Howdy dear availees and welcome to TMGI...still goin' with all this 'ere blog and stuff, but a small apology from the previous post...it was put to me that it would be self-defeating even stupid to be trying to do 5 posts per week when I've just managed to effectively achieve some semblance of balance by doing one or so...however, even I'm surprised that it's suddenly a full week later that the next post bobs-up...(and you're the one writing them!-Ed)...indeed, and although I have taken others' advice in taking/achieving the very healthy step of 'removing/retrieving' myself from TMGI, I wasn't planning a whole week...it is a short, sharp indicator that I'm still struggling...(achieving whilst struggling or struggling whilst achieving?-Ed)...orrr gourd knows mate, both?...(fair call-Ed)...but first, an attempt at humour...
I'm writing a book about the rise and fall of Ancient Minoan Crete and the Mycenaean Empire and all that stuff...(mmm?-Ed)...yeah, it's called, The Rise And Fall Of Ancient Minoan Crete...(well it's a reasonable title I s'pose, given the subject matter, just a fraction dull, you need something a little more, you know, 'punchy', to grab people's attention on a crowded bookshop shelf-Ed)...ummm, well, I do have this...(what's that then?-Ed)...arguably the worst historical pun in the history of puns and history itself...(sounds promising, whattcha' got?-Ed)...The Rise And Fall Of Ancient Crete - The Best Laid Plans Of Mycenaean Men...(mmm, I can taste vomit, top effort-Ed)...cheers...and further cheers to my child/adult/person whom roundly chastised me for conjuring a pun that 'approximately 50 people on the planet are going to even get'...(and in making that observation identified themselves as one of that 50-Ed)...spot on mate, exactly that, but I'm also quietly confident that most availees would get it, and for those whom didn't, whatevs...
My 'Appeal Application' remains effectively stalled, with the Courts Administration Authority claiming that I don't even have one...(orrr yeah, really? and what's their excuse for telling you the wrong forms and wrong way to submit them and all that shizzle from back in April 2018?-Ed)...well no excuse provided, just 'you've done it wrong, do this instead' and then 'it's too late baby, now it's too late'...(even though you really did try to make it?-Ed)...stop that!...(you started it!-Ed)...and now I'm finishing it...(fair enough-Ed)...SA Liberal's Attorney-General Vicki Chapman is refusing to even acknowledge my letters about 1) the clearly identified but still unresolved Constitutional Law issues, and 2) the associated extraordinary "bizarre trial", and 3) where former Labor AG John Rau and ICAC Comm Lander changed the ICAC Act specifically to prosecute me, and, etc, etc, etc...I am not going backward into years of trying to justify/self-represent/whatevs my way through multiple Courts, 'Appeals', etc, etc, to 'Appeal' a "bizarre trial" that should not have even occurred before the Constitutional Law issues were resolved...
Chief Magistrate Hribal has repeatedly referred my official complaints about ICAC Commissioner Bruce Lander and Magistrate Ian White back to me for me to sort-out, apparently, and it's supposedly for me to go to Judicial Conduct Commissioner Bruce Lander and Magistrate Ian White and get them to address their extraordinarily corrupt collective and/or individual conduct with regard to li'l ol' moi...("li'l"?-Ed)...figuratively speaking...and I can hurl otherwise 'slanderous allegations about corrupt conduct' because these acts define themselves!...(it's just so fundamentally simple really-Ed)...well really it rather is isn't it...(and of course that directly relates as to how it is that you blog relentlessly about the Pro-Paedophile Corruption of the Lutheran Church, et al, as evidenced by the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up, and do so without getting 'Actually Sued For' Defamation-Ed)...indeed, and as opposed to 'Being Repeatedly Threatened In Writing With Being Sued, For Years, More Than A Decade Now, But It Never Seems To Actually Happen' Defamation?...(yeah, that's the one-Ed)...ain't it though...
