And last week I'd all but given-up on this 'ere blog, again...(nooo! say it isn't so!-Ed)...yeah yeah, again, but I hung in there, and here we all are again, again, and it wasn't a single thing that dragged me back to this 'ere keyboard, rather, it's been a series of issues/decisions, although there was one critical comment that I'd like to quickly share...(do tell dear heart-Ed)...well, amidst a discussion about what I have managed to achieve with this 'ere blog...(like defining the rancid Pro-Paedophile Corruption that defines and controls South Australia-Ed)...yep, controls and defines our Parliament, SAPol (police), Courts, Crown Solicitor, Public Service, etc, etc...(and the Lutherans, don't forget the shreckin' Lutherans!-Ed)...sure, not forgetting the rancidly Pro-Paedophile Corrupt Lutheran Church, and everyone else involved in the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up, all of that stuff...(and the rancid corruption of Mt Gambier City Council and many other aspects of Local Government in SA-Ed)...indeed, all that stuff...(and how as part of that you've irretrievably and irrefutably proven the rank corruption of the SA Independent Commission Against Corruption and it's head honcho Your Bestie And Also In His Spare Time ICAC Comm Bruce 'Brews Slander' Lander, eg, retrospectively changing ICAC legislation to allow prosecuting you in Court-Ed)...yeah, all of that and then so much more...(like all the farcical debasco (debacle/fiasco) that is the Ombudsman/Office of Public Integrity/ICAC stuff with multiple South East Councils-Ed)...yes, yes, and yes, all of that...
But it was one specific comment that really and literally picked me up by the collar, dragged me up outta' the mud, dusted me off...(can you dust-off mud?-Ed)...shhh, and sent me back to this 'ere blog with a glimmer of vigour and a vague sense of motivation...(wow, settle down already or you'll do ya'self a serious injury with all that energy and excitement-Ed)...yeah yeah, I know it's all a bit average, but I'd rather be genuinely trudging-back to this 'ere blog, than trying to run again, only to trip and fall again, again...(right, so no belicose promises, rather, a very moderate sense of improved wellbeing and continued bloggin'?-Ed)...exactly...(it's almost like you've been through this so many times before, this almost defeatist depression stuff, that you've learned to just sort of 'lie-down and take it' while it washes over you, and then get-up again when it's run it's course, when it's coursed over you and temporarily moved on-Ed)...that's exactly what it feels like Ed mate, just plowing through the drab dark days until things get a bit brighter and then going again, again...and so here we are today, and today we're looking at 'Whistleblowering'...(is that even a word?-Ed)...it is now...
So here's a particular piece from The Sydney Morning Herald (and The Age?), that I reckon covers it fairly well...I like to use these Main Stream Media pieces to illustrate and/or compare my own work/opinion, and occasionally, I just can't say it any better than what someone else has...(and well, sometimes, just occasionally, others might potentially know more about a certain subject than you do and it's only responsible and appropriate to Refer and Defer to their knowledge/experience-Ed)...indeed, and there's a bit of that with this one, it says what I believe and/or am concerned about, citing sources I'm not familiar with, etc...(well that's just terrific, really it is, but what was that One Comment you mentioned previous-Ed)...ah yes, that comment, and in a context about what I've achieved, how hard I've worked, the price I've paid, etc, that comment was "Do you want to give the bastards the satisfaction?"...(well firstly, that's a question not a comment-Ed)...yeah yeah, you know what I mean...(if you'll let me finish, but secondly, it's a very valid comment/question that says so much with so little-Ed)...indeed, it's literally everything isn't it, particularly when it comes to the original motivation for starting this 'ere blog, all of those issues...(and most particularly the St Martins Cover-up-Ed)...and the abuse I've been subjected to for pursuing basic appropriate action regarding that abuse of 7 year old kids at St Martins School...(and where that abuse has become relentless and unambiguous Pro-Paedophile Political Persecution, eg, your farcically corrupt 'ICAC Trial'-Ed)...indeed, all of that...***
Australia has slumped two places in the annual World Press Freedom Index for 2019,
amid concerns that investigative journalism is in danger with reporters
and whistleblowers facing jail under "draconian legislation".
Australia
was ranked 21 in the index, which is published every year by Reporters
Without Borders, and ranks 180 countries and regions according to the
level of freedom available to journalists.
The index says the
space left for demanding investigative journalism has been "reduced by
the fact that independent investigative reporters and whistleblowers
face draconian legislation".

