve little more than feeding and laundry...(and gym-Ed)...oh yeah, best thing I've done for my physical and mental health, yay for gym...but apart from that, I'm fairly drained by the realisation that, due to the Institutionalised Pro-Paedophile Corruption that defines South Australia, I'm not likely to get any sort of response, let alone a responsible response, from Attorney General Vicki Chapman, the Chief Magistrate, the Courts Administration Authority, Dept of Corrections, etc, etc, et al, and therefore my attempt to even re-lodge my Appeal Application re my rancidly corrupt 'Conviction' and the definably corrupt conduct of Magistrate White, etc, and/or get an appropriate response as to why my Agoraphobia diagnosis is apparently irrelevant, etc, etc, etc, all of that remains and is likely to remain 'unanswered'...(and then you'll get the cops on ya' doorstep again telling ya' ya've done this and/or haven't done that, etc, etc, etc-Ed)...well quite...
And again, I don't specifically blame the various office staff/officers that get sent to do this stuff, it's the Ministers and heads of departments, etc, who are responsible...