Reality One:...in 2002, at St Martins Lutheran School, Mt Gambier, a class of grade 2 (7 year old) students were physically and/or emotionally and/or psychologically groomed and/or abused by their class teacher Glyn Dorling...starting Day One, every day, for months...following multiple parent complaints and specific disclosures by some kids, the Lutherans suddenly removed Glyn Dorling on the June 2002 long weekend...there Friday, gone Tuesday...SAPol have offered multiple versions of their alleged 'interview' of Glyn Dorling, but never charged him and dropped their investigation within weeks, early-mid July 2002...by 22nd August 2002 Flinders Child Protection Service were still interviewing parents and/or kids, and were stunned to learn, from me, that SAPol had bailed-out more than a month before...FCPS expressed their grave concerns, identifying Glyn Dorling as a "text-book grooming paedophile" who had "due to the very specific and broad nature of his behaviours, obviously researched them", and was "well placed within the system to abuse kids and get away with it", that is, 'Teachers Union representative in a religious school in a small regional town'...
And so on it goes from there, read the blog if y'all ain't done so already...that's what happened, that's what's happening, it's why this 'ere blog even exists in the first instance, and it's why I have been Politically Persecuted via this "bizarre trial" (The Border Watch, March 2018)...it's why I have my very own 'Operation Baritone', and my own 3 year trial, etc, etc, etc...if you cannot come to terms with that Reality, with the St Martins Child Abuse Cover-up, and/or cannot see how that leads inexorably to my "Malicious Prosecution" (Magistrate Teresa Anderson, Oct 2016), then I literally don't know what to tell ya's...
(And what an extraordinary coincidence that the ICAC and Judicial Conduct Commissioners would have the same name, what are the odds?-Ed)...well 100% Odds-On I'd suggest when they are the same person, My Bestie And Also In His Spare Time ICAC Commissioner Bruce 'Libellous Tempest In A Teapot' Lander...("Libellous Tempest In A Tea Pot"?-Ed)...'Brews Slander'...(nice, not just hilarious but an actual real-time descriptor of what ICAC/SAPol/Magistrate White, et al, have tried to do in attempting to shift the whole focus of your Political Persecution, shift it away from the deeply disturbing motivation for this "Malicious Prosecution" and toward a discourse solely about you and your supposedly 'Contempt of Court' conduct during your "bizarre trial"-Ed)...well indeed Ed, another excellent point, and let's not forget the media coverage in that vein, particularly the grossly corrupted reportage of the rankly corrupt ABC...(but they're your "most trusted source of news, without bias or agenda", apparently-Ed)...well according to them they are, but my experience of the ABC is one of deeply entrenched Pro-Paedophile Corruption, upto and including attacking me in Court via a spuriously deceitful Affidavit and grossly distorted reportage carefully ignoring the facts and instead focussed entirely on demonising me as a bad person who behaves badly and says bad things, etc, etc...
Magistrate Teresa Anderson found the ABC's Affidavit about me so problematic that Her Honour accepted my request that they (ABC) substantiate the claims made there-in, particularly the assertion that the ABC's 'security guy' (unidentified) had written to me in early 2014, apparently telling me 'not to come near the ABC again'...it is fact that the ABC responded to HH's Summons (August 2016) with their top lawyers, via phone from Ultimo, saying it was all too difficult, it was "oppressive" and "fishing for information", etc, and when HH 'Ordered' that the ABC provide a copy of that alleged letter and any footage of an 'incident' alleged in their Affidavit, the same lawyers ignored HH's specific timetable and emailed the Court on the next Hearing Date, not a week earlier as 'Ordered', etc...no video, no letter, not even a single email, but they've spoken to some anonymous guy and he's dead-set honest 'cos they know him and he's a top bloke, etc, etc...abject lies from Taxpayer funded lawyers in attacking a parent for speaking-out about the ABC's rancidly complicit role in the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up...that's my experience of the shreckin' ABC...
I remind availees that Her Honour also approved my requests and issued Summons (For Information) to SAPol Commissioner Grant Stevens and ICAC Comm Bruce Lander, and that SAPol provided me a pile of 'junk' internal emails and other nonsense whilst demanding that all of it be 'suppressed'...not one word about where and/or how 'Operation Baritone' came to exist, or who ordered the 2014 raid of my home by Adelaide-based Anti-Corruption detectives, or why I wasn't 'Charged' or even Summonsed to my own 'Trial', etc, etc, etc, nuthin' but gibberish emails...and ICAC of course responded by mimicking the ABC with bleating about how it was all too hard, all too difficult, how the Summons was "oppressive" and "fishing for information", etc...regular availees will no doubt remember that the ABC and the ICAC, despite everything they've done to me and had to say about me and/or my conduct, etc, etc, despite all that, between them they could not, or rather would not produce a single document in response to the Summonses...and so on it goes...