Chessell also pointed to the fact whistleblower Richard Boyle is facing a jail sentence of 161 years after helping The Age and Herald's investigative journalist Adele Ferguson expose abuses of power by the Australian Tax Office.
The highest ranked nation on the index was Norway, followed by Finland and Sweden.
Australia,
which had been ranked 19th for the past two years, fell out of the top
20, coming in behind New Zealand, which was ranked 7th, Costa Rica
(10th), Ireland (15th), Canada (18th) and Suriname (20th).
The
United Kingdom came in at 33rd place, up seven places but one of the
worst ranked Western European countries, while the United States was
ranked 48th, down three places.
The index said Australia had good public media but the concentration of media ownership was one of the highest in the world.
"It
became even more concentrated in July 2018, when Nine Entertainment
took over the Fairfax media group," the index says. "Mainly concerned
with business efficiencies and cost-cutting, this new entity resembles
Australia’s other media giant, Rupert Murdoch’s News Corporation."
Under
the "very conservative" prime minister, Scott Morrison, the government
had abandoned any attempt to regulate the media market, the index said.
It
also said the detention centres on Manus Island and Nauru were in
practice inaccessible to journalists and had become "news and
information black holes".
President Donald Trump had exacerbated the steady decline of press freedom in the US, according to the index.
"He
has declared the press an 'enemy of the American people' in a series of
verbal attacks toward journalists, attempted to block White House
access to multiple media outlets, and routinely uses the term 'fake
news' in retaliation for critical reporting."

worst performing country was Turkmenistan in Central Asia, one of the
most closed countries in the world, followed by North Korea, Eritrea and

This man, Justice Michael Wigney, was absolutely appalling in his repeated denigration of the 'victim', and was/is clearly biased against her, be that a personal bias or a 'Gender-Bias Agenda' or a personal affection for Geoffo mate...(maaate-Ed)...whatever it was motivated him, whatevs, his conduct of the trial and subsequent remarks weren't just grossly biased and inappropriate, they sounded deeply familiar and his tone and attitude very much put me in mind of Magistrate Ian White's grossly biased conduct and 'agenda-driven' abuse of me at 'Trial', his unwavering commitment to ignoring SAPol Prosecution's proven lies, the gaping holes in their 'case', the unresolved Constitutional Law issues, etc, etc, etc...(that's where I've heard that crap before, you're right, it was almost exactly like your "bizarre trial", ignore and/or deny the clear realities, resolutely deny any appropriate defense being presented, then pompously promote and support any farcical opinion that 'confirms' the prosecution, no matter how ludicrous or proved erroneous, etc, and viciously denigrate the 'defendant'-Ed)...and that's what I got from Magistrate Ian White, and that's exactly what I heard from Justice Michael Wigney...(hey, are you allowed to have an opinion about this?-Ed)...probably not, I guess we'll find out when and if this post gets complained about anonymously and pulled-down...(fair enough-Ed)...and I note that The Daily Telegraph is appealing this decision, citing 'potential bias by Justice Wigney'...