Some Very Specific Feedback:...after I posted about being 'Breached' by Correctional Services for apparently failing to commence my 260 hrs of Community Service, etc...I attended my appointment and was told verbally that I have supposedly 'breached', and that I'll be Summonsed to appear before Magistrate White again...it has been put to me in very specific terms that 'breaching' is supposed to occur only after three (3) written warnings...I ain't got nuthin', not one document, not one warning, not nuthin...I have attended my Correction appointments as directed, albeit the second was cancelled by them...(and the third told you in writing to attend at 1000hrs, but had you booked for 0900hrs, leading to the fourth/second appointment-Ed)...exactly, fourth/second, and I have received no other written notifications or 'warnings'...and just for the record, being told 'attend your appointment or else' is not an 'official written warning', it's actually failing to attend that generates those...
And Because I Apparently Still Need To:...I still find it bewilderingly sad that my best efforts to explain the fundamental issues of my Court case and how it relates to this 'ere blog, etc, etc, those efforts have failed in some quarters, so's I'm gunna' give it another very quick go...and it's very simple...read the blog, read the 950 posts, and obviously regular availees won't need to...(well some won't-Ed)...sorry?...(well some actually will need to read it all again-Ed)...how so dear heart?...(well because there are some whom claim to be reading this 'ere blog, yet continue to abuse and denigrate you as being the only genuine problem-Ed)...damn straight they do Ed, excellent point most pointedly made...(one does what one can-Ed)...indeed one does...anyhoos, it's this simple...

NAIDOC Week 2018 - The Constant Insult Of Disingenuous Indiginous Consultation
Howdy y'all, and welcome to a very special I Told Ya's So episode of TMGI...(well I thought every post was a special "I Told Ya's So episode"-Ed)...alright, settle down...(or more of a You Tellin' Everyone 'Bout Everythin' Or Else episode-Ed)...yeak ok, thank you, we quibble over terms, but the fact remains that I have frequently previously made the claim/statement, I have lived a life of luxury and privilege for having the very good fortune to be born a White Man in a Stolen Land...(well yes, you have done that-Ed)...and as if to confirm for me that Truth, about 18 months ago I dug this up in my garden, here in Mt Gambier...
These first photos show the Worked Edge of a 'Boandik Flint Tool'...clearest down the right side there in the second photo are the multiple intricate 'chips' creating a sharp and slightly serrated blade...and straight-up I'm gunna' say that that nomenclature, 'Boandik Flint Tool' is taken from what I understand about the original people who lived here, the area we now refer to as the South East of South Australia...I showed this to several Boandik people at last years NAIDOC Week, and they reckoned it was a genuine 'Flint Tool'...(well it's clearly 'Flint' and it's clearly a 'Tool'-Ed)...indeed, and I'm just 1) explaining the confirmation by people who know far better than I, and 2) therefore quantifying the overall veracity of what I'm saying, availees only have the photos, but that right there is a genuine Boandik Flint Tool...(and you dug that up in your backyard?-Ed)...yep...there's very little top soil, then it's into a very orangey compacted sand layer, you can see how it's stained the flint...
(And how old is it? I mean, if it's been in the ground so long as to be stained the same colour-Ed)...well this is where it gets tricky, 'cos I didn't notice exactly when I dug it up whilst 'mining' some orangey soil for my garden paths...(nice-Ed)...cheers...(I mean the whole garden, very nice-Ed)...indeed, I'm very lucky that the Housing Trust (Housing SA) have allowed me to do what I have, but anyhoos, we digress...I only noticed this the next day when sweep-smoothing the path, but it's out of a metre-square hole just over a foot deep, so I can quite accurately identify where exactly it was, and accurately guesstimate that it came from the bottom of the hole because it was on/in the surface of the path...(yes, fair enough, but I asked 'when' not 'where'-Ed)...sure, and I am partly answering you, but that is the tricky bit because the Geology Chronology is all a bit vague, and only recently a 'volcano expert' stated his belief that Mt Gambier blew itself into existence some 25,000-30,000 years ago, not the more main-stream current info of 4,500-5,000 years old...(not with you-Ed)...allow me...
Availees are familiar I'm sure with the general Geology of the South East, a Limestone substrate from an ancient shallow ocean, and evidence of reefs and/or sandhills is regularly unveiled along the low ridgelines when any excavation is done around Mt Gambier, eg, a new housing subdivision...I believe the orange under my garden indicates sand rather than decomposed Limestone, which has a very distinctive red colour, eg, the Coonawarra's world famous Terra Rossa soils, and I understand the sandhill ridges up Naracoorte way are a series of ancient Coorongs (long, narrow lagoons) created by receding ocean levels, etc...(fascinating-Ed)...anyhoos, from all that, I'm guessing this area was a sandy ridge if not an actual sandhill...(I love guessing science-Ed)...yeah, ok, it's just what I understand about this stuff, and it hopefully explains in-part the age of the BFT...(ah! I get it! if you can establish the age of the layer where you found it, that's the best guesstimation as to it's age-Ed)...exactly, and this Boandik Flint Tool was just over 1 foot/12 inches/30-35cms down into the sand layer, suggesting that it's been there for a long time already, perhaps thousands of years, before a thin top layer of volcanic ash was deposited on top of that when MG went ping!...(and that is likely/possibly 25,000 years ago?-Ed)...apparently, the dude sounded quite sure about it, stating that that would still allow for Boandik Dreaming stories about the giant Craitbul and his family and the creation of Mt Gambier, etc, because there were people already living here at that time who would have witnessed the eruption(s?)...
Therefore, unfortunately, I cannot say with any certainty how old this tool is, and nor could the Boandik people I spoke to...I believe that it would be 1,000's of years prior to the Mt Gambier explosion, but that itself could be 5,000-30,000 years ago, even more...regardless, it is a beautiful piece of genuine Stone-Age technology, that sits so comfortably in the left hand as to suggest that it was made for and used by a lefty...to me, it feels clumsy in my right hand, but when I switched it to my left, it sat so naturally in my hand that I had a gentle chill run up my spine...I think I understand now why people get addicted to dickin'-about in the mud lookin' for bitsa' bone 'n' stone 'n' shizzle, it was quite surreal to be standing there holding this amazing artifact, and to be only metres from where it was dropped/lost/discarded many 1,000's of years ago...in the top photo, you can see how the bottom part is still shiny, even after eons in the dirt, 'cos it's so smooth, so well used that it's almost oily...you can almost feel another persons hand upon it, the evidence of their sweat and endeavour seeping back into your own hand...
And I mean, how is it that such a perfect and clearly well-utilised implement came to be just in the sand?...it's still sharp enough to cut live skin if you had to, and easily sharp enough to skin an animal, which is almost certainly it's application, a small hand-tool with a fine and sharp cutting edge...was it dropped by someone in passing? or into the sand around a campfire and forgotten? why would anyone deliberately discard such a great implement? questions beyond answering...(except for what's in those photos below-Ed)...what, this one here? that's just another photo taken in a different light, included 'cos it shows really well an Impact Point and resultant Percussion Wave, illustrating the way these tool/weapons are produced, by chipping away at specific angles and with specific force, etc, to suit the nature of the specific larger piece of flint, thusly producing shards of slimmer flint, themselves further reduced and refined by smaller and smaller impacts...so there, below, is a large Percussion Point, and in that second photo above, a series of very small ones along the cutting edge ...(well actually, I was referring to the photos of small out-of-focus chunks of charcoal and the small tub-full of said campfire detritus, down the bottom there-Ed)...ah yes, I see, let us go there then...
Those photos are blurry, sorry, but even then, the wood grain is clearly evident in a coupla' those pieces...I have found this charcoal in a very defined band at approx the same level as the BFT, and I have considered getting it Carbon-dated because, as Ed suggested, it would be reasonable to assume that the two are related and of a similar age...(and therefore a charcoal date could/should be the age of the BFT-Ed)...I agree Ed, that is fairly reasonable and standard practice, using organic materials to date other artifacts...I apologise that I ain't done that yet...(well it's taken you nearly 18 months to blog about it already-Ed)...yeah, again sorry, just kept gettin' pushed onto the back-burner...(and then shoved in a draw and forgotten about all together for 6-8 months-Ed)...well indeed, but we're here now, and what does it really matter, it's been settin' here for gourd knows how long already that a few more years ain't gunna' matter much, and it's just some artifact that proves what we know already, that we live on land occupied for millenia...I will immediately act to try and get some of this charcoal dated officially, and get back to y'all dear availees with the results...