The Guilt-Edged Sword Of Many Blades:...(ah yes, The Guilt-Ed)...The Guilt that I carry from day to day for having witnessed some of the gross abuses committed by "text-book grooming paedophile" teacher Glyn Dorling against the 7 year old students at St Martins, for having witnessed that without realising what was actually happening, therefore allowing those abuses to continue and potentially escalate for several more weeks...(mate, what Dorling was doing ain't your fault-Ed)...sure, I know that, and yet that realisation does nothing to release that burden of failing to stop it sooner...(I understand-Ed)...and then there's The Guilt of failing to resolve the St Martins Cover-up despite 16+ years of relentless activism...(well, relentless other than for the long periods of crushing depression-Ed)...sure...(and let's face it, when you're in a pitched battle with the rancidly Pro-Paedophile Lutheran Church as being protected by the equally Pro-Paedophile Corrupt SAPol, SA Parliament, SA Public Service, Teachers Registration Board and Teachers Union, SA Courts, etc, etc, et al, what hope have you got?-Ed)...indeed, and that realisation, or rather, that series of perpetual realisations, over and over again, that compounds and re-enforces that trauma and related depression...it's a very deliberate and very vicious cycle of abuse and retribution from a rancidly Pro-Paedophile Corrupt State...(yay-Ed)...
And if you reckon I've gone overboard by describing Graham Lyall as a rapist, or by stating that this is a cover-up, or want to question any aspect of what I'm saying, simply go to the New Matilda website as we've previously directed y'alls, and read the correspondence there-in, and most specifically the interview with Lyall himself...he doesn't plead his innocence and/or deny the assault/s, and himself whinge-mentions that there's been a 'payout' to the young woman, presumably by Tennyson Woods College and/or the Catholics, who have also reportedly done a 'report'...(so there's an official 'report' followed by a 'compensation payout' and no denial?-Ed)...and Bill DeGaris is the lawyer writing bizarre Threat Letters to the 'victim' and her friends/supporters...(charming-Ed)...yep, and it's Billy's usual standard of 'threat'...(so, an appallingly average litany of abuse-laden threats?-Ed)...indeed, and regular availees will be well familiar with Bouncin' Billy's blustering abuse...(whatta' piece of work-Ed)...indeed...
And here-in lies a further Guilt, because as previously explained, I knew about this assault/rape from the time it happened, knew by the way that Tennyson Woods Principal David Mezinec and Mt Gambier SAPol uniformly denied that any such rape/assault had happened, and then this blanket blatant denial was immediately followed by the town-sweeping rumour that nothing had happened at all and that this girl had done/alleged this sort of thing before and that she was a 'slut', etc, etc ad infinitum...(text-book cover-up strategy-Ed)...indeed, but I allowed myself to be persuaded that Jazz was far too important for Mt Gambier, and that therefore I should 'go easy' on this issue, etc, etc...and by agreeing to 'go easy' I didn't just fail this young woman but all young women who have been in similar situations, other students, etc, etc...and just for the record, 1) I take full responsibility for that terrible decision, and 2) no-one has done anything to place any of these Guilts upon me, neither deliberately nor accidentally nor vicariously or whatevs, it is my burden that has sought me out because that's just who I am and that's just the way it is...and again, you know who you are, this is my choice, my guilt is my choices and my guilt is my responsibility, not yours, cheers...

No recommendation to prosecute Vickie Chapman over ICAC comments, SA Premier says
SA Premier Steven Marshall said he was personallytold by the state'sPolice Commissionerthat investigators did not recommend Attorney-General Vickie Chapmanbe prosecuted over comments she made about an anti-corruption case.

In a media statement released in September, Vickie Chapman said she could not provide any further information about the employment of two senior executives from land development agency Renewal SA.
Independent
Commissioner Against Corruption (ICAC) Bruce Lander later confirmed he
did not give the Attorney-General permission to release her statement,
but gave the media permission to publish it.
Last week, police referred Ms Chapman to Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Adam Kimber following a police probe into whether she broke the South Australian ICAC Act'sstringent secrecy provisions.
Mr Marshall said he was told byPolice Commissioner Grant Stevensthat prosecution was not recommended.
"I
just asked the question in recent days, I just asked the Police
Commissioner 'so did the evidence that went to the DPP go with a
recommendation for prosecution?' And he said 'no'," Mr Marshall told ABC
Radio Adelaide.
"The police force did what they were
asked to do — they gathered that information and they passed it to the
DPP for further assessment.
"To then now beat it up, beat it up [to suggest] there's a prosecution pending — it's fanciful."
When asked if that was appropriate, Mr Marshall said it was "a statement of fact".
Labor describes the move as 'utterly extraordinary'
The Opposition seized on the admission, and demanded Mr Marshall answer questions about the nature of the conversation.
Opposition Leader Peter Malinauskas said it was "utterly extraordinary" that Mr Marshall had raised the issue.
"I
think it's completely inappropriate that the Premier of this state has
decided to play a role and ask questions of the Police Commissioner