That last photo is another chunk of flint that has been floating about my garden for years, reckon I dug it out of a hole for a fruit tree...it has the same orangey-tinge to it as the tool, possibly from being buried, and here it is showing what appear to be multiple impact/percussion points along that bottom face...it is oddly smooth along that right edge, possibly suggesting that it was a striking tool held at that end, a piece itself worked previously, to then be used either for striking flint or even potentially as an axe for wood, etc...this is all purely conjecture though, and I have not had an opportunity to run it past anyone else...(but wasn't it just NAIDOC Week? and you always go, just to show your respects, and several Boandik elders recognise you/know you/whatevs, all that stuff-Ed)...yeahhhh, nahhhh, with all the shizzle about my extraordinary 'Suppression/Restraining Orders' and Mt Gambier City Council's appalling conduct toward me, etc, I just felt it was more respectful to not attend and therefore not potentially create a ruckus and/or shenanigans...(I would so love to yell PARANOID NARCISSIST at you right now, but unfortunately, when you're right, you're right-Ed)...

Therefore, unfortunately, I cannot say with any certainty how old this tool is, and nor could the Boandik people I spoke to...I believe that it would be 1,000's of years prior to the Mt Gambier explosion, but that itself could be 5,000-30,000 years ago, even more...regardless, it is a beautiful piece of genuine Stone-Age technology, that sits so comfortably in the left hand as to suggest that it was made for and used by a lefty...to me, it feels clumsy in my right hand, but when I switched it to my left, it sat so naturally in my hand that I had a gentle chill run up my spine...I think I understand now why people get addicted to dickin'-about in the mud lookin' for bitsa' bone 'n' stone 'n' shizzle, it was quite surreal to be standing there holding this amazing artifact, and to be only metres from where it was dropped/lost/discarded many 1,000's of years ago...in the top photo, you can see how the bottom part is still shiny, even after eons in the dirt, 'cos it's so smooth, so well used that it's almost oily...you can almost feel another persons hand upon it, the evidence of their sweat and endeavour seeping back into your own hand...
And I mean, how is it that such a perfect and clearly well-utilised implement came to be just in the sand?...it's still sharp enough to cut live skin if you had to, and easily sharp enough to skin an animal, which is almost certainly it's application, a small hand-tool with a fine and sharp cutting edge...was it dropped by someone in passing? or into the sand around a campfire and forgotten? why would anyone deliberately discard such a great implement? questions beyond answering...(except for what's in those photos below-Ed)...what, this one here? that's just another photo taken in a different light, included 'cos it shows really well an Impact Point and resultant Percussion Wave, illustrating the way these tool/weapons are produced, by chipping away at specific angles and with specific force, etc, to suit the nature of the specific larger piece of flint, thusly producing shards of slimmer flint, themselves further reduced and refined by smaller and smaller impacts...so there, below, is a large Percussion Point, and in that second photo above, a series of very small ones along the cutting edge ...(well actually, I was referring to the photos of small out-of-focus chunks of charcoal and the small tub-full of said campfire detritus, down the bottom there-Ed)...ah yes, I see, let us go there then...
Those photos are blurry, sorry, but even then, the wood grain is clearly evident in a coupla' those pieces...I have found this charcoal in a very defined band at approx the same level as the BFT, and I have considered getting it Carbon-dated because, as Ed suggested, it would be reasonable to assume that the two are related and of a similar age...(and therefore a charcoal date could/should be the age of the BFT-Ed)...I agree Ed, that is fairly reasonable and standard practice, using organic materials to date other artifacts...I apologise that I ain't done that yet...(well it's taken you nearly 18 months to blog about it already-Ed)...yeah, again sorry, just kept gettin' pushed onto the back-burner...(and then shoved in a draw and forgotten about all together for 6-8 months-Ed)...well indeed, but we're here now, and what does it really matter, it's been settin' here for gourd knows how long already that a few more years ain't gunna' matter much, and it's just some artifact that proves what we know already, that we live on land occupied for millenia...I will immediately act to try and get some of this charcoal dated officially, and get back to y'all dear availees with the results...