statutory role in any police investigation or prosecution. Why is he
asking questions of the SAPOL Commissioner?"
"In what capacity? How many times has he spoken to SAPOL about the investigation into his Deputy Premier?" he asked.
"Was this the first time? What about the separation of powers?"
Ms Chapman has come under pressure to resign over her comments, but Mr Marshall said that was unnecessary.
"I
think Vickie Chapman's got plenty of things to be doing — I don't think
that she should be standing aside unless there is any evidence that's
been presented," he said.
"There has not been any suggestion that there has been a prosecution pending.
"We've had two sets of independent legal advice which have said there has been no breach to the ICAC Act."
SA Police declined to comment on the matter.

South
Australia's anti-corruption watchdog will probe an Adelaide council
following a number of complaints about the organisation.
Deputy
Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Michael Riches said an
evaluation will be conducted into the City of Playford's practices,
policies and procedures.
"It is critical that (the council's)
functions are carried out appropriately and in a manner that is free of
corruption, misconduct and maladministration," he said on Wednesday.
"An
evaluation is a useful means of gaining an in depth understanding of a
public authority's operations and how it guards against risks of
corruption, misconduct and maladministration."
Mr Riches said the
evaluation is not an investigation of individual conduct, and if matters
of concern are identified they were be dealt with separately.
He said the Office for Public Integrity had received a number of complaints and reports about the council.
The
public will be invited to make submissions to the inquiry, and the
evaluation may be broadened in light of the information received.
The
announcement comes after the council's former chief executive, Mal
Hemmerling, was last stood down for alleged bullying and misconduct.
Mr Riches said he hopes to deliver a report to parliament by the end of the year.
"I
am hopeful that my report, together with any recommendations made, will
be of assistance not only to the City of Playford but to the 67 other

A-G defends staffer over union election claims

South Australia's Attorney-General, Michael Atkinson,
has defended one of his staff members amid allegations he was involved
in a deal to influence a union election.
Facing more questioning
in Parliament today, Mr Atkinson said neither he nor his staffer, George
Karzis, had any knowledge of an alleged deal to get a candidate to
withdraw from the Shopworkers Union elections.
Mr Atkinson says he was not even aware Mr Karzis attended meetings with the union, until after they happened.
"When I became aware that Mr Karzis had attended two meetings I can tell you, he didn't attend any more," Mr Atkinson said.
The election candidate concerned is Stephen Campbell, a staffer for Minister Rory McEwen.
Deputy Premier Kevin Foley told Parliament of other concerns related to the election campaign.
"I
told Mr Campbell that Minister McEwen was uncomfortable with members of
his staff participating in election campaigns as candidates while
attached to his office," he said.

Robe council CEO responds to misconduct allegations

The CEO of Robe District Council has responded to serious allegations
made against him and the council on ABC South East's Morning Show.
Roger Sweetman said the Office of Public Integrity
(OPI) would investigate an allegation inferring that Mr Sweetman held an
inappropriate relationship with council auditors.
Earlier this year, the OPI had investigated a separate allegation
relating to alleged misappropriation of funds by Robe District Council
staff for the Lake Butler marina project, but said there was insufficient evidence to warrant further investigation.
Mr Sweetman said he was pleased council had been vindicated, but
described the new allegations against him personally as 'baseless' and
'abhorrent'.
The complaint had been to made confidentially to auditor, Galpins.
"I have many professional relationships with people in local government," he said.
"I have a professional relationship with our auditor, but that's the end of it.
"However, because these allegations have been made as a public
officer under the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC)
legislation, I have to do something about it."
Mr Sweetman said the allegations meant council would be unable to
sign off on audited financial statements by the end of November and he
would have to write to Minister for Local Government, Geoff Brock to
advise him council could not meet its legislative requirements.
He said the allegations had cast aspersions on his professional ability and the auditor's professional ability also.
"It's ludicrous - you have many professional relationships with many
people and it doesn't stop you doing your job and it doesn't influence
the decisions you make in relations to your job in any way," he said.
The CEO said the council was currently in a good financial position, after struggles in previous years.
"Due to some very prudent financial management by my predecessors,
council is in a very strong financial position - we have minimal debt
and we are managing our finances and providing our services at a level
which the community are happy with and as cheaply and as effectively as
possible," he said.
Mr Sweetman said council voted last night to offer their full support to him.
"I've been in local government for 38 years and never dealt with
anything at this level before - it's very disconcerting," he said.
"It's unfortunate that this sorry episode has chewed up a lot of resources on a lot of baseless claims.
"Council's time and effort would be better served providing services for our community."

SA Ombudsman Wayne Lines finds Robe Council and former CEO Roger Sweetman mishandled $296,000 marina upgrade

A
council has been found guilty of maladministration and its retired
chief executive of misconduct over their management of a $296,000 marina
project, following an investigation by the state’s public sector
watchdog.
SA Ombudsman Wayne Lines has upheld a
whistleblower’s complaint that ex Robe Council chief executive Roger
Sweetman had breached code of conduct during oversight of an upgrade of
the Lake Butler marina entrance, the cost of which later blew out by
$120,000.
Mr Lines ruled the council had mismanaged public
resources by failing to obtain multiple quotes for the project and had
not made “meaningful inquiries” behind the marina’s cost blowout despite
being informed of the need for more funds.
The marina project had
an initial approved budget of $170,000 but was completed in December
2014 for $296,309 without toilets, gates or asphalting of the carpark,
which were included in an original project estimate.
Mr Sweetman
tendered his resignation in December at the same time the council
secretly considered preliminary findings of the investigation.
The
council publicly released Mr Ombudsman’s final report on April 2, the
day after Mr Sweetman permanently left council, and three weeks after Mr
Lines had provided the council with a copy of his report
Mr Lines
found Mr Sweetman, who was employed in July 2012, had failed to seek
tenders for various aspects of the marina project in breach of the
council’s procurement policy.
“I understand that the CEO developed
a strategy of managing the project in-house, allowing for better
management of local contractors and suppliers,” he said.
“This is critical given the finding that the council did not properly apply the procurement policy.
“Although
I have not quantified the possible financial overspend by the council
not following the procurement policy, it is clear that the CEO had
responsibility to ensure the procurement policy was applied.”
He said Mr Sweetman had breached the council’s code of conduct and had committed misconduct in public administration.
Mr
Lines said the council had acknowledged it had failed to obtain the
“requisite number of quotes” for “at least nine significant
transactions” under the project.
“The failure to apply the
procurement policy … reflects a practice or pattern of conduct resulting
in a substantial mismanagement of public resources,” he said.
“Given
the scale of the project and the fact that there was a failure to
comply with the procurement policy on a significant number of occasions,
I consider that mismanagement to be substantial.”
In a statement,
published in the council’s April 9 meeting agenda, Mr Sweetman said he
accepted findings that he had committed misconduct.
“I also
acknowledge that I failed council in ensuring that the correct processes
and procedures relating to obtaining quotations for goods and services
regarding the construction of the marina entrance,” he said.
But he said he did not agree with Mr Lines’ “assumption” that the council may not have received value for money.
“I
do not feel that the Ombudsman fully appreciates the difficulty in
procuring goods and services with rural regional areas where the number
of suppliers for certain products are limited,” he wrote.
“Both council and I acted in the best interest of the community in relation to … the project.”
Mr Lines has given the council until May 3 to report on steps it has taken to improve its policies.