Moby Nick - The Great White Wailer Breaches
Howdy Vietnam, United Arab Emirates, Israel, and Ireland, and welcome y'all else to TMGI...just gunna' dot-point a quick calendar catch-up from recent weeks of Court shenanigans, leading to last Thursday's (12th July 2018) appointment with Correctional Services here in Mt Gambier, where-in I was 'unavoidably Breached' on the issue of Community Service...but first...
Fell off my chair laughing last Wednesday (11th July) to hear yet another farcical Tourism Mount Gambier interview with the South East ABC, where-in TMG Founding/Board member Kent Comley of The Barn, explained how TMG is going to use the recent $20,000 they got from Mt Gambier City Council, to develop a 'Guides of Mt Gambier training and support program' thingy...and that $20k will go with the other $20k 'grant' they've just received from Building Better Regions...(but I'm reading here where Kent says that it's TMG that is 'matching' the BBR cash-Ed)...hang on, here it says that it was MGCC that received $20k from BBR, specifically for "Guides of Mt Gambier - An Inclusive Visitor Economy Project...WTF Ed?...(dunno', but haven't Regional Development Australia Limestone Coast also given $20k?-Ed)...nah wait, think I've got it, MGCC got the $20k from BBR, as reported by the RDALC, then MGCC handed that $20k to TMG, who are apparently claiming it as theirs...
Mt Gambier currently has at least 3 official Tourism Co-ordinators/Managers/Whatevs...one highly paid Tourism Manager who doesn't seem to leave her office and certainly hasn't visited numerous tourism facilities/sites around the Mount, eg, it is my understanding that she hasn't even been to the Blue Lake...(strewth-Ed)...then there's the rankly corrupt former MGCC Councillor Biddie (Tietz) Shearing, a wholly talent-less incompetent who was mysteriously employed by Regional Development Australia as Tourism Development Officer after the fraud-riddled collapse of her first publicly-funded tourism enterprise, and is currently Tourism Officer at the Local Government Assoc Limestone Coast...(wow-Ed)...and of course TMG, the self-appointed, self-serving succubus of self-interest, as wholly funded by Ratepayers, and in the most crassly bigotted and rankly corrupt manner, that is, via the usual Nepotism-riddled cluster-fiasco we call a MGCC Full Meeting...(hurrah!-Ed)...
These positions/groups are either entirely or heavily publicly funded, by either Ratepayers and/or Taxpayers...for example, anything to do with RDA is 100% Taxpayer's money, or MGCC is 100% Ratepayer's money, and that $40k that TMG is flingin' about, every cent of that belongs to Ratepayers and/or Taxpayers either via MGCC using Ratepayer's to fund TMG or the hand-over of that $20,000 from BBR, a federal fund using Taxpayer's cash...(oh joy oh rapture, it looks like one long slick gravy train for mates-Ed)...chooo-bloody-wooh Ed, chooo-bloody-wooh...
I don't know exactly why MGCC et al have such a bee-in-their-bonnet about the Blue Lake Tours and/or the operators there-of, but it's definably present every time the Blue Lake is carefully not mentioned in one of these interviews...(perhaps it's from that hilarious clash aways back in early 2010 when the then MGCC CEO Greg Muller went to the Tour Operators and requested that a film crew be allowed into the site and then onto the lake itself-Ed)...ah yes, when Greg mate...(maaate-Ed)...made reference to their 'lease' in first bribing then bullying then threatening the Operators, then when he didn't get his own way, stormed-off and did an angry burn-out away down the street..sadly, I missed that li'l exchange, but have spoken to various witnesses...and just for the record, the Blue Lake is the Mount's water supply, controlled by SA Water, and any access is strictly restricted to approved personnel and/or tour groups with their guide, with almost no-one allowed on the water itself...

Get A Lesbian To Stick Her Finger In Me!:...(whaaa?-Ed)...well I'm breached, apparently, and the time-honoured remedy is for a lesbian to stick her finger in it...(no you idiot, that's the story about a boy plugging a leak in a dyke with his finger-Ed)...oh whatevs, I have apparently 'breached' or 'been breached' or whatevs the correct technical term is, but at my meeting with Correctional Services Mt Gambier, last Thursday 12th July, they stated that technically they 'have to' breach me because I haven't provided any specific evidence about my 'Appeal', and to a much lesser extent, anything 'current' about my DSP and Agoraphobia stuff, etc...(but what about that letter to Attorney-General Vicki Chapman, didn't you show them that?-Ed)...well yeah, look, here's a quick chronology...
1) Friday 1st June, attended Corrections Mt Gambier appointment but officer absent, will call me;
2) had extension from Fines Dept until 29 June 2018;
3) 6th June, emailed Courts Administration Authority again, CAA respond next day;
4) 26th June, wrote to AG Chapman, again, and received phonecall from Corrections that arvo;
5) 29th June, email my AG Chapman letter to Fines and Corrections as promised;
6) 2nd July, receive letters from Fines Dept and Corrections...Fines Dept letter dated 27th
June says 'Overdue', fine increased - Corrections says 'appointment Friday 6th July at 1000hrs';
7) ring Fines who acknowledge their mistake and give me further 2-week interim extension;
8) 3rd July, email AG Chapman letter to her Electorate office after talking to them over phone;
9) 4th July, received formal response from Fines Dept, allowing extension until 31st August;
10) 5th July, attend Corrections Mt Gambier at 0945hrs, told I was late, re-booked for 12th July;
11) 12th July, attend Corrections, 'breached'...
Now to my mind, the Fines Dept people have read my AG Chapman letter, as posted recently on this 'ere blog, and as also sent to Corrections, well I reckon they've read that and sortta' gone, 'this looks a bit complicated, eh, will probably take some time to sort-out, let's give him 2 months'...at the very least, they have given me a generous extension, and at the rate this shizzle is draggin' along, I'm gunna' need every damned minute...also, Corrections stated that they had received that letter and accepted that I was making genuine efforts to try and 'Appeal', but that because I couldn't provide a specific Court document as such, then they were obliged by their own guidelines to 'breach me'...
Now I was admittedly not thrilled about this but I did accept the bureaucratic realities/restrictions, and acknowledged that process as being beyond the control of Corrections Mt Gambier...also, I believe that these multiple hiccups involving the Fines Dept and the Corrections getting my appointment time wrong, etc, these are just standard mistakes/confusions, not specifically part of the clearly defined rankly corrupt Pro-Paedophile Political Persecution of my "bizarre trial"...for example, Corrections here had me penned-in as being 0900hrs but my letter from Adelaide said 1000hrs, so they wanted to check my letter, fair enough, then we made another appointment...eg, the Fines Dept has increased my fine several days before I was due to contact them, but then immediately reviewed and increased my extension...
I did ask specifically, because I was genuinely concerned that I was about to be nabbed by SAPol (police), but Corrections stated that I don't get arrested, the process is that they notify the Magistrate of my 'breach', and then the Magistrate will issue a Summons to me requiring I attend a hearing to ascertain what is happening...(sorry, is this going back before Magistrate White?-Ed)...well apparently...(how the shreck is that appropriate given his outrageous conduct previously?-Ed)...dunno' mate, still trying to get some action about that too...

Fascist Australia - You're Standing in It, Mate.
Howdy dear availees, welcome to TMGI and a super short post to kick-start things after another short hiatus...I have been struggling a bit with the Crash And Burn Intermittent Narcolepsy stuff (CABIN Fever), but do fully intend to continue with this 'ere blog, etc...also, have still been chasing my 'Appeal Application Process' nonsense, and cannot even get a basic response from Attorney General Vicki Chapman, etc, so all that keeps on keeping-on...
Today's post is all about y'all dear availees doin' some homework on other websites...(unless of course you've already realised the rank Fascism motivating and inherent in the latest Federal 'National Security' legislation-Ed)...indeed Ed...(not to mention the extraordinary Fascism of the SA ICAC Act section 56, and the rancid Pro-Paedophile Political Persecution prosecuted against ya' good self!-Ed)...well indeed mate, the Rann/Weatherill Labor government conspiring with the ICAC Commissioner Bruce Lander and SAPol (police) and the Director of Public Prosecutions and the Crown Solicitor, et al...(via your very own ICAC/SAPol 'Operation Baritone', more than 3 years at 'Trial', etc, etc-Ed)...yep, all that stuff mate, regular availees will be well awares of the issues as covered in previous posts...(some would call it Fascism-Ed)...