Howdy dear availees everywhere, and humblest apologies for this very brief interim post, but I have been very unwell...(physically and mentally-Ed)...well indeed, and I've found that even trying to blog has been very confronting and traumatic...(is this tied into the counselling stuff you're currently doing?-Ed)...in part, absolutely, as helpful as some of it has been, it has also been incredibly confronting when re-hashing the many traumas of the past 16 years of the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up and being re-assessed in terms of what a devastating impact that has had on me personally...(let alone the impact on the dozens of 7 year old kids abused by "text-book grooming paedophile" teacher Glyn Dorling, and those kid's families, etc-Ed)...and how it's affected my perception of our society and Mt Gambier, etc, etc, all that stuff...(so if the counselling's so bad for you, why do it?-Ed)...let me answer that in 9 parts...(oh gourd no!-Ed)...nah nah, just kidding, 2 main reasons...
Firstly, I was 'ordered' to do this by Corrections SA who flatly refused to accept my Disability Support Pension diagnosis and repeatedly demanded that I get "a more current one"...(and what's happened with all that stuff about your rankly, definably corrupt 'Trial', and the bizarre 'Conviction' and $540,000 fines what was changed to 260hrs of Community Service, and the changed ICAC legislation, etc, etc?-Ed)...nuthin'...(nuthin'?-Ed)...nope, still trying to 'Appeal', no-one returns my emails or phonecalls and I've heard nuthin' at all from Corrections for nearly 6 months...(and what about those multiple SAPol (police) visits to your humble abode in November/December 2018 and all of that harassment about supposedly breaching the "reprehensibly vile" Final Intervention Orders, etc, etc?-Ed)...nope, nuthin'...(nuthin'? but what about those repeated statements about how "you'll receive a Summons in a coupla' months", what about that stuff?-Ed)...yeah, sure, that's what I was told on 2nd November 2018 and again on 27th December it was "a month", but I've heard nought since...(wow-Ed)...
And then there was also all that stuff about how I had to submit to a DNA Swab and Fingerprinting or else I'd be arrested and forced to submit, etc...(ahhh, I'd forgotten about that-Ed)...so apparently have SAPol...(oh I don't think they've forgotten, I just think that were caught-out lying and harassing and intimidating you, and when called-out on that stuff, they've just withdrawn to re-draw their plans and to find new and exciting ways to harass and attack you-Ed)...and there's plenty of people who think exactly the same as you Ed...(you for example-Ed)...yeah, but I think all your stuff, what with you being a confected literary device and all...(fair enough-Ed)...but I believe that you are correct in so much as SAPol have definably lied so much in this FIO Breaches process, that to attempt to pursue that issue is just making huge problems for themselves...(eg, why insist on videoing you when it suits them, but failing to do so when they are lying about the DNA stuff-Ed)...a perfect example Ed, only exacerbated by their bizarre claim on 27th December that now they didn't need to do that Swab, etc, because my DNA and Fingerprints are supposedly "already up on the system"...but we digress...
I'm doing counselling because it was demanded of me by Corrections SA who refuse to accept my DSP situation as "current enough", but secondly, I have previously engaged positively with counselling and managed to achieve some positive advancement...and that's how I've explained it to said Counsellor, '1) I'm here because I have to be, and 2) I don't believe that there's a single thing you can do to change the realities that cause me such trauma, etc, and thirdly, given how I and other families have been so relentlessly betrayed by people claiming to helping us, I find it fundamentally impossible to trust you...(wow, way to endear yourself-Ed)...sure, but I very carefully explained my position, eg, what Hawkins Clinic did to me to destroy my 'Trial', at the behest of the rankly corrupt Magistrate Ian White, where-in my "Medical Certificate" was retracted/discounted in my absence and my medical details discussed at length in Open Court, to then be reported on the rankly corrupt ABC South East Radio and The Border Watch newspaper...across several appointments, my Counsellor has shown the maturity and good-grace to respond specifically to my initial statements, accepting the veracity of my position and motivators, and accepting my included repeated apology that none of it is their fault...
Regardless, I have found the process incredibly confronting because I am being asked to consider and accept the traumas and consequences that pursuing the St Martins Cover-up have had on me personally...and they are effectively absolute and definably unrelenting...and that brings us directly back to the undisguised Pro-Paedophile Political Persecution of my rankly corrupt 'Trial' and subsequent corrupt 'Conviction', etc, etc, all motivated by a corrupt Parliament and corrupt Police and corrupt Judiciary's desire to punish me for speaking-out about the St Martins Cover-up...which then leads directly to the one topic I really did want to cover today, the TV program, Crime Investigation Australia - The Family Murders...on telly just this week, please search it and view it, it explains exactly what South Australia is...(I thought you said it was a giant crock-a-shizzle designed and aired to obfuscate and deny the high-ranking connections to the Family Murders?-Ed)...no no, that was the ludicrously corrupted farce City of Evil starring The Advertiser newspaper's Sean Fewster and Nigel Hunt...(ah, I was gunna' say, because you stomped all over that particular piece of absolute bollocks-Ed)...indeed I did Ed, and it's exactly what it deserved, it was a deeply cynical and corrupt piece of propaganda...
Crime Investigation Australia - The Family Murders looked to be headed down that exact same path, blaming Bevan Von Einem as the sole perpetrator, etc, but it suddenly did a huge 180 and slammed-down a series of absolute and damning truths in the last 15-20 minutes...a parent told by SAPol that they couldn't touch the real perpetrators because they were 'too powerful', etc...a brother of a victim stating that Adelaide is the centre of global paedophilia, etc...statements about the realities known that there were many others involved and undoubtedly many more 'undiscovered' victims, etc...the murder of witnesses, etc...I was stunned to see a lengthy interview with Ms Wendy Utting, currently still pursuing The Family Murders and other issues of SA's Institutionalised Pro-Paedophile Corruption, and formerly one of the Child Protection Advocates involved with former Speaker Peter Lewis and the notorious 'Paedophile Dossier' released by his office in 2005, etc...(was that the stuff that named high-ranking paedophiles and led to that bizarrely corrupt 'Defamation/Treason Trial' stuff that we've discussed in several posts?-Ed)...that's the one Ed, but previously we've chosen to exclude her name because we were unawares that she was still involved in this stuff, had moved-on, etc...(wasn't it Ms Utting whom you were with that time that that rat-fink Nigel Hunt rushed at her in the Parliament House courtyard, threatening to "expose" her, etc?-Ed)...yeah, when I thought she was being attacked again, and I went within a hair's-breadth of body-slamming him into the side of the building, etc...
Please dear availees, watch this program because it exactly defines what I and other St Martins families have been fighting against, a rancidly Pro-Paedophile Corrupt Lutheran Church colluding with a willingly complicit Pro-Paedophile South Australian Legislature, Executive, and Judiciary...(is this program so different to that City of Evil dross because it was produced outside of South Australia?-Ed)...dunno', but even as you ask that question, it rings so very very true...again dear availees, as disturbing and SA-disgraceful as this program is, please watch it...if it is likely to cause you discomfort and trauma as it has me, please be sure to have some sort of support-person with you or easily accessible...