Indeed Ed, Fascism is a popular word to sling-about, and it's a short hop-skip-and-jump from there to saying 'this is how Nazi Germany got started on the 1930's', but if the shoe fits...this Federal legislation is openly targetted at journalists and most particularly social media users like bloggers...(like us?-Ed)...exactly like us mate, where-in you could get gaoled for not 'revealing a source', etc...the motivation and intent are cynically obvious, this is about shutting-down reportage of issues our government don't want discussed, and most particularly that reportage which uncovers political corruption...
And the perfect example is the extraordinary circumstance where-in the former spy turned Whistleblower who exposed that we were 'bugging' the East Timorese Parliament to gain info about pending Gas Field boundaries, etc, that Whistleblower and his lawyer are being prosecuted...(and the lawyer?-Ed)...yep...(and doesn't SA ICAC legislation state that a private citizen requires written permission from the ICAC Comm Lander to be allowed to even speak with a lawyer?-Ed)...indeed, as evidenced in my rancidly corrupted prosecution, and including where-in The Citizen doesn't actually even need to have been officially charged...again, even if not yet charged, y'all need written permission from My Bestie And Also In His Spare Time ICAC Comm Bruce Lander, written permission to be allowed to speak to your lawyer...and it don't get much more Fascist than that...(and wasn't it Foreign Minister of the time, Liberal Alexander Downer, who was involved and then went on to work for/with a company directly involved, etc, etc?-Ed)...oh yeah mate, all the good stuff...

3) The Australian Institute, and what they have to say about setting-up a Federal ICAC, and;
4) whilst y'all are there, check-out the latest story on New Matilda about the rape of a Jazz Academy student, and the extraordinary statement, 'she brings this up every year'...(nooo?!!-Ed)...oh yeah, absolutely charming...and I remind availees that my mate and alleged lawyer Bill DeGaris has been doing stirling work attacking the young woman involved, and her friends, and New Matilda, etc, etc....gidday Billy, mate, still waiting for you to sue me for defamation, mate...
Given how SA ICAC has been used as a Political Weapon against a Private Citizen, namely moi, this/my outrageously corrupted proceedings and outcome are absolutely relevant to the current debate about establishing a Federal ICAC-style body...SA ICAC is definably about 1) protecting high-level corruption within government, not least of all by 2) attacking Whistleblowers, even if they are private citizens...(and it very much looks like that's what the Federal Parliament is trying to establish as well, outrageously Fascist legislation to control/stop Whistleblowing, and an ICAC to hide the real corruption!-Ed)...well quite...

Fell off my shreckin' chair laughing when Labor's Jenny Macklin announced her retirement from Federal Parliament, and all the Labor Stoogeratti are falling over themselves to praise her...what a joke...(nearly as funny as when Labor leader Bill 'Will He, Won't He' Shorten recently appointed her to address Liberal Julia Bank's dopey comments about being able to live on the $40/day of Newstart (unemployment payment)-Ed)...indeed, it's a wholly stupid and disparaging thing to say, but the real humour lies in Jenny's appointment by Billy, because Jenny, mate, made the exact-same ludicrous statement when she was Families Minister under Labor PM Julia Gillard...(omg, she did too-Ed)...yep, so it could quite rightly be argued that Billy mate quite appropriately sent-in the person with the most experience on the issue, having uttered the same moronicism herself!...
Found it equally hilarious that someone got a prize for a photo of Labor's Penny Wong supposedly breaking-down and crying when the Same Sex Marriage thingy passed...what I saw was a person realising that they couldn't spontaneously emulate actual emotion, but knew that they had to show something, so they threw their hands over their face to hide the fact that they actually weren't crying or whatevs...call me a rabid cynic, sure, both hands up from me...(and me-Ed)...but first go Google that footage, then tell me I'm wrong...(it very much puts me in mind of that footage where-in (then) PM Julia Gillard was giving a sob-punctuated speech from the lecturn in parliament, but with the camera angle you could see her eyes flicking from side-to-side as she carefully monitored the response around the room...100% fake sobbing, bloody disgraceful-Ed)...indeed Ed, and dear availees could probably find that footage as well, what was it about?...(can't remember, ummm, maybe announcing the Child Abuse Royal Commission?-Ed)...wouldn't surprise me...