And I say 'hopefully tomorrow' because I've just suffered through a chronic tooth/gum infection, have had to do a course of antibiotics, etc, and am lookin' down the barrel at a double extraction early next week...usually I can motivate myself with all that stuff about being grateful to be here to whinge about it, etc, now nearly 15 years after all that Chemo, etc, and how lucky I am to still have all my front teeth, etc, but losing more teeth is still really unpleasant in the moment...and now not far from requiring some sort of back-denture, it brings into sharp focus 2 issues, namely, 1) as widely discussed, why isn't all Dental Care, a critical aspect of general health, why isn't Dental covered by Medicare?...which leads directly on to 2) dentures are not covered under the Public Clinic system, so how is someone on a Support Payment or Minimum Wage, etc, meant to cover the minimum $300-$400 for a basic partial denture? what if you need extensive denture work running into $1000s?...what do these people, including many 'Working Poor' and pensioners, etc, what do they do? suck food for the rest of their days?...
I refer to this in the context of this week's Federal Budget, farcically claiming a 'Surplus' based in-part on under-funding the National Disability Insurance Scheme, etc, and the Liberal/National Party's relentless demonising of the Unemployed, Pensioners, etc, and the cynically dysfunctional National Redress Scheme for Child Abuse Survivors, etc, etc, etc...contrast this with those like our Allowance-Guzzling politicians and non-taxpaying 'Franking Credit' retirees and non-taxpaying corporations, etc, and ask yourselves who is that is really the burden on this deeply broken nation we cannot rationally call The Lucky Country...
